Starting point is 00:01:32 the term that we always hear from our audience is that they feel seen. Listen to Good Company on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Good morning. Happy Thursday. It's 520 in the morning. wherever you get your podcasts. How you feeling man that you know had a conflicted night last night? No, I didn't Shout-out to them boys man shout to my my okay see thunder knocking off the wool You ain't, you put some blood on us, we play bad basketball. I got to stay on your side. I ain't never said they play bad basketball.
Starting point is 00:02:27 I just said we could beat them. Nah, y'all can't though. But respect. Probably not. That's how we started to show off. Probably not. Oh, and you got the 49ers hat on too? Yeah, man.
Starting point is 00:02:38 Okay. He don't know who team he wanna be on. Nah, I was. You a Coach fan, right? Wallo, bro. Wallo. Who you a fan of? I'm a Patriots fan, right? You're a Patreus fan, bro. You're a Patreus fan? Yeah, bro.
Starting point is 00:02:49 You got that hat on, bro. This is the hat I chose today. I got a whip at the crib. I'm a true 49ers fan. I've been a 49ers fan since I was little. Since Joe Montaña. I know I just like the players, bro. I'm not a fan of none of these teams, bro.
Starting point is 00:03:05 I could carry a little. But you know what's funny? People really get offended if you wear another team logo. Like, bro, maybe I just like this shit. Like, I'm a Pacer fan. I don't need these niggas, bro. I don't even wear hats. What the hat say, 1967?
Starting point is 00:03:16 He don't even know. I've been locked in. This is Mel Daniels. This is Mel Daniels, man. I probably got cussed off of wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey. It's like, you a cowboy? That's like, damn, I can't like other players, bro. Where does he fly?
Starting point is 00:03:27 That's all. 1967, I've been a pacer. Locked in. All right. What's moving on, man? Built a ass situation to go to the finals. OKC dusted the Wolves yesterday, 124 to 94. It was over in the first quarter.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Yeah. It ain't even much to talk about from this man. Shout out to the Thunder man, going to the NBA finals man. I know we watched a little bit of the game, but it's not even much to talk about man. We seen this from the last game though. Yeah, when you go down 3-1, you go down 3-1 man, it's like, if you don't got LeBron.
Starting point is 00:04:04 But do you just say forget it though? Like- Most people will, don't got LeBron. But do you just say forget it though? Most people will unless you got LeBron. You shouldn't say that, but most people gonna be like, bro, it's over, bro. So it ain't even about people being tired. It's just a matter of- We can't, why we down 3-1, bro? We can't come back, bro.
Starting point is 00:04:17 Well, you know, like when you got LeBron, you remember the guy I told you that beat us? That dupe, you could come back from 3-1. Yeah, you can do anything. That's it. Yeah, you remember, but you remember how low said LeBron You know You got LeBron. You're some things can happen. I mean, you know saying out a comeback
Starting point is 00:04:34 It's happened this way under the favor of okay see before you know, I'm saying that 3-1 but that also Stuff yeah, okay. Yeah, Wardell's on that team. Okay, he ain't just walking through Minnesota's doors That's what happened tonight, man But to really back tonight And Warrantyles not playing the young how far off is LeBron and cat He's having fun today He's bringing the smoke LeBron is J. LeBrus
Starting point is 00:05:02 He's bringing a smoke You still wouldn't have LeBron then you could bond them together you still wouldn't have LeBron I didn't think they was gonna beat them like this though, bro I did for real bro that first quarter bro when it was 25 to 7. Yeah, that's nasty the T Wolves is a, they play well, I told you when we serious first started, they play well against old teams. Yeah. Slow teams.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Yeah. I was like they met they match, they got a young team just like them that play harder and faster you know. Like they met they match. Yup. And they just was like the talent, they got a talented team the T-Wolves, but they really they match. And they just was like the talent.
Starting point is 00:05:47 They got a talented team the T-Wolves, but they really don't. They got Anthony Edwards is really good. Jay McDaniels, he's a good player. He's not like a superstar, not an all star, but he's a really good player. And then the rest of the guys are just role players. Like your starting center, role player. Nasri is a good player, role player.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Yeah, yo, $200 million center is a role player. And he's not effective at all, really. Julius Randall start being back to his old ways. Julius Randall is a good player, but he's not a superstar. Like, he's not a all NBA every year. He's playing like it for a little bit. Yeah, but I'm saying, you know, he had half spurts where he liked that.
Starting point is 00:06:30 But he went back to his old ways. Yeah, at the end of the season, early playoff Julius Randall was hooping. When he came back from the end of the day, they got the ball rolling for them for sure, but yeah, got spooky this series. Yeah, but then- He ain't another superstar, just somebody else.
Starting point is 00:06:41 Yeah, but Mike Conley, you know, as much as we love Mike, he in his 18th year, he is the ultimate role player. McHill Alexander Walker, role player. They have to find somebody who has star written on them, or star potential, which I think they can, and Rob Dillingham, I think he could be dynamic if they ever playing. I think he has that potential,
Starting point is 00:07:00 but the thing about the Thunder, they have that chat, has all star potential. Jalen Williams already all star, all NBA player, SGA, MVP. They had to build them to that, but they did it in that right now, they're flourishing. And them don't have that. They gonna need another superstar too, just so teams can't guard them, how OKC was guarding.
Starting point is 00:07:23 They took AE out the game and they was done. They need a dynamic player though. And I'm like, I keep saying Rob Dylan him cause he own they team, but you know he can create for himself. Get a bucket, he can do some shit. Like they had nobody else that can create. Like Nikhil Alexander Walker is a catch and shoot player.
Starting point is 00:07:40 He can drive the kid, you know, drive the clubs and get a layup. Dante, shooter. They need somebody that can put the clubs and get a layup. Dante shooter. He need somebody that can put it on the ground a little bit. A dynamic player, they just don't got that. And Julius Randall supposed to be dynamic, but I told you he just a bully. Bully ball.
Starting point is 00:07:53 And he ain't really dynamic like that. It seemed like he was on at this series though. Didn't seem like he was on that bully ball this series. He couldn't, he wasn't on nothing. He wasn't on nothing. I mean he tried it with Lou Dora, he seen he couldn't. It was over.
Starting point is 00:08:06 It was over. That's all I got. He couldn't bully Jalen Williams. Yeah, he's had two single digit games in the series. That ain't gonna cut it. The other ones he scored 20, but man, 28 then six, 24 then five, they need a little bit more consistency to get past this off that C team.
Starting point is 00:08:20 He's just not dynamic enough. And that's my, like that was just my only problem with them, but that's my same problem with New York They got quality players, but if you look at them, they roll players My kill Bridges at one point in time was a go-to player, but he don't get that same look But he not dynamic enough with the basketball to make Jaylen Brunson slide over to the tool a little bit Like you don't catch and shoot tonight. You gonna have to get some open catch and shoots. They don't have nobody on that team
Starting point is 00:08:49 that's dynamic enough to just do that. And that's one thing the Pacers do. Even though TJ Nash, he not the most appealing person. Like, oh my God, when I think about a bucket. But he can create. Most definitely. Yeah, you know what I mean? He is a creator out there.
Starting point is 00:09:04 He's a bucket. And he pushed that tempo. Yeah, he a creator. He is a bucket for sure. And he. Most definitely. Yeah, you know what I mean? He is a creator out there. He's a bucket. He pushed that tempo. Yeah, he a creator. He is a bucket for sure. And he's the type of point guard. If you give him anybody who can roll off his frame, he will be a problem for the next season. He a creator.
Starting point is 00:09:14 He's definitely a creator. Nobody else like that is really a creator. So it's kind of like, that's what make Indiana still go. With Tyrese was even out, he still, you know, he have a game, he got 20 and 10. And you don't really see that with Minnesota. I wanted to ask you this question. Obviously big off season for them.
Starting point is 00:09:34 You know, to his random poppy's gonna opt in, but more money, he's played well this season, especially in the post season. Now, as Reed looking to get more bread. You talk about getting that next dynamic piece. Where should it come from? What position you think it should be? I mean, you got Rob Dylan, having the wings. You should it come from, what position you think it should be? I mean, you got Rob Dylan, having the wings,
Starting point is 00:09:46 you go get another guard, or do you need to get another wing to play us out, even though he got J. McDaniels? They got... They got the award, bro. Just need somebody else to me. Okay, you say it don't even matter just as long as one of them is somebody else.
Starting point is 00:09:58 I think they got it in house, man. I think they gotta let Rob play. They do, they got at least C, bro. They got C. He got the talent to do it, bro. They gotta give him a chance. I like him and Terrence Shannon Jr. being that young guns next year. That could be a bench up right there, too.
