Starting point is 00:02:35 and a route over the 6th. 1-23, the 91. Tatum had 25 points of level rebounds and 7 assists in his first playoff game since rupturing his Achilles last season. Tatum has scored 21 points in the first half playing just 17th game following surgery last May to repair
Starting point is 00:02:52 an Achilles tendon tear. J.B. had 26. Quetta had 13. I bless you. I just don't know. I just don't know how. I don't know how. What you don't know?
Starting point is 00:03:08 Tyree's Max is going to need to score 40 a night. Edgecom's going to need to give you 25. Paul George is going to need to give you 25. That's the only chance they got. Chance is to do what? To beat the Celtics. Celtics, you got too much firepower. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:03:21 When you say beat the Celtics, you mean like beat him in one game, maybe two games, not the Syria. I mean, even to make it competitive. Hell down winning the game Make it competitive This wasn't competitive Yeah I don't guess
Starting point is 00:03:32 It's embarrassing But this is what you expect This is what you expect From a Boston Celtics team Boston Celtics team In round one In game one This is what you're expecting to look
Starting point is 00:03:43 Even with Embed If Embed was playing Obviously offensive thing Changed for Maxi For goddamn Maxi Is it not Obrey Who's the other brother Paul George
Starting point is 00:03:53 Everything changes Because spacing Spacing Spacing changes Because Embed takes up a lot more of the paint. And he ain't really moving like that. So even B was playing, they still losing like this.
Starting point is 00:04:06 Well, the six has got to be more efficient from the field. Maxi, Edgecombe. I know we ask him a lot of Eskom being a rookie. But the production they're going to have to get from them two guys, it's going to have to be top tier. Yes, sir. You know, because from your power forward and center spy, honestly, really from your center spot,
Starting point is 00:04:29 you ain't going to give me any points, man. You know, you're going to be guard heaven. I said, I like, you know, when MB's not playing because they play at a pace, getting up and down. The game seems a lot more fun for them. But this Boston team, they're too disciplined. Okay, Ocho. They're not going to beat themselves.
Starting point is 00:04:46 They got too many elite guys, not just guys. They got too many guys that's elite and knowing their roles and starring in their roles. They've been there, bro. They've won a title. They know what it's like. You know, they're looking to get back to the finals. So the Philly got to be better, bro.
Starting point is 00:05:06 They got to be better. I know it's just the first game of the series, but they didn't show me nothing that they could compete, bro. I'm talking about, hey, look, I ain't going to even lie to y'all. After about the first quarter, they were down by like 20. You turned it off? Yeah, I took me a nap. I got to get that nap in on.
Starting point is 00:05:22 I had to get that. Hey, hey, listen, Ojo, I'm like, damn, they ain't even competing. Hell, they already down 24, 35, 30 points. What are we going to be talking about? Come on, man. No, no, they're not. And you're not going to beat the Celtics if you minus 36 from the three-point line? No.
Starting point is 00:05:46 You can't, bro. I feel like Philly got weapons, and obviously this being at the biggest stage, bro, they got to shine. They got to shine, especially on the road. if you want to even contend with this Celtics team who is probably arguably the best team in the Eastern Conference right now. Yes.
Starting point is 00:06:04 You know, bro, you got to be locked in. You can't come out and be down 15 after the first quarter. They just ain't going to get it. No. Look, look, look, what I said. Hey, Philly was playing. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:06:18 Let me find my tweet. Because I was like, I left the Sun's game. We got out of hand, too. I mean, I was just wondering. these games going to be competitive. I mean, really, I mean, look, Detroit, obviously Detroit game was competitive and then the
Starting point is 00:06:38 Detroit Orlando gaming. And for a little while, I thought, I thought Portland hung it with him. But I'm watching, I was watching the sons and I'm watching the Sixers. I was like, man, I'm going to go tweez in my lawn. What is this?
Starting point is 00:06:56 Hey, it's going to be here. It's going to be here to compete with them goddamn self-dix, Uncle Joe. God damn. Tatum had 25. Jalen Brown had 26. Pritchie came off the bench
Starting point is 00:07:07 and gave you 12. Houser had 12. Quetta had got damn 13. Derek White had 10. How are you going to? Six guys and double figures. Come on, now. And it's the efficiency
Starting point is 00:07:18 that they play with, bro. Yep. Like, you're two big guns shooting over 50% hell, and they both got over 25 points. Man, you're going to be in trouble. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:07:27 And the other guys around them, howls, I thought, played great. out to a great start. Hell, he had about two, three, three in the first quarter. Yeah. You know, once you get guys like that going, then your stars can kind of get going because now the floor opens up.
Starting point is 00:07:40 You know, when the other guys start to make shots, now Brown can work. Now, Tateham can work because the help defense is going to be pretty limited. Now they can play isolation basketball, and that's what they best at. Well, they better be glad. J.B. got in foul trouble early. He was in file trouble. He had two, I think he picked up two files in the first quarter, and he had to sit down for a little while.
Starting point is 00:07:58 Yeah. That game would have been over at the half. Yeah, they ain't do no pissing my out because when he came back, he was ready. Oh, he went to work on there. He was surgical with it. He definitely did a number on them. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:11 Like I said, I just don't think, like I said, if they need Charles Barkley, Alan Iverson. I'm just saying some of the players that they need in order to make this change. Maybe they get a 25-year-old Will Chamberlain and Dr. Jay. Yeah. They have a chance. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:33 With this right here, they're not waiting. Well, they got to defend better anyway. I mean, you can't give up a hundred and twenty-three points. I know Boston has been resting, and they look like they were rested. They look like the much faster team tonight, or today rather. But Philly got to be better, bro. They got to be a little more relentless on defense. You know, them guys getting their spots too easy for me,
Starting point is 00:08:58 When I watch the game, I'm looking at the resistance that you're putting up on Tatum and Brown, you know, whether they're setting the pick or whether they're in the picking road, are you being physical, are you just letting them get to their spots? Because the great ones, you let them get to their spots. You had their mercy. Yeah. They did that all night. And it better take care of the basketball, too. I mean, look at you, the Celtics had 31 assists, Joe. The ball hopping.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah. That ball hopping. 31 assists. They shot 50% from the line. Yeah. 16 for 44 from the 3. I mean, and look at, look at what Philly shot from the 3. 4 for 23, 17%.
Starting point is 00:09:43 So you minus 36. That's damn near the margin in which you lost by. You got to, hey, you got to pick up your intensity, bro. It's so hard on the road, especially when you're playing against a top-tier team. Yeah. The mistakes that you can make on the road, you cannot make mistakes, bro. You have to limit your mistakes, take great shots, and keep these dudes out of transition because you let them get them transition.
Starting point is 00:10:08 That's when they started to bust the game open. It's easier say it than done, Joe. I know, Joe, but, hell, right now, Philly, they just got to continue to compete, bro. I mean, like, you know, bring a little more physicality to the game. You know what it's going to take. You know, you letting these guys just run freely, cut. through the paint without getting chugged the bump. Like, man, hey, this playoff basketball, bro.
Starting point is 00:10:34 I know people don't look at basketball as being physical, but it's a physical game. Like, the top teams, they are very physical. It's physical, yeah. I, look, I'm just hoping they can make it competitive. I don't see Philly winning the game. Hey, so a gentleman sweep, huh? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:54 A real sweet. Y'all don't think M.B. He's going to come back. Let's say he comeback game three. What's that going to change, Joe? And that's no disrespect to Philly. That's no disrespect to MB. Well, he'll give him a joke.
Starting point is 00:11:05 He'll give him a joke. I think, yeah, I think he can give him at least 20 plus points, Ocho. But the thing is, the only thing they concern me is when Embed comes back, the ball just stops. And, you know, I know these other guys didn't do a whole lot, but I like the contribution that Paul George gave us. I mean, four for eight, he could have been, you know, probably a little more aggressive. But when Embed comes back, he's a ball. You just got to hope he plays great. And then Boston, hell, they're probably hoping him B come back
Starting point is 00:11:34 and they're going to pick and roll his ass at death. Yeah. Yeah, they're going to keep him in the picking roll because we know you ain't really trying to be out here moving like that. So we're going to keep you in this picking roll. And you're going to have to save your energy for the offense or for the defense you pick. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, but I just, like I said, I mean, they shot, they were 39% from the floor. Both teams got up 90 shots. one team shot 50% the other team shot 39% um minus uh
Starting point is 00:12:04 philly was minus 36 from the three point line you're not winning you're gonna have to you're gonna have to match boston I mean it's gonna be hard for you to beat them when they're making somewhere between 15 and 23s and you only make and you make it less than 10 yeah because they're gonna get they're gonna get threes up he's basically tell them they're trying to shoot 50 plus threes a night they're going to get them up.
