Starting point is 00:00:00 Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year. Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Starting point is 00:00:23 Listen to Superhuman on the I-Hard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, it's Edwin Castro, also known as Castro 1021. And I'm Kunky, his best friend, and business manager. And we've got a new show called The 1021 podcast. I'm taking you behind the scenes on how I became one of Twitch's most popular streamers. We also love sports. And with the World Cup right around the corner, we'll be breaking down the biggest
Starting point is 00:00:51 storylines ahead of the big tournament here in the USA. Listen to the 1021 podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast. or wherever you get your podcasts. And on my new podcast, Hope from a Hypocrite, I'll be changing lives, helping people in need with thoughtful solutions. Sike, I'm a comedian. I'm not qualified to give good advice.
Starting point is 00:01:18 Join me and my comedian friends as we riff, rant, and recommend some of the most legally dubious advice known to me. This is Help from a Hypocrite, the worst advice from the dumbest people you know. Listen to Help from a Hypocrite Wednesdays on the Iheart radio app,
Starting point is 00:01:32 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Will Ferrell's Big Money Players and IHeart Podcasts Socher Moms. So I'm Leanne. Yeah. This is my best friend, Janet. Hey. And we have been joined at the hips since high school.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Absolutely. A redacted amount of years later, we're still joined at the hip. Just a little bit bigger hips. This is a podcast. We're recording it as we tailgate our youth soccer games in the back of my Honda Odyssey. With all the snacks and drinks. Why did you get hard seltzer instead of beer? They had a bogo.
Starting point is 00:02:02 Well, then you got it. Listen to Soccer Moms on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. American Soccer is about to explode. The World Cup is coming. Ramos sending on to Ernie. I'm Tab Ramos. I'm Tom Boca. On our podcast, inside American soccer, you'll get the real storylines, the biggest decisions, and the truth about the U.S. national team.
Starting point is 00:02:29 It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semifinals. Listen, Inside American Soccer with Tom Bogart and Tab Ramos on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, wherever you get your podcast. Hey, hey, Twan, you think Lakers got a, they got a chance to win a couple games in this series against the Thunder? Only way they got a chance, LeBron got to turn back the hands of time, man. Can Brian go get you 35 or 41 night? If he's not going to do that, they don't have a chance
Starting point is 00:02:58 because you don't know how Luca's going to come back. And Luke, this is the- Luke. Luke ain't coming back. Luca might not be back. even if they got to the Luca might not be back unless they got to the finals. I mean,
Starting point is 00:03:10 when I read, Luke ain't even close. Well, I don't think they got a chance there. They can't score enough to keep up with OKC. No. They can't score enough.
Starting point is 00:03:18 And you remember with Magic when they asked Magic you coming back next year and Magic would like, nah. They can't. I mean, the games hadn't even been close. The games have been 30,
Starting point is 00:03:30 40 points. Yeah. Because on the defensive end, they forced to turn. They get easy buckets. They're just, I mean, it's not, I mean, Marcus Smart's going to do all he can. We really don't have anybody to do anything.
Starting point is 00:03:42 I mean, I guess they put Marcus Martin Vando to try to slow down shape, but they got so many other guys. They kill you on the glass with Chet and on Hardinstein. Yeah, then Austin Reeves is not a great defensive player. LeBron James is not the same defensive player that he was before. And that's expected at 41. They just don't have enough defensively to stop O.K.
Starting point is 00:04:00 When you really think about it. That's what makes it tough. That's why you need Lucas. So at least you can put pressure on them offensively. You know, Lucas Steel kind of demands a double team. You can kind of slow the game down, make it a little methodical. But they don't have enough scoring. I don't think the hang with OKC.
Starting point is 00:04:14 OKC is young, fast. It's going to be tough for the Lakers to keep up. Hey, hey, even with Jaylon Williams being out, y'all still don't think they got a chance to win a couple games. Man, they beat the Lakers by 30 with no shade. Yeah. I mean, I think they get one, Joe. I think LeBron could get you one.
Starting point is 00:04:35 I mean, he can turn back the hands of time and get you won. Well, you know what? I might go to the game on Monday because they got to get, they play, they play tomorrow, they play Thursday, they play Saturday. Wait a minute, Shaq, can you, can you get a seat? You good? I'll just tease it. But look, like you said, I mean, I mean, think about what you just said.
Starting point is 00:05:06 Can LeBron, we're asking a guy, Joe, think about this. Oh, Joe, you see what he's saying? Can he turn back the hands of time? When have we ever asked a 41-year-old to turn back the hands of time? We ain't never had no 41-year-old. Who daddy and why not? Because they chose to retire. They didn't know.
Starting point is 00:05:24 No, no, father-time retired. They didn't choose too. Father-time red did that. Yeah, but this is what you have to understand. We've never had anyone play in the 41, right? For obvious reasons, injuries, or obviously when you get the 41, you're not able to do it,
Starting point is 00:05:38 but we talk about the chosen one, right? We talk about King James. So we're talking about Gloria James' son. So if he's deciding to play to 41, we will always view him and compare him to his old self. So if he's still playing, that's what's expected to him. We can't use him being 41 as a regional.
