Starting point is 00:05:17 in Dallas, Texas. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com. Again, Ocho, Mavs aboard a sweep, 122 tocom. Again, Ocho, Mavs aboard a sweep, 122-84. Boy, if they could have got half of this Tim Hardaway the other night,
Starting point is 00:05:34 now you're headed back to Boston 2-2. But instead, hey, you win a game, they needed Tim Hardaway. He scored 15 points. Jason Tatum led the Celtics with 15 points. Luke and Ky led the Celtics with 15 points. Luke and Kyrie got the Mavs off to a great start. They had 22 between themselves.
Starting point is 00:05:52 The Boston Celtics had 21. The Mavs scored 34 points in the first quarter, and they never looked back. Blew the lead up to, I think, if I'm not mistaken, got the lead as much as 50 at one point late in the fourth quarter. But the Dallas Mavericks avoid a sweep, head back to Boston, down 3-1
Starting point is 00:06:12 with a chance to do something. Only the 2016 Cavaliers have done come back from a 3-1 lead. But if they were to come back, it would have been a 3-0. No team has ever come back from a 3-0 lead. Largest blowouts and win finals history, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Plus 42 Bulls versus Jazz. Plus 39 Celtics versus Lakers in 2008. Plus 38 Mavs Celtics tonight. And plus 36 Spurs Heat in 2013. I
Starting point is 00:06:43 want to say, what impressed you, but hey, I guess everything. I mean, listen, you know what impressed me? It impressed me the fact that Luka, everything that every analyst talking head, every pundit, every basketball
Starting point is 00:06:59 enthusiast that is on a platform or TV of any sort that talked about Luka's mannerisms, his temper tantrums, his inability to defend being a liability, and the fact that the Luka I saw tonight— He still is. Listen, listen, the Luka I saw tonight, from a defensive standpoint, we know what he can do on offense.
Starting point is 00:07:22 From a defensive standpoint, the way he played in the first and second quarter, I had to send out a tweet and say, is it possible for him to play defense this good and still be efficient throughout the rest of the game? Because he was playing, he put forth the effort to play a little defense, moving his feet, challenging shots, not making everything easy. Obviously, I'm sure he saw the percentage because I saw the percentage
Starting point is 00:07:46 on how many people were blowing by him easily. And obviously, the percentage was high. And we knew he was a liability on defense. Just in general, that's not what he does. He's not great at playing defense on the defense end of the court. But I have a question. Before we talk about the game tonight, why did people or the basketball heads, the talking heads,
Starting point is 00:08:12 wait until the loss of game three to talk about all the things that Lucas doesn't do well? Well, they've been talking about it. Everybody knows Lucas is not in great shape. Jason Kidd alluded to it, that he needs to take training and getting in shape and conditioning very very serious uh i don't know how much uka and drinking beer is conducive for being a great athlete but as i'm saying i don't know how you convince him to do otherwise when he's had the success that he's had so i mean so his being in shape does his being in shape mean him leaning leaning up taking away from from the stature of his body,
Starting point is 00:08:47 his style of play? I mean, if he's been doing it this long and he's been successful at it, does it need to change if it's not broke? Yeah. So if it's not broke, how do you fix something that's not broken? Michael Jordan was great, but what did he do?
Starting point is 00:09:00 He go got Tim Grover. Kobe Bryant was great, what did he do? Go got Tim Grover. D-Wade, LeBron James, Mike Macias. There's levels to this. did he do he go got Tim Grover Kobe Bryant was great what did he do go got Tim Grover D Wade LeBron James Mike Macias there's levels to this if Luka wants to go to the next level he needs to get in shape yes you can he can be a great two things can be true they're not yes exclusive he is a phenomenal player he's an exceptional talent sir. But he's not in shape. You can look at him. That's why he's hurt.
Starting point is 00:09:28 That's why his body's going to break down on him. He's young. He's young now. He's able to get away with it. There are a lot of out of shape young people. As you start getting there, there are a lot of out of shape old people because things start to happen to you.
Starting point is 00:09:44 So Luka has to make a decision and it's hard to tell a guy. He's a start getting a lot of out of shape old people because things start to happen to you so luca has to make a decision um and it's hard to tell it's hard to tell a guy he's a five-time first team in all nba selection uh he's always in the mvp conversation he was rookie of the year so who what do you tell him get in shape i'm gonna be better you mean tim i can be better than this yes i believe you can because we saw the greats do it. As great as Jordan was, he took it to another level. As great as Kobe was, he took it to another level. D-Wave, LeBron, go look at him.
Starting point is 00:10:14 Look at Jokic. Jokic came in. He said, I was fat. I was out of shape. I was drinking a case of soda a day. Now he's a three-time MVP in four years. He's the best player in basketball. So, yes, getting in shape, your diet, your conditioning.
Starting point is 00:10:30 Now, all of a sudden, instead of playing well in spurts, you can take that for a game. You can take that for, say, a quarter. You can take that for a half. Right. That's just what I believe. That's what I believe. Yeah. I mean, but listen, Luka, we saw tonight, man. I believe. That's what I believe. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:45 I mean, but listen, the look we saw tonight, man, I'm sure he heard everything everybody had to say and he put on a goddamn show. And they didn't lie to him. He put on a goddamn show, man. Huh?
Starting point is 00:10:53 You just said it. Look at the stats about the blow-bys. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was about damn near 68%, boy. But let me ask you a question. Yes, sir. Can he do that for game five?
Starting point is 00:11:03 And if they win game five, can he do it for game six what he did in game four? And if they win game five, can he do it for game six, what he did in game four? And if he win game six, can he do it for game seven? See, doing something one time is not impressive. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Can you do it over? The greatness... There has to be some type of give and take too now. There has to be some type of give and take. I think what we saw tonight, I think they could do it again.
Starting point is 00:11:24 Tim Hardaway Jr. going into that next game in Boston when they play, what, Monday? I think so, because they travel tomorrow, yeah, Monday. Yeah, Tim Hardaway having a game like he had tonight with that confidence
Starting point is 00:11:39 and that rhythm going into that next game Monday, there's a chance, there's a very, very good chance the Mavs can steal a game out there in Boston. But it could. And then the series again, it becomes interesting. One game. I mean, I know it's one game.
Starting point is 00:11:54 No, I'm saying all you need is one game. You get into a game. So now you take game five, Ocho, we get a chance to come back for game six in our building. So one game, we got one. We got game four. Let's see what happens. Now, we saw role players. We saw their role players play extremely
Starting point is 00:12:11 well at home. Tim Hardaway Jr. Dante Exum. Derek Lively Jr. He's been active the entire series. But you see the level of play. Tim Hardaway Jr. We see the level of play that the role players normally have at home as opposed to playing on the road.
