Ocho, got for bad news.
According to Adam Shepter, Michael Pinnock suffered a partially torn ACL in Sunday's game
and is lost against the Panthers.
Penix is seeking a second opinion, but this is not encouraging.
This is expected to be the fifth season-ending injury for Pinnock
in his eight college and NFL seasons.
And his third, ACL.
He tore his ACL in 2020.
I mean, excuse me, in 2018, 2020,
and now he has a partially torn ACL in 2025.
Damn.
Wait, so out of eight years,
he's been injured five at eight?
Yep.
College including.
Season ending.
See.
Because one year, I think he had a shoulder injury.
Yes, I think when he was at Indiana.
If I'm not, I might be wrong.
I could be wrong.
I think when he was at Indiana, before he went to Washington.
Yep.
Now, that sucks, man.
That, that, that, that totally sucks.
That, that totally sucks.
I hate that.
I hate that for him.
Obviously, they weren't having the season, you know, they would want to have.
But I think, obviously, the growing pains and being a rookie, with it being, you know, your first time starting and getting the full reps, getting the custom that, how the game flows and how it goes.
And, you know, the ups and downs of being the starting quarterback for a franchise.
you need those reps.
You need those reps.
And I'm sure after this season ended,
he would have been much better.
Yes.
Being familiar with everything,
the system, the play calling,
the team, just everything together.
Damn, that totally sucks for him to have a season ending injury
and be behind a ball.
And at that point, anything ACL,
there's no need for a second opinion.
There's no need for a second opinion.
Going there, get the work that needs to be done,
so you can get back that much faster
going to the following year.
what you have in what six six seven maybe you got but got a good got a good six seven yeah i mean
you i mean look just november so you have the surgery so you got december january february
march april may june july august that's nine months yeah you know that's plenty time
is it the same leg is it the same knee i just hope he can have a career like thomas davis
thomas davis tore his acer three times it came back to be an all-world linebacker for
the Carolina Panthers.
So let's just hope if it's a situation like that
because he ended up having a very promising NFL career
after tearing his ACL as many times as he did.
Damn, man.
That's, that's, it's, it's some, some, something.
Drake London got hurt as well.
I saw something with Drake.
Yeah.
I think he's going to be out at least this week.
Damn, man.
Like these injuries, dude.
The Falcons dropped to the quarterback at the top 10,
and paid a different quarterback $180 million
to avoid being in the quarterback purgatory.
Somehow they're a year and a half later,
they're in quarterback purgatory.
Rahim Morris after drafting Michael Penning Jr. at number eight,
we're talking about winning the NFC South and going to the playoffs.
We don't want to be picking that high anymore.
We don't want to be in that position.
That helped us make this decision.
Same thing to say that they're not going as well as they hoped.
It didn't make sense to me that you,
that you pay cousins that kind of money coming off the injury that he had and still sign a
quarterback a quarterback with i get it oh joe but he still had an injury history yeah i mean think
about it you think it's hard for me to see a scenario where they would select any other player
any other position right that's coming off that that's his career would have been ended like four
times before coming to the nfl so let that seek in let's just say he had five years and four of those
years is season ended with a season in the injury you're probably not going in the top 10
damn but also but i just hope you can like i said i hope he can have a thomas davis type
yeah uh because thomas ended up going to pro bowl and helping the team get to the super
bowl uh but it's tough i i can just imagine um rehab all over again ocho and the thing is when you rehab
you can't train.
No.
You're just hoping to get back to a point
where you have functionality.
Training is where you put your body
into a situation where, hey,
you can call on it and you know what an answer.
He don't get to do that.
You got to rehab.
Yeah.
That isn't what you do with rehab.
Rehab just gets you back to where you were.
I'm trying to get farther than where I was,
where I was.
I mean, I feel bad for the young man.
I hate injuries, do it because I understand
how much it sits.
It sets players back, especially when you want to improve year to year.
Yeah.
The season ends, you want to improve in your game.
You want to add new things to your game, you know, to be able to help, not just help you out, but help your coaches, help your players.
Because the better you come back from a skill set is the easier you make everyone else and job around you.
That's what I always thought about.
How can I make everyone else job around me?
All right, when we have a game or we got an officer plan, Carson, you don't have to worry about me.
Bob Brickowski, Marvin Lewis,
you don't have to worry about me.
And I just focus on the other 10
offensively, you already know
I'm going to be there for you,
no matter what you need.
No matter what you need.
So I always try to put that mindset
in the players.
When you get in season,
that's just coaching.
That's just exos and those.
You're not getting any better in season.
Nah.
You put the work for you to maintain your strength.
Bingo.
Guess what, Ocho?
Your shoulders hurt.
Your hips hurt.
Your joints hurt.
Yes.
It's hard for you to get.
get up under that weight and squat and do leg press and bench.
I mean, you know, you do it as long as you can.
But some days, hey, my elbows just hurt.
My shoulder's hurt.
I can't get up under that heavy-ass weight and press it.
Yeah.
Hey, you get the bulky of work, the meat, potatoes,
you getting better as a player, you know, from a skill point is the off-season.
That's why the off-season is so important.
That's why taking the time off that's necessary when the season ends.
Take you six weeks off.
getting into that work. I'm telling you. Hey, receivers. Come on, come on down here,
I let you boy. You know, all these injuries, I can stop all these injuries. Listen to me.
Everybody like to laugh and he, he and ha ha. Yeah. All right. Oh, Cho,
the Falcons do not have a first round pick. That first round pick belongs to the Rams.
The Rams in Minnesota. The Rams.
Okay.
They didn't have to give him anything because of Cousin was a free agent.
Oh, shit, that's right.
That's right.
You're right.
But I think about it, Ocho.
Name another position.
A guy comes off an Achilles injury after his 11th year in the league.
Right.
And gets that kind of contract.
Name a position other than a quarterback.
No, there is none because they understand how value of the quarterback position is.
That's why you take a chance.
You understand it's hard to get quarterbacks that have put up the numbers that Kirk Cousin's put up,
even though he only had one playoff win.
it's extremely difficult, extremely difficult.
That's why taking him a chance on a player like Kirk Cousin,
despite his history and not making a playoff,
despite the injury coming off in Achilles.
Okay, you know what?
Well, he's not a dual threat quarterback anyway.
You know, once that Achilles heals up,
he can be able to do what he normally does as a functioning quarterback.
He's a willing and dealing quarterback.
Yeah.
Just like he will, he's surgical with the ball.
He just is.
That's him.
we're going to take a chance
and going to give him that kind of money.
And then also the type of player type of person he is,
he's a high character guy, you know?
You know, so you're willing to take that,
the way, take that chance.
You're willing to make that investment.
This is not no hindsight,
but I told you at the time I said,
Ocho, your contract just doesn't make sense to me
to guarantee that type of money.
Yeah.
For a guy that, now, if that's Tom Brady,
that's Peyton Manning, okay, I get it.
They're certified, you know, they, they, they are, they're approved.
But for a guy that hadn't had postseason success and, and he's had coming off on the keyleys injury,
and he's not mobile to begin with, he's going to be less mobile.
