Starting point is 00:02:43 So please subscribe or you're going to make Ocho cry. Yeah, how we do it? Oh, the bills. What? Josh Allen. Hey, hold on, hold on, hold on, why your energy change? Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wow, how about? Hey, you show, you show, you show getting happy.
Starting point is 00:03:07 I said, come on. Hold on, come on, come on, John. Hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, what, what, what, what happened to the energy you just had when the Ravens lost? Did you, keep it, keep that, keep that same energy? Did you not just hear me going on the Ravens? Did you not just hear me going on the Ravens? Yeah, but you told, every time you say something, a lot of
Starting point is 00:03:28 don't care who tell it. We're going to win out. Our defense playing. Oh. Hey, wait a minute. We had our defense was playing today. We had an opportunity to win this game. Everybody had an opportunity to win the game. That's why you play the game. You play to win the game. Yeah, well, let's speak facts on why we love today. I don't know why. Let's talk about that. It's an important to me, is that you lost and you're done. You're done. We will. We've done what? You're done. No. You're done. You think you think we've done. Oh. Okay. Come on, let's talk about it. The best you can hope is to get eight wins.
Starting point is 00:04:02 That's the best you could hope. We're going to win our division, huh? That's all that matter. Oh, we're going to win our division. Buffalo overcame a 10.4th quarter deficit, scored 21 points in the fall quarter. Those buggles went ahead and let Josh Allen make some history. Josh Allen is the first player in NFL history with at least 250 passing yards,
Starting point is 00:04:23 75 rushing yards, three touchdown passes, and a Russian touchdown in two career games. previously accomplished a defeat week 14 or 2024. Allen now has 22 touchdown passes, 12 rushing touchdowns, and 2025. It's the first player in NFL history with at least 20 touchdown passes and at least 10 Russian touchdowns in at least three career seasons, 23, 24, 25. And he got four games left. He ain't done.
Starting point is 00:04:52 Alan has 50 career games with a rushing and a passing touchdown, the most in NFL history. and Ty Payton Manning for the third most games with 250 passers, three touchdowns with a 125 or higher quarterback rating. Only Mahon boy with 20 and Patrick Mahomes with 14 have more. Alan, who has 3,083 yards passing, 22 touchdown passes, 12 Russian touchdown is the first player in NFL history with at least 3,000 passing yards, 20 touchdown passing, 10 touchdown rushing
Starting point is 00:05:29 in three consecutive seasons. He did that in career. Oh, y'all! Y'all did that. He's nice. Yeah, he's nice. First of all, before I even start, I want to congratulate, you know, all the Bill's fans.
Starting point is 00:05:44 I'm sure there are a lot of Bill fans in the chat that are watching. Congratulations to Josh, Josh Allen on what he was able to accomplish today. Obviously, we were winning the game. To me, we actually dominated that game. You heard it were last in. Yeah. Hey, we dominated this game until the fourth quarter, even when the bills were up. I think maybe, what, five minutes to go, the bills were up 32-28.
Starting point is 00:06:08 How did they get up to a 32-28? I mean, that's the game. That's the way the game was going. No, no, no, no, I'm not going to let you gloss over because I told you that. I told you there have been time that your quarterback has let this team down. See, you look at all those fancy yards He threw for this many yards He got this many touchdown
Starting point is 00:06:30 Tell the people at home what happened Because some people It was blacked out in the area Now tell the people what happened I was good at I was getting it. The first interception happened with five minutes ago When they were up
Starting point is 00:06:42 You heard me? The ball slipped out He was right The corner was blitzing On the corner blitz Obviously when the corner blitzes The hot route is for chase To open up
Starting point is 00:06:53 And he tried to throw it to him right away The ball strips out. No, he didn't. He tried to get it on. He didn't realize that's a corner. You can't loft it. Right, right, right, right, right. So he lofted it, came out, it came out real lazy, boom.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Christian, Benford, picked it off, went down 68 yards. And that was the drive for us to actually, because it was 30, it was 30, 32, 28 at the time. And we were going to go down. We were going to go down to score on that drive, huh? We were going to go down, we were going to go down to score on that drive. And probably, we were probably going to take up, beat up most of that clock. We were going to eat up most of that clock and probably win the game. But unfortunately, when that happened, Unk, it was a rap.
Starting point is 00:07:31 It was a rap. No, no, no, no, no. That is what happened? Tell the people what happened after that pick that he got and he ran into a touchdown. Tell him what happened on the very next possession. Another pick. Are you going to tell the story? Now, look here.
Starting point is 00:07:46 If you're going to tell the story, I need you to tell the story in this entirety. It was, it was another pick. It was? What you mean? You hear that chat? Now, it was. Hold on, hold on, hold on. It was 2834.
Starting point is 00:08:00 T. Higgins scored. No, T. Higgins scored after that. The next drive, T. Higgan scored, huh? They had already done got that. Y'all threw picks back-to-back position. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we did. We did. Yeah, we did. Hold on, hold on.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Hey, can you remember the plate? Yeah, he tried to play. It got batted up in the air and it got caught it. Oh, that's right. They're right. Oh, the stick route, the stick route to chase. He tried to throw the stick route to chase real quick and the goddamn lineman put his hand up. And, yeah, yeah. Oh, that's my question.
Starting point is 00:08:33 Y'all see how you remember all of a sudden? No, no, no, no. Listen, I just, I just needed you. I just, I had to recall it. I had to recall it real quick because I, I watched all the games today, so it's hard for me to remember. It ain't hard for me to remember. I remember everything. If they had a particular player, do you want me to pour it out?
Starting point is 00:08:49 No, you don't. But listen, but if, if, I mean, if, if, if Joe doesn't throw those 20-7s, I'm I'm almost positive. We win that game. It's unfortunate. It didn't go in our favor. As well as we played offensively, T. Higgins had a date. T. Higgins had a day.
Starting point is 00:09:05 Joe was cooking up until that point, late in the fourth quarter. Y'all found out of seven. James Cook Fumman on the two-yard line. You want to talk about that? Oh, yeah. You want to talk about that? Yeah, yeah, you're right. We should have won the game.
Starting point is 00:09:19 Cook it. I told you your defense is 183 yards rushing. 251. passing. Josh Shelly got the most jerseys in the Hall of Fame in NFL history. He got by five jerseys. Hey, they call, hey, can we get this jersey?
Starting point is 00:09:39 I like, I'm glad you're excited. I'm glad you're happy. I ain't had no dog in the fight. I just happened to be a Bills fan today. I know. You didn't have no dog in the fight, but you show we're happy to ban my dog. Whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:09:50 I feel attacked. No, I'm not attacking. I'm just saying. your energy is different because you didn't have that kind of energy when the Ravens, you was upset, you was upset, and I did it. Now you're happy, why you're so happy. That was your opportunity. Now, you don't tell me how I feel how I'm supposed to do.
Starting point is 00:10:08 But listen, that was my opportunity to crush you. You should. You don't get another chance to guess what the Broncos won. You told me the Broncos was going to lose to the Raiders. Remember that chat? Didn't he say that? Wait a minute. Wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:10:20 Calm down a little bit. Calm down because the Dolphins did win a day. The Dolph is one of them You know that, right? Nah, he's going to talk about the gun The Dolph is one and then, you know that, right? I want you to talk about the bongles. We lost the game.
Starting point is 00:10:33 We lost the game. Joe Burrow, two costly interceptions at the end of the game when we had a chance to go down and tie. Matter of fact, no, we didn't have a chance to go down the tie. We had a chance to go down and take the lead. Then we come back.
Starting point is 00:10:44 We come back. It's 28, 28, 39. We threw a touchdown. We threw a touchdown at T. I think we got the ball back. Boom. Once we through... Damn, man.
Starting point is 00:10:59 I was doing good tonight, too. Last week you had something. I told you, we're going to win out. You told me. What you tell me? I told you who was going to win out. Hey, listen, but listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. We still have a chance to win.
Starting point is 00:11:15 You know we already beat the Steelers, right? You know we ought to beat the Ravens, right? Let me finish. And we ought to beat the Ravens, right? You know, the Raven got to come to us. As bad as the Ravens playing, they got to come to us at home. You know, they got to come to us at home, right? So let me tell you, as long as we win this division,
Starting point is 00:11:31 there's one team, I don't think anybody in the AFC wants to see. And that's us. Everybody want to see y'all. Nah, should not. Don't nobody want to see that offense? What about your defense? Don't nobody want to see that offense. Y'all just gave up 39.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Well, we ain't playing the bills every week. I think that's the first time the bills beat us in how long? Don't do that. Don't do that. Hold on. You make it see like everybody ain't got no, hey, let me ask you a question. Do Patriot's got a defense? What about the Houston Texans?
Starting point is 00:12:04 What about the Broncos? Okay. They can't do that. Hey, hold on, hold on. Listen, listen, listen. For all those teams you're saying they have a great defense, we have a great offense. We have a great offense that can match it with everybody. But what about your defense?
