This is an I-Heart podcast.
Hey there, Dr. Jesse Mills here.
I'm the director of the men's clinic at UCLA,
and I want to tell you about my new podcast called The Mail Room.
And I'm Jordan, the show's producer.
And like most guys, I haven't been to the doctor in way too long.
I'll be asking the questions we probably should be asking, but aren't.
Every week, we're breaking down the world of men's health
from testosterone and fitness to diets and fertility.
We'll talk science without the jargon and get your real answers
to the stuff you actually wonder about.
So check out the mailroom on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your favorite shows.
What up, y'all?
It's your boy, Kevin on stage.
I want to tell you about my new podcast called Not My Best Moment, where I talk to artists, athletes, entertainers, creators, friends, people I admire who had massive success about their massive failures.
What did they mess up on?
What is their heartbreak?
And what did they learn from it?
I got judged horribly.
The judges were like, you're trash.
how you got on the show.
Check out Not My Best Moment with me kept on stage on the I Heart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcasts.
On this week's episode of the next chapter,
I, D.D. Jakes, get to sit down with Oprah Winfrey,
a media mogul philanthropist, and global trailblazer.
I could feel inside myself at four or five years old
looking through the screen on the back porch that this is not going to be my life.
Listen to the next chapter on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast, episodes drop weekly.
How you doing today, Joe?
Let me tell you something, Debo.
Devo, it's my time real quick.
What's up?
Welcome back to Debo and Joe.
your host James Debo Harrison.
I'm here with my co-host, Joe Hayden.
Please make sure your guys like and subscribe.
You don't want to miss nothing.
Hey, look here, you got a little bit of a different view right now
because my equipment doesn't malfunction.
So I'm actually shooting from the camera itself in the laptop.
So that's what we got going on, Joe.
Yeah, man, I peeped, man.
The pre-production show, we was hot.
We were trying to get it figured out, you know what I'm saying,
trying to which cameras, we got bad angles, but you know what?
This is good, Debo, I'm, just from afar, you look perfect, brother.
Listen, man, this might be something to do with X, man.
I'm not to call Jeff again, man.
I'm going to call Bezos, man, see what he's doing, man.
I know he not had something to do it.
Elon, Elon, that's the other one, too.
Elon is ex, Jeff, both of them.
They probably working together right now trying to jack a boy up,
so they want to raise the price on something.
Elon and already got a trillion dollars.
Like, come on, man, you got enough.
Too much cheese.
Like, what are we talking about?
Hey, look here, man.
Let's get this started, Joe.
Cowboys went out here and put their hands on the Raiders.
Yes.
They put their hands on the Raiders.
And see it out, though.
Check it out, though.
Check it out, though.
George and CD.
Uh-huh.
They benched them, man.
For the first couple series, man, they said it was a coach's decision.
Importantly, they violated.
at some team rules.
Look here, man.
I'm going to tell you what happened now.
Yeah, what you think happened to?
We go get it.
We go get a start.
I'm going to tell you what happened
through the process now, okay?
Okay.
Dallas went on head.
They got up out there, right?
Raiders went in there,
forced the three and out, right?
Mm-hmm.
Okay?
They punt the ball off.
Raiders get the rock.
They go on head.
They don't really do too much and nothing.
Gino went on head.
Hit, I think it was the tight end
for 18 on the first play.
and I think they dropped Jenny for like a one or two yard lost something like that
and then Gino almost got sack he was able to shake it off
but they end up punting and then the ball get down inside the five yard line
so Dallas come back out there right okay they get they get one first down conversion
and then that next first down that boy crawsby ran up in there and says sack
Fumble recovery.
Yeah.
Yeah, he was on Dax Head early.
On Dax Head early.
He's one of the only bright spots out there for the Raiders, I'll say.
Yeah, yeah.
So I think the Raiders, they get the ball, you know, inside like the 10, 15, something like that.
The first play, they get sat and then, oh, dude could have had a touchdown, but he missed,
I think it was Tucker, he missed on the, you know, he missed Tucker on that third down.
They get the field goal.
So it's three nothing.
You know what happened?
Jerry said, hey, uh-uh, uh-uh, we ain't doing this.
That coach's decision, do you like your job?
Do you like your job?
Do you want, do you want, do you like your job?
C.D.
In Pickings back out there right now were the first thing they did.
Hit Pickings for 12, hit picking for 12, went on ahead and hit a, what was that, lumpkey?
I think it was Lunky, something like that.
He went on struggle through on the short path, took him for 15.
They calmed down.
They go ahead, slow him down.
They ended up selling it for three.
Raiders get back out there, man.
And, you know, I think he hit who was the best for like 15?
He hit the Bowers.
That's his name, 17.
Yeah.
I think he hit Thomas.
I think just like they best drive.
they had, bro.
No, for sure.
The first quarter was, was, was, was they, was they, was they, was they, was they, was they,
got a couple of stops.
Then, like you said, they ended up getting down there.
They got a field goal on this drive.
So, yeah.
Once the second quarter started and Dallas got the ball back, that's just when everything
went downhill for the Raiders.
Honestly, like they had a little couple of bright spots.
Like I said, Crosby balled out in the first quarter, did the strap, strip, force fumble, and they
still were able to get touchdowns. I got a field goal.
Next thing you know, when Dallas comes out there and gets the rock, you know what they do.
No question. It seemed like a little picking CD show.
It was 19, then a 15. Then it was, I think even the runnerback had one for like 10 or something
like that, right? Yeah, for sure. And then CD got the touchdown for about 20, right?
Something like that. It's 10 to 3. It's starting to go downhill fast.
You know, they was on Gino's neck all night, though.
Oh, the Raiders' offensive line was terrible.
They was on, they was on Gentie's neck.
They was on Gino's neck.
Yeah, man, dude, Jenny could get nowhere.
They get the rock back.
They got Gino out there running for his life.
Gendi, he, actually, I think he might have had a nice run that series.
You know, I think he got about 11.
I think the next play, they dropped him.
He dropped the pass on that next play.
But again, like, Gino was under pressure, you know, he gets sacked.
And I think that was when they showed Jerry and that was that was Williams.
Yeah, yes, yes.
He got the sack, dude.
And then your boy went on with it and did nothing really.
He got no protection all night.
And they got to punt to rock.
Like, I don't know what they expect him to do over there, man.
You can't block to run.
