Listen, Joe, what's up, coach?
Did you see that they went on here and the Cowboys released Joe Milton,
the third and named Sam Howe?
They're starting quarterback.
The Dallas Cowboys have weighed, sorry, the backup quarterback.
The Cowboys have weighed.
Milton III to make room, they said, for a running back.
Imari de Marcado.
Yeah.
The Marcado.
Sam Howe would be the Dallas Cowboys backup quarterback to Dak Prescott.
Joe Milton, dude, his last outstanding preseason period.
They said it was 29 of 43, 392 yards, four touchdowns for comparison.
and how stats were 27 to 40, 314, three touchdowns, one in the session.
A few years ago, Joe, a few years ago, some felt Joe should have been competing
with Drake May for New England's starting job.
Joe, you believe they released Joe because they didn't want, back upset.
they wanted to keep a happy house.
They ain't want too much noise over there.
What you believe, Joe?
I don't know.
This one doesn't really make any sense to me,
especially because he's so,
you got him for a low deal.
He's actually a really, really, really talented quarterback.
Dak Prescott's on your squad.
I understand that.
I mean, it just feels, it feels off.
You can have him for trade value.
You got Dak, if he gets injured,
you have him as a backup quarterback.
And people around the league,
quarterback is the premier position.
So that's why when we're keeping four, you got teams that are keeping four,
and you're getting rid of one that actually can be still hasn't shown,
still has potential to be a starting quarterback.
You don't know.
So with him getting rid of them, it didn't really make any sense to me.
Why do you think they did it?
Listen.
I would think like maybe it could possibly be that, you know, like, it was Dallas and, you know, they wanted to, but if it was anywhere, but Dallas, but Dallas, because you know good and well, Jerry Joan, he don't give a flip about your flip.
Okay?
Hey, don't get a flip about what?
Hey, don't forget,
Dak,
Dak got the job
because Tony Romo got hurt now.
Tony Romo got hurt.
Dak went in there
and played well.
Yes.
And Romo never got the job back.
Okay?
Yeah.
He said,
he said,
Dak got a good hand.
He said,
Dak got a good hand
and we're going with it.
That was,
that was his public statement,
okay?
And he talks publicly about his players,
dude.
He would criticize him
and all that,
including that.
Like,
I'm just trying to tell you, dude, even after the final preseason finale, Jerry has said about the quarterback situation between Milton and how that he said it's, he said that's one of the things that they may have to actually have two backup quarterbacks.
And then it wasn't until I guess they needed a running back that they actually released him.
So, you know, they just, I think they kept how, because that big thing that everybody is harping on, that experience be us and him having experience, I think that's what it really came down to is.
They probably felt more comfortable with his experience.
And when you look at it, looking at how, you know, they do offense and deck quarterbacks and how the offense is ran, I think how it was more adapted to.
that style of a offense,
that way they wouldn't have to change too much
of the offensive
scheme if, you know,
Dack ended up getting hurt
versus if they had
Joe Milton in there.
I mean, that's just what I think.
Because, like I said,
if it was anywhere else but Dallas
and Jerry Jones, I would have said,
maybe it's a possibility he ain't want to upset the quarterback.
Jerry don't care about none of that.
Jerry, Jerry don't care about none of that,
Exactly right.
I feel like Jerry Jones is more going to be on the Bill Belichick
where he was trying to keep Jimmy G as the backup quarterback.
He don't care.
The owner of Robert Kraft wanted to get rid of him.
So Tom Brady wouldn't feel no backup pressure.
It's not about backup pressure.
It's about keeping your team as best as your team could be,
having as many good players on the squad just in case something goes wrong.
So for me, I'm always looking at it like,
if you have good backup quarterback that you got for the low that's on your squad,
keep him just in case something happens, trade value.
Then if you think that releasing him just makes no sense to me
because always you're trying to figure out how you can add to your team,
make your team better, does other teams value him if I don't
and then I can get something for him?
So it's just the releasing him part that I'm like, dude,
you could have him because he's of value.
He's bawled out in the preseason.
Other teams need quarterbacks badly.
Then you can go see how much y'all really want him.
You know what I'm saying?
Right.
The man only, his contract this year is only, well, if he clears waiver, it's only a million.
Taking that.
Million 75.
Taking that.
Right.
But if you're taking that, just as your Browns, the Browns fans, they, I guess they kind of, you know, they kind of, was like, yo, I guess a cat wrote some goofy stuff.
and he said
with Joe Milton
waived by the cowboys
many are hoping
Cleveland could be his next home
the Browns currently have
Watson Sanders
Green on the active roster
Dylan sitting on IR
for the back injury
Joe
if you are the Browns
do you go and get Joe
Milton
I mean, if we like him more than, look,
it's always seeming like I'm trying to knock Dylan
or trying to be disrespectful,
but I'm like, if we're going to go with D.
He's on IR.
He's not even taking up a spot right now, bro.
If we're trying to get another quarterback on our team,
I think at the end of the day,
if it's either, it's Taylor,
our, the Browns are always going to be looking.
But the article,
Also said they go let Chador go for Joe.
See, they're bugging right there.
Let's get to go for Joe.
There they go.
Why they got to be talking about, why they got to be talking about Chador?
Why they got to be talking about Chador?
When we're talking about our quarterback situation,