Starting point is 00:10:13 They gotta give him a chance. They got younger, more energy. I like that, bro. They gotta give him a chance. And they gotta change the way they play a little bit. Even though they push the pace, they gotta push it like the pace or shit. Like, y'all gotta be up.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Like, you see that, yeah. And I think they gonna have to get off, I like Rudy Gobert, but they gonna have to get off Rudy Gobert. Ain't nobody gonna sign him. I mean, take that contract, maybe the Lakers shit. Somebody might though. Lakers would.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Somebody would. But you need something for that. He just don't fit what they got going on right now. Yeah, you gotta fulfill that role, bro. And I shouldn't say that. Cause they made it to the Western Conference finals. But seeing them play OKC make you be like, all right, this ain't gonna work.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Like bro, we got Caruso switching on with Rudy. Can't get over the hump, this ain't gonna work. Caruso was switching on. That's a big loss. Yeah, he out of pocket for the Caruso. I was Caruso really being the big killer, it's crazy. I mean, he was switching on. That's a big loss. Yeah, he had to pocket for the Caruso. I was Caruso really being the big killer, it's crazy. I mean, he was switching on Yoke, so. I'm gonna respect his post-game skills right now.
Starting point is 00:11:11 Yeah, you right, but that's nasty. Rudy Colbert, it wasn't even. Y'all know how I feel about him. He can go to the mad ends for all I care. I'm just saying, it's hard to fulfill that role that he actually do be locking shit up in the paint during the shit Yeah, he hold it down bro
Starting point is 00:11:28 We got to fill that in with some people He did have 27-24 against Lakers in the elimination game which is Lakers Hey Jeff if the Knicks had Tyus Jones you think that'll help a lot? Give him that little extra push off the bench and then take he could put runs into the side a little bit I'm gonna tell you this, no. Tyus Jones and Tips. Oh, nah. They did that act before.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Yeah. But Tyus, I get what you're saying, cause he can play, he can make plays, he can do that. But I think they need like, it sound crazy. I get what you're going with Tyus Jones. I get that. They need like, CP might be a little too old. But they need somebody like that.
Starting point is 00:12:12 That'll like demand it. Like Tyus Jones will get out there, he can do it. But he ain't gonna demand it. They need somebody who kind of demanding. Like they need like Jordan Clarkson or like somebody who can still play the point can score but kind of demanding I don't know. I can't think of nobody who's kind of demanding of the ball Like that would command a respect. Yeah, like I need I we need to get him to rock to be special
Starting point is 00:12:37 He would be I mean, obviously that would be perfect if he was younger. Yeah, cuz he gonna be like a y'all trippin Yeah, go here when he was younger. Because he gonna be like, hey, y'all trippin'. Go here. Jalen, come off of here, do this. Okay, see Chris Paul be perfect. Man, he would be dynamic for them, but I can't think of nobody that could even be like that. Even Dennis Schroeder would be good for them. I can see that. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:12:58 But even though he probably gonna stay in Detroit because he was great for Detroit, but he would be good for the Knicks. They need somebody like that when they get on the court. He kinda demand the ball a little bit. Nah, he do. He do. He don't care.
Starting point is 00:13:11 He can run the team. Yeah, he gonna shoot. He can run the team. And he'll push K to the side a little bit, but they need somebody else that can create. Man, I couldn't imagine a bigger villain than Chris Paul in New York. Would they put Chris Paul in the Knicks uniform?
Starting point is 00:13:24 I wish CP was five years younger, man. He'd be perfect. Okay, see Chris Paul in New York. Will they put Chris Paul in the next uniform? I wish CP was like five years younger, man he'd be perfect. Okay, see Chris Paul in that situation would change him into immediate title contender for sure. All right man, let's slide to the Super Chat for a second, Lake Show 1996 says, Ant-Man, Batman, Superman, OKC in five, Lakers Nation, welcome to T-Wooz, their fans,
Starting point is 00:13:41 and A, and Jordan Guss and Ken Kun, damn. I like that type of hate. My little team out, fuck everybody else. Lonnie and Super Jeff said, B-Head got the 90s business on Super Bowl on the way. Don't bet your money on that. Nah, not this year, bro. We down bad, man.
Starting point is 00:13:53 We gotta just play a Brock Partey, though. Yeah, that's why we down bad. Man, get well soon. Came up and the Super Jeff said, news Jeff to reassess that 50 Hawks. Okay, see, nobody guard a shade. Williams killing all-star pal, Mills said, love the podcast, though. New Jeff to reassess that 50 Hawks. OKC nobody guard a shade. Jaden Williams killing All-Star pal,
Starting point is 00:14:07 Mill said love the podcast though. OKC and Favre. You know what it's man, everybody a prisoner to the moment. I heard somebody say that on here before. Everybody, you know, it's the hottest shit out. Let me guess, OKC better than Boston last year. No.
Starting point is 00:14:20 I mean, that's what, that's basically, that's the best, people saying it's the best team they ever seen, all that shit. I have seen people say that. You know what I mean that's what that's basically that's the best people saying it's the best team they ever seen Their defenses Their defense is the best defense I ever seen all right, so they better than Boston last year Yeah, bro until we saw the poor Zingles was dang. They're dead this year, bro Everybody thought the boss was about to ask you know how I go man I real back to back there was dude that probably wrote this bro. He probably was
Starting point is 00:14:52 Nine when we just playing to the office anyway, what locked in? Yeah, he probably know you still You know, you know, it's all good shots. Okay, let me art So is this okay see team since we here is this okay see team better than? Bronin them Let me, all right, so is this OKC team, since we here, is this OKC team better than Braun and them? Braun and them? Cleveland? Hell no. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Hell no. I'm just asking questions. We got Braun, bro, and Kyrie, no. Just asking some questions. They're not the best OKC team. And Kevin Lowe. Yeah, they're not better than Russ, KD, James. Oh, damn, they're not better than them.
Starting point is 00:15:22 They're not better than them. They're not the best OKC. Chip or not, they're not better. They're not better than them. They not better than that. Not the best OKC. Chip or not, they not better than them. They not better than the OKC team that lost to Golden State. This is just the only thing I say, like with this. And I mean, maybe OKC don't feel this way, but bro, if I win, bro, I am the critical of this shit. I get it, you can, I get it.
Starting point is 00:15:42 Y'all give real basketball analysis on shit and niggas do be tweaking they are prisoners in the moment I think people just like no prison if I win the chip I can say I'm the best like Shay is the best He you can say that but realistically none of you niggas is better than me Is this team better than my my championship Milwaukee team? Yeah, you crazy. Oh, no my championship Milwaukee team. Yeah. You crazy as hell. Oh, nah. Hey, you're honest, bro.
Starting point is 00:16:05 No, no. Holiday, you're honest, Christmas, no. We buggered him. I do it, bro, my mama. You going with the OKC team, be here? Yeah, I'm going OKC. Who thinks they could beat that? I'm OKC's October, baby.
Starting point is 00:16:18 Name another team. Nah. I just don't. Shoot for it. They good good though, but 16 That's that's Tell you a lot about the NBA in the state of this is a very row Bro, let's tell you about the league
Starting point is 00:16:40 Bronte and Kyrie. Oh this year you can't stop putting teams against me. But they want a chip though. Let me live in my moment. But they was a championship team too. He said I'm living in my moment, he don't care about nobody else's history. All right man, this sleeper, the super chat said, Jeff, what's one move all ball handlers should have at all levels as a slower guard, men's league on the way?
Starting point is 00:17:03 Shit, everybody should probably have a... Jalen Bronson. Nah, Between the Legs, Hesitation Move or something. I don't know. Everybody knows that. You sad, bro, I don't know. Between the Legs, Hesitation Move. That's just a move that we did in our crib.
Starting point is 00:17:19 He called him sad, I thought it was Slower Guard. I got gay, bro. I got gay, I'm just. Whoa, help me out. You sad bro. You sad bro. You asked to be for moves bro. You sad bro. That's crazy bro.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Put your arm back. Put your arm back is crazy. I can see if you was a young man and you was like 20, you know 18. Like what can I do? I can see if you was teeing. Yeah, you know. Coach, should I have a 35? You sad bro.