You can't protect to pass.
Like, what they expect him to do?
It's all bad.
The offensive line play, like you said, Debo, if you're not blocking nobody,
your quarterback is not going to be able to find the receivers
and your running back's not going to be able to get no yards.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, the offensive line, if they're playing bad
and your center keeps getting beat off the rip,
your running backs getting hit in the back field,
your quarterback can't find receivers even if they are open.
So they need their line to block better if they want to get
anything going.
I'm not saying Gino's playing good or Gentees.
Oh, I'm not saying he playing good.
I'm not saying that, but how can I evaluate it when I'm not giving him the opportunity?
It ain't, you know.
A thousand percent.
Yes.
He's getting an opportunity.
That was end up getting the rock back.
You see E. Rob put that thing on that boy on that first,
on that first play, though, right?
No, it didn't.
They're hitting out there.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
He went on head to pickings again.
Dude.
Like, they, like, they, like, what's,
type of trouble was tackling that boy, man.
They were scared to tackle that boy, bro.
I don't know what was going on.
When he catches the ball, too, his intent is to score.
He's not trying to just go down.
He's like this now, oh, he's looking at you.
He's like, oh, you don't want none of this.
Like, he's ready to stiff arm you.
I can juke you.
I'm faster.
And then, like, when he caught that and spun out of it, you know what I'm saying?
And then running, he's running full speed to the pylon.
Dead legs, the safety and the corner.
I'm like, oh, my God.
And then the corner that was guarding him couldn't even catch up to him.
I'm like, that is athleticism.
And it's like, I'm getting in the end zone.
This isn't what, like, when you're playing the NFL, people are supposed to be cutting back on people.
Dude, he caught the ball at five, bro, and then literally pushed you another six yards for an 11-yard game.
Like, that should have been five right there tackle down.
Damn.
That's it.
That's it.
He was doing big boy stuff out there, bro.
C.D. went ahead, jumped in it on third down.
I think he was like 14.
Later, it was Lamb again.
I think he hit for about 23.
And then the fourth and one,
they went on ahead, got that, got the whole touchdown.
So he gave me the whole five.
This 17 to six.
Mm-hmm.
Man, Raiders get the ball back.
Nothing.
Yeah, no, yeah, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing but go on head,
get a tip pick.
No, don't go ahead, but a tip pick.
get the ball back to the ball
where they go score a game.
Oh, man.
But did you see that one that pickings?
I don't want to even want to say he dropped.
But we don't see him catch those.
Like, we don't see him make a play.
They said it was almost a pick.
I'm like, no, that was almost a catch.
Yeah, that was a catch.
Those are the 50-50s that I'm talking about.
Those are the ones that George, he's going to make that play.
Yes.
You're thinking you expected him to catch the joint.
It was a, they broke it up, whatever the, he wasn't going to pick it, but he almost made it.
Yes, for sure, dude.
Yep.
Third and ten, they ended up getting the anchor pit, but it was a P.I.
So that, that extended the drive.
Then Williams, they were running back.
He went on ahead, hit him for 16 on that next play.
Then they, what was it?
They got a false start.
And then shaking bait hit Pickings.
I think it was, what, 37?
It was 37-yard touchdown.
Like, come on, bro.
24 to 6.
It's going down hill fast, dude.
Raiders get out there, and I was kind of surprised.
Like, they went on ahead and put together a little drive.
They got a field goal.
I mean, with the help of, I think they had a holding penalty and an off-size
and he was able to get enough time to connect.
I think it was with the tight end for, what was it, 25?
or something like that.
I think it was, yeah.
Was it 25?
Yeah.
All they got was a field go out of it.
It went into halftime.
It was like 249.
Yep.
They come out of halftime.
Dallas went on here.
Stood up for a high second.
They forced the, they forced the three and out.
Mm-hmm.
Williams.
Yep.
He went on here.
Got a little.
little bit of that get back, just a little bit, because the safety was still able to tackle
him, but he dropped him, like, you know, you hit that boom, boom, straight down.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh, he was able to hold on to that leg.
I don't know why I like seeing people get hitting.
I don't care what.
Because it's not, it's not, it's not often, they're not going to throw a flag.
It's tough to get them good, Debo.
And when you get it good, without a flag, it's good to see.
I know what you said, because I love it, too.
Yeah, even though it was the safety getting ran, well, not getting ran over.
That's the only reason why he got a little get back
because if he had ran him all the way over,
he would have got all that get back, you know what I'm saying?
And dude, like Pickens on that second dot?
Like, dude, it was like he was in war zone
and had a cheat code, bro.
Like, that shouldn't have been no more than,
what, maybe six, seven yards at the most?
What, he'd end up getting like 30 or something?
Oh, his run after the catch.
It's elite.
The running the catch is elite.
Crazy.
Very next one, lumpkin again, about 12.
Picking's right after that.
And that hit, second, what was that?
19 for a two-yard touchdown.
What's his name?
I can't remember his name.
He ran a nice little pivot route, too.
Yeah, he shook him.
Dude thought he was all the way in.
As soon as he saw him, turned that head, he cut that thing back
out 31 to 9, bro.
So I'm
really, I ain't a lot of you. I'm kind of thinking the game
is over with, even though it ain't even the fourth quarter
yet. And somehow the
Raiders come out there, put together
another dry.
And
that fourth and one that they, well,
I shouldn't say they converted. I should say
Genti converted because he had no
blocking whatsoever. I thought he was just
dead in the water.
He was able to convert that.
And then
it's, it's, you.
You know, I was 16 or what, 31 then?
Hey there, Dr. Jesse Mills here.
I'm the director of the men's clinic at UCLA Health.
And I want to tell you about my new podcast called The Mailroom.
And I'm Jordan, the show's producer.
And like a lot of guys, I haven't been to the doctor in many years.
I'll be asking the questions we probably should be asking, but aren't.
Because guys usually don't go to the doctor unless a piece of their face is hanging off or they've broken a bone.
Depends which bone.
Well, that's true.
Every week, we're breaking down the unique world of men's health.
from testosterone and fitness to diets and fertility
and things that happen in the bedroom.
You mean sleep?
Yeah, something like that, Jordan.
We'll talk science without the jargon
and get you real answers to the stuff you actually wonder about.
It's going to be fun, whether you're 27, 97, or somewhere in between.
Men's health is about more than six packs and supplements.