Starting point is 00:12:31 Now, see, remember, we had a conversation, Ocho. Man, you expect Tim Hardaway Jr.? Now, why you do that tonight? You say we shouldn't expect that because the man didn't get no... Listen, I don't know. I don't know what was wrong with him. I don't know what was wrong with him. And I say, listen, them boys must have had some McDonald's before this game
Starting point is 00:12:48 because it looked like a completely different team than what we've seen the first three games. Yeah. They challenged and contested every shot. Now, obviously, Boston as well, they weren't hitting their shots tonight. Yeah, that's what I mean. Jason Tatum wasn't hitting. Derek White wasn't hitting like he normally hits.
Starting point is 00:13:04 Jason Tatum, ugh. It wasn't pretty. He had 15.um wasn't hitting derrick white wasn't hit like he normally hits jason tatum uh it it wasn't pretty he had 15 it wasn't a pretty 15 but yeah he was what 5 or 12 something like that nobody's talking about i mean when you get beat by like that when you're down by as many as 48 points you get beat by 38 points nobody played well there's nothing if i'm joe i ain't i ain't look hey guys hey just get. Let's get on the bus. Let's get back to Boston as quick as we can. So what do we say, Ocho? Right. Do you even watch this tape? Do you even go back and look at this film? Hell no.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Yeah, you trash it. Goddamn, Luka looked good, though, man. He was 12 for 26. Now, he wasn't efficient from three because he was 0 for 8 from three. But, man, that 29 points, man. Kyrie did what he did. He was 10 for 18. He had 21. And them boys was on fire,
Starting point is 00:13:50 man. Yeah. I think the thing is, look, Luka wasn't impressive because that's less than 50%, 12 or 26. I mean, 13 or 26 is 50%. So he wasn't his imprint was more so on the game in the first quarter, in the first half.
Starting point is 00:14:05 A lot of those bunny shots that they missed the previous game, they made it. We saw Kyrie miss some bunnies in the lane in game three. We saw Luka miss several bunnies in the lane in game three. Tonight, they were able to make those. Dante Exum was great off the bench. He gave them
Starting point is 00:14:20 great energy, big shots, pushing the pace. He did an unbelievable job of tempo. And give those guys credit. You saw Derek Lively. It was Derek Lively. This is the Derek Lively that we saw in the previous round. The double double. The guy that's active. The guy that's challenging
Starting point is 00:14:38 everything. But he can only do so much because if you're asking him to help, you can't let Luka, you can't give him a straight line to make him curve. You got to make him zigzag. You got to give me a chance to get there because if you give him a straight line to the basket, I can't do anything. Cause I'm still guarding my man now.
Starting point is 00:14:55 And so I'm going to try to help you late. But if you let him get a beeline to the basket, there's really nothing I can do. But if I'm Jake kid kid that was that would look everybody like i know it was rigged they had scott foster in the game they know they just want to look i ain't got nothing to do with nothing that all i know look i'm not trying to take no chances because all i i know i'm a road adjacent taters ankle twist or jaylen brown ankle twist right right right.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Now, remember what happened last year, Boston Celtics? You got game seven in your building, and Jason Tatum tweaks his groin or ankle knee early in that game? Yeah. And you're never the same, so you never put off something today, I mean tomorrow, what you can accomplish today. So that's people that doesn't play professional sports that say things like that, like, oh, yeah,
Starting point is 00:15:49 oh, we know it's going to happen, but that's not how athletes think. They already know. Because on any given night, something bad can go wrong. Mm-hmm. Mm-mm. Mm-mm. That was a good game, though, man.
Starting point is 00:16:04 That was a good game for the Mavs. I hope they didn't exert too much energy and they can get the same effort, the same output out there in Boston and make it like it's a home game and keep the crowd
Starting point is 00:16:20 quiet and out of the game as much as possible. If they can get out to an early lead and continue to capitalize on all those mid-rains and all those floaters and hitting the threes when they can, boy, I'm telling you, this series will be 3-2
Starting point is 00:16:38 and it's going to wake everybody up. They really didn't exert themselves after the first quarter after the first half ocho i think uh i'd be surprised if any of the maverick starters played more than probably about 30 minutes i mean maybe 31 32 but nobody was in that 40 that 40 minute range that they like so everybody legs should be good and plus you travel so you're probably going you'll get two days off so you should you should be. Luka should be nice and iced up. He probably got an early start on the icing.
Starting point is 00:17:09 Knee, ribs, because he had some cartilage issues going on his ribs. So he probably got the icing early. Kyrie, the same thing. But those two guys started early. And what happened was is that you get started early. It gives the role players confidence. Guys hit shots. And now all of a sudden, it's because you look at it.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Look at Tim Hardaway was shooting. I mean, Tim Hardaway was catching the ball and not even thinking about it. He was unconscious. Just pulling up for 26, 27. Like it's nothing. And so, yeah, Luka played 33 minutes. Kyrie played 31 minutes. Everybody else, you know, Derrick Jones Jr. was 17 minutes.
Starting point is 00:17:49 P.J. Washington, 14 minutes. Daniel Gafford, 10 minutes. Derrick Lively played 22 minutes. Josh Green played 18 minutes. Maxie Kleber played 23 minutes. Dante Exum, 14 minutes. Hardy, 14 minutes. So they should be good. They should be really, really
Starting point is 00:18:06 good, Ocho, as far as legs. And plus, you know what? Hey, guys. Hey, we got one. So, because think about it. Boston won, what, the last three games in Cleveland? They won four games, so they won seven. They won like eight, nine,
Starting point is 00:18:22 ten games in a row. Now the Mavericks got, hold on, they beatable. They beatable. They're not invincible. They're a damn good team. The 64 wins in the regular season tells us they're a very good team. They got two all-stars on that team. But we beat them tonight.
Starting point is 00:18:41 And we beat them convincingly. So let's go down there with that same attitude. It's not going to be easy. It's a different crowd. Their crowd's going to be wrong, but let's try to keep the crowd out of it as long as we possibly can. Let's not give them something
Starting point is 00:18:55 and hey, don't be afraid, J-Kid, to burn them timeouts. Don't let that crowd get going. Hey, they make a go 6-8? Hey, let me get a timeout. Let me get a timeout. Hey, Luka, slow it down.