Starting point is 00:17:44 He's gonna play us in the T.V. You sad bro. Jeff's the only one who helps kids. You said 20 under bro 30 year old. You sad bro, you sad. That's like a Michael Kyle with the Jordan Camp. You sad bro. I can't get you the hill. You 30 bro, you sad. That's nasty. Alright man, Eric Will said JR was looking like Andrews with all due respect. He has no moves. That was definitely disrespectful. He talks about all due respect is no me. Disrespect, yeah. Get well soon to JR. Alright, Alexander Gray says they if it's the Hawks into my girl can't guard SGA I think nobody can guard SGA. I'm missing the whole point. He's getting 30 on everybody. He never said When it comes to when I never say stop the superstars, yeah, we're not dumb. That's the problem Like we're not gonna double we're not gonna do stupid shit. We gonna make Lou Dort. He went four for ten He gonna have to go five for 25 he's gonna shoot every shot this how I know we did that to Kevin
Starting point is 00:18:52 Love and Kevin Love is a ten times better shooter than Lou Dort Kevin Love was a supreme shooter and we said fuck it we gonna double Brown we gonna make Kevin Love hit ten threes. That sound crazy too. Yeah, that's how good Brian was. And Kevin Love, that nigga ended up hitting like seven threes. We like fuck it, Ari. Next game, Cheddar Fry. Cheddar Fry hit seven threes. We like damn, fuck it, JR Smith.
Starting point is 00:19:15 JR Smith, eight threes. We like goddamn. But Lord, we just gotta take it, cause Paul's like, they all made they shots. Cause you know who you can't stop. Yeah. Yeah, but we, I would live a little dork. No shade.
Starting point is 00:19:32 We need them real breakdowns though. Nah, for sure. All right, one more time with Super Chat Local said, Jeff, what pizza advice you always share with rookies that you play with, also shout to DJ B here and go podcast Untouchable. I used to share it with rookies, man. Always be the first one in the gym
Starting point is 00:19:46 and be the last one to leave. Never be late to anything and be excited every single day. You can never have a bad day as a rookie. You can never come in a gym and be like, fuck man, we here, you always gotta have great energy. And I tell all young players that anytime you step in the gym, your energy to be at a high level I don't give a fuck if you're getting recruited by
Starting point is 00:20:08 The best colleges in the world anytime you step in the gym your energy got to be high cuz that's what people look at If you got good vibes and good energy They automatically are drawn to you if you walk around with your hood up and your head down and I'm untouchable Nobody say a word to me or you just look like you got an attitude, people just don't wanna be around that. Like who you think he is? Like he think he the one, like don't you know I coached? They'll start running them off on you.
Starting point is 00:20:35 Like imagine if you went to Arkansas and you walk around like that. Who you think you are? You know I coach Anthony Davis, John Wall, Marcus T, I can run them off. I've seen this before. And kids don't realize that we all seen y'all before. Somebody's been you before.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Like I tell kids at our school, you're never gonna be greater than Marcus. Everything you wanna do, Marcus did it. McDonald's USA, Jordan game, top five, I seen it before and he lived in the house with me. So you don't impress me. True. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:21:08 So it's like, you can have energy, bro. So how you, hold on, how you give this Rico Hahn speech to the rookie, but my 30 year old boy, that's a slower going ass for one move. Because he told you for kids. Y'all shitting up here. His life is over. His basketball life is done. His basketball life is done.
Starting point is 00:21:28 He just gave this amazing speech. My boy asked for one move. Y'all told him to go to his damn basketball game. Your life is done. You ain't already got that move bro. Your life is done. You're trying to get the heads of your 30s crazy. It's done. It was Mike. 30 is crazy
Starting point is 00:21:50 It was Mike burner account they do got a one-on-one game tonight Mike's at the five inch figure out how to be belt We were five hours for a question at the employee here is crazy. Hold on. You're right. I'm taking that with a kiss. Mike, I got you. Step back to the left. Oh, y'all, that's for all right.
Starting point is 00:22:14 But listen, man, the Timberwolves, they went out a little bit sad, but they had a hell of a season. You know what I'm saying? Offseason, made a big trade after being back here, back to back Western Conference finals. Regardless of the roster, I know a lot of people put a lot of smut on
Starting point is 00:22:27 A's name right now, but realistically, man, what's the next step for them next year? They gotta retool the roster? They just told the shit. They wanna let Rob, let Rob rock. Okay. They gotta let him play, man. I don't see why not, though.
Starting point is 00:22:41 I love Mike, but like, Mike. Mike probably won't rob the play. Yeah, Mike probably. Mike's still a quality player, but he done. Yeah, he probably like, man, it's your time, bro. Yeah, well, Mike, 37. Yeah. Been a long time, bro.
Starting point is 00:22:55 Downtown's finest, bro. 18 years. That's a great career, bro. What he average? Eight? Yeah, like, as your starting point guard right now in this generation, eight ain't gonna get it. Yeah, he ain't gonna.
Starting point is 00:23:08 He can come off the bench and give us eight. Yeah, eight ain't gonna get it at the start. He might get that eight off the bench for sure. Oh yeah, for sure. He can do that again next year, but that can't be the starting guard. No, now. That's understandable.
Starting point is 00:23:21 Now with Rob, do y'all think he about to go kill in the Summer League? Is that the trajectory? What does Rob have to do to be like, all right, I'm ready for this he about to go kill in the Summer League? Is that the trajectory? What does Rob have to do to be like, all right, I'm ready for this role. And then you see him in that role. You definitely need to set the tone in the Summer League. You're gonna kill in the Summer League
Starting point is 00:23:30 from someone else. I mean, that don't really matter. Summer League don't matter. But I'm just saying it'll get him off to a good start. He get stronger. And then he just gotta be demanding, bro. He gotta come in. You can't be denied, bro.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Yeah. I remember having that same type of moment where you don't get to play as a Ricky. Your second year, he gonna have some up and down moments but he just gotta show flashes of light. Yeah. Yeah. But they gotta give him a chance though.
Starting point is 00:23:56 He gotta guard, that'd be a lot of his problem. Why they don't wanna play him cause he's small, he don't guard good. He just gotta, yeah. He just gotta guard. He gotta take that TJ McConnell role I'll tell anybody that come in the league a young player Uh, whatever he's small
Starting point is 00:24:16 But go be feisty like him pick up full court. Just be annoying defensively if you can be annoying People will start overlooking shit. You get a couple steals in the back court make a person turn it over get a charge some shit They look they look past some shit. Like nobody really noticed that TJ be getting cooked. Yeah, cause it looked like he out there going through a wall. Yeah, but like if you really go see him with TJ, get like a man to man in half court, niggas be like, Jaylen Brunson be bump, he's too little. But you-
Starting point is 00:24:43 He'll full court press the whole time, Tommy, the free throw line, and be like, all right, bucket, Tommy. But I see you there, but it's easy bucket. But to what he's too little. But you. He'll full court press the whole entire time you have to freak the line out, be like, all right, bucket time. But I see there, but it's easy bucket. But to what he's saying, it look good. Yeah. Picking up fool. Facts.
Starting point is 00:24:51 He might, he'll knock the ball away from you a couple times. Yeah. Yeah, hype. Yeah. Like you said, the energy is there, bro. That's all. That's the most for sure. At least you're trying.

Listen to Good Company on the iHeart radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. You know what I'm saying, let's get to it. The real game tonight, game five. Yes. Yeah. Sound of Pop Champagne in Master Square Garden, Pacers versus Nixon. I think everybody's predictions to be him. They used to hold on to them a bit. Yeah, I mean, he's coming back to Indy guy.
Starting point is 00:29:53 You know what I mean? Another after the game show. You know what I'm saying? Brought to you by 520 at night. I got my Indy hat on. You know what I'm here for. It makes you go for the Knicks. I told you, I took reverse. I took my Indy hat on, you know what I'm here for. It makes you go for the Knicks. I told you, I took reverse, I took my reverse psychology out.
Starting point is 00:30:11 It worked for y'all, last game I wore a Knicks hat to the game and I was like, I'm done with it. I'm on the Pacer bandwagon. I was tired of people sending me death threats. People that you see in culture. Oh, you ho, What's up, boy? This shit gets cool here tonight. They just called me ho yesterday.
Starting point is 00:30:28 It's cool. That's how people are though, Michelle. Y'all think the Patriots gonna blow them out tonight though? I don't know if it's a blowout, but I'm gonna tell you right now, if it is, I would love it. I would love, like, having last night, I would love a belt to have in the garden tonight.
Starting point is 00:30:41 It's a blowout, boy. We gonna come here and act a fool. Yeah. The only thing is they at the guard. The only thing they at the guard, so it's gonna be a good game. I can see the Knicks winning. I can, just cause it's at the guard.
