The guys are young and cute and fit.

All right, listen up. The Jonas Brothers here.
Our podcast is called Hey Jonas.
We've here since everyone has a podcast, we wanted to as well.
And we've had some incredible guests so far.
And now our good friend, Nile Horn, is joining the show.
How's it going, boys?
Hey, Niall.
It was the same thing with Slow Hands.
Slow Hands is not about anything else, really, is it?
You know, or taste so.
good, can be about food.
You do the same, Nick, with some of the stuff that you've done.
You too, Joe.
Drop what you're doing and listen to Hey Jonas on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever
you listen to your podcast.
What's up, fam?
It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J. Toledano.
It's our favorite time of the year on our podcast point game, the playoffs.
We're digging into the biggest surprises of the season.
And I'm looking back on some of my greatest playoff moments.
If we didn't talk ever again, I was hiring.
You just understood.
That's how personal it got.
Then after that game seven, Marquis come in to, he's like, you know, I love you, dog.
You know, it's all love.
This was just playoffs.
This was just basketball.
So listen to Point Game on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
The Eagles, man, are reluctant to pay.
Jalen Carter.
Aberbrear says the Eagles are hesitant to pay Carter and that the team wants to see a bit more from him from a character perspective.
If Carter won't give them that.
If Carter won't give them that flexibility now, maybe he'll just wait another year,
which would make this a little like George Picking situation in Dallas,
where the team might want to see a little more from a player just from a character perspective
before committing long-term Breer wrote.
Of course, Carter was involved in a high-profile incident where he spit on your guy,
got ejected six seconds into the opener.
Hey man, what do you, what do you think?
You think they got a legit reason or they just trying to lower the ticket?
Load the ticket.
You know, I try to deba.
The NFL, they're going to try to find any reason not to pay you that bag.
You know what I'm saying?
So anything personal, anything like anything that wasn't really that serious when it was going on,
they're going to try to find out reasons to not give you that max contracts.
So like that with teams, and if they do have anything with questionable characters,
they're going to just start putting stuff out there and making you look like you need to take less.
So, I mean, you know how it is.
They got your rights.
They kind of got you by the balls.
You can't really do nothing.
So that's why I always try to say, just try to stay out the way as much as you possibly can
because they're trying to find reasons the entire.
time not to pay you. Once you get, once you're out there bawling you under contract, it's all good.
But soon you start getting into negotiations. Every little thing is a big thing. Now it's,
oh, oh, no, hold up, man. Like you was, and they can do that because they have rights, they have
your rights. They can franchise tag you. They can do certain things. So once it's time to negotiate,
all of a sudden stuff starts coming out. So just trying to stay out of the way as long as possible.
So I think that's what they're doing. It's just, you know, if something, they, and then you've seen it.
Do you see them, did a little spit? Whatever.
whatever something like
anything that was
that was a real spit
that was a real spit that's not a little spit
but yeah
anything that they've seen you do
can be used against you
in the court of law
and the court of contract
back
bruh
hey listen
I'm gonna have to
I'm gonna have to go with
I'm gonna have to go with them on this man
like I'm sitting back
and I'm I'm the
you know
I'm the owner
I'm a hundred percent
with them.
This is not a talent issue.
That was that.
He has talent.
This is a maturity issue.
You can't scare nobody.
Like, you,
you can't do that, dude.
Just a few months ago,
you,
like,
you want,
what is it?
They're looking at something
30, 30 plus a year,
possibly guaranteeing,
what,
probably at least 60,
70% of that
on guarantee.
And now we know
that you have
a issue
and you already
so that you couldn't control yourself
on something that was not even
uncontrollable.
Like, I can't
have you tossed out of a game
for multiple weeks because you decided
to spit on somebody else or you did
something slick and sly
in the trenches. Like, I can't
allow that. And you're playing on the
front line, bro. You know how much
bullshit going on the front line
where you can't react to it?
It ain't like getting spit on
or nothing like that, but it's a little knick stuff
here and there, and because you're not the first
one to take you off. Oh, you're going to be the one to get
trying to get reacting
to what they did. So, you got to keep
a cool head, and you already showed me
that you couldn't do that in a situation
where you should not even get hot.