Starting point is 00:12:30 Yeah. And they deep- So you're going to have to knock down your shots and you can't make enough two because if they make 23, you can't make enough twos to compete. And you got to, and you're going to have to keep them turnovers down too
Starting point is 00:12:42 because they feel- Yeah. Think about how many runouts they got, how many dunk every time you see Jason Tatum dunking the ball. Going down, hell, he went down the lane one time. I was like,
Starting point is 00:12:54 y'all don't want to close that off? Okay. Go ahead do your thing, J.T. Hey, a couple of plays later, here come J.B. down the line. Yeah. But you know what? You know, because of start the game,
Starting point is 00:13:07 when you get them other guys off, Hauser and White, once they get off early, okay, Ojo, that flow opened up quick because now they're men reluctant to help. He's like, yeah, I ain't helping no more. You know, I already hit me a couple times outside my head.
Starting point is 00:13:20 Yeah, my man getting into the stanchie. Y'all looking at me like I'm crazy. Yeah. So, you know how they go. So now that's why we say for the top guys, especially scores, you got to have these others, dog, to come along with you for the ride and open up the floor so you can operate and play at your highest level. And Boston has that to the tee.
Starting point is 00:13:42 They ain't missing nothing. Boston never trailed in the game, building a 35-point lead Joe Mazula, gave minutes to 12 players. He was 12 players. I mean, if I'm one of the players that didn't get them, I'm like, Coach, what's up? I mean, how big a lead do we need to get before I can get a play in time? Joe, we're up 35, damn.
Starting point is 00:14:05 We need to get a 50-point lead. Right. Yeah. Everybody gets some clock tonight. Yeah. I'm like, Coke, I mean, I'm looking at it like, damn. I mean, you, if you were to football, Ocho, and we win about 28 points of here and it's, like, six minutes left in the ball game.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Yeah. Damn. My uniform still. I'm looking like, damn. Let me get ready. Let me move these legs up. Put your boy in there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:31 So I, hey, I just want to get me uniform dirty. You know, my own? Yeah. Hey, let me get me uniform dirty. I ain't really got to do too much. Just I just want to be able to see I got in the game. That's it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:14:42 Or when you smaller, you know, hey, them guys put grass on the jersey, on the pants. I feel like they got the game, Joe. Hey, I remember them days as a yelster. Boy, listen, you know it's a blowout game. You sit down there and you know. he ain't played all game. Like, damn, let me get warm up.
Starting point is 00:14:58 I know he didn't throw me in this one. Hey, hey, I stand up, make sure he see me. Hey, Cole, you, you, you, you better, you better forgot I was over here because I ain't played a long time. Yeah. I was what the fortune was. I didn't, I didn't spend a whole lot of time with a bitch. But damn, you played 12 guys, you only got 15 that I could get no play at time.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Man, listen, I ain't going to lie. When I was in junior high school, when I was a seventh grader playing ninth grade basketball, okay, Ocho, he put me on varsity for the first time. I'm down at the end of the bench. I'm talking I didn't get, we was up 20. I already knew I was going to go in. I said, oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:15:42 Look, my first varsity game ever, boy, I was so nervous. I got enough. Turn that ball over left and right. Coach, keep me, son. Yeah, yeah. I'm like, coach, hey, I wasn't ready for that one. That worked. Hey, they put me in, hey, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:15:55 I'm good. Hey, Joe, I'm scored. I ain't passed nothing. I'm scored. That's it? Yeah. I dropped, hey, I dropped 21 in the fourth quarter. Did you really?
Starting point is 00:16:08 Yeah. You said you weren't playing. You were getting to it. Yeah. Hey, they dumb enough to keep throwing me the ball. I ain't toward him. You think you say, unbeat the ball stopper? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:20 Give it to me if you want to. Because I used to play, I played JV. And I played varsity. So I might score, I might score 35, 40 in the JV, and then come back and come up to varsity and hit 22, Joe. Hey, but that's what I ain't like. See, I play that. Where I played that, it was like,
Starting point is 00:16:40 he wouldn't let me play junior varsity because I don't know if you felt that was too good for junior varsity, but that's why all my homeboys play. My best friends are on junior varsity. This is our first year in junior high school. Man, I want to play with them. We can dominate junior varsity.
Starting point is 00:16:56 You're like, no, son, I'm going to put you on varsity. I'm like, I barely get clock. You know what I mean? You throw me in there two minutes left on the clock. We're up to winning. Come on, man. Yeah, it didn't go like that for me. Hey, that's what I had.
Starting point is 00:17:11 I got my time, you know, I work on my game and the JV. No, my time was going to come. Hey, but they put them in the game. Coach put them in the game. I'm going to give you a cool 15. Yeah, yeah. I don't care. How many, me?
Starting point is 00:17:25 10, 12 minutes, I'm getting double figures, Joe. Yeah, I got to see the footage. Every time, I'm getting double figures. I got to see the footage. I played in like two junior varsity games, bro. He said no more. I'm putting you on varsity. Well, damn, man.
Starting point is 00:17:42 Joe, I'm the third lead score. And I ain't played about 13, 14, minutes. Hey, but you know what, though, I'm going to tell you something, especially in junior high school, them guys who come from football. football, the basketball. I don't know if it's because of the maturity that y'all got from lifting weights and all that. The game is easy for y'all. Come and tell you. Yeah, for sure. I don't know if y'all ever heard of this guy named Cedricbs, but he went to Arkansas. He played, he got drafted.
Starting point is 00:18:10 You know, me and him the same class, we went to junior high school together. He was out of center. He was out of center. He was out of center. I'm talking about, but he jumping out of the gym. He jump ball, catching lives. Like, you know, he was a bad boy. And then we both went off to the University of Arkansas. He dominated there and went off to the NFL. But I do think you guys who play football, y'all come in with like a different type of confidence. We have a different mentality.
Starting point is 00:18:38 We do. Yeah. I agree. Y'all do. Yeah, I do. Especially early in your careers, boy. And junior high, them football player will be dominated. Joe, Ocho, we got a heartwarming story.
Starting point is 00:18:50 Charles Barkley and Michael Joyne have apparently reconciled at the 4th. 14 years of falling after falling out. Chuck said, we had a discussion. We're going to get together to play some golf soon. His basketball season is over. He were like, Prince William and Prince Harry. There's always been a lot of affection between us. But yeah, we talked, actually the last 72 hours.
Starting point is 00:19:10 And we decided to get together and play golf as soon as the season's over. The silent treatment started back in 2012 when Charles Barkley in an interview with the Chicago radio was critical of Jordan performances as an owner of then the Charlotte Bobcats implying that the Bulls, great, hadn't hired enough people who had been courage, had courage to disagree with his decisions on how to handle the franchise. Hey, look, I'm glad them dudes, you know, figuring it out, okay, Ocho. Yes, yeah. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:19:44 I hate for us to get, you know, older and still, you know, whole grudges of bickering with each other, man, they both better than that, considering that they were great friends. But great friends. I think. Gamble together, play golf together, all that joke. Yes, they were great friends. And MJ, no, he know how Charles Barkley is. He ain't going to hold this dog, man.
Starting point is 00:20:04 That man just being honest. We're just keeping it 100. You know what I mean? I know Jordan probably obviously took offense to that. But I mean, hey, you know Barkley, bro. He's going to speak his truth now. And Jordan going to hold a grudge. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:19 And you know, hey, Joe, they won again today. His driver won again. Did he really? Yeah. Five of the first nine races. Yeah, every since Jordan won that lawsuit, they ain't been on the up and up for him made a bad. You see that?
Starting point is 00:20:33 See how God work? He said he just wanted to be fair. Uncle Ocho, just be fair. He don't want no advantage. One thing about a joke. Hey, one thing about the joke, God don't bless no mess, huh? You're right. That boy, he's been winning all 2026.
