Starting point is 00:07:39 As you watch the Carolina Panthers, take down to Detroit Lions, they moved the ball really well tonight. Bryce Young is playing great football. Ted McMillan, Tettorough Macmillan was unbelievable. with Chuba Hubbard. They did an unbelievable job offensively tonight and they shut down the high-powered offense of Detroit. Although Detroit got some yards late, Detroit's defense leaves a lot to
Starting point is 00:07:59 be desired. And I don't know if they can get back in this thing with their defense playing currently as bad as they're playing. Unfortunately, one of the co-host, his team played so bad today. He had to check himself into a hospital. We're trying to get a line into the hospital so we can have Ocho on the night. But I don't know if and when that'll happen. But you know, things happen. When you talk that talk, your team got to be able to walk that walk. And unfortunately for the last couple of weeks, the Bengals have not been able to walk back up to our talk that Ocho has been putting out there. So we're going to try to get connected into the hospital. We'll see when that happens. If it happens, bear with us though.
Starting point is 00:08:38 But y'all know who I am. I'm your favorite of my partner and co-host, the Liberty City Legend is in the hospital. So we're going to go right to Little Rock, Arkansas native. University of Arkansas alum. He's a seven-year-old. He's a seven-year-old. The game that you just watched, the Panthers don't get an opportunity to play very many games in prime time. But over the last six weeks of the regular season and the start of this season, they have been phenomenal. They are young and up-and-coming team.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Their quarterback is on the round. rise. They got a big three with Chuba Hubbard with Teteroa Macmillan and Bryce Young. They can do it all. They can run the football. They can throw the football. And Bryce Young and showed, hey, Dave Canales might have been on or something. He signed him down for a few weeks. Let him see the big picture of things. And he's got back in there. And since he's been inserted back into the starting lineup, man, he has been unbelievable. Uh, they beat the, uh, the Panthers beat the Lions by the score of 32 to 26. Teteroa, Ted McMillanlon, 14. catches, a buck 92, two touchdowns.
Starting point is 00:10:50 Bryce Young was 29 of 41, 329, two touchdowns. Chuba Hubbard had 122 yards on the ground. Kind of remind you of the game that you saw the other, or what, Monday night, was that the latter, what Sunday night, Latter Hawks and the, yeah, let them, remember, not the Lakers, the Falcons played the Packers when Bejohn and Drake London go crazy.
Starting point is 00:11:15 Now in the same division, just, I guess, an NFC North opponent, you have a wire receiver, a quarterback, and a running back, go crazy again. Yeah. What do you take? Who do? Joe, what did you like about what you saw from the, what you saw from the Carolina Panthers tonight? I like the efficiency that Bryce Young played with, like you say, 307, passing yards, two touchdowns, no I-N-T's, bro. What's his name?
Starting point is 00:11:45 McMillan. Teteroa McMillan. McMillan. 12 catches, 170 yards, two to, hey, man, them boys were in a groove. They was in a groove. I thought that Carolina's balance with the Russian game, 120 yards rushing, with Hubbard. I thought it gave, and Detroit, Gibbs only had like 46 yards rushing, so, you know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:06 That's why I was looking at golf. I'm like, damn, he, you know, he's throwing an awful lot. But for whatever reason, man, the Panthers have been playing great ball. They've been playing great ball, man. They look like they're a serious contender. going to put up some points. You're going to have to be able to score against Steve, boy. Yeah. Hold on. Ocho is getting
Starting point is 00:12:25 connected. It was a very tough day for our own Ocho Cinco. His team at home again, lost his quarterback threw for a bunch of yards, but had costly turnovers at the most inopportune times. As you can see, he hasn't had a chance to change. He's still in his hospital gal, but hopefully he was able to watch the game that just ended.
Starting point is 00:12:54 He and his what? He in his hospital guy, Joe. Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. What happened? What happened, bro? Man, Jacksonville put BTA today. Damn. You muted, Joe.
Starting point is 00:13:10 You muted. Man, don't even know how to work his own stuff over there. He messed up. Y'all good. Oh, Joe. Huh? Yeah, you give us a little. volume.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Hello, hello, hello. Yeah, yeah, we got you. We got you. I'm a little, I'm a little horse from earlier. You know, they just let me out. Well, I got a fever. I got a, damn, it's a, it's a 134. Damn.
Starting point is 00:13:35 Yeah. Yeah. Hey, yeah, it's tough. Hey, hey, hey, I told, they let me go. I told them, I got to come out and do the show, so they, they let me out. And when we finish the show, I got to go check myself back in. Well, hey, hey, hey. Yeah, but one, one thing about y'all, listen, y'all,
Starting point is 00:13:49 Listen, y'all, y'all, you're a good brother, so I know y'all ain't going to kick me while I'm down. No, no, no, one thing we want to tell you, all this dragging out, trying to have a grand interest in all that. We ain't going to keep doing all this, man, listen, you're going to stand up, I don't give a damn if you're sick or not, them bangers ain't worth two damn dead flies. You hear me? Yeah. Hey, you and you and aunt.
Starting point is 00:14:11 No, no, no, hold on, now, no, no, no, no. Because, you and unc, guess what? All our teams got the same damn records. Y'all did all that damn talking. We all got the same record. See, it's easy to talk when you were head. Let's see what it's like when it's. Remember what MJ said on?
Starting point is 00:14:27 Whoa, whoa, what you mean? What the Ravens record is? Tell me what the Ravens record is. Oh, see, here he goes. Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. You say something by the Ravens. Hold on, Joe. Hold on, Joe.
Starting point is 00:14:40 You're going to kick me while I'm down, Joe, and I ain't feeling good? Yeah, yeah. You down, might as well, keep you down now. Listen, let me tell you something. That's the best time to kick somebody, Joe. right now that foot level i can't think of a better time to kick a man to win he down yeah go keep him down now oh yeah he's yeah joe don't do that man because you know the daughter them watching
Starting point is 00:14:59 now you the doctor them watching now don't don't don't have me have go back in there have you know have a little relapse now don't do that don't do that to me man hey hey i'm ready i'm ready talk some football i'm ready to let's talk about them panthers what i told you about them panthers uh joe oh joe oh they're real i'm I know they're real. And let me tell you, all y'all in the chat, don't jump on the bandwagon now because I told you last year. I told you last year, they were my dog course team along with Chicago.
Starting point is 00:15:27 They played extremely well. Obviously, you saw what Chicago did once Ben Johnson got over there. And I told you, Bryce Young, once he got bench, once he got bench, I don't know what happened to him. I don't know what prayer he said, but he'd been playing almost curse. He's been paying extremely well football since that point. And if Dave Teper had any inclination of not know, knowing who the quarterback of the future was for the Carolina Panthers.
Starting point is 00:15:52 The way Bryce Young is playing right now, they might well sign that contract right now. They might as well get that deal. Matter of fact, while the season going on, because he's going to be the quarterback for the Panthers for the foreseeable future. I think the thing is that Jerry Golf, let's talk about Detroit, Detroit, 30 or 52, Jerry Golf, 412, one touchdown, Jameson Williams, 6 for a buck or two. They did a good job of containing Jamir Gibbs, only 46 yards on the ground. Leporte, it catches the touchdown.
Starting point is 00:16:24 Amman Ra, you know, had a relatively quiet night. But this was more, I think this is more about what the Panthers did as opposed to what the Lions didn't do. I think this offense, we've seen them. We've seen them. Look, the first game of the season, their defense kind of let them down, gave up 59. They scored 37.
Starting point is 00:16:42 37 points normally win you a game. That should be enough to win you most games. On most Sundays probably, if you score 37 points, You're probably going to win somewhere between 13, 14 game. Maybe 15, Ocho. So that was an outlier game. But think about it. They scored 32 tonight.