Starting point is 00:19:12 Let's not, let's, hey, let's try to keep the crowd out because they have the ability, because they can shoot the three balls so well, they got the ability to go, you know, go on a 14, 15, 17-0 run. Run, yeah. And then basically end the ballgame. So Dallas has to feel good They got the ability to go, you know, go on a 14, 15, 17-0 run. Run, yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:27 And then basically end the ballgame. So Dallas has to feel good about what they were able to get done tonight. Ahead of the game, Dirk participated in some kind of promotional event outside American Airlines Arena. Dirk was used as a prop for what was supposed to be a high-flying slam dunker named Chris. Dirk, who's seven foot tall, was to hold a basketball over his head. Chris, presumably, was going to be
Starting point is 00:19:49 Zach Levine or Matt McClung, Gordon, Aaron Gordon, and that didn't happen. Do we have the footage, Ash? Yeah. It's up there. Did he slip or something?
Starting point is 00:20:09 Oh, come on. Come on, man. Come on, man. You can't do dirt like that, man. I don't think dirt is going to be a part of any more promotional things for the family. Nah, he ain't doing it like that no more. Don't even ask. Don't even ask.
Starting point is 00:20:26 It take one time. It take one time that something go wrong. And it did. Hey, I hope Dirk is all right, man. Yeah, he sounds, I mean, he's in pretty good spirits about it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:41 Yeah, that's the only thing, Ocho, when they ask you to be a part of a promotional, and you know, because you want to be a good spirit, you know, Dirk, proud of Luka, he was their best player,
Starting point is 00:20:52 and, you know, you always want to do whatever you can, the Bengals ask you to come back, and take part of the promotional, you go back, because hey, but then you're like,
Starting point is 00:21:02 uh, don't ask, don't ask. Don't ask again. The answer is no. A big resounding no. Hey, that's funny. Wake up with football every morning and listen to my new podcast, NFL Daily with Greg Rosenthal. Five days a week, you'll get all the latest news, previews, recaps,

Starting point is 00:23:53 Ocho. Yes, sir. I saw today that you had a Twitter beef with Jordan Clarkson. Was it yesterday? Oh, yeah, yeah. What's going on? And that was yesterday, man. That was yesterday.
Starting point is 00:24:03 I was in Utah. I had a layover. Not a little late. I was in Utah. I had a layover. Not a little layover. Like a little 20, 30-minute layover in Utah. I was like, well, shit. You know, where my homie Jordan Clarkson at? You know, I got to add him to the hit list of NBA players that I need to beat. Along with those that I've already beat.
Starting point is 00:24:21 So I told him. I just tweeted out. I ain't even add him. I just tweeted out. Boom, I wish he was here so I could beat his ass one-on-one. And boom, he shot back, like, not really understanding I'm him on the court. So I had to let him know, like, man, you, man,
Starting point is 00:24:37 this ain't what you want. You better ask your colleagues about me. Ask your colleagues. Because my resume, it speaks for itself. And he say he wants smoke so he going to get smoked and that's what it is. I got all my money on Jordan Clarkson. No you don't.
Starting point is 00:24:53 Because all that money you got on Jordan Clarkson you're going to lose. You're going to lose. Man that man going to cook you. Cook who? He ain't even no chef. He ain't no chef. I'm the chef. Man I done told you everybody got beat and He ain't even know chef he ain't know chef I'm the chef I done told you everybody I beat and these ain't just know anybody
Starting point is 00:25:10 LeBron, D. Wade James Harden when he was in his prime matter of fact you know Kevin Durant personally right? I don't know him personally but I've had conversation with him next time you have a conversation with Kevin Durant personally, right? Yeah. You know Kevin. I don't know him personally, but I've had conversations with him. If you, next time you have a conversation
Starting point is 00:25:26 with Kevin Durant, ask him what happened. I had Kevin Durant out there looking like he got two left feet. Man, Ocho. That's like, that's like somebody, that's like,
Starting point is 00:25:35 put it like this, that's like somebody from the NBA say, man, hey man, they down in Miami. Man, where Ocho at? Why you still playing? See, I'm trying to get that work.
Starting point is 00:25:44 I'm about to cook, old boy. See, this is what you're not understanding. That's what makes me special, man. Yeah. I'm not like everybody else, man. Yeah, we know you're drunk. I mean, look. Listen, even though I'm not playing
Starting point is 00:25:55 in my profession now, I still remain active just in case. You got to be ready just in case. Man, please. All right. Can we stick the old-timer? Get. Man, please. All right. Can we stick the old-timer? Get somebody that's retired. Get dirty. I ain't an old-timer?
Starting point is 00:26:09 Get dirty. Look, that's easy. That's easy work. Get Steve Madge. That's easy work, man. That's easy work, too, man. Get Carmelo. No, no, no. But I'm saying that. I done beat Mello already. I done beat Mello already, man. Give me somebody else. Give me somebody else. Give me somebody else. Ocho, man, look here, man. You done got old, man.
Starting point is 00:26:25 You can't move like you was good. No, no, no, no. You done got old. I ain't old. We the same age. I know, but I'm just saying I still have all my athletic abilities. Nothing has deteriorated. Nah. Man, I saw you
Starting point is 00:26:41 out there on that soccer field. I look good. I look damn good. Nah, bro. You ain't still got it. I look good. I look damn good. Nah, bro, you ain't still got it like you once did, Ojo. Hey, I don't know what you was looking at. You might want to go watch again. Matter of fact, speaking of, and Jimmy Butler, what I did to him. And Jimmy. And Jimmy still active.
Starting point is 00:26:58 And Jimmy got that dog in him. See, everybody got that dog in him until you meet another dog that got just as much as hard as you. Yeah, man. Don't pump no filth. Man, why don't you go get you and Gil. Gil? Yeah. I already beat Gil.
Starting point is 00:27:18 I beat Gil when he was playing, before the knee injuries. And you know, when he was age of zero. You need to pick on somebody your own age. Nah. Nah. Nah. Listen. Listen. Listen. You know how you like
Starting point is 00:27:34 dating them younger, right? Yeah. Me and Coach Belichick. Hey, I like competing with the younger folk just to let them know what time it is. Age ain't nothing but a number. Me and Coach Belichick, we like them young. I don't like that young.
Starting point is 00:27:47 That's too young. I mean, God, but you know. What Belichick did? We'll get to it. Okay, okay, okay. So, hey, Jordan, go down to Miami and beat the brakes off it.
Starting point is 00:27:57 Man, listen. And make sure you call me when you do. Listen, and we going to 21. We going to 21, right? Yeah. I'm going to spot him five points. That's how confident I am.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Nah, he said he'll spot you five. Nah, he'll spot shit. No, he won't, because the game will be over quick. Oh, and don't forget, don't forget me and Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart, we got a game to play too now.