Starting point is 00:05:54 I compare you to your own self. I bet you can't run four five. I compare you to your own self. I bet you can get your ass out there and run that comeback. Your knees, The one's going to be over here, the other going to be over there, and you look at you. Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Starting point is 00:06:08 I bet you won't bet you. I bet you. Let's bet. What you want to bet. I just, I just ran a four weeks ago. You got a real, oh, Joe, you ran four six coming out of college, and that's when you was hungry. You ain't hungry no more.
Starting point is 00:06:23 You ain't running on four six. Oh, I'm hungry because I don't want my kids to be able to beat you running. Oh, they're going to be there already beach and running. Oh, they're going to be there already beach and running. And I trip one of my kids. They think they're going to have me. I mean, and all,
Starting point is 00:06:39 you know, joking aside, they might get a game. They might get a game in L.A. but I don't see them going on the road in that environment. Because the Lakers turned them all over. And what have we seen? Friday night was the only game that we saw in the playoffs.
Starting point is 00:06:56 The third quarter didn't do a man. And that's been their bugaboo for the entirety of the season. You watched the third quarter of the Lakers. They come out lethargic, and if they got to lead by 10, before you know it, the game is tied, and JJ's called a timeout. Oh, if they're down three to four, now the lead is like 12, 13,
Starting point is 00:07:15 because I don't know what it is about the third quarter, and the energy in which they come out in the locker room with is not acceptable. And you play OKC like that. Yeah. Boy, they'll take a 10-point lead and get it to 30. And no time. If I'm the Lakers, Joe, and shout at all, Joe,
Starting point is 00:07:32 I'm playing a lot of Zos. zone if I'm the Lakers. I'm going to play a lot of zone. I'm just going, I'm going to try to save LeBron as much as I can, save his legs. I'm going to play a lot of zone and I'm going to make O KC beat me from the three. And we know they got capable three point shooters. I'm not saying that they don't have capable three point shooters. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:49 But I can't let Shay go on to that ISO, the post-ups and him have his way. I got to play zone and let's see if they can, if they make 10, 15 threes, we go home. But I, you got to, you have to respect the fact that. of your age, your best player is 41. He needs to be great offensively. He has to have a monster offensive game. So the only way you can save his legs is by playing zone. You don't want him chasing defensively.
Starting point is 00:08:14 So I'm going to play a lot of zone and see if OKC can make 15 threes. Hey. One thing before you go, Joe, if you look at them, Twine, you make a good point. Because they ain't guard nobody to dribble. They can't stay in front of nobody. One defender down there, Mark is smart. That's it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:08:32 Hey, but Marcus Martin, now, he's been causing hell in this postseason. He's been playing well. I think he can get Shay some problems. You know, I ain't saying he's going to stop him. But can he stay out of foul trouble, though? You know, Shay, bitch. That's the problem. She gets to the line 10 and 12 times, Joe.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Can you keep him out of foul trouble? Well, look, check this out. Check this out. If you, OK, see, who you got Gar and Brun? You got Cheggen Homebren? You got Cheggen-Bron? No, probably Dort or Wallace. Yeah, probably.
Starting point is 00:09:00 No, I say If you got the left-handed guy They'll probably Check too little They'll probably have New Dort or they have the left-handed guy Guarding. Hardstein?
Starting point is 00:09:12 No, no, no, no. The guard that came in there for J. Dubb. New guy, they just put him in the rotation. I know they put him in the rotation. I know they put it. Okay. Yeah. No, Chad ain't guard.
Starting point is 00:09:22 No, hell no. Chad and Hardinstein ain't gone, Brian. But what I'm saying, if they start checking Hardinstein, Brown playing the four. One of them big guys going to have to guard him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:31 They'll probably guard Rui. Yeah. And the other guy guard, uh, Aiton. I think we all, I think, I think we all in the Grants.
Starting point is 00:09:41 Yeah, well, the Lakers, uh, Jackson Hayes and, and D.A. D.A. D.A. I think we all in the grins.
Starting point is 00:09:48 LeBron James got, got to go have a monster series for them to have a chance. And I, the problem that you have, though, is that it takes so much out of it. Because if you look at,
Starting point is 00:10:00 look at the game three day he had that monster game. He came back on that short turnaround. It was not interested. Yeah. That body doesn't recover like it was. And I don't care. All the hyperbaric chambers and all the red light therapy and all the acupuncture and the kneeling joke.
Starting point is 00:10:20 Man, sometimes I wake up in the morning. I was like, put my feet on the floor. Like, damn, my ankles hurt. My knees hurt. Damn my back hurt. And I don't damn well, I ain't ran up and down no court for no 30 plus minutes. Hey, listen, I agree. I agree with Twan.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Brun got to play great, but he also got to have at least one of them two dudes come along with him, Torn. He can't do it by itself. Even if he scored 35, hell, I don't think that's going to be enough to be OKC. Like, R, he's going to have to continue to be solid. I think AR, he's going to have to play great. Yeah, AR do. A.R. I mean, he doesn't work, kind of working his way back.
Starting point is 00:10:59 Yeah. You got a hope you get you get one of them good double-doubles out of eight and 15 and 17 15 you know he gonna have to give you something up in there. Hey, he can't have no gain to where he got four points and eight rebounds. Oh, God, they got out there about him, man. Hey, after what I see, hey, you saw what he did, uh, Friday night, what he did to Shengu, took him one-on-one. Hey, coach, I got this.