Starting point is 00:17:00 They scored 34 against Atlanta. They scored, what they scored, 32, 37, excuse me, 37 against Chicago. So they're a high-powered offense. And they put pressure on you because the opposing team offense knows they're going to have to score points. You're not going to probably beat this team, scoring 17, 24 points, Joe. You're going to have to be high 20s,
Starting point is 00:17:22 maybe even the mid-30s in order to beat this team because they got so many weapons. And a lot of their weapons, you remember a Coker, he isn't even playing. He's probably their second best receiver and he wasn't playing. But what I liked about what I saw from the Carolina Panthers tonight is that guys stepped up in the absence of other guys.
Starting point is 00:17:40 That's what you have to have. When guys go down, we're like, oh, man, what are we going to do now? I'll take a receiver down. I dissed now. They said, nah, they stepped up. Chuba Hubbard ran the ball extremely well. I don't know. I just don't, Ocho, just watching Detroit over the last year in few games.
Starting point is 00:17:56 I just don't know with a defense that's porous. I don't know how you can win ball games. Well, listen, the problem with Detroit defense is the same thing they had last year. Too many injuries. And obviously their most prominent players, especially defensively, they're still not healthy. Kirby Joseph is still out. Brian Branch is still out.
Starting point is 00:18:15 And then you have a team of players. I'm assuming number four in DJ Reed. Chad, correct me from Ro. I think that's DJ Reed that was with the Jets, if I'm not mistaken. Listen, the Detroit Lions like to play man to man. They like to play man. Listen, they line up. They're going to be in your face, safe in the middle of the field.
Starting point is 00:18:32 Now you were able to do that when you were full strength, and they look really good when they were doing it. But now, we've got two of your key pieces out, it's just not happening that way, and they're still trying to play the same kind of football that they've always played with what they have. and it's just not working. You have to evolve, the Ocho.
Starting point is 00:18:49 I don't know if you can run the same style of defense, and that's catching up with, that's catching up with the Texans. The Texans like to play what? Like to come get you and play man. And you see what's happening to him. It's O and four. You have to evolve.
Starting point is 00:19:02 You just can't sit back there and say, okay, this is what we do. We do what we do better than what you do. Right. They'll pick you apart. They'll pick you apart. And Detroit, I don't know. At some point in time,
Starting point is 00:19:14 Dan Campbell's going to have to say, Look, we're going to have to play a different style of defense. And they're going to have to get better. The ball was coming out of, it was coming. The ball, maybe it was just me or my TV. But the ball seemed like it was coming out of golf's hand funky in the first half. It seemed like a lot of balls was twisting. I'm like, well, damn, what's going on?
Starting point is 00:19:31 And for him to be as tall as he is, guys, he got a lot of balls batted tonight. Did you notice that? Yeah. Yeah. He got a lot of balls batted tonight. But I think, I think for me, Carolina has been very, very impressive. thus far. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:19:46 What you will say, Ocho? I think. Oh, go ahead, Joe. I think Carolina's, you know, balanced with McMillan's big night. I think it exposed Detroit's defense. You know what I'm saying? And then when you look at the lines,
Starting point is 00:20:00 Uncle Ocho, how you get so much past production but so few touchdowns? You know what I mean? It's like golf, I mean, hell, he had a boatload of yards, but think about that kick up, what he had about,
Starting point is 00:20:11 hell, he had about four-fire kicks tonight, didn't it? Yep. Yep. It's just hard when you get it. It scored two touchdowns and the rest was a field goals. Field goals. Yeah, that defense, that defense, they got to work on something. And too long, you say maybe they need to evolve and do something else,
Starting point is 00:20:28 but they are who they are. They are who they are. And I've really never seen a defense of coordinator or a team in general go away from what they do best or what they know works for them, even when it's not working. You go back to the drone board and you try to find ways, put players in positions to make those plays, and you go up what you know.
Starting point is 00:20:47 You go with what you know. And, man, listen, Tedaroa McMillan, boy, you're the real deal, boy. It's one thing to do with your rookie year, right? And then you're not sneaking up on nobody now. You're not sneaker upon anybody. So to be able to do it again following your sophomore season, you've officially arrived.
Starting point is 00:21:04 You're officially arrived. All you got to do now, it just be consistent. Be consistent. Now you're going to have game because you've had such a great night to night. You're going to have games where the game playing just to stop you. And you won't have those, you know, double-digit, double-digit game catches. But when those catching do come to you, it might be three, it might be four.
Starting point is 00:21:22 It might be two, some games. You got to make the most of them. But you look good at night, boy, very season, very season and polished. Most past yards this season, after four games, Bryce Young, 1268 yards, followed by Jerry golf, 1214 yards, followed by Matthew Stafford, 1189 yards. Followed by Joe Burrell, 1171 yards. Followed by C.J. Stroud, 1141 yards. Who expected Bryce Young, if somebody would have told you four games into the season,
Starting point is 00:21:56 who do you think would be leading the league in passing yards? Anybody would have said Bryce Young? We probably would have took Matthew Stafford because of Pooka and Devante. Right. Yeah. We'd probably talk Joe Burrow because of T and Chase. Chase. I don't think anybody had, obviously Jerry golf also, because look at what he has, that weapon.
Starting point is 00:22:19 He has Leporteur. He has J-Mo. He has Ammon Ross St. Brown. Tesla can make plays for him. I don't think anybody had Bryce Young, and he's playing the position as well as anybody. You know what, too? And I can be honest with Young, as much as I've been singing, have been singing the praises for Bryce Young, and obviously the receivers and saying that they would make the difference in them having success.
Starting point is 00:22:41 obviously and the defense played really well. You got to think, hey, Uncle Joe, the two-star in corners is out. J.C. Horn is out. Yeah. But the Jackson is, I think it's Mike Jackson. I think Mike Jackson, he's out. They're not even playing.
Starting point is 00:22:55 So, I mean, I never would have guessed Bryce Young would be at the leaderboard when it came in the past yards. I just knew he would play well, you know, within the system that they do have and the receivers that they have. Being that because of the receivers, that's going to make a difference. And it made a different for them last year. And it would make a different for him.
Starting point is 00:23:11 this year. And coming off the season that they had last year, okay, Ocho, I mean, he carried their momentum right into this season, bro. He hadn't taped it off. I said out of that loft side and loss they had against Chicago early. Yeah, they've been, they've been on the money, bro. Right. Hey, look, this is contract. Yeah. Hey, that man, you know he wanted to fold to back up that briefs truck, man. Stop playing. And they're going to have to because yesterday's price, because you let the man normally, you do it after the third year. You do it after the fourth year. it's going to cost you a lot, Mr. Tapper. But I think he's worth it.
Starting point is 00:23:46 I think he's proved that he's worth it. And even with his frail frame, he's more doable than you think. Yeah. Yeah. Because, I mean, ain't no way, Joe, he weighed more than the buck 80. Ain't no way he more than the buck 80. No.
Starting point is 00:24:00 But he's tough as wet leather, though, Joe. Yeah, he makes smart decisions when he got the ball, when he got to run with it. He doesn't take unnecessary punishment. When he does run with it, he slides early. Yes. No games. When he goes to the sideline, you got to run with it.
Starting point is 00:24:15 He hit that blinker quick. Yeah. No games. He ain't playing no games. Hey. Go ahead. Are y'all more impressed by Bryce Young tonight, or do y'all have major concerns for their defense that the Lions?
Starting point is 00:24:30 I think, you know what, Joe? I don't think you're mutually exclusive. I think I can be impressed with Bryce Young, but I'm really, really concerned about the Lions defense. Because I've seen a real current theme in four games until this season. We saw them have the big league against New Orleans and shook come almost brought them back. We see a real current theme teams having their way offensively with this defense. So yes, I am concerned, but I am equally as impressed because I've seen Bryce Young do it against teams that I think have better defenses than what I've seen from Detroit.
