You talked about this recently,
regarded like the yonder situation, you said the grass might always be greener.
I love to have that conversation with you here,
because I know Teeq talk about that, his old teammate,
the landscape at the NBA,
people always talk about moving around and stuff,
but some of these stars is like,
you might as well just be where you at
and just make it your own.
Yeah, man.
One of the craziest things I think I did
was just leaving Orlando.
Not knowing what I had until it was really gone
and not seeing like when you go somewhere else,
you really in somebody else's shit.
You think you can come over there and take it,
but nah, it ain't like that.
So, you know, being in Orlando, I ain't realize,
I'm young as hell, man, 22 in the finals, you know what I'm saying?
22 one of the best players already,
MVP and all that stuff talk,
and I didn't know what I was doing down there,
you know what I'm saying?
So I just tell you, Yannis, man, you are Milwaukee.
Where's you going?
You know what I'm saying?
It ain't nothing else gonna hit right after that,
you know what I'm saying?
So I just think that his best bet is to just stay put.
I mean, they add pieces around him.
You know what I'm saying?
So it ain't the other way around.
Like he don't need to go nowhere else
and try to figure it out.
They gonna bring whatever he, and he already won.
He already won.
What else do you gotta do?
He gonna get his, if he stay, he gonna get a statue.
The Nases will get a statue if he stays. The Nassas will get a head coach if he's off.
For real, he need to stay, man.
Like, I understand wanting to leave
and playing with these guys and chasing the ring,
but for real, like, that's the one thing I don't like
and I wish I didn't do was chase after a ring, you know what I'm saying?
Going to teams, trying to figure it out.
So I would say you gotta stay home, stay put.
Nah, because when you was in Orlando,
I tell everybody you was the most dominant player
and it was like you was joking with people.
Like we had four, what, we had four, five bigs?
We had five.
We had, we had all these old.
Thomas, Josh Powell.
Jason Collins.
Jason Collins, one of the grants with the low.
Yeah, we had a bunch of people.
We had Al Horvathron, Zaza.
Zaza Petruyere.
We had a whole squad to stop you.
In my rookie year, y'all beat us by like 40 year game.
But our second year.
He said every game.
Y'all did, in the playoffs, y'all beat us by like 40.
With Gilberto and Wright.
Nah, we beat y'all with Gil.
But y'all first year, I think y'all had Hedo.
Oh yeah, we did.
We had like the biggest margin of victory
in like NBA history against y'all.
Y'all like, Woody was the coach,
we was getting our ass beat.
Then the next year we played y'all,
and we was like, we gonna let the White score 50.
In our first game, you had like 36 in the first quarter,
like in the first half.
And I'm like, amen.
This nigga might really score 50, y'all.
They like, no, it's cool, it's cool.
We got to eliminate the threes.
But I was just telling people how dominant you were.
Like, it was crazy.
You couldn't get a layup.
Like, I used to shoot floater at the top of the rack board.
And he would be just laughing, like,
don't come back here.
Let him go, let him go, hey let him go.
I was like, man what the fuck?
Jameer Nilsson just let you go to the basket,
he'll block it.
He's a cheat code.
It was fun as hell man.
And I think people took me laughing and joking
as not taking the game serious.
But I practiced so hard, I worked so hard
outside of the games before the game started
that by the time we got playing, I'm like, man, this is fun.
Going out there dominating, dunking, blocking shots, doing all that I'm doing.
This is fun because I done put in all the hard work.
So now it's really a show.
That's that's how I'm taking it.
Like, man, I'm going to put on a show.
We got all these fans.
They never see me play live.
I'm going to go crazy. I'm going to block a shot, smile, toss and trash to the, the show, we got all these fans, they ain't never seen me play live. I'm finna go crazy, I'm finna block a shot, smile,
toss some trash to the, you know.
And I didn't mean no harm by it,
it's just, I just had so much passion about playing.
You was dominant, bro, I'm always get your flowers on that.
That shit was crazy.
I think Gilbert had brought it up on the pod.
When they played Atlanta, his stats was like crazy, like 40, like 40, 10.
Only played against Atlanta, yeah.
35, whatever.
Oh yeah, it's like he had something against us.
That's what I was about to ask you,
being from Atlanta, what was it?
I did, one, I was mad because I wanted to play in Atlanta.
You know what I'm saying?
So I was like, man, they ain't even, I'm from Atlanta.
They could have drafted me.
But then it was just like, I wanted to beat the Hawks
because every game I saw somebody that I knew
from growing up talking trash and they cheering
for the Hawks, I was like, man, I gotta,
and the Hawks had like five bigs too.
I wanted to destroy every single big,
like that was my whole mission.
Yeah, they didn't have a chance.
To dominate.
Nah, they didn't have no chance.
They didn't have no chance.
So that was y'all whole game plan to let me score? Yeah, that second time we played, because we beat y'all my whole mission. It's a domination. Nah, they didn't have no chance. So that was y'all whole game plan to let me score?
Yeah, that second time we played,
so we beat y'all my second year.
The first year y'all blew us out,
but my second year they was like, let Dwight kill.
And you was killing shit.
But nobody else was really scoring like that
because we was just staying at home
and you was just playing one on one, it was killing.
Well, I don't know, we figured it out.
Jamal had a big series.
That was a smart ass game plan. Yeah, that's what it was. For real. Because I'm like, man, I can't know, we figured it out. Jamal had a big series. That was a smart ass game plan.
Yeah, that's what it was.
For real.
Cause I'm like, man, I could keep cooking,
but then my teammates wasn't as involved as you.
See, that was like one of five.
Yeah, that wasn't good.
When you played with Atlanta, you wasn't on that team.
Nope, I left the year he came.
Man, that would have been fine.
Yeah.
What the?
Did you hit the weight room when you got to the league?
What kind of plan was you on?
I did, I was skinny.
I tried to lift weights before I got to the league.
My regiment before I got to the league
was I was waking up, this every day in high school,
was waking up 4 a.m., going to the track,
then the weight room, then the gym.
But I couldn't gain no weight.
None of that stuff happened.
Then when I got to the league,
I started doing Olympic lifting
with our trainer in Orlando.
And I would say after the first year is what hit me,
I started playing against the guys that was big and strong.
And I was like, man,
I'm not gonna get pushed around no more.
So I just started lifting and eating weights.
Then I got too big.
I got too big.
That's why I asked.
Yeah.
I went and got a weight room at my house
and every day I'm doing the bench press.
Trying to get my bench right.
I'm like, man, I got to get close to 500.
And the bench, I know that was true.
Trying to get my bench right.
You bitching 500. I'm trying to get to 500. Yeah, I'm like, man.. And the bitch, you know. I was trying to get my bitch right, you bitch with 500.
I tried to get the 500, yeah, I'm like man.
You about to body slam your body.
Show them, nigga.
Yeah, the bitch press.
We was trying to, we was doing thousand push-ups every day.
Nigga, no wonder then.
Cause I'm like, they shot the white with that shit.
Strong as shit.
Nah, we was doing thousand push-ups.
You was like 220 or something in high school and then.
In high school I was 180, what, 185,
then I got up to 220, 224.
Then when I got to the league,
they got me all the way up to 265, 270.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
That's too big though.
And that's crazy because like,
they always compare like you and Yung's situation
like when y'all first came into the league
and they're like a couple years after.
I can see that.
Yeah, y'all became fucking monsters.
I could see that.
I think that he was, he is a like,
the White Howard that could play with handles
and you know, being able to go full court and all that stuff.
In my era, they wouldn't allow the Bigs to do that.
And he had just came in at the right time
where he could play one-on-one as a five, a full court,
bring the ball down.
I remember playing in Orlando,
the coaches telling him every time I dribbled the ball,
he'd tell them to come take it.
Don't dribble.
So that's the only thing I could do
was the jump hooks and dunk the ball.
That's crazy.
That Orlando team, we always give y'all credit
and y'all flowers because y'all were early.
Y'all set the trend.
Like that, especially in this era,
y'all would have dominated.
With the threes, keep the floor space with the threes?
Come on man, he be targeting the blue
as the de facto point guard at six nine.
Ryan Anderson shooting.
Ryan Anderson shooting threes.
None but threes.
Crazy.
Nobody talk about how Jameer played man,
but Jameer was.
Was cold man.
Was cold.
The way he shot the ball, it was underrated.
I don't think people really talked about him.
I think after he hurt his shoulder that year.
But then having the two OG point guards,
Skip Tumalu and Anthony Johnson.
AJ.
Yeah, Skip Tumalu.
Used to call him No-Neck.
That's crazy.
Anthony No-Neck Johnson, that was my dog.
He was one of my favorite point guards.
Every time in a game when he got in trouble,
he'd just be like, Dwight, and throw the ball up for a lob.
I'd be like, dawg, just anytime you get in trouble,
just throw that bitch up to the rim, I'll go get it.
That's a hell of a look.
Don't worry about that team too, like you said,
Jimmy Nelson was doing this thing for sure.
he just hoop like it was an one.
He didn't hoop on y'all team, bro.
How was that playing with him, bro?
Man, that was so much fun.
He's one of my all time favorites
because I used to watch, I grew up watching Anne One.
So like seeing him on Anne One
and then actually being on his team,
I'm like, yo, this is sick, yo.
Like this is really skipped to my Lou.
He was one of the coldest man.
But he though was one of my craziest teammates.
It's cold.
And coldest.
6'10 can shoot anywhere on the floor, post up,
you got handles.
I think the NBA back then was such a like,
I can't, I don't want to hate on the guys now
that's playing, but I feel like we was, our era like,
that era was really nice.
It was a good, it was a good time.
I mean, I think it was a lot of cold people.
And we, I think like the best players to hoop
was in that era.
Like all of y'all are like Hall of Famers.
Just think about the names of the era.
You're talking about the Dirt and the Whiskeys,
the KGs, the Tim Duncans, you got Amari, Stoudemire,
you got LeBron, you got all.