Starting point is 00:12:19 Can y'all match up with anybody? His offense, no. I mean, that, I mean, that's the problem. That's, that's, that's been our team is here. But maybe, maybe. At this juncture right now, my job is not to solve y'all problem. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Well, man, listen, we're going to be all right, though. We're going to be all right, though. Hey, hey, I'm, I'm glad. I'm glad you to happen. It's never iffy, if it's griffy. Other side, he left handy. Hey, we don't, no, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, Hey, we're going to win the division, though.
Starting point is 00:12:52 Y'all ain't winning nothing, don't you? We're going to win the division. Listen, we lost to the bills. We lost to the bills. The bills, hey, Josh Allen played the great game. We led most of the game. I was confident that we were going to win this game based on the way we were playing.
Starting point is 00:13:04 I wasn't. I know you got happy. Because they're supposed to have to took the lead until James Cook formed on the ball. They're about to go out, but they're about to stop a mud hole on y'all den. They're about the whole. I can hear it now.
Starting point is 00:13:14 Let's go, Buffalo. Let's go, Buffalo. A little bit softened down. A little bit softened down. A little bit... Now. Soft but now. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:24 Now. Yeah. Let's go, Bill. Hey, it's all good. It's all good. Listen. Hey, chat, I know the chat probably laughing. They probably talk about my bangles, but it's okay.
Starting point is 00:13:39 Listen, when we get the Ravens, when we get your team, when we get your team next week, Sunday, I'm going to be there too. I'm going to be there. We play, hold on. Where do we play y'all? This Sunday. they come out. It's a night game? No, I think not. They might want to, they might want to.
Starting point is 00:13:55 No, they might want to flex. No, no, uh-uh. They might want to flexing no four-in-nine team. That ain't happening. Wait, listen, it's one of the better four-nine teams there is. Oh, first of all, it's the, first of all, it's the, uh, first of all, it's the Cowboys and the Vikings on Sunday night. So y'all ain't getting flexed. The Vikings?
Starting point is 00:14:14 First of all, it's the Cowboys. Damn who they play. You know, you already know how that work. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, it's, it's cool. It's cool. We're going to be all right. We're going to be all right.
Starting point is 00:14:27 You're not. I'm telling you, we're going to win the AFC North. We're going to win the AFC North. Huh? And when we win the AFC North, nobody wants to see us. Baltimore is already, the odds maker got Baltimore favor. No, no, no, the odds, the odds maker, the odds maker. And struck at the ball.
Starting point is 00:14:46 Hey, y'all ran Tee back out there. Now, T missed time with a concussion last week. He hit his head on the turf, and y'all rushed him right back in the ball game. You better be careful with him, Mocho. He good. He good. T. good. T. good. He got to learn how when you fall, you got to stiffen your body up.
Starting point is 00:15:02 When you're stiffen your body up, boom, the neck don't go back all the way. You can't hit that ground loose. When you hit the ground loose, bomb, that head snapped back. You just tighten the body up real good. Everything stay right there. Yeah, we good. That's what y'all will stay too right there. At the playoffs.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Stay right there. Hey, you nervous? I'm, be honest, you nervous? Absolutely not. Okay. Okay. Good job, Josh. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:28 Appreciate it. If a Lenovo gaming computer is on your holiday list, don't shop around. Just go directly to the source, Lenovo.com. Starting point is 00:17:20 And, you know, ironically, the root of the word spirit is breath. Wow. Which is why one of the most revolutionary acts that we can do as people just breathe. Next to the wound is their gifts. You can't even find your gifts unless you go through the wound. That's the hard thing. You think, well, I'm going to get my gifts. I don't want to go through all that.
Starting point is 00:17:39 You got to go through the wounds you're laughing. Listening to other people's near-death experiences, and it's all they say. In conclusion, love is the answer. It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and still having to prove your worth while the industry. catches up. You break down the door. Sick. Starting point is 00:19:27 I just want to remind everyone how good Rishie Rice was last season. And there's three healthy games. He was the wide receiver two in fantasy. I think Rishie Rice just goes off this week. The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice. This side, touchdown! Remindry Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a matchup where I think I can slide in Stevens into my flip.
Starting point is 00:19:45 exposition, and he could deliver double-digit points this week. Drake takes the snap, hands it off. We're monitoring running it right and running into the end zone. Touchdown! It's never too late to turn your fantasy season around. Subscribe to the NFL Fantasy Football Podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. The Broncos, the number one seed.
Starting point is 00:20:12 The number one seed, they'll see. The Broncos beat the Ravens 25. Hey, see, did what I'm talking about. I tried to figure out why the Raiders, what? You played the Raiders. Whoa. Hey, you played the Raiders beat the Patriots. Are the Patriots any good?
Starting point is 00:20:27 Hold on, you played the Raiders. The Raiders beat the Patriots. Are the Patriots any good? Yes or no. I'm asking you, are you happy about being the Raiders? The Raiders beat the Patriots. Are the Patriots any good? It's a simple yes or a simple no.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Any given Sunday on. They beat us. You're right. It didn't give a Sunday. But it was not today. But I'm just, are you happy about the Wednesday? Bill Nicks, 31 or 30, 31 or 38, 2.12. We had another 152 on the ground average five yards of carry.
Starting point is 00:21:01 Boy, we did a, oh, boy, we did a number. Got Fomo sacks, Fomo, and Raytons pull that Bush League. Call the time out to kick a 50-yard field goal to cup. Man, y'all need to stop. Go for it. Y'all play the Raiders. Y'all ain't played no competition? Like, come on, man.
Starting point is 00:21:19 We make everybody look like the coffee. We won them games. So have we had not had any competition? I mean, you won 11 games because your defense. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What time? I don't know why we won. I don't know why we won.
Starting point is 00:21:29 Is that we won. I just told you. You won 11 games because of your defense. Why are you losing all these games? Because of what? Because our defense is not that. It's not playing up the part. I'm trying to figure out how that's a major concern of mine.
Starting point is 00:21:43 I'm just getting it. I'm giving you a better explanation on why you guys are. You won 11 games. That's all. Let's not get beside ourselves, please. I'm in front of myself. All right. The Bronco's second team ever to win five consecutive road games by seven or fewer points in a single season,
Starting point is 00:22:03 joining the 2003 New England Patriots that went on and won the Super Bowl. The Broncos lead the NFL with 55 sacks are the second team since 1990 to have at least 55 sacks in their first 13 games of a season, joining the 2000 New Orleans Saints who had 56. Hey, hey, them boys playing some ball, boy. Oh, we're going to get you one. It's Cooper. Hey, it's Cooper. It's, hey, it's Cooper.
Starting point is 00:22:29 It's, what's your own boy name on the other side? Bonito. Yeah, Benito. Yeah, them, hey, them boys, nice, aren't. Them boys nice. Them boys real nice, man. Listen, if, y'all, y'all are going to. go a very long way.
Starting point is 00:22:46 You heard me? Y'all are going to go a very long way with that defense playing the way they are. It all seemed like yesterday. Very, very, very long way. Yeah, I know I would talk on my trash, but that damn defense looked real good. Bo Nix making the plays that he needs to make, not putting the ball in harm's way. Cortland Sutton making plays. Mims did what he needed to do on special teams.
Starting point is 00:23:04 He had a good run for a touchdown today. Outside of that, you know, y'all won the game. But again, it was the Raiders. It was a Raiders. It's nothing to be, you know, hyped. about, you know, it was a good win. It was a team win. But, I mean, it's nothing to be bragging about or dancing to.
Starting point is 00:23:20 A lot to be dancing to, 11, too. Hold on, who y'all play next? Hey, whoever on the schedule, you line them up, we knock them down. I'm just curious, because you're excited. I'm just curious if y'all got next. You got the Packers in Denver. Oh, hey, you ready for that, you ready for that loss? Y'all going to be, hey, y'all going to be 11 and 3, I can take that.
Starting point is 00:23:44 Did you see the pack of the day? Did you see the pack of the night? Okay. Caleb, let him off the hook. Caleb let him off the hook. You know that. Let him off the hook. So you're going to blame the quarterback?
Starting point is 00:24:02 Hey, and we got the Jags, so we got the Packers and the Jags at home. Then we get, go to the Chiefs on Christmas, and then we get the charges at home. Hold on. You're saying you got the Jags, like the Jags, didn't you? just put up, what, 30 today, if I'm not mistaken? Bro. You sure you want, you sure you want that JAG scene? Bro, Daniel Jones got hurt.
Starting point is 00:24:22 The JAG scene that I saw today? Daniel Jones got hurt. Oh, so, okay, I see what we doing. Okay. I think the Jags put up 40, if I'm not mistaken. I'm just saying, did you see the Jags defense? They put up 36. No?