It's about energy, confidence, and connection.
We don't just want you to live longer.
We want you to live better.
So check out the mailroom on the iHeart Reiki.
Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your favorite shows.
On the podcast Health Stuff, we are tackling all the health questions that keep you up at night.
Yes, I'm Dr. Priyanka Wally, a double board certified physician.
And I'm Hurricane Dibolu, a comedian and someone who once Googled,
Do I Have Scurvy at 3 a.m?
On Health Stuff, we're talking about health in a different way.
It's not only about what we can do to improve our health,
but also what our health says about us and the way we're living.
Like our episode where we look at diabetes.
In the United States, I mean, 50% of Americans are pre-diabetic.
How preventable is type 2?
Extremely.
Or our in-depth analysis of how incredible mangoes are.
Oh, it's hard to explain to the rest of the world that you, like, your mangoes are fine because
mangoes are incredible, but like, you don't even know.
You don't know.
You don't know.
It's going to be a fun ride.
So tune in.

The Big Take podcast from Bloomberg News dives deep into one big global business story every weekday.
A shutdown means we don't get the data, but it also means for President Trump that there's no chance of bad news on the labor market.
What does a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich reveal about the economy?
Our breakfast foods are consistent consumer staples, and so they sort of.
have become outsized indicators of inflation.
What's behind Elon Musk's trillion-dollar payout?
There's a sort of concerted effort to message that Musk is coming back.
He's putting politics aside.
He's left the White House.
And what can the PCE tell you that the CPI can't?
CPI tries to measure out-of-pocket costs that consumers are paying for things,
whereas the PCE index that the Fed targets is a little bit broader of a measure.
Listen to the big take from Bloomberg News every weekday afternoon
on the IHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
It's almost a whole fourth quarter left.
And then Dallas get the kickoff return.
They bring it all the way almost to midfield.
I'm like, yeah, it's for sure over with.
And the Raiders force a three and out, bro.
Mm-hmm.
Too-wee.
yo and then dude who was that Tucker
why are you even grabbing the ball right there
bro like you get tackled at what was it the two
acting up as you try and return it
like you don't field the ball inside the 10
what are you doing after it bounce you better
hope he just keep going that way bro
let let them let them try to recover
and the way did these dudes be acting on special teams
they're going to slide into the damn end zone,
put their foot on the ball, like, somehow.
But you bring it, you catch it yourself.
Let the ball work.
Then they get the ball back.
The first play, they far start.
So it's taken from the two to the one.
And, you know, they, because they can't pass the ball
because they can't block.
They was like, you know what,
let's just take the lesser of the two evils.
Let's try and run it.
Worst thing that could happen, hopefully,
is that we, you know, we don't give up six or seven.
And we, you know, we give up two and they give up to.
And they give up too.
Like, that offensive line, he getting hit in the back field.
He was stopping his feet.
I'm like, damn, it just not good.
Yeah, dude.
And Dallas get the ball back.
They just going, they just trying to burn up clock right now.
They ain't trying to strike up too many points on them.
They end up punting the ball four minutes left back to him.
Game, you know, game basically overweight.
Yeah.
So it ends up with the 30.
three to 16 um Dallas they did what they're supposed to do to like come on man yeah you were what
number three ranked offense you're going up against a raiders defense that was tied for 17 really
that's 18 to me and you're going against the offense well offense is 30th they defense was 30s
but they also added they added some some things to their defense before the trade deadline
And that's paid off, you know, right there.
Bitcoin Williams.
Yeah, dude.
I don't know, dude.
Raiders O' line, bro.
Terrible.
They can't stop water from getting out of well, bro.
That's what I'm saying.
And there's no way, there's nothing you can get going if that's what's going on.
If you can't, like, if you can't renegotiate, restart the line of scrimmers, you're not getting any push in the run game.
And in the past game, you're just getting beat.
And your quarterback can't get to.
to his drop and plant and make any reads,
there's no success that's going to happen there.
So, I mean, the Raiders don't look too good on,
they don't look good at all in the offense with the offensive line.
Their defense, they got Max Crosby, and I love him.
He's going to go out there.
He's going to ball.
I feel like Max, you know what I'm saying?
He's out there hooping, but you can do only so much.
Right.
What I'm saying?
And then when we-
It's football, baby.
It's 10 other cats out here that got to do their job.
Everybody's getting paid.
No question.
No question.
The Cowboys, that was really, that was what they were supposed to do.
Right.
That's what they're supposed to do.
Now they want to holl about weed in boys.
No, no, no.
Y'all just played the rate of we them boys.
They said they 04 and 1 versus winning teams and 4 and 0 versus losing teams.
So when you go play a losing team, you're going to win.
When you go play a winning team, you're going to lose.
So, I mean, Dallas, I hope that they can go win this one, but when they go play, I just got to see them do it versus better
teams there was like that the strip fumble um cd he had cd for a touchdown wide open in the end
zone that he just let him you know what i could have been another one so they got they got
plays that they leave out on the field but when they play against a better team that's when i'm
to be able to judge them versus the competition yeah yeah i ain't gonna lie i'm i'm a self-admitted
dallas headed but i got to give him a little bit of problem you know he still you still got to go
out there and do it you got to you got to we did when we went to the cincinnati and didn't do it you
You see, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah.
He threw four touchdowns, bro.
Like, he almost had 140 quarterback rating, bro.
Yes, yes.
Biggs went on head, got nine from 144 with a tutty.
Lamb added, what was it, 65 with another touchdown.
Mm-hmm.
And, hell, the running back almost had 100.
Yep.
I think he had, like, what, 95, 93, something like that?
Yep, yep, yep.
And your boy, I can't get his name.
Lumpke, hell, he was average.
than 12 yards a catch, you know, the defense did better, you know, defense did better.
But again, again, you, you sat Gino four times.
I think a lot of people than set, you know, a few times.
27 yards rushing is sick, though.
I ain't go lie.
27 yards rushing to 27 yards.
238 receiving, you know, pull off them sack yards.
It's only a total at 236.
I ain't going to lie.
That's good for a whole game.
Yeah.
but it is the regis
we will see when they play somebody good
hey
hey listen listen listen
them boys
who y'all got next
I don't even know
fly eagle fly let's
oh they got the eagles next
that's going to be good
hey
they got
a couple weeks, too, after that.
Lion's mad.
