Wow, now that they got getting great quarterback play, this office looks damn near unstoppable. Michael Pennix tonight, 15 or 20, 2.23, one touchdown.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Bejohn Robinson, 19 carries, a buck 45, two touchdown. Brian Robinson, Jr., 14 carries, 62 yards, three touchdowns, five rushing touchdowns. Drake London was back up to his normal itself. If the game had been closer, he would have had more than five receptions and 96 yards, Johan Dawson, he had two for 54 and a touchdown. Kyle Pitts chipped in with three for 47. But they look really, really good tonight, Ocho, the Falcons.
Starting point is 00:11:43 That's 45 points when they can run the ball like they can run it. And now Pennix play action law for that. Guys are going to be running Scott Free. Give the Falcons credit. They did a job. This is a division rival game. They're on the road. There's no love loss between these two teams.
Starting point is 00:11:57 They went down and they handled business in New Orleans. Hey, this is what I like. not only can you establish quarterback play on the joke, but the good thing about this is, is when your quarterback is playing well, and you're also in the running game is doing well, it opens up everything else. It opens up everything else.
Starting point is 00:12:18 I like that Drake London, obviously, we've always had conversation. A lot of people have gotten on me when I've talked about my top five players in the league. A lot of people, obviously, you know, Falcon fans have brought up Drake London's name. Listen, conversations need to be had with the way he's playing, especially with the past two weeks.
Starting point is 00:12:34 So outside of that, their defense played well tonight. I mean, listen, the Saints, I'm not sure what's going on. Tyler Shook, he is the answer. He is the quarterback of the future, but they just haven't looked themselves, you know, always, always have to run the ball. They can't run the ball. Hey, why is that? Because it puts a lot of strict.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Look, Alvin Camaro, he had two touchdowns tonight, but he's not the same guy. Yeah. We can watch it. It's seeing before your eyes. Because as you get older, you're more apt instead of trying to cut back and make somebody miss. What do you do?
Starting point is 00:13:09 Head out of bounds. Watch him tonight. Chat, go back and look at, go back and study the game. If you think I'm speaking out of turn, watch the contact. As you get older, you don't want that contact anymore. You try to find a soft spot to lay down or get out of bounds, Joe. They can't run the football and their defense. They need secondary help.
Starting point is 00:13:28 They need linebacker help. Bad. That's what they, that's what they really need. Now, I don't think they did it. Look, Young, the defensive end and Jordan, Cam Jordan. Look, Cam Jordan is getting on up there in age. He's not what he once was. He can provide something probably needs to be spelled a little bit more.
Starting point is 00:13:52 Young didn't have the best night because normally he's generating a lot more pressure. And I thought he would generate a lot more pressure after Jake Matthews went out. But I think you have to give the Falcons offensive line credit as a whole. because when you can run the ball for 205 and protect the quarterback like they did tonight, that goes on the offensive line because when you throw it like they did and you rush it like they did,
Starting point is 00:14:13 yeah, we can give Pinnix and Bejohn Robinson and Brian Robinson Jr. And Drake London, all the credit we want. But it starts with those five up front and they did an outstanding job. Go ahead, Joe. Hey, we have to give Pinnix a lot of credit, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:14:28 Considering the fact, think about this, man. The first two games, we're talking about the Falcons, couldn't even get in the damn red zone. Nope. Think about that, Ocho. You know, that's a whole two games, bro. And with just a change of the quarterback position,
Starting point is 00:14:42 because everybody else still there, man, he's been able to transition the Falcons into, hell, they're going to probably win their division outside of the Panthers probably fighting, but they got a great chance to win their division. I feel like Pennix has risen them up to a level of where, man, they've been elite. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:14:59 And think about this. The way B. John is playing and running that ball, hell, his job ain't going to be that damn hard. back there as a quarterback. Okay, Ocho. Nope. You know what I mean? You find some of these special receivers you got. I want to see them try to get branch a little more involved, you know, in the offense because I think he's a big playmaker's well. But I think Pennix got a lot of weapons to his disposal, bro. He just has to continue to take care of the ball, be fishing like he's been.
Starting point is 00:15:27 Hey, man, the Falcons look good. Hey, listen, hold on. How disrespectful are you as the Falcons to go going to the Saints. This is the, what's this, anniversary of the, yeah, the other, the Katrina game. Man, they say damn all that.
Starting point is 00:15:39 We're going to come down there and throw our own damn parade. You hear me? Hey, man, that was a hell of a win from the Falcons, bro. If you think about it, guys, the Falcons didn't expect penics or I don't think they wanted him to play as early as they did. It was because two of a guy hurt and Cooper Rush looked so bad.
Starting point is 00:15:59 They didn't really have a choice. Right. But to bring you back, me, a little probably a week or two, maybe even two, three weeks sooner than they anticipated. That's what happens. Tua gets hurt on the freakest of his Tua. He got hurt and Cooper Rush, I don't know what made them think Cooper Rush was the answer.
Starting point is 00:16:18 The question I have, if Cooper Rush is the answer, what question are you asking? That's all I need to know. But Michael, but Pennix Jr., once he's been inserted into the lineup, they look like a different football team. They really, really have. I don't expect it because last time I saw him before he got into the lineup, we saw what happened. Cooper Rush was the quarterback and the Panthers hung foot in him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:44 Put foot's all up and down. And 343 in their building. He comes in, starts at Green Bay, and we look like they did at Green Bay. Bejohn Robinson had a night of nights. Drake London have a night of nights. They come back. Do the same thing all over again. Although Bejohn had a very similar night.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Had they needed it, he'd had probably another 190, maybe even 200 games. Drake London services was not his call. They only threw the ball 20 times. He completed 15 of those. When you can get that kind of production on that few throws, and they run the ball like they ran into the night, the Falcons looked really good. Their defense was flying around.
Starting point is 00:17:23 They did a great job. Although they only sack a shook twice, they pressured them a lot, forced them out of the pocket, forced some errant throws. but I think the thing if the Falcons look really good. I was really impressed. 45, on the road
Starting point is 00:17:36 against a division rival. Yeah. On the anniversary. Hold on, hold on, not just division rival. Hell, the Falcons don't care if they won another other game. Okay, Ocho,
Starting point is 00:17:47 as long as they won this game, this again, listen, man, I've been running into people, bro. That's all they're talking about this game today. So for them to come out and have all these explosive plays that they've had and show consistency as far as offensively,
Starting point is 00:18:00 Hey, man, I like the Falcons, brother. They look good. Okay, oh, Joe. They look good. Hey, and listen, listen, the Falcons haven't faced any adversity yet. I know you look at it. You're looking at the way they're playing. They didn't face the adversity.
Starting point is 00:18:14 What the hell them first two kids? Oh, no, no, not yet, Joe. Not yet. Now, I understand the first few games when there was no quarterback. It was up in the air when Cooper Rush had to play. But I'm saying, well, Phoenix is in there. I'm talking in there. I'm talking about a game, Joe, and they run.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Yeah, yeah. They make a conscious effort to stop the run. They stack nine in the box. You know, you got a safety in the middle of fear. You got two corners out there or whatever you do, and you got to throw the ball. You have to do things different where you can't rely on Bijon and him running so well. And the fact that you run the ball so well, it opens up the pass. And Drake London is able to go crazy because they're scared it what Bijonga do.
Starting point is 00:18:51 I'm just saying a game like that. And it's going to come at some point. But right now with the way they're playing, man, they're playing phenomenal football, man. We're playing phenomenal football. You get a 59-yard run. You got a 59-yard big play from Bejohn-Robinson. You get a 37-yard big play from Drake London. You get a 31-yard big play from Johann Dodson.