Starting point is 00:25:05 And he's still putting up these type numbers offensively. I still see him throw for a high percentage. I see him throw touchdowns and minimal interceptions. So I think it's, I think it's 50-50. But by bigger concern, guys, is Detroit Super Bowl window? Is it closed, don't you know? Detroit? I think so, bro.
Starting point is 00:25:22 I think so. That's hard to say because that offense is still their offense, you know. They're not hitting on all cylinders. They play extremely well in spurts with J-Mo and Amar Ross St. Brown. But in order for them to have a Super Bowl window, you've got to be able to play defense. Defense. Exactly. championship, Joe. Even in this past Happy League, you still have to have when you got to have it, you got to have that defense. And that's, that's been near Achilles Hill now since last season when those injuries happen. Well, we saw it in the divisional round against Washington. We see them give up 45 points in a playoff game at home. And they haven't. And yes, they've lost some players via free agency. Yes, there's been some injuries. Nobody cares about that. You've got to solve that problem. And,
Starting point is 00:26:08 And for me, it doesn't matter because here's the problem that they run into, guys, is that they have one or two series in which they don't score. Their defense can't keep the other, the opposing team from scoring. So now you find yourself down 10, nothing, 14, nothing. Now you feel like you got to score every possession and you got to take unnecessary risk. Now I got to go for it. Damn to every fourth down, no joke. That's why they go for it, Joe.
Starting point is 00:26:32 Damn it every fourth down, they have to go for it. Because he doesn't have confidence that his defense is going to get started. stops. I still, and Jerry golf, I don't know, that last play, you stepped up in the pocket. You got a clean pocket. Why would you throw the ball 10 yards when you need 14? I don't get these guys sometimes. I can see if he's getting pressure, but once he stepped through, once he stepped through the window,
Starting point is 00:26:58 Ocho, he was good. Would you want him to run with it on? No help. You got to think, you got to think when it comes to the route combination and concepts, everything is levels. So there's one at 10. and probably whatever was after the 10-yard route, it was probably covered.
Starting point is 00:27:14 So he had no choice. He had to get that thing out of his hands. You got to let him uncover, Ocho, because it's fourth down. Okay. Oh, that's right. And you got time, like I said, if he had got pressure, once he stepped through the window, it's clear. I'm like, why are you throwing it there?
Starting point is 00:27:28 Yeah. Hey, that, that, you know, that clock got to go off too. It does. It does. You're right. You're right. But I have, I have, I have big concerns with, Detroit.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Yeah. Because of their defense. I don't think, I think their offense is high power. Gibbs finally, Gibbs finally look mortal, even though we know he's not. I mean, he's been going, Hey, why he did score the one touchdown. He only had 46 yards rushing. They did a great job of neutralizing him. They didn't let him be the comeback dual threat that we know he can be.
Starting point is 00:28:02 Jared got through for over 400 yards. But at the end of the day, look at what they gave up, 329 passing. one receiver, a 120-something-yard Russia, one receiver had 14 catches for a buck 92. I just don't know, I just don't know how they win playing defense like the way they're playing defense. And Dan Campbell's going to have to make some, Detroit Lions, they're going to have to make some decisions.
Starting point is 00:28:26 And I think Dan Campbell is a really good coach, but they're going to have to fix this problem. It is a problem. And I don't see, and they're not guys. How soon are those guys, Ocho, you mentioned those guys that are injured, how soon are they getting back? I don't know because you've got to think this goes back, this goes back to last year, if I'm not mistaken.
Starting point is 00:28:46 I'm not sure what happened in the off season. Maybe some surgery procedures may have happened, and they're not all the way healthy. You know, maybe they would put on IR before the season started. Maybe they might be coming back, you know, after this week. I'm not sure. An I-Heart Radio Experience. Starting point is 00:33:41 The Cowboys defeated the Texans by those of 34 to 30. CD Lamb, who grew up about 30 minutes outside of Houston, 17 catches, a buck 89, a touchdown. This was CD's seventh game with at least 150 receiving yards. He tied for second
Starting point is 00:33:58 most in Cowboys history. Only playmaker, Michael Irvin has more. Ten. I need somebody to tell me, and I understand that, you know, hey, you got pride, but sometimes you got to swallow that pride, don't you, y'all not going to double CD? Y'all just go let this man work
Starting point is 00:34:14 one-on-one. Hey. What they're supposed to do, huh? But you got to think about it now. You just mentioned it. There are two teams in the NFL. Maybe the Raiders used to be like that. And I believe Kansas City, if I'm not mistaken, probably when you were playing.
Starting point is 00:34:28 You know, the game playing, they're in your face. That's it. Man to man, man, money o'emano. And they're not changing nothing. You got to get open. And that's exactly what CD did today. He got open.
Starting point is 00:34:44 He had 17 catches, 17 catches on 21 targets. Hmm. Hey, hey, what my, my dog, my, my dog, NFL young boy, what he had? Who C.D? George, Pigg had two for 75, 53 long. He only got three targets. Ocho, they couldn't stop CD.
Starting point is 00:35:08 They couldn't stop, that's, see, now you're looking at me into my point. Pete, uh, uh, a Lassiter. Boy, he had his got his ass handed to him today, Ocho. He had, hey, C.D. handed him his ass in his hat. They trying to stop C.D. huh? Hey. He couldn't.
Starting point is 00:35:30 He's either getting past interference or he's giving up catches. Yeah. He gave it the long catch. I mean, he had both hands over George. Pick his eyes. I still don't know how Pete caught the ball. But C.D. was. Yeah, he was. He was.
Starting point is 00:35:42 Hey, Joe. Hey, Joe. Congratulations to your cowboy, Joe. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Listen. Hey, hey, hey, hey, I mean, I'm cool on all that. Thank you. You don't want to play. Joe, you don't want that. Nah, nah, nah, because you are, you are all talk bad about my cowboys going into Houston. Oh man, I can see them. It's about time for them to get away.
Starting point is 00:36:05 I can see that. I saw that Joe. I saw that. Oh, man, how you seen that? How you seen that? I ain't, I can see that nowhere. Anyway, let me tell y'all something. Let me tell you all something. Let me tell you. y'all something break it down for y'all hugh houston they look great in that first half it was 16 to six i'm thinking to myself oh my god we got to get it going we got the ground game going to run a game going shout out to javonte williams uh uh uh uh in their second half i think he had like two i think he had like two rushing touchdown he was cooking but cd he was unbelievable think about it hey pick had that one with 52 yards up that was a crucial that was a crucial it was a crucial catch
Starting point is 00:36:45 talking about what's my man, Dots, Shultz, who caught that big fourth down. We went forward on fourth. It was like fourth and forth. He caught that. Oh, that was, Ferguson. That was Jake Ferguson, wasn't it? Was that Ferguson or?
Starting point is 00:36:57 I think it was Ferguson. Ferguson? Shultz was with the Texans. Yeah, but anyway, Dack looked at two-minute drill right in the face. Okay, Ocho, and went down there, put some points on the board, man. And pick being at the crib,
Starting point is 00:37:11 I mean, Cideland being at the crib, y'all know that man come up and show up and show out? I'm like, oh, yeah, they should. I was thinking to myself when I was watching the game, I'm saying, hell, don't double them. Let them keep doing this thing. You know what I mean? How you let a guy get 17 catches?
Starting point is 00:37:26 Hey, Joe, they weren't going to stop. Listen, the Houston Texans are who they are, especially defensively. They're going to play what they want to. They got De Nihon on one side. They got William Anderson on one side. And they believe with two of the premier pass rushes. Oh, Joe. On each end, we could get home, and our DBSs can hold up in the back end.