Yeah.
It didn't make sense to me.
And then you go draft a quarterback.
If that was the case, why not, why just save that money, Ocho, and just go get you a quarterback?
If that's, if that was the route you wanted to take.
Yeah.
to think about it, where they're going to get one from?
Where are you going to get?
In the draft, like they wouldn't got pinnicks from.
Oh, yeah.
Hey, listen, you understand how difficult it is
to find a franchise altering quarterback.
You understand how different that is.
Yeah, because it's one franchise altering.
No, but he can help you compete week to week.
He can help you compete.
Look at what's going on right now.
Some of the teams that have been struggled for years
to actually find a good, decent quarterback.
Because, you know, once you get one,
just let him be good.
Just give him back.
They took Atlanta in 2021 draft,
they took Kyle Pitts number four.
Guess who went number five that year?
Who?
Jamar Chase.
Oh, yeah.
This isn't see.
Jalen Waddle with six.
Pena Sewell went seventh.
J.C. Horn went eight.
Pat Sertan the second with nine.
Devonte Smith with 10.
Hmm.
Michael, Michael went 12.
Roshan Slater with 13.
I mean, if you take a tight end that high, you've got to use them.
But when they do use your cow, you're going to have to catch the ball now.
And I know it's problem because he gets the ball so infrequently.
He's trying to hit his head on the goalpost every time he gets the ball
because he's like, I don't know when I'm going to get another chance.
And he gets, and I've never seen somebody score without the ball.
you got to catch you get you got to catch it yeah and i know like i said i understand
the frustration of of of this is because you know he came on and told us hey the chemistry that
he and and and pennies uh had yeah they were they were talking pittics were talking about it
in camp and he was talking about he came on nightcap and talked about it
Mm-hmm.
Damn.
And I don't know.
Give me the coaches that were hired.
Oh, they interviewed, they interviewed Jim Harbaugh,
the faculty interviewed Jim Harbaugh.
Yeah.
They said no.
The interview of Mike Brable.
They said no.
They interviewed Mike McDonnell.
They said no.
I think they interviewed Ben Johnson.
They said no.
I'm happy Rahim got the job, but Mr. Blank probably like, damn.
Hey, you got it, you got to work with what you got.
You got to work with what you got.
Uh,
uh,
I this.
well he did a good job passing on some of them yeah yeah yeah because i'm gonna have to get it together man
yeah yeah yeah because i look they're getting restless they're getting restless in Atlanta
hey them players got to help you out man they do playing players the players got to help you at
You know, listen, the old, the old ad is players will get you fired.
Yeah.
They will get you fired.
They can get you fired and fired.
Yeah.
Man, I feel for Rahim, man.
Damn, I just thought this was going to be, hopefully turn it around.
Oh, yeah, and Coach Belichick, man.
Man, y'all saw Coach Belichick.
The guy took his hat off.
Yeah.
We go talk about that?
Yeah.
Oh, Joe.
Did you see that?
Yeah, I saw it, man.
The coach took his hat off.
And you can't even look the man in his eye, Ocho.
Hey, Bill, do everybody like that, though.
So he can't feel bad.
You look at, you look at Bill at the end of Patriots games,
and you keep it moving.
He'd make it a B-Lat.
It's different to, Ocho, this college.
You said an example.
You ain't said no example in no NFL because he's done this.
Now, think about how many times in the AMC championship game
that a Tony Dungey or a Bill Cowher,
or a Rex Ryan has had to come out there
and talk to CBS.
This is really what rubbed me the wrong way.
And I think Coach Belichick is the greatest NFL coach ever.
Absolutely.
But this is what rubbed me the wrong way
is that the rules don't apply to him.
And the NFL has let this behavior go on.
But let a player don't want to do the media
and say, you know what, I don't want to do the media day.
I'm going to let Ocho go do it.
Yeah.
They're going to dock me,
right but he's supposed to do it and he said some special teams got there some backup
lima win ain't nobody ever heard of him but his family that's what rubbed me the wrong
way that man took his hat off to shake your hand and then you like like basically
give him your butt that that's that's that's always rub me the wrong way about him yeah
it always have and and two things can be true he can be great
and be a jackass at the same time.
Yeah, and he's always been.
And that bothers me.
You heard me?
Huh?
He's always been this way.
And he's not changing.
That's the funny part.
Well, I'm in the NFL.
This is the way I conduct myself.
Oh, now I'm in college.
This is the way I conduct myself.
And I'm not changed for anybody.
I'm not changed.
And I think the thing is,
yes, sir.
Yeah, when you're winning,
when you don't win,
and you give people your job,
your butt to kiss,
and they're in position to hire you,
What did they do, Ocho?
They're like, okay, next.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah, that's true.

The Big Take podcast from Bloomberg News dives deep into one big global business story every weekday.
A shutdown means we don't get the data, but it also means for President Trump that there's no
chance of bad news on the labor market. What does a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich reveal about the
economy. Our breakfast foods are consistent consumer staples, and so they sort of become
outsize indicators of inflation. What's behind Elon Musk's trillion dollar payout?
There's a sort of concerted effort to message that Musk is coming back. He's putting politics
aside. He's left the White House. And what can the PCE tell you that the CPI can't?
CPI tries to measure out-of-pocket costs that consumers are paying for things, whereas the
PCE index that the Fed targets is a little bit broader of a measure.

I just want to remind everyone
how good Rishie Rice was last season
and these three healthy games.
He was the wide receiver 2 and fantasy.
I think Rishie Rice just goes off this week.
The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice.
This side, touchdown!
Remandre Stevens is my sleeper this week.
This is a matchup where I think
I can slide in Stevens into my flex position
and he could deliver double-digit
points this week.
Drake takes the snap, hands it off.
We're moderating running it right, and we're running into the end zone.
Touchdown!

Oh, Joe, there was plenty of speculation to why the Cowboys star receiver, CD Lamb, and
George Pickens were benched for the opening drive against the Raiders.
CD confirmed the rumors that he and played.
Pickens had been out past curfew, having dinner, and a few drinks at Red Rock Casino.
Okay, okay.
See, then you should have hit your boy up.
I'd have came out with y'all.
However, CD made sure to shoot down any claim that he was seen throwing up around 7.30 a.m.
Yeah.
See, he said such a claim was offensive to him because he knows how to hold his liquor.
Ocho.
Yeah.
What's up?
Oh, they knew.
Hey.
Hey, hey.
This is what they do to Ocho?
Hey, but shoot.
Hey, un, I'm going to be honest.
honest with you, boy, I had not me personally, but it was a lot of folk late during my time
either. I'm not one. I ain't no snitch, you know, I ain't going to do nothing like that.
You know, if I'm ever in the chair, I'm going to just plead the fifth, you know, but I didn't
seen it happen. Now, now is a little bit different because we got cameras everywhere.
Everywhere. Technology is a little different. So when we played, didn't, didn't nobody know
because it wasn't nobody to tell unless somebody close to you, snitched on you.
Yep.
Or you told me yourself by actually showing up late.
And most of the time, it was camping house.
Now, boy, everybody could see.