we still haven't let Chidor play with the weapons
and give him a fair shot to get out there and see what we can do now with the
starters, with the new line, with the new weapons.
So that was the preseason.
We got, Deshaun Watson, obviously, he's on the team.
Shador's here.
we got Dylan on the IR and we got Taylor Green.
If we're thinking at the end of the day,
Dylan or Taylor,
I'm still walking with Shador
because I'm thinking we're still going to have to give him a shot.
We're still keeping the shot on the roster.
If Joe Milton, for sure,
like now get on the squad,
you're going to have to compete.
I'm not giving Shador anything.
I want the best quarterback to play.
So if Joe Milton can come here and beat out Shador
and he looks like a better quarterback when he's out there,
Start, start him.
Because this is my thing, Debo.
I don't care who it is.
I'm not there.
Oh, Joe, you just wants your door?
Because you want your door?
No, I think I like Chador.
I like the way he throws the ball.
But I'm still going to be a critic of is he just sometimes wasting time in the pocket.
But he's been looking better with that, being able to observe.
Don't get your balls batted down at the line all the time.
So I'm not just here just being in.
No, Shador, take it, take it.
No, I want the Cleveland Browns.
to have the best quarterback that we can possibly have to lead our team for a while.
So not just, oh, no, you can start for this game and then no, no, no.
No, I don't want you looking over your shoulder because I want you to be good.
When you have a good starting quarterback, like patching my homes, like Tom Brady, like Aaron Rogers, like Ben,
they're not looking over their shoulder.
Only way you're looking over your shoulder is if you get hurt because you're playing good football.
And that's all that I want.
When the quarterback gets in there, don't be playing terrible.
Don't hurt the team.
Like, don't throw picks.
Like, lead the team away a good.
good quarterback should look.
So I'm like, if Deshaun doesn't do it, cool, because you're not leading the team,
you're not a good quarterback.
If you're already get in there and still start throwing picks and you're looking crazy,
I'm like, I'm not seeing growth.
But if I see growth, good, let's see if you can win games.
If Joe Mixing was ended up beating out your door, is out there and bawling, play.
I don't care what your name is.
I'm more like, what Coach T would say, nameless gray faces, that just means that people are
in their position doing their job.
I don't care what your name is.
I just want you to be looking and be able to do your job every time.
No, all checks.
You know when we do the calls and you watch it, when you watch the film after the game,
did you get a check or did you get a minus?
Did you do your job or you didn't?
So everyone, I just want you to steady, do your job, be consistent.
And we haven't had consistent quarterback play.
So that's why we're always looking to get a quarterback that can come in there and do that.
So I'm not trying to do anything with giving anybody anything,
but if Joe Milton is better than Shador Sanders,
put him in the game and play good football
so the Browns can win.
I don't care who you are.
Joe, I thought Kansas City picked up Milton.
Did Kansas City pick up Milton?
Did they?
Somebody tell me.
But anyway, here's the problem.
If they did, smart.
Here's the problem.
Here's the problem, Joe.
What?
The problem with this article is that they want to focus on Shador.
and they're saying the Browns
could consider picking up Milton
you know just I think it's just
crazy talk because
the biggest problem in claiming
Milton
is what that would
actually make me think
and
like the Browns
are thinking
is that they don't believe
that any quarterback
on their roster right now has to
ability to be that guy because you're going to tell me you're going to bring in a guy from
off the street that has never even played in your offense hasn't been in the scheme knows
nothing about it and he's going to be able to bring him up to speed teach him have an understanding
and then a chance to play or maybe start because the guys you have there aren't actually the guys
that you think can be the guy
or the quarterback for your organization.
Now, Cleveland,
this is not going to happen.
And if they do this,
they are 100% saying the quiet thing out loud
by picking him up and bringing him in.
You are saying you do not have the quarterback that you want
as that guy or think you have the quarterback
that could be that guy on your roster right now?
No, obviously.
Like, I mean, the thing is,
you can't hand the keys to Shador
because how he played in his rookie season.
So just from looking at it,
they could be like, no, like that doesn't let he just wowed everybody.
He looked like he has potential.
He can, the arm strength, I like the way he throws the ball.
He releases and all that.
Just the pocket presence, I need to get that up to speed.
So if you have better time,
island around you, people are catching the ball, you're able to, offensive coordinator,
getting you to be able to just, you know what I'm saying, get through your progressions on time,
it looks like it's a possibility he can still has a chance.
So with him, I'm like, I still see the chance with Deshawn.
I don't know.
Both of them in the preseason didn't look like neither one of them stole the show.
Neither one of them stole the show.
So I'm still like, okay, they're not looking like crazy quarterbacks yet.
So we still, as a Browns fan, you want to have a quarterback that you feel is elite.
Like, you obviously want a franchise.
So when you're looking at them, they're not screaming franchise quarterback to me.
You know what I'm saying?
And neither was Dylan Gabriel.
And I haven't seen Teller Green, but if he hasn't beat them out, I don't think he's screaming franchise to me yet either.
So them trying to go and figure out quarterback is the position where we need.