Hello.
This, the era that we had, that was like.
Right.
They was all like Hall of Famers. It was probably one of the coldest eras of basketball.
The basketball back then was so hard
because now the floor is spaced out
so you're getting all these points.
Back then, everybody boxes their elbows.
It's hard to score.
It's hard to get 20 points a game in that league.
But then, there's only 10 people scoring 20 points.
So you see how cold the league was back then.
Yeah.
You talk about the spacing.
There wasn't no spacing.
They had traditional power forwards and traditional fives.
Yes.
And they wasn't two threes.
None.
Until they got them.
When they start putting Rashard Lewis
and Ryan Anderson out there.
Rashard Lewis was one of the first ones.
I think it was Rashard, Rashid Lewis too.
Cause we kind of got that from the Pistons.
See Detroit beat us two years in a row in the playoffs
when I first got into the league.
Rashid Lewis?
Rashid Wallace.
Rashid Wallace, that's why I meant to say Rashid Wallace.
I knew you.
Yeah.
I'm trying to see.
I said Rashard.
Stop talking about me.
I'm trying to say Rashid.
Stop.
Name Debo.
Stop talking about me.
Stop me, I'm saying.
But now Rasheed Wallace,
I would say how Rasheed Wallace and Ben Wallace
and then the guys they had on their team,
they kind of gave us the blueprint
of what we needed to do to be successful.
Like I need to change my mentality
to be a beast in the paint.
So watching and playing against guys like Ben Wallace,
Jason Maxil, Rashid Wallace, Antonio Medaille.
This is all on the Pistons team.
So that team right there, the league can blame them
for me wanting to get in the weight room
and wanting to like go after people
because for two years straight, they bullied us, man.
They bullied us and we couldn't beat them
in the playoffs our regular season.
Damn.
Nah, that was crazy.
Shout out to that Pistons team, Jason Maxill
and Ben Wallace got a crazy front court.
And people forgetting about Rasheed Wallace, yo.
People forget how strong Antonio McDyce was.
Him too. And he had bounce.
I think after Nuggets was getting bucketsce was. I think he was strong as shit. Him too, and he had balance. I think that the Nuggets was getting buckets.
He was cold.
He was cold.
Jason Maxill was, what's he like, 6'6"?
Jason Maxill 6'3 with an 8'3 waist.
Yeah, that nigga hard, long as hell.
Long as hard, looking like a digital turtle.
Dark Seal would.
For the answers you don't know,
y'all talking about, what's my name Isaiah up in Detroit?
Nah, Jaxon Maxill was originally Jaxon Maxill.
Y'all seen that video of him chasing the dude in China.
China, bro, he was trying to kill that man.
Boy, he would have killed that man.
Boy, he would have killed him, boy.
Hey, that was for cheese basketball,
we could get different for sure, man.
Yo, oh God.
Man, it was the Times Open, I wanted to scrap. Why, you cannot fight in the, they would have canceled your visa, man. Yeah, they be. Yo, oh God. Man, it was some times over there, I wanted to scrap.
Why you can not find another?
They were to cancel your visa, boy.
You threw a guy over there.
Me?
That number the guy that you threw?
No, I don't tell you the story about that.
He just talking shit.
Yeah, we gonna pass.
Yeah.
They gonna be in the comments,
be like, yeah, this one right here.
Yeah.
Tic Tac don't find y'all.
No. Yeah, that's all bad. Yeah. Tic Tac don't fine, Joey. No.
That's all bad.
No.
But in China, we did get in Taiwan.
We got into a, my team got into a fight.
I got kicked out of the game.
I didn't even fight.
I was on the bench.
That was the one time I actually did do nothing
to deserve a tick.
So it was pretty intense.
We gotta get you overseas, man.
For me?
Yeah.
That's probably over for me.
10 days.
10 days?
I can do 10 days, how about I say.
T-A-T.
Yeah, 10 days, man.
I can do 10 days.
I started the league over in Asia a couple years ago
after my first year in Taiwan.
And reason being is a lot of guys who've played
in the NBA or trying to make it to the NBA
once they don't make it or something like that,
they usually tend to just be like, fuck it.
You know what I'm saying?
Go down to rabbit hole of why they ain't played or whatever.
And I really wanted to give a lot of guys opportunities
to hoop across the water.
The international game, the international love,
international money, it's all out there.
I feel like sometimes we just put ourselves in a box
and we don't make it here, then that's the end all be all.
So we started League three years ago
and it's been booming, man.
We got Boogie came and played in it.
Quinn Cook came and played.
We got a guy seven foot seven that was playing in the league
for a couple of years now.
But we got about eight, nine teams.
The league is-
Where your boy at?
From Boston.
That was on the pod.
Big time, Nick can't wear-
Taco Faw.
Taco Faw, he was about to come actually.
He was about to come actually and play over there.
He went to mainland China to play.
But man.
Shout out to Taco.
Shout out to Taco.
I remember watching him at UCF,
and UCF staff and you can't finish.
He was at the right school, he could not finish
in the paint, I'm like, bro, you seven foot nine.
Sorry, Taco, bro.
Chill, I'm on top. Yeah, bro, you seven foot nine, bro. Chill.
I'm gonna talk to you.
I'm gonna talk to you.
They ain't supposed to be Duke, they got cheaters.
They didn't get cheaters.
I love Taco, man.
For real, just to see his real progress.
Like, he came into the league,
he was not that skilled as he is now.
He done got so much better.
And he dunked, I know he's seven foot five, six,
but he dunking those niggas.
Like, he ain't playing around, six, but he dunking those niggas like,
he ain't playing around so,
shout out to Taco, man.
It's always funny, like you see,
like NBA players outside of the NBA,
cause we always talk about like the Mitchell Robinson
highlights, him not hitting free throws,
but he pulling up for transition threes in the summer.
Taco Fuck got a crazy summer mix-up,
he out there putting pats on niggas and shit,
I said damn!
I gotta check this shit out.
It's different, I think it's different.
In the league sometimes you get, they give you a role
or like, man you playing against really the best
of the best, like so defense gonna be on point,
guys is gonna be really ready to lock you down,
whatever it may be.
When you go overseas or something like that,
you get the green light, you trying anything.
You gonna look like Mitchell Robinson.
He got the green light when he out there playing
in the park or whatever it is that.
So shoot, I do the same thing.
At what point of your career did you figure out
like you was the one in the NBA?
Like when did you feel like, all right,
I can start taking over and leading my team?
I would say my third year, third, fourth year.
Then we went to the finals.
And then I would say going to the Olympics too, man.
There's so many different situations.
Playing on the Olympic team, starting on the Olympic team.
That's when I'm like, man, I'm one of these guys.
I'm here with Kobe, Braun, Jason Kidd, Mello. I'm one of these guys. I'm here with Kobe, Brun, Jason Kidd, Mello.
You know, I'm starting with these guys.
But the league was just so crazy back then
just to be mentioned with Kobe and Brun.
That's what I'm like.
You know, that's what I'm like.
You know, MVP talks.
Yeah.
He ruined the commercial.
They fucked that at finals.
Come on, I know Adidas loves you for that, boy.
You fucked up a whole fight.
Oh, Nike, yeah.
Oh, you talking about the, oh man.
They had the puppets and shit.
I made my own puppet.
Hell, I still got him at the Prills.
Since you brought up MVP, I know that Derrick Rose,
what you said, he was number two.
That year.
Yeah.
Derrick Rose.
Got it.
So everybody in the comments like,
man, you wasn't getting that shit over D-Rose. What y'all think? Nah, you wasn't getting that shit over D-Rose got it. So everybody in the comments like, man you wasn't getting that shit over D-Rose,
what y'all think?
Nah, he wasn't getting that shit over D-Rose.
All hell to the white house, bro.
What happened that year, why he shoulda got it?
Bro, he had that Bulls team rocking, bro.
He was number one.
And you had to go the way.
Yeah, he fucking up.
They had a whole, they had Boozer.
They had a good team.
They had a good squad. It wasn't just- had a good team. They had a good squad.
It wasn't just.
You did too.
Nah, it was just him.
It was not him.
Come on man, Luau Dean.
When he got hurt, Boozer.
They good, they good players,
but it was all cause of Poo though.
Like Poo made the engine.
Like he was the engine.
If they didn't have him, bro it wouldn't even close.
And he had the city cracking.
I think that goes to the effect too.
His effect of being at the crib
and pulling the Bulls back up like that. Yeah, after Mike. That's the same thing with the Magic. He did bro. We did the city cracking. I think that goes to the effect. So his effect of being at the crib and pulling the bulls back up like that.
Yeah, after Mike.
That's the same thing with the Magic.
We did the same thing.
No, I ain't saying you did the same thing.
No, why?
You did, you did, though.
You did your big one, bro.
But that atmosphere was different, bro.
That shit was crazy, bro.
In Chicago?
Yeah, it's just a better market.
He was just exciting.
He was a small guard, bro.
And they like, bro said,
bro, they was number one, bro in the league.
It was.
That's good that y'all said that.
So Shea or Jokic this year?
This year it's gotta be Shea.
You asked him.
Yeah, Shea's gonna win.
He got his Jokic as the MVP.
Shea got a win.
Jokic having the best year he ever had.
But last year, they told Shea that he has to do more
and he should got MVP last year. He should have gotten the, them are the best year he ever had. But last year, they told Shea that he has to do more and he should have got MVP last year.
He should have gotten the best player in the league.
He should have won, but he has to get it.
We know the Joker's the best player in the league.
Nobody gonna argue that.
But this is SGA MVP.
The first big to average a triple double though, that's it.
Bro, he's one of the coldest.
He's one of the best centers of all time.
There's no question.
But SGA gotta get the MVP, bro.
They out of pocket.
He gonna win MVP. He got to. But DGA gotta get the MVP, bro. They out of pocket. He gonna win MVP.