Starting point is 00:24:43 But it's okay, Ocho, Ocho. Oh, 306, okay, 36, 40. I mean, just round it off. Might as well be 40. Okay, I'm around. Y'all round off. Y'all 4 and 9, I round that off to 3 and 10. Man, why you, hold on, Ocho, I don't root every time Cincinnati play.
Starting point is 00:25:04 I don't root for the other team. You root for every team that play my Broncos. Why? No, no, I don't. Listen, I'm rooting for the Broncos. No, you're not. Yeah, I do. Hey, listen, I'm a football fan. I have nothing against the Broncos. I have nothing at all. I'm happy for them. I love the players. I love the fans. I love the organization. I'm just saying this is just friendly, this is friendly banter back and forward. That's all. You wish bad on my team. Nah. Well, you wish bad on my team. You started. You started.
Starting point is 00:25:37 The Colts lost in Jacksonville, which they do every year. They have not won. They have, the Colts have a lot. one in Jacksonville since 2014, and they played there every season. The loss dropped the Colts out of first place in the AFC South, and now they sit at eight and five in third place. And most importantly, Daniel Jones suffered what is feared to be a torn Achilles during the first quarter. The Colts incredibly promising season has hit the skids, and they've lost three games in a row and four of their last five.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Their final four games are in order. They get Seattle at home, they get the 49ers, at home, they get the Jags, and then they go to Houston. Oh, Joe, Daniel Jones was having a hell of a season. He was in the MVP discussion. He was trying to gut it up for him. He was playing with a broken lower leg. And now it looks like they feared that he used to have a torn Achilles.
Starting point is 00:26:33 He did. He tore it. He tore it non-contact injury on the throw. He went down anytime you see someone grab the back of that leg, grabbed the back of that, that lower extremity, you know, towards the hill. You know, that's what it is. He was pissed. He was pissed, slamming his helmet down.
Starting point is 00:26:49 50 million a year. Well, hell, no, it's not. It shouldn't be. Because if Kirk Cousins can get what he got, he damn shows you can get what he got. Absolutely, absolutely. Yeah, he's still going to get it. He's still going to get it. He's definitely going to get it.
Starting point is 00:27:02 He was playing very, very well. And he's the quarterback for the coach for the future based on what he was able to do, you know, you know this season so he put enough on film for them to be confident and get that big payday that he's so deserving off of what he's done but
Starting point is 00:27:21 that goddamn Trevor Lawrence 17 for 30 for 244 2 TDs Brian Thomas Jr. I'm glad to see you back baby I'm glad to see you back making catches 3 for 87 today hey
Starting point is 00:27:34 I'm trying to think what's up the Jags got a play the Broncos in two weeks. Yeah. Yeah. It ain't looking good. It ain't looking good, y'all, man.
Starting point is 00:27:46 We're going to sack him probably about five, six times. Nah, man, Travis Aten, two to carry, 74 and two TDs. But them boy put up 36. They did. 36. Hey, we, we, man, Duvall. Two, wall, yeah. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:28:07 I can't wait a Travis. I can't wait to Travis Hunter come back. He's going for the whole season, huh? Damn, man. Travis A.T.N. who ran for 75, 74 yards said this after the game. It just goes along with being this organization and the way this organization has been for some time now. We're not going to get their respect,
Starting point is 00:28:25 but we kind of don't even care. That's how it is. I mean, if they don't give it to you, you got to take it. Everybody's not going to get you everything you won't. Sometimes you got to take it. You got to make your presence felt. huh that's what you got to do and that's what that's that's what the jaguars are going to have to do Trevor Lawrence is all on you it's all on you you got to you got to play like the first round

Everything's going to be okay on the other side, you know, just push through it. And, you know, ironically, the root of the word spirit is breath. Wow. Which is why one of the most revolutionary acts that we can do as people just breathe. Next to the wound is their gifts. You can't even find your gifts unless you go through the wound.
Starting point is 00:32:12 That's the hard thing. You think, well, I'm going to get my gifts. I don't want to go through all that. You've got to go through the wounds you're laughing. I just want to remind everyone how good Rishie Rice was last season. And there's three healthy games.
Starting point is 00:33:04 He was the wide receiver two in fantasy. I think Rishie Rice just goes off this week. The Chiefs come on a flip pass to Rice. Their side, touchdown! Remandre Stevens is my sleeper this week. This is a matchup where I think I can slide in Stevenson into my flex position and he could deliver double-digit points this week. Drake takes the snap, hands it off.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Remodry running it right and running into the end zone. Touchdown! It's never too late. to turn your fantasy season around. Subscribe to the NFL fantasy football podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. McCarthy, the Vikings rebound
Starting point is 00:33:43 with a 31 Zip win over the commanders who lose Jane Daniels to an injury again. McCarthy threw a career hockey touchdown passes in his first turnover-free game, returning from his latest injury absence in prime form. Commanders lost their eighth straight game. One week, after being shut out for the first time in 18 years, they delivered a shutout.
Starting point is 00:34:05 It's just their second turnover-free game this season. Jason Daniels was forced out midway through the third quarter when he was blocked during an interception return and landed hard on his left elbow, the one he dislocated a month ago and required a three-game absence. Daniel Smith three games with the injury. Mariotta, who was one in five as a starter, through the interception and lost a fumble in relief.
Starting point is 00:34:31 It's just, it's just, it's just been very tough for him this year. It's been tough for the Raiders. Yeah. Yeah, they got to shut, they got to, you mean the commanders? I mean, commanders, yes. Excuse me, yes. Yeah, they got, they got to shut Jayton down. Shut him down.
Starting point is 00:34:44 They got to shut him, shut him down for the rest of the year. The season is over at this point. Allow them to get healthy and just look, look forward the next year. The Vikings, the Vikings needed this game. They needed this game a lot. Jay J.J. McCarthy didn't look good at all last week, so he needed this game for his confidence. I mean, they didn't really do anything offensively that really wowed you. I mean, JJ, you know, 16 for 23.
Starting point is 00:35:11 He threw three TDs for 163. Jordan Addison had 4 for 62. Aaron Jones, 14 carries, 76 yards. I mean, it was okay. I don't think of a performance like this. defense play really well. I don't think a performance like this would win them games against the better teams
Starting point is 00:35:30 that would be able to have offensive output the commanders really couldn't get anything going and that's why, I mean, obviously the scoreline looked the way it did today. Boy, I feel bad for Jetta. I feel bad for Justin Jefferson. He's going to be all right. You're going to be all right.
Starting point is 00:35:55 quarterback, you're not. But I do agree with you all the Jane Daniels. There's nothing to be gained from this season. They're not going to the playoffs. Try to position yourself, get high, get you a good draft pick, try to build a team.
Starting point is 00:36:13 I mean, you look. They did a great job. They sack JJ McCarthy four times, but you can't overcome. This team is not good enough to overcome the turnovers that they have. You can't turn them all over three times and expect to win.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Not that, you're not that good as a team. You're not that good. No. And like you said, J.J. McCarthy played well today. 16 to 23, 163, 3 touchdowns,
Starting point is 00:36:37 clean game, didn't have a little turnover. It's only the second time. And what? And 13 games, they've been turnover free. Right. It's hard to win when you turn the ball over
Starting point is 00:36:48 and you're not that talented of an offense or you're not that good as a team. I think defensively, Look, they got some, they got pieces. Mm-hmm. I think, I think J.J. McCarthy's going to have to get, he's going to have to get a lot better, Ocho. He's going to have to get a lot better in order for this team to compete with Jordan Love in Chicago and Detroit.
Starting point is 00:37:10 That's what's in your division. Yeah. And listen, that's what it comes down to. It comes down to the quarterback position. The quarterback, the quarterback will be the reason whether you win or lose games. And then. That's all it comes down to. And then, Ocho, you see that hit that Earths took?
Starting point is 00:37:29 Oh, the rules. Yeah, that's why. I'm not going to let you find me $50,000 for hitting him in his head. I can particularly end in the man career. Yeah. I mean, listen, that's the, that's the, is that the competition committee? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, that's a defensive receiver.
Starting point is 00:37:47 That's a blow to the head, the head, neck, shoulder area, and so guys are going low. that they don't have a choice. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it for Earths. I mean, ooh. That's,
Starting point is 00:37:59 Lord. I know it felt like his knee exploded. Hmm. Damn. It's just a temporary setback, bro. Hey, have that surgery rehab. Um,
Starting point is 00:38:17 and, and, uh, come back strong. That's crazy. Matthew Stafford and Pooka NKua helped the Rams stay atop the NFC West with a 45-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Stafford threw for 281 yards and three scores.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Pooka Nakuwa and Blake Corum both scored twice, and the Rams scored 35 unanswered points to bounce back from last week's turnover field lost to Carolina. Los Angeles won for the seventh time in eight games and stayed atop Seattle in the NFC West and one game ahead of the 49ers. Man. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:39:01 Look, I think Drake Mae is playing unbelievable, but Matthew Stafford is out of his damn mind right now. Yeah, so Matthew Stafford is your MVP this year? Yes. I think he had, what, did they have 35 touchdowns and four picks? Boy, he's cutting up, boy. he cut in matter of fact unk he's doing all this with no training camp
Starting point is 00:39:22 puka some was wrong with so hey hold on some was some was wrong with his back but it is because he's had back issues before ocho that was a problem that yeah that was a problem that he had in detroit he had okay well listen listen he next year he needed to do sit out again huh he messed up again yeah sit out again because the fact that a quarterback like that a season vet if you can miss training camp and still come out throughout the regular season and play this well, I'm all for it. Let your arm rest.