Ben Stiller, no.

Need somebody that can be a leader,
be there for the long time,
and be elite.
You want to have a quarterback that's franchise that you're,
look, give him $60 million a year
and everybody's like this.
Yep, he deserves it because he's going to go out there
and lead you for years to come.
We don't know if we have that yet.
Ida Ced Sia Dora with talon around with the line, give him the weapons.
It's a chance.
You don't know.
The same way with Sam, Donald, Daniel Jones.
They're young.
It was only his first year.
Let's see what you can do.
So I'm not going to throw you out the way and trade you for somebody else because I drafted you.
You still haven't had your chance to really have weapons around you and like, see, what can you do?
So I'm like still watching, still critiquing you, not handing you nothing.
So bring in competition.
Bring in Joe Milton.
If we don't play the well this year, draft a quarterback high.
Like, it's not your job, but you can make it yours if you play well.
You can't bring in, Joe, right now without it being thought that your quarterback that you want is not on your roster.
You can't bring him in right now because you already put Dylan on the IR reserve to return.
That's a spot that you've got to come up with.
Now you're telling me you're going to take a spot.
That mean, you got to cut somebody and cut somebody.
That's four, that's five quarterback.
Dude, I'm done.
No.
We're not keeping all of those quarterbacks.
them. By this time, I'm sorry. Either
tail him, I like, I like to, I don't want to have to get, but Dylan might have to go.
Right. Yeah. I don't know. I think they're holding on to Dylan as maybe, you know, possible.
I don't know. He bought out on that last one now. I listened. He did. He did. And that was a lot of smart decisions.
I didn't see any passes go down the field. It was a lot of good, you know, smooth, moving, rollouts, boom, you know what I'm saying? Get the
tight into the flat, getting the end zone.
I like that. That's not bad.
But I need to see the passes going down the field, some post,
some fade balls, some deep overs.
Like, come on, Debo.
They can't bring them in, I'm telling you.
It's going to destroy.
It's going to destroy your whole little locker.
You don't have to bring them in.
I'm just saying we're always keeping our eyes open for a potential.
We feel like somebody can be a franchise.
quarterback because right now, I mean,
y'all looking for anybody that's a quarterback.
Y'all been struggling. Not anybody. Not anybody.
Not anybody. I like. Any quarterback
that go out there and throw for 300 yards, y'all like,
hey, man, take Brin wrong over here.
No, no. Milton is a little bit different because I deal.
I do like him. I do like him.
Okay, Joe. Whatever you say, man.
I'm just saying, man, this is what it is, man.
Listen, your boy, Brandon, I, you,
Mr. John Lynch of the 49ers to gym.
He said he will not see a penny of his 24.9 million option bonus because he is not officially on the active roster.
Joe, listen to what he had to see.
John, Brandon Iuk is due a big option bonus on September 1st.
Who is that?
Brandon Ayuk, does that apply because he's on the reserve left squad list or do you have to make a move before?
No, nothing changed there. He's on the reserve left squad list. And as such, it's, you know, he's just kind of not on our roster.
So anything that he might be due. Yeah. He doesn't get paid. Correct.
Okay. Okay.
Yo, yes. You go look here, man. I guess since December, Iyuk has been placed on an IR left squad.
Lists following an extended dispute with San Francisco.
After tearing his ACL MCL during the 2024 season,
he skipped the team's mandatory rehabilitation sessions,
prompting the 49ers to void his contract guarantee.
I'm taking my ass in there to get that.
He tripping.
I'm going to do whatever little garbage stuff they got me to do.
But Joe, what the thing everybody wanted to want to want to want to just cut the man
and move on.
Debo, it starts to get to the point where,
end of the day, I mean, they could release them.
I don't know why they're not, but I think they just let them know, go ahead.
They can't release that, man.
Go ahead, you go first.
They could releasing.
You go first.
I guess they could release it.
Here's the problem we're releasing.
You could cut him, and as soon as you cut him,
he can immediately go sign with another team.
Understand that.
And you get nothing for him.
Okay.
But I don't know who's going to pick him up.
But you're still going to keep that because you want to keep those rights.
You don't gave this man some money across.
So, you know, by not cutting him, you still keep the rights to him.
And possibly somebody could give you something for him in exchange for them, for you allowing him to go there and so on and so forth.
Like, that's, I think that's the big reason.
why they won't cover you?
Because when they come down to it, like, they don't have to pay anything.
They ain't got to, they ain't got to give them nothing.
Like, you voided your contract.
You lost your guarantee, so why will we release you?
And it don't cost us nothing.
You're not even costing us a roster spot.
Debo, this is what, you're exactly right.
The only reason why I was saying that it's almost basically to this point,
only reason why they're keeping them is because, like you said,
that they have his rights.
And it's basically like you can't go nowhere.
Like the way you kind of left this thing right here, you think it's sweet.
We're not going to give you the $24 million.
We've had you under contract.
We gave you $2024.
We gave you $24.
Then we gave you $23.
Right now your guarantee was out of that was $75 million.
You're owed $24 this year.
You're not getting a penny off of that because now you're fully guaranteed is up.
So now we've paid you already.
Those last two years we gave you $47 million before.
this year you thought was going to be your last 24 to get your guaranteed.
You think now you can, no, we're not giving you that.
We're still going to have your rights because this is the part two, Debo.
He's made his self look.
So when I say that they can probably be he could release them now, you look so crazy now, though,
that when they do finally cut you, do you think that you do with the commanders,
all of that stuff was going on?
Teams have been seeing you under their contract where you act as if you can do whatever
you want, but you're still under contract with them and getting your money voided from this
$24 million that you could have just went in there. I'm going in there, like you said,
if you think it's crazy treatment, you're under contract where you can go in there.
Right. Get your treatment and you're going to get your $24 million. Like that right
there is a little ridiculous. Like I hear everything like, oh no, they don't know that they won't
know about their reason. Go in there, figure out what their situation is. Talk to this people. Get that
24, making sure that you're taking care of doing your ones and twos, and you can still go do your
stuff, but you have to report. You can't go AWOL on the people that are giving you that the last two seasons
paid you $47 million, and they're about to pay you another 24 happily if you just pull up to the
building. Like, so that's where it's like they want, they're going to keep your rights because now
you've been, you went AWOL, we have you under contract and not under contract like Joey Porter
Jr., not a $4 million contract where you can't go nowhere. And it's just, it is, it's a, it's a
business and that's what it's going to be. No, we've been giving you $23, $24 million first,
and then we get you $23. And then this year we're going to give you $24. It's not peanuts.
That's real bread. And now you're acting so disrespectful. And when we talk about players
doing what they're supposed to do, stand out the way, not causing drama, you got a man right
here at the end of the day when you think now that you're bigger than the game. No, you're not.