Starting point is 00:28:17 Oh, I know, man. Josh Hart, I mean, Brunson definitely going to cook your ass. Hey. Man, listen. This ain't UConn. Hold on, let me ask you a question. You be Villanova. This ain't UConn, this ain't UConn. Hold on, let me ask you a question. This ain't UConn, this ain't Villanova.
Starting point is 00:28:29 Hey, let me ask you a question. What y'all playing? Make it, take it? Oh yeah, make it, take it. Well, I sure hope you keep on making it. I'm going to be fine. Listen, let me be honest with you. I'm not trying to be cocky.
Starting point is 00:28:45 I don't have no ego. I don't have none of that. I'm just telling you about my DNA and my skill set and what I possess that makes me special. Something that none of these dudes have. They don't have the footwork to be able to move with me laterally. And they don't have the quickness that I still have to this day. And that's how I'm going to beat them. That man, they just saw you, Ocho, two weeks ago. That man gave you
Starting point is 00:29:08 chest compressions. Who? That DB in Cincinnati. But what does that have to do with playing basketball? They see that you can't move like you once could laterally. That's all. And since when, and where in basketball can you stick your hand out and do
Starting point is 00:29:24 that? Nowhere. They hand check. They can hand check. As long as you above the top of the free throw line, yes, they can hand check. Man, listen. Do you understand? I'm going to sauce these boys up, man. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:36 All right. You'll see. Matter of fact, I'm going to make sure I send you the video footage. No, no. Don't give me no footage. I'm going to be there. You know what's funny? Hey, listen. Everybody always got a cameraman, but every time it's time to play me,
Starting point is 00:29:46 oh, they say cut the cameras off. Why do you think that? Oh, I don't need no footage getting out. I don't need the footage to get out like that. Scary. Hey, these boys, they scared of me, man. And I mean that respectfully. All right.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Well, hey, we'll see. Cook it, Jordan. The Jags have signed Trevor Lawrence to a five-year agreement. The deal worth $275 million, $200 million guaranteed, $142 at the time of signing. He'll be on the contract until the year 2030. Woo! Hey, it's... The quarterback money different, ain't it? the year 2030. Woo! Hey,
Starting point is 00:30:26 it's, I, it. The quarterback money different, ain't it? Oh, it's different. It's way different.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Oh, Joe, man, we just celebrate. Man, look at that money Justin Jefferson got. This man got $2 million
Starting point is 00:30:37 more just to sign his name. Yeah, you know, you know, it's funny when you think about it, is we think they getting money now.
Starting point is 00:30:44 Uh-huh. Now, now, wait another five, ten years. What do you think them numbers going to look like? Oh, somebody's about to get, oh, in five or ten years? Oh, somebody get $500 million. Hey. Somebody going to get $500 million with $300 million. It's going to be crazy.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Yeah. It's going to be crazy. Now, obviously, listen, the game is the game. That's the way it is. That's the market. That's the NFL in general, the business of the NFL. It is something that will never depreciate and will continue year in and year out, year in and year out, and appreciate more and more. The money is going to keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Starting point is 00:31:17 So if they gave Trevor Lawrence this kind of contract, $142 million to sign, what's Patrick Mahomes worth? So let me tell you what the Chiefs are doing. They're going to let everybody get paid. They're going to let everybody get paid. They're going to wait until all the quarterbacks get their deal. They're going to wait until Dak get his deal. They're going to wait until, who else is up? There's one more person.
Starting point is 00:31:40 Brock Purdy. Jordan Love about to get paid. Oh, okay. Jordan Love. Jordan Love. And then you know what the Chiefs going to wait and do? Oh, that's all fine and dandy. We're going to take a chunk of this on the back end, flip it on the
Starting point is 00:31:55 front end, put it in sign-in bonus format, just to make sure it sits you back up top at number one. You know what? Listen to Patrick Mahomes talk. His mannerisms. He's not concerned with that.
Starting point is 00:32:13 Probably not. He done took that page out. See, he done took that page out. Because that's what he's chasing. Now, he's the dog that's chasing the car. Yes, sir. So that's that carrot that's out in front of him all that money talk because brady yeah brady made great money let's not let's not
Starting point is 00:32:32 kid i said brady made great money but once brady got a taste of those championships and he started chasing at first it was montana and then uh edelman told the story how he says i'm chasing i'm chasing jordan yes sir well that's the character that's out now you see in track and field you know you got a rabbit you got somebody that sets the pace for you especially if you're running a mile you're running two miles you got somebody
Starting point is 00:32:55 that sets the pace for you even if you're running 800 meters you got somebody that's going to set the pace for you well the person that's setting the pace for Patrick Mahomes is one Tom Brady yes sir so that's that's what he sees that's what the pace for Patrick Mahomes is one Tom Brady. Yes, sir. So that's what he sees. That's what's out there in front of him. He's like, yeah, okay. Do I want to be the highest paid
Starting point is 00:33:12 player in NFL history or do I want to be thought of as the best player in NFL history? I think the latter is what's on his mind. I think the latter might be on his mind, but on that journey of chasing the rabbit
Starting point is 00:33:27 that is tom brady who is considered the goat the greatest of all time they still are going to make sure they're still are going to make sure that the money that he's earning it represents exactly who he is and what he's accomplished to this point yeah but the difference is oh joe they wouldn't make brady brady was uh and then you know cj stroud in a couple of years oh yeah yeah about two more years about two more they didn't come seen yeah because this would be a second year so after that second after that third year he gonna be 300 million jordan love about to get trevor lawrence money yeah. Most definitely. You're about to get Trevor Lawrence money. Rightfully so. Yeah, for sure. You got Tua.
Starting point is 00:34:07 Tua contracts up. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you think Tua will be 55? He won't be. I don't think he want to be that high of 55
Starting point is 00:34:15 in like a 55 year. Oh, he want to be that high. I don't know if they want him to be that high. Right, right, right. I say maybe 53, 52. Because you can't, you can't, you you can't you can't because you got tyree you got waddle that you you got you you just played waddle you're about to redo tyreek yeah tyree gonna wait till all the receivers finish now you did take some you took uh uh you took uh
Starting point is 00:34:43 xabian howard off the books jay ram yeah jay ram probably gonna want to revisit this thing after this season himself right uh they did they did they did take a lot of salary now but you got chubb making a lot of money uh that's coming off an injury uh you got phillips uh that's made uh making making good money that's coming off an injury they got they gotta be careful with this thing, Ocho. I know you want to take care of your guys and you want to show them
Starting point is 00:35:08 that you want to show the guys that you know what, we believe in you, we appreciate it. But you got to be careful because you got to be able to manage this thing. Right, right, right, right.