He got to.
But D-Rose that year, bro.
Like, people had to link up to beat him.
Yeah.
He still won't beat in the magic.
They made it to the East Conference Funnels.
When they got hurt, when he got hurt though,
they still was number one like the next year, I think.
Nah, hell nah.
I think that's when Jimmy Butler had evolved into this.
With Jordan left the Bulls.
They were number one in the East though.
They were still top team.
I mean cause Nate Robinson was hooping that year and shit
but it wasn't the same bro.
I mean take you off the Orlando Magic chain.
They ass too, not ass but they was.
Damn, my team was cold man. If you don't play though. If you don't play, baby. They ass too. Not ass, but they was. Damn, my team was cold, man.
If you don't play though.
You don't play, Doug.
Who was y'all backup center?
Gortak.
Marci Gortak.
He was a great backup.
Shout out to Marci.
Yeah, he was good too.
Them Jawa was fucking shit up for a minute.
They had a crazy pick and roll.
Man, that little, what they call that pick and roll?
The Gortak screen.
Yeah, he got his own screen name.
That's cold now.
To be in the league and have a screen
or whatever name that you, that's pretty tough.
Yeah, he was close on niggas on the screen.
You think you should have got the MVP over D-Rose?
I'ma be, yeah.
I mean, I can't say that.
I thought that was my year.
I thought that was my year.
I mean, obviously, you know,
I ain't gonna never hit on D-Rose
because that's my dog. He's been with Adidas. You know, that's I mean, obviously, you know, I ain't gonna never hit on D-Rose because that's my dog.
He's been with Adidas, you know,
that's when we first started, you know,
kicking it a little bit.
But I was like, dang, I thought that was my year, bro.
I thought that was our year.
You know what's crazy?
I think, and this is obviously a crazy hypothetical.
If you did that in Atlanta, they would have gave you the MVP.
I think the city effect that he had,
obviously he played for nothing,
but the way that he brought that city up
and that support behind him was so crazy,
they was damn like under the apple.
Cause that was a basketball city at Miss Jordan.
And they just like, oh, we got the next one.
And he from here, he gonna save her type shit.
And it didn't help me, he was killing either.
So what was the biggest snub MVP snubbed to y'all?
It gotta be, it gotta be the national team.
Yeah, I was gonna say that one. I was gonna say that one.
I was gonna say that one.
Yeah.
That's tough.
Yeah, that's a tough question.
I had to think about that.
The biggest snub.
Shaq could've got one of them.
I was gonna say the Shaq and the Kobe one.
Yeah, Shaq or Kobe should've got them MVP's, but.
Shaq should've won every year.
You say every year?
Damn niggas close.
The early 2000's, bro.
Every year you should've won MVP?
You mean the early 2000's? Yeah, except for him to only have ones out Early 2000s bro. Every year you should have won in the early 2000s?
Yeah, for him to only have ones out of pocket.
He ain't cold, he only got ones.
Why you only think he got one?
I don't know bro, cause it's bullshit.
Cause Yoke is about to have four and...
But he really killed in the playoffs though.
Yeah, was he killed in the regular season?
He killed, well.
I mean the documentary came out saying
he was close to the two, it was time to kill.
Yeah, he killed in the playoffs though. He was still bro. I mean the documentary came out saying he was coasting until it was time to kill. Yeah, he killed in the playoffs.
He was still Shaq, he gonna get 25 and 10.
I mean, which I know who I am though, bro.
Shaq, yeah, cause I mean, shit,
they don't give you the MVP till what?
Damn near the finals.
But it's for the season though.
It's for, what is the actual rules on it?
Cause it seemed like every year switch up.
Thank you, Dwight.
I don't know, shit.
It's supposed to be the regular season
announcing the post season, but everybody feels why it's gonna be. It's supposed to be the season announcing the post season,
but everybody feels like we'd be like, all right,
if the MVP lose in the first round, he might not get MVP.
They need to switch all that up.
Yeah, and the qualifications of it.
I think it should be the who the most important player
on the team.
Like if we take this from the team,
how good would this team be realistically?
I think that's how the MVP should be.
I mean, but that's every team though.
Nah, bro.
That mean everybody gonna have them
as an MVP candidate.
Nah, not really.
If your team is like top five.
But I'm saying like, yo, Joker,
how do we say his name?
Joker.
Joker, uh.
Yeah, one here.
Take him off the team, bro.
They mid, bro.
But you take.
If you take Jason Tatum off the Celtics.
You take Jalen Brunson off the Knicks.
They caught playoffs.
Hell nah.
Nah, it's quiet.
What?
You say this curtains for him?
Playoffs.
No disrespect to Campagn.
Campagn is the point guard for the Knicks right now.
They out to.
Campagn the strongest left handed.
He's so left handed, he's crazy.
I didn't shoot from his ankle.
Yesterday I did.
He did. That's when Jalen got fouled out, it was over.
Yeah, bro, it's...
I think you should at least be maybe top three seed,
because I mean, y'all not gonna get nobody MVP
that's averaging 30 and they're at seven seed.
I mean, Yoko's won it one year,
but I was like the sixth.
He was like the sixth.
They gave MVP to players that team wasn't top five.
It rarely happened, but I mean,
the way that he dominate was undeniable too
at that time period.
I think KG could have got it a couple more times too, bro.
In Minnesota?
Yeah, KG used to kill in Minnesota.
They just wasn't winning.
He got it at the time he needed to get it.
They just wasn't winning, bro.
MVP's are just really hard to come by.
I gotta ask you, cause you played with Brian,
you played with Kobe.
Like what was the difference between them two?
Like Kobe, Kobe's a asshole.
Not saying he's an asshole to me,
I'm just saying like his personality,
like he an asshole, like he don't give a fuck.
Brian give a fuck.
He won't, he won't everybody to like him.
He won't to joke around, laugh, have a good time.
I just think they two ends of the spectrum
when it comes to their personalities.
And on the court,
Kobe's just trying to get 50.
He's trying to kill.
What do you think was better?
Shit. Kobe's just trying to get 50. He's trying to kill. Bruh. What you think was better?
Shit.
Scoring wise, you gotta go with Kobe. How though?
And Bron got the most points in league history.
Because he played for the longest.
He getting dunks and layups.
I'm talking about scoring though.
It is scoring.
It is scoring.
But I'm saying like as far as getting buckets.
Like. Shit. All the way around. I'll be how much like as far as getting buckets.
Like all the way around.
All the way around.
I'm sure we'll be getting buckets.
If you can't stop me getting to the basket.
Listen, don't fall into that Dwight.
I'm just saying.
I think Bron the best scorer all the time.
Bron is the best scorer.
He's saying on different spots though,
Kobe could get to it better than Bron.
I ain't gotta get to that spot, I just run you over.
Yeah, you can't really,
because Kareem had the most points before.
He has the best score.
And I think Kareem, I still would think,
I'm always going with Kareem
because I think he got the one shot.
I used to tell them Kareem to go,
because he got the one shot and nobody could stop.
And he had 30,000 points, doing twos.
He ain't shoot no threes. That's crazy. That is crazy. He have no threes, he did one. He was a shot from nobody could stop. And he had 30,000 points, doing twos. He ain't shoot no threes.
That's crazy.
He have no threes, he doing one.
He was shooting that hook shot from the tree.
He did play 28 years.
Yeah.
But he's still doing two points to get 30,000.
That is a lot of buckets.
And he's the greatest height,
well he did, he got the most high school
and college accolades, all that stuff.
His career is insane.
Yeah, his career is crazy. Yeah, his career is crazy.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
But I'll take Bruh.
You would take Bruh, cause it just...
Nah, cause I just watched basketball,
and I'm like, I would take Bruh.
Kareem is literally one and done.
Who's stopping Kareem?
But I'm saying you would never see that ever again.
Who's stopping who?
It's nothing but Kareem.
Your dad did not have you in the hood
shooting hook shots.
Like Kareem.
A thousand times. I was shooting hook shots? Like career.
A thousand times.
I was doing hook shots on my own.
That was one of my favorite shots.
Yeah, but you never.
Fuck, stop.
You never did the wake up.
You never woke up.
No, you get my highlights.
Mom was running hooks.
I did all running hooks.
You was not throwing your leg in the air.
I wasn't doing that.
No, I wasn't doing that.
You were three foot long.
I seen your hospital.
I was doing jump hooks.
Drop step. Bang. Boom. You did not say't doing that. I was doing the three point long. I seen your hospital, I was doing jump moves. Drop step, boom.
You did not say I wanna put like Kareem
by doing the bar.
No, I didn't.
Hell no.
No, I don't think nobody said that.
That's my boy.
Yeah, there it is.
Nobody said that.
He said he made the shot
cause they banned Duncan, right?
I wanna know how he...
Cause the goals,
the goals probably wasn't as strong
to handle people Duncan like that, will. Cause the goals, the goals probably wasn't as strong to handle people dunking like that.
Yeah.
Than they are now.
So I can understand that.
Cause when I was in high school,
and that's not even that long ago,
we couldn't dunk in warmups.
We still can't do that.
You still can't do that?
Nah.
Yo, that's a real rule.
Yeah, cause you, some state stuff.
You won't break the goals and stuff like that.
Yeah, I was about to say.
We know in Jersey they let y'all do anything.
In Jersey they let y'all do anything, man.
Yeah, ain't no rules in Jersey, man.
We don't got no shot clocks.
I think they about to add the shot clock.
Y'all don't have a shot clock?
We don't have a shot clock.
What?
Y'all had that in Georgia?
I don't even remember.
I don't even remember.
You say what?
Like, what?
I don't even remember.
Hey man, I was talking to the wife for 24 seconds.
I can't give a a ball, no.
It's facts.
Was that the game plan though?
At high school, let's get this thing about.
Hold on, he didn't answer the question, bro.