Because he got the camera phone.
Oh, yeah.
Because even when you try to go out, like, hey, can I get a picture?
I said, no, I'm just trying to be in a lay low.
And you know somebody going to know.
Yeah, somebody going to know.
Because you're going to post it.
Hey, and if you don't give him a picture, they'll get mad and tweet, guess who I just saw?
Yeah, exactly.
Like an asshole.
Bro, how you ghost me?
How you gave up my position?
It's like, also, it's like the guy that had, uh, went to the Airbnb and he left a negative rating.
The guy that owned the Airbnb sent the photo of his wife to his wife of him going to the Airbnb with another woman.
But that's real?
Yes.
That wasn't no, that wasn't on Netflix show or that's real life?
Real life.
Oh, hell, hell, hell, oh.
You got to see.
You got to see.
Hey, you're a mess up my back.
Hey, he got to get these dumbs.
What?
Yeah, man.
He'll be dumb.
Hold on.
Hey, you done messed up my marriage on the counter.
It wasn't me, but it was you?
No, hold on.
You said you messed up my Airbnb.
Give me this bulljohn rating.
Now people ain't going to want to come to my spot.
Hey, that's the true meaning of an eye for an eye.
Yeah.
But, Ocho, the thing is, if you were in the Rome, why would you even, why would you even do that?
Why would you leave a negative rating?
Right.
Because, for one, you didn't think, you didn't think he would stoop that low.
You didn't think he was stooped that low.
I mean, I'm thinking, like, most of these Airbnbs got cameras, right?
Ooh.
And at very minimum, you can't handle camera.
You can't handle camera in Airbnb, Airbnb.
At worst case, a ring camera.
Oh, a ring camera, yes.
Okay, yeah, you're right.
So how do you go get in here?
Yeah.
Okay, you're right.
So with that.
Hey, that's, but you see, hey, Keon, you see the difference?
C.D. and Pickens was I past curfew, having the dinner and a few drinks.
They missed a series. You miss two games. There's levels.
You're not at that level yet.
Hey, Keith, we're going to get you there, boy. Come on and let you, boy, in the off-season.
I'm telling you, boy, we're going to get you right. You hear me? Let's go.
Ocho, I, me, and I'm sleepy. I'm tired.
Hey, my thing is, Ocho, when I, when, like, we, after we have a meeting, you know, we have our individual meetings,
Then we have the team meeting.
Mike going to play a video.
He's going to play the top plays from last week.
We'll have a little music to it.
And then, you know, hey, he'll give us our speech, what he expects, blah, blah, blah.
And then we go, we go get, you know, a meal.
Yeah.
Ocho, I'm trying to go to back.
I ain't got it in me.
Yeah, see, you're a little different.
You old school with your, you're a little structure.
You got a little discipline when it came to your approach.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
The players of the day, they're a little bit more relaxed.
They're more relaxed.
You know, I want to be outside.
I want to enjoy myself.
I want to have a nice little meal, you know.
Okay.
See what's at there?
You know, we in Vegas.
You hear me?
I might, I might have tried to shake the covers, Borda.
Yeah?
Yeah.
Bro, don't.
Hold on.
Hold on.
No, no.
Before a game.
Nah.
It's on my best game.
I can't do that, huh?
I can't, listen, my cutoff.
My cutoff was Wednesday.
My cut off, my cutoff was Wednesday.
If I don't catch you between Sunday and Wednesday,
Wednesday? Oh, no, I can't, I can't do
nothing with you. I can't, I don't want no, I don't want no
type of, I don't want no lactic acid bill up. I don't want no
spaghetti legs. So you got, you got to get that work in between that, huh?
I cut off with two hours for the games.
How about cut off?
Two out for the game.
Hey, hold on.
Yeah, yeah.
Hey, but you ain't had no leg.
You out there running with no legs.
Nah, hey.
Nah, Ojo.
You remember the movie Free Willie?
Yeah.
How Willie came about that pool?
Yeah.
That's me.
Free Willie.
I had plenty of legs.
Mm-hmm.
I think that's a misnomer.
You think so?
I think so.

everyone how good Rishie Rice was last season. And there's three healthy games. He was the wide
receiver two in fantasy. I think Rishie Rice just goes off this week. The Chiefs come on a flip
pass to Rice. Their side, touchdown! Remindery Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a matchup
where I think I can slide in Stevens into my flex position and he could deliver double
digit points this week.
Drake takes the snap, hands it off.

George Pickens hopes his first season is not his last.
Pickens said, I love to be back, especially with CD and Dak, all the guys, really.
Pickens is the fourth and final year of his rookie contract that he signed with the Steelers
at the second round.
in 2022.
He's scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in March of March.
Piggins has 908 receiving yards through 10 games.
The most through the first 10 games of a player's tenure in Dallas franchise history.
He's second in receiving yards.
Ocho, you know, I know you want a pick to chase the bag.
Would you be content if Pigs stayed in Dallas?
Man, listen, hold on.
I want to talk about these stats.
real quick. Now, I want people to understand
and understand
how special George Pickens is, right?
George Pickens is
second in receiving yards.
9808.
He only got 58 catches.
Yeah. He only got 58
catches, man. So that's letting you
know he's doing more
with less, you know?
So let's start there. Now,
George Pickens, coming
back to Dallas,
I like the idea.
I like the idea, right?
You know, Pickens, C.D. Lamb,
Dak Prescott, we understand how special,
especially with them having a year removed,
going to a second year on how special they can be offensively.
But I understand Dak has to get done again.
I understand that.
I understand that.
They'll do DAC again.
They're not going to let DAC know.
I think DAC numbers down to like $70, $75 million cap here.
So they'll redo DAC again.
Right.
probably give him another four-year deal, five-year deal, making like $300 million,
and they'll give him, you know, at the time of signing, they'll give him $100 million.
And he'll get, he'll get, I mean, he got guaranteed right now, $229 million.
So he'll get another deal, probably a $250 million guarantee.
But is, is that willing to take less to make sure George Piggins gets what he deserves,
to make sure he gets close to his value?
Because he's not going to get anywhere near close to his value if he stays in Dallas.
I would love for Mr. Stand Dallas.
He would be great there offensively and what he can do based on what he's putting on display right now.
I love it.
I love the idea.
I just understand when it comes to getting your first contract, your first big contract, most of the time, unless you that guy, like that guy guy, they've already paid C.D. Lam.
Yeah.
You know?
So based on where he is right now, he would suppose to be, if he was elsewhere, he would overlap C.D. Lam's contract.
Correct. He would overlap it. But he won't be able to do and get a true value because he's
staying in Dallas. So does he want to take a discount and say, you know what, I'm going to
stay here, I'm going to take less to stay here in Dallas and be productive here or do I want
to go somewhere else? Now, whatever he chooses to do, that that's on him. But I'm going to have
a conversation with David Mullingeta and we're going to sit down and we're going to talk and we
going to see what type of plan we're going to put together for Pick and see what's best for him
for our foreseeable future. Now Dallas Cowboys fans, I love y'all. I love what Pick brings to the
table, but don't be selfish. Don't be selfish. You should want what's best for Pick too. Yes,
being with the Dallas Cowboys, that's what you want because you're a Dallas Cowboys. But what's best
for George Pickens, his family, and his long term. Let's think about him long term. You know
And being able to set up not just his kids, but his grandkids kids, you know?