Starting point is 00:19:10 You got a 28-yard big play from Kyle Piss, Sr. When you stack, Ocho, you know when you get explosive plays like that, boy, it's get Harlan defense. Not every to the defense looking at each other. Man, come on, man. Hey, let's pick it up. Who, man, is that? All of ours.
Starting point is 00:19:26 Because Bejard. I don't. I went back and I rewind it because I wanted to see what defense they were in. I don't know where the linebackers went. How you let that man? I don't know. It's bad. Bejohn went 59 yards untouched.
Starting point is 00:19:42 Oh, yeah. He was booking. He was booking. Nobody touched him, though, Joe. I can see. I can see, you know, sometimes you shake somebody. He went up in the hole. He baked like he was going to go right.
Starting point is 00:19:52 It's bounce to the outside and there was nobody there. Amen. I'm like, what defense is that? Where were you going? I'm looking at the linebackers. A lot, there are a lot of hesitation. I'm looking at the safeties. Instead of coming down here,
Starting point is 00:20:04 looking to strike someone, they're waiting and catching. Yeah. You know what that mean, you know? They don't want no. Oh, Joe. Now, listen, when you think about, hey, Joe, when you think about B. John Robinson, right?
Starting point is 00:20:17 And you notice when linebackers hesitate or safeties purposely take the wrong angle, when it comes under B. John, it takes one wrong angle, one slip. You play around, and he's gone. It ain't like he, Derek Henry. He's not physically imposing.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Now, he'll shake you out your shoes. He ain't fin to run you over. Ocho, his cut game, his cut game, mean, when he cut back, he's playing. You get him on that surface. You get him on the indoor surface, Ocho. Hey, good luck. Matter of fact, and honestly,
Starting point is 00:20:52 with someone like that, with Rijon, I haven't seen anyone that's able to come to balance and make those kind of moves, you know, lateral movement transition in short and really small, tight spaces. We've seen Barry Sanders do it. I'm not saying it's Barry Sanders, but the only person, the only person that I've seen as a running back that has the equivalent skills that to do what Bejohn does in small spaces. Now, maybe the back end speed might not be the same is the Sean McCoy. Oh, yeah, Shady.
Starting point is 00:21:17 That's the first thing. A, Shady had some wiggle. I said, hey, a, hey, Shady had four people right there in front of him. I'm talking about him all in. Man, he'll do some bad. And everybody running each other. Hey, they say, hey, be your on special, boy. Bejohn special boy.
Starting point is 00:21:32 Yes. Yeah, I got a question. I got a question for y'all, seriously. Go ahead, Joe. After tonight's game, is he the best running back in the game right now? Yeah, I mean, whew, because he can do, because I think the thing is, he and Jemir Giff is so, it's so close. Because both of those guys, not only can they run it, but they can catch.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Yep. And I think, and for me, I think they're a little bit more. durable than C-Bak. Yeah. And so that's why I would give, I would give them the nod, Gibbs and Bejohn. But man,
Starting point is 00:22:06 what Bejohn was able to do the last two games, it seems like every, every primetime game, he goes, hey, why? He's going to show up his job. He goes, he goes bonkers. Hey, hey.
Starting point is 00:22:19 Go ahead, Joe. That's a guy who understands the assignment. Okay, Ocho. You know what I mean? We're the only, we're the only people playing. the night. Everybody watching us this Monday night. Hey, boy, I'm going to come out here and show up and show out. You hear me? That man had a hundred yards in the first half and I felt like, you know,
Starting point is 00:22:35 he got some yards in the second half, but he'd done his damage in that first half and they kind of had him on cruise control from that point on because hell, he had the saints on edge the whole night. Yeah, and you look at Brian Robinson Jr. come in running the ball hard. He had three touchdowns on 14 carries. That's a nice balance. One guy's, I mean, Robinson is a big running back. A power running back, can break tackles. Bejohn's looking to shake you up. They have a nice combination of speed, versatility versus power.
Starting point is 00:23:05 I thought, like I said, I thought the Falcons played really well on both sides of the football. The Saints need, the Saints have some issues. They can't run the football. Offensive line is beat up, beat to hell. And defensively, it leads a lot to be desired from the middle,
Starting point is 00:23:18 from the backers back. Yeah. And I don't get, I'm looking at, I'm looking at Kool-Aid and he's talking about what, what happened? Bro, you threw the guy down. You literally threw Drake London down. And then he's looking like what?
Starting point is 00:23:33 Get around with I did it, yeah. Hey, sometimes guys be so engaged in the game, Uncle Ocho. Damn, they don't be knowing because I'd be thinking sometimes. I'd be like, man, this man got to be out here fooling him because I know he knew, you know what I mean? Like that's a, you know, you can't do that. You know, right?
Starting point is 00:23:51 When they, hey, I was like, damn, I show hope they ain't got no call on me. I show them hope they don't call. You know exactly what you doing. Hey, the funny thing about it, too, even with the Saints lost night and even with the Saints wolves in the end of the inability to run the ball at times, at times you watch the Saints play and it's time to pass the ball, even though they're inept and running the ball. They're still having success.
Starting point is 00:24:14 You know, Tyler Shuck is still having success when it's time to throw the ball and those receivers are getting open. So once they find a way to fix that runner game, and find a way to manipulate what they need to do with that offensive line so they can't run the ball, it's going to open up everything even more. You know what? Yeah. You know what?
Starting point is 00:24:35 You don't know no damn ball. Y'all pick the damn saints tonight. Here, I picked the falcon. Y'all don't know no damn ball, man. I picked the falcons. I picked the falcons. You picked the saints, man. You picked the falcons, Joe.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I don't know what y'all are saying in them damn saints. Tyler shook. Hey, hey, Joe, let me take them, Joe. What Joe talking about? Joe? Hey, a squirrel getting nut. Every, you got, you got, squirrel getting a nut.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Every, every, every, a broken, a broken clock is right. Okay, okay, okay. Yeah, okay. Yeah, Joe. Come on, Joe.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Even an Allic cat will find a whole chicken in the trash. You don't always get scraps. Sometimes, you know, they burn the chicken. They let it cook too long and it's too tough. Somebody sent it back, they thought it in the trash. Hey, listen, I was so happy when both of y'all loaded up, loaded the bases for me for me to knock the damn home run out of the park you hear me yeah yeah yeah i got thousand dollars from amazon man you see what i'm gonna get otto stop playing with me man
Starting point is 00:25:35 no no no oh i got two thousand yeah i just got a hollet ass i can't i can't go through y'all because i know y'all gonna short-chaim i already know that i mean they do have a hundred they have a 100-inch, Sam's, we can't, we can't talk about the brands, but they do have two hundred-inch television. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that's what I'm getting old, Joe. You're going to keep it, Joe?
Starting point is 00:26:03 What do you mean? No, I'm saying the fact that you did win, you got $2,000. You can get $100 on TV. Are you going to actually keep it? Yes, I'm actually keep it. What you mean? What you thought I were going to do with it? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Probably probably give it the one I'll be able to some. That's possible. That's possible. That's possible. Next time. I'm going to win again. Who's going to put a hundred inch? Where they're going to put 100 inches, Ocho?
Starting point is 00:26:29 I mean, that's what she said. Oh, damn. Damn. First of all, you know, you don't know how long 12, uh, uh, uh, that's eight feet. That's eight feet. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I know, I know, I know. Somebody about to have a drive-in theater outside.