So, and then when you look at it,
they're saying it's, you know, other instances
that, you know, that aren't
publicly known that, you know,
that they know of, that. So, yeah,
Yes, 100%.
And like he said, with the Pickens thing,
dude, if Pickens didn't have
any character issue or anything, man,
he would have been paid.
He would have been, he would have been paid, bro.
He would have still been in Pittsburgh,
honestly, like paid.
But when it come down to it, they're like,
yo, we know, we heard what it is.
You came here.
Yes, you did good.
And for the most part,
we didn't have really any real issues.
but as they said coming out at the end of the year,
it was this, it was that, da, da, okay,
how easy is it for you to go ahead
and act right for a year?
I didn't know what I'm saying?
But when they sign that deal,
it ain't going to be a year deal.
That's going to be about a five,
four, four years.
They signed that long term, right.
You're looking at four or five years.
You know what I'm saying?
So let me see what you can do on this franchise.
I mean, that's how I would have.
to play it because I can't I can't just give you that much money and know that I already had an
issue beforehand and then go give you the money and be sitting there looking like a mule chewing
glue because now you did exactly what we knew you would do and could do the NFL man they're not
once you start getting into like when you and then you see people that get into get these contracts
and it doesn't quite work out NFL's not playing they want to have a reason where they just
no check all boxes you know what I'm saying you stay out of the way you're not really doing too much
and then even say when they say that they know things about jailing they they're keeping on the wraps
when you have players on your team and you're not going to be giving the dirt out while you're coaching
because you know they're on your squad a lot of things on teams are just swept under the world
you we don't know what's going on in that locker room so we just seen them we know we saw
we know we saw him spit on the player that's not acceptable and then we don't know how
moving around in the facility, we don't know. So when the team starts saying little stuff,
this is because now it's contract time. You're trying to get the bag. People seeing this on TV,
what you did. Now, we've been on the inside, just making sure everything's good because you are on
our team, you're a great player. But now you're talking about you trying to get this bag.
You're wilding sometimes over here. So let me just throw that out there to these people.
Let them know, hold up, hold up. He's trying to get that bag. But I don't know if the attitude is
kind of matching up with it. So it's just, that's why I always say, stay out the way.
because when it's time to get paid, all of that matters.
All of that.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, bro.
Like, I don't know.
Br, I don't think they understand.
That's like when you hear something and you hear a story and it gets out, oh, it was,
so-and-so did this or said that and da-da-da-da-da-da.
And you know the person.
You know the situation.
You understand.
And in your head, they're like, well, this has never happened before.
And you're like, shit, that motherfucker's been doing that for the last three or four years.
Y'all just ain't heard about.
Maybe I say none.
You know what I'm saying?
Nobody's saying that.
Yes.
Because at this,
you're exactly right.
Performance and all that stuff is good.
Yes.
When you're under contract, everything's cool.
Once you start talking about,
I need a new contract,
everything's not cool.
Everything's not cool.
Anything that could be an issue that could separate you from being on the field
100% of the time or being available 100% of the time
is going to be.
It's especially things that aren't injury or, you know, health-related.
Like, you're talking about something that you did that is outside of actual game situation play.
It wasn't like, oh, it was a hit that was questionable and you got suspended for that.
No, you went to spit on somebody, bro.
Oh, yeah, we can't, we can't, we can't hear that.
And like you said, too, when you were bringing up like George, I love, love Pickens.
And like you said, if he was just handling all of the off-the-field stuff,
when he was in there just with any of that,
he would have been paid handsomely
because it's not about what he could do on the field.
It's like, hold on, can I trust?

I love the sounds.
The buzzing from the stadium, the chanting from the fans,
the announcers calling the place soccer, football, at home.
Why do I watch the walk up?
That's like asking me, why do I breed?
I inherited that fandom from my mom.
I like watching it with my dad.
It's a connecting force.
From Futuro Studios, I'm Fernanda Chavari, and this is American Football, a show about soccer culture in the U.S. and its underdog roots.
We go beyond the game to the people and the stories that make it great.
A soccer game is a festival. It's not just a game. It's your culture.
I took an elbow to my head, which cracked my skull.
It is an American game. The Brazilians don't like hearing that, though.
Are they the only ones that don't like that?