Upset.
Got to be.
Okay.
Ding, dang.
Yeah, they've been going through some, that trouble, trouble last.
They got the chiefs, too.
In between that, you know.
Tough schedule.
Yeah.
I think they got the charges on there, too, bro.
Hey, what's you think about what Dez was talking about with Joe?
I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't,
I understand what he's talking about.
I don't I don't know what he's saying.
Like, he's like, I hear what he's saying.
I just don't know what he's trying to say it or related to.
Like, what do you?
Like, I don't know.
You trying to tell him not to stay there or to go?
No, no.
I don't know.
I think, no.
I think he's trying to tell him to stay there.
I think he's trying to tell him to stay there.
I think he's trying to tell him.
So, we say, I want to understand whenever it's time to negotiate
your contract, your legacy will be worth more than being the highest paid wide receiver
if you stayed with the Cowboys.
So I'm thinking that he's saying that once you become a free agent, you know what I'm saying,
you're going to be able to, what's the difference between, hopefully, hopefully this is
what I'm thinking he's saying?
What's the difference between making 33 in Dallas with a good quarterback where you know
you're going to get the ball?
You have a great situation to 35.
in, let's say, Miami.
Do you know what I'm saying?
So is that...
Okay, okay, I understand now.
Is that two per year where it's like the guarantee
to still around 90 a year in both spots,
is that number really like,
that's not going to change your lifestyle?
And then if you're there, when you have a good quarterback,
where you have this camarader, where you feel comfortable,
where you feel good, where you, like this is where you're building your roots,
that's going to make another deal.
It's going to be easier to get that because you know your quarterback,
you like your situation,
then to go somewhere else for extra $2 million.
Not like two men, you know, you're going to go get your bag.
I know he's not saying like, no, they're offering you 42 and they're offering you 30.
No, no, no, no, no.
You know what I'm saying?
But I'm still saying that, yeah, okay, it's two million a year that could be a total eight.
Yeah, okay, maybe you stay there, whatever, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But when you go anywhere where it may be a four to six million dollars difference here, I got to go, I don't care what you're talking about.
Yes.
You just want to see Dallas do good because you play there.
You're a fan just as I want to see Pittsburgh do good because I have played there.
I'm a fan now.
But like, come on.
You got to go get your bag.
That's the number one and first thing, especially now George Pickens.
He's coming off a rookie contract.
He doesn't have a big deal.
He doesn't have M's in the bank.
He wasn't making $30 million per season.
But when I'm saying like, I think we're saying the same thing.
We're not saying, don't, six, four million dollars differences and all that.
No, when you go get your original bag, if it's Dallas at 33 with 90 guaranteed and you got
Miami at 93 guaranteed, I would stay in Dallas for that extra because that's nothing.
And when you're looking at Dallas, no state income tax.
So, no, you got to relate that.
You got a lot, you got a lot of things with that nature.
But I'm just thinking with he saying, it's not always, the grass isn't always greener on
the other side. And if it's not for, like, significance, when we're talking about real
M's here that you're going to be able to put away in your pocket, stay there where you can
be able to continue to perform. A.J. Brown is not as happy. Tyreek Hill going, leaving
Kansas City, he would like that 30 with Patrick Wilhelms more than you're not feeling
as much happy when you're getting that 30 with Tua. You know what I'm saying? So just being
able to know, like, Miles Garrett, you went and re-signed again for 40. Any other team
would get you 40. You don't have to go take the money.
But when you do go do it for a little bit more at a bag, no, you're in a situation that you're in.
When you can be in a good team, good situation, maybe a little bit less, maybe not the highest paid,
but that's not going to change your lifestyle.
That's what you can go get.
It could change your lifestyle in winning and being able to be happy to go into work in a good place and being good.
Oh, yeah.
What's that extra $500,000?
A million?
You're going to be looking crazy sitting, you know what I'm saying, pissed off.
So I'm with the thousand percent.
Go get your bag.
The biggest bag you can.
But then it's like, if it's like penny pitch at the end, when you got all the contracts in front of you, you're looking at them like, okay, okay.
It's really not at the end of the day.
I'm making $33 million a year here, chilling, feeling good.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, then that's kind of what I'm hoping he's saying.
Instead of like, no, if it's $12 million different, you bet no, go get your cheese.
Right.
That's money you can go put $6 million for your children.
Liquid money?
No.
You know what I'm saying?
A couple little here.
Like, no, I'm going to be able to make that on the back end.
You know what I'm saying?
And I hope that's kind of, and I think that's kind of what he's saying, because that's what I would say.
Okay.
Yeah, I got you now.
I'm good with that.
I'm good with that.
Now, look here, man.
Let's talk about your team, man.
So your boy should do it.
He expected to get his first start Sunday.
Yes.
We're dealing on the side now.
Mm-hmm.
You know, this go be the 42nd quarterback to the Browns doesn't have as a starter since 1999, man.
They, you know, that's a lot of quarterbacks.
Like, how many head coaches?
A lot of head coaches, a lot of head coaches, too, right?
A lot of head coaches.
Let's speaking of head coaches, man.
Hey, your boy, Stephansky was asked if he would change anything about how he divided up reps for the quarterback.
And I hear what he had to say.
Would you have changed anything about the approach about how you,
maybe divided up the first team reps from training camp to now.
Yeah, I understand the question, Cam.
I think it's important that you do what you think is right for a football team.
The development of our players is constant.
It doesn't happen just in one drill or in one practice or one meeting.
So we trust our guys.
We trust our backup players to be ready to go and Shador is ready to go.
Obviously, I know he wants to play better.
I want to coach better.
those type of things, but that just comes, that'll come through work. That's where it will come.
Okay. Joe, Joe, Joe, listen, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me talk about this, okay?
Please talk about this. Kevin, obviously, you didn't understand the question because you didn't
answer. Okay. Now, that's one of the most generic, you know, type responses that you
can get in. I don't know. Kevin, are you uncomfortable with the truthful answer because it
make you look bad maybe or I don't know you could be hiding something because I know
you didn't misunderstand the question you heard a lot of clear you yourself said I understand
the question quiet he is up there talking like he running for office like he a politician
Cleveland, y'all doesn't have a politician, not a head coach, baby.
That's what y'all done hired, man.
This man can't even stand on his own decision or admit that he was wrong.