Starting point is 00:37:43 And it just didn't happen. They didn't, oh, Joe. That front foe that Houston got with Will Anderson and the crew, ooh, them boy, mean up there, what? They did a real deal. The first half, that was kind of getting home. But in the second, I got to get Dak a lot of credit because Dak was stepping through.
Starting point is 00:38:02 He was finding, changing arm angles. He was changing slots. He was stepping through, finding guys open. CD was damn to open. A, Ced was his first read, his second read, his third read. I mean, they didn't have an answer. And they did, they do such a great job of moving them around. They put him in the right.
Starting point is 00:38:18 They put him at the right. They put him in the slot, right slot. They put him outside the left. They put him in the left slot. They'll stack him. They'll put him in motion. It's just hard. It's hard to double him because he's not like a lot of receivers because he's equally as
Starting point is 00:38:34 versed inside or outside. Outside. Yeah. Some guys work better in the slot. Some guys work better outside the numbers. but he's equally as difficult to defend wherever you put him at. And because he's such a great, he was a returner, had we got return skills.
Starting point is 00:38:51 Really good with the ball and his hands. Really good with the ball and his hands. I just try to get the ball in his hands as soon as I possibly can. And let him do work. He did a number on him. He did a number on him today. I mean, hey, Joe, I ain't saying nothing bad about the Cowboys. That was, that was, man, you're an uncle being going at my Cowboys.
Starting point is 00:39:10 No, no, no, no. Yeah, no, no, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wait a minute, Joe. Listen, you listen to what I said. I said the Texas are due for a win. I didn't mention the name Cowboys. I'm saying they do for win. I didn't mean it was against the Cowboys.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Man, you an uncle was talking after we lost to the Giants game one. Oh, man, I can see I was going 0 and 6 on the name. You ain't, that was on. I said, I said, I didn't say, oh, I thought y'all to get a game. I just didn't think it was going to be this game. No, Joe. Hey, Joe, I'm sick, man. Let me, come on, man, chills.
Starting point is 00:39:42 Man, damn that sickness. Hey, you gotta face the madness on me. It is what it is. You know what I'm saying? Hey, listen, I can't go back to the hospital with a high blood pressure, man. Hey, hey, hey, hey, you better get it together. Joy Porter Jr. played 24 of a possible 52 defensive snaps,
Starting point is 00:40:01 about 46.2, including 19 snaps in coverage without allowing a single reception against just one target face. Meanwhile, Duran Blan, 15 coverage snap, four targets, four receptions, 83 yards and a touchdown. I told you, that man ain't been the same since he got that money, Joe. Blan ain't. Boy, they need to put season on him.
Starting point is 00:40:24 He didn't laid it down. Yeah. Hey, listen. He's going to get it. He's going to get back right, huh? He'll get back. He going to get back. Right.
Starting point is 00:40:32 He got what we call Joe, an outlier season. Where he had those four or five pick. Return for touchdown. Yeah. And you've come close to getting his handle the ball since. They've been cooking him every since. He can get back to that. You can get back to it.
Starting point is 00:40:49 But that's an outlier. That's not who he is. You're not understanding though, and Joe. If Joy Porter Jr. going to be on the other side and they really not going to test him because he's really good.
Starting point is 00:41:02 He's another one that's really good. And man and man, he's going to be in your face all three downs. Yeah. They're going to keep throwing the ball at Blan. Yeah. Yeah. Watch film.
Starting point is 00:41:10 I'm not sure who the Cowboys play next, but when they watch film, you know who they're going to go at? They're going at 25. Or 26. What number? 26. Oh, 20.
Starting point is 00:41:19 Yeah, they're going at 26. Huh? If you want a completion. Hey. All right. You're going to have to get it. Come on, Joe. We ain't trying to talk about the Cowboy.
Starting point is 00:41:29 We just, we just talk about a specific player, specific individual players that's getting slightly exposed. That's all. Ain't anything. Listen, listen, listen. I get what y'all saying, but y'all got to understand man uh uh nico collins came in fresh you know we we're still trying to
Starting point is 00:41:43 source things out we played a desperate ass team today man they're folks at home y'all were desperate too what you mean y'all y'all played it y'all were desperate yeah but we were a better desperate team oh hell we needed to win too but i'm saying we went into a hostile environment we went into a hostile environment man you did you did you want a game at home that's right you're right yeah what the hell the defense they got and you know what we really can't get don't blend too much, because he did have to cover Nico Collins. And Nico Collins do this same thing to 90% of the DBs in the league. Oh, Joe, he doesn't get, he doesn't got cooked.
Starting point is 00:42:18 It don't matter who he's going against. They cooking it. Yeah, I got, I got, Nico Collins, Phil Collins, it don't matter. All love cooking. It's in the air tonight. No, no, he got, he got that money. Joe, this is Joe T. That man got that money and shut that thing smooth off.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Yeah. I guarantee you you won't find a cowboy fan. Anybody that watch the Cowboys that are Cowboys fan or call themselves Cowboy fans go say, yeah, nah, nah, man, he just had a bad game. Everybody going to say, nah, nah, he's been terrible since he got that money. And he has.
Starting point is 00:42:54 You got to play better. He just ain't been that good. I ain't going to say terrible. He just ain't been that good. Oh, he's been good and terrible. He's just been terrible. He's good and terrible. He'll get back in rhythm.
Starting point is 00:43:07 All he got to do, if I was him, listen, obviously you want to do things within the confines of the scheme and what you guys are trying to do, but I would cheat. If I was him, I would cheat. I call it, listen, you know what I call it? Asante Samuel. No one was coming, understanding, understanding route concepts, understanding down the distance, and I'm going to cheat and get me a pick. Give me an early pick and get my confidence back up.
Starting point is 00:43:34 I'm a cheat. That's what I would do. Yeah, but see, Sont could do that because he had a team that could get home. Your team don't get home and you cheat. That's your ass. Oh, yeah, you're done. Yeah, you're done. And the thing is that he's already playing with minimal confidence.
Starting point is 00:43:51 Yeah. The last thing you want to do is give up a play early. Yeah. Because as a DB, you got to have, you got to have, you got to have damn nap. You got to have amnesia. Yeah. You got to forget everything that has happened in the first quarter, the first drive, the first drive, to first you got to forget all that because if you let it linger yeah they got some for you
Starting point is 00:44:13 you they got some for you but uh kudos to the cowboys i think dack is playing unbelievable he played an unbelievable game today he made some tough throws they got to him early but he was under he was undeterred by that and he and cd had a great combination a cd did his thing today yes i said i'm tired of y'all y'all keep on mention all these receivers y'all mentioned chase y'all You know, you mentioned JSCN, y'all mentioned Pooker, y'all mentioned Jetta, y'all, it's four, it's five or six, seven guys before y'all mentioned CD. Y'all must have forgot. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:47 We ain't, we didn't forget. Hey, hey, they, them boys were dealing. Hey, but Uncle, Ocho, I ain't think CJ Stride was bad today, you know, three. No, he wasn't. He wasn't. You know, I thought he, I thought he got, I thought he got to, I think the thing for Houston is, is, is, is finishing. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:45:06 They had 13 penalties today and 46 rushing yards from their running backs. It's going to be hard to win games like that, bro. Yeah. But they kept sticking their stuff in the foot with all them damn penalties. Hey, you either condone it or you coach it. Now, which one did he do? What's Domingo do it? Is he coached it, Joe, or is he condoning it?
Starting point is 00:45:30 They got to get them one, man. I don't know when it's going to happen, but they got to get him one. Hey, Joe, who y'all got to get him one and one? Huh? Oh, the Texas. got to get him one at some point, Joe. Because not they, they, you all in foe, you in the hole. You in a very deep hole.