Because they can find another brand than I.U. There's plenty other wire receivers that are coming in
and they're doing it for the low.
Because when you sign with them,
your first year you made seven,
your next year you made one,
your next year you made 1.7,
the next year you made 2.3.
So you were playing not for that much,
you were planning for around $12 million.
Four years, your first four years,
you made $12 million, $3 million a year.
Playing, balling,
doing what you got to do,
staying out the way.
Then you get that contract,
and now they start paying you way more.
Now it's $20, $30 million a year.
You're expected to be a pro,
still give that same level of production,
and they gave you the,
the guaranteed money. So it's not a game no more. Nobody in this NFL is going to be playing
with somebody who's going to embarrass the franchise not only after making $3 million a year
for your first four years, but we give you $23 million. We give you $24 million. And then you go
at nuts. Oh, no. It's not a game. And teams aren't playing. And I feel like this is more like
personal where you like this. We gave you $47 million. You're not going to go play for anybody else.
I know you think we're going to have you sitting right here looking nuts.
You skipped out on us.
You think that you just going to leave us
and they're going to play for somebody else.
If anybody else wants any...
You think you're going to do this to me?
To me?
Man, you told me, and in the video, you're talking myself,
I told that man he tried to come to my house.
I told that man, he tried to cut.
Man, you don't get off my front porch.
You don't get off my porch.
He's talking crazy to him.
So this is like, general, it's like this.
You saw that as we gave you 47, you're wilding.
And it was 60 all up for this first contract.
tracks, 12, and this guy. And this first one, two, three, four, five, six seasons. He made
$60 million that they paid him already. And they're like, you're not about to get this other
24 to make it 80. 84 million? No, sir. We're chilling. You didn't do nothing for me.
You ain't it not for me. You're making fun of me. Hey, you want to make, listen, Joe,
I'm going to tell you, the Rams just announced they have 11 captains in 2026.
Have you ever had 11 captives?
Never.
Brough.
Never.
Listen, listen.
They got Matthew Stafford, the running back,
Kyron Williams, receiver, Devante Adams.
You got the tight-in, Tyler Higby,
center Coleman Shelton,
defensive end, Miles Garrett, of course.
Defensive tackle, Kobe Turner,
linebacker, Nate Landman.
You got Trent McDuffie, the corner.
Quentin Lake,
safety,
you got the long snapper,
Joe Cardone.
And,
hell,
they ain't even got
Pooka and A D on there yet.
Oh,
hey,
hey, Joe,
why we got 11 captains,
Joe,
what's going on here?
They did,
they feel like,
Hey, you know what it is,
Joe?
Here, I'm going to tell you
what it is, Joe.
This is what it is.
I'm telling this to the other 31 teams out there.
This is what it is, Joe.
They got it.
11 captains, Joe, because they want to make sure that all 12, 11, it might be 13 at the end of, I don't know yet, don't know yet, that every guy gets his face on the game of whatever it is, you know, how they show the captains.
They want to make sure, like, you see, these are all the people that dominated and went and ran the NFL in 2026 and went undefeated.
and won the Super Bowl.
That's what it is.
I'm just telling all the 31 other teams,
that's why they got 11 captains,
about to add 13.
Y'all ain't never seen nothing like this.
Why?
Because they want to make sure
they put their guys out there
and let everybody see like,
yo, this is the base of this team.
This is the foundation.
Debo, they got to,
they got to,
this is what I'm saying.
It kind of takes almost a way
the value of a captain.
In my opinion.
Hey,
because listen.
It's hard to pick captain.
I ain't a captain.
If you ain't a captain, you shouldn't right now.
You ain't, you ain't, you ain't even make captain?
Come on.
Hey, how you ain't made captain?
You, they got a way.
How you ain't make captain, babe?
Captain for me, br, is really like when you go, if it's really, it could be, it could be three,
three or six max.
Hey, Joe.
Or six max.
Three.
Three.
You got to go one or.
Special teams.
One on defense, one on special teams.
I was saying max is if you did two each.
If you went two on offense, two on defense, two on special teams.
Yo.
That's the only, no, no, one on special teams.
Yo, when I was getting elected captain, man, that's tough.
I wouldn't, I wouldn't, no, I wouldn't, I wouldn't, I wouldn't go to the coin toss.
So they, they wouldn't let me, they wouldn't, they wouldn't let me be captain no more.
So we're, uh, by you see, he was like, if you ain't going to the coin toss, I can't have you captain.
I'm, man, I don't want to go out there.
shake their hands, man.
I don't care.
Don't make me captain,
dude.
You was good on it.
I wanted to be captain.
I wanted to be captain.
I wanted to go out there
and represent my squad.
I did it.
I did it.
I just never went out to the coin toss.
I was captain for like a year or two.
And then after you realized
I wanted to go to the coin toss,
he's like, man, come on man.
I'm like, dude.
I'm like, dude.
You know, that was back
when I was, you know, the other dude.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
No, no, no.
You ain't want to shake your hand.
I'm trying to break you.
Man, I got this dark viz on, man.
It ain't nothing to be talking about.
It was before the dark visor, Joe.
It was before the dark visor, Joe.
That was just eyes just staring at you right here just looking at you.
Yeah.
And I would have been like this.
Not even saying that.
I'm like, you know.
I had to put my hand in hand.
I like this.
What you would have did, Dee Bow.
Don't, don't lie.
Hey.
Good luck.
Put your hand out.
Good luck.
I'm on defense too.
Good luck, Jane.
Yeah, all right.
We're like that.
You have a motherfucker.
Nope.
Hey, man, I know you would have.
I know you would have.
My way,
I'm like you definitely said something like that
running off, running on to the field, man,
because I was on kick all.
I mean, I was on punt.
Hold on, what was I on?
When defense ran back out,
no, I was on something and you ran.
I think you ran out there and said a little something to me.
Nothing crazy.
Oh, I ain't saying nothing crazy to you, though.
Okay.
No, like, you weren't beefing or nothing?
No, no, bro.
No, I think I just was in the way.
Was it after I was getting fine?
No, you ain't, it wasn't crazy.
I just think he's like, man,
girls like move little nick.
Okay.
Yeah.
There's nothing crazy.
Just, oh, shit.
That's not about right.
That's how about that.
That's how to move,
look, man.
Get your little ass out of the way.
Move, Nick.
I'll fuck you up.
I ain't going to lie.
Move,
a minute.
You're going to fuck.
I was like,
it's crazy.
That was probably your boy,
your boy,
Massacquire,
probably got that started.
He probably bumped me.
Talking crazy.
And I had to go on here
and take it out on somebody else.
Deepo, man.
Funny, man.
Funny, man.
Funny.
man.
Joe, you was captain?
How long was you captain, Joe?
I was captain for, I think, two,
two years, two years in Cleveland.
Two years in Cleveland.
Two years in Cleveland.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, man.
Why only two?
It took a minute for me to get into the,
because when I first got there, rookie year,
we had some good, we had some good vets.
We had some good vets, bro.
And then my coaches kept changing every year.
So you got the, you got the,
you got to get to know them.
And sometimes they already knew somebody that was a vet.
But we had good, like Carlos Dansby, the Quail Jackson,
we had good old head middle linebackers that was legitimate.
I was like, man, that just was OGs, like captain vibes.
So you want, and they weren't just handing out captains.
Joe Thomas was automatically a captain on, oh, you just knew what time it was.
Josh Cribs, special.