Starting point is 00:26:49 Hey, you know what, I've never seen a hundred in a TV. I'm going to show you. I'm going to show you. Don't wear. I'm going to show you. Don't wear. I'm going to show you. You said you ain't never seen.
Starting point is 00:27:01 I said I'm going to show you. All right. All right. Hey, Joe. Hey, one thing about Joe, boy, you feeling good at night, boy. Hey, he won a little so. Yeah, he happy about that. He happy.
Starting point is 00:27:14 He's hype. Yeah. I have been a lot. I mean, I got, I mean, I think I got like, like a hundred and five and that's just in the room was built especially for that for that TV yeah right so that wouldn't fit in my that wouldn't fit in my bedroom that wouldn't fit in my living room that wouldn't fit in my dead right so you must be got a special place you're going put that with Joe hello hello you know what go on now oh Joe you're ready huh come on man come on
Starting point is 00:27:42 what is you talking about oh Joe what you're talking about hey you know what matter of fact you know I forgot I forgot who I'm talking to it's just Especially, you know, me and Uncle, we got homes, but you got a property. So there's a difference. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I ain't got no, I ain't got no, I ain't got no, I can't, I can't, I ain't got no space for it.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's get back to the topic at hand, okay? Oh, what we got, baby? What's going on? I'm just saying, I mean, when you look at, when you look at, I mean, I was very impressed with the Falcons. I thought the game would be a lot closer because it's a division game. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:16 And plus in what at stake, you see a lot of people that were involved. involved in that 20 year anniversary. You saw them come back. Steve Gleason, unfortunately, he's suffering from ALS. He's the guy that blocked the punt. The guy, I think Deloge recovered it in the end zone. A lot of these people, a lot of those players that were on the field that night
Starting point is 00:28:35 got an opportunity to come back. But the Falcons like, nah. So not only are y'all disrespectful, y'all will have the anniversary on the night we play again? Y'all can pick another time to play this game. And y'all think we gonna let y'all do this on a Monday night when the whole world is watching that Joe said,
Starting point is 00:28:53 ain't no other football game on. No son. We're the only show in town. And that's how y'all do us. And you know the rival history between these two? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Dirty Bird went in there and cut up.
Starting point is 00:29:07 They did. They did the number 45 points. That's the most points scored this weekend by a long shot. I mean, and they did it so effortlessly. It was like, I'm like, Like, saints, are y'all gonna pinch them? Or y'all won't stop anything? Yeah, I'll tell you what,
Starting point is 00:29:26 when you able to run the ball like that, when that old line is able to impose a will? Oh, yeah. What, it's gonna be a long night. When Bejohn did what he did at the beginning of the game, that was the time right there. Because that's a big, right out of the bat and you're like,
Starting point is 00:29:44 hey, you're trying to get settled into the ball game. And all of a sudden, They up seven nothing. Oh, yeah. Hey, that old line, that old line keep blocking like this at the end of the season. Bejohn gonna be getting them boys some ATVs or something. Hey, something nice. Yeah, what he had in yards?
Starting point is 00:30:03 Cause I know he, he, hey, he up there. He got a chance to do something. He might, he might be, um, cause what you call them got what? 437, 537? K-9. Oh, yeah, I forgot. And you know what? I'm the guy,
Starting point is 00:30:20 AK-9, they're towing that thing, too. Hey, boy, the Bears got a scare. I mean, the Falcons got a schedule coming up. Who they got?
Starting point is 00:30:29 They got the Ravens on Sunday night. Ooh. Then they got the Bears. And then the 49ers come to town. But they got all three games at home. Ooh. Yeah, I might need to go there.
Starting point is 00:30:44 That's a, hey, that's a good one. That's, they're falcons and ravens? Yeah. That's going to be a good one. Hey, hold on. Hey, what's the status on Lamar?
Starting point is 00:30:53 What do you think? He said he got, uh, uh, said he got like a high ankle spray. They don't know. I just don't see. I just given, I mean, he is so, I mean, he is such a, most quarterbacks are, but he's even more important to their offense. Yes.
Starting point is 00:31:11 Now, maybe, maybe him being out is different because you call plays different for Lamar that you do anybody else knowing Lamar is not going to be there now you call plays especially for snoop so that might have that might have something to do it but they're going to have to be on their best behavior the uh the Ravens going to have to play defense better than they played before because this this team can this team can embarrass you they got that kind of they got that kind of talent at the skill position as far as running back and wire receivers and we know the Ravens are not the best at coverage so it'll be it's going to be very very interesting to see how this thing match up we're going to find we're going to find we're going to
Starting point is 00:31:48 to find out a lot about the Falcons over the next month. Because you look at these games, like I said, they got the, uh, they got the Ravens on Sunday night. They got the Bears and they got the 49ers. Woo. And we think all and we think the 49th and 49th might be the best team in football or at least top three. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:05 Yeah. We know what the bears are probably probably not going to have a Caleb Williams back just yet. But they got, they're loaded and the skill position in so many different areas and the, and the defense is. playing really good football that's gonna be a very that's gonna be a very good game very good game like that I like very good game so you going to win them game I might go check there I want Lamar to be playing though if I go to that Ravens game if he ain't gonna be playing I don't I don't think I don't think you're gonna be
Starting point is 00:32:34 playing Joe and then that trap what is Atlanta traffic now ain't nothing to be out here playing with oh oh oh yeah listen I don't care how good the damn game is. You better be getting out of getting out of about four, five minutes on the clock. We're in the fourth quarter. I don't care how tight the game is. Right. You got to get out of the road. Boy, you're going to be in a standstill for a lead 45 minutes. For sure. You're absolutely right about that.
Starting point is 00:33:03 Yeah. Kenneth Walker, Kenneth Walker has 537. Bejohn might be second now. James Cook with 421, Henry's 374, Jonathan Taylor 353 and Jemar Gives at 353 but I think after tonight I think what you're going to move to second place
Starting point is 00:33:26 I think uh... Hold on how much K9 got you said he tops. 537. Damn, with just four games. That's crazy. And the funny thing about
Starting point is 00:33:38 the funny thing about K9 is with that offense over there in, in Kansas City, I don't see him slowing down no time soon. But not only is he running the all well. My homes is back. Even if he's not healthy, he's still looking like he's healthy. He's doing what he wants
Starting point is 00:33:54 offensively. And because K and I run the ball so well, shoot, Mahon back that shit. Hey, I got that. All I need for y'all to do and just get open and catch the ball. Nothing else. Make it simple. They got a small problem now, Uncle Ocho, considering the fact that
Starting point is 00:34:08 Thornton going to be out. And Rashid Wright. They still got and Rochey Rice. You can't just go find nobody out of the couch now who are going to come in there just go crazy. Hey, hey, I know somebody that will, though, Uncle Joe. Huh? And I wouldn't be surprised.
Starting point is 00:34:25 You told me that they need him. Well, if somebody just broke the ankle, obviously they didn't need him. We tried to tell him that last night. I say, they need him now, though. I think the thing, but here's the thing. I agree with you. Oh, yeah, oh, Joe, but here's the thing that I'm interested in. Everybody said, well, he looks good.
Starting point is 00:34:45 I understand. When you heard something, running forward is easy, but you don't play football in a straight line. You got to change the right. You got to do that. And you got to have confidence because if you don't, you got to trust that. Yeah, man.