Starting point is 00:39:54 Let your arm rest. No wear and tear. You know, I mean, you'll be fine. And the fact that he didn't have training camp and really couldn't get that report with his receivers. And you're still putting up numbers like this. Man, the hell with training camp. For him.
Starting point is 00:40:10 Yeah, he was 22 or 31, 3, 281, 3 touchdowns, no interceptions. They ran the ball 36 time for 249. Pooka Nacua had seven. for a buck 67 and two touchdowns. Devonte, they finally did a great job. They kept Devonte out of the end zone. He's leading the NFL and touchdown catches.
Starting point is 00:40:29 I think he got like 14. 14? He got that many? God damn. Yeah. Yeah. Man, Jacoby percent wheeling dealing for the car to those. I know they lost.
Starting point is 00:40:46 Hey. But he had 25 and 44, 271. 271, two touchdowns in a pick. They just couldn't run the ball. So they couldn't keep that, he was under pressure. Michael Wilson, I like him. Levin catches a buck 42.
Starting point is 00:40:59 142. Trave McBride, five for 58. He didn't get the end zone. Yeah, boy, Jacoby Resett, Wheeling and Dillon. What's Stafford numbers? They look good around. look good, Ocho. The Rams look good.
Starting point is 00:41:22 The Rams look, they look really good. And I know Drake May is playing unbelievable, and he got them atop. They're in second place with 11 and 2, but Matthew Stafford. It's playing some excellent football. Lights out. What's on there?
Starting point is 00:41:46 He, uh, 35. he has 3,354 yards, Ocho, which is fifth. It's 35 touchdowns. It's one, and I don't think anybody's close to that. Nobody's even close to that, are they? And four interceptions. Nobody's close to that.
Starting point is 00:42:12 What did you say? You got 3,000? How much? 3,354. Okay. Dax is next with 26 touchdowns. and he has what 35 and four it picks man
Starting point is 00:42:24 hey that boys over there deal that way so he might have he might have where is Drake May he might be in the lead now because Drake May was on the buy as far as passing yards yeah Drake May was first he's probably second now huh
Starting point is 00:42:42 at 33 54 I know it's past touchdowns. I know each one. 3412. Okay, so he's about 60 yards, basically 58 yards behind Drake May. So he's second now? Okay, okay, okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:05 All right. After critical, 27, 22 loss to the Steelers, many of the Ravens questioned the call made by the referees, notably an overturned touchdown reception by Azeel likely in the fourth quarter. The referee initially ruled likely scored a 13-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson, which would have given the Ravens a one-point lead with 243 remaining, despite the tight end losing the ball in the end zone.
Starting point is 00:43:36 But less than a minute later, referee Alex Moore announced it was incomplete. Likely, had the ball punched out by Joy Porter Jr. Before he made the necessary third step in the end zone. D. Hopped tweeted and deleted. NFL and officiated in 13 years in this league, how many steps do you need in the end zone for a touchdown? It took me. Go ahead, don't you show?
Starting point is 00:43:57 I'll let you take it. I'm just going to say, you know the rule. I know the rule. A catch for a catch to be completed, you have to take three steps. He took two. And on that third one, the ball came about it. Yeah, the ball got punched out. So technically, if that was in the field of play or if it was in the end zone,
Starting point is 00:44:16 it would still would have been an incomplete pass. I mean, you know, understanding the rules and knowing that he had, he had possession, but you have to complete the catch with momentum and take that third step. It's unfortunate. And, I mean, they didn't win the game. God damn Aaron Rodgers was dealing the day. Aaron Roder was dealing today. It wasn't just that play.
Starting point is 00:44:40 I mean, there were other plays that could have been made that could have changed the trajectory of that game for the Ravens of Wells. But, hell, you got to get a stealer's credit. How many times likely are you going to get the ball punched out? Remember, Ocho, he tried to switch the ball against Cincinnati, and he got it knocked out. Now, go back and look at the first touchdown that he got and see what he did. He secured it.
Starting point is 00:45:00 How many, you don't get style points for touchdown. He was doing this. All he had to do was secure it. He had it just like this here. Why? Because it looked cool. How many times you saw him on Thursday, Thanksgiving? He did the same thing and got it knocked out and it was a touchdown.
Starting point is 00:45:17 So how many times? Yeah. Actions without consequences, no lesson can be learned. You would have thought the actions that he had Thursday night on Thanksgiving would have taught him a lesson because it was a valuable lesson to learn because the consequences was it was a touchback and not a touchdown. But guess what? Yes. He didn't learn. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:43 Trying to hold that thing. Yes. Grab it, man, bring that thing in there. Thank you. I'll tell you one thing. Once you grab and bring in and tuck, it make it that much more difficult to get up out of there. It make it that much more difficult to get up out of it. And you don't have to stress holding on to it that damn tight
Starting point is 00:46:02 with somebody trying to fight through your hands. Chat, go back and look at the first touchdown. Go back and look at the first touchdown and see what he did when he called it. He made sure he secured it. It wasn't nobody really. around him. Now this guy's on his tail. He can feel it because you know, Ojo, you know when I broke away because I ran, I ran a little over angle and the guy's
Starting point is 00:46:25 all right outside leverage so I know he's going to be driving hard. I already know that. Right. I don't get it. Lamar has some drops, but Lamar's not throwing the football well, Ocho. Joe. He had Zay Flowers on a touchdown and he undershot him and he threw it behind him and the guy knocked it, got it up. Jay was pointed like, put it out there. He had him. Rashad Bateman, he had a, it was fourth, I think it was third down. He hit him, he dropped it.
Starting point is 00:46:58 Yeah. But Lamar's not playing well. Y'all know that. It ain't no sense. I'm not breaking news to you. I'm not interrupting your normally scheduled programming, breaking news to you. Lamar Jackson isn't playing well. He's just not. and a lot of that has to do with your left guard he's terrible and I chat
Starting point is 00:47:22 I know sometimes my bluntness is not the best but he's not good that left guard is not good I mean he ain't you shouldn't be allowed to be that big and that sorry
Starting point is 00:47:38 that needs to be a pre-requisite if you this big you got to be good this man so he can't block the sun out of his eyes let alone a defensive line with an extra blitz are coming let me let me what number is he don't say 77 77 for lay lay okay fillet yeah yeah yeah he for late fish fillet yeah yeah i bet listen isn't on film he is always
Starting point is 00:48:09 he's always at the scene of a crime and i mean no disrespect yeah 77 yeah that's him Yeah, on the games that I've seen is, it's always him, always the same one. I think he's better at run-blocking as a, I'm thinking he's better as a run-blocker as opposed anything that's going to pay. Well, bring his ass in on fourth down. Fourth and one, fourth and two. But most, the way the teams are set up now, Ocho, you got to throw the ball at some point in time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:37 You got to throw it at some point in time. Yeah, he's, that's his strength. That has to be a strength. you know, when it comes to the run because it passed blocking, uh-uh, always at the scene of the crime, every time.
Starting point is 00:48:49 It's being reported that Lamar Jackson had a heated interaction on the sideline with Daniel Filet after the interception per Tracy Wolfson. At this point, Ocho, let me ask you this. If bad as he's been playing,
Starting point is 00:49:05 this entire season, how bad must his backup be? Mm. Chad, y'all need to help me out. If he's this bad, he's so bad that you can't bitch him, how bad but ain't no... I need somebody to help me. Ain't no way the backup can be that bad. Because if the backup that bad, he ain't even a high school player.
Starting point is 00:49:36 I mean, how you... Ocho, how you pass that and you don't block nobody. Yeah. I mean, to be that big, I mean, the sun rise up and the sun's shining, he can't even block the sun out of his eyes, Ocho. Sun blind him. He just walked right into the wall because he can't do this. Yeah, he got his son.
Starting point is 00:49:58 He's a big boy too now. Big and terrible. He's a big boy. Damn. He's as big as he is, sorry. Mm-hmm. Yeah, you know, that's your team that lost too now. Hey, hey, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:50:13 Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa. Ocho. Hey, that's your team that lost, huh? Oh, Cho. You know, like, co-used to tell us, say, son, you can't be old and slow. Pick one. You can't be big and sorry.
Starting point is 00:50:32 Right. Yeah, you got to have a struggle. Be one or the other. You can be small and sorry. You can be big and good. You can be old, but you can't be slow. You got to pick one. You can't be both.