Or even possibly in hindsight, I could have did something different that may have helped my team.
So, like, I want to know if, um,
Hey there, Dr.
Every week, we're breaking down the unique world of men's health, from testosterone and fitness,
to diets and fertility, and things that happen in the bedroom.
You mean sleep?
Yeah, something like that, Jordan.
We'll talk science without the jargon and get you real answers to the stuff you actually wonder about.
It's going to be fun, whether you're 27, 97, or somewhere in between.
Men's Health is about more than six packs and supplements.
It's about energy, confidence, and connection.
We don't just want you to live longer.
We want you to live better.
So check out the mailroom on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your favorite shows.
On the podcast Health Stuff,
we are tackling all the health questions
that keep you up at night.
Yes, I'm Dr. Priyanko Wally,
a double board certified physician.
And I'm Hurricane Dibolu,
a comedian and someone who once Googled,
Do I have scurvy at 3 a.m?
On Health Stuff, we're talking about health
in a different way.
It's not only about what we can do
to improve our health,
but also what our health says about us
and the way we're living.
Like our episode where we look at diabetes,
In the United States, I mean, 50% of Americans are pre-diabetic.
How preventable is type 2?
Extremely.
Or our in-depth analysis of how incredible mangoes are.
Oh, it's hard to explain to the rest of the world that, like, your mangoes are fine because
mangoes are incredible, but like, you don't even know.
You don't know.
You don't know.
It's going to be a fun ride.
So tune in.

The forces shaping the world's economies and financial markets can be hard to spot.
Even though they are such a powerful player in finance, you wouldn't really know that you are
interacting with them.
And even harder to understand.
Donald Trump's trade war, 2.0, is only accelerating the process of de-dollarization,
which in a way is jargon for people turning away from the dollar.
That is where the big take from Bloomberg podcast comes in, to connect the dots.
How unusual is a deal like this?
Unprecedented.
Every weekday afternoon, we dive deep into one big global business story.
The biggest story of the reaction of the oil market to the conflict in the Middle East is one of what has not happened.
Katie, you told me that ETFs are your favorite thing.
They are.
Explain that. Why is that the case?
And unpack what it means for you.
Our breakfast foods are consistent, consistent.
consumers staples, and so they sort of become outsize indicators of inflation.

radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
You knew that Dylan is not going to play now, and he's not going to be the backup.
Would you give or are you going to give the backup?
any reps at the one that would be backing up your door.
I don't know.
What you think, Joe?
Debo, I'm with you with when Kevin can't answer a question.
Like, stand on something.
Stand on anything.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, if you don't believe, like, answer it.
Do you think you would have switched it up?
No, I would have did exactly what I'm doing right now
because that's the way my process is.
I would have gave Dylan all of the reps
because he's a young quarterback
and I think he's, if able to split any reps,
he needs to get every rep so he's ready for the game.
Say that.
Or say, no, I don't think Chodor was ready.
He's not going to be the second string quarterback.
And, I mean, say anything.
Say something that makes us mad.
Say something that makes us,
you're just trying to give us political answer
like when he's at the combine or something.
You can't give a political answer, man.
You're not a politician.
You're a head coach that's making decisions on if your team
won or lose.
You, what are you?
You're with me. You're with me. We're saying the same thing. He's talking like he's
like he can't stand on something. Like he's like he's scared to like say if he did something wrong
or admit to why he's making this decision. Stand on why you're doing things, sir. Say you want
to Dylan have all of the reps because he was our first-dring quarterback. He's a rookie and I just
wanted him to get every, I wanted him to get all of him so he's ready. He's premiumly ready for
the game. Say that. Like, or you don't. Can you please say that? Can you please say that?
Because then I'm like, okay, perfect.
Then somebody can say, I don't agree, but I see what you're, why you want to do that.
You know what I'm saying?
But if you don't say nothing, then hold on.
I ask the question, I don't know where he stands.
So that's the only part that gets me off.
Like, say something.
Stand on it.
And then now we can, now at least we can understand where you're coming from.
I don't even know where you're coming from.
Joe.
Y'all got some problems over there.
In Cleveland.
Now, here's some disturbing information.
All right.
Shador's home got broken into during the game.
That's crazy, right?
Uh-huh.
Again, now, you know me,
I got to get a little something started, you know?
I got to, I'm like a...
I'm like an instigator of sorts.
I like to, and I like to, you know, I like to keep things interesting, you know what I mean, Joe?
I like to keep things interesting.
So this is like something that I, what's the thing where you like say something that that could be true, could not be true, but it is true or ain't true, find out later it could be true.
You know, what they call that?
What they call that?
What they call that?
Hypothetical?
No, no, no.
No, no. A conspiracy theory. I got a conspiracy theory. Okay.
Okay. So this is just, I'm not saying this is true, okay? I'm just, I'm just spitballing, okay? Because, you know, that's, you know, this is just my conspiracy. Okay. So this is what I thought happened. Or conspiracy of what I think could happen. So halftime came and he knows.
that Dylan was out, right?
And when he found that out, Kevin probably got a call from,
or Dylan might have called his agent said, I'm out.
And Kevin, oh, my goodness, they got the same agent.
Anyway, so I think that it was a conspiracy to make sure that
Shador had a little bit more pressure on him.
It's just, I'm just spitball.
I'm not saying this happened.
I'm just talking.
This is a story, people.
I'm listening.
I'm listening.
I'm listening to you.
I'm not saying this happened, okay?
I'm just talking.
I think the agent,
since they both have the same agent,
Dillon and Kevin Stefansky.
Uh-huh.
I think they went and broke into the man's house.
Had somebody do it.
Debo, see, there you go.
Listen, I'm just talking.
Debo, we're talking about somebody breaking it to my man's house.
Listen, I'm just talking.
Listen, listen, I'm just spitballing.
I'm not saying this happened.
I'm just telling a story.
I'm not here.
I'm not here.
I'm not here for this conspiracy, man.
I'm not here for this conspiracy period.
And I think it was in my story, I'm just spitballing here, man.
Listen, listen to me, man.
And I'm thinking they was hoping that it got to him before he went back out there or sometime during the game.
I'd rather need me a little more, you know?
No, Debo.
I'm just giving it.
What you think?
I know, I pray not.
I pray not.
You know, my man house got hit up, Debo.
We got to, you know, let's just hope that everything is okay
because that's just messed up.