Starting point is 00:45:45 Three games, three games. They lost their home, Ocho. Yeah. That's, damn. Hey, Joe, uh, ooh, Joe, uh, Joe, y'all got another, another, I'm not going to say easy, you know, because, uh, Baker, not as easy, but initially you were talking about how we were going to win, we were going to lose six in a row.
Starting point is 00:46:06 Now, now we got to easy. Which one? Which one is? I need your uncle pick aside. I've been a huge supporter of your cowboy, Joe. What you talking about? When we keep it 100 with you? It really seemed fake for real.
Starting point is 00:46:19 You know what I mean? I'm just going to keep it. I'm just going to keep it real. It's seen real fake. You don't see it. You don't see it. You don't see it genuine. No, no.
Starting point is 00:46:26 Joe. He'd get off on the cowboy losing, man, so he can come on here and talk stuff. Yeah. Joe, I'm one of the one, maybe the only person who supports every team and every player. How are you going to say it's faith? Man, I can see through the BS, bro. That's all I'm saying. Like, I can see through it.
Starting point is 00:46:43 You know what I mean? Like I- Okay, Joe. Listen, y'all got Tampa Bay next Joe. Y'all probably going to win that too. Because y'all probably going to win that too, Joe. How that feel?
Starting point is 00:46:53 We don't need no help, man. You don't need no more, you don't need no more fans? Nah, don't be trying to predict what we got going on. Just stick to your bangers. Who y'all got next week here? Predict who y'all going to be. Okay. Oh, so that's the type of time you on?
Starting point is 00:47:06 Now, that's what I'm going to say. So you know, you already know I'm hurting. I just got out the hospital. And you're going to keep kicking me while I'm down, huh? Hey, listen, man. Look, you got that can't help it, Joe. What do you got? I don't know, but they can't help him.
Starting point is 00:47:28 He goes to the doctor. Hey, my whole one went to the doctor. I said, man, what the doctor told? He said, I can't, you can't, I got the can't help it. I said, what that means? He said, I don't know what I got, but he can't help me. I see how y'all, I see how y'all do, man. We're supposed to stick together.
Starting point is 00:47:45 Y'all acting like we segregated. It's cool. Hey, Hey, nobody, Atkinson. Check these stats out, Ocho and Joe. Yeah. Camari Lasseter allowed eight receptions for a buck 36 on 11 targets, with 50 coverage snaps per next-gen stats,
Starting point is 00:48:01 plus three penalties. That is the most receiving yards allowed by a quarterback in the game this season. The Texas are o' and four, marking the worst start. for the franchise in sixth season. Here's C.J. Stroud on the team needing to upgrade like an iPhone. Take this out. What?
Starting point is 00:48:20 I like that. Okay. You know, every year is different. You can't, you know, last year's bread isn't going to, you know, feed us this year. So you got to find new ways. Like, I remember in college coach day, he used to always say, you know, you have to be an iPhone. You have to upgrade every year. You know, you got to upgrade, you know, whatever that looks like from personnel to play.
Starting point is 00:48:40 to execution, everything got to rise up. And you can't look back and be all what we did at this time, we can do it again. Like you have to be able to flush successes and failures and be able to, you know, do your job each and every play. And, you know, it doesn't matter what happened in the previous year. Doesn't matter, accolades, the hate, the whatever,
Starting point is 00:48:59 on both sides. You have to be able to flush it because that's our job, you know. So I think, you know, he's right. And, you know, this is a new year. And we got to be able to, and we got to be able to, you know, get ourselves out of this hole and we're the only ones who can do it and we're all we got you know, nobody's coming to save us. So we got to, you know, make sure we're looking ourselves and, you know, being accountable and being honest and then, you know, going to work.
Starting point is 00:49:22 I like that. I like that quote. I like that quote. But one thing about the quote, you know, all the quotes, you know, and things that that you answer with reporters and saying everything, you know, politically correct, you know, that ain't got nothing to do with Sunday, boy, between them lines. You hear me? You got to go out there and play. Now, see, they shroud had a very, had a very good game And they fell short, you know, losing the game 3430. But outside of that, I like also him saying that what we did last year, it had nothing to do with this year. Everything resets.
Starting point is 00:49:51 You know, as great as that defense was last year, and obviously, offensive, they had their woes. But defensively, they haven't been able to stop a nose bleed, huh? No. And I think the thing, I'm glad he finally said it. But that's not what they said when they lost the first two games. What were they saying, Joe? Oh, remember last year?
Starting point is 00:50:09 So we've been here before. Now, but I told they've been there before. Yeah. But the prices weren't the same as they were back then. Prices increased. That's a good one. I like that. CJ played really well,
Starting point is 00:50:24 but their running game has left a lot to be desired this entire season. And it's putting a lot of stress on CJ. Yeah. He has to do more. It's putting a lot of stress on that offensive line. Yeah. So now we're not multi-dimensional. We're one-dimensional.
Starting point is 00:50:40 We throw the football. they're going to have to fix that. You're going to have to be able to run the football. It's hard to win in this league now when you can only do one thing. And I'm not saying you need to do one thing great. If you can do both things good, it's better than doing one thing great
Starting point is 00:50:58 and the other thing not so well at all. Right. Yeah. And that's what they can throw to football. CJ had his best game of the year throwing the football, although it's resorted had the same result as the other three games, a loss defensively. I don't, look, and this is one of the reason I had an opportunity to pick their defense. It's just hard.
Starting point is 00:51:19 It is hard to play defense great back-to-back years. It is. If you go back and study, only team that's ever played great defense in back-to-back years was the 85 bears and the 86 bears. If you go back and look at the 86 bears, statistically, they were better than the 85 bears. But the 85 bears won the Super Bowl. you get a little bit more cash shape. But if you look at the stats, sacks, interceptions,
Starting point is 00:51:48 forced, fumble, fumble, recoverers, the 86 bears, that's one of the greatest defense of all times. But they go unnoticed because they didn't win the championship. I was there with the 2000 Ravens, and we came back, brought back a lot of the same personnel. They weren't the same. They weren't.
Starting point is 00:52:03 Go back to look at the Legion of Boone. Go back and look at the O2 bucks. They weren't the same. It's hard. And, When you're a defensive base football team, you got to be able to hold a fort down. Now, it ain't no shame that Dak and CD was able to do.
Starting point is 00:52:23 But, hey, I got to try. Hey, I got to try something. Maybe, maybe, uh, uh, uh, CD has 12. And then I got to see a pick. I got to see a pick and steal that guy from last year. Ain't no way I'm letting no guy catch no 17 balls on me, Ocho. And the defensive coordinator. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:42 They weren't changing up. They definitely weren't changing up. And you know what? And you expect them not to have to, as well as Lasseter's thing that he played last year. Man, them boy were playing ball last year. Yeah, that man just said you got to upgrade. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:59 You see you talk about last year. He just told you we got to stop talking about last year. You're right, you're right. Hey, you got me up. Hey, you set me up. You set me up. I like CJ. Short-term memory.
Starting point is 00:53:12 That's what we call it, bro. Yeah, you got to. Yeah, on to the next play. We can't worry about what happened in the first half or the first three quarters. We got to try and finish the job. Upgrading the personnel or the playbook, what I heard C.J. speak on. Hey, I don't know nothing about that, brother. Hey, but what we do have in this locker room, we got to go out and compete.
Starting point is 00:53:32 I think this is the first game Nico Collins played all year. Was this the first game he played? No, it's like second. He got hurt. Second? Yeah. So I know they missed two. I missed two with a hamstring injury.