Starting point is 00:20:50 It's look, it's okay. It's okay for somebody to disagree. I mean, the mere fact that somebody disagreed with something, because you got to think about that Michael Jordan. Who will have the courage to say something that you're doing is wrong? Who will have the courage to tell Michael Jordan? Mike,
Starting point is 00:21:08 you know, A. Yeah. Shit. Charles Barkley? Exactly. It got it 14 years of exile. Yeah. Damn. But it takes a special type of person
Starting point is 00:21:21 to tell someone. someone of that caliber. I mean, even for a family member to tell you that you're wrong when you're footing all the bill. That's why Homeboys, a lot of time, homeboys get into trouble. Because I'm not going to have you stop this Sprint a brand and have me get off. We go in the club getting bottle service. Are we getting at the honnies?
Starting point is 00:21:38 Yeah. We go on vacation. We go to Jamaica and Cancun. You footing our whole bill. And you think I'm going to tell you, you wrong? So you're going to get mad at me and I can't go no more? No, boy. You're right.
Starting point is 00:21:51 That's just the way it is. Because I've always had a smile. I never traveled with a whole bunch of people. Yeah. So even when I was in high school college, I had one or two friends, and I'm cool with that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:03 But you got to have somebody to tell you, hey, tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. Because we all want to hear how great we are and what we're doing is right. And sometimes it's hard. Yeah. It's hard.
Starting point is 00:22:15 I'll tell you what I always say. It's my sister. And I'll get mad with it and I fall out and sometimes I won't call them for a couple of days. But she'd be dead ass. You need that. She'll send me a text with a scripture. I don't want no scripture.
Starting point is 00:22:33 I'm supposed to very religious now. And so, man, I ain't tried to hear no scripture. But she probably keeps you grounded and keep you, keep your head. Absolutely, Joe. Absolutely. Absolutely. You got to have that. You got to have that.
Starting point is 00:22:49 You do. I'm trying to think. Joe, who you got in your corner, Joe? That'll get on you, man, regardless of how you, you know, how you feel about it, that you'll take that criticism, you know, from them with understanding that they mean well. Man, I probably would say probably my uncles.
Starting point is 00:23:09 I got four uncles. Yeah. You know, my mom was the only girl. So, you know, I had male figures in my life. You know, I talk about how my dad wasn't there, but I got male figures, whether it was my uncles, whether it was Mr. Greenwood, Mr. Vaught, meaning these are my best friends, parents.
Starting point is 00:23:25 They come from two-parent households. Right, right. I got, you know, I know what it's like, you know, to be a man. And, you know, I've gotten those, you know, those talks and all that. So, you know, those are people who I'm very appreciative of for sure. Right. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:23:40 Yeah. You got to have me in your corner. Yeah. You do. And I try to be that voice of reason for my friends. And they look at me a little different. But I've always been that way. I've always been the guy where I was in high school, where I was in college or the NFL.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Guys always, like, came to me. Hey, Sharp, what you think about this? When guys got in trouble, guys would fight on the team, Joe Ocho. Yeah. Coach bring him to my room. They knock on the door, boom, boom, boom. I'm like, yeah, I come to the door. Because, I'm out, first of all, you bamming on the door like you today on police.
Starting point is 00:24:12 So I'm coming to the door with a frown. I'm like, yeah, what's up? They come in there. You're the mediator on? Yeah. They ask me what I think. What do I think we should, what do I think that should the punishment be? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:26 I'm a player just like they are. The hell. Yeah. I'm like, make them run, coach. But I'm always, and a lot of times, you know, you try to keep, you look, it's inevitable. I don't care. And Joe, I don't know how I was on the basketball team, but Ocho, you know. When you got that many guys and you got that many testosterone,
Starting point is 00:24:51 and you're around ladies, somebody getting the bagging on somebody, somebody mess with somebody girl, it's going to be a fight. Yeah, yeah. It's just that simple. Ain't no way. I don't care.
Starting point is 00:25:03 You can win national championship and everybody getting yards, catching touchdown passes, stacking the quarterback. Anytime there's testosterone and there's women and you got guys joining talking about what you got,
Starting point is 00:25:15 what you don't got, it's going to be a fight. Yeah. Yeah. Now, our job is to try to mitigate. I don't know how y'all operate, but most of the people that I went to school with had the stick or the two.
Starting point is 00:25:29 I ain't going to say what Ocho said talked the other night, talking about some strap. I hope he was talking about a stick or two or five. Yeah. Something like, yeah, I thought he was talking about a firearm. Yeah, yeah, they're fine. You're talking about me? Yeah, you.
Starting point is 00:25:43 But anyway, and so, you know, hey, because you know, guys, I mean, look here, when emotion is high, logic is low. Oh, yeah. He go. Guy A, man. I tell you what. Be here.
Starting point is 00:25:54 No, no, no, no. Come on. Come on. Come on. We can talk about this here. Hey, ain't going to pay. Because I already know. That bully don't know me.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Hello. That bullet does not know me. And so, bro, I know you get mad. I already know how it's going to be. I mean, I got a teammate right now doing life. Kill the cop. Yeah, but I already do it. Hold on, the cop.
Starting point is 00:26:21 He killed a cop, yeah. Overpowered him and killed him. Damn. Traffic stop? Yeah, yeah, he robbed, he robbed, I think a hotel, got to a trap, overpowered him, killed him, 11 to 1, or he would have got the needle. But already, but he stayed in something, Ocho. He stayed, he stayed, and I told him, if I could go interview him. Right.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Jason, you remember what I told you what I told you my freshman year? I said, you're going to end up in jail or somebody going to kill you. He was always in the time, huh? Ocho, he go, first of all, I don't know how it is now, but I'm just saying when I was in school,
Starting point is 00:27:04 we had one co-ed dorm. So if it was an all-female dorm, guys couldn't go on the floor. It wasn't co-ed, so you couldn't go into a girl's room. The girls had to come down to the lobby, or the girls had to come to the guys, they came to the guys dorm,
Starting point is 00:27:18 to come to the lobby. You couldn't go to that room. If you got caught in a girl, if the opposite sex got caught in the girl's room or guy's room, you got kicked out for a quarter. Right, right. This Joker here, he'd go up there and just spray the fry
Starting point is 00:27:33 with stinguishes. Hey, he tried to talk to a girl. He just stayed into something. He did that in the girls, and the girls like, don't. In the girls dorm, yeah. Oh, man. Pull the gun, he fight.
Starting point is 00:27:46 He got into a fight. We were playing basketball. And I just knew it. I just hated, I hated playing with him. He's like, man, I just hate like, damn. If he was there when he got there and, you know, he wanted to pick a team. I knew he was going to pick me, but I already know if they file him, he's going to beat some type and he's going to be on the movie.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Lo and behold, dude file him. Yeah. And I already know how he is. I said, Lord, have mercy. Now, he's a big dude. He's about six. I mean, this is 87. So he's probably
Starting point is 00:28:20 6, 3, 2, 70. Oh, it's a big dude, man. Yeah, he's a D. Lyman. I'm thinking you're talking about somebody little. No. He's fine. Look, he going there, turn it. But the story here.
Starting point is 00:28:37 So he got filed. I just knew, I just knew, I just knew. I said, Lord, have mercy. So he's like, foul. And he started walking the water. I said, come on, Jay, let that go. But the dude wasn't back and down. Uh-oh.

Starting point is 00:33:27 Yeah. If we somebody fighting, I'm gonna say, oh, Joe or Joe, you grab one, I'm gonna grab the other. Right. Because if you grab one,
Starting point is 00:33:35 somebody's going to get a lick in. Yeah. Now you got to fight. Now you got two guys want to fight you. Yeah. Show enough. Dude grabbed him.
Starting point is 00:33:45 Dude hit him dead in his mouth. Man, he turned around. Slapped it. I'm talking about five. He don't forgot all about this dude. Here. Slap him.
Starting point is 00:34:00 I'm talking about mouths like a sloppy joke. Doc Tate's out of his mouth. Yes. Oh, boy said, I got something for you. He said, you know what? I got something for you too.