Nobody likes that.
As we get ready for the Men's World Cup this summer, listen to American Football as part of the My Coutura Podcast Network, available on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, I'm Hoda Kotby, host of the podcast, Joy 101 with Hoda Kotby.
Together, we're going to have meaningful conversations with the world's most fascinating people, like when actress Olivia Munn shared how she overcame fierce health challenges.
I've gone through breast cancer and then helped my mother through breast cancer.
And that was more difficult.
There's a lot of people who understand postpartner depression.
I was not prepared for postpartum anxiety.

Because their new star is Javier Titorino Hernandez.
Everyone sees me as a football player, but before anything else, I'm human.
Every single day I'm still learning how to live with problems,
mistakes, relationships, emotions
ever since I was born.
And I still have so many questions.
Where do we come from?
What happens after death?
How do you deal with cancellation?
Cristiano or Messi?
Do aliens exist?
What is love?
Real Madrid or Barza?
From every day and ordinary
to the deep and extraordinary.
This isn't a normal podcast.
Everything here is spontaneous, real and genuine.
This podcast is like a deep talk
with your closest friends,
where vulnerability comes out.
Conspiracy theories end up on the table
and goals and lessons are shared.
has a life has a order perfect and everything is just.
Wait me, I'm going to be able to be able to be
connect.
The Chicharito.
Oh Javier, Chicharro-Nandes and together with I-Hard Radio.
We're going to make the ordinary, extraordinary.
Stay close.
It's a crack.
Wow.
Listen to learning to be human on IHard Radio,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
And you want that league, like, just try to get them no reasons
to not be able to trust you, just time,
being able to be on time, being able to just be accountable for things,
And certain things would, they let stuff slide while you're there because if you're playing at a certain level, things will be able to be good when you're under contract.
But when you start trying to negotiate again, that's where they can really be like, ah, hold up, I don't know what it is, more short term, more you got to prove it.
You can show me why we can be able to give you that.
Yeah, definitely, definitely do.
Todd Bowes, Todd Bowes suggested 2,025 Buccaneers took place all.
He said, if we can prepare and we can execute and we don't look at the names on the people's helmets and we can play the same every week and learn how to finish off games and close games out instead of getting the lead and just taking plays off or not having the lead and having to come back late, you just want to play four quarters and you want to get out there.
you just want to play four quarters
and you want to get out there.
And I think we have these types of alpha dogs
on our team right now
that will make this team
that will make this team
to elevate to that.
When you start coaching,
when you start coaching themselves,
when they start coaching themselves
and don't need too much coaching on the sideline,
that's when you know you've arrived.
Joe, you got guys taking off place?
I mean that that that that that can't happen at all.
What that I think that's a
You ain't never had nobody taking off flag
I mean
I mean not not not me
Not me
I ain't saying you Joe
I don't know I don't know
I'm just asking Joe
You ain't never seen nobody to take off a place
I have another main it's mainly probably just
I ain't asking for a name Joe
Yes yes I have
Yes I have
Exhaustion
Tudeness and you need to just get out
the game.
Sub, sub out.
It's okay.
If you can't go,
your 60%
is not,
your backup's 100%.
Get out of the game.
Take a breather.
Take a blow, win.
Because we need somebody
and go full speed.
That's it.
Like, go in the right spot,
full speed.
If you just sitting in there
standing up,
getting high, getting blown on,
you're not helping nobody.
So my whole thing is
if you're,
if you, it's a fatigue
makes a coward out of everybody.
So if you just, you got to be able to get out, get a bloat.
No, I'm fighting through.
You're hurting us.
You're not helping us.
You being out there is hurting the team.
So I'm saying the effort thing when you're just like lagging, not giving effort, that's
just, that's not okay at all.
But I'm saying if it's an effort, if you're tired, tap yourself out.
If you're giving up on the, if you're just giving up, then that's a, that's a,
loafs are not okay.
Like, what are we talking about?
You got to get to the ball.
That's a coaching thing.
You can't have people.
You can't let that be accepted.
That starts in practice.
That starts in pursuit drill.
You think you're not just pursuing after the ball during.
He didn't start that in the game.
That was happening in practice.
You were letting that thing slide.
So what you need?