Oh, okay, right, right, right.
Who better, Brian or Kobe?
Oh, Brian or Kobe.
You're right, T. You're right.
Damn, man.
You gotta try and let him get it through.
I was trying, Dwight.
When everything, everything combined,
you gotta give it to LeBron.
Okay.
That scoring wise, I gotta say, I like Kobe.
If it's late in the game, I'm giving the ball to Kobe.
Okay.
I'm not gonna give the ball to LeBron late in the game.
I'm gonna give it to Kobe.
I take it.
But LeBron got it.
He got it.
I take that.
That is funny to say that LeBron
don't get considered as a scorer.
He got the most buckets ever.
We understand how, but that's crazy.
I never understood it.
He average like 25 every year.
Bro, I have the most buckets ever, bro.
I think he's saying I'm not scorer.
He don't have a Kareem Stateline.
Brian score all over the floor.
I mean, of course he get majority inside.
So does LeBron have a bag?
I'm bigger, I'm stronger, I'm faster.
I don't need that.
Does he have a bag?
I don't need a bag.
Don't let him get off the question.
What? He don't have a bag? He don't. Don't let him get off the pressure. He don't have a bad dude.
He don't.
Don't let him get off the pressure.
He don't do moves.
He don't do.
Nah, but first of all, don't disrespect one of the best
moves of basketball.
That's one of the most important basketball.
That's one of the most important basketball.
It's no way I'm letting this man look at his hand
and the ball and he shoot it.
And he hit that bitch every time.
He do.
He look right at his hand and look at them and go back.
That's the part where I was like, hey.
That's how I know he the GOAT, bro.
When he was younger, he used to get real disrespectful
and spin the ball in his hands.
And Jay, I'm like, Brian is so fucking disrespectful
because we know you're not passing, bro.
You don't think y'all might got Brian fucked up.
Brian got a bag, bro.
Not a K-O-E bag, but he got a bag.
He ain't got no bag.
He got a stiff move. He do, bro, because his passing, but he got a bag. He ain't got no bag, he got a stifble.
He do, bro, cause it's passing, it goes into that too.
I mean, he could pass like a motherfucker.
He could pass like crazy.
Any kind of way.
We talking about his bag, like.
That's a part of my bag.
He's not a handler.
He probably doing it for 300, bro.
I don't need a bag, bro.
Get out my way or you gonna die, bro.
Facts, facts.
He don't need no bag.
I didn't see Brian twing, twing, twing, pull up.
I mean, he nice, he can do that. But he ain't got handles like that. So you say he better than Jordan? Come on now. I was thinking podcasting that. Yeah, I think he better than Jordan.
He better than Jordan?
Yeah.
In what?
Shooting?
Everything.
Oh shit.
It ain't nothing.
He can't do that.
Mike.
I don't know about shooting.
Shit, Mike can't shoot throughs?
Mike had a crazy mirror.
He still shoot throughs.
He leap, by the way.
He's a good shooter.
He's a good shooter.
He's a good shooter.
He's a good shooter.
He's a good shooter.
He's a good shooter. He's a good shooter. He's a good shooter. He's a nothing, he can't do that Mike. I don't know about shooting.
Shit, Mike can't shoot threes.
Mike had a crazy mirror.
Mike still shoot threes.
He leap, fade away.
Yeah.
But, well he can't do that Mike.
For real.
I wanna hear y'all answer.
Besides the final stuff, but I feel like,
me, I feel like Brian played better players in the finals
and had to go through some tougher roles.
Ooh, we.
Shit. They got Detroit. Shout out to the Blues Brothers. I'm Like, shit. Oh, we got Detroit.
Shout out to Z.
I'm saying Mike didn't play Detroit in the finals.
He had to get through Detroit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But he had to play with the Laker scenes.
That was all the magic.
That Fini Sun scene was weak.
Magic was old.
Magic was on his way out.
They played the Super Sonics.
They played the Suns.
Super Sonics, no disrespect to G.T.
But he is not Stan Curry, Kevin Durant, and nah.
But you just said y'all got the best area.
We do got the best area.
That's brown hair, bro.
Yeah, I play OKC, the one I won.
I played three Hall of Famers in Janes,
Horan, Westbrook, and KD.
He had to get through KG and them.
Then I had to get through Boston.
Yep, Spurs was historically good.
Spurs, we got five Hall of Famers.
And that Goldenside team is one of the best teams
in NBA history.
NBA history.
And then who?
Brian played against better players.
No disrespect to Mike,
but he played John Stockton and Karl Malone.
That was cold though, bro.
They are, but that duo is not better
than no other duo that we just named.
That was my other Brian played in the finals.
You take in.
I don't know, Freaky Carl bro was a bucket.
Stockton and Carl Malone.
Y'all taking them over, Tim Duncan, Janot Lee and Parker.
Freaky Carl though, it's crazy.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
I won't stay out of that one.
You can't.
Yeah.
I won't stay out of that one.
Shout out to Freaky Carl.
He was a bucket. He was a bucket. Another 30,000 probably. You think that's Yeah. I would stay out of that one. Shout out to Frankie Caron.
He was a buck.
He's like, you think.
You think.
30,000 probably.
I'm looking at Carl Mose, but you're a score right?
You taking your mother's ass?
You with Tim Duncan?
Never.
And John Stock that don't he got the most?
Why not?
I'm not even.
Yeah, I'm not.
No, I'm taking Tim Duncan all day.
Oh, fags.
He's better.
Yeah, I'm just wrong.
Me, I'm taking Tim Duncan.
And our defensive aspect too.
Me, I'm taking Tim Duncan.
We had this argument, who better Tim Duncan or KG?
Tim Duncan.
Tim Duncan, no disrespect to KG,
cause I'm disrespecting Tim Duncan.
Tim Duncan had a better career.
Nah, I'm taking KG.
He was real hard bro.
What y'all want me to do?
I got San Antonio lit.
Who the fuck want to go San Antonio?
If he was more of a selfish player,
the stats would have been more on YouTube.
I got Rashid over Tim Duncan.
Mm.
Yeah.
I'm not mad to ask. He must've got you buckets. Yeah. It must be y'all. You know what I got Rashid over Tim Duncan. Mm. Yeah. I'm not mad at that.
He must've got you buckets.
Yeah.
It must be y'all.
Y'all know what I'm saying?
When you got Rashid.
Nah, Rashid was cold, man.
He was cold.
Rashid made the white hit the white room,
that type shit.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That was your villain work, you score.
Yeah.
Tim, Rashid, and then Wally.
He earned his stripes again, too,
but ain't no way in hell he think he better than Tim Duncan.
What?
It ain't no way in hell.
It's the second stat. Come on, y'all gotta, y'all can't do that and then Waller. But ain't no way in hell he think he better than Tim Duncan. It ain't no way in hell.
Come on, y'all gotta, y'all can't do that
because Rashid didn't have those comp,
Rashid was more of a team.
He didn't really care about having that kind of stuff.
Now, I think Tim Duncan is the most team friendly nigga
I ever seen in my life.
Even with his paycheck.
50 games probably.
What you mean?
He took less to become those first teams.
Yeah. Cause on the back end he was getting paid. Of course, he still probably getting paid. with his paycheck. What you mean? He took less to be home than those players since.
Yeah.
Cause on the back end he was getting paid.
Of course, he still probably getting paid.
But I'm just saying it looked like it, it looked good.
Yeah, look at your other person.
Y'all think he just took a L and a hundred M's?
No, he gonna have real state of New York.
Yeah, for sure.
I'm sure there's some backdoor shit going on.
So y'all taking, okay, so KG, R, Rasheed.
I got KG.
I got T.
I'm gonna take KG.
But, Tim Duncan overall, them.
You can't mess with anyone.
Those are all three prior to top five.
Tiki was the first one to me to do what he did in the NBA.
You gonna take that jazz team over to Spurs team?
Tim Duncan, Janobly and-
I don't even like Utah.
I don't like none of that.
Cause they said Mike played a better team.
And respect to Barry Russell,
Janoblyis cooking him.
For sure.
Yeah.
Oh, what?
Yes.
That's what I'm saying.
Russell?
Yeah, Brian played better teams.
He did, bro.
Mon-nu was that nigga.
Shout out to Greg Ostrotag, but.
It's lying.
I think he would have been, well, no, we can't even say,
we can't even say, Brian did play against better teams.
He did, bro.
Playing against, you gotta go through KD,
Russ and James Harden.
I gotta do his beat.
Charles Barknick, Kenan Johnson.
I gotta play KD, Steph, Steph and Curry,
Draymond Green, Clay Johnson.
We just looking at it from the paper,
like we not actually, some of these guys
may not didn't have a name, like the KGs and all that,
but they was cold back then.
They was cold.
They defense and all that stuff.
They all ain't bad players.
They all ain't bad players.
They all took a 0-7 Cavs team which,
after World K, remember who was on that team
to the finals, bro.
He don't remember.
Go crazy, go crazy.
Iron Noobl.
DJ, stop helping.
I'm off off.
You got his fingers out, count.
Iron Noobl.
No disrespect.
No disrespect.
Who else is on that team?
What's the ball head point guard?
See, well you gotta do that.
Who, bro, when he got that much time?
Williams.
Who?
What's the first name, nigga?
Start with a M.
Yeah.
Mo Williams was on that team.
Mo wasn't even on that team.
Oh, he wasn't?
That was E. Snow.
Yeah, Eric Snow.
Oh, Eric Snow, that's one of the strongest point guards
in the history of point guards. And when you guys start saying niggas was one of the strongest.
Ask this nigga another question about his life.
He's lying on niggas now.
When you guys start saying what a nigga was
the strongest ever nigga, you know you,
that ain't no, hell nah.
Who was on that team?
That's what I'm saying, Braun.
Oh, Anderson Varajow.
He was.
He was on the team.
And the tall, what's the? The goskis. The goskis was on the team. And the tall, what's the? El Gauskas.