Starting point is 00:34:14 So they both go. They're in the same dorm, just one on the first floor, one on the second floor, and the other on the third floor. Yeah. Man, Sharp. Why is all,
Starting point is 00:34:27 way sharp. Why you call sharp? Man, it took all, it took all I could to get, come on, Jay, man, come on, Jay. This ain't going to end well. I said, man, y'all going to tell a little boy, don't bring his ass out. Don't come back out of the dorm. You stayed, just go where he's going. He ended up getting kicked out of school. And it was just one thing after another.
Starting point is 00:34:53 Dang. It would be, it would be cold. Like, we go on the road game, Ocho. Yeah. It'd be. cold. So coach to have us doing up downs. He's down the sideline with his head and his pockets. So the D-Line coach, so Coach Davis asked the D-Line coach, say, what the hell
Starting point is 00:35:09 he doing over there? Yeah. Coach, he said he ain't doing no up-downs. He said, well, after that damn, he getting on the bus with us, he fired a damn own way back to the hotel. We left him. Dead ass? Left him. Hotel about 20 miles away. He caught
Starting point is 00:35:25 a ride back. I don't know he hitchack. I don't know how he got back to the hotel, but he got home back to the hotel. Was he good? Was he good? Oh, he could be a hell of a player. He could have been a hell of a player. Right. Strong. But he just would not do right, guys. He would not, and I knew it.
Starting point is 00:35:41 And I remember when I got the call. They said, man, you ain't going to never guess what happened. He said, man, I say, I remember Bucket told me, say, who you think? If I were to tell you somebody got into it with the law and ended up killing somebody, who you second first name I said.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Him? He is right away. Sure enough. Mm. He just stayed into it, guys. I've never seen anything like it. And I've been around some menaces, but he was the absolute worst person. He would steal, he would just start-ish,
Starting point is 00:36:22 just to fight because he was so much bigger. And everybody else was like, Jason, I said, I'm going to be honest with you, bro. I say, because he was next, because my high school teammate was my, roommate, but his roommate was next door to mine. He was a roommate for the dude name. We called him Tobe.
Starting point is 00:36:39 He was from Alma. I said, Jason, bro, I ain't never had no problem with you. I said, but Jason, I ain't going to lie to you, Jason. If we get into it, if you do something, I'm going to try to kill you. He's like, no, I ain't got no problem with you. I ain't got no problem. I said, I'm just going to be honest with you, Jason. And I would have.
Starting point is 00:37:01 Because when he's staying into it Have you ever seen somebody Joe and Ocho that just bother people Just because? Yeah, yeah, yes Oh, antagonism like... Fing in his food. He's stealing your clothes.
Starting point is 00:37:16 He wants to wash his clothes. He take your clothes out while they wash it, put them up on top of the washing, put his clothes in there, your clothes dry. He's wearing people, he wearing... Bro, you're six-po, two-sevety. How are you wearing a wide receiver
Starting point is 00:37:29 Oz shirt? I see, man. But he just stayed into it. He could play the Ocho. He could. If you saw the way he was built, you're like, built like a gold-ass man at night.
Starting point is 00:37:51 Yeah, yeah. But just stayed into it. Fighting. Damn near. Every other day, he's fighting somebody. But he always picked on people like, he ain't really fighting the D-Lyman. He tried to fight receivers,
Starting point is 00:38:06 running backs, cornerbacks, stuff like that. Also, he's like them. He knows who to pick on. Yes. Yes. But I already knew. He got into a chase where they called up with him. He stopped the car.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Officer. I don't give him how big the officer was. Rest his soul. I hate that he lost his life. But it would probably take, probably four or five officers to take him down. And I'm talking about probably my son. size.
Starting point is 00:38:37 Damn. Not no average size police officer. Mm-mm. Mm-mm. Mm-mm. I know y'all going to look it up, but you'll go back and look it up.
Starting point is 00:38:49 He just, he's where he's supposed to be. Damn. She probably should have been there sooner. All right, it's time to play a fade presented by prize picks. Man, that was a good little story right there.
Starting point is 00:39:07 Oh. Now, I'm about to go to jail. I just say, kill it, kill it, kill it. Kill it, kill it. Donald Mitchell, 28 points. More or less, Ocho and Joe. Donald Mitchell, more than 28 points tomorrow night. I got him more.
Starting point is 00:39:39 I think he's going to have the average 30 in this series, especially at home to beat Toronto. He can definitely do that, yeah. Ocho, what you got? I'm going more, absolutely. All right, we go on Donald Mitchell, more. Jalen Johnson, than 21 and a half points, Joe.
Starting point is 00:39:54 That's your guy. Man, man. A pencil, pencil my boy in, man. He's better. Pimpsil J.J.N. for that 21. Hey, Ocho, you got to chill out, my boy. Hey, pimpsil Jason in the end. More.
Starting point is 00:40:08 Hey, hold on. Hey, somebody in the chair, they know exactly who it is. Somebody. Who I was talking about. I don't let it call people, Dave. They tell about it. But they type it in there.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Yeah. Hey, Joe. What's up? We bet another hundred. What am I at? For what we betting game? For the last haul game. We bet in game by game, right?
Starting point is 00:40:30 Yeah, I think he was in the hole already, though. How was that? Here we go. Ocho, you send him his money, though, right, Ocho? I sent him $200. I send him an extra hundred on top of it. I got you, bro. I got you.
Starting point is 00:40:44 I got you. So, hold on, we betting a hundred on the game tomorrow, right? Yeah, yeah. We're getting game, too, for show tomorrow. Okay, so you're going to be 200 in the hole. Yeah, hey, hey, happy 420 to you and Unc, too, by the way. It's 420 over here. Oh, I'm going to go out here and smoke, Joe, you smoke cigars?
Starting point is 00:40:59 Yeah, cigar? Yeah, I'm going to go smoke my cigar, yeah. Yeah, okay. Joe, you smoke that's Cunion? Huh? Oh, there you go, yeah. That means, yeah. Call that to the town is 20 to half points.
Starting point is 00:41:13 More than 20 and a half. You think can't have more than 20 and a half points. Ooh, I hope he don't. I hope he don't. But if I'm... Ocho? Uh-huh. You're going to have more than 20 and a half points?
Starting point is 00:41:27 Yeah, you're going to have about 20. Send the Hawks back home. I'm going to keep it real. I know I'm saying, I know he had a good game last game. But he's known to drop in your 11 points tomorrow now. He's known to go for about 11, 12 points. That's how you feel? I'm just, that's just how I feel.
Starting point is 00:41:44 But I know you and Uncle want to go more, you know, so I'm overruled. I mean, you're not overruled. You're not overruled. You're just doing that because you just want to bet with the goddamn home. Oh, I'm betting with the hogs. No question. It's not betting. I'm just saying that's where you're hard at, so you're going to make it seem like he ain't going to do that. Man, I understand.
Starting point is 00:42:01 All right. Uncle, what you got? He over, uh? I would say you'll go over. Okay. Y'all really ain't got no answer to deal with him, so. Nicola Yokic will have 23 and a half when you can find his rebounds and assists. And he's more than 23 and a half, rebounds and assists.
Starting point is 00:42:18 Oh, rebounds and whatever you want. He going to have it. Matter of fact, when you see his name, whatever they put up there by his name, just say yes. Yeah, I got him over on. I got him. Yeah. Rebounds and it says, yeah. $25 to win $150. Download the app today.

Starting point is 00:43:11 That's a good one. Hold on, hold on. You see I do that, Joe? You see I do that Joe? Yeah, yeah. Hey, what do you call a teacher that never farts in public, though? A teacher that... Hey, what do you call a teacher that never farts in public?
Starting point is 00:43:27 My friend? Joe, you got anything? I ain't got nothing, no, Joe. A private tutor. Before we get to our SuperChap, we got five video voicemails from our Discord. Let's take a listen to number one. What up?
Starting point is 00:43:56 Iso and Joe. Appreciate what y'all guys do, man. Y'all do a great service. And I watch the show religiously. But my question to y'all is, Well, I got two. The first one is I need five songs, R&B playlist from each one of y'all,
Starting point is 00:44:11 for me to go take my baby out to go riding. And then my second one is, what is that one special thing about that one of you all chose to be with? Like, did you know, that she was different from everybody else. And shout out to my baby, you know, I love you.