Starting point is 00:11:23 I got this. Hey, hey, if I catch somebody coming over here to double team, I'm going to stop that. Right. Get you back on your man. I got this. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:31 And I don't think, really the difference in the ball game. Oh, yeah. Okay, see, they bigs are mobile. They can, but they don't post up.
Starting point is 00:11:38 Hardinstein is an effa guy. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's getting me as well, yeah, you were running up for him. Yeah, and check hungry, he ain't going to be in no block
Starting point is 00:11:46 posting up doing that. Yeah, he'll pick a pop guy. Yeah, he'll pick him pop guy. So I don't think you can, I think the Lakers got a, I ain't saying they're going to win the series, fellas, don't get me wrong.
Starting point is 00:11:57 But I think they can get a, I'm like, I think they can get a game or two. Who check on post up? At some foot tall, 163 pounds. No doubt. Post it. Nobody.
Starting point is 00:12:13 JJ Redding had praise for the thunder. We saw a stat our morning meetings that the team had back-to-back, 10 or more better net rating in consecutive season. You're talking about the 95-96 bulls, 96-97 Bulls, 15-17 Warriors. You're literally talking about two of the greatest teams all-time I said to a bunch of people yesterday offsite talking about the series to me.
Starting point is 00:12:33 The Thunder is one of the greatest team in NBA history is just the reality. They're that good. I think our guys recognize and respect that. And we know what kind of task we have in front of us. I agree. Hey, look, when you think about it, OKC played against that Phoenix team. And hell, Green, Booker, and Brooks were putting up 20 plus. And hell, they were still getting their lights cut off.
Starting point is 00:12:59 Yeah, they had, what they have, Joe. I think they had like three or four guys one game had 20 plus and still got the brakes beat off. Yeah, yeah. So you got to be able to slow Shay down. And not only that, She can beat you in most of the way. Yeah, we know he can go for 30, 40. But when he had them big assist numbers, 10, 15 assists,
Starting point is 00:13:19 getting other guys involved, hey, you ain't got a chance. And one thing about this OKC team and this run that they're on, it's like the Bulls run. They dominate during the season. They make sure they get home court advantage, and they make sure them important games are played in OKC. Even though they're very,
Starting point is 00:13:36 obviously, you know, they're very capable going on the road and winning games, but they make sure they take care of business during the season to be able to have them home games, them important games. So one and two, they get up too long, you pretty much over with. So that's the thing, too. The leg is on top of have to play good. They got to win a game in OKC. I don't know if they can win one at OKC.
Starting point is 00:13:56 So it's an uphill battle for them. I agree. And when you look at it, OKC, they're still one of the youngest teams in the league, fellas. Oh,
Starting point is 00:14:05 they're not going nowhere for another three, four years. They got at least, they got at least, at least two to three years in them with this team, this roster as a step.
Starting point is 00:14:15 If the ownership is willing to pay the money, because they, they're paying everybody. Everybody's getting their just-do money, and they're going to be cool when not making the biggest cut. You know, we see these owners,
Starting point is 00:14:25 when they ain't making their money, they just shake these teams up and blame it on something else. So, yeah, because you don't want to be, you know, you, you don't want to be in that secretary, you don't want to be that repeat offender because now you're paying, you're paying, you're paying, you're paying, that you actually, that you actually, that you actually, yeah, look at the Celtics, look at the Celtics, they pay two guys and they let, they have to let holiday out the door, our Horford went out the door, Prozinger's, and that's why you're losing
Starting point is 00:14:50 the first round. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, missed some key pieces. Yeah, but I think, yeah, yeah, And the thing is that what I love about, but Antoine, correct me from wrong, but when I look at the, when I look at the thunder, they genuinely and sincerely look like they enjoy being around each other. They love playing for one another. They do things together. One does an interview, everybody's standing in the back and then they go off about themselves. They pouring word on the head. They do, am I just imagining thing or does it appear that way? It does. And I'll take even back further out. The year we won. the championship, man. I never hung out and party, and I told you guys the story before. I never hung out on a party so much in my life with my teammates. We had a saying we had a 15 strong was I saying. You couldn't go to dinner
Starting point is 00:15:40 without saying seven, eight guys together during that season. And it just reminds me that those guys are so close. And then you got a great teammate like Shae. He bought all of them Rolexes last year, man. I love to have been his teammate giving me a Rolex. He bought everybody a Rolex last year. No, so you know
Starting point is 00:15:56 that type. It does make a difference. You know what I'm saying? It really does. When you don't have nothing, Joe knows this, when you ain't beefing with each other, and you got nothing but love, you play hard for each other. You're not jealous of people's contract.
Starting point is 00:16:08 They can't, and it definitely helps that they came up together. Yeah, yeah. Year after year, they're drafted, you know, they trade for Shea, and they get J-Dub, and they get Chet, and they got, you know, they sign Lou Doors,
Starting point is 00:16:18 all these young players, and it's like, okay, this is Shay team. The problem that you run into is that you find a guy, and he starts to believe, I'm just as good as shape. Shit.
Starting point is 00:16:32 It happens. I'm just telling you. We've seen it happen. We don't need, we know, and it's happened recently. We don't need to talk about it, but we know it's happened,
Starting point is 00:16:41 and it broke it up. They're on a terrific, they're an unbelievable run. I don't know how long it's going to last. It's going to last as long as the owners are willing to spend the money and don't mind going to another luxury tax. And if they wouldn't do that,
Starting point is 00:16:54 these guys, they got a window next, I like that. They got a window to the next three, years to put some championships up. Yeah. Yeah. They definitely have the potential to repeat, it may be even three-peat.
