And his murder for hire trial. I fuck with dirt. His music is cracking. So you were excited when you saw that he was led off him charges. I'm excited when all black people facing the feds get off. Exactly. I agree. I mean, I know what it is what it is.

And people say what they want to say. Man, if he innocent, he innocent, right? He got, you got innocent? It's so funny because someone said, now I know how the older generation felt about OJ getting off. Man, we don't know, I mean, you know, it's just like, man, we constantly are constantly top celebrities is getting, you know, fed charges.

And it's just like, man, it's like, we always say we can't beat the feds. And I get it and I understand these are like major charges. and nothing is good coming out of this because if somebody's accused of something, it's like, you know, sometimes where there's smoke, there's fire. Yeah. But like, bro, he didn't do it.

Period. Well, what advice would you give to young people who are involved in, like, the streets, like the street lifestyle, you know, especially people who have been blessed to make it out, like Little Dirk has? I mean, I think there's nothing a good thing. that comes from being in the streets because me, say, I grew up around a lot of street niggas and everything.

And I know the end game to it, it's either dead or in jail. And that's what blood in, blood out. You know what I'm saying? And that's like something I didn't want to, I was pressured into like becoming that. And I was just like, man, I'm not about that. I want to make a life for myself. And I didn't give up hope to make a life. unfortunately that sports gave me an outlet and that's not for all people can't be a professional

athlete or be six, seven. So, you know, it's about trying to figure out what you can do and what, like, what motivation do you have to get out. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Because we start, you know, the starting line for black people in the neighborhood is not the same starting line for, you know, white people or other races. Exactly.

We start back here. Yeah, for sure. You know, like, and I tell my kids that, like, you know, as far as school come, like, your grade's got to be way better than, like, other kids, that's other races. Because being black, you got to have a far superior resume just to get accepted in certain jobs, certain schools. And that's just the way it is. Like, you can't be the same.

So if it's like this lady or a man of another race, white, whatever it is. You as a black person have to be better because when they look at the resume and it's unfortunate, it's just we know that's what it is. It's unspoken and everybody, nobody wants to say it, but we know that's what it is. You know what I'm saying? So we got, I tell like, you got to get straight A's. Ain't no Bs and all this because if Sally or whoever get A, B, B, B, B, and you get straight, like A, B, B, B, B, they're going to take, except her.

You know, you got to be better than the competition. Like, and, you know, it's just the way it is. And I love that because it shows the resiliency of black people. It shows the fight in us. It shows us like, hey, you can't keep us down. If we got to do that, let's do it. You feel me? Like, if you, you know, if we got to come from, we come from the gutter, okay.

Yeah. That's what makes us strong people. And that's what make us kings. That's what make us the strongest humans on this planet. it. And that's why we're the most feared. I agree with you. It's funny that you bring that up because I was just speaking with Darnel about how we had less on the show, the white girl that's super tall. And I had asked her on our show if she feels like her opportunities were more than black women. And she

kind of was struggling with that. And we just talked about it. And I will say that even if white people don't acknowledge it. It is true. And I think that we always have to be superior and we always have to prove that we deserve a seat at the table. They can come to the table barefoot and looking crazy, but we have to come in our Sunday's best and still prove that we are worthy enough to be here. And that's how it feels. I wouldn't want to know other way for black people. You know why? Because it's a motivational factor. Yeah, we got to look different. We got to play harder. We got to be better.

That's dope. That's the motivation. And that's the gratification. When you come from the gutter, so when you do make it, you know, the gratification and the tears and the blood and the sweat that you go through, it make it that much better knowing nobody, you know what, nobody gave me nothing. Don't get me nothing.

I'm out here. I'm about to make it. If I got to start 50 yards behind in this race, all right, cool. In the mud, I'm going for it. And that's what makes us strong people. And I love that for us. And I hope it's, and we say it's unfair. So what is unfair?

It's great that you have that mindset. So when you make the movie or the documentary about it, the story is better. I love that. That's motivational. Unfortunately for me, I don't wish I had to work this damn hard. And I really do feel like I'm just a girl.

And I would like... The story is better. Yeah, the story is better. but like I don't want to have that story. My story, I don't need that story. So you just want the handout? I would love that. If that was available to me, yeah.

But unfortunately it hasn't been. No, that's the easy way out. It doesn't matter. I'm telling you that I'm okay with that. You know what they say? Take the road less traveled. No, I'm okay with that. Because the road less traveled is the roads you're going to appreciate more. So like if you take this windy road that has no hills, no bushes, no thorns,

and it gets you right to where you need to go. Or you can take this. other road to where your car gets stuck in the mud, it's thorns you have to walk through the forest, you're going to appreciate the journey better. The journey is going to be so gratifying. It's going to be so fulfilling to the soul. And, you know, maybe I only feel this way because I tried and I tried it.

Harmonally, I'm not even built to be doing. and all of this. Yes, you are. Don't even put that in your mind. So for me, all I'm saying is I love your mindset. I love that for you. I'm just speaking on my opinion

and what I feel and what I feel is no, I'm tired now. I've been through so much shit. I'm exhausted and I would like a little help. I would like a little something. I need help a little bit. Like, please, God, if you hear me.

Like, I'm tired. I really am. I'm genuinely tired of like this, the strain of everything. Like, everything has to be a strain. Nothing for me is easy. Not relationships, not career, not my fucking body. Nothing is easy for me.

And I understand that that's life. And I'm not even saying fair or unfair because I know that that's not reality. Like life is going to be what life is. But I'm just saying for me, I'm exhausted. When you go get it. Just throw me an alley oop. No, no, no, no. When you go get it, how you get it.

So based on when it's like when I won in basketball, when I won, it took me 10 years. You know what I'm saying, to even just be considered one of the best. I always been one of the best on every level, but I wasn't considered one of the best until I won. But my path to it, I appreciated it because I went through struggle. I went through so many losing years. I went under, and then, like, when you start, like, when certain people, they come into the league, and they, the golden child, it's just like certain players, it's just like, and, you know, know, they get the players they won't, they get to play the teammates,

and they don't always happen like that for the great players. And it's a lot of great players. And you'd be like, damn, there's a lot of great players that say, hey, if I play with another great player, I probably would have won two. And a lot of them don't get that opportunity, but like, when I won, when I tell you the tears that came on my eyes, like, because I started looking back at the journey. You know what I'm saying?

If the journey is given to you the easy path, you ain't going to appreciate it. you're going to take it for granny. You know what I'm saying? I agree with that. But I think now I've been through all a lot. So now run me some like happiness success. Running it. Run it.

And I was like, all right, it's right there. I thought that was the top. And it took like two minutes to get there. And I jumped on it. And I was like, all right. Boom. When I got to that point and we passed it, I looked. it was another five minutes to go.

about building a life with someone, there's so many different qualities that you really look for at that point. You know, like there's different traits. She's doing this. It don't matter. But then when you think about being the mother of my children or being my wife or, you know, being involved with my family, then you start to be like, never mind, I'm cool on that, you know?