Starting point is 00:53:45 So I know they're dealing with injuries, but they got to try to overcome some of this. But this 0 and 4-star, 0-and-3 at home, hey, man. That's tough. This is an uphill climb for them Texans, boy. Well, look, if they don't get a thing, they got the Titans next week.
Starting point is 00:54:00 If they don't beat the Titans, it's about to be a long season for them, Ocho, and Joe. Yeah. All yeah. What they play at? There better be, hold on. Ain't no way they got to, ain't no way they're about to play four their first five games at home. They got to be in Tennessee.
Starting point is 00:54:15 Yeah, they probably played. Yeah, it got to be in Tennessee. The Hard Rock Bet Casino app is here, Ontario. He was like, I was like, holy crap, like, I'm finally doing something.
Starting point is 00:59:01 Like, maybe this is all working out. And then that day when the landlord comes in, it's like, you're like, It all over that idea and he stepped on me. Oh, Joe, for this next topic, you're not allowed to say foot or ball. The Jags go to Cincinnati. They went to the jungle and called all the tigers.
Starting point is 00:59:31 Declad them, Joe. Hey, hold on. We ain't got to do this segment. We know what they have. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. They said the Jags went there, said what they left, the title. Wow.
Starting point is 00:59:44 Wow. I'm like what they'll. Hey. Yeah. Hey, hold on, hold on. Y'all know I'm not feeling well. So, like, let's, let's minimize, you know, some of the things y'all say to me right now.
Starting point is 00:59:56 Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, time out for the, like my grandpa used, I always say, time out for the BS, man. Hey, hey, hey, hey, take your, take your L, man. It is what it is, man. We ain't supposed to be doing all this all night. I took the L already. You said, do all this money? Huh?
Starting point is 01:00:12 Yeah, yeah. I sent that little poe ad 2000. He could have that. He can have that, man. Hey, he can have that. Yeah, listen, I paid me a little debt. I paid me a little debt. But listen, I enjoyed the game today.
Starting point is 01:00:24 It was a good game. Mistakes, again, our quarterback hurt us in the time of need. The most important time of need. Going in the score, I think, what was the score? Was it 16? 10, 1610, or, and we would be... Can he throw that blind pig to Ola Koon? Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:41 Yeah, you know, so that hurt is really bad. That's two weeks in a row. I'm sure I haven't heard Joe Burrow talk on the podium, but I'm sure he took accountability for it because the person that you want with the ball in his hands is Joe Burrow. Are you sure? Yeah, I mean, yes, obviously you have mistakes like this. You have mistakes like this that somewhat cost you,
Starting point is 01:01:03 even though we had a chance at the end of the game, But it shouldn't even been like that. Back to back wins. Hey, it shouldn't even been like that. But let me tell you something about them goddamn Jaguar, Joe. Boy, that's one hell of a team. Oh. Boy, that's, they, well, let me tell you sorry.
Starting point is 01:01:17 I'm, you know, I'm playing around going back and forward with a little dude ball and all that, man. But all jokes aside, Trevor Lawrence is playing like Trevor Lawrence. Trevor Lawrence is playing like the number one pick that he was. Two weeks ago, we spayed and noodle them, Joe. I don't know what they talk about. Two weeks ago, we spayed and new to them. What team? What team?
Starting point is 01:01:33 What team? What team? What team? The Bronco, we spayed and noodle them. Hey, I know you're talking about the same Broncos they got whooped the day, not them. Yeah, we declaw. They declaw, hold on. We talk about Nepal.
Starting point is 01:01:43 Why we talking about the pan? Let's talk about the pan. Let's talk about the day. Let's focus on the day. That's two weeks in a row. Your guy just lost you all the game. That's two weeks in a row. Two weeks in a row.
Starting point is 01:01:51 Hey, uncle, let me tell you something. We're going to be all right. I can tell you that. You hear me? Because there's no other quarterback I'd rather have at the helm right now, despite the mistakes that have been made in the last two weeks, then nine. He all y'all got.
Starting point is 01:02:04 You ain't got no choice. You can't trade. He can't swap him out. Hey, listen. Uno went out today. Chase, I hope you all right. Prays up. T. Higgins, I think you got.
Starting point is 01:02:13 He got face masks, didn't he? Yeah, and when he was going down, somebody hit him. When they hit him when he was going down, his head hit the back. I knew he went coming back. T. Higgins, I think his abductor. Summerone was an abductor. Hey, you boys heal up. Hey, hey, hey, that move Travis Hunter hit his ass with made his abd.
Starting point is 01:02:29 That boy was eating dirt. That boy was eating dirt after Travis Hunter. That pig, he hit that boy. Woo! I mean, Joe, Joe, listen to me, listen to me. You got, Travis is a receiver. Travis is a receiver.
Starting point is 01:02:41 He's also a returner. Hey, T. Higgins plays receiver. He's not used to tackling people in open space. Of course it's going to work. Of course it's going to work. It was a phenomenal moment. Hold on. Hold on.
Starting point is 01:02:53 Oh, Joe. It was a great move. Yeah. He killed, he killed that man. He killed that man on that play. Hey, hold on. Hold on. Like, that man, that man went out of the front.
Starting point is 01:03:01 That man were eating turf. Hey, Joe. That man, Travis Hunter morphed into a wide receiver. When he got the interception, man, hey, man, why are you down playing that mood, though? Like, like, it wasn't like that. It was a good move, but we're used to it. Well, maybe you're not used to it. I'm used to seeing Trave do that all the time because he's a returner.
Starting point is 01:03:22 Let me finish. He's a returner, and he's really good with the ball in his hands. So that's expected from him. It's expected. And then T. Higgins, let me finish, Joe. T. Higgins is a receiver, Joe. He's not good in open space tackling someone
Starting point is 01:03:38 or trying to tackle someone that's his skillful and trabb with the ball in his hands. So, of course, it's going to look like it. Matter of fact, Trave would do anybody like that. Ocho, what I'm saying is, I'm agreeing with you that trav is a special talent, bro.
Starting point is 01:03:52 Yeah, yeah. The way that man, when he, excuse me, Chad, the way he, when he did get the interception, the way he took off into his office and he hit that boy, with that bing bing yeah i'm talking about bruh um you gotta get trying some credit bro and they young man look good there's two there's two weeks in a row that man hey he looking different why
Starting point is 01:04:14 why is he looking good joe why is he looking good because he's doing what he's concentrating on one side of the ball oh yeah what ocho and many others have tried to say but no he's going to No, he's not. Yeah, that'd be too difficult. Can you imagine Unk as well as he's playing on defense, exerting the type of energy he's playing on defense, making some of the plays that he's making, and then have to go play on offense?
Starting point is 01:04:40 Thank you. Full time? Hold on. No, no, not full time, but you do got to have a little rink or a little package in that form. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We've always said that, Joe. But he and everybody else talking about, well, I did it in college. I did it in high school, bro.
Starting point is 01:04:57 Doc Sun, Rivers, Austin, the how you go in competition, the less special you are. Yeah, I like that. We were all extremely, extremely special in high school. Yes. We were not, we were a special in college. When you realize you go to the pros, guess what? You're not the most special one.
Starting point is 01:05:26 So what I could do, there are things I could do in high school, things I could do in college. I just dreamed about it. Like, boy, I remember I used to hit that right there and get up out of there. I ain't doing that there. No, it's different. Yes. And we just, oh, you hating. I'm just telling you from a guy that played in that league for a long time as an elite,
Starting point is 01:05:48 as an elite level player. He's not playing both ways full time. Never have, never will. Yeah, that's hard. Now, if you want to put it back in the 30s, 40s, and 50s when they did it's mid-60s, sure. Yeah. But in today's game, with today's athletes on choke? No, sir.