Now, if he can get that done in Dallas, I'm all for it.
I think the thing is, Ocho, they, you know, they do, they redo that.
That'll take, that'll take 30 million out the cap right there to make his cap, to bring his cap number down.
Yeah.
They'll probably do something restructure, give CDs money and a signing bonus.
Yeah.
That'll take more money off the cap.
Okay, now we're talking.
So I think I could I see him getting a deal somewhere five years,
180 million?
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
We cooking.
Okay.
We cooking.
Okay.
We cooking.
Now the problem is, now see, we think insensible.
Yeah.
Me and you think is sensible, the chat, they think insensible, especially any Cowboys
fans that's in the chat, you know?
I love y'all too.
I love y'all.
I don't think I'm hating.
I love y'all.
But,
and Jerry going to think sensible.
Yeah.
Is he going to think sensible?
Now, we know how Jerry Jones is
when it comes to when it's time to pay.
You understand that.
Now, if George Picking is going to have the patience
to deal with that bullshit
Jerry like to do making you wait
to the last goddamn minute?
I don't know.
We understand the issues that Jerry Jones
has had with David Moologetta in the past.
Yeah.
Is he going to have the patience
to want to deal with?
with the bulljive that Jerry going to put him through.
So there's other dynamic that come into play, you know,
where Moologetta might want to tell PIC, man, listen,
we ain't got time for this shit.
Oh, my bad, I'm sorry, we ain't got time for this.
I think because PIC got an edge to him.
Yeah.
I think PIC has a lot of on the field and how he goes about his business on the field.
Yeah.
Has a lot of Michael Urban in him.
Yeah.
We know what Jerry thought of Michael.
Yes, sir.
he thinks of Michael.
So I think he would probably lean towards probably getting something done that's
that that's going to everybody because he realized now he traded for Mingo.
Mingo ain't seen the field yet.
Yeah.
This year, I think he's been a healthy scratch the last couple of times.
Remember, they traded a fourth round pick to Carolina to get Mingo.
He's finally got a guy.
He's finally got a guy.
Yeah.
That's comparable to CD.
It's hard to get a guy comparable to your number.
number one. Yeah. He can fight him tooth and nail. Big great, great hands, make tough
catches. Tremendous run after the catch. Very good. Big, big, big, big body receiver.
Jerry realized those guys don't grow in trees. Absolutely not. And we got him, and we got him
in our home. The best thing to do when you got him in your home, what, don't let him leave.
Don't let him leave. Don't let him leave. He's on pace for 99 receptions 1544 yards
and 12 touchdown.
Dak is the only team in the NFL this season
to have featured top five player in passing,
rushing, and receiving yards.
Dak is fifth and passing yards.
Javonte Williams is fifth in rushing yards.
Pick is second in receiving yards.
Man.
So think about all the offense they got
and look where they are because why?
The defense.
Yeah.
Defense got to pick it up.
We'll see if they can replicate what they did.
They got the Eagles.
We'll see if they can replicate what they did.
They went out and made the, they let Michael Parsons, they traded Michael Parsons to get
Kenny Clark and Quentin Williams.
That's what, they said, look, we got to stop the run.
Is it?
Clark is more of a run stuff for Quentin Williams can play to run, but he's more of a pass
rushing DT.
Yeah.
You got clowning, you got foul, you got Williams, you got some guys that you got a digizua
that you paid a lot of money to.
He's still there.
So we're going to see.
we're going to see the Eagles we got to see what the Eagles we're going to see
what the Eagles because they're going to need to establish the run you're on the road
yeah see if Seacquark can get loose looks like Lane Johnson's going to be out they're
going to have their backup in there we'll see he says hey I want to make a name for myself
Lane Johnson is what he is one of the great alignment in history now it's my time
to get an opportunity to show you what I'm capable of so yeah it's going to
be very, very interesting.
But everything, I don't know what Jerry thought he was going to be when he traded for
him, but he had to be, he has to have been everything that Jerry had hoped for and more.
Absolutely.
Uh, was there ever a great teammate that you fought to keep on the team?
Man, TJ, man.
Hoosh.
Who's?
I, you know, I hate the dirty.
side of the business but you know it is a business i i wanted who's to say yeah you know i thought i
thought that that that that that that chemistry we had and being from organ state and going from
oregon state being drafted to the bengals i mean i wanted that continuity to to the state throughout
the entirety of my career but obviously things didn't go that way i mean that's about the only person
that's about the only person they didn't really ask me they they they really asked me uh
I mean, as I got older, I think once I went there and came back, I think Mike
value my opinion on what I thought of certain guys.
But for me, hey, you make your own decisions.
Hey, yeah, I'm going home.
And if it, guess what?
And when I come back in the spring for OTAs and they here, I guess they moved on.
Right.
Despite Big 8 and 2 and fresh off a Super Bowl win, there continues to be a
a lot of negativity surrounding the Eagles.
A.J. Brown threw more gas on the fire today
when asked about speculation that
he isn't the same player he once was.
Ocho, let's take a listen to what AJ had to say.
There's been speculation out there
that you are not the same player
he wants to. What would you say to those people?
I guess they're calling it the same player either.
All right.
But I'm going to.
Okay.
Hey, you see how the bulljave start?
Uh-huh.
You see how the bull?
They come up with that.
Oh, your production is not the same as it was before.
So now you're not the same player no more.
Oh, now you lost a step.
This is the game they play.
This is the game they play.
Oh, this is how they do.
This is how they do you.
You know, hey, you know ain't nothing wrong with that man, man.
You can see.
You watch film.
You watch the games on, there ain't nothing wrong with that man.
Why even see them reporters be playing?
That's how shit.
You know what?
I would have swung on that.
portal.
But you see, also, Ocho, you see I ain't framed it?
What do you say to those that say that you're not the same player anymore?
You see how he framed it?
Yeah, yeah.
What do you say about those that say you're not the same?
Hoping that he gets something, they got what he wanted.
Yeah.
I guess Sequin ain't the same play either.
They got what they wanted.
Yeah.
Because the context, it don't even matter the context.
Yeah.
Y'all said, I'm not the same player.
Well, Seekwon ain't got a thousand yards rush.
you remember at this point in time last year he had a thousand yards exactly so so why y'all
didn't ask you why are y'all not asking questions about him mm-hmm so y'all keep coming y'all keep
coming to me asking me questions but is the run does the run game look the same no show don't
so that means sayquan lost it no ain't nothing wrong with him ain't nothing wrong him it ain't nothing wrong with
a j ron ain't that ain't that wrong with a j brine either the reporters know that but they you know
they're reporting or go fishing every time.
Now, it's on the player
on whether they catch that bait or not.
You're right, don't you?
That's it.
You know, AJ Brown, he wanted him.
He's going to give you what you want every time.
Oh, AJ going to speak his mind now.