Starting point is 00:30:55 But I know the series over though. But if it come back to Gaines Bridge, they gonna blow, they gonna beat them by 40. That's when it's gonna be a blow up. Yeah. Oh yeah, I got my boys messed up man. Nah bro, either way. Pacers going to the finals man.
Starting point is 00:31:09 Mixed tape. Yeah bro, the t-shirts already printed bro, they're not going to Africa bro. Yeah. Pacers OKC baby. The fact they sent all them t-shirts to Africa is fucked up. They probably got some fire merch bro
Starting point is 00:31:18 that nobody's ever seen bro. You be seeing them, like they randomly pop up like hats that they had printed already. Maybe like 2024 champion of Dallas Mavericks. And they be having like send them away. Like for real bro, I seen it a couple times. That's crazy bro. I need some of that merch,
Starting point is 00:31:34 tap in, you got the irregular. There's so many other countries and cities and shit. Why y'all showing Africa bro, that's racist bro. I mean, you're right. Why y'all just sitting in Germany man. Well, coming in racism. That's racist. I mean you're right Come on I had a gift for you know, you know the little dudes that be sitting happy birthday I'll go get ready out at that. I'm out of pocket Baby, you said would you let somebody see to you?
Starting point is 00:32:17 Niggas kids man, thank you Kids bro He can't say that bad words to save that country It was different times. Mm-mm. The sleeper said damn, this is crazy. I'm 21, so I guess I messed up Mark Bighton here. He tried to play me like, oh, here, I can't get no go-to move, I just need handle. Yeah, the sleeper, you sad.
Starting point is 00:32:53 You asked it to me, question. You 21 and got no bag. You 21, bro, you supposed to be in college. You still ain't got no moves. He tried to go to man leagues with us, bro. You supposed to be hoops. Just reclass, bro. He did. He tried to get that NIL with us bro, he supposed to be hoops. Just reclass bro. He did.
Starting point is 00:33:05 He tried to get that NIL. He a freshman college. That's great. Nah, let me stop bro. Just work on your game man. Go to YouTube, type in Kyrie Irving, get a bag man. Easy money. Uncle Todd said, be here better than Rudy,
Starting point is 00:33:19 give him a 10 day next year. Get well soon Rudy. Yeah for sure. All right, Jeff you gotta get him in a soul jersey bro. Let's be here, rock out with the Timberwol day next year. Get well soon Rudy. Yeah for sure. All right Jeff you gotta get him in his soul jersey bro. Let's be here, rock out with the Timberwolves next year. He can have this zero, Dante ain't do nothing with it. Damn. Nah, shout out to my dog Tay.
Starting point is 00:33:33 I'm just messing with you, he always be talking shit. I know he furious this morning though. Dante is really mad. You think so? Nigga he's on vacation, he is. Man Tay. I think Dante is really mad. I'm gonna call him man, I'm gonna call him later.
Starting point is 00:33:45 I ain't gonna buy that shit over with, bro. Yeah, he gonna be like, man. Oh, it wasn't with the cameras, honestly. They ain't give me a baller, no. All right. Why can you bet on anything now? Oh, they betting on what? Jay, did you see the same dudes
Starting point is 00:33:55 betting on Andrew's Mr. Shots, or betting on Cat, and bet on him doing some Zesty in game, if he's just deep voice in post-game interviews? How do you bet that? They wildin', bro. They makin wild it bro. That is not a draft game There's no cat zesty parlay under these circumstances if it is I'm tapping in They had a bet that somebody was gonna cry one time when they I think Luca he was gonna cry
Starting point is 00:34:15 Oh, yeah, when he got that tribute. Yeah, he got that tribute. Dude won a hundred thousand Yeah, you bet on anything Oh, okay, but how do you determine what's a zesty move? Whoa. Who the president of that club? Be in. Tell me, what's the term if Kat do a zesty move? What's a zesty move?
Starting point is 00:34:35 Damn, why am I the president? What? I said who the president, you said my name. You told me who was gonna be at the WBA game, so I was figuring it out out that you probably would understand. Oh man, I don't know man. I don't know. Like if he was the bet, cause you know you got the crash out parlayz, if that was on a crash out, what would be considered zesty? Oh, Katina Mowry said relax.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Shout out to Katina, he's seen the future. Shout out to the OG, I ain't doing that for China today. I've been going viral. Shout out to the OG. I ain't doing that for China today. Okay. I've been going viral. All right, and the rare case. Cooking with Kyle. That got me in trouble too. That got me in trouble too. That's a dangerous song to sing in your house.
Starting point is 00:35:17 Be careful. She had a boyfriend dumped her, didn't he? Yeah, he left her, bro. That's crazy. He crashed out parlayed. He got lit. Oh, his twitch is saying, yeah, you did my job. That's crazy. He crashed out parlay. He got lit over his twitch and said, yeah, you did my job. You're out of here.
Starting point is 00:35:29 He dropped to Shreem University. Fucking them homes. One weekend at a time. In the rare case that the niggas do win a night, what they gotta do to get the dub? See Kat is questionable tonight. Yeah, they lost. That's why I saw that said.
Starting point is 00:35:42 People questionable, yeah. He gon' play, bro. He has to, bro. That's why I saw that said people question He has to bro that damn me when he fell Are you just that Uncoordinated bro crazy. He do a lot of like flaring like flop flaring and flop them to hurt yourself every time He better play or they are gonna get blew up Yeah, if he don't play this is smoke. I thinkla Brunson gonna gain their go for 50 tonight. I can see that that's the only way they gonna win a night Just must have to have one of them epic games 44 45 50 point game. Yeah, just don't pass this kill get 50 don't pass
Starting point is 00:36:22 Yeah, he can get okay, and then we gonna be job 90 to 120 Because I ain't nobody else gonna shoot the ball for real bro. I really don't see y'all blowing him out in the garden We don't gotta blow him out. We just gotta win One point. Oh, I don't see I'm blowing them out either, but I'll say if I don't play though. I see a blowout, bro I ain't gonna lie. Just think this series is over Okay, but if we are here and what they asked we really we really send them a message if we blow them out. Okay, well Let's look past this game then. Yeah, what y'all gonna do with the Thunder? I want to hear from a Pacer fan who's locked in. Yes, sir. What are y'all gonna do to win game one against the Thunder?
Starting point is 00:36:59 What are we gonna do to do game one? I think to win game one in OKC, I think that our bench has to play really, really good. I think that we have two players that has not really given us consistency this entire postseason. I think this is the time to shine. Me and Andrew Nemhart to really be the Andrew Nemhart we've seen last year. And we need Benedict Mathern to give us two of those games
Starting point is 00:37:21 like he gave us in game four. If we can get two of those games off the bench for him being aggressive like that, because then we can match their energy. Because they got a bench too. And I think if we match their bench, then we can win. But if we don't, and we get caught up in that Alex Caruso, Kason Wallace, Tyra, Isaiah Joe, they're going to get us out of here because they just as deep as we are.
Starting point is 00:37:39 Our bench got to match their energy. We got the capable players, but it's time for them to show up. It should be a goodie. Like being said, New York still got a chance. So I ain't gonna write them off like that. But it's all good. No, y'all have to, I will. Signs still delivered, get them the fuck.
Starting point is 00:37:53 We can't write them off, but I think it's all good. Y'all gonna be sick if they win two back to back. This shit gonna get spooky. They more than capable. They more than capable. I don't see it, but. Can't shoot that shit in your knee tonight, brother. That's why the Pacers should have swept they ass bro.
Starting point is 00:38:06 They shoulda. You gotta worry about all this. We just being gentlemen, you know what I'm saying? We try to build our hopes up for the five people in New York City but. Lord. We just gonna break your heart at home. Don't worry about it.
Starting point is 00:38:14 Respect, respect. We going there. Act a fool tonight boys up. Can't wait. So the NBA is just thirsty for the final. Let's go ahead and get it out the way. Let's get this over with. What we waiting on?
Starting point is 00:38:24 Let's get it started. Nah, they don't start to. They don't start to June 5th anyway. But you saw they sit there fucking Scott Foster game three. Yeah. Bro, yeah they did whatever they could. I ain't gonna lie, the Knicks might win tonight cause they need more, like the Timberwolves are so bad,
Starting point is 00:38:38 they couldn't even cheat for them. They was getting smacked, they like, bro y'all can't hit a shot. They literally could not hit a shot. Yeah they like, they like, bro we can'tuh, I can't hit a shot. They literally could not hit a shot. They like, bruh, we can't even, we can't put the fix in. So it's like, like if it's a close game, New York gonna win.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Some foul call is gonna get spooky, cause they need more games, just for the TV deal. We need it around eight, eight to 10. If it come down to the end, they gonna. New York gonna get a foul call. And I hate that we had to carry, you know what I'm saying? The entire conference finals, cause the Weapons Conference is pool water.