Starting point is 00:50:43 B-O-F-F both He both He big and sorry For no reason Yeah How you go out How you go out You go to the grocery store
Starting point is 00:50:57 With your wife or your girlfriend How you go get gas Mm-hmm In public Yes I know damn well Ain't nobody ever told him This year good game
Starting point is 00:51:08 They lied if they did You go in the hell If you told that man Good game you lied to his face, and he know it. Everybody know when they play like some stir fry. I mean, he's probably not playing with confidence right now. He's probably not playing.
Starting point is 00:51:24 And the fact that if there was an altercation and you get into it with your quarterback, where your quarterback has to address, you know, you not doing well in a game, that will hurt your confidence even more. He hurt me. They're putting their helmet in my back. That's hurting me.
Starting point is 00:51:43 He should have soccer style and kicked him in his hand. You know, what he should have did when he built up with Lamar walked up in the center, kicked him in his tail. Yeah, you know, that rarely happens, too. You never see a quarterback really chastised his office line. No, no, they don't. When they get hurt, that rarely, rarely happens. No matter how many times they get sacked or get hit, that rarely happens.
Starting point is 00:52:06 So the fact that Lamar had to be really frustrated, really frustrated from to even address it in game. because guess what? How many times because normally the quarterback said, come on, guys, we got to do better than this now. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:20 How many times during the course of this year chat do you think Lamar Jackson and say, come on, guys, we need to pick it up. Hey, come on, hey, come on. Hold on, what is name is? What's the name? Daniel. Come on, Dan.
Starting point is 00:52:33 Hey, come on. Hey, we're going to get him. We're going to be all right. And come on, Dan, we're going to get him. We're going to be all right. If I'm Lamar, no, we're not. This man going to get me killed. what they should do Lamar said you know what I'm gonna go play guard and I want you to play
Starting point is 00:52:49 quarterback and I'm gonna do to you what you've been doing to me I ain't gonna block a damn soul and I want them to tear your ass up we had that happen in Savannah State guard didn't miss the block cause I tell you what hey you get here you get there let me see how you like it embarrassing. At some point in time, you know what, at some point in time, you say, you know what? Damn this. You not been to whip my ass all day, every day. Don't you got some pride? Forget the Ravens. What about that name on the back? I was just going to say that. I was just going to say that. I was just going to say that. You're going to know who this is. Put me in witness. That's on film. That ain't me. Man, that you said to you seven. You said to sell it. No, they ain't me. That's on film, huh?
Starting point is 00:53:47 That's on film. Everybody could see that. Oh, Lord. Like when all the teams you get to play, all the teams you get to play, oh yeah, when we line up, we run our TEs and our stunts right there. Right at 75.
Starting point is 00:54:00 That's the fish. Everybody got a fish on offense. Everybody got a fish on defense. Everybody has a weak link, and the weak link offensively is Young Bull. I mean, that's, that's, I mean, every team has one it just so happens his is very glaring and it's noticeable every effing game every game you know what it is ocho catch y'all been fishing when you get a fish
Starting point is 00:54:25 when you get him on the line what you can't do ocho let him off the hook yeah yeah i don't ohcho i don't want to beat him too bad early because i don't want to get it benched because if i beat it too early they're going to bench it see i'm a way to the right time i'm going to waiting to get to the four quarter. That's what I'm really start tearing his ass up. Yeah, I know, I know Lamar frustrated, man. Me, I'm frustrated, and I ain't got hit in 20 years. And, oh, Joe, it was the 25th anniversary of the Super Bowl team.
Starting point is 00:55:04 They got Letterman jackets out there. Boy, you know if I had been out of the round on the field. You, hey, out of ran out there. You, you, terrible. Why you ain't go, uh? Long story. I explained it to you. Man, man, that joker got, boy, the joker here.
Starting point is 00:55:26 Yeah. This is why I couldn't coach. Well, actually, wait a minute, wait a minute. Now, see, that's one thing about it. Now, God always has a calling, huh? And most of the time, he had knock on. your dough and the fact that you don't answer the though maybe that's the problem the fact that maybe if you were coaching if you were coaching the baltimore ravens then you wouldn't be playing
Starting point is 00:55:48 like this he probably wouldn't be playing like this if hearing it from you would register better than hearing it for who is coach whoever's coached is right now i get i i he heard it from lamar the quarterback i mean it's too late to hear from him mark now we chat let me tell you something in all by years the career rarely never single out any offensive lineman individually he all always does it as a group. Come on, guys. We got to do better than this. Come on, guys.
Starting point is 00:56:14 We got to pick it up. Yeah. I don't know. I'm just saying, if you was my coach when I was playing, I would listen to you. I probably wouldn't have had no celebrations. I would hand the ball right to the ref. I'm lying. uh me i'm a coach i him i said look here son i don't know what's going to happen i really
Starting point is 00:56:50 don't but i did make a recommendation that we cut you just so we clear Hey, hold on, a recommendation? Yeah, that's what I've recommended. I don't know what's going to happen because it's out of my hands. But I did recommend this morning that we cut you. It ain't that many good linemen. He ain't one of them. So you're right.
Starting point is 00:57:28 You're right. You're right. Per the ball cast, uh, uh, uh, uh, per the ball cast Lamar threw his helmet down after the last offensive series and then had a conversation with Daniel Fulayle,
Starting point is 00:57:42 who said they know it's coming every time. What? Oh, Joe, you got two options on the football field as an offense. You can run it or you can throw it. So they got a 50-50 chance of guessing what the hell you're going to do. What you mean, it ain't rocket science. Yeah. If it's first, second, or third now, what the hell you think they're going to do?
Starting point is 00:58:09 Oh, they might put it. it. Oh, they might let Lamar kick it off. They're going to throw it or they're going to run it. Those are the only two choices that an offense have on first, second, or third down. And he's going to talk about they know what's coming. That all come down to want to, huh? That all come down to want to. Even if you know what's coming.
Starting point is 00:58:34 Even if you know what's coming, you ain't fin to get past me. If you do sack Lamar, if you dig it. do get to Lamar, it ain't going to be on me. It's not going to be my fault. I'm definitely not going to be the reason. I will never be the problem. I will always be the solution. I mean, that's just, that's
Starting point is 00:58:52 everybody's built different mentally. That's my mentality. I'm just saying if I played office a line, oh, I'm not going to be the problem. First of all, if he's the solution, what's the problem? If he to answer, what's the question?
Starting point is 00:59:10 It ain't that many, it ain't that many linemen on. You can't just pop them off trees like that. It's hard for me to believe that there are linemen worse than what he is. It's hard for me to believe that, don't you? I refuse to believe that. You can't hide him. No. You can't hide him.
Starting point is 00:59:31 You can't hide him. Most of the time, other players, other teams, the way they're structured, you can hide your fish. You can hide your fish. You can hide your weak link. You know, you can help your weak link. Double team, you know, run away from him. When you do throw, hair protection slide his way.
Starting point is 00:59:52 I mean, it's just, ugh. There's a crowd of reporters waiting for Daniel Filet's locker, but the media policy is general not to talk to players before they're fully dressed. Fulet was shirtless, took his shirt in his hand, nodded to the reporters, walked off. He did not return. for questions.
Starting point is 01:00:13 Let me ask you a question, Ocho. They win that game. You think he does this? No, probably not. Probably not. But understanding the questions
Starting point is 01:00:23 that we're going to come, especially with the incident with Lamar, he didn't want to say anything wrong. You've got to be as gracious in defeat as you are in victory. That's a part of it. Nobody is going to win every game.
Starting point is 01:00:35 Nobody is going to play great every game. But a part of being a pro is standing there, and facing the very tough questions. But see, when they ran for 300 yards, he answered, he stood there and looked down the barrel of the, couldn't, hey, anybody else got anything that want to ask? And you know what? I'm kind of glad, honestly,
Starting point is 01:00:57 especially when it comes to linemen, you get into a few with the quarterback, you guys have a disagreement on the sideline. I'm glad he didn't answer any questions because there ain't no telling what he might have said. He might not be media savvy. He might still have been angry. He might have said the wrong goddamn thing.
Starting point is 01:01:12 Sure to him saying, I suck today. I ain't want to hear nothing he had to say. If that was the first thing came out of his mouth, and it's okay, oh, Cho, hey, guys, today wasn't my day. I got to be better. I was not good enough today. And although we are a team and we lost the other team, I have to be better individually.
Starting point is 01:01:34 It's okay to say that. It really is. It really is okay to say that. I've been the guy, you know what, hey, we win as a team, we lose as a team. But Shannon Sharp has to be better. I'm counted on to make the plays that I left on the field today. I'm counted on to be a leader.
Starting point is 01:01:56 I didn't lead today. I didn't make plays today. That's on me. I'll be better next week. That won't happen again. It's okay, Ocho. It's okay to not have it, to not be good on a potential.