Starting point is 00:35:18 You know, you got to think. You got to think GMs and owners and the people that run the numbers, they think about all that. They're not thinking about how much you pay you now are we going to be able to take care of everybody else around us to be able to to compete right at the level we need to if we're really serious about winning obviously like you always said it's not up to the quarterback to manage the goddamn oh hell no i need you to pay me what i'm worth based on my market value at the time right
Starting point is 00:35:44 now everything else now that's on you now if you get a quarterback that's in a situation I need you to pay me what I'm worth based on my market value at the time. Right. Now, everything else, now that's on you. Now, if you get a quarterback that's in a situation like Mahomes, who can say, you know what, I'm making $20, $30 million off the field, I can take a little bit less to make sure my supporting cast is taken well care of so I can compete week in and week out and make a run for them goddamn Lombardis in December, in January, in February. That's what the guys, the quarterbacks, they could keep pushing it forward
Starting point is 00:36:11 because we were like, man, look at what Joe Burrow got and look at what Lamar got and look at what Kyler got. And then they just keep turning over guys, just keep long jumping out further. And $142 million, which was more money than Jerry Jones paid
Starting point is 00:36:29 to purchase the Cowboys. Yeah. That's crazy. Woo! Man. Congratulations, Trevor Lawrence. Long-term deal. Congratulations.
Starting point is 00:36:39 $275 million. $200 million guaranteed. $142 million at the time of signing, under contract until 2030. So, George Love is up next. Tua, up. CJ Stroud will be up in two
Starting point is 00:36:56 years, be coming to the table in two years. Matter of fact, we told... You forgot about Dak's going to be an unrestricted free agent. Yeah, listen, if I'm Dak, I'm going to just say it one more time. I said it before. If I'm Dak, I'm betting on myself. If I'm Dak, I'm betting on myself.
Starting point is 00:37:11 He ain't got no choice now. Listen, you know what I'm going to do? Y'all ain't got to pay me. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Let me play this season out, and I'm going to come back and hit everybody across the head for 60 a year. Because he definitely going to get it, too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:25 60 a year. And it doesn't to get it too. 60 a year. And it doesn't have to be in Dallas. I don't care nothing about those 60. Ocho, they can pay me 25 a year. I just need to be more than 142 at the time of signing. I just need to be more than 200 guaranteed. So how will y'all get to that number? Y'all can take a boat, plane, train, automobile.
Starting point is 00:37:42 But I need to get to that destination of what Trevor Lawrence got. That's all that much. You know what's funny? Yeah. We sit here and talk about numbers. We talk about big numbers, quarterbacking big numbers.
Starting point is 00:37:52 Like, boy, you know, God has favor. You know that, right? Of course he does. And let me tell you something. You know who you're going to have favor on in a minute? Who that? A duo.
Starting point is 00:38:03 A duo that I know. Who? Shit know Who? She is Who? Yeah You think You think them quarterbacks Putting up numbers? All right
Starting point is 00:38:13 Wait till you see our numbers And go cross that tick On ESPN one day Yeah, yeah Nightcap Breaking news Nightcap Signs
Starting point is 00:38:23 So and so 200 million dollar deal Yeah, I ain't gonna I ain't gonna say nothing Quarterback who? Who's nightcap? Signs, so-and-so, $200 million deal. Yeah, I ain't going to say nothing. Quarterback who? And chat, don't tell you. I told you so. I ain't going to say it. I ain't going to tell you that we got this big old contract,
Starting point is 00:38:40 but there'll be signs. I ain't going to say a word, but there'll be signs. I ain't going to say a word, but there'll be signs. People will be able to see, man, Unc acting different. Man, what's going on with Unc? Man, I see Unc, man.
Starting point is 00:39:00 But y'all going to know. Hey, listen. I'm going to remain as normal as possible and not show any signs the best way I can. There'll be signs. Hey, you heard what I said. The best way I can. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:39:21 God is good. God is good. Oh, Joe, with Dolphin Safety, Javon Holland was in college at Oregon. He became an active voice for change and good in the community. During an off-season featuring plenty of Zoom calls during the pandemic, the Raiders called Javon every day of the week. Javon's dad, Robert Holland, said, John Gruden asked Javon,
Starting point is 00:39:42 hey, are you going to change your name to Malcolm X when you get into the league? And I jumped up and said, Javon put his hand and said, John Gruden asked Javon, hey, are you going to change your name to Malcolm X when you get into the league? And I jumped up and said, Javon put his hand and said, no, I got this, Dad. And listen, use my platform to speak for those who can't speak. I'm only speaking for good. And if I'm not the kind of guy who proceeds at speaking for good or doing something wrong,
Starting point is 00:40:02 maybe I shouldn't be a part of your organization. And he hung up. I like it. Raiders took Alex Leatherwood with the 17th pick in the draft. Holland went 36 to the Dolphins. And if I'm not mistaken, I think Alex Leatherwood is on his third team this year.
Starting point is 00:40:17 Ash, can you look that up? Hey. What you see? I love stories like this. What you see? I love stories like this. I love stories like this. Sticking true to your authentic self, your morals and your values and principles that you believe in. Sticking true to your authentic self, your morals, your principles and your values that you believe in. Yes.
Starting point is 00:40:39 And not conforming just to say, oh, damn, I'm finally going to make it. But damn, in order to be a part of this team, in order to be a part of this organization, I have to hide the fact or stop being who I truly am just to be a part of them. Oh, no, sir. No, sir. Are we surprised by John Drew? Remember that leaked email they got out? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Ain't nobody surprised. Nobody is surprised. But John Drew wants us to believe this is not who he is, but this is exactly who he is. We are what we repeatedly do. Therefore, it's not a singular act. It's a habit. Yeah, and the funny thing about it is, all of them, okay,
Starting point is 00:41:20 not all, most of them are like that. You know, because, well, well you know when we talk about those emails and all the other people other other higher-ups that were in those emails and they did not want none of that stuff to get out but you you would see how many others like-minded people speak on everyone else the exact same way. I like that. I like that. That's a good story. I like that. I like that.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Javon Holland, I salute you, boy. Hey, bro, stand on business. I mean, he wants his community to be better. He wants the world to be a better place. And hey, Jim Brown did it. And I'm not saying Javon Holland is Jim Brown. But see, you know, we're... And people always say, well,
Starting point is 00:42:08 why do you... Because we're in a situation where we're the minority and you're constantly having to fight for rights that you should just have just because you're human. You're born in this country. So there are certain things that you should be entitled to just for the fact that you're an American citizen.
Starting point is 00:42:24 Right. But, you know, a lot of minorities have to constantly fight. And a lot of times, you're fighting for people that don't have a light so they can be seen.