Starting point is 00:39:11 I don't know what that QT about bro. These two gas games, you have not once watched any of these games. Bro, we just watched a team for nine points bro. Yeah, that finals was trash. That was bad. Yeah, that's a JV first. And it's all, you know why this finals was bad?
Starting point is 00:39:26 The Western Conference finals, because they traded Luca to the Lakers. Literally. Yeah. I ain't mad at that. They messed up everything in the Western Conference. Damn. I ain't mad at that take.
Starting point is 00:39:39 I just think we all thought the Lakers was gonna play the Celtics. We did. Yeah. Well that's right. We all said that bro. We literally all said the Lakers were Celtics bro. Like niggas had their respective teams of course.
Starting point is 00:39:52 I ain't gonna lie, that would've been a crazy finals though. Just off the history. The world wanted to see that. The NBA would've been proud of that. The raiders would've been, oh my lord. The NBA would've been ecstatic. How disappointed is the NBA right now that it's gonna be Pacer, Oklahoma?
Starting point is 00:40:04 They're hot. But the NBA is furious their piss. Hey, love Yeah, it's good in a way cuz promoting small markets and like now you got another star SGA has been born Antares Halliburton has been born But as far as the global the game This is yeah, like people in other countries only know Celtics, Lakers. Nicks. Nicks, you know, Chicago. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:31 I mean, it's good, it's good, like you said, it's good for the small markets though, bro. We could take one on the chin. Yeah. I could have a different script next year. Yeah, and as long as it's good basketball, I think it's gonna help a little bit more. Now, if it gets to be in a blowout,
Starting point is 00:40:44 so bad ball, it's gonna look terrible. Yeah it's gonna help a little bit more. Now, if it gets to be in a blowout, so bad ball is gonna look terrible. It can't be one blowout. Nah. Yeah, if it's a blowout, people gonna start watching it. Like, if OKC blow the Pacers out game one, it's over. Nobody gonna watch no more. All they beat these niggas about 20, it's over.
Starting point is 00:40:59 Game one has to be real ball. It has to be an epic game. You gotta go down to the wire. Somebody gotta hit a last second bucket or, you know, minute to go, target's out of burden, did something special. That's the only thing that's gonna save this whole championship thing.
Starting point is 00:41:14 And for us though, both teams play up and down. So at least at the worst case scenario, something exciting gonna happen. At least we can keep you walking in. And the lead ain't gonna be safe against both of them teams. They get too many possessions. So I think worst case you can be walked in. And the league ain't going to be safe against both teams. They get to me possession. So I think worst case scenario would be good basketball. But in the super chat, seven anime says,
Starting point is 00:41:30 who gets the conference final MVP Pascal, Tyrese or Neesmith? That is a hell of a question. It's going to be Tyrese. It's going to be Tyrese. You have to. They got to build the star up. They got to make it something.
Starting point is 00:41:42 Pascal is called, but he not the star. Nah, bro. Tyrese is the star up, they gotta make it something. Pascal is called, but he not the star. Nah bro. Tyrese is the star bro. Pascal might be the best number two in the league. Mm-mm. I don't think he the number two. I'm not saying he the number two, I'm just saying he not the star.
Starting point is 00:41:54 If you saying he number two, he ain't the best number two. He up there bro. You got Jalen Williams number two, you got Jalen Brown a number two, you got Cat the number two. Cat, you love Cat. I love Cat bro, you got Kat the number two. Kat, you love Kat. I love Kat, bro. Is that Kat better than Joker?
Starting point is 00:42:08 He is. You got LeBron a number two. Bron is number two? Yeah, that's Luca. I don't know, they're not real number twos though, bro. They're stars, bro. Pascal's not really like, he's really like a Jaylen Williams type of player, bro.
Starting point is 00:42:24 He's not no LeBron or no ad or no Kyrie not so who shot to J LeBron is a number two because he's got a cold nigga on the okay No, yes, he'll be a star on another team I think he'll be a number two. He said he had never be the number one guy. Oh, I Really don't think Pascal be the number one guy anywhere bro. Mm-hmm. He's fired number two with Kawhi. Mm-hmm That's what I'm saying. I mean y'all name and duh. I mean the goats for sure. I feel you saying I think he's like the Be pride you think J. Dub will never be another number one. I can't see him. You're picking over him healthy
Starting point is 00:43:06 Yeah, I'm taking the champion. Me Pascal, bro. Respect, that's all I wanna say. Y'all got it. For sure. That one question, I don't know if I read that, but MXMO said, I need a signed tee, 44 jersey, but Freaky Mike signature on it only.
Starting point is 00:43:19 What type of weird? That's a nasty gay Freaky Mike. Why you on his name on my jersey? That shit's weird. Hey. He about to put that in a movie. Gay, followaky Mike. Why you on his name on my jersey? That shit's weird. He about to put that in a movie. Okay, father's word. He wanna put it in a movie. Oh.
Starting point is 00:43:32 The one you used to film. Oh. I don't know what Malcolm want these super trash selects. Call my nigga freaky Mike Silk press back in the day. Hmm. These super trash selects. Yeah, there's a word that we can't use in the word, but.
Starting point is 00:43:44 Big bad booty daddy. I'm not reading that shit Give that nigga his money back. I'll tell you what it was using it work, but you are yuck The homie fleeces cat biggest me. That's a good question. I don't know. That's a wild answer. I just want you to know there's a lot of super chest in here and Malky's. Give me a different chat for that one man.
Starting point is 00:44:18 I need a different. I need a different. I need a different. Next level hilarious bro. All right man let's move on. So I need a different, I need a different question. Hey that's next level hilarious bro. Alright man let's move on man. I got a question for you guys though, this is about college. What's up?
Starting point is 00:44:34 Did NIL save college? No it hurt it bro. No it did. I don't know bro, it go both ways. The reason I say it's saved. Cause some boys is going back to school. Yeah now you getting talented players who usually leave for the draft are going back to school We talked about a little bit last night. Yeah, we talked about the first
Starting point is 00:44:53 Going back you getting a check bro. Dang you ain't thirsty for the league, bro If I go get three million and I'm about to be a 17th pick I probably get this three four million try the lottery next year Look, what is your the national championship to ask you to come back or go to lead with NIA. What you doing? I'm going back, bro I'm gonna make more money where I got picked. I'm gonna make more money in college. Mm-hmm go back I'm trying to go lottery bro. Thanks. You a different player though, bro. I don't know. I Don't know man. I don't know but they give you three million Got it. You gotta get that.
Starting point is 00:45:25 You're gonna get that. And you only hoop it for what? Four months? Five months? Cause I was talking about Todd, Ted, Thad, whatever his name is. Ted Pediphan. To hide.
Starting point is 00:45:34 To hide. Like it's the hottest. You're a killer bro. You went to the combine did your thing. To me, it's a big risk. Going back to college, risky injury, bro. Yeah, that's part of it. It is a risk.
Starting point is 00:45:45 The risk is... Or he can play, he can come back, he got higher expectations now. He gonna be... Yeah, Jeff said he could be a tough, I'll talk to him. He gonna be a starter this year, so they gonna expect him to come in, kill,
Starting point is 00:45:55 and they still gotta win. If he come in and lose, and putting up, he still gonna drop, so it is a risk. But, nigga, who? The risk is, though, if you stay in the draft and you the 29th pick or you the 30th pick or you're a 33rd pick, now you got to go prove yourself. And most of the time you're going to be on a contending team and you ain't going to get a chance to play.
Starting point is 00:46:17 And now your life is going to be a little short lived. Fell victim to that, bro. Literally 29th pick on the Bulls, they a playoff team. You just sitting to that, bro. Literally. Twentynine pick, on the bulls, they're a playoff team. You just sitting there writing, bro. But if you go back to college, get three million and get a chance to up your draft stock, bro. That sound like a win. You did experience that.
Starting point is 00:46:33 You're right. And I go further, like Marcus got picked in the first round, but it was a kid named Kennedy Chandler. He went to Tennessee. I was scouting at that time. Yeah. He was in the same position as this dude and he entered the draft and I thought he should have went back to school He entered the draft. I think he was might be a 31st pick 32nd 33rd pick or whatever in the second round and
Starting point is 00:46:57 His career is over now. I mean he might be overseas playing. I'm not sure but his NBA career is over Yeah He could have went back to college, got a bag, killed. And if he went second round, he was going second round anyway. So at least he's going second round now with four million dollars, you know what I'm saying? I got you, I got you.