Starting point is 01:02:09 particular day. It's going to happen to everybody. But a part of being a professional, a part of being a pro because he's a professional football player. A pro is when things don't go your way, you still look down the eye of that camera. And when you
Starting point is 01:02:25 answer every question that they ask, what happened out there today? Yeah. Guy that was a rough one on me today. I wasn't good enough. I've got to be better. My teammates are counting on me. Lamar is counting on me. The the fans are counting on me.
Starting point is 01:02:41 And I promise you I'll be better next week. What happened? Nothing. The guy just beat me today. I just didn't have it. I know I got to get better. I don't have any, I can't tell you anything specifically that they did.
Starting point is 01:02:55 It was what I didn't do. Yeah. I was lunging. I wasn't, my steps wasn't proper. I stepped underneath. It's okay, bro. It's okay to have a bad game.
Starting point is 01:03:09 But don't run. Don't run. Because if y'all had rushed for 300, I guarantee you you wouldn't have grabbed your shirt and nodded at the camera. You'd have talked. So you got to talk and defeat just like you would in victory. That's what makes us pros.
Starting point is 01:03:27 We don't hide. We don't run. We don't tuck our tails when things don't go our way. Yes. Lamar stood right there. Ravens, y'all, Tomlin's tenure, the Pittsburgh is under microscope this week and would have gotten only worse
Starting point is 01:03:52 had they lost to the Ravens. Ocho? Yo. Does them winning this game today, does that cut down on the rumors that Mike Tomlin or the Steelers got to make a decision on Mike Tomlin? Mike Tomlin going somewhere else.
Starting point is 01:04:09 Do you want to go somewhere else? Do they want to be go somewhere else? Do you think that quell the noise of what's going on in Pittsburgh? Nah, I think once a rumor like that starts, you always know that rumor always comes from somewhere. I think regardless of what they do, I think they're probably going to move on. It's been a very long time since they've moved on from a coach.
Starting point is 01:04:27 Most of the time, they allow their coaches to leave on their own. But for a rumor like that to start, it has to come from somewhere. And it came from in that building. It came from in that building. So I think once the rumor starts, and that fire gets the burning, I don't think there's anything that they can do collectively as a group
Starting point is 01:04:42 or Mike Tomlin as a head coach that would change the decision that they're going to make at the end of the season. I think they're going to allow him to leave it in his hands to say, I'm stepping down, I'm stepping away from here for the foreseeable future, and we're going to go in a different direction.
Starting point is 01:05:01 I think they're not going to fire him. I think he's going to probably step away and allow him go out on his own, I don't think, me personally, Ocho, look, and Coach Tomlin, look, I think it's going to be hard for him to step away or them to fire him if he wins the division, make the playoffs. But you've got to understand, Ocho, they haven't won a playoff game, but it'll be a decade. Yeah, what makes you think they win one now? And how many, how many playoff games have they won since they won that Super Bowl?
Starting point is 01:05:32 I know they lost, I know they lost one year to the Patriots in the AFC championship game. But how many playoff games since they won that Super Bowl, Ocho, they beat the Cardinals? I think that was in Tampa. Yeah. I'm not sure how many they've won so far. I think they haven't been since. To be Kansas City, 2016. 2016.
Starting point is 01:05:56 I think that might have been the last time. That's the last time. But I don't think they won more than two or three playoff games since they won that last Super Bowl. Yeah. It's hard, boy. Yeah, they lost the Super Bowl to Green Bay and then they went to the championship game I guess the Patriots.
Starting point is 01:06:14 What year was that? Okay. You know where Mike Tomlin kind of messed up where he would be okay? If he had drafted the quarterback and didn't worry about Ben Rothersburg's feelings drafted the quarterback early. He didn't.
Starting point is 01:06:36 And you wouldn't have been, you wouldn't have been searching for him right now because not having a quarterback has put you behind the eight ball and having to search and search and search. And that's one of the reasons why you haven't had the success you wanted to because you haven't found a quarterback yet. That's why Green Bray has prosperity because Green Bay was unafraid to piss the quarterback off. Brett Farr was pissed. He was pissed to the highest of pistivity that they drafted Aaron Rogers. Aaron Rogers was pissed. And they said, you know what? You better be pissed off than pissed on.
Starting point is 01:07:06 So guess what? Keep it moving. You got, Ocho, you cannot wait to the bridge. You've got to start trying to repair it. Because if you wait to the bridge, collapse, it's too late. We saw what happened with the dolphins when they didn't have adequate replacement for Dan. Yeah. We see when they let these quarterbacks rot on the vine and they're afraid to upset their feelings,
Starting point is 01:07:33 well, I don't want to bring anybody. Bro, okay. But when he leave, then what you're going to do? Yeah, you're stuck. You stuck. And they've been stuck for a while ever since Big Ben is gone. The Lions defeat the Cowboys and pretty much dim any light or any hope, possibility there was going to be a playoff run for the Cowboys this year.
Starting point is 01:07:58 By the score of 44 and 30, Jerry golf was 25 or 34, 39 yards, and a touchdown. Jamir Gibbs had three rushing touchdowns. David Montgomery had another one and a couple of field goals as they win this thing by the score of 44 to 30. Dak Prescott was 31 to 47, 376, one touchdown, two interception. He was sacked five times.
Starting point is 01:08:25 They ran the ball 24 times for 91 yards. C.D. Lab left the ball game after taking a vicious hit. He went up to catch a pass. His head hit the turstown. That was the first thing to hit Ocho. and I knew he wasn't coming back because you saw the rig of mortars, the stiffness of that hand, it was a no-go. Although he possibly wanted to come back, that wasn't going to happen.
Starting point is 01:08:45 Ryan Flanour came in. He had nine for a buck 15. So again, the Cowboys have two receivers over 100 yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the onslaught that the Detroit Lions put on them tonight. And again, it was their defense that let them down. In the three-game winning streak, Ocho, they were middle of the pack. We know what they were before that winning street. they were almost at the very bottom.
Starting point is 01:09:06 They were 31st in yards allowed and points allowed. They kind of reverted back to what they were in the past, and it caught up with them again tonight. And so the Lions win, keep their playoff hopes alive, and damn possible any chance the Cowboys had. Let's see if the Cowboys can win out. There's still a chance. They got four games left.
Starting point is 01:09:24 Can they win out and catch the Eagles or somebody else in the playoffs will, it remains to be seen. But also, the Cowboys in order. and I think the Cowboys have a good team, but they got to get some better defensively. They've got to get better defensively. And I was just going to say that defensively, they've been playing good, huh?
Starting point is 01:09:43 They've been playing good defensively. But obviously, in games like this, this is one of those games where when they needed it most and they had to have it, where they actually had an opportunity despite having two turnovers, obviously, you know you paid double for those. Despite having two turnovers, you had a chance to come back in the game,
Starting point is 01:10:00 but you weren't able to stop them on defense. when you actually needed it. And for the Lions, I'm not even giving credit to the goddamn offense. I know the offense scored 44 points tonight. I know they scored 44, but that goddamn defense, Unk, Mohamed played very, very well.
Starting point is 01:10:16 He had three-something back. And I'm not sure what the offense, I'm not sure what the Cowboys office was doing, understanding that if you have anything over a three-step drop for Dak. You have to chip and help the goddamn tackles out. You've got to help the tackles out because in space one-on-one,
Starting point is 01:10:32 they're getting beat every goddamn time. It seems like they were doing that with Hutchinson, but they forgot about Mahomet on the other side because if you noticed, Ocho, they were doing a lot of chimp, a lot of doubling on Hutchinson, but they were leaving Mohamed's single block. And he made him pay. He made him pay.
Starting point is 01:10:49 And that's what he should do. But for me, Ocho, the defense, look, hey, Cowboy fans, I want to know, did Quentin Williams or Kenny Clark did they play tonight? because y'all had to say y'all had a lot to say to me in Ocho a couple of weeks ago
Starting point is 01:11:05 oh, I thought you said this trade wasn't going to help I thought you say this trade wasn't going to do nothing we don't need Michael now I want y'all to tell me the cowboy defender that got 12 and a half sacks
Starting point is 01:11:14 I want you to tell me the cowboy defender that demands a double team they do realize that Michael Parson leads in double teams he's the third he, Miles Garrett
Starting point is 01:11:26 and DJ Watt are like one two three and chips so I want to know what defensive player that you got that commands a double team and you can say, you know what? Hey, he can double, so that means somebody else
Starting point is 01:11:39 is going to eat. Tell me the guy. Because I'm looking at the chance. I'm looking at all these guys. If I didn't know better, if I didn't see it with my own eyes, I would swear Quentin Williams, I was swear Kenny Clark didn't play tonight. Y'all keep, on Cho, DeRondland ain't the same. Did you see, did you see Gibbs shake him on the side? Wait, wait, but you know what? You know what happened right there?