Well, you got to realize everybody don't practice that.
I don't want to hear none of that.
If your team's not good, everybody needs to be getting to the rock.
There's a level of where, man, bump that.
If you got to, you know what it is.
Get to the rock.
You got a burst.
Give me a burst.
Give me something.
I don't give them how old you are.
Like, you're gonna be practicing or you're not.
That was hard, though.
I ain't gonna lie to you.
That one's hard.
Man, hell no.
You practice a certain time.
I know, I've known players, I've known players that are at our Hall of Fame status
players.
And they don't, they don't go like that in practice.
You know what I'm saying?
And I've known guys that go and practice so hard, but they can't elevate from
that practice level in the game.
So then you start seeing them in practice and the coach
may end up giving them a chance.
Yo, let me put you over here and give you a chance.
And then they get in the game.
And you know, most people, they elevate from practice
into the game.
It's no elevation.
They practice speed is their game speed.
So, you know, it's a little disappointing.
I, like you, I'm like, I'm trying to go as hard as I'm trying to
get.
So when you, or when,
When I think about it, I think athletes in team sports, like, if they take it all plays, it's a combination of things.
And I think the number one thing is what you said is they're tired.
Like, you know, you're tired and then your ego will not let you lead a game.
Fatigue makes cowards of all of us, okay?
And you start processing stuff slower because you're tired, you're making decisions.
decisions that you wouldn't normally make.
Your judgment is all messed up, you know.
And especially now, dude, like, it's extremely rare to have a guy or a whole group of guys
that play 100% of the snaps at every position, you know, and you aren't either, you know,
sub in or out at some point.
It's two positions.
You got DBs and you got linemen, offensive alignment.
Offense alignment and DBs, I think, are the only two positions that don't, that that
that don't sub out.
Well,
and the quarterback,
obviously.
But the receivers,
rotating.
Your linebacker,
sometimes with packages
may rotate.
Your D-line,
obviously,
you keep them rotating.
Dude,
when I first started playing,
and I,
well,
when I first started playing,
period,
like,
it was no rotation.
Like,
the starting linebackers,
that's who do is
that they,
them boys played the whole game.
Like,
that's,
that's just what happened.
It was no subbing.
You didn't,
you know,
you came in
to,
training camp, you came in condition and ready to go, dude.
You know, hell, from 2007 when I first started to 2009 or 10, bro, I played damn near every snout.
And I did punt and kickoff.
The ones that go straight to defense, dude, you had to come in there in shape, dude.
It was no rotation.
Like, that's not something that happened, you know what I'm saying?
And again, like you said, it's the ego.
you got a guy that he believed, you know, maybe his 80% is better than the guy behind him 100%.
But when you start getting into, you know, you're at the 70 and the 60%.
You're not holding your gap.
You know what I'm not? That's ego talking to you, man.
That's ego talking to you.
It's no way that you can believe that you can sit there and do your job better than the guy behind you at 100% can do it.
What you're doing at 60 or 70%.
That's, you know, that's just ego.
And you're going to.
Because it's not, I don't think they're taking plays off.
It's just you can't get there.
Oh, now, I will say, now, you do have some guys that take plays off.
Like, real talk.
Like, let's say.
Like, what happened?
Like, when you get guys that are, like, pursuing the ball, like, dude is pursuing the ball, okay?
And he's not going to.
Yeah, yeah.
He gets a low-stop go to stop go because he's thinking somebody's going to make the tackle.
But nobody makes the tackle.
And if he didn't get a stop-go, stop-go, stop-go.
and gave 100% he could have saved that tackle.
He could have saved that, you know, that touchdown.
Or you got a guy that's doing a stop goal like, oh, he's about to get tackle,
but he don't get tackle.
And if he gave 100% and just kept going,
he could have been the person that made that block to help that dude get a touchdown.
Are we going to be?
Loafs and take a place off.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Loafs.
For sure.
That's that change of speed.
I'm like, what you're doing is one speed.
You're going to get there.
You just, oh, oh, you like when you coaches see that change of speed,
you get there.
You could have been going that fast the whole got that time.
Get there.
Right.
If you went that fast the whole time, you would have got there.
You could have saved every inch count, every yard count.