Starting point is 00:47:15 That's a hell of a call. But yeah, whatever his name, Pettiford, not to disrespect you little bro, but he got a better chance of being a top 10 pick now. Like I told you, not too many people with top 10 picks coming off the bench, only Marvin Williams and Rob Dillingham, and they were so good that it was like alarming that they were coming
Starting point is 00:47:31 off the bench. And then you look at the guards got picked this year, even with Reid Sheppard going this high, still got minimal minutes. You look at Rob, minimal minutes, like, yeah, you might as well go get that bread, cause if you, especially in his statue and height, you gotta beat Top 5 and give you a chance.
Starting point is 00:47:44 But Rob Rob I mean Read and Rob they went so high that they had to go. Yeah, and they were And they were so dynamic in college like it was like embarrassing like people was like take DJ Wagner out like what are y'all doing like The people that was playing in front of them was just looking crazy almost The people that were playing in front of them was just looking crazy almost. Yeah, I agree. And they was making DJ Life a living hell
Starting point is 00:48:09 and they was playing so good. It was like, bro, y'all have to take him out. And they literally was doing historic shit. Like, Re-Shepard was literally like, he was doing historic, he like the best shooter in Kentucky history, damn. Now so loyal, he never changed that shit. Yeah, he was like, DJ gonna get this,
Starting point is 00:48:23 he get into the league, fuck this. Niggas just passing him by, he getting there. And DJ Wagner a good player, but they were just such, they were so good at Kentucky that year, he couldn't even deny it. So only if you a top 20 player guarantee that y'all gonna test the waters with the NBA. As a freshman?
Starting point is 00:48:41 I'm saying lotto, really. Lottery? Yeah. With the money they can get now, lotto. If I'm not lotto, bro, I'm going lotto really. Lottery? Yeah. With the money they can get now, lotto. If I'm not lotto bro, I'm going back to school. What if you're a sophomore? The older you get, You get trickier the older you get.
Starting point is 00:48:53 The older you get, the trickier you get. But not really though. Cause the NBA is a plug and play league now. Like it used to be all potential, potential, potential. Now, if you young and you play and you sad, they will draft over you. So it don't matter no more. Like think about all the kids that played in Houston.
Starting point is 00:49:12 Oh yeah. You like all the young dudes they got in Houston? The Knox Christopher's and yeah. And somebody got drafted over. Reed Shepard came, he gone. Yeah. You know what I mean? That's for that.
Starting point is 00:49:21 They just gonna keep, somebody get drafted every year. So if you young and you sad, you gonna get drafted over. Then you see more and more in this day and age, them GMs, I don't care if you, I'll get it right next year if you can be up this roster. Me man, what? Look at the faces bro, all the draft picks we had did not play for our team anymore.
Starting point is 00:49:36 No, think about all the draft picks y'all got, like OB Toppin was with the Knicks, Neesmith was with Boston, all these dudes. All second round situations. Like, they don't care, they draft somebody else next year. So you can be young and sad if you want. Should get spooky. I know a lot of cops and they get asked all the time,
Starting point is 00:50:00 have you ever had to shoot your gun? Sometimes the answer is yes. But there's a company dedicated to a future where the answer will always be no. Across the country, cops call this Taser the revolution. But not everyone was convinced it was that simple. Cops believed everything that Taser told them. I'm Michael Kassin, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures, and your guide on Good Company, the podcast where I sit down with the boldest innovators shaping what's next. In this episode, I'm joined by Anjali Sood, CEO of Tubi, for a conversation that's anything but ordinary. We dive into the competitive world of streaming, how she's turning so-called niche into mainstream gold, connecting audiences with stories that truly make them feel seen.
Starting point is 00:52:43 What others dismiss as niche, we embrace as core. It's this idea that there are so many stories out there and if you can find a way to curate and help the right person discover the right content, the term that we always hear from our audience is that they feel seen. Get a front row seat to where media, marketing, technology, entertainment, and sports collide.
Starting point is 00:53:06 And hear how leaders like Anjali are carving out space and shaking things up a bit in the most crowded of markets. Listen to Good Company on the iHeart radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. All right, man, Eduardo Flores in Supertrends at JT Delusional, he talk about the 2015 Brian being the reason he would have lost to Klaude, KD, Kerry. He lost to no love in two games from Irvin, this Thunder Dog, Walker Squad, MJ Kobe, SJ King's lineage. Man, you ain't even from here. Shut up. Nigga, that means Eduardo. Nigga lineage. Man. Okay. You ain't even from here, shut up.
Starting point is 00:53:46 Niggas name's Eduardo, nigga shut up. He ready to tweet. I got about two minutes for you Eduardo. You better leave your fucking alone. I'm staying out of that one. Respect. Peewe man 22 said, how I feel about Paul George being the reason
Starting point is 00:54:03 O.K.C. in the Pacers and the Finals this year due to the fact that he got traded from both. Yes, we talked about that on the pod dropping today at 12 p.m. Tap in, shout out to PG for blessing the franchise for his show. Showed a lot of love. Appreciate you, gang.
Starting point is 00:54:16 Donald Cox II said, they should just let kids go out of high school now and have to stay two years before you can go to the NBA. No, they should just let kids go to the NBA. Me, I don't think you should have to stay two years, but they should just open the floodgates and let can go to the NBA? No, they should just let kids go to the NBA. Yeah, I don't think you should have to stay two years, but they should just open the floodgates and let people go to the league. Cause you either ruining people lives,
Starting point is 00:54:32 and when I say you ruin people lives, you ruin college coaches lives, cause they getting you for one year. Now it's kind of cool cause they can pay you, but they know that you're not going to be here. Like you don't want to go to college, bro. Like AJ DeVance is like, he shouldn't have to go to BYU, man.
Starting point is 00:54:47 He wasting his time. Wagnum wouldn't want to go to college. Cause a lot of people don't treat it like Ben Simmons, bro. Go there, you're like, bro, I'm about to tweak out, I don't care about y'all scholarships. Nothing. Top tier documentary, bro. Haven't seen it tap yet.
Starting point is 00:55:01 That's something with the fire. It really ruins a couple players' lives. Like DJ Wagnum would have went out of high school. Yeah. And now he's third year in college, but Mikey Williams might not have made the NBA, but he was projected to go to, yeah. Y'all think LaMelo would have went straight?
Starting point is 00:55:17 Yup. I mean, shit, he did that anyway. He did. But all these dudes would have went straight out of high school, and a lot of guys careers. Like Marcus, he'd probably been a top 10 pick out of high school and a lot of guys careers like Marcus He probably been a top 10 pick out of high school Lancelot, you know, I mean a lot of guys would have been top picks out of high school and college
Starting point is 00:55:34 Open that back up. When did that shut down? Is that oh four was the last class? 20 years like imagine you're making bra and have to go to college. Man, what? That'd have been awful. That'd have been fire at all the state though. But that would have been stupid. It would have been stupid. It would have been stupid. It would have been NBA.
Starting point is 00:55:52 It was a waste of his time. A lot of people, who else could have went out of high school? Greg Oden should have been here, bro. Kevin Durant, waste of my time. Greg Oden was his time. D-Rose. Mike Beasley it is. D-Rose, waste of my time.
Starting point is 00:56:04 Y'all class is crazy. OJ should have never yeah he is. D-Rose once in his time. Y'all glass, it's crazy. OJ should have never been to USC. Never touch USC. Never. No. Never. See, people's careers would have been totally different too. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:56:13 Because they would have had priority in the franchise. Yeah, and they would have been different because, man, you gotta think about how much confidence you had when you came out of high school, bro. Yeah, he won. Man, you, like Greg Oden would've just went straight to the league, even though he killed. He was at his highest right there.
Starting point is 00:56:29 He was. Even though he killed at Ohio State, he might not have went to Portland. Yeah. He might not have had a guy hurt. He might not have broke his hand. He might've went. Man, Gio had a bad body though, bro.
Starting point is 00:56:40 G.I. was. You would've thought that nigga grew up with Bill Russell, boy. Technology was not on his side. They tried everything to get my boy right. He was breaking down. I just feel like, and like players like me, not to say I'm happy with what happened to me,
Starting point is 00:56:55 how my career went, but I would have been at Duke. I wouldn't have went to Duke, but I'm just saying. You know what I mean? Like you take Derrick Rose and all them dudes out of college basketball Yeah, do like me who's a 50th player in the country. You looked at a little different. Yeah We know we not getting him so now all of a sudden Shit, we might get Jeff at Duke. Yeah, you would have stayed awake though Wake was wake was cool for me, but shit.