Starting point is 01:11:57 Uncle, I'm not taking up for him. But you understand right there, the side line is your friend. If the sideline is your friend, you know that. You come under control and stay to its inside shoulder. Why are you running full speed trying to tackle somebody that you know it's shifting? And you already know Gilles got more moved than a $1,000 hookup. So you know he going to. Ocho, you already know this.
Starting point is 01:12:23 He shook him so bad. He shook him so bad. He just laid on the ground out of bounds. Chat, y'all saw it. Chad, if I'm lying, if I'm lying, Lord tape me right now. Y'all saw what he did, pretend like we didn't see it. But we saw it. Listen, call the rule number one as a defender.
Starting point is 01:12:39 I know, listen, I know I don't play defense, but even I know. You got to come to balance. The shiftier the player is, you got to come to balance, you know? And you take away the angle. The sideline is your friend right there for Durand Blan. You don't run in there hauling ass out of control. You're going to lose that every time. 10 out of 10.
Starting point is 01:12:59 Cho, you want to talk to the, you want to talk to the, uh, uh, the lion's defense? How many times did C.D. Lamb spin out? You know C.D. Lancho, that's his move. You know C.D. Lamb going to spin out and come back inside, and they overrun it every time. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I just, I think the Cowboys have to, look, I know you saw this. When they kicked that field goal, they got mad at George, they got mad at George Pickens.
Starting point is 01:13:28 They took him out on the drive to that, that, that. what you call him, Flanoy ended up scoring because Pickens loathed on the route and Dak threw it to him and that was looking like, what are you doing? And that next drive they came
Starting point is 01:13:38 and they went down to score in Florida, Pickens didn't see the field. Now, he has a tendency. He's been great thus far. He has a tendency to drift Ocho when he doesn't get the ball or things are not going well for him.
Starting point is 01:13:50 He has a tendency to drift. He's been sensational. And if they had won this game tonight without CD and with PIC being somewhat quiet, man, I had to put Dak way, way on the, but I had to put Dak, I might have put Dak in second place on the MVP.
Starting point is 01:14:08 Because the dude what he did, man, he made Flanoi. Like, hold on, you mean to tell me if Lenore can play my best? Listen, no disrespect to Illinois, but you know, it's easy when you're one-on-one. And once CD went down, you know what the game plan is from that point on, hey, we're going to shell, we're going to shell, we're going to kill, we're going to two, we're going 55, got damn wherever three go.
Starting point is 01:14:27 wherever three go, we put him it don't matter. We could play underneath if we could play over top. We have to make sure he's not getting the ball. And I think probably I'm not sure what coverage it was when he did loaf, but that was like, listen, I'm coming to you anyway. I'm coming to anyway. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:43 And right before the half, Ocho, Tesla, he had it. But what you're going to have already made up his mind that he was throwing his ball out of bounds the same time. Ocho, he cooked 34. I don't know 34 name I don't remember Ocho but he had to be so bad I'm like bro how you get beat on boy they might have cut you on the sideline if you gave up a touchdown Ocho with four seconds and a half yeah yeah oh my goodness in that situation is all about situational awareness
Starting point is 01:15:10 keep everything in front of you keep everything in front of you and make the tap simple simple but I don't Ocho I don't understand I mean you I mean when you go on the field you kind of understand whatever as an officer player Okay, do we have timeouts or do we not have time ice? What's most important is an extra three yards more important or preserving the clock? Preserving the clock, obviously, excuse me, is more important because we don't want to burn our time outs
Starting point is 01:15:38 until we absolutely positively have to. So you understand that, so you understand where we are in the field. Where do we need to get, okay, hey, where do we need to get as far as a field goal? Do we need a touchdown? Because my mind is like, even though we might need to get position on the field for a field goal, my mind is touchdown. Because I don't want to leave it up because of so many things, a misnap, he hook it, he shank it, it get blocked.
Starting point is 01:16:00 So if we put the ball in the end zone, I'm not worried about the kicker unless he's bringing his ass on the field to kick a PAT. As a defensive team, as a defender, Ocho, you've got to understand the situation. Okay, we're up. Nothing cheap, nothing deep. Okay, if they get a first down,
Starting point is 01:16:16 we're going to make them get five, six, seven first down. But what I'm not going to give you is a chunk play. I'm not going to give you, let's allow you to get what, What you need is like six first down. I'm not going to allow you to get four of those in one plate. I'm not going to let you throw this ball over my plate. I'm keeping everything in front of me. But I don't think enough guys have understanding what they call situation of awareness.
Starting point is 01:16:37 You've got to play a situational football. And not only that, that has to be talked about understanding the situation at hand. Someone has to say something. Someone on the sideline has to communicate that. This is what we going to do based on the time. And if the coaches don't say it, at least the players got to have some type of situational awareness and knowing what we have to do in this situation. Hey, I was always the guy, hey, guys, hey, first down, first down, get out of bounds.
Starting point is 01:17:08 We only got one timeout. We got two timeouts. We have no timeouts. Guys, get out of bounds. Don't fight for extra yards because the last thing you want to do, Ocho, is fight for extra yards and then somebody rip it out. Or that clock keep going, and you can't say no time. Get your ass. Get your ass out of bounds.
Starting point is 01:17:23 at this point in time, the clock is our enemy. The team is not our enemy, the clock, because a lot of times you just run out of time if we'd have 10 more seconds, if we'd had 20 more seconds, well, let's just make sure the clock remains our friend and we get out of bounds and we can get to stop it every time.
Starting point is 01:17:37 But look, when I look at the Cowboys, now everything is really contingent on being able to keep CD. But, Ocho, they got some issues on defense. They got some issues on defense. They don't rush the passer well enough. They don't. That touchdown that the Gives got at the end.
Starting point is 01:17:52 Ocho, that was too easy. That was too easy, Ocho. What was the field? What was the fucking Mike? What was the, I don't know where to- The guard had to pull and lock him up. That's the only way. If I'm not mistaken, I think that was the center that pulled, what was?
Starting point is 01:18:05 I think it was a center. I think it was the center. If the center does pull and grab the backer, the safety got the field right away. But it wasn't nobody over there, but 34. So let me get it straight. I got a center or guard. and I got Jermere Gibbs
Starting point is 01:18:24 with the defender in between me and Gibbs. I like that matchup. I like my chances of getting that ball in the end zone. Yeah. But they got some, oh, Cho, they have some issues. They got to address. Jerry, you can't fool yourself.
Starting point is 01:18:38 Yes, you guys had 400 plus yards. But you gave up 400 yards, and you gave up 44 points. Had you not blocked the kick you to gave up 47. You gave up 47. You gave up 47 points. You know, Unk, they played good the past few weeks, though, the defense has been the talk of the town.
Starting point is 01:19:01 Obviously, the offense was playing good, but the defense has been the talk of the town. The defense gave those that are the Cowboys fans. It gave us hope. They even gave me hope the way they was looking. And it's because the team is built to play with the lead. That defense is built when the Cowboys have a lead and they can just pin their ears back and go
Starting point is 01:19:21 because now you put the other team in a one-dimensional situation. I have to throw the ball. I can't do nothing else because I got to get myself back in the game. Now, what they were able to do against the Eagles when they was down 21-0, that was phenomenal. In order to be able to come back from 21 down
Starting point is 01:19:39 a three-score deficit, you got to play good defense. You have to. They showed up in that game. But the difference is, we already know they knew the Eagles are going to get conservative.
Starting point is 01:19:53 The one thing you know about Detroit, they're not going to get conservative. Now, I thought they got a little conservative on, they ran the ball twice into the line
Starting point is 01:20:00 and then golf dropped back and hit Armandrod St. Brown on the crossing route. And, you know, he almost split it. But golf had nine incompletions. He really should have had eight because he hit Armandrah between the one and the four
Starting point is 01:20:13 and he dropped it. I don't know what he was thinking. I don't know if Armandrod didn't think he was going to throw that fast. The Titan, the Titan flashed form. I think they was in the wrong place at the same time. I think it, no, that was Jamo. Wasn't that a Jameson? Yeah, that was Jamison.
Starting point is 01:20:24 Yeah, yeah, yeah. They was in the same. And it seemed like as soon as Armored Rod got, because you know it's coming, because the back, the back is going to the other. He don't really know. So as soon as you get behind that backer, the ball's coming. And it was almost like the ball surprised him. It's like the ball was on his weight. And when he got behind, got from behind the backer, it was only. You know, the funny thing about it. I think he saw Jamo at his peripheral vision. It was like,
Starting point is 01:20:48 but wait a minute now, am I running the wrong route or you run the wrong route, and it threw him off. And for the Cowboys, don't? And I think because the Eagles are playing so bad right now, I think the Cowboys are going to be okay. I think the Cowboys are going to be okay, but they're going to have to win out, especially with the schedule that they have left,
Starting point is 01:21:06 it's winnable. It's winnable. Especially with the way that offense is playing, it's contingent on how long C. C.D. Lamb is out. I'm not sure he's going to have to go to concussion protocol because it's... Oh, he had concussion protocol. But they get a week. They play next Thursday.