Oh, he's going to give you what you want every time.
Hey, there was one other player just like that too
that played out, you know, over there that war, 81.
Yeah.
You ask him a question?
He's going to give you what you want every time.
So be careful.
He ain't sugarcoat nothing.
Bad up.
I just think,
thing is now is that we eight and two yeah so what can we be critical of ain't really anything
you can be critical of because the team is eight and two the number one they're the number one team
in the division so let's go to a j brown and hopefully he said something negative about somebody else
yeah that's all you got that's all they're hoping for now which yeah that's it you say like you said
it's a efficient expedition oh yeah let me see how big let me see how big a fish i can catch
and matter of fact this is the thing too
right. The bait is the way you were the question.
The debate that the reporters use is the way they word the question.
I'm a worded in this way and say they say, you know, we don't even know who they is.
Who is they watching film?
Is they not seeing what's going on?
Yeah, we eight and two.
I've been complaining about they the whole time.
They should know what the problem is.
And how about this here?
If whoever say that I'm not the same player will ask the opposing team why they keep putting their number one corner on me then.
If I ain't what they say, if I ain't what you think or what they say I am,
all I know is I get road coverage and I get their best,
they get their best corner.
They don't put their third corner on me.
They don't put their second or third corner on me.
Why not?
They say I ain't got it no more.
You're right.
I don't.
Throw me the ball and find out.
Yeah.
That's the only way, that's, that's all I can tell you.
That's all I got for you.
I ain't got nothing to say.
I really don't.
Look, y'all know how I feel about this situation.
Yes, I like to be a more active participant in the offense.
Yeah.
I think if all the receivers, I think, look, and I don't want to speak for anybody else,
but I think we all think that we could be more involved,
and the offense would flow smoother if myself, Devonte, Garder, Dodson,
if we became more involved.
Yeah.
That's not where we are right now.
Hopefully that changes.
Any more questions?
Good day.
That's it.
That's all I got for you, Ocho.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hey, that's that good politically correct answer.
Hey, hey, hey, I thought about being politics.
Hey, I still might.
Might be perfect for politics right now.
Politician?
Okay.
Okay.
I like it.
I say, hey, I'm listening.
With that being said to Ocho, no, I was just like, hey, no, we're not, what you want me to say, man, you're watching the games.
Yeah.
We're not playing well and we're not good offensively.
No, who can you pick out and say, okay, they're doing an outstanding job offensively.
Bro, we ain't scored a touchdown in a month.
A month.
A professional NFL team has not scored a touchdown.
So there's enough blame to go around on everybody offensively.
From coaches to players, myself, the quarterback, the offensive line, the running back.
There's no way to just pinpoint the blame because one time we get a holding call.
Next time we jump outside.
The next time we make a mistake, we do a minimal mistake.
So there's enough blame if we just and it's just not, okay, we get something going
positive, hold it.
We get something going, then we have somebody with a middle mistake.
So there's enough blame to go around.
But at the end of the day, it's upon everybody on this office that's in that room and the
coaches to figure it out.
So let me ask you a question.
You think Cincinnati feeling sorry for us?
Nah.
You think Tennessee feeling sorry for us.
You tell me the team that's on our schedule
that feels sorry for us
that we haven't scored a touchdown
in five weeks.
Oh, nobody.
So they're not feeling sorry for it.
Why the hell we're feeling sorry for ourselves?
Empathy is something someone else have for you.
You can't have it for your damn self.
Right.
Oh, pull me.
Oh, well, stay over there.
They were there.
But AJ, hey, bro, don't let them try to get you to try to throw a dirt on somebody else.
Don't even do it.
Hey, y'all heard what I said.
Adam said, I don't really need to reiterate it.
I've just been saying this for the last year.
I would like to become more involved in the offense.
Not out of selfish reasons.
Do you see our passing game is struggling?
And right now we're very dependent on the defense.
but at what point in time do we get to cap the character do we get to earn our checks
because the defense is earning their checks every week every week right now we're getting free
checks mm-hmm yep so a j later said he does not watch your other wide receivers do a ride
the NFL the old reporters ask him say why his response it gets me upset absolutely not
this now he's talking my language yeah yeah that's a good one that's a good one bad hey listen
unless unless you're being productive unless you're part of the offense week in week out and
knowing that you're you're going to have those catches and those opportunities i'm not watching
the others that are getting them because that's going to get me mad you think i'm going to be
watching film on jamar and jssn and and george pickings and avante adams and they out there going
crazy week and week out they're getting 10 12 targets a game i'm getting four
Oh, five.
Man, please, man.
Absolutely not.
I don't want to see that.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-mm.
Hell no.
I was very fortunate.
Like I said, it wasn't like it is now Ocho where they had, we had this influx of tight-end.
But yeah, Ben Coase had 160.
I had eight, had 40.
Yeah.
Nah, man, that man, that man ain't no 120 yards better than me.
Uh-uh.
No, hell not.
I see Brent Jones or them guys.
Oh, no.
hell no.
So I,
1,000%
1,000%
I am, I'm not watching
and don't let me, and don't
let me, you know,
I'm playing one of those guys.
Yeah. Man, hey, Romo,
eh, man, don't y'all let that man come in here and show
you out in front of me.
Don't y'all let that man come in this house and show out in front
of me now. I'm just saying, don't let
that man come in this house and show out in front
of me.
Do what y'all
Hey do what y'all do to meet
And practice
Right
I like that
It's a good one
Yeah man
Come on now
How that's gonna
How that's gonna look, Ocho
Gonzo come up in my house
Go for a buck 50
Now I'm on the side line
Yeah, I'm on the sideline
Yeah
Nah
Hey
Like Tom
See, I don't want to play with Tom.
Because remember that game that Randy went off?
Yeah.
Randy had like two or three touchdowns.
Excuse me, T.O. had a went off with that two or three touchdown.
He said, come on, Mawks.
He gave Mawks four in the first half.
You good?
I'm good.
Yeah.
I'm good. I'm real good.
Kevin Petula and Sariani are quite obsessed with the Hitch Rout,
ranking the most hitched routes run per game via true media.
Dallas Goddard 9.44, Devonte Smith, 9.1,
A.J. Brown, 7.56.
No other team has more players than the top 16.
What I told you, what I told you the other day about the rock concepts.
I can tell you what AJ Brown.
I can tell you what DeVante Smith is running based on their alignment and based on formation.
And definitely based on down and distance every single time.
Every time, I don't play for the Eagles.
I love football.
I'm not an Eagle fan, but I watch the game.
The fact that I can still tell you what they're doing
and I don't watch them every single week.
I mean, if I know what's coming,
you don't think the people that actually watch film
and get paid millions of dollars to do.
Yeah, man, come on, nah.
I mean, I just don't know how you expect to be effective
when you have this many guys in the top running hitches.
Really?
Push the ball down the field.
You got to.
Because if you don't, they're going to sit on top of everything.
Yeah, they're playing top down.
Which is why most of the short, the intermediate routes keep getting knocked down.
Why?
Because there ain't no threat for you going over the top of it.
Hell not.
Why am I backing up?