El Gauskas was on the team.
Brown was what, 21, 22?
They had a fine team.
Freaky Gibb was there, he was there too, Gaurd.
The point guard.
Gibb.
Come on, bro.
Y'all trippin', bro.
Tell them about Booby.
Yeah.
Think about when Brown left,
no disrespect to Booby Gibson, but what happened?
Yep.
Bro, not even to the team, the city died.

Sometimes the answer is yes, but there's a company dedicated to a future where the answer will always be no.
Across the country cops call this Taser the revolution.
But not everyone was convinced it was that simple.
Cops believed everything that Taser told them.

That's cool too, but what's really the smoke? Like you drive all the way to, you fly all the way to
California, you play a team and got some holdbacks. Y'all fourth grade, they fifth grade, they had
holdbacks or whatever. They beat y'all by 30.
Your kids come home like, man, we sad as fuck.
I agree.
But I never understood that.
I used to be like.
Now it's super bad,
cause they got YouTube and they looking at
the number one ranked fifth grader in the nation.
It's just like, bro, he might even beat a hundred
by the time he's in sixth grade.
But he got a clip right now on YouTube,
short and it's cracking, so now we gonna tap in.
I remember all them little kids when I was little, man.
What's the dude?
Brad and them used to always talk about him, man.
He ended up, he was from Houston, bro.
Bryce Griggs.
Oh yeah.
Think that was his name.
I remember Bryce Griggs. He ended up going to OTE.
Yeah.
Bro, they used to talk about this kid so much, bro.
And no smut on his name.
I don't know what his journey in basketball was.
Yeah.
And like, man, he the best seventh grader I ever seen.
I was like, bro, I was like.
He was really good.
Yeah, I'm like, but whoop the fucking dude, bro.
Yeah, he 13.
I'm like, bro, I seen kids,
Marcus Ho's team in sixth grade was doing reverse dunks in sixth grade. I never seen, I seen kids, Marcus whole team in sixth grade was doing
reverse dunks in sixth grade.
I never seen, I seen Marcus hoop.
After they got to ninth grade, tenth grade,
I'd never seen none of the body else on his team, bro.
I'm like, where the hell are all them dudes
that was dunking when they was 11?
They ain't hoop no more.
One of them was on the block.
I'm like, look at him.
I remember you used to get dunked in sixth grade.
But a lot of these kids, bro, got single mama.
So they seeing they kid get this notoriety
and these coaches is, you know, talking to them different.
He could be this, he could be that.
You kind of lose track that they just kids
and they got so much more to go.
Like I understand both sides of it.
I know you right.
But I don't stand point who don't
because you know though bro,
for my mother who don't know and shit.
It's obvious though, if you keep the main thing,
the main thing, like everybody know,
if you hear LeBron tell you keep the main thing,
the main thing,
nigga, you know nobody else in the world
need to tell you nothing.
Like he been there, every road you talking about,
single mom, all that stuff.
LeBron telling you, hey, keep basketball the main thing. Don't worry about all that other stuff. Like what we talking about single mom, all that stuff. LeBron telling you, hey, keep basketball the main thing.
Don't worry about all that stuff.
Like what we talking about?
Yeah, and even if you're like, that's LeBron.
He's an anomaly, cool.
But if you look at every other NBA player,
especially like with the one, oh my God, Brad Bill.
That's legendary video.
We have a lot of those players saying,
hey, this is all bullshit.
Now you got people talking about the NIL.
Stop selling your high school dreams already for a check
and you can fuck it up before you get to college.
Take your time, get to college and then worry about that.
Like you said, keep the main thing, the main thing.
Going to worry about playing.
Like, I give you the vibes.
Like shout out to like AJ DaBan, son of them.
It's only so many of them.
Some of y'all are going, this is my biggest thing.
You gotta be loved where you from.
Like, cause your city is always gonna be your backbone.
They always gonna have your back, they gonna root for you.
Like even when shit go bad or you done hoop and whatever,
you can always, like me, I go back to Pike,
I can get a job, I can be a coach,
I can start a new career.
But if you go traveling the world,
switching school from school,
and you ain't got no foundation,
like where you from or somebody really championing
or rooting for you, you just out here.
Like, I give an example, like Brendan Jennings
going to Oak Hill, that's cool.
People that went to Oak Hill, that's fire, whatever.
But you see how they talk about him,
like you ain't no real LA, you ain't play LA basketball.
You know what I mean?
You know, I was too good for LA.
He got a rep at Oak Hill, but OakQ. in Virginia, people don't really,
but if you look at Demar the Rosen,
when he talk about him in high school,
he like loved, like he went to Compton, you know what I mean?
It's like a different vibe.
And I always felt that with like Eric Gordon,
like from our area, like Greg Oden
and all them going to them schools.
They like loved. Everybody's there like, love your community, bro.
They love, yeah.
Even at the next level in college,
you get so many kids moving around,
because they in IL,
but if you ain't got a home in college,
that league don't work out.
You can go back and be a broadcaster at your old school.
You can go be a coach.
You bouncing school to school,
you had a bread is there,
but the relationships is torn every year.
Cooked, bro.
Like Robbie Hummel can do whatever he want at Purdue
for the rest of his life, bro.
Legend.
He got hurt so much.
NBA career didn't last long.
He could go to Purdue and do whatever he want.
He told him, we're gonna go to Purdue,
do whatever he want.
And it's like, that's amazing.
That's true.
I just, like I said, I see the other side of it.
I don't agree with it,
but people don't have that common knowledge, bro.
But you know, we've been around some money before.
You know how fast, you go to a prep school,
they give you $50,000.
You know how fast $50,000 leave your hand.
Are you done?
You cook, especially if you ain't never had
that type of chicken.
What?
Yeah, especially when you're in a loan,
when it's the first time I'm paying real taxes,
it's like, bro, that $50,000 gone.
You owe.
Yeah, you owe out there.
That $50,000 gone, as soon as you pay your rent. Cardinal, Uncle Sam,000 gone. You owe. That 50,000 gone.
Soon as you pay your rent.
Car note, Uncle Sam, you ain't got shit.
Bro, what?
Cause you gonna buy a car.
Your kid that went out there at 50,000,
you done sent him somewhere for 50,000.
I just hate when they don't work out for the kids
and you got a parent 12 times harder
cause now you gotta like retrain his mental health damn near.
That's what I be fucked up about.
Go to a prep school, you don't have too much success.
Or like, they don't realize.
When you go to a prep school, you going to a place
where usually it's a bunch of other guys who are good.
Yeah.
So yo, whatever it is, gonna take a hit.
You never have the ability to learn to take over games
or do something,
because somebody always is doing something for you.
Like if you got a point guard who's elite,
he gonna make everything happen for you.
If you're a big man, if you're a big man that's elite
and your point guard is just a little okay,
he made it easier for you.
So you never learned how to be a guy.
Nah, I fix.
And everything just become easier at a prep school.
Y'all might play other talented schools,
but it's only so many schools you can play.
You gonna have to have a schedule.
If you got 30 games, y'all gonna play some cupcakes.
Oh, facts, bro. For sure.
For sure.
You look at all them prep schools,
I mean, they only playing 10 to 12 code teams,
probably a couple of local teams,
but other than that, they are definitely cupcakes, bro.
Come on, bro.
Pathetic stats.
And I don't even like it too,
because the kids that ain't as good
as the third, fourth, best fifth graders in the country,
that kind of discouraged him.
Cause they like, man, little Moe Cole,
this nigga nine, bro.
You ain't even realizing,
you about to be way taller than him, way stronger than him.
By the time you're in eighth grade,
you gonna be looking at him, he green.
Green.
You know what I'm saying?
So it really, that shit, they need good people around them to tell them. Like, that's why I'm saying? So it really that shit.
They need good people around them to tell them.
Like that's why I love like when all the NBA,
even things that didn't hoop in the NBA,
just college, top college niggas just come back
and give back to the kids because they needed it.
The social media wasn't like that when we was growing up,
bro, because I think that shit would have been different
for us too.
We would have been affected for sure, bro.
Oh bro, shorter guy you would have.
Come on bro, we fell in love with the A and one mix types
and everybody wanna play basketball.
I know everybody from our-
My lipstick's chapped, nigga, can I find my chapstick?
From our era that went to the NBA stadium school.
I don't know if everybody would have stayed
in high school back when we was in, you know what I mean?
Or went to the league.
Niggas might have actually went to a prep school
if they got offered some chicken.
Ah, for sure.
You know what I'm saying?
I don't know though, because the beauty about us,
because you, Niggas was, you know, you can get paid.
Yeah.
But the thing that was beauty about us,
the competition was so good here.
Yeah.
Like the competition is good here still,
but here it was like, I'm playing a prep school schedule,
because I play an NBA player every night.
You could just play in the Mickey,
you were seeing the NBA player every single weekend.
That's a fact, that's a fact.
Man, like you wasn't gonna get no better.
Like the one thing about it, money ain't going nowhere.
If you putting the work and you that good,
you gonna get some money.
So my dad used to always say, he'd be like, yeah, if you think you that, you gonna get some money back. So my dad used to always say, he'd be like,
yeah, if you think you that, you gonna get some money.
But if you not that, you ain't gonna get no money.
Nah, for sure.
And I used to then believe him, I used to be like,
cause you know, I'm trying to get some bridge.
He was like, it don't happen.
You just gotta be that.
See, a lot of kids don't receive that though.
That worked out for y'all
because y'all was like phenomenal athletes
but these kids work ethic is trash.
But that mean you really ain't that.
You giving me my, you making my prime example like,
all right, somebody gonna give you some money
because you tall, somebody gonna give you some money
because you fast right now.
But that shit catch up to you.
If you're not really one of them,
eventually the rubber gonna meet the road
and your dream gonna be shot, like it's gonna be over.