The privacy of your own home, people breaking it to your house.
I don't want to make a joke about people breaking it to you.
I'm making no joke about people breaking it.
You're making the joke that Dylan Gabriel and Coach Fasky.
That ain't.
I'm not making the joke.
I'm just telling you what.
I'm just giving a conspiracy theory.
Debo,
Debo, I think better than you.
You are, come on, Debo, you're better than that.
You're better than that.
You're better than that.
You don't believe that.
You don't believe that conspiracy theory.
I'm writing a story.
A fiction of story, Joe.
Okay.
I'm just sad, man.
That's just bad.
I'm a writer-producer.
I'm all that.
You are.
You are breaking in my man, Shador's house, man.
That's just bad business.
That's bad business.
I hope the people are caught.
That's super bad, I hope they get caught.
I hope they get caught.
I hope they get locked up.
But conspiracy theory is true.
They ain't going to get caught.
I'm just saying.
If you're conspiracy theory is true, they're going to be on.
If the conspiracy theory is true, they're in the locker room with my dog right now.
I'm just saying.
That's foul.
Just saying.
Listen, man, the man can't tell the truth saves life.
So even if it was true, which I know it ain't true.
I'm just, you know.
I'm just getting true.
You know what I like to get it out there sometimes, you know what I'm saying?
I feel you.
I feel you like to stir some stuff up sometimes.
Speaking to stirring it up, man, they got Jamara Chase for one game, final 500K.
Yeah.
Listen to this, though.
Listen to this.
According to Ian Rapp report, Jamara Chase plans to appeal the one game suspension
claiming that if he was going to spit on Jalen Ramsey,
he would have spit in his face
and not his jersey or ground.
What?
You go back it up with
I meant to spit
just not
in his face on his jersey
or you didn't mean,
you was just spitting within three inches of somebody.
Jalen, he said he would have spitting your,
no, don't let me gas, Jayley, no.
I ain't gas.
I don't go gas you. I don't go do that to you. Look, so you can't back that up with that.
You can't, you can't go in and try and, like, what are you appealing, bro?
It's there. You're done. You didn't already lied. First, you said you didn't even do it.
Now you're saying you did spit. You just didn't mean to spit on him. And if you were actually
trying to spit on him, you would have spit in his face?
If you had spitting his face, he'd be still on top of you, bro.
Right now.
Right now, Debo, he says this, bro, because, I mean, you know how when you get a fine,
like people, I was appealing stuff that you know you did it wrong.
So you're trying to see if you just trying to see if you get some money back.
See if you get, give me something.
Give me something.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you know you did it wrong.
You know what?
For you appealing this, they need to give you some more.
They might have to give you some more because blatantly saying that, like, and then then to go in when he spit on them, Debo, to not move and not react and then act like he didn't spit off.
You know what you did, right?
You know exactly.
Because if I'm there and I didn't mean to spit on you and you, I'm not spit in no way.
Listen here, man, the first thing that happens when you were a kid, that first time you spit, you get popped in your mouth.
Like that, don't you never spit.
My mama pop me in my mouth, dude.
when I spit, dude, she said, don't you never spit.
I didn't know she meant don't spit on somebody.
So I never, though, I didn't.
You just wouldn't spit.
I, dude, I didn't spit.
Listen, I didn't spit, Nick.
Listen, bro, I'm at a football game in high school,
and I'm standing next to my home,
and my home boy spit on the ground.
Joe, I grabbed his myself, ooh, don't do that.
I'm going to pop you in the mouth.
I said, my mom, don't do that.
My mom will come pop you in the mouth.
No, but I'm saying.
No, but seriously, bro.
Oh, real?
Yes.
Listen, you cannot even spit on the ground, dude, in Singapore.
It's $1,000 for one spit.
If you do it again, it keeps doubling.
You do three spits, man.
You bought $15,000 in the boat, man.
Like, just spitting on the ground and pregnant, bro.
Like, you cannot spit on anyone, dude.
That's the most disrespectful thing in the world you could ever do in life, bro.
The NFL got to make an example of this, dude.
Like, with this being the third, what's going to happen the next time, dude?
We're talking about the integrity of the NFL protecting the shield and this reputation.
What are you doing here?
What signal are you sending out?
Hey, spit on somebody.
We did your game.
Don't worry about it.
Yeah.
No, it's, it's wild, man.
And then when you're doing it.
react to being spit you get kicked out the game what i should just be spit on and stand there
and take it mm-hmm the punches they worried about more of a puncher's throwing that people
get spin on we got them switch that yeah like i don't i don't understand the the the the thought
process of him answering or responding to this that is that is true bro bro bro it's true
he's true
he basically saying I would have spit in his face
so how are you going to lift his head
Jamar you're trying to get away with it
like you spit and didn't even move
and you basically felt like you got away with it
until 4K was out there in a thousand cameras
so you said like I would have spit on his face
no you wouldn't have you tried to put him
and get away with it you're talking right
you try to get away with it you lift your head up
so you can get that good spit boom right into him
no you're trying to be undercover
and slide and spit on somebody
and get away with it you're not going to do that
not even close to it
bro not even close to it
that was wild
yo
the giants
they benched Carter for
sleeping during a walkthrough
but he said
he was not sleeping
he said he was actually doing
recovery nevertheless
it was on me
so
I ain't got no problem
with him
same because he actually took accountability he just like yo you said i was sleeping
during a walk through like who in the world does that like that don't yes i should have been
there boom boom boom but y'all ain't go sit here and make it seem like i was just oh i'm just
sleeping i get to the walk through whenever i get time like that's crazy like they just they're just
trying to stir up some stuff you know i don't listen i ain't go lie to you man i used to sleep i used
sleep in the meetings, you know what I'm seeing?
Debo, I'm not going to be the one to sit here and lie.
My, my, my, I mean, not, I mean, when I started getting,
my rookie year, it was, it was bad.
I was getting fine.
My man, A, B, a little bit, wake me up because I was, I was outside.
You was, you was drafted.
My rookie year, I wasn't sleeping in the meeting.
Bro, I used to stand up in the back.
I used to take my clothes off and jogging place to stay away.
Man.
After I got, after I got, to me, man, I'd sit up there.
I ain't even lied to you, man.
And Coach Leboe, he'd be up there.
I'd be sitting in the front.
He'd be up there, you know, going through his stuff, dude.