Starting point is 00:44:23 Appreciate y'all. Thank you. What a bad? That boy trying to get, that boy trying to do something by two, something for real. Yeah, baby. Matter of fact, you know what?

Starting point is 00:44:49 Lenny Williams. Damn, he don't want to break up, he, he ain't. He said five old school songs, uh? He said R&B, Ocho, but that's, that's a heartbreak. You wanted to get in the mood.
Starting point is 00:45:02 Listen, I mean, nah, if you want five, I'm talking about I'm giving you five classics. Okay. Teddy Pendergrass, close the dough. Okay. You hit me? Yeah.

Starting point is 00:45:39 I'm giving him good music. Bobby Womack, Rose Royce, Teddy Pendergrass, Lenny Williams, huh? That ain't what he's looking for, bro.
Starting point is 00:45:46 Camio. Ock might be looking for that. Ongue might be looking for some Lenny Williams and I ain't, nah. They have a barred. I'm more of a,
Starting point is 00:45:57 I'm more of a, if who I had, who would I put, R&B? Damn, hey, that man wants some Bobby Brown, some Tenderon.
Starting point is 00:46:09 Yeah, that would he want. That's what he won't. That's what he won't. Ain't nobody trying to do that. The first song she's going to hear is Trust by Michelle and DeGio Chello. Okay. Nah, man. The next one she goes here is loving basketball by Michelle and DeGleccello.
Starting point is 00:46:32 Then I'm going to put some adore. I like friends, so I got to have a door on there at least once. What you know about that? I do Maxwell, until the cops, till the cops come knocking. Man, I'm telling y'all. Hey, hey, bro.

Starting point is 00:47:40 Yeah. Put your cigar in your mouth. You know, put your little shades on. You motorcycle ride, oh, Joe? No. No. Now I got dirt bikes, motorcycle. motorcycles all in the garage.
Starting point is 00:47:51 He don't do nothing. He's lying at any on. He's telling him. Joe, you know I got a motorcycle. He miss speaking the truth. I'm from, Joe, I'm telling you, Joe, that's why as soon as he said he fired songs, I'm ripping off the old school kind of stuff you listen to when you're on your bike on Sunday, Joe. I'm a rider, what? I got a little, I got a little something, something, you know,
Starting point is 00:48:10 stored up. I'm just, like, when I'm old school, I like, I like, like, really, I ain't playing, I ain't playing nothing that's in the last 10 years. That's for damn sure. Maybe I'm going some us or something. Right. But for the most part, that ain't, no. Hey, hey, this man here wants some jodicy, some shy, some Aish.

Starting point is 00:48:44 Huh? Smokey Robinson. Oh, hey, Foreplay after the day. You don't know about four-play after the dance. That's my jam. I actually I actually wasn't for the time
Starting point is 00:48:52 I played that. I'm walking out of here with, I'm walking out of here with you. Wait, what group is it? It's called After the Dance

Starting point is 00:50:10 That's what he's looking for when he says, oh. Hey, what's that famous song by Shadow? The one that they know him for. But they sing it. I can tell you that, uh, Andy, fire. Yeah, we all fall in love again. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:29 Be sure that. Man, let's go here's the second one. What's up, y'all? I, so the other night, a couple of shows ago, you said that you wore a size 16 shoe, and you'd have the home boys to give your size 16 shoes to. So I was just wondering, if we could be home boys right now,
Starting point is 00:50:47 and you give me some side 16 shoes because I wear a side 16 and you know how hard it is to get that shoe, man. So I just wanted if you could slide me some hoop shoes, man. Don't sign them. I love the show. Don't sign them. I'm trying to hooping them.
Starting point is 00:51:02 Get at me. Hey, um, give me his info. You an adge, give me the info I sent him out two, three pairs of 16s. I got plenty of them, baby. Bet. Yeah.

Starting point is 00:51:31 Where do you rank Julio Jones all time? And Unk, I know about them sand fleas. Uphand Paris Island, it gets serious. But the best thing about it is I love yelling at a recruit when they're trying to freaking fight them off. Hey, once again, shout out to the podcast. and thank y'all. Where'd you rank
Starting point is 00:51:57 Julio, Joe Cho? Hey, that's a good one. That's a good one. Well, I think the three, right now, the three is unchanged. Jerry, Tio Brandy. That would never change. Now, when it comes to four and on, I mean, Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald,
Starting point is 00:52:13 Marvin Harrison, I mean, Chris Carter, Kim, I mean, it changes tremendously and depending on who you ask, four to ten it'd be it'd be different right but Calvin Johnson I mean
Starting point is 00:52:28 Antonio Brown it can go so many different ways but he's worthy of being in that top 10 not just in his era I was talking about all time huh yeah
Starting point is 00:52:36 yeah all time if AB could have kept his head on you wouldn't go be able to keep AB out of the top five no oh for sure for absolutely not he'd be the top five receiver
Starting point is 00:52:47 that boy got from talent yeah not with the run he was on. Absolutely not. Yeah. If he could have stayed, if he had stayed another two years, he had to go. But anyway, if he could have kept his head on Ocho. Stayed another two years in Pittsburgh.
Starting point is 00:53:04 Man, go look at that man numbers. A down year is 1,300 yards for him. That's a down year. Yeah. This man was having 17, 1600, 122, 118,
Starting point is 00:53:18 130 catches. Yeah, they, he, boy. Yeah, they were getting that banana pill to him, boy. Damn. Here's our fourth one. Let's take a listen.
Starting point is 00:53:30 Yo, um, Ocho. Joe and still, Ojo, you don't know, our eyebrows. And, um, I want to know, man, what was your most fondest memory when you played in the playoffs? Love, man. Would he ask,
Starting point is 00:53:51 you, Joe, your father's, he was asking. He said you, you, you. He said, you, you're part, man. I ain't been, I ain't been no damn playoffs except for Madden. Hey, hey, he said, Ocho ain't got no eyebrows. He shot him one real quick. I do that eyebrows.
Starting point is 00:54:05 What are you talking about? Oh, man. You probably never seen him because I only got on damn glasses. That for our first Super Bowl to run that we went on. Losing that, losing the year before to Jacksonville, who's only been in existence. This was the second year in existence. We're the number one seat. got the best record in the NFL,
Starting point is 00:54:26 and they come in a divisional round, and then we come back, and we open up the playoffs with them next year. Again. Put that thing on their ass. BTA. Then we had to go on the road, Kansas City. Kansas City had just beat us three weeks earlier in their building.
Starting point is 00:54:46 Put fussing them. Went back to Pittsburgh. Hey, Pittsburgh had just put pushing us five weeks earlier. Put fussing them. Them, Green Bay. Green Bay had just blow the doors off us last year. It was talking because they were the reigning champs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:01 And they had won like, NFC had won like 13 Super Bowls in a row. We broke the street. That was, that was the great, that for me, that was in the Ravens. The next year with the Ravens, we did the same thing. We beat the Broncos at home, went to Tennessee, went to Oakland, and then beat the, breaks off the Giants in the Super Bowl. But that first one, there's nothing like the first. Nothing like the first.
Starting point is 00:55:25 Nothing like the first. I would trade that experience. So I wish I could share a player. Say, I sure wish I could share a playoff story. You went to the playoffs. You went to the playoffs with the Patriots. And I ain't do shit for them people, ma'am. That don't count.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Here's our last one. Let's take a listen. What's up, Nightcap? Question for Aceau. On a night out with you, Genero Pargo, Brandon Dean and his brother, Roosevelt, in Houston. Did you really give Roosevelt that Hugh Blu watch?
Starting point is 00:56:00 Please clear this story out. Man, I ain't going to even lie to you. I don't know who somebody told him a lot. I ain't never own no Hugh Blow watch. So I ain't never gave anybody no Hugh Blow watch. I don't know what he's talking about. What might have been a Rolex? Nah, I went on hell no.