Knowing you ain't going no farther than 10 yards.
I ain't even getting out of my back pedal.
That's why Smitty catch so many deep balls over the top.
Because he doesn't hitched him.
Hey, he doesn't slanted him and hissing to death?
Hissed and slant him to death.
And they'd be looking like, oh, here come.
No, he's over the top of you now.
Hey, is either the hitch, the slant, or the curl.
That's it.
Oh, or maybe the cross
or the overs.
The over-rout?
A lot of overs.
A lot of times when they throw him
the goal ball, he's on the left-hand side.
Yep.
That's it.
That's the extended route treat for them right there.
Yeah.
It's like, and I know it's frustrating.
It's frustrating because you see all these guys.
You see Jackson's, you see JSCN, you see a mecca,
you see a puka, you see Chase, you see all these guys.
Getting all the honey
I ain't getting enough of vinegar
They ain't giving me
A number of vinegar
Oh, yeah, I'm salty
Hold on
And not only am I only
Not only am I only getting vinegar
They pay me $33 million
Yeah
And the first thing he gonna do is
Well, man, I don't know
Your production slip
Yeah, yeah, you're not the same
It seemed like you don't lost a step
We're paying your 33
But the production you're giving us
It's like we're paying you 12 or 10.
So we're going to ask you to take a pick of a what?
I already know, listen, I already know the game ain't fin to play.
Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to do that, guys.
I wish I could.
I wish I could help you out with your cap.
Yeah.
Uh-uh.
Mm-mm.
Joe Burrell made huge steps in his recovery journey
on Wednesday.
by being named a full participant in Bengals team practice.
Excuse me, this is the first time that he's gotten the designation
since he's suffered the turf toe injury in week two.
Joe would need to be activated by December 1st from the injured reserve
to have any chance to play again this season.
Bo Cho, your Bengals are three and seven.
Yes, sir.
Three and seven, the only seven games to go.
Yeah, yeah.
Is there a scenario, which you see if the Bengals were to lose,
Sunday, is there a scenario where you see Joe being activated?
Because if he's not activated by June 1st, excuse me, December 1st, that means he can't,
I mean, basically, he can't come off and he'd be on there for the rest of the season.
Do you see a scenario where you guys lose this game and him come off injured reserve?
Yeah, honestly, I think regards, there is really no scenario in this matter or in this case,
whether we win or whether we lose Joe Burrow being the competitor that he is, he would probably
override any suggestions that he gets from doctors,
anyone that sits in positions of power in that
front office, and he's coming back to play, whether we lose it or not.
Just knowing Joe Burrow, the type of player he is,
the type of competitor he is, whether we have a chance to
get to the playoffs or he's going to want to finish the season off strong
and make some with a statement to show that he can still
stay upright. He can he can still be healthy, you know, regardless of circumstances, whether
we're going to the playoffs or not. So you just, hey, you, you're just looking forward to him
getting back out there on the field. You don't, you ain't really, you don't really think y'all going
to make no play out and make no more enough. Hey, hey, Joe, Joe, honestly right now, I haven't really
thought of the scenarios or the possibility of us making the playoffs at three or seven. I think
it's very, very difficult, Joe, honestly. I think it's very difficult. But,
But for me, I would love for Joe to come back, not even playoff scenario, but just to finish the season off strong.
Finish the season off strong.
Get in, you know, get in there, do what you can.
Finish the season off strong.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Hold on.
Let me finish now.
I'm three and seven.
Listen, I'm not, I'm not talking about from a team standpoint at this point.
When you're three and seven, I'm just saying individually, all players.
need to finish the season off strong from an individual standpoint so they feel a little
better about themselves going into next year regardless of whether we we did well or we
whether we did well or we didn't as a team collective ain't no regardless ain't no irregardless
and stop using that about irregardless you not supposed to use air and regardless regardless
i said i said or regardless yeah y'all were terrible this year yeah yeah yeah we were terrible
and you can't finish y'all don't know good note okay i say that's why i said individually that's
by the first thing I said, even if,
even if we lose,
which we won't,
which we probably won't.
You're going to lose?
Take the F out.
Take the F out.
We plan to take that out.
You know,
first of all,
y'all was losing with Chase.
Y'all was losing with Chase.
Yeah.
He gone.
Okay, now let's try again.
Like I said, someone,
someone who has a little optimism, Joe.
I'm going to talk, I'm a Joe,
I'm going to talk to you.
I got you.
I'm a little optimistic.
Ain't no telling what's going to happen.
I know Chase's,
is not playing this game.
We got 11 weeks.
I don't know what's going to happen.
You know what?
Hey,
Joe, I don't like the way
Uncle's treating my bank.
Hey, Ocho, I think y'all just need
to let burn.
Ocho, can I have, you know what?
I just want to take my last bite.
Go ahead.
Take your last bite.
Go ahead.
Take your last bite.
Take your time.
Good time.
This man, talking crazy.
I want to go ahead and finish
you and get some food on my stomach
because I've been hungry.
I had a couple of vests I had to go to that.
Yeah.
So I will get my last, my last, right.
No, hey, I'm listening.
Take a time, me and Joe got it.
Me and Joe got it.
Anyway, Joe, like I was saying, listen, from an individual.
You and Joe got it there.
Go here.
Hey, from an individual standpoint, Joe.
Yeah.
Knowing how Burrow is, knowing the competitor that he is.
He's a liar.
Hey, he, Joe, he coming back to play, Joe.
Regards to how we doing at the team.
But listen. Hey, but sometimes, Ocho, you know, we can get in our own way now.
Yeah, the man been bogged down with Andrew, you know,
that toe going to linger, bro.
I know,
Joe, I know one thing.
If Joe, if Burrow ain't feeling
100%, he's not taking his ass out there
on that field.
Well, then he ain't going to play.
It ain't no way that toe going to be
100%, man.
Listen, yeah.
Let the man heal up
and then y'all get another crack
at it next year.
If it don't happen next year, Ocho, you got to blow
their thing up.
Okay, okay.
I mean, I like that, Joe.
But I, me, me, honestly,
if Joe feels good
and knowing how he is,
he ain't sitting on that side line Joe
if he can go and then
think about it 80, 85, 87, even a 90%
Joe Burrow is better
than half the goddamn lead.
It's better than half the league out there
even horrible. So I would like to see,
I would like to see him know honestly just
to finish it all strong just so you feel good
about yourself in your head and when the back
of your head is like well god damn I don't
I haven't been hurt three out of six seasons
you know and ain't
been able to contribute to help
my team out, man, I'm finishing this shit. I'm finishing this shit off.
Hey, look, I'm sure he probably does want to get back out. I mean, hell, he's making a lot
of money. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. But, uh, Ocho, sometimes, man, you know, you got to get
in guys away, man, and just tell him, hey, look, we understand. Yeah, we know you want to play.
Yeah. But, uh, you probably need to sit the rest of the season. Now, we can get you
right going into the next season. Uh-huh. Hey, man. Y'all at that just, just playing football just
to be finishing the season.
They mayn't get hurt again now.
Come on now.
Yeah.