That's why I hate kids who get all this hype,
like when they young and then like you got no choice
but to go to the league, right?
Like whatever, you have hypes and shoes in sixth grade.
To your senior year, you go to Kansas
and you do just enough to get to the league.
But you never really been put in through anything
and a rubber got to meet the road.
And then your NBA journey is two years.
Yeah, and then you don't know how to adapt.
And now you gotta live real life.
No life skills, you've been babies your whole life.
Ain't got a degree, relationship might be shaky.
You gotta figure it out overseas,
if that might not work, cause you ain't never had
to go out the country.
You always been catered to, now you gotta get to it.
And now everybody, now you gotta start being like me.
Talk about what you did, what I used to do,
who I used to be.
You the real Al Bundy.
Yeah, like, nah, I was number one in the world.
Nah, I'm serious.
And this is no shade to him.
I love, I actually glad, I'm not glad it happened to him,
but like his story makes it easier for me to be a coach.
I show everybody Lenny Cook's story, yeah.
Oh yeah.
I do it every time.
That was our best example of all time growing up.
I show him Lenny Cook every time.
Man, I told Isaiah, I was like,
wait, watch this.
You need to watch this Lenny Cook documentary, man.
That a humble the fuck out of him.
Yeah, cause he was right there.
So, and shout out to him, he be writing the page.
He wrote me before too.
Shout out to Lenny Cook.
Nah, hell yeah.
His story is very inspiring.
And like, it'll wake you up for real.
Most definitely good talk, man.
Even like, Kenan Marv was talking on Gil's podcast,
like, if y'all training all day at basketball,
you probably fucking suck.
Like, you have to go play basketball to play basketball.
All the things that's glorified in basketball
is everything but putting the work in.
I'm a five-on-five nigga anyway, over one-on-one.
I can give you an example of a kid,
maybe we can get to something else.
A kid told me today, nah, he raw, so what you seen playin'?
He's like, his highlights are crazy.
I said, yeah, you know what it's called?
A highlight.
I was like, have you ever checked out his lowlights?
He's like, what's that?
I said, yeah.
He's like, yeah, see?
That's my example right there.
These kids are so green, bro, they don't know.
So they need people like you to tell them,
like, what's real?
And the kids, look, he said,
Elliot Cadeau used to be raw.
I said, was he raw?
He was like, man, his mixtapes was crazy.
I was like, it was highlights.
Sure.
I was like, did you watch him at UNC?
He was like, I ain't really do nothing.
I said, I know.
And that's no shade to him
because I hope you have a successful,
I know he transferred to Michigan.
I hope he ever gets a good showing at Michigan.
But I was just saying like.
His shit look like Paramount Pictures
and goddamn high school.
Nigga, Seventh Woods, we thought was a second coming, bro.
His middle school big time, it's elite.
I know this might be a little contradictory.
Seventh Woods is the greatest seventh year,
or what, seventh grader I've ever seen in my life.
Seventh Woods is so cold.
I don't care what Jem talking about.
I know we just had this good spiel, but fuck that.
When I seen 7th Woods and fuck Atlanta playing basketball,
I swear to God, I knew he was going to leave.
You couldn't tell me nothing different.
I've never seen a 7th grader guard anybody like that, bro.
Like that nigga had 11 steals, bro, in the first half.
It was dope.
Don't get everything. This nigga gotta be 17, bro. first half. It was dope. Don't get everything.
This nigga gotta be 17 bro.
No way.
It was amazing.
Yeah, but that, I mean, it shows you
where that hype killed you though.
Yeah, and I'm trying to figure out
where he went to school at.
He went to UNC.
Went to UNC.
Cause I had never seen, did he play?
He did.
I don't know here and there.
But it wasn't, compared to the hype,
that goes to your point though.
That's crazy that he was that good.
Yeah bro that was.
What's up?
Seven Woods bro.
One of the best who picks up ball time bro.
For sure.
Legend for sure.
Hey man the Phoenix Suns man about to mess around
to change the NBA next season man.
They got the new coach in Jordan Ott.
You know what I'm saying.
Shout out to my dog.
Yeah that's my mans bro.
I'm so happy for him.
Yeah, they speak very, very highly of him.
They said Devin Booker, you know what I'm saying,
was definitely on that committee
and making sure he was a part of that.
They went through for Devin Booker.
He has had eight head coaches since he has been to Phoenix.
Damn.
Obviously he will be around as a franchise player,
but they trying to make some shit up, man.
I know we had talked about it on the morning show,
possibly kept moving on, but they got some great trade shit up, man. I know we were talking about it on the morning show, possibly cat moving on,
but they got some great trade scenarios
that include him getting to Phoenix
and KD going to the Knicks, man.
What's the trade scenario?
Let's talk to him.
Man, they talking about giving up cat
and another player and getting KD.
That's crazy.
And he held a pick.
Y'all look who called me.
This is, this guy.
Look who it is.
Jory I, oh J.O.
That's hilarious.
There's no way we could have planned this by the way.
I swear I missed a call.
I'ma tell him.
See if he answer.
He's a busy man right now.
I missed his call.
He's ecstatic.
The fact he hit your line of fire though.
It is.
He offer you a job, he going?
No.
Bro problem. I don't care. He probably watch the show. He offer you a job, he going? No. Bro problem.
Okay, just make sure.
I'm ready to watch the show.
He called me an hour ago, my bad.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
A-A team, my fault, brother.
He might be on a plane.
So I'm gonna be tired of that.
Shout out to J-O, man, getting that head coaching job.
But yeah, man, we've seen KD possibly going to the Spurs.
There's some interest there.
Houston as well.
Ooh, damn.
KD to the Spurs.
KD to the Spurs is definitely-
I love to know where y'all at. I do too, because I think the asking prices are gonna be a little bit cheaper. as well. KD to the Spurs. KD to the Spurs is deadly.
I do too, I think the asking prices are gonna be a little bit cheaper.
They're trying to get it done within the next couple
of weeks before the draft, preferably.
You could get KD for Devin Fissel, Harrison Barnes
in that pick.
And I don't even think it's a two pick.
They were talking about possibly be 14, but hey man.
Imagine getting KD on that team with Wimby.
That would be scary. Do y' KD on that team with Wimby, that would be scary.
Do y'all wanna see KD with Wimby
or do y'all wanna see KD in New York?
I like KD.
I like KD with Wimby over KD with Brunson.
KD and Wimby just sounds insane.
With D.A. Fox, I would love to see that.
That's not my conference, so I ain't gotta deal with it.
So I'm all for it.
You think they can get, they say they can get KD
for the 14th pick.
14th pick, you have to give up.
Marcel, Harrison Barnes.
Now you probably got, I don't know,
they might try to get that higher pick,
which is fine if they do,
because fuck it, the money's gonna be gone anyway.
But then Houston, you know what I'm saying?
Houston has a pretty solid pick as well.
And they talking about giving up Jabari,
talking about giving up Dylan Brooks,
and a pick and a pick swap.
So if you Phoenix, KD might be your best way to play.
I don't like giving up Dylan Brooks.
You don't like that?
Nah, you gotta keep Dylan Brooks.
We gonna push him to the bench,
you gonna just have the man sitting there for you.
He gonna start. Okay., we gonna push him to the bench. You gonna just have the massive three or four. He gonna start.
Okay.
KD gonna play the four.
So you gonna start Van Vliet.
Yeah.
Green.
Yeah.
Dillon brooks.
And the Thompson's guys start.
Yeah.
Thompson's guys start.
All right, what you gonna do with Segun then?
Segun, oh he started too.
Yeah, five. So who come over? Igun, oh he's starting. Just five.
So who come over?
I don't want KD and Houston.
Okay, you just went and said somebody come over.
I want KD and New York.
That nigga about to get the tick.
I want KD and New York.
Okay, you want KD with the Knicks?
I want KD and New York.
Over with Wimby?
Bro, what?
KD and Wimby would just be fucking ridiculous
that I wanna see.
Yeah, but I don't wanna watch San Antonio.
No, Shay, I like, I like.
I hate their home court.
Y'all know, yeah.
They lit.
I hate their home court.
You know I love De'Aaron Fox, bro,
one of my favorite players.
They lit, bro.
I'll fuck with you Fox forever.
But I don't wanna watch, I don't wanna watch.
Like, I love Wimby too.
I love KD.
That's a crazy trio.
That's insane.
I don't.
The best trio in the NBA. I don't wanna see Wimby, like, KD, that's a crazy trio. That's insane. I don't. The best trio in MMA.
I don't wanna see Wimby, like, KD's so good,
I don't wanna see him have to take like a little step back.
I wanna see Wimby shoot wild ass threes and shit.
I think he can.
Oh, he's gonna do it anyway.
I mean, it's Wimby.
I think it just looks better than him and Yannis.
I just wanna see KD in New York.
KD deserves to be in New York.
He did it in Brooklyn, he deserves the big lights. He did his big shit.D in New York. KD deserves to be in New York. He did it in Brooklyn.
He deserves the big lights.
He did his big shit.
The real New York experience.
Yeah, he deserves that.
Like he should go out like that.
The Knicks always get people when they older anyway.
So he deserves that.
Damn, he didn't do Larry Johnson.
And Nick, think about the New York.
I like that team though.
Like KD, OG, who they gonna give up?
Mikel, you said?
Mikel and Kat. Mitchell Robinson, KD, OG, who they gonna give up? Mike L, you said?
And KD.
Mike L and Kat.
Mitchell Robinson, KD, OG.
Josh Hart's still there.
And Josh Hart.
I like it.
That's a fair team.
I like it.
That's a tough team.
That is a fair team.
You got a guaranteed bucket in Brunson and KD.
Got the defense there with Hart
and Mitchell Robinson, lead rebound.
And Inobe.
That was a niceicks problem though.
They just had a bunch of people that did stuff good.
They have nobody to do nothing great.
Like KD is a guarantee.