Starting point is 00:57:29 I'm saying all them ones, your class is gun smoke. That's 20 going to the league out the gate, at least. But Wake was perfect, cause he got to just do him. You go to these other schools, he might've went to Duke and been there with still five other six of them. You'd be cool with Nolan Smith and Cal Singleto. I wouldn't have went to Duke. He might have averaged 20 something.
Starting point is 00:57:49 You wouldn't see him in Duke, but Ty Lawson was going to the league. I wouldn't know Duke guy. Think Ty Lawson was going out of high school? Hell yeah. Smallest hit, well, badminton. Let me get them to average a triple though with O'Keele. I wouldn't know Duke guy.
Starting point is 00:58:02 I probably, cause I would have been so holly, saw that because everybody's going to the, I probably would have went to like, Indiana probably would have rolled out the carpet for me. They probably would have, I mean they did that anyway, but I probably would have been like, shit I'm going to stay at the crib. You would have been out without my name.
Starting point is 00:58:18 Paul Kelly Satchel would have let you cook. Yeah, I wouldn't have to worry about Eric. You would have been with DJ White? Yeah, Eric would have went to the league. Yeah, Eric was leading. What? League, it'd have went to the league. Yeah, Eric would have. What? It'd be you and Jordan Crawford. His shit would have been different.
Starting point is 00:58:29 Him out of high school to the, bro. Bro, what? He was so different. He was so different. And he was ready to. He got to the league in average to do them, actually. Yeah, bro. And he averaged like 20 when he first got to LA.
Starting point is 00:58:40 Yeah, when they started planning. He was one of the hardest people to guard at that time. Bro, I'm telling you, he was different. That's some shit to think about for sure. Shout out to EJ Legend in the city for sure. I definitely would have been lit. I would have been hot. I would have had Kentucky, Duke, Carolina.
Starting point is 00:58:55 Nah, I'm facts, D, cause you're the man's top 10 player. I would have been moved. I would have been moved. I would have picked where I wanna go. All them boys go. But he only rank high cause everybody go to the league. That's the part of the journey. I might have been where I wanna go. All them boys go. But he only rank high because everybody go to the league. That's the part of the journey. I might have been one and done though,
Starting point is 00:59:09 you gotta think about it. Cause in high school you would have been playing, like we went to Vegas and we playing all the dude, NBA scouts would have been there watching these dudes go out of high school and you killing. Yeah. And you might have, niggas might have been second round Pete
Starting point is 00:59:24 out of high school. Oh shit. You know what I'm saying? Like. You already had the dark story to match. You know what I'm saying? You gotta check that bag. You get the draft story.
Starting point is 00:59:35 But you think about it though, cause you would have been playing against NBA Scouts in front of these dudes to see Eric Gordon, like Brandon Jennings was the one out of high school, all these guys. For sure. Man, that's crazy. All right man, Super Chatay Jalen Benitez says,
Starting point is 00:59:46 "'Shout out to B.H.E.N. for real bro, responding to my message when I said y'all should put the videos up so we can see what y'all talking about. Shout out to Jeff too, one of my favorite players for real." I'll shout out to you man. Shout out to him. We're working on that bro. For sure.
Starting point is 00:59:57 All right, 2kick17 said, "'Y'all think Jace Richardson should go back?' Yes. Think so Moog? Nah, he gonna be a top pick. He a top pick? He gonna be top 20. He a top five pick? He gonna be top 20. He's top 20.
Starting point is 01:00:07 Dude like him, you gotta strike with an iron hot. Cause I ain't no shade to Lil Bro. He good, but he don't jump off the screen. Yeah, he don't, bro. But he good enough to make it to the league. Like, shoot them are 50% bro. Yeah, I'm rolling. You efficient as hell.
Starting point is 01:00:24 Yeah, I'm rolling. Just gotta strike with an iron hot. He don't need no bread, neither. No, bro. Chase their 50% bro. You efficient as hell. Just got to strike with an iron hot. He don't need no bread neither. No bro. Chase your dreams bro. Chase your dreams. Strike right in that portal bro. His little brother got a 50 inch burger. I was gonna say the younger brother, he, yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:36 He would join him in the league in the co-weds. Boy jump out the gym. But he got to strike with an iron hot cause his dream might not come true if he go back to Michigan State. And we've seen a lot of Michigan State guards have great success in the tournament and all that stuff. It still not be high picks, so take advantage.
Starting point is 01:00:53 I ain't mad at it for sure. Yeah, don't Kailin Lucas this time, bro. Shout out to him, but. Damn, get well soon. All right, WNBA scores from yesterday. The Mystics took care of the Fever 83 to 77. I told y'all. Chelsea Mitchell had 14.
Starting point is 01:01:05 Shut the league down. Yeah, Dwayne Obarra had 21. Brittany Sykes been killing. She had 21 and nine. And Kiki Irving, rookie going crazy this year. This the only game she done have a double double basically. 16 to eight. Yeah man, we ain't got Caitlin.
Starting point is 01:01:18 People might go on a little losing streak. Just started. We shake back though bro. For sure, shout out to Angel Reese to become the fastest player in league history to get 500 points 38 games, excuse me, Tina Thompson said with 44. There we go. So I say Me bounce of me bails in that but you know how I mean? Shout out to her. Me bails? Yeah, that's what you do, that's what you do. You throw that bitch up. What was her boy that got the triple-double?
Starting point is 01:01:49 Ricky Davis. She got a little Ricky Davis in her. Me bails is a bar. Me bails is fucking hilarious, bro. So how many offensive rebounds you think she got out of those 500? 400. Oh, man, wait a minute.
Starting point is 01:02:04 I'm gonna say at least 200 is offensive rebounds. Hey, that's cold. And I'll focus on Lisa Leslie. Lisa Leslie told her we gonna get in the gym and work on your layup package. Cause she shoot 33%, she's a big man. Yeah. You would be kicked out of the NBA.
Starting point is 01:02:20 Yeah. Yeah. No, as a big, shoot 33%. And are you taking his layups? Yeah, you will be fired. Somebody showed me that yesterday, I said. She shoot 33%. Yes, bro.
Starting point is 01:02:31 That's insane. All you do is shoot layups, bro. There's no way she shoots 33%. She does, bro. I hate that we had to talk about Angel Reese, but she is a polarizing player in the W. Oh, yeah. Oh, her offensive rebound.
Starting point is 01:02:42 200. Damn, there are 200 offensive rebounds. For her career, she shoots I'll put the rebound to work damn there 200 office From the field 38% for the field for her career. Yeah, that's right there. Yeah, that's that That's a big man so so far this year you should 21 she has 56 rebounds and 30 of them She's on the misery bounce other 26. She's one of the worst off into players in the league for percentage watch She's literally Dennis Robin now she did have a wrist injury just last summer so I don't know if you know said they impacted the Workout game, but at least less we gotta get back
Starting point is 01:03:35 We got raised up Lisa Leslie Get it get in character Baby girl got at least me 50 from a crazy I think what? I'm not just saying. It's because he got his hair painted, bro. I think. I think. I think. I think. I think. What? He got a body?

He got a murder on it. Yeah, you better true lightly boy Talk about life, man, don't be scared I After I see that well bar Gail boy, he played a little role. Oh, seriously for you to be a star in the WBA you shoot 33% That's why I said I could play. Me and Joana with the rad shit in that movie.
Starting point is 01:05:08 That pick and roll nigga would've been crazy. 33%, bro, you miss all the time. Oh, man. Man. You miss all the time. Oh, God. But the thing she do well is she get her own rebound. Oh me.
Starting point is 01:05:28 She has 56 rebounds in the season, 26 of those are offensive. The mebound is crazy. But y'all like that though. Y'all coach one niggas keep missing. I said keep fighting. Keep going. Don't give up. I heard Jep say that.

Starting point is 01:06:56 Good game by the sky. We just talked about- That was a W, but I am not watching the sky highlights. I am. We said this yesterday. We need from each game, at least give us three solid highlights to work with y'all. We really wanna tap in like...

Starting point is 01:07:47 I know a lot of cops, and they get asked all the time, have you ever had to shoot your gun? Sometimes the answer is yes. But there's a company dedicated to a future where the answer will always be no. Across the country, cops call this Taser the revolution. But not everyone was convinced it was that simple. They are the worst team in the league Not a 42. They get in smack bro, every night. They still got a lot of games to play. A hundred more games. A hundred more built to answer the season. They literally worse than the Wizards in basketball.