Starting point is 00:17:06 The question is, because what happens is that what happens if they lose in between, do you break it up? Because we saw with the Celtics, the Celtics missed, and they're just broken around. Yeah. Yeah. We're done with it. No, I don't think they break it up unless they just getting the doze blowing
Starting point is 00:17:22 off of them. You know what I mean? And I think another thing, what will keep them being successful is if they They can stay away from injuries. That's true. Yes. You look at the postseason, bro. You look at the postseason because the games are revved up
Starting point is 00:17:35 and guys are playing so hard. Every possession is so valuable that we've been having a problem with these injuries. I mean, hell, look at Minnesota. All the key guys, they got missing, even though they won the night. Ant Man came back. But, man, these injuries will derail your team, bro. And eventually catches up with you. Because you got to think about it.
Starting point is 00:17:55 You're playing an extra month or extra two months. So that means you get an extra month or two less than what the other guys got. That catches up with you. It's just like football eventually. You know, the guys keep going to the Super Bowl and make deep playoff runs on your. And finally, it catches up with you. Your key players start getting injured. And basketball is the same thing.
Starting point is 00:18:17 Because think about it. The season's over and what, beginning of April, second week, April, second week of April. Second week of April. And you're going to the damn the third week of June. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:31 Yeah. That's true. So. Yeah. Yeah, because I agree with you on that because then if you go to June, you're not touching the ball to probably August. You're going to go on a vacation. You ain't touching the ball to August. So you're behind on your workout schedule. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:18:47 So you're coming in season. You're using that first month. And Joe knows this. You got that. You got that. You're using that first month of training camp to get in shape. Yes. And that's what you thought.
Starting point is 00:18:56 That's what the injuries happen at. You know what I mean? So that's a great point. You got to take advantage. That's why OKC got to ride this wave. You got it going. You got to ride this wave all the way out. And think about it.
Starting point is 00:19:08 It's rest over Russ right now for OKC because they've been sitting for so long. They swept their series. They were sitting and kind of watching. So, you know, with them still being a young team, you think they're going to come out and be, you know, balls to the wall. But you never know how that can work, bro. You know, when you've been sitting out for so long and he didn't really had that bump like the Lakers been getting.
Starting point is 00:19:30 I think the Lakers got a good chance of going there and potentially still game one. That's probably their best shot of making this series. They need to steal game one. I do agree with you on that. Please get one of these things at home. I right. To be honest, I ain't really anticipate them
Starting point is 00:19:47 because OKC is a tough place. A whole lot, I mean, unless what, maybe what, the Thunder, I think Boston went in there and won. But ain't a whole lot of teams went in there, kick their ass on their home court. It's like a college town in OKC, bro. Like, they real fanatics in OKC about their team. And they don't want a title, too,
Starting point is 00:20:06 and understand that they got a chance to repeat. Oh, you can't even get a good steak in OEC, man. You got to eat room service, man. You can't even get a good steak down there. You got room service, man. But they ain't got anything. They ain't got anything. They got college.
Starting point is 00:20:21 It's a college town. So they got OU and they got Oklahoma State. You ain't got no baseball. You ain't got no hockey. You ain't got no football. This is college. College is long gone. And so this is it.
Starting point is 00:20:32 All they got to do is cheer for their team. And they've got something to cheer for. They've got something to cheer about. Yeah. Yeah. They're an amazing run. And they got some years left, too. They're young.
Starting point is 00:20:42 They're ready to go. Yeah. Tuor, we're going to get you out of here on this one. Yahoo Sports Trade Ideas. This May, IHartRadio celebrates Asian Heritage Month. Starting point is 00:24:24 Microphones? Are you making a rap album? Oh, I wish. Could you believe? I would buy it. Cuts through the defense like a hot knife through sponge cake. That sounds delicious. Oh, you're lucky.
Starting point is 00:24:38 I'm not a drug addict. You're lucky I'm not an alcoholic. You are. I love this team. And I'm really trying to be a figure in their lives that they can rely on. Oh. Listen to soccer moms on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. The Nuggets received Kevin Durant and a 2020,
Starting point is 00:25:00 first round pick via Phoenix for the Rockets received Jamal Murray. I was talking to Joe and them and I was like, I would not be surprised. I think there's a greater chance that he moves on. You hear the rumblings, and I don't know what's true, the burner phones and this and that. So I don't know what's true.
Starting point is 00:25:19 You know, the guys having to adjust, it was reported that they have to adjust to KD's moodiness. I don't know. I'm just saying what I read and I don't know what's true and what's not. But I would not be surprised. if KD moved on. Would you be surprised if he moved on? And where do you think is the ideal landing spot for Kevin to rank?
Starting point is 00:25:37 I would be surprised if he move on because he's, he's the 1A. He's the first option with that team. So I think he still wants to have a ball in his hands laid and make decisions. It's hard to say because KD, you would think he would want to win and go join another team where he can actually play for a championship. I can't see a young team taking them. So it would have to be a team that think they need a score to get them over the hump. because he's going to have that they they they're proposing the nuggets you see him playing alongside yokech
Starting point is 00:26:07 what he's going to give up though what it depends what they're playing with marr marr marrne you don't give up you give up the nuggets received kevin derand and a 2029 first round pick for jamal murray no i'm not coming off jama him and joker had too much success i couldn't i couldn't do it hey hold up you don't you don't think that kind of ran his course though to on well if i don't know if Gordon is not hurt, are we having a different conversation? But the last two years he's been hurt, John. And you know as you get older, you don't get help. That's true.