Our show is extremely accessible to first-time listeners.
Each week, we talk to someone in show business, aka the biz,

Everyone has a good time, and no one gets mad at their publicists for letting them do our show.
We've had a lot of great guests like Sarah Sherman.
Not that great.
Actually, can you help me shape this?
How about we flip it on his head, right?
How about we flip this script?
What is the surprise woman?
But actually you think is the straight man is actually the one who's acting weird.
Adam Scott, this entire time you've been expecting Adam Sandler to come to visit the show.
I would never expect.
I would never set expectations for something like that to happen.
If the universe allows for something like that to happen, I'm open to it.
I'm always going to accept.
You know, Danny McBride, fine.
Yeah, it's all this fragile masculinity exuding.
I could smell it walking down the hallway, to be honest with you.
I was like, is that weed?
Nope, it's fragile masculinity.
Ben Stiller, no.
Because a lot of times out of context, people don't get it or even know what a circle is.
You know what I mean?
They're like, oh, what's a state?
Everyone's so dumb.
And fake.
Right, fake and also not interested.
Or just like, oh, I've got my life.
I don't care about your life.
a lot of other big shots that wouldn't be where they are without us.
Oh, and by the way, Will Ferrell told us personally he loves the show and he wants to be a guest on every episode, but he's just so busy.