You could have saved three, four, five yards, whatever that may be when the process
come down to it.
So I understand, you know, I understand what you're saying and the concept of it.
But also, you are the head coach.
You dictate and you make that acceptable or unacceptable by how you practice.
by how you practice.
And if it's somebody that you know
that you're not seen in the game
as a head coach and you're like, yo, he's loafing.
Like he's loafing.
Like, yo, you can't, you don't get the,
the practice of, oh, I understand that
you go do this different in practice.
No, you don't get that.
You can't be a guy that got any loaf in you
or had any loaves in a game
and be the guy at practice that's saying,
oh, yeah, I'm right there.
I know.
Debo, because you know, too.
It's about coming in that's coming in the day, the meeting after the game, that I in the sky
don't lie.
When you're getting that, when you got a coach that's holding you accountable of loaves,
of you was the one that could have got there to this play.
And being embarrassed in front of your friends, in front of your teammates is one of the
most scariest things that I could be.
Because you want to, you talk all this good stuff.
You're talking all this nice.
You're supposed to beat the ball and all that right here.
Boom.
You see you.
changing speed, you could have got there and made the play, and you didn't do it.
You know how many coaches don't call that out.
I know because they, they, that's, that's, that's crazy to me.
Everybody, the only way you can get full buy-in is if your best players are,
boop, held accountable.
Oh my good, they're doing it.
And if you can call out the top best player that's making the bread, everybody else can call in line.
If you call off the top players, you ain't even got a call out the bottom because they go jump in one.
Because I'm becoming that joint.
I'm scared because I know at the.
end of the day, I know I'm making this check, and I got to go out here and ball the fuck out
because I know I'm nice, and this is what I do.
So if coach can call me out anytime and it's being able to be accountable, you're not
going to do everything perfect.
When you do mess up, you take that on the chin.
That's me.
Boom.
All right.
It won't happen again.
And you don't make the same mistake twice, ever.
That's why.
The beast is real best.
That boy would call out anybody, man.
Who we?
In the meeting, in the team meeting.
What?
Bill Cowher.
Oh, my God.
dude, he would call out anybody in the team.
That means you love that.
Because special team, anything, that means you love it.
And your teammates.
And again, something else.
We watch special teams.
As a team, as a unit.
As a unit.
Whole unit.
Everybody.
Like team breakdown.
Man.
That's going to have your special team.
They want to show the team.
They deserve.
They just keep.
Everybody, yeah.
Good work.
You want your special teams, though.
They want that, they want that love from the squad.
Show me, I'm on the team too.
You know, I'm like, crashing.
now.
I'm like, you sitting in there sweating.
Hey, bro, you ain't missed no.
The boss is in the game.
Yeah, I kind of, I kind of did.
I kind of let it loose and, you know,
like, you're sitting in there like,
damn, I know it's about that.
Hair come, hair call, here.

I love the sounds the buzzing from the stadium
the chanting from the fans the announcers calling the place
soccer football at home
Why do I watch the World Cup?
That's like asking me, why do I breed?
I inherited that fandom from my mom.
I like watching it with my dad.
It's a connecting force.
From Futuro Studios, I'm Fernanda Chavari, and this is American Football,
a show about soccer culture in the U.S. and its underdog roots.
We go beyond the game to the people and the stories that make it great.
A soccer game is a festival.
She has a game.
It's your culture.
I took an elbow to my head, which cracked my skull.
It is an American game.
The Brazilians don't like hearing that, though.
Are they the only ones that don't like that?
Nobody likes that.
As we get ready for the Men's World Cup this summer,
listen to American Football as part of the My Coutura Podcast Network,
available on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, I'm Hoda Kotby, host of the podcast, Joy 101 with Hoda Kotby.
Together, we're going to have meaningful conversations with the world's most fascinating people.
Like when actress Olivia Munn shared how she overcame fierce health challenges.
I've gone through breast cancer and then helped my mother through breast cancer,
and that was more difficult.
There's a lot of people who understand postpartner depression.
I was not prepared for postpartum anxiety.

All right, listen up.
The Jonas Brothers here.
Our podcast is called, Hey Jonas.
since everyone has a podcast, we wanted to as well.
And we've had some incredible guests so far.
