Wait, did you see that, that 53-yard run by Jonathan Taylor? Chris Dolman, rest his soul, Jason Taylor's, Pelt, Julius Peppers, and Ricky Jack. That's some very, very elite company that Mr. Watt finds himself in. Absolutely. Boy, you see Aaron Rodgers and goddamn D.K. today? I did. Oh. It's funny. That got, hey, boy, D.K., hey, that goddamn, that skinny pulls,

D.K. took a truck one final defender getting into the end zone, an 80-yard touchdown.

What did D.K have? D.K. had five for buck 26, one touchdown on five targets, 80 yards. Gainwell, six for 35, but Gainwell had 19 carriers, 99 yards, and two touchdowns. So they had 29 rush attempts, 131 yards, and two touchdowns. Yeah, Wentz, 30 for 46, 352 touchdowns, two interceptions, six sacks. They pressured him. They pounded him all day. He was owning that.

Redmond had two sacks. They did, I mean, considering they had all those sacks, no, I'm looking at the wrong thing. Look at the wrong thing. Hebrick had one and a half. Benton had one and a half. Elliot had one.

Queen had one. T.J. T.J. Watt had one. Queen had three tackled for losses. Wilson had two tackle for losses. T.J. Hebring had a tackle for loss. I think Rams

he left this game with an injury, didn't he? Hamstring. He pretended like he had one and got one for real. And then really got one for real. Steelers look good. Steelers look good.

Minnesota got 15 in the maybe could have done something if that's magnificent signs. They get that ball in. Maybe they have an extra 30, 40 seconds to play with, and they don't have to rush.

But we'll never know. But give the Steelers credit, they bowed their back. They did what they needed to do. They found a way to win this ball game. And they did by the score of 2421 to win the first game played in Ireland. The Texans roll past the Titans, 26-0, earned the first win of the season. It's the first shutout the Texans had since 2010.

And that's the problem. People think winning in professional sports is easy. That issue is hard. Yeah. You're just the fact that those that keep doing it consistently year and year out, that's how good they actually are, where they make it look easy. Yes. That's what the grades do.

People think, like, man, Damn, my home has never not played in an AFC championship game. That man has been in the league. This is what, his eighth year? He's been to five Super Bowls, Ocho. No, that's crazy. What? That's crazy.

And we talk, it's real life. This ain't no goddamn video game. Yes. Some people play 10, 15 years and don't even sniff a Super Bowl. Whole career without getting there. This man wake up out of bed. Damn, we at the Super Bowl, honey. It just happens.

But look, I think Cam's going to be a phenomenal player. They need a little bit more talent. Yeah. They need to protect him a little better. But he'll get it figured out. He's an extremely talented. Hopefully they don't beat him up too bad. The Titans have now lost 10 consecutive games dating back to week 13 of the 2024 season.

Ward start to his NFL career has been rocky through four games. He's completed less than 55% of his passes for 506 yards along with two touchdowns and two interception. His 23.4 QBR is among the worst in the league.

Christian McCaffer had 6 for 92 in a touchdown on the receiving end. Tonges had 3 for 58 in a touchdown. Pierceall had an outstanding one-handed catch, had 4 for 42. Kyle Eustich, 3 for 32. Turnovers killed him. You can't turn it over. Every time. It costs you the game.

It costs you the game, and it costs him the game tonight. Yep. Travis did not play at all on defense in the second half. 45 total snaps tied for a season low. 36 offensive snaps. So that means he had nine defensive snaps, right? They got to make up their mind, man. Ocho, let me ask you a question.

What one or the other? As the number two pick, you should be on the field every single down on offense or defense. What one of the other? six games on knowing that you know and hopefully the games that I have on they're exciting because those you know you always have your games you know you're going to talk about the Cowboys yeah we'll talk about the Eagles you there are certain teams that you know you're going to talk about now you try to have a couple of games that okay it's interesting and they do something and we're able to talk about them. Yeah. Like, you know, the Jazz got Travis Hunter. Jacks ain't Travis Hunter.

We probably not talking about them. Let's be real. Because we keep hoping that we see a glimpse of what we saw at CU and what we saw at Jackson State. Right. A pick and a touchdown. They bringing them along so slow and hand-feeding them more. And actually, he regressed as far as not playing defense this game.

You and I both, they get mad at us. mad at us because we say that's not going to happen well how do you know because i played the NFL now how do you know it's going to happen i played in the NFL right you didn't right so i know a lot of guys because here's the thing ocho is that what you think those guys thinking they're going to dig in even harder bro i'm not going to let you beat me i'm not going to let you deep me up. Guys really be on their best. Oh, Joe, you know when you went against

Revis or you went against the top or Akeeb or you went against the top guys. Until you know you had to be on your best behavior. Yeah, absolutely. That's how they approach him. That's how they're approaching him. So now he just like, it's, it's, it's in his mind. I want to do something nobody's ever done. Nobody's written in, and, and Chuck McNarrett was the last guy to be a full-time two-way player. That was in the 60s. He's, He was a center and a middle linebacker. right there's no reason there's no reason things will be going backwards as the season goes on there's a lot they're supposed to be adding food on your plate not taking food off your plate. So, hey, I'm going to the game Monday. I'm going to the game Monday and I have a conversation with him on the field. I want to know. Hey, Liam Corp, that's the officer coordinator? The head coach.