I mean, you're right.
I'm trying to help y'all, me.
I'm trying to.
Joe, you're right, but I'm telling you how the individual is.
He's an animal.
I already know.
But he's an animal, boy.
He's an animal.
I just don't see any scenario where he can go sit down.
Especially, he was a full participant in practice today.
He was a full participant in practice.
See what that thing feels like tomorrow.
Yeah.
Unless Joe Burr will come back of the combination of Miles Garrett and
Lawrence Taylor, y'all ain't going nowhere.
I don't give a damn what he comes back at.
We understand that part, Joe.
So he comes back as Miles Garrett and Lawrence Taylor
with a little mix of Dion Sanders and Ray Lewis
in there. So which one of them are you going to be?
Right. I mean, neither one.
Neither one. But you have to understand that. That's not the part
we talk about. You got to understand the type of individual Joe
is. You got to understand. I know it is.
Okay. You don't become the number of overall pick without being a
competitor. But you also don't become somebody without being realistic. Yeah. I mean, I
don't know. Have you seen your defense? Yeah. That man ain't think about none of that. That
man ain't anything about none of that. That man is thinking about getting on that field,
getting back healthy, and trying to contribute and finish the season off on a high note for him
in the village. So he feels better about himself going into the off season. I'm telling you how
he thinking. I know it. Because if he wasn't, it wouldn't be no, no goddamn reason.
It got their pressure today.
Oh, he,
Hey, Joe, he was a full participant.
Look on your screen.
Look on your screen on, Joe.
We got something showing for you.
What's that?
You're what they're bringing in the map.
Look at, oh, look how they're bringing it back, Joe.
Is that bubble wrap?
Yally, we got two.
We got a choice.
Hey, why y'all, hey, don't.
Hey, listen.
We ain't got no choice on, Joe.
We don't want to.
Hey, they do.
Hey, y'all, why y'all disrespect them a quarterback now?
Don't know.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Well, you, you over there laughing.
He, he, he better than, uh,
Bo Nix down in Denver right now and he ain't even and Joe ain't even playing.
We're not debating his skill set.
We're not debating how good he actually is because, excuse me, we know he's great.
We're not debating that.
I know, I know, but the jokes, hey, but hold on, the joke's just flattening and the he, he and the
ha-ha and like he ain't that boy.
Don't, you don't think that fit.
You just said the man been hurt three of his six years.
I'm just speaking facts on what's happening.
His first year, he got hurt.
The next year, he went through.
Then he went to a Super Bowl.
Then he got his wrist hurt.
Now he missed the entire rest of that season,
which was probably about eight, nine games.
Now, this is week 12.
So he's going to miss that bare minimum,
a bare minimum of another 10 games.
Right.
What the hell happened to my camera?
You act like we put this around Brett Farb.
A Peyton, come on now.
Oh, there you know.
You talk about a guy.
that's been, he missed 10 games his rookie season, if not more.
He's going to miss 10 games this season.
With his wrist injury, he missed probably another 10 games.
So he's missed probably 30 games since he's been in the lead.
Right.
I didn't need you to detail all that.
The whole thing, I'm going to say, I didn't need you to detail all that.
You know this.
They got to be available.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Listen, you're right.
You are available.
What good is that?
Man, I had the best feet.
Man, I had the best feet.
to fail. Yeah, but you played every other year. Yeah, yeah, you're right, you're right.
But you played every Sunday. I did, I did. I did. Hey, Joe, you should have seen my feet,
Joe, these thing right here, Joe. Oh, yeah, I've seen you cut a rug or two.
Hey, these thing right here, Joe? Yeah. Hey, them boy got a mind of their own, boy, you hear me?
We already know what's going to happen, though, Joe. Man, also have 150 yard and two touchdown,
but they lost. Yeah, that's a lie. That's a line. That's.
That's a lot now.
Don't do that, Ocho.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Hey, don't do that.
You're saying long as Osho got here is, he was cool?
No, no.
I'm not saying that I did everything.
No, he wasn't happy about it.
He just knew it was, hey.
Yeah, I was hot.
He knew I'm going to get mine.
Unfortunately, I'm not in a situation where as a team,
we're good enough to win more than we lose.
Joe.
So I got to do, I got to do my part.
Joe, my grandma always told me, baby in life,
you can only do one thing.
You can only do one thing.
You can control what you.
You can control and do your part.
So, Joe, I did my part.
Now, collectively as a team, I can't control the other 10 people.
I can't control the 11 people that's on defense, but I know that I can control.
What's that, bro?
I control me.
I can control them feet that had a mind of their own.
Hey, Joe, I'm the only receiver.
I'm my only receiver in the history of the game.
They didn't pay me to play receiver.
Joe, they paid me for my feet alone.
I'm just saying.
I'm just being honest to you.
It's in my contract.
If you look,
I show you a copy of my contract.
It states we are paying him individually
on what he's able to do with his feet.
That's what they pay me for.
So you said when the DB lined up in front of you,
he had no chance.
Lied up in front of who?
You.
Man, the devil is a lot, Joe.
Why ain't play that up there?
You get a, don't ever get too close to me
when we would have a conversation
because I'm going to talk to you all the way through the route.
Okay.
Huh?
Yeah, man.
Joe, I ain't play no game, Joe.
Hey, Joe, he was in this, he was in this band.
Ojo can sing really, really good,
but they ain't have no number one hits
because they would let him sing lead.
So if they let him sing lead
or they have more people like Ocho in the band,
they'd have been really, really good.
So in other words, he really needed to play an individual sport
where he can just rely on himself.
Because when you play football,
you really got to rely on the 10 guys on offense
the 11 guys on defense
and the 11 guys
they trotted out there
every time on special team.
Ocho did his thing.
But like he said,
he could only do,
he couldn't tackle nobody.
He couldn't get no picks,
couldn't sack the quarterback.
Hey, Joe, we had,
we had some other dogs.
They got really good.
Once they got,
they got,
well, Ketna wasn't bad.
Ketna threw for $4,000.
Ketna wasn't no bad quarterback.
But they was bad enough
that they got,
they ended up getting
Carson Palmer with the number
of the overall pick.
And then once Carson got
in there, they kind of took off from there.
Mm-hmm. Yeah, hey, Joe, we were good, man.
Listen, we had, we had some, we had some ups and down.
Hold on that, look, I don't get, I don't pat you on the back now.
Yeah, I appreciate that. I was pat you on the back.
I wasn't trying to beat dust out of your clothes.
I just met you on the back.
You know what I said, Joe?
Yeah.
He wanted to beat dust out of clothes now.
Damn.
I appreciate it.
Why we just couldn't leave it at that, man?
Oh, Cho was really good.
Ocho did his thing.
Yeah, I, oh, I was nice now.
You know, I was a little something now.
I was a little something to watch, man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I could fill up a stadium by myself, Joe.
I would like that.
Oh, yeah, you're going to put on the show now.
Oh, yeah, you're going to get that.
You're going to get that without playing a whole more way.
I'm going to fill your stadium up.
See, that's what I need to see.
I need to be a couple of years younger.
Yeah.