I'd be heavy.
And I go to sleep.
And only time he would ever tap me is when I would get a snore out.
Oh, yes, deep, wow.
Bray.
You were, you were dreaming.
in the meetings. You weren't just like a little, you know, it wasn't all the time.
It was, you know, it was like once, you know, once, one Saturday of the week or something like that.
You got to realize, man, I get home, you know, we get home from a Sunday game.
If we get home at three, four o'clock, I go straight to the gym.
Damn, you're up. Okay, you're 24.
Yeah, then I go home. I started getting treatment and therapy, dude.
I may not sleep until Tuesday night and I'm getting up at like three, three, four,
to go in.
So I may get three, four hours of sleep to go in so I get, you know what I'm saying?
That's wild, though.
You're taking care of your body getting working, getting working.
I was honestly from being tired because I was out too late.
That's, that was, that was, yeah, I wilded out my rookie year with that.
And I'm not, I'm not proud of it, but we're here to be honest about what was going on.
So the couple of just staying up too late, like, and that's why I was only in the beginning
after that.
Well, for me, the reason I had to be in the back standing up, jumping around is I was on special teams, but I'm hanging out with my OGs who, they stay in the front with the feet kicked up.
I'm back here running the place, you know, trying to stay at work because I can't afford to be cold with my eyes, you know what I'm saying?
After that, bro, I'm telling you, some people, after that second con, after that first deal, after that first deal, your eyes might be closed a little bit.
Right.
Right.
You got to make sure you got to get a standing, you know what I'm saying?
I couldn't close, dude, I couldn't close my eyes.
So it was my what one?
My third deal.
You got to realize, Joe, I ain't, I ain't starting until five years in, almost six.
I only started, hell, I only started with Pittsburgh from 2007 to 12 because I went to
what's the name in 13.
That's crazy.
It came back 14 to 17.
That's crazy, Debo.
Yeah.
Like half of my time was special teams, bro.
Half of what starting.
Damn.
Yeah.
Well, I ain't going to lie to you, man.
You did that because you went and got all in Pro Bowls
and your defensive player the year.
Like, people don't just walk around with defense player the year.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, this is the truth.
Yeah, I found that out.
I found that out, though.
I ain't going to lie to you.
It ain't, I really don't think it will ever be another player
that will be defensive player at a year that will be undrafted
because the chances of a guy making it now is an undrafted player.
They're not going to miss out on that.
It's so slim now, dude.
Like, you don't, you don't have the time to actually, you know,
get the reps that you need, you know what I'm saying?
You don't have as many preseason games to show.
show yourself anymore. It's only, what, three now?
Mm-hmm. So, you know, that opportunity now, dude, it's slim.
You got a, you got a flash. Just to make it, right, just to make it, you know.
And for me, I would have never got an opportunity to start if Pizzi hadn't spit on William Brane.
Yeah, yep, yep, yep.
Because they would have never gave me, yeah. They never gave me a chance, bro.
to actually get out there
and it was like, oh, they had a guy
that they had drafted ahead of me
and he wasn't better to me
but they drafted in my head
so they were playing him anytime they knew
that one of the starters would be out.
He would dress.
He played no special teams, started on nothing.
I did all the special teams and all that.
And Peezy happened to get kicked out
right before the game.
They didn't know what's going to happen
so he wasn't dressed. I'm there.
And they're like, yo, you got to go.
I'm like, all right, cool.
Yeah, for sure.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's perfect, man.
You ready for that.
Oh, no, question.
No question.
I think I might have got my first sec in that game.
Damn, first stop.
2000, what was that?
2011.
No, sorry, 2004.
That was, no.
Oh, it might have been five.
I can't remember.
$4.5.
I'm a check.
Five or six, something like that.
That was my first, first time I ever got a, ever got to start.
But I came in in 2002.
Like, my first start ever was like almost three years later.
Yeah, no, for sure.
You know, so.
Damn.
That's good shit, though, Debo.
Yeah, for sure.
We go go over here to, what, was it, Buffalo?
I think.
Who we got?
Holman, they said he was dancing before the game, I guess, against the Bucks.
was benched by the team for being late to practice on Friday.
We got the video, right?
He was, he was killing.
He was getting it, too, though.
Listen.
I got to hear that.
What was they playing that?
I think that's, I think, I know the song that during, he was, what's it called?
I bet you won't.
I bet you won't.
I bet you won't.
I bet you won't.
Hey, that might be it.
That was that.
that might be yeah
that song will make you get the going
instantly like
yeah that might be
I might be bro that might be
you know Hawkins had a had a message for him though
we got to sign show it up
pop it up all
he in this leave
we need guys to come on
and Keon knows right now he's in a hot seat
and he needs to come on and show up for us
Pat's on the back or over with
and it's time for him to grow up
and he knows it
And as an older player on the team, we hold everybody accountable.
And we shoot straight.
We don't, and sugarcoat it in the words and we're said to him, and he took it well.
What do you think of him dancing before the game, and what do you think of Hawkins' message to him?
I like the message from OG, because I like him.
I like him a lot.
He's very respectful, and he does.
And you in the least by example.
The one thing I would say is, it's more that it's not about the dancing.
I don't want to take away.
I want him the kid to sit there and be sad and act like, oh, no.
I don't need him taking the rest of the team down because he down.
No, I don't need you sitting there being pissed off.
Yes.
The thing is, I love about what he said was he's not talking about the dancing part.
I need you to be.
If you, that's you, be you.
Don't be walking around here looking crazy because you messed up.
We're talking about you missing practice, being late to practice.
We need you.
You're a key player.
You can't.
be doing that. The coach has sat you down because you were late for practice and you, you know what
I'm saying? Like, that's the thing. We need you to be way more present. So I think he's telling him
as a leader, we need you. We need you to be here. You can't be doing that. And just, that's just
not going to work. I'm not worried about him dancing because that's just a happy person. That's his
personality that he brings to the team when they're good. So I know his teammates was around
him getting it too. That's just a vibe guy. You got dudes is just, you're just happy to be
around. And I wouldn't want Keon to be a dude. It's like, man, just soak him because he's not playing
or just get bad vibes.
Keep your vibes up, but at the same time, don't miss meetings.
We need you.
So I love the way that they went about it.
I don't want him to not be dancing.
Like, that's just you.
But same time, I need you to be a practice on Friday.