Starting point is 01:06:06 Hey, he looks so good. Like, he looks so good today, uh-man. He does? He looks great. He don't look good. He looked great. And I've always felt. I always felt he was a better DB than he was a receiver.
Starting point is 01:06:21 I felt by he got his receiver skills is because. based on his talent. And when you get to this level, everybody is talented. Your talent, you're not that much better talent-wise in the NFL like you were in college, like you were in high school. The only thing that will separate you is your instincts. His instincts and his ball skills a little bit different, you know, which makes him somewhat elite at the DB position and would also make him elite
Starting point is 01:06:48 offensively when he does get the ball in his hands. But watching him understand the route concept, and driving out balls and knowing what's coming and always in position to make plays and some of those plays that he is making he coming down with picks uncle joe he coming down with pigs so he's going to come to a point as well as he's playing to uncle joe they're going stop throwing to a side if he keep doing that yeah they're going to go ahead joe he definitely he definitely special i think for me uncle ocho when i'm watching him at db he get his damn head around so fast, almost as if he's the damn wire receiver.
Starting point is 01:07:27 Bingo. You know what you said? You heard what you said? He cut his head around so fast like he's the what? Like he's the wire receiver, but he's playing DB. But what does he play? He was the cause. Because his instincts that of a wire receiver because what they teach you as a wire receiver.
Starting point is 01:07:42 Get your head around. Get your head around first before anything and the rest of your body will follow. Yeah, I'm saying, but that's why he's able to get some of those picks. Yeah. Because he's thinking, even though he's at the DB spot, he's thinking like a damn wire receiver the whole time, bro. Yeah. Yeah, he's a very intense.
Starting point is 01:08:00 He's long play, bro. Look at his arm. Yeah. Look at, look how he's built. He got extremely long arms. Hey, you know, you know what else is good for him too, Uncle Joe? It's not only does he have a long arm, not only is he fast, not only is he technically savvy, you know, very early in his career.
Starting point is 01:08:17 He's polished as a DB, and he's getting better. He has a long way to go, but he's getting better. he's doing everything right now based off of pure talent. Yep. Just pure talent, you know? Yeah. And his ball skills are elite. All he has to do is have, if he's in a position to make a play,
Starting point is 01:08:35 the ball is going the other way. Yeah. It's going the other way because his ball skills might be better than some of the receivers he's playing against. Yeah. Because he had, I mean, he returned punts. He's a wide receiver. So he's tremendous with the ball in his hands.
Starting point is 01:08:51 But he has the instinct. He knows there are certain things that the receivers does because he is a receiver, although he's not an elite level receiver. He knows some of the things like, okay, this is what you try. Man, I ain't going for that. Yeah. I ain't going for that. He knows when you try to stem him, he knows what you try to do.
Starting point is 01:09:10 When you stimming him outside, you try to get inside. Mm-hmm. He knows that. He does. He has incredible instincts from the very first time that I saw him. and I watched him on both sides of the football. He has elite level DB skills. He's athletic at the wire receiver.
Starting point is 01:09:29 He's not technically sound as a DB, Ocho. He's not technically sound as a receiver. Right. And that's the difference in the two players. Look, bro, you can't round no routes. You can't do none of that in the league, man. Those guys are too good. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:45 They close on everything. Things that you got away with in college because you were athletic or you were better, they'll eat that up. But I watched them today. I watched him against the Broncos and I watched him in some of these games. And I'm like, bro,
Starting point is 01:09:59 the way how effortless he backped up, I mean, he is so smooth. He's not choppy. But he's a tall, he's a big corner. Yeah. Yeah. And he's put on weight. Yeah, you got to look at a lot.
Starting point is 01:10:11 He's put on weight so he can even be more physical. Boy, you don't see him coming up hitting? Yes. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Man, stop playing. Hey, hey, hey, hold on.
Starting point is 01:10:20 Hold on, the Jaggs. The Jaggs look for real, though, to me, Ocho. They look serious. I know they lost to the Broncos a couple weeks ago, but, boy, listen. They got a good team. Defensive, they got a good team offensively. Yeah. They can make some plays.
Starting point is 01:10:34 And they got guys that can make plays. They got Parker, they got Parker, uh, Wilson. Parker Washington, excuse me. They kind of bought it. They bought him up the day. They did a great job today. Yeah. Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, a strange.
Starting point is 01:10:47 That was a very heads up play. Strange jumped up in there. the guy popped the ball out. You see Parker Washington, get on out of bounds. I ain't trying to jump on to get out of bounds. That's a smart play. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:58 Joe, Ocho, your guy got to take better care of the football, man. That's two weeks in a row. Yeah. That he's cost his team. Yeah. And another thing, if you think Joe Burrow is going to throw y'all to a Super Bowl that ain't happening,
Starting point is 01:11:10 y'all got to get more balanced, Ocho. Yeah. Y'all got to get more balanced. And y'all got to stop keeping me damn penalties. What's wrong with y'all, Ocho? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:11:21 Not only the penalties killers, the lack of running game is killing us too. Yes. Hey, Chase Brown had 10 yards today, huh? Yes. Y'all had 23. 23 rush of y'all, Ocho. But y'all threw the ball 54 times 50. Man, what are you going to do with 15 carries?
Starting point is 01:11:38 Hey, listen, but Joe had Joe through, Joe had 428 yards passing. Yes. You know, hey, and Uno went out, what, in the second quarter or first quarter? But, yes. Man, T. Higgins had a day. Then T. went out. I'm like, come on, man. The problem is, go back.
Starting point is 01:11:55 Look at y'all. Y'all threw a bunch of y'all against Pittsburgh. Yeah, yeah. Throwing ain't your problem. But y'all got to be, y'all got to be able to take some of that pressure off of him. Yeah. And so you can run the football.
Starting point is 01:12:07 Yeah. And think about this, too, in both games, too, Uncle Joe. At the end of the games, we have an opportunity to win both of them. Yep. Yep. and squanded it away. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:21 Damn, man. Turnovers, bro. I'm hurting. I'm hurting, Joe. That's what happened to me, Joe. When I watched the game and the game it ended, you know, and that four down, when you get that four down,
Starting point is 01:12:31 man, I had fell out. And when I fell out. Oh, you faded, huh? Yeah, they took me to the hospital. So I've been in there ever since. They just let me out to come here. Hey, Joe, they told me, man. You know, Ocho, you know, Ocho fainted, man.
Starting point is 01:12:43 The Bengals lost. I see, he fainted. They said, yeah. I said, when he wake up, tell him they still lost. Yeah, so I know people in the chat, y'all probably wondering why I'm in the hospital gown and, you know, my head well, they thought they were going to have to take me into surgery.
Starting point is 01:12:57 That's why I got this on up here. But, I mean, I'm good now. I'm good now. I'm taking him a temperature. My temperature was like 134. Yeah. Yeah, Joe, it was high, Joe. I can't take losing like that,
Starting point is 01:13:10 especially after the way I were talking. I was talking CAD trash. Yeah, yeah, yeah. A little Duvall and the Jaguar fans, you know, not in a malicious way, just like in a fun way, like, yeah, we're from the whoop, y'all, you feel me? Most of them understood it because, you know, Jacksonville fan, they love me, Joe. They love me. I was always good to them, you know.
Starting point is 01:13:30 So 15 carries, 23 yards. Damn. Chase Brown had nine carries for 10 yards. That's crazy. That's crazy. Ryan, three carries for seven yards. Joe Burrow, three carries, six yards. You're out of balance, though, Joe.
Starting point is 01:13:46 Yeah, big time. 53 pass, 54 pass attempts, 15. That's a 3 to 1 ratio. You ain't winning. Hold on, hold on. What happened to that defense? He ran and raving about the first cup of game. Our defense?