And now our good friend, Nile Horn, is joining the show.
How's it going, boys?
Hey, Niall.
It's the same thing with Slow Hands.
Slow Hands is not about anything else, really, is it?
You know, or taste so good can't be about food.
You do the same, Nick, with some of the stuff that you've done.
You too, Joe.
Drop what you're doing and listen to Hey Jonas on the Iheart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
And there's a ton of excitement.
I'm so happy they're going to be.
Javier Tichorito Hernandez.
Everyone sees me as a football player,
but before anything else, I'm human.
Every single day I'm still learning how to live with problems,
mistakes, relationships, emotions, ever since I was born.
And I still have so many questions.
Where do we come from?
What happens after death?
How do you deal with cancellation?
Cristiano or Messi?
Do aliens exist?
What is love?
Real Madrid or Varsa?
From every day and ordinary to the deep and extraordinary.
This isn't a normal podcast.
Everything here is a spontaneous.
real and genuine.
This podcast is like a deep talk
with your closest friends
where vulnerability comes out.
Conspiracy theories end up on the table
and goals and lessons are shared.
All in this life has an order
perfect and all is just.
Wait me, I'm here to put me
going to be able to connect.
The Chicharito.
Oh, Javier El Chicharito Hernandez

on IHard Radio, Apple Podcasts,

Yep, I know I'm going to wind up.
And they'll keep having you mess up.
They'll keep having you mess up.
Back up and forward.
Back up and forward.
I messed up.
God damn.
Hey.
Keep messing up.
I'm like, dang.
The back and forward was if he thought you was not accelerating into the wedge.
Oh, that's when they had the three to four man wedge.
You're shutting down.
You bet not going to that wedge and make like you slowing down.
When you see the wedge, you bet to accelerate as fast as you can.
And drop.
and blow through whoever it is you go here.
If you come in there and you go to slowing down,
he will rewind that thing.
What are you doing?
Are you accelerating or decelerating?
20 times.
DeClever.
DeCore.
What is this?
What is this?
He doesn't want it.
He doesn't want it.
Spit lying.
Come on.
Yes.
That's going to get you.
Cats just in there like, oh my God.
Got it. You got to.
You got to.
Put that thing up on that tape and your boys will be running around full speed.
Yeah, bro.
I ain't going to lie, bro.
We had times where, like, I'm like, bro, like, I missed the total whole block of all that, bro.
And you have some cats that try to head it off.
Hey, coach, you know, they go to him before.
Oh, let's see.
Yeah, don't do that.
Yeah.
Hey, we go, don't worry about it.
We don't get to it.
Don't worry about it.
It happens to everyone.
It happens to everyone.
They're trying to pre-explain.
No, no, no, don't worry about it.
I'm saying we're going to talk about it on the big board.
Yeah.
I had one one time where I was just nervous as hell, bro.
So we had like a right return, right?
I think I'm about to told you this before.
So we had a right return.
So as we go and we start running, so it's a right to turn, right?
So you're turning this way.
So as we do the return, right?
turn and that's when we would circle back and you could crack block you know what I'm saying so I
circle back and as I circled back I turned around and I'm thinking right so I'm turned the other way
now so my right it's here's here okay I start going the other way right so he see it on film
and he's like silverback what is this what is this what is this what are you doing here do you know it's a
right return I say yeah
Yeah, coach.
I said, listen, this is what happened.
I said, I knew it was the right to turn.
I said, but when I turned around, my right was still on my right.
So I went right.
He just started laughing.
Hey.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
You get you, you get you, that's a good one.
You get that one, one time.
And it's a great one, though.
It's a great one.
I had another one, though.
It was, I think, I think we is, like, Cincinnati.
And, like, he's doing the team meeting,
and, you know, he's like, hey, you know,
make sure you guys, you know, do whatever, whatever.
And if something happens, you know, blah, blah, blah.
And he's like, hey, sometimes shit happens.
You just got to keep going, right?
So we in the game, and I don't got a holding penalty, bro.
It's on one of the return.
So I'm coming off the field.
He's like, sell her back.
Silver back.
I'm ignoring.
He's like, I know you hear me.
So he said, again, I turn to him.
He's like, what are you doing?
Why are you holding?
I said, coach.