Starting point is 00:35:02 And the funny thing about it too, Uncle Joe, I've never been hurt. But I do understand because I've asked before when I play with people that were injured and they came back, I say, how you feel? You comfortable yet? Have you been able to get over that mental hurdle of trusting that leg or that
Starting point is 00:35:18 ankle or that knee or that hamstring or wherever it may be when it comes to your lower extremities and you have to explode and accelerate or explode and decelerate then in reaccelerate can you stop can you can you cut left can you cut right well you got you always think about it in your head because when you're not heard joe you don't even think twice you can go yeah you just read and react all that's going to come down to the type of work that he's been putting in bro that's where your confidence is going to come from uncle ocho you know right whether you squats, you're running, you know, where you're working on your cuts.
Starting point is 00:35:52 Because, hell, you can't go out there in the game and think you're going to do something that you ain't been out here working on already. Exactly. And I will put pads. You're going to have pads on your ass too. The guy's going to be trying to tear your head off. Yep, and no, you can't simulate that.
Starting point is 00:36:06 You can't simulate, hey, Joe, you can't simulate training camp with people tugging and pushing on you, trying to stop you. No. You're going to have a little bit to get over. Yeah. But, you know, you hear report somebody.
Starting point is 00:36:21 He was looking towards November. I don't know if the cheese have can let it, you know, that much time. Yeah, yeah. But they might need to find somebody else. They're, A's. See if somebody out there, hey, somebody that's not playing, that's falling out of favor.
Starting point is 00:36:37 You say they're right. Rish, Rishie Ryan, hamstring. He's looking at four to five weeks. Thornton is looking at 12 to 16 weeks. Why won't they go get OBJ? Well, they go get picked. Pick from where? Piggoo.
Starting point is 00:36:53 Dollars. Man, don't you? What you mean? Joe. George, they didn't use it, the mocho. You know, I was going to say that.
Starting point is 00:37:01 Hey, I was going to say that. You know, Joe, he just wanted to be greedy. He wanted to be greedy. But listen. Hey, he wanted to sit over there
Starting point is 00:37:06 like a goddamn Christmas on it. You know why, why, but they got CD at the top of the tree. What you call? What do you call? What do you call? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:17 Yeah, man, you know, Ocho, Ocho, slope, pipe down, turbo. Listen, check this out. I can't help it that they doubling pickings over there and C.D. over here, eating all he can eat buffet. I can't help that. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:37:31 His time going to come. It's still early. Ocho, how about this? We're going into week five. What did you mean early? We're only a month into the season. Would you be willing to give up a conditional pick for Marvin Harrison Jr.?
Starting point is 00:37:44 Oh. A fourth round, a fourth round, fourth or fifth round pick that can turn into a third round pick with playing time. Yeah, they probably, I'm talking about the chiefs need to do that like tonight. Hold on. So, so he would probably take, um, she, right spot as far as the route, the route combinations that. She is mainly inside. He might need to be outside the number.
Starting point is 00:38:10 But you know what they was doing? If you notice, Taekwan Thornton was lining up a lot in the slot. Yeah. You using that speed to get to the far across. Yeah. Because he's going, hey, and people are afraid of him, so he's using that speed to close the cushion on them safety, and they got to back up out of it,
Starting point is 00:38:28 and Mahomes leading him across the field. Yeah. A lot of quarterbacks, man, I'm glad you just said that, too. A lot of quarterbacks mess up with that throw. You know, instead of throwing you across the field, I'm mentioning a small play on, and I guarantee you remember it. Randy Moss with Tom Brady. Through it.
Starting point is 00:38:48 I'm getting Miami threw it all the way across the field. And he threw it all. Three people. Any other quarterback would have threw her straight up the field. Ma'am, Randy, I mean, not Randy. Tom threw it away from everybody so Randy could run right up under it. Everybody can't do that. You're right.
Starting point is 00:39:07 Ball placement is so important. That is the most important thing is ball placement. And the really good ones understand that. The really good ones have great anticipations. skills. Even though it's easy to throw in man coverage, because you know you're working on one-on-one. But in zone coverage, where you throw the ball and you throw a guy open before he gets to the next window.
Starting point is 00:39:29 Yeah. You anticipate he's going to be where he's supposed to be and you let the ball. You wait the guys get open in this league. They're covered. By the time you let that ball go, them corners, they're recovered. This ain't college.
Starting point is 00:39:44 That's the same thing with basketball. A great point guard. he sees the play developing before it even happens. So he anticipates the past versus, you know, when he first threw initially, you may not even be open. You know what I mean? So I get what you're saying, but it's the same thing as a hell of a point guard,
Starting point is 00:40:03 you know, who got to see the floor. And the really good ones can do that. So it's going to be interesting. It seems like there was like finally like, okay, we got a run game. We got two speed receivers. We got Rashid and Trav that can work the intermediate. We got two guys that can take the top of.
Starting point is 00:40:18 one can run the goal ball on one side, the far cross on the other, while we got the crossing route shallows up underneath, they seem to have it had it going. And all of a sudden, just like that, you lose two of your four wide receivers. So we're going to see. That means, I mean today's Monday, right?
Starting point is 00:40:36 I'm assuming either today or tomorrow, you know, the Chiefs will have receivers in, they would have bodies in there. They probably have bodies in there today. Yeah, probably, yeah, yeah. Damn. Yeah. They need to sell.

Do you remember your initial reaction when Fox called you to be a part of the World Cup? I was like, no, I don't want to do it. You said no? I played with players that didn't, I don't think that they really truly love the game. I found the love with the ball at my foot. But in my head, it was the long game.
Starting point is 00:45:22 It was like, I don't care what I'm being asked to do at Fox. I'm going to go get some reps, and I'm going to learn it and love it and embrace it. Starting point is 00:45:52 The NFL suspended line judge Jeff Seaman and referee Adrian Hill after unprofessional conduct towards players in the Giants Cardinals and the Dolphins Vikings. Seaman was suspended two games for saying, F you multiple times and Trey McBride, excuse me, and Adrian Hill was suspended one game for acting aggressive. towards a Vikings linebacker Eric Wilson, who accidentally knocked heel down. Ocho, it seems like the NFL, Joe, until Ocho gets back, it seems like the NFL is holding these guys accountable. It says, look, we understand things happening, but you, even though we understand you're human, you have to be the level head when you have to turn the temperature down. And when someone's asked you a question, you can't be aggressive.
Starting point is 00:46:39 And I don't, like I said, I don't get either one of them. I don't know why Trey McBride said that was a bad call or you missed that one that would lead him to use that type of language. And I definitely don't get Adrian Hill because it wasn't like the guy ran him over intentionally. He got shoved into you. And he was trying to help you up. But I don't know what the gist of that was. He said they were having a great conversation afterwards.
Starting point is 00:47:03 But the NFL said, no, we didn't like the way you handled it to begin with. Yeah. I'm not really sure what was said, but I don't think it was warranted for that, for their response. You know what I'm right? Now, like I tell you, I've heard Tony Brothers talk back, bro. I've heard officials talk back.
Starting point is 00:47:20 I'm sorry. And I just think sometimes in the heat of the moment, I think we take officials for granted. But hell, they're human too. They're going to make mistakes from time to time. You know what I mean? Yep. So I don't know, man.
Starting point is 00:47:34 I don't really see no big deal about it for real. I think Hey, they suspended the boys. One guy, Jeff Seaman, the one that you help you to, uh, Trey McBride. He got two games. Adrian Hill. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:47 The one that, he got ran over. Unfortunately, he got ran over. And, uh, he stood up to me. He didn't want to help him. And he was like, hey, go ahead on. Now, I ain't up for your fool. You go ahead. The NFL has to understand.