Starting point is 01:14:00 Hey, listen, we were Bim, but don't break. We're going to be a little bit. Yeah, we didn't play bad, Joe. Yeah, we didn't play bad, Joe. I mean, that's why I said, Ben, but don't break. You know, Jaguars are a very, very good team. Very good, very good team offensively.
Starting point is 01:14:12 So they're going to make their plays. They're going to make their plays. But our defense put us in the position to be able to win that game, Joe. Not once but twice. And my quarterback, obviously, through that interception, that hurt because they're going to go in and take the lead. And then, obviously, into the game, four down. Through two of them. Yeah, we don't get it.
Starting point is 01:14:31 Oh, yeah, I forgot about that second. You're right. You're right. You're right. You can't overcome that, Joe. It's all good. You know who we play next, though? Who?
Starting point is 01:14:42 The dolphins? Oh, Dolphins might get y'all. Malik Willis. Malik Willis. Hey, you know what? Hey, I'm kind of, hey, who I cheer for? Oh, you told me, you told me.
Starting point is 01:14:58 Chat, correct me if I'm wrong, you say you've been a Miami Dolphin fan your whole life. Hey, I was born, I were born in Jackson Memorial Hospital. What? Okay, right, right. For the guppies. Huh? The gut piece it is.
Starting point is 01:15:13 Yeah, but the Bengals drafted me, though. Like, the Bengals allowed me to fill my childhood dream. I wanted to be an NFL player growing up as a legit. The Bengals drafted me. The Bengals allowed me to know what it feels like to play at the highest levels. You hear me? So I'm a cheer for the dolphins and I'm a cheer for the Bengals. And I'm going to go to the game.
Starting point is 01:15:33 Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Why are you cheering for the dolphin? Because he gets on me, Joe, talking about you. I can't have two teams. Ain't that what he told you, Joe? Yeah, yeah. Why would I say that? I said you can't,
Starting point is 01:15:45 you can't claim the Ravens, and you, you playing with the Ravens was like a one-night stand. You claim the Dolphins, and you ain't playing for the Dolphins? I'm from Miami. So? Hey, hey, Joe,
Starting point is 01:15:59 a unc claiming the Raven is like, you know, counting the body on a one-night stand. You don't count that body? Yeah, you don't count that body. Yeah, you don't count that. You don't count the body on the what? A one-night stand.
Starting point is 01:16:08 You ain't never going to see them. again, I don't even count. It do counts. Nah, nah. And you a Bronco fan. Y'all got your head. I played two seasons. I won a Super Bowl. If you go to the Raven facilities, I guarantee you they're going to have stuff up there
Starting point is 01:16:23 with 82 on it. Hmm. Hey, hey, uh, no. I tell you, well, as Raven fans, am I a Raven? Well, if you were Raven, I'm just as much as the Raven as you.
Starting point is 01:16:37 As, I am too. Hey, let me tell you something. I'm just as much as a Raven as you are. Why? Because Raven fans love me. All of them. Every fan base love me. I put some hardware.
Starting point is 01:16:54 I help put hardware. Yeah. In the facility. I help put some of that hardware in that too. Huh? Oh, Joe, y'all going to run the ball or what? Hey, we, you know what? If there's a team, if they're the team that you can play
Starting point is 01:17:12 where you can try some things new, it'll be against the Dolphins this week. And that's no disrespect to my Dolphins. You know, I love them to death, but we're in a rebuilding phase right now. And, you know, we got to get together. The Dolphins, we're in a rebuild phase. Oh, you're talking about the Dolphine.
Starting point is 01:17:29 My bad, my bad. I miss her. But check this out, Ocho. Yeah. Your quarterback threw the ball 54 times today. He wants to throw it even more. Joe, Ocho, take a listen to what you, What Gilborough had to say.
Starting point is 01:17:40 Hey, let me see him a dog. Do you feel like he's balanced enough? You know, my response to that would be, let's throw more. Because I know we're great out of it. I know that's what I do best. And, you know, we're really past protecting really well right now. You know, obviously we'd like to get more out of the run game. But, you know, I know we'll make it work.
Starting point is 01:18:03 I like that. My quarterback said, you know what? We don't want no run game. What do we do best? Hold on. Forget what we do best. What do I do best? What you say?
Starting point is 01:18:13 Lose. What does my quarterback do best? He throws the ball and he's honest. We got the best do in the league. We got the best doing the league. And Jamar Chase and T. Higgins. Now they all threw a slow start. T. Higgins had a day to day, Joe.
Starting point is 01:18:29 He had 114. Obviously, Uno went out. Uno hadn't had his big day yet. But listen, the cream always rides to the top. Whenever he comes back, he has a concussion. He might play Miami game. If not, they might make him miss one. So we won't see him again for another week.
Starting point is 01:18:43 But listen, Joe Burroughs right. You know, some teams, they need the past game. I mean, they need the run game to open up the past game. You know, the Bengals are not one of them. We not one of them. Joe, come. Joe tripping, old Joe. That's how he feels.
Starting point is 01:18:57 You can't tell the quarterback how he feels. You want that man throwing the ball 60 times, man. Hey, that's what it takes for us to win. That ain't going to do that. You ain't going to win no game. You ain't going to win no game with that. You ain't win with 54. What makes you think you win with 60?
Starting point is 01:19:11 We had opportunities to win it. That's the problem. Because guess what? The more times you throw it, Ocho, the greater the chances of there somebody other than your team come down with it. The more time you put it in the air, the more times they get an opportunity to pick it off. Hold on. So that comes down on the quarterback, though.
Starting point is 01:19:29 That comes down on the quarterback, making the right reads, making the right throws, because you're doing the double coverage. Matter of fact, you stare down. Was that the back? Yeah. Yeah, you stared him down. You stared him down. So what the other backer do?
Starting point is 01:19:43 Followed your eyes. It took him right. You took him right where the ball was going. But listen, man, that's all right. We're going to rebound next week. We're going to rebound next week. Hey, watch the guppies get him, Joe. Hey, I'll tell you what.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Listen, if the dolphins, if the dolphins beat the Bengals, oh, my mom, rest in peace. Uh-oh. Oh, my mama rest in peace, I get nightcap tatted on me, boy. Huh? That's how I feel. That's how serious I take it. I know a good artist.
Starting point is 01:20:13 I know a good artist. I know a good tat specialist. I'm for real. I ain't bulljab. And I just put that on mom. You know, I won't play. I don't play about Hurricane night. Right.
Starting point is 01:20:21 You know? Hey, Joe. If the dolphins beat the bangler, I promise I get nightcap tatty. Hell, I got 45 tattoos anyway, Joe. What's one more? Hey, and we're even going to do with no gun. We're going to get it like them Samoa,
Starting point is 01:20:33 them Polynesian. Oh, that ain't. That ain't. I got my first cross when I was locked up with a needle. Okay. That's how you go get it. Yeah, I'm good. The Jaguars have won 12 of the last 13 regular season games.
Starting point is 01:20:51 The Jags are now 3 and 1 are the Jags true AFC contenders. Yes, sir. I agree. I think on both fans of the ball, offense and defense, Arkansas, Ocho, they can play with the best. I agree. They got guy, they got hail raisers. defensively and they're going to put up points. They're going to put up points.
Starting point is 01:21:12 So I think they are a serious contender. They got Cam Blounted deck. Hey, they're good in the kicking game. Offensively, you got Trevor Lars, you got Parker watching, you got Strange, you got Jacoby Myers, you got guys that can make play, they can run the ball well. Defensively, they get after you. I agree. I agree.
Starting point is 01:21:33 I think they'll, I think they'll be taking very, very serious. I'm Lacey Mosley, author, actor, stand-up comedian, creator, and host of Scam Goddess Podcast.