What happens?
Bussie go, yeah, you did say that.
For real, bro, you ain't got no excuse for me.
Right, yeah.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah, for sure.
But Bill Cowher was, yeah.
Bill Cowher, he wasn't playing games, bro.
Like, he was calling you out in front of everybody.
He didn't give a damn who you was.
Them the type of coaches that I love.
Them the type of coach is going to get the team better.
For sure.
Hey, man, we go hit these couple chats.
You got a hard hour.
Yes, I got you.
I got you.
We got, what is that?
Chin?
$43.
$4.3.
$5.
Say what up, Bibo and Joe.
Big fan here.
Thank you very much.
I was wondering what your favorite workout was.
I also, I hope I can help you keep these.
lights on this month.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Thank you.
I'm trying to.
I appreciate you,
appreciate you.
What's your favorite?
Like I said.
What's your favorite workout?
Yeah.
Me?
Man.
So if I don't have like a favorite like workout itself,
but if I'm talking about body part,
then it used to be my legs.
I used to love doing legs.
When I could squat the whole real weight.
lift the talk right there.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, everybody in a bench.
Debo with them real lifting.
Yeah, but my back, my back, my back got a little janky on me, you know what I'm saying?
Had those couple back surgeries, but I still lifted heavy then.
But since I've been done playing, you know, and I try not to go above, like, maybe like
four or five squatting or whatever.
And then I may, I may cling a little heavier, like on track bar, maybe like $4.95 or something
like that.
But that's, that's about it.
So me, I'm going to buy as a try.
Favorite now?
Bizer tries.
I ain't go lie.
Favorite now is probably a core.
Okay.
I like, you know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying?
I'm too 50, but I look like, you know what I say?
I look like I'm victim weight because then, you know, them abs.
Wow.
You feel me?
I feel it.
You eating good too?
Yeah.
Eat, eat real good.
You know what I'm saying?
Eating real good working out with it.
But then again, Joe, you know what I'm saying?
I like them buys and tries, man.
You know what I'm saying?
I like everything.
You know what I'm going to have to lie to.
I got, I got guns tomorrow.
It's a showdown tomorrow.
It's a gun for tomorrow.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm going to go ahead and see these, you know what I'm saying?
I'm going to go ahead and put them out there putting the work, you know what I'm
don't want to hurt nobody with these guns.
Hey, I ain't going to lie.
What you got over there, Josh's 12, but you keep him.
By 16, 5s.
So, huh?
You said your thighs, 16, 5.
You said your thighs 16.
I didn't even measure.
I don't even measure.
I ain't measure it later.
I'm just telling you, like, you got 12s,
but you keep them clean, Joe.
Keep them cleanly.
Man, all right.
I'm a measure.
I'll part shit.
I probably, I probably, all right.
15, at least.
15.
I get you, I get, damn, Joe, I do you, I get 15.
It's 16.
All right, I'm a show me.
Probably 16.5s for real.
No, Joe.
I get you 14.3.
Well, how much you weigh?
184 pounds.
Yeah, Joe, I ain't really much.
I think my son's ours might be bigger than your.
I'm not going to lie, Joe.
I'm talking about the youngest.
I know my oldest is.
I'm just talking about the little one.
You know what I'm saying?
The one that's only 180.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm just saying.
Look here, man.
Covenant life back.
$5.
Appreciate your covenant.
she said, Joe, you're going to go, you, Joe, you going up against Debo on a tug of war challenge.
What three NFL players are you having on your team?
And Debo, what three players are you having on your team?
You go first.
I'm going to let you get who you want.
Trent Williams and Miles.
Trent Williams, Miles.
Be one more.
And.
And.
Trent Williams, Miles, and Cam.
Yeah.
Cam.
Okay.
Do they have to be current players?
No, they don't.
They just have to be a player.
Because we're not.
Because we're not.

Here's something that should not be as complicated as it is, getting a racist statue removed.
And here's something that should be a whole lot easier than it is, getting a new one put up in its place.
I'm Akela Hughes, and Rebel Spirit Season 2 is about both of those things.
As I was watching these statues come down, I was thinking about what it meant that I grew up in a majority of Black city,
in which there were more homages to enslavers than there were to enslave people.