Yes.
Like Jesus Christ.
That's a guarantee.
Like ain't no way, Nim Hart, no disrespect to them,
but just like Nim Hart or Nees Smith bothering him.
I'm gonna get pissed off.
How many versions of the Knicks you gonna have to beat
if something that happened? We beat y'all ass last year,
y'all gonna get Cat and McHale bridges,
then y'all gonna bounce back and get KD, bro.
That's not fair, bro.
I mean, it's New York.
Yeah, it's New York,
and you're penalized for living here.
It sucks.
Yeah, hold on.
I don't like what Joe Button said about...
Yeah, Joe, we still living in Indiana.
Ain't your lot, man.
Joe stole that off TikTok. He didn't mean that. He didn't mean that. Oh, he did? Okay. in Indiana. Yeah, yeah. Ain't your lot, gang. Oh yeah, Joe stole that off TikTok. Oh, he did?
He didn't mean that.
He didn't mean that.
Oh, he did?
Okay.
I was about to go crazy.
He's still bitter about that belt to ass situation.
I was about to talk about his seats.
No.
I can't say that our seats was fucked up.
We was at home.
First of all, I love you two.
Well, we wasn't in no fucking nosebleeds.
I had good seats, bro.
They believe me when I say y'all was in the 300 level.
Somebody on Twitter posted it and was just like,
damn, damn, damn.
I said, no, I'm in the suite.
Somebody, I should have said it to y'all.
Bro, somebody took a picture of it with a mouth,
you know, with a cork in it.
We was in the 100.
Y'all was in the 100.
And like cropped it and nigga,
it's looking like I'm at Mel Daniels' jersey.
Like, got my head right under it.
Said, man, fuck y'all.
It was close enough, shit.
Tried to see it.
I definitely tried to see it.
My homeboy posted, he was at the game.
He was like, yeah, bro, I had to pull up to the game.
He was on top.
I said, boy, you better help me, your feet are perfect.
Boy, I slipped away from home court.
Are y'all going to a finals game?
I'm pissed because I got offer tickets in OKC today,
so I can't slide, but I will probably go to game three
or game four for sure.
How much you think a finals ticket go?
Comma.
Comma.
What's y'all guess?
How much y'all think a floor seat go for the person?
10.
10 what?
10 man.
For a floor seat?
No.
20. Yah.
Let's see.
Floor seat?
At the, for Indiana?
In Oklahoma City.
It is the NBA finals.
Yeah, I don't think they that high though.
The nosebleeds start at 600.
Okay, what you think a floor seat costs?
It's gotta be a 10, y'all.
20 bands?
It's the NBA finals.
If it was the NBA finals,
I would be 1000% there with you.
Oh, y'all.
Hey, 20?
Nine.
29,000?
No, 9,000.
Yeah, it might be 10.
Second row, second row.
Give me Joe Buncees.
Joe Buncees, okay.
Joe told you, bro, you can't beat the J's, bro.
That's game one., OKC. Joe told you, bro. You can't beat the Joes, bro. That's game one at OKC.
How much you think of Indiana game three, court side?
They probably sold out anyway, but damn, in the bridge.
We ain't acting like we got that.
I'm just saying it's 21,000.
Oh, 21,000.
Wait, wait a second.
Wait a second.
I want to hear the other number.
21,000 on the floor.
66,000.
On the floor?
On the floor. I told y'all that his other number. 21,000 on the floor. 66,000. On the floor?
On the floor.
I told y'all that 20 bands was the best.
The cheapest one on 21.
You wanna sit next to Meaty between the Meaty
and the Packers in the second row?
How much was the seats that we got for the floor?
21,000 in the second row.
21,000 second row.
For one seat.
Oh my gosh, y'all.
Somebody's want 259,000.
He is smoking crack cocaine.
For Florisie.
Yeah.
That's the game.
That's the-
Ticketmaster would not honor that at all.
Good dope.
I will go buy a new TV for every room in my fucking house
before I spend $20,000 on the game ticket.
And a car.
Nigga, I will take a private flight to Miami
and watch the game at Prime 112.
Shout out to Prime.
And have money to spare.
Amazing Brussels sprouts.
Hey tap in.
My boy be here with the size.
My nigga.
Shout out to the Brussels sprouts.
Shout out to my dog Miles.
Go ahead and clip this up and put it on your Instagram.
You know you my dog.
He always show me love.

He gave my boy the big table.
My favorite restaurant of all time.
Shout out to my miles.
We trying to do a live show there.
They went row four for 31,000.
Yeah, I ain't going to that again.
Yeah, I will buy a new car before I do that.
All right, Pacers, man.
Hey, shout out to the Timberwolves, man.
They showed me love.
They sending me some packages in the middle
because I was representing for the squad.
That was random.
But I'm back with the Pacers, so Pacers, do right by me.
Well, C-Geek, don't look like we be pulling up.
No, C-Geek got it.
Tap in.
We need the vibes.
They don't.
Throw us a watch party.
Not for us.
Sponsor us a watch party.
They go to the security room.
That's what we should do.
Let's have a live watch party.
I'm with it.
Well, you know, DJ going to the game.
Yeah, I'll be the spirit.
He ain't going to all seven of them. He ain't going to all seven of them.
He not.
I am not.
But game three and four?
So where are we having a watch party at for game one?
Mm.
Game one.
That motherfucker's tomorrow.
Which is today.
I was gonna say, we're not having
a watch party for game one.
Maybe game two, Sunday.
We'll try for the week.
So we're gonna have a game two watch party.
Game two watch party Sunday at Jeff's house.
No. Oh, okay. So we're gonna have a Game Two watch party. Game Two watch party Sunday at Jeff's house.

We gonna be Egyptian like this.
Jay would do that for us.
That's what I'm saying.
Let's go live.
Let's get our cameras, have a watch party.
Oh yeah, I like stressing me out.
Why not?
Anytime we do content, like, yeah.
Anytime I say.
When the cameras come out, it's all fine.
Exactly.
I'm the camera guy.
Ooh.
I'm the arm and toe.
I'ma get it done.
I'ma get it done.
Let's stream a watch party.
Anytime I say, let's take these cameras
and buy this motherfucker, it's a whole issue.
Now, what you think about us streaming a watch party?
What the fuck?
It's lit.
I love it.
We're Casanova.
We can go buy a bunch of CDs right now.
Just do it in the studio.
Booze ball, we need to link to Wifi.
Just do it in the studio.
Or y'all can put the buff on.
There ain't nobody else in here.
It's gonna be us.
That shit gonna be like.
It'll be like ooh.
I'm telling y'all, we do that shit,
some of that buff will be a vibe.
Yeah.
Culture won't open up for us, I can get it.
Ooh, an experience live?
Nasty.
A rush live experience.
Can we do that within five days?
Can we do that in five days?
Be here, do you have the pool?
This is how you know we not shitting
because we're doing this live.
We just been shooting from the hip all day today.
Oh, that's all we ever do.
And we gonna do all this shit.
And if we don't, we live anyway.
So what?
They, I can-
Kid, you do it.
We put the pressure on me.
We put it on the spot, for sure.
What is the P?
What is that sound gonna be like?
Sounds gonna be awful.
All right.
But it doesn't matter.
Have y'all heard?
Fuck it.
Have you heard the morning show?
So we can-
Have you heard any Pop Self episode?
So we can sit up in a VIP area.
Ah, yeah, I probably can make that.
Y'all have to be serious.
We ain't gonna change my wiki.
We'll talk more off camera.
Can we, ain't that your birthday?
I'll pay the fee.
Nah, my birthday on the 10th.
Oh, it's my birthday on the 10th.
And it's your birthday.
Watch party Sunday.
Pacers game two.
Slash tea birthday party.
Live stream.
Bottles on tea.
It's gonna be turnt.
Slash Hendrix.
Come on, it's lit.
White Remy on tap all night.
Tap again.
We gotta block off the area though.
You can't go here.
We gotta block off a certain area.
So the cameras won't ever be.
Yeah.
Y'all gotta sign up release when y'all come in too.
Cause y'all gonna be on internet. And we go have a real show. Yeah, I gotta sign up release when you're coming in too, because y'all gonna be on the internet.
Yeah, and we not paying y'all.
Facts.
520 livestream.
520 livestream, celebrating Jeff's birthday party,
celebrating gang, that's game two.
Game two.
Game two, hexer party.
Will I be back Sunday?
If we lose it, don't talk to me,
because I'm gonna get mad.
Will you be back Sunday?
I'll be back Sunday.
You have to be back Sunday.
I'll be back Sunday.
Yeah, I guess.
Stop.
They're gonna be trouble.
Be here nervous. I've never seen be here nervous. Why are. Stop. There goes your trouble plan. Be here nervous.
I've never seen Be Here nervous.
Why are you nervous?
My nigga here stressed.
Where are you at?
I am stressed, but y'all not in this world of this shit.
Talk to him.
I started this world.
I was the first club promoter here.
No, no you wasn't.
If I was stressed, you just threw the partners.
You didn't work them.
So he's a bastard.
We gonna hire people.
He's a real DJ, you know?
We'll hire people.
Fast.
I just made my parties free.
In Prompto 520 day slash.
Oh shit, In Prompto L.
Why on the Earth you just a live stream?
Smoshed by Boo Smokers.
I know.
We just live, fuck.
Put the mics on us.
Coach, the fuck with it, the bar gonna be free.
Boy, that bar gonna go crazy.
This is something for your live stream.
We gotta talk to Uncle Joe though.
We can't have none of the music videos
while the game is on though.
We gonna have to cut off our IMC.
It's gonna be real locked in time.
It be, nigga be playing, ain't I?
And motherfucking, get your roll on me on the TV.
Get your roll on me on the TV.
Yeah, the same place crazy,
but we gonna lock it in Uncle Joe.
We fuck with you.