Starting point is 01:21:21 They got the bike in the next Thursday in Minnesota. He got time. He got time. Wait, who they got? But, boy, they're going to be cautious, Ocho. Because, Ocho, you see that? Yeah, I saw it. That ain't no thing.
Starting point is 01:21:30 That ain't no thing, Ocho, I got dinged. And, you know, I was able to get up. Boy, hey, when that brain does that, that brain really hit up against that skull. They're going to be ex. Look, I understand. And Jerry, they're going to want him to go. But, boy, you don't want to be fooling.
Starting point is 01:21:46 You don't want to be fooling. You don't want to be fooling with a concussion like that, Ocho. You're right, you're right, you're right, you're right. I mean, listen. But I knew the moment when I saw the replay, and I saw his head the first thing to hit, I said, oh, he's done. He ain't coming back from this one. He ain't coming back in this one.
Starting point is 01:22:01 But the Cowboys, look, the Cowboys' offense, they're going to be, look, I like Giovante Williams, the offensive line, okay, the tackles a little. That's not the starting left tackle that's normally there. Steel has, and Still didn't play bad. I thought he did a pretty good job. with the exception of a few plays where Muhammad Muhammad got through. But, Ocho,
Starting point is 01:22:24 they got to get better defensively. They've got to. They've got to try to find a premium pass rusher. Oh, whoa. It's too late to find anything. No, no, no. I'm saying, I'm already talking about,
Starting point is 01:22:37 I'm talking about 206. I ain't talking about this year. Hell, there ain't nobody they can get. Maybe Trey Hendrickson. Maybe, I mean, he's available. I mean, I don't know. Maybe the Steelers are winning.
Starting point is 01:22:48 to go get off t j wott uh but they've got to do something and they still have draft capital they still have a first round draft pick uh they still have some pieces that they can possibly move but they've got to get better defensively ocho because i like what you just said right that too huh i like i like that let that marinate a little bit cowboys fan what do you think about that t j watt to the cowboys that that'd be nice that's a nice little piece i'm not sure if if if that's that's something that is is feasible you know because you know you got to pay for that now that ain't that ain't just know anybody we talk about a future hall of family well they got they got a first-run draft pick they got they got an
Starting point is 01:23:28 extra pick from the green from the packers so it's still a possibility so you know a draft pick maybe it takes a first and a fourth but to get a premium a guy that you have to account for now clonnie hurt them out to being out tonight you know he had a hamstring injury and it's reported that he warmed up before the game and he wasn't able to to go, because there have been times that Kalani's been playing really well. Offensively, I think they're good. I really do. I think they're set.
Starting point is 01:23:57 I love Ferguson. I like Ferguson when they had Don't Shultz. And I remember having a conversation with Skip, I said, Skip, Ferguson is better than Shultz. Yes, sir. And he proved that to be, now Shost is not a bad guy, but he proved that he was, and the cowboys went with him and gave him a long-term deal. But everything is contingent on George Vickens. It doesn't matter what you do.
Starting point is 01:24:17 because CD is not enough by himself. You put CD and Pickings and Ferguson together with Javante Williams. The offensive line is good enough. He's not great, but it's good enough. But, Ocho, I don't care how great your office is. Without defense, you can't give up for it before. You can't give up what they give up.
Starting point is 01:24:36 And it is too easy. I thought Blan, and I thought Blan, Ocho, Blan been getting work this year. He has. I think they're going to move on from Diggs. I think he wants to move on. I think they want to move on. Maybe a change of scenery will do well for both guys.
Starting point is 01:24:53 They need a play. They need a linebacker. A Wilson is not the answer. Murray is not the answer. Look, I think the detackles are good. You know, I don't know if you're going to keep a Ziggy. I don't know if you're going to keep all three of them, Ziggy, Kenny Clark and Quinn Williams. I don't know if you're going to keep all three of them, but I think they're very good.
Starting point is 01:25:10 But you need a guy that can, hey, you need a hell raise on that edge that somebody's got to account for. Now, I'm not saying you've got to have a Miles Garrett, but you have a. have to have a tier two guy. Miles Garrett is in a tier by himself. Yeah, basically. But they told me, Ocho, I mean, Jared said he didn't need Micah. That's what Jerry said. Jerry, and he convinced
Starting point is 01:25:31 the fans. The fans even started talking about my Michael. Most definitely. Obviously, you know, anyone that's a part of that the Cowboys organization, anyone that's a loyal fan, they will always see and find the wrong, the wrong, or they find the right in agreeing with
Starting point is 01:25:47 owner who owned the team that they support instead of actually using common sense and understanding how great that player is even when things don't go right. Making excuses, well, he wasn't able to do this. You know, Jerry's saying, well, we weren't able to win with him. Quentin Williams had
Starting point is 01:26:05 what do you have, four tackles. Where's Kenny Clark? Kenny Clark, Kenny Clark, Kenny Clark, Clinton Clark, Clinton Clark, Kenny Clark had three tackles. But one sack. You got, you got, first of all, you already know, Ocho, you already know Jerry Gough is immobile.
Starting point is 01:26:24 You got to get him off that spot. You can't let him just let his back foot hit and throw it. He's going to pick your ass apart. I think if anybody going to get him off his spot, if anybody who's going to make him uncomfortable, it would have been a young, young bull. God damn it. His hamstring.
Starting point is 01:26:39 His hamstring. Oh, uh, Dania. They've been clowning. Clowning was hurt tonight. And I don't want to be disrespect. I'm going to say he's there, their best pass rusher, but he's been the most consistent. Maybe not getting
Starting point is 01:26:51 sex, at least adding pressure on passing downs where it mattered most. Yep. You're right. You're right. And tonight, it didn't happen. And look, you, obviously you're going to play extremely hard.
Starting point is 01:27:08 But, but this one hurt. Yeah. This one hurt, Ocho. This one really hurt because you really, you really could have put some pressure on the Eagles and a lot of other teams. In the NFC, yeah, most definitely.
Starting point is 01:27:23 How bad do you think it hurt them being that other? Oh, well, they got a 5% chance. Let's see the Eagles, because here is it. Who are the Eagles? How many? The Eagles have eight wins. So, Cowboys, the Cowboys, uh,
Starting point is 01:27:46 so theoretically, they still. could catch the Eagles and win the division. They went out and the eagle go two and two. I don't see the Eagles continue to play bad, though, for some reason. I just don't. I see them, even though we're in week 14, 15. I don't even know what goddamn week we're in.
Starting point is 01:28:03 I see them turning around and making the plays offensively and defensively when it matters most. Defensively, they didn't look too good last game. They didn't look good too good. But how long is that going to happen? Well, you know what you're calling? out, right? You know Carter is out. He had procedure on his shoulders. Yeah. So, ah, that back, that back end is solid, though.
Starting point is 01:28:26 Even with Dalian Carter being out, the back end is solid. Who did he, who did he even got next? But, oh, so I will say this. I don't know if I've ever seen a call what Ferguson got called for. I've never seen that call before. Oh, the swim through? Yeah. What is your referee looking at?
Starting point is 01:28:46 I don't know. In order, when you change the direction and so, when you, you have the charges on Sunday. Oh, my goodness. And they still, I don't they have the commanders again and they have the Giants again, right? No, the commanders twice. Chargers, Raiders, commanders,
Starting point is 01:29:04 okay, they got the commanders twice and they got the Raiders. Okay. And the bill. The Raiders, that's a win. The charges is a very good game. You can have to put some points up. You got to put some points up.
Starting point is 01:29:17 I don't know. And then you got two commanders and the Raiders. I mean, the commanders. It's Jay and you got the bills. And the bills got to fight hard because they're three, there are two games, three games right now behind the Patriots. They lose another game, the likelihood of them winning that division. So they got to fight for a wild card.
Starting point is 01:29:37 So they're trying to do everything they possibly can. Like I said, I just, the call that would look, I didn't think the game was officiated too well. I mean, PIC can't get that. I mean, PIC, I get you going to get this face, but you got to let it go. Ocho, you got to let it go. Ocho, you're out here like this here. You got the man face, man, little Joe.
Starting point is 01:29:57 Everybody can see this. Your arm extended, the man, hand down. Dang. Yeah, right. You got to, like, you got to make that quick. Yeah. If anything, open that thing up like this. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:30:12 Let it go. Yeah, but he grabbed it. So, but I thought that was playing well, considering that he lost C.D. Lamb, and he was under the rest the entire night. He got out of some stuff because I thought had him dead to write him a few times. But he was able to keep himself alive
Starting point is 01:30:32 and make some plays down the field. But defensively, you can't give up 44 points. You give a 44. There are not very many games that you're going to win, giving up 44 points, especially if your offense turns the ball over twice. Because that's two possession. That's two possession that you don't get any points out of.