Starting point is 01:13:16 Wow. DJ you play baseball, how many games did y'all play in high school? 20ish, maybe more than that. Cause I'm like, when do, how do you prepare for 200 games? Like a what? The con season end as long as the MLB season.
Starting point is 01:13:29 Maybe have the double headers and shit. Maybe have the double headers. Okay. Pitchers get to sit out, they got all kinds of stuff. Baseball, hey you basketball. Yeah. Essentially, yeah. For real.
Starting point is 01:13:38 Anytime that you playin' a game, you just end one and say run it back and professional sports, that's crazy. Yeah. But they legit like on a pace for the worst team in MLB history though. They're nasty bro. Bad, it's a bad team bro, bad, bad team.

Starting point is 01:14:08 You bet. Do you bet on the players or you just straight up change? I might take the pitches sometimes. Pitchers, strikeouts. But yeah, we're going to get these baseball parlay's back rocking for show. But we're going to tap in, feed the streets to the summer for show. All right, man. Uh, we go back to this topic, AE. Listen, man, crown the face of the league. I don't think that he wants to be the face of the league. If he wants to be the face of the league,
Starting point is 01:14:32 I think it could happen. I think he just wanna keep killing. I think that's the NBA's problem to figure out. I was talking to Will Barton yesterday. He said, Bron still the face of the league. He was like, people more excited to see Bron than any of these other people, bro. I was like, you damn near right,
Starting point is 01:14:49 because if Bron was in the finals right now, everybody would be watching. Bron versus Steph finals right now today would go crazy. If there was a Lakers, Warriors, Western Conference, final of the world, we'd be talking about it every single day. The Pacers' Knicks series would be overlooked. That is a great point.
Starting point is 01:15:03 You damn near right. Bron is the face of the league. Cause his story was written more about him being 40 and doing what he's doing. We were more excited about that than anything else. Like every day we came in here, Bron just had 30. Like he's doing this at 40. Well definitely.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Him and Jokic, we talked about them every day. Facts. That's true. I agree, Bron is still the face till he leave to polarize and bro, but even the 20 plus years I think even the year after bro, they're gonna all ask LeBron's thoughts about everything that happens Like how could you fix this will you come back? That's gonna be the whole narrative bro. It's still LeBron Yeah, I don't think he gonna come back to the league once he hang him up.
Starting point is 01:15:48 I just wonder what he does next. I wonder if he stays around the NBA. He gonna be an owner, bro. He gonna try to be an owner. But do you think he do what Mike do? Yeah, that's what he do. You know how Mike working for NBC and they offer him 40 million.
Starting point is 01:15:58 Do you think somebody offered LeBron 50 million? Or did LeBron build his own? He's that type of dude. He'd build his own shit. Cause that'd be fire. He's building his own shit, bro. Youron build his own he's that type of do you build his own shit? Something they already laid under its rep is gonna be the the segue to all things bruh, it'll be far though that'll be tight if I had a like a morning show or a talk show Like three cool dudes. Let his guys come on.
Starting point is 01:16:25 Or four, some cool camera guys. They put them on uninterrupted. That'd be lit. Because he already doing a podcast. I'd rather do a morning show with my guys. But I don't think he'll get up every morning and do that. I don't know bro. It's gonna be hard for him to cut that off.
Starting point is 01:16:42 Never know. They say he get up at four or five. But matter of fact, don't do that actually, bruh. No, I was being funny if you didn't hear what I was. I was for the crowd. I respected though, I think it's smart. I don't think he gonna do it. I don't think it's too much time.
Starting point is 01:17:00 He gonna try to be an owner. Like doing this every morning is too much time, especially when he do movies and he do all that other stuff and he a billionaire like He ain't gonna want to talk ball Like this he want to talk ball his own comfort with wine and just chillin With one other person brought a mess around to sit her and tweet everything bro and just dominate that way But this was an interesting point that just brought up. You think they brought Mike in for Brian's last dance? That'd be crazy.
Starting point is 01:17:28 If last year Brian was narrated by Jordan like throughout, like captured throughout the season, that'd be crazy. And if y'all do this NBC, I owe a check. So pay what you way. He should do it. But that'd be fire. That'd be cold.
Starting point is 01:17:38 Y'all think Brian. Mike ain't about doing that shit. Yeah, y'all think Mike gonna get up there and just be sad anyway, so. No, I don't think Mike gonna, Mike gonna and just be sad anyway. So I don't think Mike gonna, Mike gonna, they gonna like, we gonna, Mike ain't ever be in the studio. Mike gonna be in Greece somewhere. And we're tapping in with Mike, he's in Greece.
Starting point is 01:17:54 Hey y'all, what's going on? Mike gonna be remote. Yeah, I mean, okay, see they were good last year. They still good. Yeah, man. They gonna be surprised. They really sad, but they good. Mike pulling up to the stove.
Starting point is 01:18:06 No, when you were the owner of the Hornets, what did you look for in a player? Well, you know, I just went with who was winners in college. He might be the worst draftee ever though. Mike goes down as one of the worst people to pick somebody. He better pick the nigga in Chicago open runs. That nigga for the future. Number two.
Starting point is 01:18:28 If the Hornets was drafting you then, it was a bad sign, man. He picked Adam Morrison. I was like, yeah. You really like winners, bro. Like people who won in college, because there's no way you thought Adam Morrison was about to be him.
Starting point is 01:18:41 Get well soon for sure, man. All right, verify Buccos be him, who was getting tooled yesterday. SGA, man. He could have sat something for sure man. All right, Verified Buc-Key's B.Hen, who was getting tool yesterday. SGA man. He could have sat out for the game. He'll act as bad as Timber Woods played, but SGA get it. Get your numbers anyway, 34, eight, and seven.
Starting point is 01:18:54 Gonna show some love to Chet, who had 22 and seven. Last turn, at least man, shout out to Sam Presti. Keep remixing squad, man. Back to the finals with a different rendition. He the gold, bro. Nah, you know, my Verified Buc-Key. What's that coach name? Presti keep remixing squad man back to the finals with a different rendition Now, you know my verified bucket, what's that coach name? Okay, see yeah Yeah, he he need to be a verified bucket bro. What he did with this team
Starting point is 01:19:23 All these young dudes and he got them to buy in like it's so hard to get people to buy in an the NBA because it's about money. And you got a full team of dudes who trying to get paid. You got Lou Dior got paid and you got SGA got paid. And Isaiah Joe and Caruso, right? Them like the big money guys on their team. But you got Jalen Williams who need a check. You need check about to get a check. You got some other dudes on that team who trying to get paid.
Starting point is 01:19:44 Hardstein paid too, I forgot. Yeah, they took care of him. Who? Hardstein. Oh yeah, but then the rest of these young, you got some young dudes who's trying to get paid, like Carson, I mean, Kason Wallace and all them. They trying to work their way in to getting a check
Starting point is 01:19:58 and to get them to buy in like they do. Man, that's pretty cool, bro. No, I'm sure. And he's 40 years old too, one of the younger coaches. They got a dope pick of him and Caruso in the G League. Dug it out. Oh, you're a great coach, bro. I'll turn it up.
Starting point is 01:20:12 So to see what he did with that team, got this young group going to the finals, bro. Pretty impressive, man. Be the best team in the league two years in a row, now I'm going to the finals, possibly win a championship, pretty impressive. I mean, I know we're about to get out here I'm gonna ask you a question when you come up with coaches in that situation like for you Moog to see him
Starting point is 01:20:29 in that level to see him now is he the same person same philosophies or you can see early on that he was gonna be in the head coach spot. He's smart as hell bro I knew he started off at Florida so I played against McIntucky but I knew after playing for him like are you gonna be a head coach in the league at some point bro you know this game too well, bro. He had, he just thought different, bro. I knew he was gonna make it. That's dope, man.
Starting point is 01:20:50 That's like, you already talked like Kenny Yakes and stuff like that. Your sisters went on to be Prosper's head coaches. You could see that early. Yeah, I knew Kenny would be special. He didn't even want to be a head coach, but he was, his mind was different. Like he said, you know,
Starting point is 01:21:00 like I knew whenever a team he got, they was gonna be explosive offensively. But nah, that's what's up, man. For sure. All right, man, what the hell, E. Burner in the Super Tracks, say yo, B. He in this PJ Tucker five-freeze a lot tonight. Man, my boy ain't getting in.
Starting point is 01:21:13 I was screaming his name too, kept doing me like this. Well, hopefully, you know what I'm saying, it's built to answer. He will get pretty in minutes tonight, so he can get those attempts up. All right, get well soon. We start off with the T-Wolfs. Nine first quarter points.