Starting point is 00:48:03 You know, these referees are used to. You know, they, they, human error is inevitable. sometimes they call, sometimes they make mistakes. You know, they become emotional, you know, as well. They're not robots. So some of those reactions that we did see is reactions they would have if they were outside at NFL, you know, everyday interactions with just a regular civilian. Hell, let alone an NFL player that's talking trash.
Starting point is 00:48:26 Well, hold on. That's still in me. It's still in me, you know, and I lost my whereabouts on where I am. I forgot I had them in the referee shirt. I forgot I had on the zebra shirt, you know, and I lost it for a little bit, so. And it's okay. I don't make him no bad brother, man.
Starting point is 00:48:45 He made, you know what I mean? It's all right. Yeah. Yeah. It's the thing, look, we've all been running too, like, damn, bro, watch where you going. Right. Damn.
Starting point is 00:48:53 Yeah. Somebody, you know what I'm saying? Somebody step on your shoe or somebody do something, you like, damn, bro. Yeah. You have to think, but like, damn. It ain't that serious. Ain't nobody, ain't nobody lose no life.
Starting point is 00:49:03 Ain't nobody lose no limb. You just the boat, you're like, damn, bro. Hey, and don't have on no good shoes now. Don't have you good shoes. Because you feel bad with somebody bump into you and don't say, excuse me. Like, excuse me, I ain't need to put my foot up under your foot. Damn. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:49:21 But look, you know, I think the thing is I'm surprised that Adrian Hill got suspended the game. I'm not surprised because we talked about this last night. I said, don't show, he's going to get at least the game. The one that yelled F you to Tray McBride. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not surprised he got suspended. And hold on, hold on.
Starting point is 00:49:40 What did Craig McBride say he said to? McBride, there was somebody that was standing from CBS and said, you missed that. That was a horrible call. You can't, you can't miss that. And he yelled what he, what, you know, what you read his lips.
Starting point is 00:49:55 He read, he's like vacuum, vacuum. Hey, hey, that's inaction. That's natural. You hear me on? That's true. You forgot the setting that you in. I forgot that my word. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:10 I forgot. You can't forget that. You can't forget that. We got, we got to tweet on. She said, I was standing right next to him. What's wild is that it all started with Tray McBrideon saying,
Starting point is 00:50:23 please, when pleading his case for the PI flag, he was heated for sure, but I never heard him curse from, I never heard a curse from him. The harshest he got was, you're ruining the game. And who's snitching like that?
Starting point is 00:50:39 I think she's the reporter for a, uh, uh, uh, uh, a, uh, a, uh, a, uh, a, CBS. Yeah. Come on that. Come on, twin, come on twin. You get caught like she said, oh, Joe, but you, because, because Joe wanted to know in order for him to say what he said, right, did Trey McBride curse him first? She was adding context to what transpired.
Starting point is 00:50:59 She said I was earshot away and I've never heard McBride curse. He's like, please. basically you can't miss that call. Bro, you're ruining the game. Hmm. Hey, hey, bro, you ruining the game and you're saying that to referee,
Starting point is 00:51:16 you liable to get that kind of reaction. Man, F you. They take offense to that out. Because you already hear what they already say about referees in general, ruling the game, making the wrong calls. Especially now, Ocho, when I first got to leave,
Starting point is 00:51:34 they didn't have all these microphones. They didn't have all these cameras. That was reserved for playoff games and Super Bowl. Yeah. Where they had all these cameras. Now, all regular season games, bro, you can't say nothing. They're going to hear it.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Yep. Oh, every time. They got those boom mics and they got the, yes, yes, yes. But, hey, that little boom mic thing on the sideline. Yeah, that thing, Joe. Everything, Joe. Oh, you can hear that poo on that thing. I bet out.
Starting point is 00:52:02 Hey, I said, man, you heard that nap poop? They said, what? I said, yeah, a man flew by. Pass gas. And kept on going. Hey, you got a chill. Hey, the funny thing about it, if the NFL wanted to, wanted to entertain the fans,
Starting point is 00:52:18 if they were able to release the audio of a full game, of how to know, we curse too much, hey, what? They get, they're going on there with you. Man, no, I know, I know. You were your $5 in words. Hey, hey, hey, but Ocho. 200, 200,000 or mofos. Hey, it'll do numbers, though.
Starting point is 00:52:39 It'll do numbers. Hey, Joe, crazy numbers because, hey, the outside world has never been exposed to it. For sure. Oh, man, that'd be crazy. Man, we talk reckless out there. But you know, they police that now, you can't really say the N-word. They'll throw a penalty on you now, Ocho. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:58 Yeah, they throw a penalty on you now, Joe. Because, boy, a, back then, yeah. Yeah, they don't let it go. Yeah. You know, you know, they're going to find a way to minimize it and control you in a sense. But in both leagues, though, in the NBA, too, they didn't tighten up on there, too. Okay. Oh, so you can't be running around here dropping that end?
Starting point is 00:53:16 Nah. Nah. Nah. And the NBA, too? Trying to tighten all that up, too, bro. Yeah, we. Okay. But it's just because, I mean, like, when we're talking to one another, we just drop back.
Starting point is 00:53:27 Yeah. And were you sorry? Yeah. Yeah, yeah. We know, F, the SOB, the Movold. Yeah, hey, hey, hello, hello. Hey, and you know, in the big three, okay, Ocho, we play on CBS. So, uh, Cube and Clyde, Drex, and they all come into locker rooms, say, hey, man, y'all got to keep the cursing down throughout the games.
Starting point is 00:53:46 We're on CBS, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Ain't nobody. When you getting the heat of the battle, bro, you ain't even thinking about nothing. That's just a natural instinct reaction, whatever comes out. Yeah. Because soon as you drop a fast, you scared shut them. You scared, shut them.
Starting point is 00:54:01 Nobody's scared. That ain't nobody scared. And that's the funny, too. Funny thing, Unk, with the NFL trying to police how most players, a large percentage of players have been playing and reacting in general, the way they talk in general. I mean, it's crazy that they're policing that. I mean, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:54:24 I don't want to say it takes anything away from the game because you're still going to be yourself. You just got to be, you know, weary of what you say and how you say it now. You got to be a little. And Joe is like, like when you get miced up, you have to be conscious. Because, you know, people that curse a lot and we walk around like, hey, bro, I'm miced up now. Yeah. Be careful.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Yeah. Be careful what you say. Hey, yeah. Don't be saying to coach calls him boojad. Hey, hey, hey. And that's the first thing we tell you when we get miced up. Hey, I'm the fed today. I'm the fed.
Starting point is 00:54:52 I'm the fed. I'm Jay Reid. I'm jade. I'm mic up, y'all. So don't y'all come over here talking about what happened last night and I don't let in the spot. Exactly. Don't come over here with all that.
Starting point is 00:55:02 I'm miced up. Yep. Hey, man. Hey, Shaw, what you, man? Get on out of it, man. Get on out of here, man. Get on out of here, man. Got out and tried to set you up now, Joe.
Starting point is 00:55:12 Yeah. What we did? Hey, what we had tonight? Shaw, what was going on? Oh, yeah. You sitting on the bench, a dude, he'll jump right here. Hey, hey, last night, boy, we went off last night. Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:55:24 Whoa, wow, yeah. Well, I went with y'all at no, no, hey, no, hey. That's a lie. Ain't nobody do nothing last night. I was home. And that's funny. No, but look, the NFL is trying to, you know, trying to like, look,
Starting point is 00:55:39 if we're going to hold these players to a standard that we don't want them to be disrespectful to officials, we don't want the officials to be disrespectful to the players. Right. And I think that's the message that they're sending is that, look, you just have to be mindful. Because like you said, it's, it's emotional game. It is.