Starting point is 00:56:19 I ain't gave nobody no Rolex neither. Yeah, you ain't gave you my $100 either. I love how you be you be demanding money but you ain't paid me my money after three years That's what I'm saying Hold on to it Joe Hold on that's different Hey Joe
Starting point is 00:56:38 What's that different What's you mean What do you mean that different That you ain't paid aunt But you demanding your money from somebody else I mean so hold on That's a whole different scenario You hear me
Starting point is 00:56:53 So what you're trying to say about this scenario I'm trying to say gonna take God and the other 12 disciples to get my get me off your ass you don't see I got their $100. Ocho, you ain't got a snowball chance in hell, boy. All right? Yeah. Dr. Frankie L. Bellamy said, hey, fam, I keep watching WWE hoping I see cage match between
Starting point is 00:57:17 Ocho and ISO. Boy, hey, hey, it wouldn't have been nothing for me to come out there and jump up under them ropes like I seen, like I used to see a haxile Jim Dungan and junkyard dog and all of them. Ocho, hey, in their ring, Ocho, I'll tell you a little lad, so, boy. What you want? Well, and listen, I'd be
Starting point is 00:57:35 flying up the top ropes like Jimmy's super slash knicker, boy. This ain't what you want in there. Hey, and I catch your little just like this here. Walk around the ring like this here. Like this here. Yeah. Boy, hey, I'm telling you. All right.
Starting point is 00:57:50 Yeah. T.S. Carwatch Detail Service, Unk, my grandpa told me, is your daddy a glassmaker because I can't see through you? And if you're too proud to pick up a penny, you're not worth a penny. I do, I still do, I still pick up a penny.
Starting point is 00:58:05 Hopefully it's on heads. Yeah. Because if it's on heads, it's supposed to be good lunch. Right. Yeah, yeah. I know that you, hell, it ain't even got to be no penny for me, Uncle. I'm picking up all coins.
Starting point is 00:58:17 Yeah, if it's a coin, it's on heads. I'm picking it up. Yep. I'm the exact same way. I'm the exact same way. Junior underscore Cool Cat What's a big three? Hope y'all doing good.
Starting point is 00:58:32 Playoff Wimby has a ride. What's ISO doing and a one-on-one versus Wimby? Ooh. Boy, any miss? Hey, the same thing is going to happen with ISO versus Ocho, losing? Hold on.
Starting point is 00:58:44 First off, his big ass can't stay in front of me. I don't know what to hear y'all talking about. I'm going by his big ass. He's going to block you from behind, Joe. How are you going to get a shot off? My thing is, it ain't necessarily trying to beat him to the rim. I'm just trying to get a step in front of him so I can stop, slow down, make him running to me. Maybe, you know, get my stuff off that way.
Starting point is 00:59:05 Okay, okay. But yeah, he's going to have hell now. He's going to have hell. I'm going to be all up on that minute's grill when he catches a ball, too. Okay. Yeah, I ain't give him no airspace, no airspace. Yeah. Jay J.J. Carver, A, Ocho, I'm going to need you to clarify what a strap on from last night combo.
Starting point is 00:59:23 You meant an elbow, knees, bad strap, right? Don't tell me. Hey, they know exactly what I'm talking about. Sound like you. You're excited about that, huh? No. We let that conversation yesterday. Matter of fact,
Starting point is 00:59:36 hey, we on tomorrow, right, aunt? Yeah. Hold on, I'm going to tell y'all what I'm going to do. You know, I got a little dungeon, huh? Hey, Chad, listen to me real quick. Y'all statement real quick, right? I got a little dungeon. You saw 50 shades of gray, Joe?
Starting point is 00:59:47 Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm going to bring some more toys out on the show tomorrow once we get to the back half of the show. Okay, all right. You're probably, y'all ain't gonna probably believe me. See, y'all, y'all living, but y'all, y'all alive, but y'all ain't living, Joe. You're gonna bring, you the swing. You're gonna bring the swing out.
Starting point is 01:00:04 I'm gonna show you some things y'all should use to kind of, to add a little salt and pepper to your life. You got them, you got them same little plugs you were telling me to get. You got some. Yeah, I got them for you too, Joe. I'm going to show them to you tomorrow, Joe. I'm saying, Joe, you have some for your personal use. That's what I have. No, I ain't got, I ain't got nothing for me, Joe, but it's what you need to do.
Starting point is 01:00:22 You, they, they, they, they, they, they, oh, Joe, you thought I had something? Hey, oh, what do you think? Hey, hey, hey, hey, he thought, hey, Joe, I ain't gotten it. I'm just telling you, I'm trying to spice them your goddamn life. I know, my life is good. That's what I'm saying. I thought you were telling me something you knew, not something you had heard. Oh, no, I saw it.
Starting point is 01:00:45 I saw it on YouTube. Nah, I ain't, I ain't, I never do it, but I'm just saying. Hey, oh, oh, I'm like, oh, boy, when he talked about the strap, but I thought he was talking about me telling my lady is she leaving out with that fire on her or something. Yeah. Oh, you thought I was talking about, you talked about that fire? Oh, no, we wanted to talk about what she need.
Starting point is 01:01:04 No, we want to talk about that, Joe. We want to talk about that. But listen, I'm going to get you all together tomorrow, though. I'm going to have a nice little selection of things we could choose from. I don't want to choose nothing. I'm good. I promise you, I'm good. This man talking about he got plugged and all kinds of stuff.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, listen, man, I'm telling you, I'm telling you what they used to have me in church. Boy, don't knock it until you try it, huh? Don't knock it to your try it. That's what I'm going to pass all you just to say. Nah, no, no. Hey, you got to experience everything one time. Now you don't. No, I don't.
Starting point is 01:01:36 No, I'm just telling you. No, I'm good. No, hell, no. You on your own on that. All right. All right. Hey, I'm, like I say, you know, you know, you know. Oshed the bed room, you know, everything being
Starting point is 01:01:52 going off without it. I got you, I got you. Listen, I feel, hey, listen, listen to me, as you was here when you was well, but there's always room for improvement. You hear me? Nah, Ocho? Huh?
Starting point is 01:02:04 Man, I mean, you got to understand. Ocho, man, look, I had a, if I was a, if I did what I, what I did, if I was here, what I was well there? Yes, sir. I was a combination of a Michael Phelps or Usain Bo.
Starting point is 01:02:25 Boy, getting out of here. Hey, I like that. Hey, that's a great combination, huh? Hey. That's a great combination. You hear it? Hey, Uncle, if you were the combination of him, boy, you're putting it down. Yeah, he was.
Starting point is 01:02:36 Yeah, he was. See, there's one thing you could have added to that, though. What's that? Huh? What's that? You know, Usen and Boat, all he did was run straight real fast. Yeah. Michael Phelps, all he did was swim straight real fast, huh?
Starting point is 01:02:50 Yeah, you got to slow it down. Yeah, we need a little creativity. We need a little, let's see. Listen, the hair ain't always when the race. Hmm. Huh? When they tell a story of the rabbit one, you hear me? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:02 Come on now. Stay with me. Now, what I'm trying to get you to do is slow. Slow and steady. He ain't going that fast, huh? Yeah, I already know it. Stay with me, Joe. Yeah, I already know it.
Starting point is 01:03:11 Talk to me. Come on. Hey, just listen to me. I'm trying to take you there. I'm a sports car. I'm built for speed. You know what I'm saying? Hey, hey, I just got an 18 wheel about it,
Starting point is 01:03:24 but I can't, but I got a, a Ferrari engine up under here. You're the jet fuel. Fonty's up at Iso. Y'all better not be listening to Ocho with them swings, may I say, and have y'all in ICU. Hey, nah, as a matter of fact, I'm going to put, you know what, does my camera turn?
Starting point is 01:03:45 See, this is why I like nightcap. This is why I like being with y'all because I can be vulnerable and I can speak in my truths. I don't got to hide who I am. Not that I do any goddamn way. Yeah. Tomorrow, I'm a hang my swing up here, huh? From the door.
Starting point is 01:03:58 It hanged from the door. Yeah, I'm hanging from the door right here to the right. And I'm going to turn my camera and I'm going to get in it. So it's now, I can't tell y'all to try something. Why are you in it? What you mean you're supposed to be in it? I thought she didn't. She ain't here.
Starting point is 01:04:11 I can't. I can't. No, don't you get your ass in it. We just have a swing up and we can use our imagination. No, no, I'm going to get an example. I'm going to get an example on how things are supposed to go. Because y'all ain't never had no swing. so I'm gonna show you how it's supposed to be.