I'm going to talk to him on the field too. See, sometimes you got, you got to go straight to the horse's mouth. I ain't asking no players. I'm going straight to the head coach on the field. I just like I said look I've seen I've seen I've been on the field and I saw with my own eyes yeah two great and I've seen Travis Hunter the two greatest athletes that I've seen with my own eyes Bo Jackson and Dion Sanders oh oh I mean

you're young at the time you're missing somebody the two greatest athletes that I've seen with my own two eyes that I was standing on the field right and I'm watching hold on hold on now think about what you just said. that had to do with a few things that we'll keep in house for now. That don't mean nothing. That don't mean nothing. I told you what it is. Things aren't going well doing both sides of the ball thing and so you take some off the plate.

Again, as the season goes on, you want to add to the plate. Huh? Go ahead. I got my main dish and I give me my size. Every week you're supposed to add a different side. Every week, you give me more and more as I get acclimated to the game.

Right. Different pack, like, now you, you're going the wrong way. Something ain't right. Maybe, maybe him wanting to play on both sides of the ball. It's not going as well as it should in practice. I think that's what it is. And I think they put so much pressure on themselves and the people have put so much pressure. He came in, look, the reason why he went with Coach Prime,

because that was one of the, that was one of the few, if not only coaches that said you can play both sides of the ball. They weren't going to make him choose pick one of the other. Jacksonville might have been one of the only teams that said, you know what, we'll allow you to play both sides of the ball. I think the thing is now is that, look, what is in the best interest of this team?

Not as what is in the best interest of Travis. What is in the best interest of this team? Because right now, the question is, Ocho, are we getting bang for our buck? No, no, not right now. And to get the bang for your buck, it got to be one spot. He has to be one spot.

Is he over there or it's over here? Right. I'd rather him lock it down. Now, look, if he goes out there and look, Brian Thomas, you got Brian Thomas on one side, you got so forth the song.

Look, I don't know. Because I'm trying to, I'm trying to watch this. I'm trying to watch them, but I'm also trying to watch Kansas City, you know,

play at the same time. And I'm looking at him and then I'm like, well, he ain't in there. So now when, when he's not into play a defense, I turn.

By the time I turn back, then I put it, then I got the ball to their back. I'm like, well, later for this. I say, I ain't watching this game in the ball. You know what I'm saying? I ain't watching this game to ball. Let me focus on Kansas City. And so then when I turn back,

it just so happens. I'm turning back and Purdy is back to pass and Armstead knocks the ball out of his hand. I'm like, well, damn. Yeah. I don't miss the lion's share of the game. I don't know, Ocho. I want the guy to succeed, but I won't, I want excellence.

And if I can get excellence at one spot as opposed to mediocre average at two spots, give me, give me excellence, give me, give me eliteness. Right. Well, you know what? I'm this, I will say this. What you'll say? Despite what we may think. Despite what we may want.

Despite what we may, that him not getting in week four, I'm expecting him to be getting more. plays on both sides of the ball. The fact that the coach says it was a personal decision, I know things aren't looking right in practice, which is why you're not being done in the game. That's the way everything goes. If it looks right in practice,

then you do it in the game on Sundays. I just, I want them to give them more time on one side of the ball. Listen, you are you going to play this year? I don't think it's the Jags. I think it's the Jags. I don't think it's the Jags. I think the Jags wanted to bring him alone slow, Ocho.

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. I mean, well, we bring him a long slow, what, on defense? Because you should be playing every rep on offense, every rep. But see, that's not the thing. Time says he could play both. He wants to play both. The fans want him to play both.

So now it puts Jacksonville in a tough situation. Jacksonville needs to do what's in the best interest for the Jags. And that's what they're going to do. And so I said, look, yes, we're going to give you that ability, but right now we want you to. to focus on one, be great at one, and then as you, as we move forward, but they're trying to balance it out. Okay, we'll give you 30 plays here, 30 plays there.

We'll give you 35 and 35, but. Hell, he ran more plays in that in college. Yes. But he ain't going up against the same level of player. Yeah. And he went up in college. Right. I like it.

He's going to be all right, though. I'm going to that game Monday, though. ain't that's a 10 minute flight i don't know i just want i want him to be great whether it's a wire receiver a cornerback and then as time go maybe year two year three he's able to do both of him he can be great because if you can't be great at if you can't be great at both what are we doing oh cho yeah you got to you got to what do what do we what are we what are we what are we doing yeah well listen you got to live you got to let him live out a dream you got to let him if he can do it. He believes he can do it. He's going to put it in the work through try and do it,

even though it's never been done before. Consistently, let him have at it. We'll see how it turns out in the three, three, four, five years from now. But in the process of that, do we suffer as a team? No, they're going to be all right. They're three and one. They three and one. So are they doing something right? Yeah, I thought they, uh, look, if you just, you, told me i would not have taken them to beat the win today not today i wouldn't i wouldn't i wouldn't have picked them to win today yeah but it just goes to look that division might be look indy andy look good indy should have won that game today yeah they gave that game away mistakes yes thanks they gave that game away um i just man i want i want him to like i want him to be great

And if it's at one of the other, but I don't want him to be, I don't want him to be, I don't want him to be, me, be mediocre in two spots. Right. Be great, be a great corner, be a great receiver. I just, man. Yeah. Because he, he, he is talented, though, Joe.

Time of possession was almost 10 minutes in favor of the Falcons. they needed this game after they stuck it up last week yeah they needed and i love the way pennies bounce back oh cho i love uh uh but that city would have been on fire they lost two in a row like that well i guess now people say well now i see why they fired uh um i hear you man they's gonna win this game where they fired i could not stop it oh that one number of That was a number of scapegoat, man.