Starting point is 00:26:40 I would let to see KD be on a team with a chance to win a championship, but Houston don't have enough pieces. We all know that. They young. Your dog is a great coach. They did a terrific job. I don't know how you guys felt. I felt like they overachieved this year.
Starting point is 00:26:55 I don't necessarily particularly like they roster. You know, Fred Van Preet is going to come back from an ACL. Can he give you something? I mean, he was playing great before he tore his ACL. Can he, can you do something? Yes. I mean, yes. They needed a point guard.
Starting point is 00:27:10 They tried a shepherd. Shepherd is not a point. He's a shooter. Almond Thompson is not a point guard. They need somebody that can orchestrate the offense. When it gets chaotic, somebody that can be calm. Van Fleet was a start. Was a, I don't know if he started.
Starting point is 00:27:24 I think he did start on that championship team or he played quality minutes in Toronto. So he understands it. I think when you look at it, you're like, damn, they were just the number two seed, lost in seven, and now they come to get KD, who's a better player, and all of a sudden they lose in the first round. Because you understand, you know how fans are looking at it
Starting point is 00:27:47 and how the organization is looking at. Like, well, damn, we get KD, who's a top 75 player in the history of the game. We give up Greed, who's talented, but he's young. Dylan Brooks really found himself because he got an opportunity, to show that he was more than just a defensive guy. I think he had the best season of his career.
Starting point is 00:28:05 It's like, how do we go from the two seed and losing in seven games to all of a sudden we losing the first round? I think about this, though, guys. How about if you feel like you can't get over to hump with KD, may you try to put him in a trade package? Because you've got a good nucleus. The nucleus that the Houston got is good.
Starting point is 00:28:23 When you think about Reed and obviously, Shangu in the middle, Smith at the wing, they got some pieces. Yeah, it's awesome. They got some pieces. Put Katie in a trade. This is going to be a great draft. Get you another young guy.
Starting point is 00:28:37 Get you another piece. Hey. But does the young piece get you closer to a championship? You might be some years awake. OKC's going to be around for a while. So, OKC's going to be around. And then Minnesota's not going anywhere. So you got to think about that.
Starting point is 00:28:53 So if I can move up in a draft, they're supposed to be a good draft, maybe get a good pick, somebody that may think Katie got two years left. and won a shot with a KD may look at that direction too. Because you're not going to get it in the free agent market. I think it's a little overreaction, honestly. I think you keep KD, you got to understand, man.
Starting point is 00:29:14 If the man don't get hurt in practice before the damn series start, he had 20 in the first half to one. He could score the ball, though. You know what I mean? Outside of that, he didn't have a point guard for real. He didn't have Ben Fleek. I think you run it back at least for another year. and then if you don't get it, if you don't make no improvements
Starting point is 00:29:33 or you don't get it done, then I say move on from them. But I just think they underachieved in the postseason because hell, he never really got to play. Yeah, he was hurt. He played one game, bro. That game won what he had when he had. He had 20 in the first half and then they did a great job of doubling and getting the ball out of his hand.
Starting point is 00:29:50 He had three. But here at the point, Joe, let me know what you think. For me, just observing and watching, and I've studied the game and watched it, As guys start to age, the impact in the game is not the same. His 25 and 30 points don't hit the same like they did five, six years ago. I agree. Is it just me or am I imagining things or do how do you guys see it?
Starting point is 00:30:14 No, I agree. I agree. I think, I think not only is his 25 a little different, I think he's still efficient, Ocho and Twine, but I think the defensive part of his game where he used to be pretty damn good. Yeah. It ain't like it used to be. And then the 25, and Joe know this, if you're not really getting double team,
Starting point is 00:30:35 and that means because when you get double team, that means you're getting other guys shots, you're making other people better. People are playing KD straight up. So if you're playing them straight up and he gets 25, you'll take that any given night because you're running around Dublin, letting these other guys get off. So I think when you're not, when you're scoring 25 and 30 and getting a double team, that's when you've been effective in helping the team out even more. But KD doesn't, nobody double teams them anymore.
Starting point is 00:30:59 take that 25. They take that 30 from them on the one-on-one side. So if he's not getting the double team, that's what makes it hard. Yeah. And when they do double it, because, and we watch the Lakers, and the Lakers did a great job of this, you go back and look at his numbers when he played the Lakers, look how many turnovers he had. They did the best job out of anybody. They started trapping him, and he doesn't know with the ball, and he's throwing the ball away, he's had seven turnovers, nine turnovers. And you're like, damn, Katie. Most scores don't like to get double team.
Starting point is 00:31:29 But, you know. Well, the thing is, it's how you double. Yeah, scores don't like to get double team, but at the same time, it's like, damn, every time I come across half court, you're doubling. Every time I run a damn pick and roll, you're doubling. So it makes you want to stay away from it. And it keeps you thinking and guessing, second guessing yourself because you're like, damn, if I go in my bag and I mess around and make the wrong move,
Starting point is 00:31:56 it's going to be another guy coming in a trap to get the ball out of my hands. So it keeps him guessing why he's on offense. And I think it kind of, it takes him out of rhythm. Yeah. Could you see him? I don't see it, but I mean, I got to throw it out there. Could you see him reunited in Golden State? Even though he won championship, that seemed like those were the worst three years.