Yeah, yeah, it don't matter, dude.
If he did it the other way, they'd be like, oh, he out there soaking because he didn't get to play.
He ain't not, he ain't doing nothing to motivate his teammates.
He should be out there being a team guy and all the up.
stuff but now he dancing oh he dancing he don't even care he ain't playing oh he's too happy he too
happy you can't win with these bums nowadays like you you ain't played the game you ain't did it you
don't understand what what people out there going through what they need to do what what energy
you should really come with like come on man they already gave him the lineman said the message
that ain't even harsh dude that's o g talking to him and that's him accepting it and being like yes
you're right i understand 100%
OG, I would respect to because OG going to love up on him too.
He's not just telling them nothing crazy and he's not talking to you when you're not
doing something that's affecting your game and that's affecting the team.
He's really trying to help you grow as a player.
And that's what good vets do.
He's not just doing nothing crazy.
Then he's telling him, he's like, no, like, we let him know.
Like, we need you.
This is what we expect.
So it's not a bashing.
It's not like, go out there.
It's not even close to a bashing, dude.
No.
Like, that's me going ahead and saying what I need to say and it being in a
respectful manner, a leader, you know, saying what needs to be said, and I'm not attacking him.
I'm stating what's the obvious is, which he has already said, yes.
Yo, we need you.
Like, I don't, though, they just, you want to get something started.
That's all it is.
I'm not mad at that at all.
I just need him to be there, and I love the way OG did it.
Oh, no question about it.
You can't, you can't come no better than that, man, especially in how he, you know, how he took it.
How he took in his stride.
And he's like, yo, I understand.
I understand.
It ain't, you know, it ain't going to happen no more.
Yo, over in Atlanta, Michael, he, penics, he, he, he has this, dude, he done did a lot of, like, ACLs and all this other stuff.
Like, college was crazy.
Like, he, dude, he tore, he suffered a partially torn ACL this time during Sunday's game to the Panthers.
Like, I guess he's seeking a second opinion, but they're saying.
that it's not encouraging.
This will be his fifth season-ending surgery
in eight college and pro seasons, dude.
Three ACLs, 2018,
2020, and this partial right now in 25.
Dude, that sucks for him.
They worried about them paying him, you know,
$180 million to avoid an issue, and now they're like they're in an issue.
I don't, I ain't go lie to you.
You paid that up front just so that you didn't have to pay more if things went better
than what y'all thought it was going to go.
Yeah, man.
I mean, I just feel bad for him.
I feel sorry for him.
You know, football, it's football.
It's 100%.
People are going to get hurt.
It's going to be injuries.
and then wearing tear on your body.
He was in college for a long time
and then just continuous injuries
and it keeps happening.
And we're not getting no younger.
You know what I'm seeing?
He had a sternocular blow.
That's what James had.
Like that's your, that's right here, dude.
That's not your AC, dude.
That I know what that is, dude.
That's eight months.
Yeah.
That's a long process, bro.
So, you know, man,
just the injuries for him
I just feel bad for him but you know
it's the NFL man and then you just
continuously getting hurt
I just pray for
that he gets recovered and with the Falcons
I mean that's just that's just that's unfortunate
you drafted the quarterbacks
you draft them a little bit earlier than
some people expected you know what I'm saying
coming off of he had a lot of injuries in college
so you know it is what it is
that's part of that that's part of business
just some things go their way, some things go our way, but at the same time, he's still
got to deal with it physically.
Yeah, man.
I just pray for him, you know, that mentally, that's just tough.
Just, you know, like you said, your son gets hurt.
You've had surgeries, I've had surgeries, just continuous rehab and thinking you're back
to a position and then.
But when you're getting older and you're trying to play at the highest level, I think that
could be a lot tougher, you know what I'm saying?
Like, you're trying to get back.
Yeah, yeah, for sure, especially, you know, that's, it's not, it's not, it's not
just playing the game anymore.
It's like, it's your career, it's your life.
Yeah.
But, you know, 180 a help, you know what a help.
I'm going to pray for him all day, though.
Did he, when you say, did he get, I don't think he got 180.
Dude.
Because he's on the rookie, he's on his rookie deal, right?
They paid a different quarterback, um, 180.
Oh, I think it might have been, uh, was it, Kurt,
cousins.
Yeah, yeah, they paid Kirk Couss.
Yeah, yeah, they paid,
Kirk Cousins, 180.
Yeah.
They paid a different quarterback 180, and now he done did this.
So that's why they're saying the Falcons looking, is done, got a quarterback in the top pick.
He hurt, and then Kirk Cousins being really panned out with the 180.
He ain't open.
What are you talking about?
He ain't.
He ain't panned out with the 180.
They paid him a harder.
Oh, yeah, that's for sure.
Kirk Cousins, he's sitting good.
I'm tripping.
Kirk Cousin's been stinging him for a long time.
Good, man.
I love Kurt Cousins and his agent, and they just right where you need to be.
I'm a strong quarterback, good.
Top is 60, give me 30.
Top is 50-something.
I do 27.
He was just right there, just stinging it.
Yes.
Hmm.
Hmm.
They got to go earn it.
I got to.
I don't know if he's going to be a dude
Pinnis was doing that, bro.
Penning's going to be able to give him that pennies.
No.
He ain't going to be able to give him that pennies.
No.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
That's going to be hard to hold, man.
Prayers up for Pinnix, though.
For sure.
No question, bro.

I'll be asking the questions we probably should be asking, but aren't.
Every week, we're breaking down the world of men's health
from testosterone and fitness to diets and fertility.
We'll talk science without the jargon
and get your real answers to the stuff
you actually wonder about.

What up, y'all?
It's your boy, Kevin on stage.
I want to tell you about my new podcast called Not My Best Moment,
where I talk to artists, athletes, entertainers, creators, friends,
people I admire who had massive success
about their massive failures.
What did they mess up on?
What is their heartbreak?
And what did they learn from me?
I got judged horribly.
The judges were like, you're trash.
I don't know how you got on the show.
Check out Not My Best Moment with me kept on stage on the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcast.
On this week's episode of the next chapter, I, TD Jakes, get to sit down with Oprah Winfrey, a media mogul, philanthropist, and global trailblazer.
I could feel inside myself at four or five years old looking through the screen on the back porch that this is not going to be my life.

This is an IHeart podcast.