I chose option B.
I'm Julie Pinero, and I travel by my travel by my car.

I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility.
Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smiled at us.
Not a lot of people smile around here.
It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies you're
sold about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind, or wake up

So whether you're a solo travel veteran

Our town is small taters by most standards, right?
But to the people who grew up here, it's everything.
What happens when a quiet Tennessee town
becomes the front line in a battle over the future of America?
Developers with right-wing ties

Stop right there. Is that normal? A podcast
about what happens when a small town becomes the site of a
social experiment. God need men to rule. Great. And decides to fight back.

I'd say probably start bone smashing.
That doesn't work.
To make it look more defined.
They say it works.
I don't know.

Two teams, it's just like, you had some dudes.
Okay.
Look here, man.
Obj got his number back.
He did?
Yeah, he got his number back.
The dude was on practice while.
We all knew that he was going to get his number back.
I don't know why this is such a big thing.
Like, he was going to get his number back.
The boy was on practice wide.
Yep, it was either the easy way or the hard way.
Right.
You ain't getting into any of that.
It was either going to be the Dillon-Gabriel way.
Right.
It was going to be the Devante Adams way.
How you want to do it?
Man, Devante walked up to young boy.
He tried to, did DeVante charge a million dollars for his jersey for number 17.
They said, yeah, we're going to release.
Laugh.
Laughed at him.
Walk to the lot, walk to the training room and said, yeah, yeah, yeah, give me that 17.
Off his back for the 99.
Free 99.
Free 99.
I mean, that's what's going to happen.
They're like, oh, what have you done for me lately?
You can't be acting outrageous sometimes for the number.
It's like some humbly give it to him or, you know what I'm saying?
He might do something nice for you.
You get your little five bands, boom.
Right.
Hey, hey.
Or you're going to do it.
to get it roughed.
Don't come in their accent, nothing crazy.
Because he don't have to be,
he don't have to really come and give you nothing.
Nathan.
When he go to the training room.
He goes to the training room like Devonce did, say,
Ha!
Go to the equipment room, hey.
Go to the equipment room.
You come out with a whole different number
and there's nothing you could do about it, Coach.
No question.
Yeah.
You don't, bro, you don't practice squad.
You ain't even on the roster.
Your jersey.
Get that up.
That's not even in the games.
Mm-mm.
They ain't even know.
You don't have a player or nothing.
You ain't got a player in nothing.
You got you looking like, buddy on the San Francisco 49ers.
Hey, I'm going to tell O'Dell, though, like, yo, real talk, man.
You shouldn't even worried about that 13.
You should have went with something else because then they got to buy different jersey
to let them know that when you came back, that you was back.
You should have stayed in that three, man.
You'd have got you some more money, man.
You're tripping over the one three.
You ain't going to be that one three you was then.
Went on and got you got some old jersey sales.
Now everybody bringing out their Odell, the old Odell jersey.
Now, they ain't even got to buy no money to spend to get a new.
He's doing.
Cutter flip the city three.
Yeah, his jersey sales would have went up.
He could have shored it.
They could have ran it back.
Right.
Slide back to three on me.
With the Odell three,
BOM.
He would have stung him.
Stung him.
Stung him.
Now, for sure.
There have been people coming up there talking about,
I got the Odell jersey.
They're up there painting the one.
So they look like it's just a three.
No, it got to move to the middle.
Go on get the new one, man.
Go on get the new one.
Show me that you're real fan to me, man.
That's what I like.
True fan, man.
True fan.
You might have been back in that jersey sale category.
one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.
For sure.
In New York, they're going to go buy that new number three.
In New York?
He did it.
In New York, look here, man.
Go on head and get back to where you was at.
Get that, you know, get that paper back.
Go on ahead.
Hey, go on ahead and get back to where you was at.
So they, you know, get that little bit of paper,
that a little bit of money, you know what I'm saying?
Got to.
Got to, got to.
Joe, check the Super Chats, man.
We're running up on it.
Okay, what we got?
We got, uh, heco, uh, heco, heco cente.
Hey.
$2.
He said, will a 4-4-3 base defense work for the stillers?
Hell no.
No, no.
No, no.
I ain't rocking with the fo-fo-3.
How can you run a four-four-three?
This ain't little.
Holy man.
Boy, that's how they're like the little giants.
Right.
Hey, man.
Like, is that four, is that four lines?
You can't, you can't.
Four D line and four linebackers, three D.
You can't run that.
A lot of people are running a,
other way, a four, three, well,
some people are running a three four, four.
What we have.
Like, they're going the other way with it
because of how all these past and formation.
and all that.
If you, I'm going to tell you, though, if you got, you can go.
Yeah, well.
You can't do that.
You can't.
It's just, you ain't going to have no linebacker that can sit out there and cover a receiver,
play in and play out.
You just can't.
It's not going to happen.
I don't know nobody that can play that in the league on a basis.
That's that.
Yeah, not by any formation.
No.
Hell no.
Bro, you're putting a linebacker.
I don't give a damn how.
you know,
sweetie,
like that ain't,
he's getting out there with,
you know,
you're going to put
somebody in the slot,
JSC and somebody like that,
man,
stop playing.
You got to be matching personnel.
This got to be,
this got to be 21,
22.
Yeah,
it ain't,
it ain't,
it ain't,
no way you can,
you can go and do that one.
No.
Can't know,
it's no,
not even the Steelers or anybody,
you ain't,
you ain't playing a 4-4-3
in,
NFL. That ain't happening. I doubt nowadays, maybe back when they weren't passing the rock.
Mike, Mike, $105. He said, what up, Debo and Joe? With season coming up, do y'all play fantasy
football? Yep. And y'all joining on nightcap league. I do not play fantasy football. I don't know
how it works. And I don't want to, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't,
to beat up on nobody.
What the hell was that?
Here it go.
What's that?
Kings of the North.
Me and my boy Gates
in our Fantasy Football League last year,
we won the title.
We won the ship.
20-25 champs, you know what I'm saying?
My first year in the league.
So just letting you know, this is what I do now.
So I play a little fantasy, obviously.
Only taking home titles, though.
Kings of the North is the name of the squad.
Just in case you all was wondering.
I had to go bring and get that.
I saw.
Put it back there with the jersey and stuff.
That's your claim to fame.
Put it back there with your jersey and all that in front of your jersey.