Starting point is 00:32:18 The worst three years of his career. No, I'll say, man. Dremontz killed that. Dreiberon killed that. Yeah. Yeah. And it seemed like that's super personal too to the point I can't see him revisit him that. Not as long as Draymond over there.
Starting point is 00:32:35 He ain't going back over there. That's killed. That's done. He just, you know, he has to accept the fact now, you know, he was always been the one option. You know, it's nothing wrong. And I said he can't be a one option on another team, but he has to go with a little bit better supporting cast. Guys, they make get him some shots, some easiest shots. As you get older, ain't nothing wrong with getting a guy to get you a layup or two.
Starting point is 00:32:58 two, everything can be, you know, jump shot pull up, jump shot to the right, jump shot to the left. Everything is real hard for KD. And nothing easy. He just played the whole season without a point guard. It's so tough when you didn't have a point guard the whole season. So it makes it tough. He just got to find the right niche team if he wants to win for championship. He just want to play Stan Houston.
Starting point is 00:33:21 I mean, if he just want to play ball and how these kind of outcomes, Stan Houston. But if not, you got to go join another star. And we saw him, he played great with other stars. I mean, he got some rings, some MVPs. I mean, he played great with stars. So it's not like he can't do it. He's played with other great players. I think he's better when he plays with other greats
Starting point is 00:33:40 because he don't have to work as hard. He don't have to exhaust itself offensively. And he can just kind of do what he loves to do. And that's just go out there and hoop. When you got to carry the load, bro, that shit tough, man. It's tough. When they look for you to score, when they look for you to distribute it, be the playmaker, You got to, man, that's a lot for a guy who's 37 years old, bro.
Starting point is 00:34:00 But you do realize what comes along with playing with other great players. His expectations are heightened. You remember when he went to Golden State and they were the favorite. They're going to win. They're going to win 75 games. At this junction of your career, I don't know. And, you know, he's not the biggest fan of talking to the media. You know, hey, he'd much rather get on his phone and tweets.
Starting point is 00:34:23 There's somebody to say something reckless. I don't know if he has the best. relationship. I mean, hey, he does his obligation. You ask him a question, he'll answer. But I just don't know at this juncture. This is what Bill Simmons says. Bill Simmons says LeBron, KD. Clay should find a way to team up with the Warriors. I'm all in on LeBron going to Golden State next year. Can I have Kevin Durant, Clay Thompson, join him. Let's go full expendables. And the Golden State ends up with LeBron, Curry, Durant, Clay Thompson, and Draymond, Green, and Al Horford. Even if I'll be
Starting point is 00:34:56 rooted for this team. First of all, every game they played would be a sell-out. Couldn't be harder to get tickets. Half the fans would be rooted for the Warriors wherever they go. Steve Kirk comes back, two more years for him, and we're off. We're ready to go. That ain't happening. And I don't necessarily like
Starting point is 00:35:14 that team. I don't know what I mean? That's an old team there. They old. They ain't dependent. Nobody. Ain't nobody taking that challenge. Hey, nobody. Hey, no. Hey, no, hey, quick guard, because you know that's what give the Lakers problem
Starting point is 00:35:30 is fast, quick guards. Yeah. That's why they can't do anything with Murray. That's the kid can't do anything with Shane. Ant-Man, get whatever he wants. Anytime they got, so what you got? This May, Iheart Radio celebrates Asian Heritage Month. Discover powerful stories,

And the truth about the U.S. national team. It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semifinals. The World Cup is almost here. Al Horford got to be damn... Hey, we saw that movie before when it was Shaq, call him along, Gary Payne. Call him. And Kobe Brown, we saw that movie before.
Starting point is 00:40:05 One injury and it's over. Carl Malone went down and it was over with it. We saw that movie before. Ann. Hey, Twan, thanks for joining us tonight, man. We really appreciate your insight on the games tonight. The Knicks 137, the Sixers 98, and we saw Minnesota Steel Home Court from the,
Starting point is 00:40:26 from San Antonio, thanks to a 104, 102 victory. Twine, thanks for joining us tonight, man. Come back again. Yes, sir. To on. Yes, sir. All right, guys. All right, guy.
Starting point is 00:40:37 Yo. That's my dude, bro. After blowing a 3-1 lead to Detroit Piston and Orlando Magic to, excuse me, after blowing a 3-1 lead to the Detroit Pistons, the Orlando Magic have fired Jamal Mosley as head coach after five seasons. Mosley led the Magic to two division titles, three consecutive winning season. The 47 wins he authored in 2024 was the most by the most by the, the franchise in any season since 2011.
Starting point is 00:41:04 And three consecutive playoffs appearances were the most since Orlando reached the postseason six straight times from 20, 2007 to 2012. Joe, was this a fair firing the magic moving on from Jamal Mosley? I don't know if it was fair fellas, but from the looks of it, they was going to fire his ass anyway. Unless his ass won a championship, they was going to get rid of him anyway. But I do, I don't think it helped the fact that they blew that lead in game six, you know, to be able to continue to keep playing. Have a 24 point lead.