Starting point is 00:42:37 Or you're fighting for people that can't be heard through their own voices. Right. So you give them a voice because you have a larger platform. You give them light because you have a larger light. So kudos for
Starting point is 00:42:49 Javon Hollenbro. God's going to bless you. He's going to show favor to you. So you're in a great situation. You are where you were meant to be. When it's all said and done, and I tell people, I tell guys all the time, it's not how high you go, it's all said and done. And I tell people, I tell guys all the time, it ain't how, it's not how high you go,
Starting point is 00:43:06 it's where you go that will determine the lion's share of your success. Oh, yeah. The Chiefs' new $40,000 Super Bowl rings have a typo. The 14.8-carat rings include 529 diamonds,
Starting point is 00:43:20 38 rubies, cost around $40,000. The jeweler includes an inscription of the list of teams Kansas City beat en route to their second straight title in February, including a first round win over Miami Dolphins who are listed at the seventh seed in the AFC.
Starting point is 00:43:36 But they were actually the sixth seed. Oops. Bad typo. What you thinking? I mean is that something that you you would want to get fixed or no
Starting point is 00:43:48 yeah hell yeah I want to get that I mean so all you think all 53 people all 53 players plus staff every after
Starting point is 00:43:58 they got to send their rings back yeah I'll keep I'll let everybody send theirs back I'll keep mine because'll let everybody stand there and back with you. I'll keep mine. Because then mine will be more valuable because
Starting point is 00:44:09 I got the anomaly. Ah, see? I like that. That's a good one. That's a good one. Listen, it's an honest mistake. Yeah, for sure. It's an honest mistake.
Starting point is 00:44:19 Either way, whether it was a six or a seven seed, they lost. Exactly. They lost and you won the Super Bowl. So it's a small error, small error on behalf of the jeweler. But hey, it is what it is.
Starting point is 00:44:31 Man, them rings getting so big now, Ocho. Pretty soon the ring will be about this size right here, man. Like, damn! Man, I see some of those rings. I was just at Jason Beverly Hills, if I'm not mistaken. Oh yeah, Jason, That's my people.
Starting point is 00:44:46 He did their rings. I mean, he's done a lot. He did, I think, like the last four or five Super Bowls, he's done. Right. And, you know, he has a replica. He has one of all the Super Bowls that he's done. I'm like, God, man. Made the thing so big, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:45:03 Mm-hmm. And, you know, a lot of guys, they get them to go on their ring finger. They get them to go on their biggest finger. Yeah, their biggest finger, yep. You know what I noticed, though? When I think about all the players that have won Super Bowls,
Starting point is 00:45:13 I mean, even recently, not very many of them actually wear their ring. Why is that? Why don't people wear them? Yeah, they don't wear them often. Look, you wear those rings if you want people to have a conversation with their conversation piece they're talking okay um right and they that big you know somebody's like hey what is that so if you want someone to talk to you hey put it on now if we go into an event like I'm saying, you see Patrick Mahomes and Kelsey,
Starting point is 00:45:46 they brought their others to go on. He had, I think, Mahomes had three on his right finger, right hand. Kelsey had two on one hand and one on the other. Something like that. If I'm going to something, Ocho, and I'm with all of
Starting point is 00:46:01 my teammates, okay, that's fine. But to go out in public... Just wearing it? Nah. I don't wear mine. I mean, like... Will you keep yours in a safety box? Okay, okay, okay, okay. That's dope. That's loud.
Starting point is 00:46:17 People know that... I mean, for the most part, people, maybe like everybody, because everybody's not, everybody's not Travis Kelsey. Everybody's not CJ, Chris Jones. Everybody's not Patrick Mahomes or things like that. So some of the guys, you know,
Starting point is 00:46:36 you might like, hey, yeah, I played in the league, you know, look, this is what I got, but nah. And then it's just like it's got to be in a safe deposit box because you don't want somebody to steal that. I mean, I had one of our massage therapists
Starting point is 00:46:52 and everybody gets ring. I mean, from top to bottom. That joke on some jet skis and Whoa. Jet ski? Why are you on a jet ski with the ring on anyway? Hey, see? Want to show people that you got a football ring.
Starting point is 00:47:10 See what happened, though, Joe? See? Yeah, but, I mean, not on the goddamn water, but I understand. Okay, Ocho, Tom Brady believes NFL quarterback play has gone backwards. Brady said, I think the quarterbacking has gone backwards a little bit in the NFL. I don't think it's improved. I don't think the quarterbacking has gone back with a little bit in the NFL. I don't think it's improved. I don't think the teaching's improved. I think maybe the physical fundamentals might be a little bit improved because there's better information out there for quarterbacks
Starting point is 00:50:14 to study on mechanics. But I don't think quarterbacks are really field generals right now like they used to be. I think when he says field generals, like they used to be. I think when he says field generals, the first thing that comes to mind is what the term game manager, which is insulting to most quarterbacks.
Starting point is 00:50:36 They take the term as insulting. And I think being a field general is part of being able to manage a game, being able to make all the right throws. And in critical times where you can't turn the ball over, you don't do that. You do just one thing. You game manage, you manage the game. And I think, uh, I understand what Tom is coming from to a certain extent. Uh, but when I think about the top quarterbacks, I think they are superior field generals, superior, the Patrick Mahomes. I think the Joe Burrows, even early in his career. Listen, what C.J. Stroud was able to display last year up until they lost in the playoffs was field generalship throughout the entire season. You know, I mean, he turned an entire franchise around at the snap of a finger like that. And it all is because of the quarterback play and being able to be just that a field general i understand i understand what tommy talked about hell rock goddamn purdy
Starting point is 00:51:30 even though the supporting cast surrounding rock purdy is man one of the best ever you still have to be able to manage a game and be a field field general of some sort to be able to make all the right throws in all the right plays. Yeah. Am I wrong? Am I wrong a little bit? No, I think I think the thing is Brady has to be careful because he's looking at himself. He's looking at Peyton Manning. He's looking at Drew Brees.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Yeah. Give these guys some time, Tom. I think you're talking about a lot of guys that didn't that that's in their second, their third or their fifth year. Only my home is like seven or eight years deep. But for the most part, these guys are relatively young. And so that and I think that's the thing, Ocho, that we have to be careful of because we start to compare. That's the thing, Ocho, that we have to be careful of because we start to compare. We're like, well, they don't do this like Brady. Manning, come on.