Starting point is 00:55:59 And emotions, sometimes emotion run high. You just throw, and he probably, he probably didn't think, like, that was going to get picked up. But cameras, once official and players start talking, now all of a sudden they're going to aim that. Yeah. Let me hear what they see what he's trying to say.
Starting point is 00:56:15 Now we zoom that camera in. Well, you can deduce what he would say. What do you think he was saying? They got lip readers and all, I'm a joke. Yeah. I sympathize a little bit for the, the officials, though, okay, Ocho, just a little bit until they piss me off. Now, if they piss me off,
Starting point is 00:56:34 I'm going to go ham. And I don't typically go ham, you know what I mean? So it's like, when I have a griper grown during the game, I'm like, bro, I'm just trying to talk to you simple. Like, I never go to the refs complaining. I just, it just ain't never been me. But if I do come to him, check that out. You miss a couple calls in the first half, bro. I know a half time, y'all go look at the play, you know, and then sometimes they'll come out and be like, hey, Joe, my bad. You know, I did miss that one. You know, I can respect that. It's a hard job, bro. That's a tough job.
Starting point is 00:57:03 Because they don't have the luxury replay. You know, after they don't have made the call, they tell them, look at the video, look up there, look at it. I can't do nothing like I can pick the flag up or thawl flag if I see it on the thing. Yeah, I messed up. Yeah. You just put the little bird in and say, man. Look at it, man.
Starting point is 00:57:18 Hey, J-R. Elcho, I tell us the man, guess how many catches I got? So how many got? None. Why do you think I got no catches? You think that man could guard me? He's holding. You hold on. Hey.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Oh, do some good days. Hey, I think about the times. I know T.J. who's going to see this? I've never seen a player talk to a referee like this in game, in the middle of game with no confidence at all.
Starting point is 00:57:47 Man, he would be going off, man. I'm talking at T.J. I'm looking at him crazy, Joe. Like, you know, that's the official. You're not allowed to talk to the official like that. Man, you, you effing up the game. What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:58:01 He hold, I'm talking about, I'm about loud. You know, TJ's very animated in your face with it. I've never seen it. I mean, I wasn't scared to talk to the rep, but I just never bothered him. But he didn't get a call. You got teammates like that though. I don't have teammates like that.
Starting point is 00:58:19 Hey, look, man. Yeah, you had to talk to him for the game. Josh used to be like that, Josh Smith. Hey, look, man, lead him out and reps alone today, man, so we can get some calls. Because we don't get no calls, man. We don't get no calls, man. no calls you steady talking to.
Starting point is 00:58:32 Oh, hey, hold on. They hold him with a son. You complaining every two, three trips down to court, Ocho. Man, the folks ain't giving you no calls, man. They ain't giving you no calls. Yeah. But you know, you just go to the back and say, hey, man, look here. He held him
Starting point is 00:58:46 on that one now. Yeah. Hey, hey, you know, when he wasn't looking your way, I said, why you think he wasn't looking at my way? Because he was holding me. That's all I'm saying. Hey, just, yeah. You know that man can't guard me. Look at him and look at me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:00 All right, all right, all right, all right, all right, I'll take a look at it. I play a little closer attention. That was the play because I did, uh, uh, uh, in the AMC championship game against Oakland. Marquez Pope held me on second down. And I went to, I went right to the back. I said, Mr. Hey, he, hold it.
Starting point is 00:59:22 He, he heard me. He heard me. And the, and the back judge was like nodded. We came right back third and 18. ran Seattle, quick slant. Same play. He had his hand, but he knew he held me to play before. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:37 Pulled his hand back. Mm. Steped out. You were out of there. Oh, five, I was gone. You had, you, you, you, you, you, you, that was, I was looking back. Hey, it reminded me when I stole my sister, Ritz Crackers.
Starting point is 00:59:52 And my, my, my, my girl, about to spanking, catch it. Ah. All right. You're out of there, huh? I was gone. Oh. Yeah, man. We got a fight of that thing.

I was like, no, I don't want to do it. You said no?
Starting point is 01:04:39 I played with players that didn't, I don't think that they really, truly love the game. I found the love with the ball at my foot. But in my head, it was the long game. It was like, I don't care what I'm being asked to do at Fox. I'm going to go get some reps, and I'm going to learn it and love it and embrace it. The Seahawks have signed two-time Pro Bowl running back Joe Mixing. Mixing should help replace carriers with a rookie Judarian Price, who's placed on our.
Starting point is 01:05:29 Joe last played for the Texas in 2024. His stats, 14 games. game, a thousand sixteen yards, four point one yards of care, 300 receiving yards and 12 touchdown. Oh, Joe, we saw your salute tweet. Tell him why you love to pick up. I'm surprised because I thought he was hurt. I thought he was like had a career ending injury or something. Yeah, I think, I think, listen, I'm not willing to speculate.
Starting point is 01:05:51 I wasn't there when it happened. You know, I've heard bits and pieces of what happened. He had a significant injury, you know, to his foot, if I'm not mistaken. Outside of that, he hasn't played in two years. I'm sure he's done the way. work, you know, diligently to get himself back, not in the playing shape, but being somewhat of a value in the asset to a team. He was a very, very good running back. He had some, he had some good days in Cincinnati, and he looked phenomenal when it was Houston before this accident did
Starting point is 01:06:19 happen. So knowing Joe Mixing and the way he works and the way he trains, he's gotten himself back, you know, to a point where he can come in and be an asset, you know, to a team because he still wants to play football. He still wants to play football. So I'm happy for him. I'm happy to conforming him. I hope he does well. Go ahead, Joe. I'm happy for Joe mixing, but man, damn, the Seahawks. They had the best damn
Starting point is 01:06:43 running back in the game. What y'all talking about? They had the best running back in the game. They had the best running back in the game. Okay, Ocho. You're about... Man, come on, man. What are we talking about? Hey, Joe, you got a thing like an owner, Joe. They don't value that.
Starting point is 01:06:59 They don't value that. They don't value that. It's hard not to value your Super Bowl. MVP, bro. Yeah, you're not understanding, Joe. You got to stay with me real quick. He's a Super Bowl MVP that's playing on the team that he think that piece to that puzzle that won a Super Bowl, we can replace that piece. We can get someone else that does the exact same thing he does.
Starting point is 01:07:22 You know what they can't do? You can't find another Bejan Robinson. It ain't another Jamir Gibbs. It ain't another Christian McCaffrey. It ain't another Derek Henry. You get him going with this? That's how they, that's how they thinking. I'm seeing, because if they didn't think like that,
Starting point is 01:07:37 oh, he came now, still be there. They look at him like, okay, God has had a, put a lot of carries on his body. How durable is he going to be moving forward? Because I've already, you know, the thing is like, you know, Vlad Jr. said, they're paying me for what I've already done. No, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:07:56 As a professional athlete, they pay you based, they play you moving forward based on what they believe you're going to be able to do. Right. That's why they pay JSA. That's why they paid Chase. That's why they paid these DBs. Because guess what? You was under contract. You weren't working for free. You got paid for what you did. Now I'm giving you $25, $35, $45 million based on what we believe you could do. Patrick Mahomes making $64 million. The Chiefs believe moving forward, he'll be just as good, if not better than what he was the previous 10 years. Hey, factual. That's a, Josh Allen is making what you.