Starting point is 00:41:38 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, and, and due to, you know, them first round exits over the past, what, two, three years, Uncle Ocho, I think they're ready to move on and get a new voice in that locker room. I really do. The reports are he and Bancaro, who's their best player, don't see out of out a lot of things. They've kind of publicly spatted last month and a half, two months of the season. That's never a good thing. Yeah, no. Most coaches are going to lose that battle.
Starting point is 00:42:09 Every time. If you're battling your superstar, your best player, you're probably, management is probably going to go with the player. Absolutely. Because they feel they can get another coach. Absolutely. The likelihood of you getting another Paulo Bancaro not very likely. So more times than not, not always, but more times than not, they're going to side with the player. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:42:27 Yes, sir. Hey, that's typically how it goes, man. That's why you see a lot of these top players and stars on these teams, bro. It's easy for them to get a coach fired. You know, hey, if we don't have the same vision, we're seeing eye to eye, and I'm a little disgruntled as a superstar, and you voiced that, shh, yeah. They're going to get, they're getting the coach out of that first thing.
Starting point is 00:42:52 Even if you won a championship. Yeah. Because our magic, magic, one of, a championship with Paul West. Yeah, he's like he wanted to slow it down and magic wanted to go. He said, hey, Dr. Bus, you have to move me, man. I can't play like this. Yeah. No, don't worry about it, man.
Starting point is 00:43:10 You ain't got to move. We're going to move him. Right, right. That's how at work. Yeah. They cater to the stars, bro. Y'all know basketball is a star-driven league. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:21 More time than that. Now, unless you are a big-time quarterback, but you got to be really, really big. I'm talking about really, really big with a couple of chances. Now, you ain't getting Coach Belichick fired. I mean, no. But probably you're not going to get Andy Reed fired. Yeah. But with this situation right here.
Starting point is 00:43:42 But, you know, if you just like reading the tea leaves, Paulo Ben Carroll said one thing, Jamal Mosley saying something different. And you see, I'm like, they really doing this publicly? Yeah. I understand, you know, behind closed doors, Ocho, you might say one thing, you know, but we're going to put on a united front publicly. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:00 That's one thing we're going to do. Hey, I don't really rock with you. And, you know, hey, kick rocks. I want you to do me a favor. I want you to walk down the street. Take his shoe off. In the first rock, you come to, kick it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:12 But publicly, oh, man, he's unbelievable tonight. If this is what we expect from him, we know this is why we sleep. I'm saying all the right thing. I don't know what you got. But when they would start to voicing this thing publicly, I'm like, man, this thing is going to end well, bro. No. Not all. Not at all.
Starting point is 00:44:28 And typically when you have a star, they're not really going to go to management and be like, hey, man, you got to get this dude out of here. It typically comes out doing interviews, doing press conferences. You may hear little things and you have to read between the lines. You know, without really throwing a coach under the bus. But I do understand what you're saying because I think Ben Carroll did say something that was kind of, you know, if you read between the lines. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:58 Yeah. And so I was like, oh. Because here's the thing, hey, man, what you went to? So what, what do you think about the coach? Huh? Do you like the direction we're going in? Are we going? I mean, we're going somewhere.
Starting point is 00:45:21 You know what I'm saying? I'm not giving you, see, if I don't give you an endorsement, that's an indictment. Yeah, yeah. Because, hey, man, you, hey, man. Oh, you and Ocho. Man, yeah, Ocho, all right. All right. So, I mean, oh, that's okay.
Starting point is 00:45:41 The ownership, management is going to deduce there's some friction. Yeah. Yeah. Now, eventually, you're going to come across enough people. You're going to have an athletic trainer, and you're going to ask some people that's closed to somebody close. And they're like, yeah, they'd be going at it. There's no love loss between these two.
Starting point is 00:45:58 Yeah. Yeah. And it's best that we move. one or the other. We can get another coach. You ain't just get no Paolo Van Carroll. Yeah, no. So, Jamal,
Starting point is 00:46:13 and he might go get another job. I thought he did a phenomenal job, but, you know, you have to seize that moment. You have to, when you have that opportunity to slam the door, you got to slam the door. Hey, and, and dealing with, having to deal with what Orlando had to deal with this year with all them injuries to their top guys,
Starting point is 00:46:30 hell, they didn't help neither, man. They didn't help neither, you know, because I feel like they underachieve Uncle Ocho. They were much better than the A-C. That's why I feel like they gave Detroit such a great run. Yeah, yeah. I think they need to score. Jalen Sugg is phenomenal talent, but, bro, I told you who they need. They need Darius A-Cuff over there at the point, bro.
Starting point is 00:46:53 Ooh. Yeah. A-Cuff, nice point. Yeah, man, can you imagine having him, man? Because see, if you got a scoring point guard playing picking road with Polo, man, that's going to be almost unstoppable, bro. Because you got Bain that can shoot the ball. What?
Starting point is 00:47:08 Franz Wagner, if he can stay healthy, he can shoot the ball. He can also put the ball on the floor and get to the, look, we saw the bag, but Ban caro. And as we talked about it got, this is what we, this is the expectations. Yeah. This is the expectation for him. You can't go back, bro. People saw you drop 45, people saw you drop 38 and back to back games.