Because I'd have been talking to him on the sideline, talking right out of the game.
Who?
How are you going to take my script and try to use it on me?
Ocho, you do realize I was talking before you was born.
Uncle, what do you know where I'm from?
Do you know where I'm from?
Do you understand we start in peewee,
Pee-wee Optimus,
that talking started at four years old.
You wasn't doing that when you was four.
When you wasn't foe,
you was out there in the country,
you know, picking watermelon.
You weren't talking like this.
I came out the womb talking.
Yeah, this is what I do.
Hey, Joe, I'm telling you, Joe,
well, you put me in the right environment,
boy, I say,
we're talking right out of the game, Joe.
I'm saying, y'all ain't never played against each.
Yeah, oh. Hey, Joe, I spanked him. He was younger than me.
It don't matter. Joe, I spanked them when we played them. Every time. Joe, I showed up
to the party, boy, with gifts. Not the teams that I was on, Joe.
You was on the team. What you're talking about?
Joe, we already said you had 30-something yards, Ocho. That's all.
That's what do you mean, that's all? Yeah, I mean, because I'm definitely just saying, I'm really
not a 30-yard receipts.
So the fact that I only had 30.
When you,
and when you scored against the Broncos, Joe,
I mean,
Ocho, I was already out the game.
The game was over.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Whoa, whoa.
Do you know you're not going to do that?
Oh, no, the devil is alive.
Because you've been out the game now for 20-some years
and every time the Broncos on play.
No, I said I was, when the game that you played
when I was with the Broncos,
right, and the game you scored on,
you scored with like 20 seconds.
The game was over.
I was on the sideline drink a Koolake Belich.
Well, hold on, wait a minute.
A gay race washed around in my stomach.
Joe.
Hey, hey, Joe, I think Unk might got amnesia
because if I recall in 2005 against the Denver Broncos
Monday night football, but I went crazy.
If I'm not mistaken.
Well, I was retired.
I was in the boot.
I was sitting at a desk.
What does that have to do?
You just said I only scored against the Broncos
in the last 30 seconds.
I told you I've retired two decades.
You just said I only scored in the Broncos
in the last 30 seconds.
That's not what I recall.
No, no, no.
I said when I was playing.
on the Broncos when Shannon.
Okay, okay.
When Shannon, I don't know what you did after I left.
Yeah.
But I'm saying, I do know you score with like 35, 40 seconds left in the ball game.
I got my shoes off.
I got on flip-flops.
Okay, okay.
It sounds good.
I got on shower shoes on the sideline.
I don't cut my tape off and everything.
Yeah.
And you're still in their playing.
No, hey, hey, when you scored at the end, you were still doing.
Hey, look it up.
Hey, Joe, look it up.
I think it was either 2002, 2003.
Joe, look it up, Joe, I ain't going to lie to you.
I remember like it was yesterday.
He's going, we don't beat the, we're beating the breaks off him.
And then he can, and then he's going to try to celebrate.
I never, hey, Joe, one thing I never do, I was always self-aware.
I was always self-aware.
You heard me, Joe?
No, he weren't self-aware with that one.
Because I don't know why, I'm telling you know why you scored a touchdown and want to celebrate.
Hold on, I'm telling you how I was.
I never do that.
So unless we're scoring first or I'm scoring to tie,
I never celebrate if I was scoring and we were losing.
Never, never.
To me, that's a lack of self-awareness.
And to me and myself, I look crazy because why the hell am I celebrating?
There's nothing to celebrate for him.
We're not winning the game or actually tying the game.
So that's something I always kept in the back-the-ball line.
Well, you wouldn't win no game with me, but I'm just saying.
And whether, was it 0-3 or 0-2?
I'm trying to think it might have been 0-2.
Nah, 0-2.
I gave you all that work.
That's all I know.
Oh, three.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, get it right,
Ash, pull up the receipts, Ash.
When did, all up, when did he score that touchdown?
When did he score that touchdown?
Yeah, yeah.
Hey, Joe, you see, you see, Ash put out the receipt, Joe.
I was out that they get to avoid that business.
But see, hold on, the score was 30 to 10.
He, oh, hey, the score was 30 to 3,
empty calories.
Hello.
He didn't do all that hard work.
He got some cardio in the first four and a half quote,
three and a half quarter.
Then you just heard that say I would give me all that work.
You just heard ass that would give you all that work.
You caught a 23 yard touchdown.
The score was 30 to 3.
We don't took our starters out.
We didn't get nobody hurt.
Nope, the starters won out the game.
out the game because what you're not going to do is you're not you're not go put no backups on me
not no no you're not I think the person if I'm not mistaken that was coming me he wore 24 he wore 24
he was 24 and that would be the whole game who dealt oh neal nah no no champ wasn't there when I was
there oh okay came out I was gone oh who was who was it who was it was it was it was it was it was
it was delta oh nil well he got that work too who ended up playing with you in Cincinnati if I'm
And he got that work.
Anybody with a two and a number got that work for years straight, except Revis, except Revis.
I'm going to give him his credit.
I think if I'm not mistaken, who?
Who you give me credit to?
Oh, Revis.
That's it.
That's it.
And listen, hey, Joe.
No, no, no, no, no.
We didn't have Revis.
No, no, I'm just saying.
I was telling Joe, anybody with a two as their first number got that work for like 11, 12 years
straight, Joe.
I seen Revis.
Oh, man, it was like a bad relationship
that never turned out right.
You hear me?
Man, how are you getting the Revis Island
couldn't get off there?
Let me find out you was Gilligan.
No, I had no...
You're on Gilligan.
He was on Gilligan.
Hey, Joe, I got...
Hey, Joe.
Somebody coming to rescue Gilligan.
Joe, I got stuck, Joe.
I ain't had my passport.
He had defense like down, Joe?
Yeah, I mean, listen, hey,
hey, Joe, he was nice, Joe.
He was nice, he was nice, he was nice.
He was nice
I'm not going to see him like
I thought I talk crap
I talk crad I talk cash shit
But one thing I'm gonna do
Boy when they come to defense
I'm gonna get up with it
Give him his credit
And every time I see him I give him his flowers
That year he had a year man
Oh Joe everybody got it Joe
That 2009 season Joe
That was an historic run
That was never be repeated
Never be every week
He traveled with number one
I don't care
Hey coach I got it
Don't even worry about this
and nobody who got it
nobody were getting a hundred no
a hundred he shut down
nobody got 50 yards
he shut down T-O he shut down
yeah everybody Johnson
Steve Smith
Andre Johnson nobody got over 50
boy there's one person
there's one person who consistently
was able to give
Revis that business and give him
problems and that was Stevie Johnson
Stevie Johnson
yeah played played in Buffalo
hey Joe Stevie was about six-fold
and moved like he was five feet tall
I mean, he's for his ladder moving and it's quick.
You had to be quick to give him problems.
You couldn't be a big receiver and be physical with him because he played it to his hands then.
You had to be quick.
You had to be twitchy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
If you weren't twitchy, it's a rap.
You got, you had hell on your hands if you weren't twitchy.
In the heat of battle, your squad relies on you.