What show?
I want it there every week, every day.
Every day.
Since that's your claim to fame.
Hold on.
Make sure you can see me in my dog.
Kings of the North.
Kings of the North.
There we go.
You won, hey, you won something.
You got your trophy there and I got mine here.
Yeah.
It's a fantasy football trophy.
That's crazy work.
You my good man.
Coming a life, she's back.
But look, I'm just let you know.
I don't start out of dabble now.
So you guys, see you talk.
You see my ship?
Covering life, she back, man.
$20.
She said, Cleveland.
Please explain the Browns quarterback situation because at this point, I need popcorn and a scorecard.
At this point, the Browns don't need and they need an exorcist.
See, covered it.
That's not nice.
But my Joe, you got to be H.O. at Hall of Fame.
Come on.
Debo Stillers.
Debo Stillers, have you nervous.
Has me nervous, okay.
Yeah, hell, they got everybody in nerves.
Pissed off, too.
And my Browns covered it.
Don't worry.
Don't worry.
They're always going to be talking about our quarterbacks,
so all we can do is see what's going on.
All we can do is watch and see how Deshaun plays this year.
They always go to be talking about your quarterback.
So you know that y'all always going to have a quarterback issue.
That's crazy.
See, no, not always.
You're willing to accept it because y'all've had it for, what, 20 years?
It's been a while.
Baker was out there.
The last one we had?
I mean, y'all ain't really had one since.
Baker Mayfield, listen,
Baker won us a playoff game.
That's all I'm telling you.
I know.
You ain't had one since then.
Y'all let him, you know what I'm saying?
Y'all let him slide.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm just saying,
coming in life, she's back again at $10.
She said, settle this debate.
Is Cleveland actually trying to win football games?
Or are they colluding a 17-week experiment on how,
or sorry, conducting a 17-week experiment?
on how much pain Browns fans can endure.
Hey, they conducting a study on how much pain
Browns fans can endure, bro.
Yeah, it's a tolerated.
No, coveted.
It's, it's just been a long time, you know,
and every time when the season starts,
everybody gets excited about what's going on,
but we're looking at our squad,
and we keep on not having wins.
So people are getting frustrated.
We got to start winning games and I think it comes because we're not putting up as much points
and our offense needs to start.
You know, we just want an offense.
We want to be, as Browns fans, want to look out there and feel like we can score.
Like, we can be able to get points on the board because our defense has never really been
the problem.
Defense staying firm.
Maybe.
We can get 24.
Can we score 24 points, 27?
Like, that should be okay.
So we want to just get our offense out there and we've been seeing it not that well.
That's why.
I understand. I understand. Y'all want certain things.
But I'm starting to believe that maybe y'all don't deserve them.
You know what I'm saying?
Y'all don't deserve it.
Like, I told you this before, like people on hell, they want ice water, but they don't deserve it.
It's not.
Browns fans, the Browns fans definitely deserve it.
The Browns fans definitely deserve it.
They've been going through because they're there for us fighting and rooting while we're getting, while we were getting belted.
Oh, you mean how they rooted for that man when he tore his Achilles and they cheered?
That's what you mean?
No, man.
We already talked about that.
We addressed.
Anyway, covenant life, she back with another one.
She said, Joe, be honest when you look at the Browns quarterback situation.
Do you ever thank God you got out of Cleveland?
Debo, don't let Joe off the hook.
Ask him if he'd rather fix Cleveland's quarterback room or fix distillers,
supporter situation.
Mm.
Mm.
Ooh.
Ooh.
Which one would you rather fix?
The deporter situation or the quarterback room in Cleveland, Joe.
That's tough, coveted.
That's diabolism.
Yes.
Let's go.
Make a choice.
Because, honestly,
the Browns.
Great question.
Great question.
It's fans.
And it's the whole city of Cleveland.
And it's like,
And then for Joey Porter Jr., he deserves this contract.
And that's my good, that's my good young brother.
Oh, my goodness, my heart, my heart, B'bo.
I promise this, this won't hit my stomach because I want this, I want this for both so bad.
Because this would really change, this could change a city.
This could change a whole city, a whole fan base, a whole nation.
Oh, I see where he leaning to now.
Or Joy Porter Jr.
This is my.
You don't care about her.
You don't care about family.
It can change his life.
It could change his life.
Really set him up for the rest of his life.
The same city that cut you.
Joey.
Joey.
The same city that cut you and sent you out of here.
They did.
You didn't.
You weren't.
You know what they did.
Who picked you up?
You know what?
Back and gold.
You know what?
This is for, this is, this is, this is, this is, yeah.
This is for young.
Damn.
Dang.
D. Bo?
Let's go.
Which one, Joe?
I think, is, we have, is we have a, this.
anymore.
That's it.
Let's go, Joe, pick one.
Hey, Joe, you know what?
We got plenty of time.
We got plenty of time.
Is it talking about, like, just say, do you?
Uh-uh, uh-uh, uh-uh.
It's one or the other.
You fix Cleveland's quarterback situation or you pay nephew.
What's fix it, though?
That's kind of, that's kind of like,
you got a franchise quarterback.
That's crazy.
That's you got a thing.
You know, you know what?
I know not to go to Cleveland with Joe.
He's going to fuck around and let me get junk.
No, I'm not, bro.
You know what?
Just because, honestly, bro, it's, that's my,
because I have a personal, legitimate relationship with young Peasy,
and I know that it would change his life.
I'm a, I, do you understand how much I want?
I'm asking you get paid, though.
Because it's like, do you know what this?
Give me an answer, Joe?
It's the stiller's fault.
It's the stillest fault they pick you up.
after Cleveland went and sent you home and said that you wasn't worth it?
It's not, it's not, it's, listen, listen, when the, when the, when the, when the, when the, when the, when the, when the, when I'm talking about, when you don't want to see.
You don't want to see.
Hey, man.
Hey, man.
Hey, my fans.
Hey, listen, my fans in Cleveland did not cut me.
Brothers.
My fans in Cleveland did not cut me.
My fans in Cleveland loved me and I loved them back.
But it was the business that got involved.
And that's the old, that's the up top.
I don't, I want, I want, I want, I want.
It ain't no business here.
It's about.
loyalty. Because I know how much they want to win.
It's about loyalty, Joe.
It's about loyalty, Joe. What are you loyal to? Are you loyal to that over there in Cleveland?
You say this, that, that, that I die. Hey, look here, Joe, if somebody told me if it was up to the
Steelers getting a Super Bowl or my family getting paid, my family getting paid, that's my brother.
Yep.
That was, yep, yep, yep, yep.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Pay Peezy.
Hey, my boy said F Cleveland, man, pay Peezee.