Starting point is 00:52:32 Ain't no quarterback going to be like Manning where he runs the practice. You're not going to see that anymore. He runs the practice. Literally. Yes, yes, he runs the practice. That's not going to happen. Tom had command of the practice, but he didn't run the practice right i think the thing is and plus and i but i i do think some of these younger guys like a cj stroud like some of these these you're
Starting point is 00:53:00 like well obviously you know my homes does. The utmost respect, the utmost confidence, and crucial situation, he has the guys under attention. And I get what Tom is saying, is that he's like, a lot of the rules have been changed, they're protecting the quarterback,
Starting point is 00:53:21 they protect this guy, and the quarterbacks need to be, you know, do certain things to protect their own players and not put the onus on the defensive player to protect my player because I put him in harm's way. I get a lot of that with Tom said. I do agree with Tom that
Starting point is 00:53:37 guys are starting. Oh, you got guys, guys are 13 got a throwing coach. They got a quarterback coach. They got guys that guys of 13 got a throwing coach they got a quarterback coach, they got guys that's working on mechanics where these older guys they didn't get throwing coaches
Starting point is 00:53:54 until they got to the league all the top quarterbacks now in college got a throwing coach they got somebody that did work with, whether it's Tom Hiles whether it's Whitfield, whomever the case what uh uh uh uh carson palmer's brother i think yeah jordan jordan jordan palmer jordan jordan jordan palmer yeah it doesn't matter so the guys are coming out with better technique of throwing the football that doesn't necessarily mean if i'm if
Starting point is 00:54:22 i'm and i'm i'm just paraphrasing i think i'm what but i don't know if they have the leadership when tom says general that's normally the highest ranking official the leadership that those old guys had and i think that comes with experience do i think cj strow would be that yes do. Do I think some of these younger quarterbacks, do I think Lamar Jackson has that? And Mahomes, obviously he has that. Yeah, I do. I do. Yeah. And when I think about the word leadership too at the quarterback position,
Starting point is 00:54:56 based on the individual's personality and the way they carry themselves, I think it can be different. Yeah. It can be different. Because I think the way Lamar Jackson leads and the way Joe Burrow would lead would be completely different, but the end goal,
Starting point is 00:55:09 the common goal at hand is still the same. If you get what I'm saying. You've got to be able to rally the truth because there are going to be times that you're going to be dialing the game and you want those guys to look at you like, man, we're good. I ain't even worried about it. We got him. They don't. We're going to win.
Starting point is 00:55:26 That's what every time, you know, you had Tom Brady. You had Peyton Manning. When I was with Seven, John, John Elway, I was really never worried. A two-minute drive, last drive of the game, we need to get a field goal or something. Yeah, we good. We good. We got him. Because he's done it so many times before
Starting point is 00:55:45 and he commands a certain level of respect that you know like hey if I'm where I'm supposed to be oh he gonna get me the ball and so that's to be said but I like Tom we're seeing a different Tom Tom is speaking about
Starting point is 00:56:01 things that he never really talked about while he was playing so it's gonna be very interesting to see when he actually gets to the games and how he has to critique the players. Because clearly he knows the position. Clearly he knows X's and O's. Clearly he'll be able to look at a formation. And after having studied, said this is what I believe is going to happen. Now whether or not he chooses to do it like Tony Romo.
Starting point is 00:56:25 Tony Romo. And try and diagnose the plays beforehand. I don't know. But it's going to be very interesting because we're starting to see, we're starting to see him do a lot more talking on the game of football, something we never saw him do when he played. So kudos to Tom for coming out of his shell. Ocho, remember when Gronk made that joke on Netflix,
Starting point is 00:56:47 Roxy said, coach used to talk about Foxborough High School when we sucked, but now we know why he was so obsessed with Foxborough High School. You're scouting a new girlfriend. It all makes sense now. Coach Belichick, 72, is reportedly dating a 24-year-old former cheerleader, Jordan Hudson. Belichick first hit it off with Hudson on a flight from Boston area to Florida back in 2021.
Starting point is 00:57:11 TMZ claimed the pair have said they've been bonded over philosophy, philosophy project that Hudson, a student athlete, as well as an entrepreneur, and had been working on at the time. They reportedly exchanged contact information after landing, kept in contact over the next few months while discussing former Bridgewater State University student schoolwork and cheerleading routines. TMZ claimed Hudson secretly visited Gillette Stadium
Starting point is 00:57:40 to support her man in 2022 and 2023 seasons with the Patriots. Well, first off, what happened with Bill had a great partner during my tenure there. I think her name was Linda. Yeah, Miss Linda, Miss Linda. Yeah, I mean, they were great together. But I mean, it's, I mean listen 70 and 70 and 24 um you know dating dating much younger i think it that would be equivalent to finding the fountain of youth because that's what
Starting point is 00:58:15 you're gonna need in order to keep up man you know them blue hey he on them blue shoes he on them diamonds hard he on them blue shoes them honey pack hey that's that's that that's that's different yeah i i'm curious to hear i mean if if the if the roles were reversed or is is it is it seen as as okay uh because it's bill belichick what if these were just normal just you know normal average your average roles just regular citizens is Is 70 to 24, is that okay? Or is it, you know, love who you love? Or is age just a number? It's okay. It's got to be okay for them.
Starting point is 00:58:50 You can't live your life for society. Right, right, right, right, right, right, right. You're right. You're right. Look, I don't lose no sleep either way. Right. Hey, do you like him? Oh, I don't lose no sleep either way. Right. Hey, do you like him? Oh,
Starting point is 00:59:06 I don't care the reasons. Right. Everybody has a reason. Y'all make it seem like everybody goes into a relationship regardless, male or female, with the right intentions.
Starting point is 00:59:17 Y'all need to stop this. Oh, okay. Now, you know what? You starting to cook now. You starting to cook now. Man, I think that make it seem like everybody going there. Oh, I'm looking to get married.
Starting point is 00:59:27 This is my soulmate. Stop it. Guys go into a relationship wanting for something knowing damn well they got no intentions on marrying that female. Women go into a relationship
Starting point is 00:59:38 wanting certain things, the security of dating an older man, knowing damn well they ain't trying to marry that man. So, look, as long as we both go into it, hey, simple, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:59:52 Use me for the ride, I use you for the hide. Everybody getting so... I'm just saying, Ocho, I'm just keeping them... Come on, now. How we gonna do this? As long as we both
Starting point is 01:00:01 getting something out of this, I'm cool with it. Come on, now. I'm cool with it. Come on now. I'm cool. Listen, they not ready for that conversation. They're not ready for that conversation. Huh? You can't be foolish and naive enough.
Starting point is 01:00:17 They grown. You're talking about two grown, consenting adults. Right, right, right. Look, Coach Belichick knows his age he knows her age she knows coach belichick age okay who just say they're not gonna get married what do they got in common what why you care it's not you everybody quick to tell me what i should date well you don't meet the criteria for whatever I am dating. It don't even matter. Black, Hispanic, white, red,
Starting point is 01:00:49 age, height, size, none of the requirements you met. So now what? Come on, Pastor. Come on, Pastor. I'm just trying to figure out why people are so concerned. I don't care.