Starting point is 01:08:32 he's making. That guy, that's what the cowboys, that's what Buffalo, that's what, when you pay a guy, that kind of money, you believe moving forward,
Starting point is 01:08:40 he's going to be just as good, if not better than what he's shown you in the past. And the Seattle looked at it's like, we don't believe that he's going to be a $15 to $20 million running back. Kansas City said, and he might not have been that for them based on their offense.
Starting point is 01:08:58 But the chief says, we need a running game. We need to alleviate some, of the stresses and the pressures that we put on Patrick Mahomes. We need a running game. We haven't had that in a very long time. And we're asking him, we can't ask Mahon boy to throw the ball 35, 40 times a game.
Starting point is 01:09:15 We've got to relieve some of the stress. And they went out and they signed it. And thus far, it looks like the best, the best signing in 2026. Perfect. That man running that. He run hard too, man. He got a different running style and Bejohn.
Starting point is 01:09:31 But boy, but I'm not. You're talking about being effective. This boy, hey, K9, serious, man. He's showing his worth. He's showing his work. Yeah. And I think that, like I said, but if you think about it, Ocho, that would, uh, the Texans didn't do a lot of talking about, uh, mixing.
Starting point is 01:09:48 Mixing didn't wasn't available to the media. They didn't. So I'm like, I thought he retired. I thought he had a career ending injury. They kept it in house. The best way they could. You know, they kept it under wraps the best way they could. And that's a good thing.
Starting point is 01:10:06 It's a good thing. They allow people to speculate and come up with their own, no reasons on why they think he wasn't playing. I'm just happy to see him back. I'm happy to see him back doing what he loves to do, and that's playing the game of football. You put everything else behind you and go forward from here. How impactful do you think he's going to be?
Starting point is 01:10:24 Do you think he helps the Seattle offense? We know they have an outstanding defense. JSN is the top receiver. they got guys that can make plays. How impactful do you think Joe Mixon will be in this offense? And can he provide some relief and take some of the stress off of Sam Donald having to throw the ball damn near every down? Yeah, I think he can.
Starting point is 01:10:47 I think he can. Obviously, you haven't played football in what, two years, something like that on? 24. You got to get your base up under you. You got to get your foundation up under you. Obviously, two years removed you. But also think, okay, listen, I've had a chance to heal up. I got fresh legs a little bit.
Starting point is 01:11:01 I didn't have to deal with training camp, you know, so I think he can come in there and make an impact right away. That's what I feel. Now, we will see, you know, once they ramp up his, what's the world I'm looking for, once they ramp up his, workload. Bingo, there you go. Appreciate it.
Starting point is 01:11:18 You got to see, I think we got to see what type of shape he's in. Okay, Ocho, what, how much of a workload he can handle or how he's going to look. You know, like you say, he ain't played in two years, bro. I know he was, I know he was a hell of a back when he was playing, but, you know, that type of time off, you know, it's just different, bro, when you ain't in the, you know, in the midst of everything, really mucking it up. So we'll see how, we'll see how he look when he get back out there.
Starting point is 01:11:45 Yeah, it's going to be very, it's going to be very interesting to see a guy. I mean, it's hard. It's hard to come back, man, after two, I mean, to take that kind of time off, two full years. Hey, hold on, hold on to take that kind of time off when you don't want to. Right. You don't have a choice. Right.
Starting point is 01:12:03 Hell, even if you have a choice, when you're not doing something at that level, it's hard to just come back and pick it back up. Yeah. I mean, think about it. Jordan took a year and a half off, and that first year he came back. He had some flashes,
Starting point is 01:12:18 but he didn't look like the Michael Jordan and left. Nope. Yeah. Nope. It takes a while to get that rhythm and timing. And you ain't been playing, and you know, your body is, It used to be accustomed to those certain movements that you,
Starting point is 01:12:33 but hell, if you ain't done them in a year and a half, two years, okay, Ocho, they're going to be a little rusty. So you're going to have to, you know, get your little WD 40 on that thing. You know what I mean? Get that thing right. That's the thing. But the thing was with Jordan, Jordan was playing pickup basketball. You can't play no pickup football.
Starting point is 01:12:52 No, you can't. Well, you said, hey, Ocho, will you set that down? You set it down. Hey, listen, there is no way to replicate. There's no way to simulate what you're gonna go through on Sunday at one o'clock. It's impossible. Joe, Joe, to my man, he'd be going to lifetime and he'd be going to, uh, uh, what's the other place? What's the other place?
Starting point is 01:13:10 LA, LA business. Yeah, yeah, DeVore. Be getting runs in. When you play football, it's over. Hey, you go, hey, you go check that thing now. Just think about that. Like, for me, now it's therapy for me. Okay, Ocho, when I play, hey, if I couldn't play, you're right.
Starting point is 01:13:27 And football, hell, if you ain't playing no flag or not. man. Yeah, you ain't, you ain't, and guys that really played the NFL, they ain't trying to play no flag. Hey, man, hey, man, when I retired to me, hey, Sean, we got a turkey bowl. I said, Turkey bowl.
Starting point is 01:13:41 Yeah. Joe, how the hell I'm going to go from being a Super Bowl champ to play in the NFL to go play into the damn turkey bowl? I said, y'all serious? Hey, hey, Unk, it's a, it's a very select few of us. Even though we're done and we retire, that stay at right, Joe.
Starting point is 01:13:58 You're right. I'm very selective. You know, you know why I think that is. I think it's because, you know, we have such a demanding schedule during season that when guys get done playing, they're like, damn that. I ain't, I'm getting off their regiment. I can't do that, bro. I mean, I feel like if you done stuff for over a decade,
Starting point is 01:14:17 especially when it comes to working out, it should be a part of who you are at this point. Yeah. And that's kind of how it was for me. Well, I think the thing is that when you enjoy working, because a lot of people work out just for their sport, Once they don't play the sport, ain't no more working out, Joe. Right, right.
Starting point is 01:14:32 You, even if, even if you didn't play sports, you would still work out. Ocho would still work out. The sport, like, hold on. Y'all be to tell me, y'all, y'all paying me to work out? Yeah. Mm-hmm. No, y'all pay me for Sunday. I do this other stuff for free.
Starting point is 01:14:50 Hello. That's what you're paying for. Yeah. But a lot of people like, my brother, hey, I already knew my brother went working out. Once he was done, he was done. That was it? That was it. I already knew.
Starting point is 01:15:05 I know. Hey, hey, I want to look good on the beach in the summer, boy. Buh, p, p, p, p, p, p, yeah. I didn't want to look good in the mirror, Joe. You don't what I'm talking about? You know what I'm talking about, Joe? It looks good in the mirror. Hello, hello, hello.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Hey, as long as I got to have, hey, let me go there, Joe. Hey, long as I got to have no old cut off room, the whole of stomach up, you know what I'm doing, But you know what I'm saying? Some of the guys, Joe, got to have a bruise that they got to pick the bruise that prop this stomach. Yeah. How the stomach propped up?
Starting point is 01:15:37 Yeah. Yeah. I need, Joe, I got to do something that provides the same structure and discipline in a sense. Even though it's not as serious, even though the money's not coming in, you know, on Monday mornings, I got to have a routine. I got to be in a gym. On Sundays, they got to be moving around. Because when you don't do something, it kind of feel like you mean, like, damn, I ain't like, I can kind of feel it. You know, if I don't do nothing, my, hey, man, I got to do something, bro.