We host the podcast, Hollywood Handbook.
Each week, we talk to someone in show business
and try to help them with their careers
and see what they have to offer us.
Everyone has a good time,
and no one gets mad at their publicists
for letting them do our show.
We've had a lot of great guests like Sarah Sherman,
Adam Scott, Danny McBride, Ben Stillard,
and a lot of other big shots
that wouldn't be where they are without us.

On the new podcast, Solita,
We share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman.
I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle.
I chose option B.
I'm Julie Pinero and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first.
I'm on a mission to reclaim the word Solita, trading the pity for possibility.

Our hometown is not a test tube.
90 miles northeast of Nashville,
a battle for the future of America,
plays out in one small town.
Developers with right-wing ties
have purchased hundreds of acres of land.
We need cities on a shining hill.
This is Our Town,
a podcast about what happens
when a small town
becomes the site of a social experiment
and fights back.
Guess you didn't move in
on a bunch of dumb hillbillies now, did you?

I'm Munga Chitigler, and I'm back with a new season of my podcast, Skyline Drive.
This time I talked to scientists, biopunks, curmudgins, blues owners, super seniors,
and Goa's top cryotherapy lab to try to understand this obsession with living forever
and what it means for all of us.
And I get into a bit of trouble along the way.
I'd say probably start bone smashing.
That doesn't work.
To make it look more defined.
They say it works.
I don't know.