Starting point is 01:01:00 It ain't me. Well, what if your daughter, Shannon Sharp's daughters, are grown. Grown. Hell, what if your daughter, Shannon Sharp's daughters are grown. Grown. Hell, they barely listened to me when they was teenagers. You think they're going to give a damn
Starting point is 01:01:12 what I say when they're in their 30s? No, they're not. It is okay. It's okay. Y'all keep trying to raise perfect children. Y'all keep trying to be perfect people in an imperfect world. So if the world is imperfect, how do
Starting point is 01:01:30 we have perfect people in an imperfect situation? Man, I just, honestly, Ocho, I just don't care. Honestly, I just don't care enough. I don't care about anything. Hey, if it ain't in my four walls, in any location, I don't spend no time worrying about that.
Starting point is 01:01:48 I feel you. I feel you. I was just curious to hear your opinion. There are not very many people that are like you or like myself for that matter. For me personally, you know how I am. I'm one that really doesn't care what nobody thinks. You know, I marshal the beat of my own drum. But I always like hearing the opinions of others when it comes to topics like this. Do they allow society, do they allow social media to affect their decision making when it comes to their personal choices? And I think a lot of people do. Now, maybe you don't. When you look at it, all the people that follow what's in, oh, this is what everybody's doing? Okay, I'm going to do this. Oh, this is what everybody's wearing? Okay, I'm going to go buy this. Oh, this is what everybody's driving? What's the first thing everybody's going to do? Everybody go buy the same car. In that way.
Starting point is 01:02:48 A lot of people follow the leader most of the time and never marshal the beat of their own drum because they're so worried about what everyone has to say. Not only what everyone has to say, but I need to be able to fit in with everybody else. Well, for you to have a major opinion on what I'm doing, you need to be financing, feeding. We know the other F. Yeah. And then I'll give you some say. I ain't saying I'm going to listen to it. I gonna say i'm gonna heed what you said but for you know you you need to be doing one of those things and the more you do the greater the greater the impact that you're
Starting point is 01:03:16 gonna have well there ain't a whole lot of people that can that that that's financing me ain't nothing financing me i got a shelf so you ain't feeding me right but if you but i'm trying to say that's not you okay you only want to date someone within say three to four years of your age up or down whatever the case may be if i'm 35 ocho i'll go to 30 i'll go to 39 or i'll go to 31 okay Okay, boom, that's you. Right. But why should your beliefs be placed on someone else? Right.
Starting point is 01:03:49 And you know what? Statistically, when you shrink the numbers like that too, the chances of finding what you want is not likely. Yeah. It's not likely. So when you open up,
Starting point is 01:04:03 when you broaden up and open up the range of ages you're willing to date, I think your chances become a little bit better regardless of what age you go to. Oh, he too young. Ain't nobody got time for them games. Well, why the hell you think that 40-year-old single? Well, why the hell you think that 30-year-old single? Why the hell you think that 50-year-old single or that 60-year-old? Well, the games don't ever stop.
Starting point is 01:04:25 Right. They stop when you're six feet under. But everybody come with some type of bag. Yeah. Or they come with some type of game. Oh, man, you old. You old, Ocho.
Starting point is 01:04:35 I'm not old. I ain't dead. I ain't going to quit till it quit. When I quit, I don't know what to recommend, but here's the thing, Ocho. It all depends
Starting point is 01:04:44 on what you're fishing with. If I'm fishing with artificial lure, I already know. I ain't gonna catch no catfish. I ain't gonna catch no brim. I'm catching... Hey, in order to catch tuna, you gotta use big fish. What are you fishing for
Starting point is 01:04:59 and where are you fishing? So, it was clearly coincidental. They're on a plane together. They got seated together. They struck up a conversation and the rest is they know. But I really, Ocho,
Starting point is 01:05:14 we're talking about this because it was something trending. But I promise you, once we're done with this conversation, I won't give it another thought again. No, no, no, not at all. Not at all. We just talk about it
Starting point is 01:05:24 for the sake of the topic. It's a conversation. It's something we could talk about. But what? Robert De Niro just had a baby. Al Pacino just had a baby. Yeah. Somebody had a baby like at 90 years old.
Starting point is 01:05:38 I'm cool, eh? Oh, he think he me. At 90, that sound like me. He think he me. But that does sound like me he think he me but that's the thing though man people just they spend so much time worrying about other people they can't they can't uh uh we should have we should ask real that'll see that would be a question for real what well real report age yeah and that's a good question see ain real, she too PC with it man, you see how you kept it real well, there's a great understanding
Starting point is 01:06:11 that, well if I'm 70 and I'm 20, it ain't about no goddamn love, there is something of value there is something of value here that I know okay, you know what, there's an opportunity that's presenting itself. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:26 An opportunity that is presenting itself. I'm going to take it. I'm going to take it. Yeah. Come on now. I mean, everybody's been in situations. Y'all make it seem like, oh, I mean, there's some guys probably that's young, that's with you, and it ain't ideal for him. Nah.
Starting point is 01:06:44 And it's the same thing, women. You're always with some guys like, ooh, that's y'all age. Did everybody know? They like, I don't see what she's seeing in him. And y'all the same age or within close proximity. But y'all want to just look at the disparity when it comes to
Starting point is 01:07:00 age. Well, he's this age, she's that age, or he's that age, she's this age. I don't care. It ain't got nothing to do with me. I got other stuff to worry about besides who's dating who. Because y'all don't need to worry about O'Shea.
Starting point is 01:07:18 O'Shea gonna cook. Right here. And this thing right here they need to fall you know they say you supposed to date half your age plus seven that's supposed to be as low as you're supposed to go whatever half your age is plus seven okay so real Real just made it. Boy, she lucky. So, you know, me at half my age, I go under that too. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:07:51 Half my age, you know what I'm saying? Half my age, 28, go sell one of that 21. I'm just playing. I'm just playing. I'm just playing, man. Oh, no, man. But, uh... Hold on. But, you know, back... You know, people used to date,
Starting point is 01:08:13 you know, they make it seem like this all of a sudden. But people been dating younger. Oh, yeah. This ain't all of a sudden. It just magnified now because of technology.
Starting point is 01:08:21 Social media. Social media, that's all. You see it. It's been reported more. So... Right. Yeah. But Social media. You see it. It's been reported more. So. Right. Yeah. Man, ain't nobody going to jail. People have got consenting adults. They grown. People grown. Yeah.