Starting point is 01:16:09 Yeah. Hey, man, I was like, because I, because I used to always try to say, you know what, once the season was over, I was like, you know what, I'm going to eat what, I'm going to eat what, I'm going to eat. I'm going to breakfast. If I want to eat pancakes and sausage and bacon and grits and eggs, and if I want to eat hamburgies, I want to eat this. Yeah. I eat a heavy breakfast. I'm right back to eating chicken breasts and rice. But I said, I can eat, man, I can't eat like this every day.
Starting point is 01:16:37 How people eat like this every day? Man. You're a blow up, huh? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I mean, I just can't. I'll make myself sick. If I eat, if I eat a big, if I eat a big breakfast, I eat pancakes and sausage
Starting point is 01:16:52 and grins and eggs, I mean, clean the rest of the day. Yeah. Hey, see, you, you. You had the discipline to do that. Joe, my one problem, I got discipline to work out. Joe, I run up and down the basketball court just playing around on Sunday, you know, on Saturday morning with them boys, out there in the hood. Sunday league, I play soccer at Kendall Soccer Park right now. I mean, we just switched to Miami Day, Joe.
Starting point is 01:17:16 When it come to Eden, Joe, if I eat one meal a day, I'm good. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't know, maybe it's the cigars or maybe the fact that I drink Starbucks or caffeine in a lecee all day. it suppresses hunger. I eat one meal, Joe, I'm done. I'm done. I can't. Unc sit here and tell me his regimen.
Starting point is 01:17:36 He eaten three times a day, you know. I say, well, how do you eat three? I'm struggling to eat two. I think. If I get one big meal, I'm not touching food again. I eat four, five times today. I eat overnight oats, eggs, three meals with chicken, rice, and broccoli, and then I'm going to have a protein shake.
Starting point is 01:17:53 That's because you start off eating early. See, when you start eating early, your body craves. See, I don't eat, I don't eat till late, Uncle Ocho, one, two, three o'clock in eating. That's my first meal. I eat my, no, Joe, I do cardio. I do fast to cardio. So my first meal is probably around 10, 30, 11 o'clock.
Starting point is 01:18:11 I try to get all my meals in by 8 o'clock. Oh, okay. So I got like an eight and a half hour window where I eat all my meals. Yeah. Yeah. But, Uncle, you eat small, small portions? Yeah, I probably eat about six, 700 calories a meal.
Starting point is 01:18:27 Yeah, see, I ain't counting all that shit, though. I ain't doing all of numbers, man. I tell, I tell, I, I, I tell, I, I, I tell, I, I tell a baby, listen. And, you know, my, my diet, my diet is weird. I get, you know, some peat cream oatmeal. I want two packs, pop tarts. Pop-tarts from breakfast. Man, this dude.
Starting point is 01:18:48 Yeah, yeah, yeah. I can eat like a key. Man, what? Yeah, I do. No, no lie. No lie. I eat hot dogs, probably chicken fingers and fries all day. Come on, man.
Starting point is 01:18:58 Yeah. And Joe, I eat that one meal. Joe, I swear for God, right-handed God, I'd be good. How many coffee do you have throughout the day, though? Maybe three. Because you know, Joe, hey, Joe, once I, hey, listen, once I light up, I don't drink alcohol.
Starting point is 01:19:17 I got to have me a coffee. I got to. So, I mean, about three, three a day, I think I go three cigars a day. And it don't bother my win, because I'm always running. Don't coffee make you go to the, bathroom yeah no I think you know I'm not yeah do so hey hey I'm talking about me
Starting point is 01:19:38 Joe I'm saying you know I'm not I'm not what's the word tolerant what's the well I thought coffee is a lot to be man oh oh yeah I ain't I ain't I know I girls will be drinking their Starbucks and all in the morning yeah they be boo-bo-bo-bo-win on their self in the morning before they go to the gym no there don't don't think hey chat don't think they be out here and Man, what? Hey, I, I've never had a cut. Ever?
Starting point is 01:20:07 Coffee. A couple of what? I ain't never drank a cup of coffee by life. Hey. I guarantee you try, you got, I, you try something from Starbucks. I guarantee you like it. Just one time. Tall Camer Macchiato upside down.
Starting point is 01:20:20 You be boo-boing on yourself all day, man. I go to the bathroom. I already go enough. I don't need to go no more than what I go. I'm telling you. You see, I don't have, I see I don't have no problem with milk though, Joe. Oh, this boy here, you might have.
Starting point is 01:20:32 Oh, this boy, here's a real borderline gator, ain't it? Boy, got a stomach lining. That you got battered assing for stomach juice. No, no, no, no. And you know what I think it is? It's the fact that I've been doing it so long. You got to think I've been drinking Starbucks. I mean, I've been drinking cafe con lechets and lattes since high school, though.
Starting point is 01:20:50 Yeah. So it don't do, it don't do nothing to me. Man, look here. I'm too, I'm already high school. Can you imagine me drinking coffee, Joe? Hey, it'll relax you though. No, it won't relax me. I don't fool with no coffee.
Starting point is 01:21:11 No. I don't mess with coffee. I'm good. I show I've been thinking about red wine, though. I know. If you ain't no drink or ultra, I wouldn't suggest it. You know what I mean? I know, but they say it's good for the heart.
Starting point is 01:21:25 It's good for the heart. Listen, I'm gonna be 50, so I'm just, I'm thinking maybe if I'm going to have a vice outside of just smoking regards, which is my own vice. I would think about trying red wine. Just something like growing and sexy, you know. We need to get him right. Have a glass with him, man.
Starting point is 01:21:44 Glass of wine? Yeah, show him how to do it. Because you know, he ain't, you know. Bad, that joke, man, that joke will go get some boom farm. He's going to go get some boom farm. Hey, boo, hey, and I like the way that sound, but boom farm sounds like some nice stuff, huh? That strawberry, that strawberry farm?
Starting point is 01:21:59 Barberry Farm, that little cheap wine. Hey, you're on the flow, boy. Hey. That white boy, that little cheap wine, that little cheap wine and knock you out, boy. Hey, like, if it's a little sweet now, I'd probably fall in love with it now. Where I get at a Walgreens and stuff?
Starting point is 01:22:16 No, man, we haven't seen you some good suggestions, bro. We can't, we can't just put it out there. Oh, whoa, whoa, hold on now. It got to be a special occasion, now. Just be drinking, to be drinking, now, you know. The people, when I bought the house, they left the whole wine. They love all their wine.
Starting point is 01:22:29 to all that stuff. Did they really? They left everything. They left everything. When I said they left everything, they literally left everything. If I ain't know, I swear they'd be a hundred by the law. Hey, Ocho, Cambodia don't drink?
Starting point is 01:22:43 Oh yeah, boy. Hey, she'll tear some white, some white and red wine. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And I just sit there and look at it. What I don't like, let me tell you something, it is it don't make me sick to my stomach, but the fact that they can pour wine, you hear me?
Starting point is 01:22:58 me and I can smell it and I'm sitting way over here. I mean, it's real strong. It got an odor to a joke. I mean, you're gonna drink that? Oh, hey, hey, they'll reportier get the party started, but that damn wine, hey, boy, that wine headed. They have them feeling real sexy. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:23:18 They'd be really filling themselves off their wine, Ocho. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They'd be feeling them off of the lemon drops too. Ooh. Ooh. Oh, yeah, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I,
Starting point is 01:23:28 I heard about the limigoths, bro. I heard. They put the little crystals around, around the glass. Yeah, that's, yeah. That's salt, Ocho. That's who? Salt.
Starting point is 01:23:40 Or sugar. Oh, that's the salt? Yeah. Oh, man, I'm thinking that was just like, you know how you have food and they put parsley on it? I thought they had like little crystals, you know, like a decoration.