Starting point is 01:04:25 You hear me? Oh, my goodness. Yeah, hey, Joe, hold me to turn my camera. Let me see, hold on. Yeah, yeah. You see my, with my doorway. Go back. I can't go, you gotta go.
Starting point is 01:04:38 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, okay. Okay, yeah. Put it up, go with the door. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm gonna get this together. A nice little demonstration, a light of demonstration. Because it's one thing for people to say stuff, Joe.
Starting point is 01:04:49 Yeah. You know, it don't get you no, no satisfaction unless you have, visual reference on what to do. So I'm going to put the swing up, I'm going to get in the swing, and I'm going to tell you what to do. But for context, the guys need to know that the swing is really for the woman
Starting point is 01:05:06 to get in. Yeah, yeah, the swing is for the woman. Now listen, now, listen to me, listen to me now. Now, if you want to, if you want to add a little salt and pepper to your life, now the swing could also be for you. Huh? Really? Really. Yeah, Joe, yes. Hey, before a guy to get in it, he's damnly going to have to be
Starting point is 01:05:22 fun size, ain't it? Yeah, not really, Joe, because the swing hold up to 250 pounds. Yeah, I can't. Well, I'm glad I'm 251. Yeah, I can't get it. That's perfect. I ain't got to worry about it, dear.
Starting point is 01:05:41 Hey, I didn't want y'all to have a little fun, man. That's all. Hey, Joe, you got handcuffs? I may have a set of two. Yeah, okay, you got a blindfold? Yeah, you can use anything. for a blind foe here. Okay, yeah, that's true.
Starting point is 01:05:56 You got the ball gag, you know, the ball, the collar with the leash. I ain't got, I got plenty of them for my dog now, but I ain't. Yeah, but you don't want, you don't want to put, you don't want to put the dog collar around your neck. Yeah, but you know, around who neck? Around who neck?
Starting point is 01:06:10 You got the fur handcuffs, Ocho? Huh? You got the fur handcuffs? Yeah, because I don't, I don't like the, the metal ones, they, they, they leave, they cut some on a wrist. Got a couple of pair of zip ties, too. Hey, but, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, you know,
Starting point is 01:06:23 for bread, for bread, for without type of bread. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, okay, okay. Okay, okay. Okay, okay, okay. Okay, oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:34 You got the ones with the spikes, the one with the spikes in them? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, so she's able to pull back so you can't run, you feel me? What do you mean? What do you mean so you can run? Joe, when she get the ice,
Starting point is 01:06:48 when she, with the ice in your ass, Joe. And she's, oh, Lord, Jesus, crap back. Joe, and she pulled back. Joe, and you got to tell her, tell her you the left hand. Use a left hand so you can't go so your neck, your neck jerked back, right? And you're looking up. You're looking up. But she's back there with the ice and it's like, Joe, it's unbelievable, Joe.
Starting point is 01:07:08 You got your, you got an only fan? Oh. You got an only fan? Yeah, for my feet. That man here, this man putting all cattle stuff in his butt. Hey, look it, man. I don't know what's going on with Ocho, man Hey, Joe, you mean got the only fans?
Starting point is 01:07:41 Nah, no, I'm good. Hey, Joe, hey, boy, my only family are killing. It's only feet. Only feet. You probably make a thing, bro. Now, Ocho, after you've been talking, I'm throwing all my stuff away. What's you throwing away?
Starting point is 01:07:53 What's you throwing away? All them little gadgets I got. And what you got over there, uh? You got a few toys, too? I had some, Joe. you know, yeah. Hey, see, there we go, there you see.
Starting point is 01:08:09 Hey, Unk got some toys over there now. But you know I got somebody that massed that energy. Yeah, right. Yeah, jeez, jeez, I'm like, whoa. Huh? I'm Luke Wilson. Join me each week for Film Never Lies.

It's a story we've shared for over 30 years since Daniel was the star player on our high school soccer team. Very debatable. And I was their most loyal and sometimes only fan. I love this game.
Starting point is 01:09:17 I love its history, its hope, its heartbreak, and above all, its beauty. Together, we'll find out why, of all the unimportant things, football, soccer, is the most important. Listen to the away end with Daniel Auer Kohn and John Green on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. A win is a win. A win is a win. I don't care which I'm saying. Just a little bit bigger hips, wider. This is a podcast. We're recording it as we tailgate our youth soccer games in the back of my Honda Odyssey. With all the snacks and drink.
Starting point is 01:11:02 Sidebar. Why did you get hard seltzer instead of beer? Oh, they had a bogo. Well, then you got it. Do you want a white collar something here? Just a hit it. Oh, what are y'all doing? Microphones? Are you making a rap album?
Starting point is 01:11:12 Oh, I would. Come on. Could you move? I would buy it. Cuts through the defense like a hot knife through sponge cake. That sounds delicious. Oh, you're lucky. I'm not a drug addict.
Starting point is 01:11:25 You are. I'm not an alcoholic. You are. You are. I'm not a killer. I love this team, and I'm really trying to be a figure in their lives that they can rely on. Oh. Listen to soccer moms on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts,

Two active players giving you a real look at our lives and what we actually think, on and off the court. Nothing's off limits.

I mean, honestly, like, I might get in trouble for this answer, but I think it's, like, definitely happening in the WBA. And, yeah, we talk about our mistakes, too.
Starting point is 01:12:17 They pulled me to their side and was like, hey, man, we got a call last night, man, you can't be rolling around the city like this tonight before games, no, you know, doing this, doing whatever. And of course, family stories. They'll be like, Mommy, why did you miss that? Mommy, do you play basketball? Check out Game Recognized game with Stulian Miles on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, hey, my lady is Scorpio now.
Starting point is 01:12:51 He's a Scorpion? Yeah, she's a Scorpio, yeah, you know. I don't really know nothing about science. You don't know nothing about them Scorpio? You didn't hear that song Tyrese said, I met a Scorpio. She had no limit to where she goes. Okay, okay. So that means you already got somebody that's willing to do
Starting point is 01:13:10 with everything I'm explaining. Yeah, but I ain't springing that on a like that, oh Joe. Okay. Yeah, I ain't. Hey, well, I know you and I know your friends. I bet they think I'm crazy, huh? Boy, hey, listen, I'm telling y'all, man,
Starting point is 01:13:30 hey, anywhere I go, somebody's stopping me and talk about y'all, bro. They talk about how wild y'all are. We're not, Joe, we just living. Joe, we're not. wow we just everyone else everyone else is scared to be themselves publicly Joe I'm trying to show people
Starting point is 01:13:44 it's okay to say how you really feel it's okay everybody I don't care about I don't care not about what nobody say about me I don't care about what nobody think by me I've always been me I've always been very blunt and open yeah yeah you can hate me I love being
Starting point is 01:14:01 hey Joe I love being the villain Joe that's me that's my role you may be a little too open sometime oh Joe you know me Yeah, you want to pipe down a little bit, partner. Yeah, hey, you're using the right words, opening pipe. That's what I do.
Starting point is 01:14:18 What are we talking about? Joe, it's fine. Hey, that's a good combination of words, yeah, but. Arde said, after last night's stream, like Kent Williams said, Ocho liked the party. And sometimes you got to tell him no. Oh, my goodness.
Starting point is 01:14:44 Got to tell him no. See, the past 86, my son heart is making the NBA. He'll be lucky to be six foot. What should he focus on to help him reach his dream? And how could I help him besides cheering? She said her son's looking to make the NBA and he what? His heart is set on making the NBA. But he'll be lucky to be six foot.
Starting point is 01:15:07 What should he focus on to help him reach the dream? And how can she help him besides cheering? You got a first master the basics, meaning ball handling, shooting. You got to master the basis. And you got to be a dog defensively. To be a small guy to make it into the NBA nowadays. Yeah. Like, bro, like your presence has got to be felt the moment you step on the court,
Starting point is 01:15:31 meaning you got to pick your man up 94 feet. You know what I'm saying? You got to harass a guy. You got to make them, you know, when they see you guard them, They got to throw that ball to somebody else, but man, y'all'll bring it up. I'm going to go down here. You got to be one of them type of dudes
Starting point is 01:15:47 when you smile like that. Tim Lee's 65-57. How has HGA such a big favorite over Yokish for MVP, have people actually seen the numbers and Yolkish don't play with the team the HGA does? Do y'all notice SGA hooking his defender and getting away with files? Hey, listen, I get it.