All right, I'll talk to Joe, I mean,
well not Joe, but Derrick and Rock and yeah.
We got y'all worried,
we about to make this happen on Sunday.
I mean, I will, if he can make it happen.
No, are you serious, bro?
Oh, a lot.
Cause you know it's going, if we put it out there,
it's extreme. It's out there,
they're gonna see us tomorrow, I'm like,
where's my show? I'm not cuttin'
y'all, I'm sayin', y'all know my crowd
don't watch this shit like that. So if we really pub this, I'm just sayin' a lot,? Y'all know my crowd don't watch this shit like that.
So if we really pub this,
and the family don't have no offense.
I don't care what the crowd is.
The live stream.
No, I'm talking about how many people
is really about to be here, bro.
Yeah, just let them in.
Uncle Joe and y'all, the bar gonna go stupid.
Are we charging at the door?
Or it's your birthday, fuck it.
If it's your birthday, bro, we can't.
Bottle food, they got body on food,
they body on food.
I got a bill there for my shit.
So I mean, at All Stars, it probably work,
but Coach, they love me to death.
We'll figure it out.
We'll have a promo flyer for y'all.
By the weekend.
This is gonna be fire.
A live stream?
And then you got a Micas.
If we in, lock it in tonight, we'll have it done today.
But then you gotta mic us though.
Everybody gotta be mic'd.
Everybody be mic'd, the whole time.
That has to be edited before it goes out.
Y'all gonna be mic'd.
Listen, look at me.
No, we live streaming.
No, everybody look at me.
Y'all are gonna be mic'd the whole time.
Look at me when I say that.
But we're live streaming.
That's gonna be up right now.
Y'all stretch that line, cause I'm walking. It's gonna be up right now. Y'all stretch that line. Swap.
It's gonna be live stream.
So if you heard me say that.
If you heard me say, cut my shit.
It's like.
I'm gonna take that bitch and put it in the toilet.
All right.
Now this is my proof, y'all.
Now I do this party shit, like I'm trying to tell him
it's gonna be a little different.
Yeah, it's gonna pull up.
Mike, with his anxiety, he don't come out.
He's gonna have, we're gonna party.
It's gonna be good.
We're gonna do our thing.
I know I'm not gonna have a good time.
He's gonna be, oh, Mike, that's my camera.
I don't know, don't touch it.
I'm gonna fucking let this shit.
We gotta block off an area.
Okay.
Because we can't have the game in the background anyway.
Because it's gonna be a flag, so.
So we just shout the copyright.
We'll just sit up in the VIP area.
It's that big part. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and we just. So we just, shout out to copyright. We just set up in the VIP area. It's a big part.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And we just.
I just, you know, that's a hundred thousand dollars.
Get her off of there.
No, no, no.
We just put that VIP right there
and we live stream it.
We watch up there.
We had a party going and it's just a vibe.
Somebody gonna try to go viral.
Y'all gonna have a tough job.
I don't think y'all understand how lit we are in the city.
No, I don't know.
But I know this is gonna be fun. Either which way think y'all understand how lit we are in the city, y'all. No, I don't know.
But I know this is gonna be fun.
All right, we gonna see.
Either which way we gonna be live.
If they can do streamer university,
we can do streaming culture.
We'll live, okay.
Let's talk.
I love this for us.
I got it, I got it.
Good talk, man.
Before we get out of here,
what I got?
Oh, go ahead.
We gotta have a limited amount of people coming.
Why?
Because they can't be that high.
I can't be higher. You know what I'm saying?
Like if we got the first 110 or so,
120 people.
It's only 77.
Only 77 people fit in there?
No, nigga, the weather.
I was like, what?
No, the weather.
I was like, but that's an open gym in Indiana.
77 people.
So it'll be like, about close to 70.
It's gonna be hot, bro.
We gonna figure it out.
Bring a fan.
Literally.
All right, before we get out of here,
Adam Silver talked today,
talking about the next All-Star game
is going to be World versus USA.
We are tired of the All-Star game and they gimmicks,
but how do y'all feel about this announcement?
The, the world, nobody on the world ever plays hard,
so the USA will win for sure.
Hopefully we can sit down and talk to them one day
about that, but I think you should go back to the OG.
The OG way.
West, East versus West.
I wanna pick his brain on why, you know,
he's smart and he helped turn the league up
with the play-in and all that shit.
I fuck with that, I just wanted to see where his vision is really with it.
I wonder if they really sick of All-Star weekend.
I know it's a high revenue weekend.
I know the product is down and people shitting on it,
but I wonder if they just sick of that.
We just gotta do it because we gotta do it.
I don't want them to turn it into the,
what the NFL?
To the Pro Bowl?
Pro Bowl used to be lit when we was kids, bro.
Now it's like you don't even think about it.
Yeah, nobody watches the Pro Bowl.
We have more fun than doing the mini games
than do the actual games.
Yeah, so I hope the NBA,
the NBA can't turn into that, J-Lo.
But I think what they're doing,
what's making it,
it's gonna make it a little better this year.
They're playing it earlier.
Like All-Star weekend is so long.
It is.
Like all the three point concerts, all that shit.
And then the All-Star game, you got to wait.
You got like 8 p.m., right?
Yeah, like you kind of get, ah shit.
Like three o'clock, little kids can still be watching it.
Everybody, like when I grew up,
I remember Jordan and them playing early.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
So it's kind of cool not to be that late.
Yeah, cause Sunday, it ain't really nothing.
You just were preparing for that.
Yeah, it restored a feeling.
The old jerseys, that was dope.
That's one thing, like even with the finals,
shout out to the patients.
They did a crazy promo.
You can pull up and get a final special in your jersey
if you got one from this year or last.
And it's only like $25 and shit like that.
That's real memorabilia.
We used to love seeing players
and they own jerseys in the off-the-gown.
Even if it was an alternate, they had a dope theme.
Like, man, we just got sort of feeling, man.
I think it's very possible.
I know there's a lot of fans that's picky
and media, vice versa, but man, we gotta do something, man.
All-Star weekend was a beloved time
for people who love basketball.
I don't know if the world versus the U.S.
is gonna be a good thing,
because the world players don't play for real.
Like, Yoc is just gonna be an All-Star,
he's never gonna play serious.
Nah, Shay Gilderoy Alexander not gonna play serious.
Luka not gonna play serious.
You know there's some better teams now,
Giannis, Luka, Yoc.
They're not gonna play serious.
Yeah, the teams would be fired,
but like you said, the effort ain't gonna be there.
Yeah, they don't play serious at all.
Like, if you go watch them in the All-Star games,
they all do trick shots or just you barely moving.
You think they would try to approve a point?
Like they're taking over the league maybe?
Literally, they all are MVPs and they all don't give a fuck.
Yeah, I don't got to.
Think about that.
They all are MVPs and they all don't even give a fuck
about being MVP.
That's actually crazy.
I agree.
Like, Luke is on his way.
He probably eventually get an MVP. He don't give a fuck about that. Yokes definitely don't, he probably eventually get an MVP.
Yeah.
He don't give a fuck about that.
Yokes definitely don't, he didn't got a couple of MVPs.
So you said the US wins, but it ain't gonna be a good game.
Mo Joker didn't give a fuck about the chip.
He said, all right, cool.
I'm about to go play with my horses.
All right.
I did my job.
QA don't give a damn about it.
Yeah, I don't see that.
Say not about to play hard enough, fuck it.
Nah.
Cause you don't even want them like that. And then I don't even think they got enough world people
to like have a big enough roster.
That was my next point, I was gonna say,
it's gonna be top heavy them first five, six-
I mean like Pascal will make it.
Yeah, but then after that boy,
you gonna be having some stragglers in there.
Yeah, you gonna have to start like OG,
OG a fuck around, be an All-Star. Jamal Murray.
Yeah, but like, but then you look at last year,
they had G League players in it,
so I guess it can't get no worse than that.
In respect to them, they hoopers, of course,
but I ain't gonna lie, that was crazy.
That was a weak game, been kinda mid, bro.
Last year, I ain't gonna lie.
San Fran was mid.
That was.
It was mid.
Mid is one. That was one of the worst.
That was one of the worst.
Yeah, that was a bad All-Star.
So, man, they gonna bounce back.
I got faith in the league, man.
If not, we'd be gon' change another. My last that was a bad off-stamp. Sorry man, they gonna bounce back. I got faith in the league, man.
If not, I could be the go-changer.
My last good off-stamp game was like 2015.
No, that one was mid.
I'd say 20.
I love his immediate response.
I was like, that was mid, who won, my niggas?
No, I wasn't even, no,
cause that weekend wasn't really, that wasn't pressure.
It was, it was in New weekend was really, that was impressive. I'd say.
It was in New York.
The dunk contest was amazing.
Was Toronto after that?
The last Kobe one?
The 2015, I think the All-Star game was Aaron Dwork.
Yeah, what was the last Kobe?
It was 18.
Yeah, what was the Kobe, Kobe's last All-Star game?
I don't remember.
That was probably the last superlive one.
What was the dunk contest in 2015?
Cause I think that's, I know Zach Levine was in it.
Kobe's last All Star game was 2016.
Yeah, that's what I thought, 16 Toronto.
Okay, 16.
That was Zach Levine versus Aaron Gordon.
15?
Nah, I wasn't at that one.
I think that was 16 or 14.
Zach Levine, Aaron Gordon.
That was 16?
2016. Yeah, that was crazy. Elite. That was 16? 2016.
Yeah, that was crazy.
Elite.
That was one of the ones, man.
That game was pretty good, too.
That's probably the best All-Star.
That's when he went over to mascot,
under both legs.
That's the best All-Star weekend.
One of the best all-star weekends.
That's the last good All-Star weekend.
For sure, man.
All right, man, we gotta, we gotta sign back in.
ABA, do what y'all gotta do, man.
Make All-Star weekend great again, for sure.
All right, man, we appreciate y'all.