Starting point is 01:16:11 He ain't going to be everybody a cup of tea. but when you're doing something historically that hasn't been done since Michael Jordan, meaning you're a guard, and Michael Jordan shot 53% from the field and you shooting 55% from the field, man, y'all can say what y'all want. That man out there getting it done, bro. Yes, sir.
Starting point is 01:16:29 And the fact that they've been the best team in the NBA over the past three years, for real, you know, I mean, it says a lot. Sexy Ed, boy, would you rather never be able to show emotion, or never be able to hide them. Never show them. Never show emotions. Oh, Joe? Man, shit, Uncle, I didn't cry on the show.
Starting point is 01:16:56 How many times? Yeah, you show emotion. You show excitement, yeah. Yeah, Joe, I be, boy. Man, I'm talking about the little stuff. I'm talking about, you know, explaining about his dogs passing here, I am crying. We talk about our grandmas, you know, maybe three, four weeks ago.
Starting point is 01:17:13 I'm on here crying. Yeah, yeah. My daughter, she crossed over at PV. I'm on here crying. Yeah, yeah. But then when it comes to other stuff that I'm supposed to cry about, I'm like, next. It's weird.
Starting point is 01:17:33 Yeah. YouTube trade 243. Now you've got to get Roman Raines on Club ShetShay, uh. We try to make it happen. Mike, Mike, what's up, Big Three ISO? Don't pay Ocho until he pays on. everyone just got to owe everyone. Sircase, by guys,
Starting point is 01:17:56 if Bengals have another lackluster season, is Zach Taylor finally gone? And ISO, what does the Hornets need most to get over missing the playoff hump? Ocho, did they extend Zach Taylor or they just let him, I think he's the last year of his contract, any, Ocho? Yeah, I believe so, if I'm not mistaken,
Starting point is 01:18:16 but obviously, I mean, with that question, as you know when it comes to Mike Brown, he's not one like other owners who will fire a coach and still have to pay them when they're not there. So I'm sure, depending on how this year goes, they'll probably extend Zach Taylor another two, maybe three years. And with the moves that Mike Brown's making right now and Katie and Choi and letting Joe Burrow and the fans know as well,
Starting point is 01:18:39 we're going all in. We're all hands on deck. We're putting all our cars in, doing everything we can, you know, to compete, especially on the defense end, has been our Achilles heel the past two, three years. He has this year plus next year on the contract. Okay. Joe, what did the Hornets need to do to get over the, missing the playoff home?
Starting point is 01:19:02 They got to get some more interior presence. They need some more bigs. Okay, old show. I like Deerbate, the center that they have, obviously. If I'm not mistaken, I think they led the league and probably second chance points or something like that. I know they were tops in the league. But they got a lot of guys who can hustle and play,
Starting point is 01:19:22 but you can see once they kind of got in the playing, especially against Orlando, their interior presence. If you ain't got no interior presence, I mean, they getting killed. Because they rely so much on their offense, meaning their perimeter guys to put up these historic numbers, and it's not going to always be the case, especially when you get in the postseason and the game starts to slow down a little bit. So they need some more beef up under their goal.
Starting point is 01:19:49 I agree. Yeah. Ronnie M. What's up, Nightcap, fam, since Luca and Kate are eligible, who are your all NBA teams? I think first team is going to be Shea, Luca. Kate. Will he be first team? So, hold on. I hear the thing now. We know three, Shea, Wemby, and Yolkich. Because those are the three that's the MVP. Shea, Wemby, Yokish, yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:14 Okay. Luca's going to be. So basically, so basically the last three spots, two spots for three guys. J.B. Cade, Luca. What about Ant Man? What are you putting in there? Ant Man ain't in there?
Starting point is 01:20:29 Not for first team. Not for first thing? Okay. Damn. I think Kaye is going to make it. The fact that they finished first in the Eastern Conference, did they finish the number one? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:42 Yep, they're number one. Yeah. I think Kaye going to make it. I think he'll make first team. I think J.B. going to be on second team. So Luca is going to be on the second team. Why, Luca ain't going to be on. because you only get five
Starting point is 01:20:54 Luca So you got Wimby Shea You said K and J.B. That's five. I don't think J.B. going to make the first team. Okay.
Starting point is 01:21:07 I don't think Luca. He led the league and scoring. They're going to reward him for that. Yeah, you're right. You're right. Yeah, they're going to reward him. But I definitely, J.B. going to definitely be on second team for sure.
Starting point is 01:21:19 Okay. Join B. Hives. F. y'all ever heard of Tender Kisses by Tracy Spencer? Yeah. That shy. Have my feet have me feeling singing like the rent is late. Hold on. Tender kisses. Tender kisses.
Starting point is 01:21:40 Don't know. Y'all know. You already got her. Man, I'm telling him to put it. Hey, tell you buddy to DM me, man. I'm sending him a playlist he got for his old lady. I knew. I know what he won't.
Starting point is 01:21:52 I already know what he won't. That boy trying to act up. Oh, yeah, I remember this. I remember this. Okay, okay, okay. Yeah. I'm super old school with it, though, Joe, especially when the kind of that music.
Starting point is 01:22:03 I'm super old school. I know, but buddy, it looks like he's younger than me. I know he wants something a little old school to him. It's going to be Joe to see, jagged his. You know, it's going to be something that. One-12. Yeah, he said R&B. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:22:18 There you go. My bad. When I hear R&B, I go all the way back. I go back 70s and 80s. I already know it. East Coast Cab, when can we see
Starting point is 01:22:30 y'all really take this on the road? I'm talking about Nightcap Live, London. Y'all deserves that global money, too. Congrats on all your success. We just tried to put together something maybe a two or three city tour, maybe this summer. But that's going to be difficult because we got the World Cup.
Starting point is 01:22:47 And I don't know about Ocho, but I'm going to need some time off. We've been, we've been, at it pretty tough since we started back in a little. Y'all can come, y'all can come hang with me. I don't get, yeah, Uncle, get some time off. Y'all come hang with me, I promise I got something. Hey, we're going to have a good time. I promise you.
Starting point is 01:23:05 We're going to have a good time. Hey, speaking of World Cup, right? Yes. Because there's so many games going on. Yes. I already got my schedule for the World Cup and the games I'm going to. Okay. I'm only going to six.
Starting point is 01:23:17 I'm only going to six that I want to be in person because the rest of them, I'm a um Hey Joe I'm gonna be out there by you too Joe You come to the A oh you're coming out here Cause it's gonna be jumping out here Matter of fact I'm gonna tell you right now Atlanta my first stop Is to watch Morocco play Haiti

Starting point is 01:23:47 But the games are spread out I'm not doing it back to back So, you know, I go to a game, then I watch the rest at home on TV. What day is the Morocco and Haiti when they play out here? That got to be at the beginning. That got to be at the beginning of the World Cup, too. I don't have the dates by the games I'm going to, but it's early because that's the first game. It got to be early June.
Starting point is 01:24:07 Yeah, let me know, man. I'll pull up with you, man. I know we ain't got the best, you know, rapport when it comes to, you know, hanging out and all that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but, you know, I make an exception. You know what I mean? Oh, so you're going to come to the game with me? Yeah, I'll come to the game with you, bro. Okay.
Starting point is 01:24:26 I mean, I ain't invite you, but I mean, I got, I brought me crazy. Hey, okay. He invited himself. And he just invited himself. I'm like, wait, okay, okay. Hey, hey, listen, I'm going to tell you something. I'm going to tell you something. I ain't no real big soccer guy, but I went to one of them United games.
Starting point is 01:24:45 Right. Oh, Atlanta. Yeah, yeah, I heard they'd be hype. Man, I, look, Ocho, I ain't never been in those soccer game before then, bro. I'm talking about that thing was jam-packed, bro. Hey, hold on, hold on, Joe. If you think that was something, wait to you see the World Cup atmosphere. Wait to you see the crowd.
Starting point is 01:25:01 Morocco, Morocco, Argentina, Colombia. Yeah. From a fandom standpoint, once you get in the atmosphere with them, Joe, boy. Well, you ain't seen nothing like that, Joe. It's different. Man, it's different. It's different. All right.