Starting point is 00:47:27 Yeah, yeah. Bro, you got to realize, now you set the bar up here, bro. You can never go below this bar. You got to always clear this bar. You're right. It's tough, bro. I think Ben Carroll got to get in the lab. He got to get in the lab this summer, Uncle Ocho.
Starting point is 00:47:46 I'll say getting a little better shape because I expect him to be an all-NBA player next year, bro. Absolutely. You know, with this type of performance that he had, you know, from the play-in, all the way to his last game again. against Detroit, seven games, bro. He got the potential to be a real big-time superstar in this week. Big time, yeah, he should be an all-star
Starting point is 00:48:08 for the foreseeable future. Yeah, yeah. And when they talk about historically great magic, when they talk about Shack, and they talk about Peter Hardaway, and they talk about Dwight Howard. Yeah. Hey, he should be, hey,
Starting point is 00:48:22 y'all remember Paulo Van Carrow? Yeah. That's how they should be talking about him. One of them ones. He should be a Mount Rushmore Orlando Magic. Yeah, I agree. Magic and Dwight Howard.
Starting point is 00:48:36 I agree. I agree. And don't let them, hey, don't let them add enough talent to where they can end up contending for a title, bro. Makes some noise. Oh, Joe, Joe, I've been wanting to talk about this video for a minute. Take a look at this. What happened, man.
Starting point is 00:49:06 I'm not sitting in the backseat. You need to get out. I'm going to sit in the back seat today. You need to get out. I'm not sitting in the back seat. My mom is coming, so I have a lot of you have a good back. What do you mean? What's your name?
Starting point is 00:49:26 It's not that deep. Just sitting in the back seat. All right, you can see him there. Okay, bye. Y'all got married anyway, honey. You're not going to where you act like you got to sit in the backseat forever. Okay, bye. That's right.
Starting point is 00:49:42 That's real crazy. Like what? Hey. If it's not that deep, why she doesn't eat the back? Hey, listen. Is that, is that... You shouldn't have to tell your woman if your mom is coming in with you, that your mama sitting in the front seat.
Starting point is 00:50:18 Hey, that woman said that woman always comes first. Oh, Joe, no matter what. So if she sits in the back, that means she's not first. Hey, hold on. I wish you would try. to get Hurricane Paul to sit in the goddamn bad. Go ahead, Joe, what you think? The hell you say?
Starting point is 00:50:34 I'm gonna just keep it 100. My mama wouldn't trip like that. Fite you. My mama won't a trip like that. Thank you, Joe. You know what I mean? Like, it seems to me that the mama, she ain't really feeling short in no damn way.
Starting point is 00:50:47 That's it. Yeah. I can hear it in the tone of her voice. Yes. She's about sick of her shit any damn way. She wasn't best in the first place. She don't want her son to be with him or anyway. There you go.
Starting point is 00:50:59 There you go. keep it real, bro. Like, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, it made me think about my mother, my mom wouldn't, she wouldn't act like that. She wouldn't be true. But Joe, even if your mama wouldn't say none, um, even if your mama wouldn't say none, your girl should know out of respect if your mother's coming with her somewhere, she needs to be sitting in the front seat. That's, that's, that just etiquette in general. Even if your mama wouldn't trip. My mama, she's going to cuss out. That's my mama.
Starting point is 00:51:31 She don't cut your ass out if you even attempt to sit in the front seat. Well. Now, even though your mama wouldn't trip, whoever you're dating at that time should know and understand that. My mom tell them from the jump, get in the front. Why the hell I, hey, I don't want to sit up there with it. Yeah. I understand. Honestly.
Starting point is 00:51:50 And I've never had my girlfriend sit in the back and my mom sitting in the front. My mom has always wanted to sit in the back. That's just me. And I'm not saying, hey, to each is on and how you handle it, how you want to, and the tone in which he talked, oh, it's not that big of a deal. If it's not that big of a deal, why you didn't sit in the back? Right, right. You made it a big deal.
Starting point is 00:52:15 You tried to show out. And, and, and a son, I forget what he said, bro, you got to handle that. Come on now. Yeah. If your mom not feeling that, don't even bring around. Don't bring your, don't put, don't put your girl in that situation. and don't put your mom in that situation. Man, y'all, you're all tripping,
Starting point is 00:52:32 but no. What do you mean? I don't care. What my old girl going? Boy, if Paula Antonin Johnson going with me and my lady, somebody I'm dating, she already knows she's sitting there front seat. Period.
Starting point is 00:52:45 Case closed. Because you're going to get left. This one here going to always be here. Hey, man, please. I agree with Joe. I'm with Joan, this one. This dude, like I said, but my mom is not that big of a deal.
Starting point is 00:53:00 My mom would never have tripped like that. It was almost like you said, Joe, she's not feeling her, and she wanted an opportunity to shine on her. Yeah. I congratulate the old, the lady to say, you know what, hey, I just get my car and I follow y'all up there.
Starting point is 00:53:12 Yeah, yeah. It ain't no big. Hey, hey, you can tell in the tone of her voice, bro, from listening to, I'm listening to Mom talk. That's a tone that sound like, I, you're on your last damn straw with me. You know, you're tripping by this damn front seat. That's what it sounded like,
Starting point is 00:53:27 me. I'm gonna tell I'm I'm I will say this and I've all and I've learned this from my grandfather and my grandmother don't nothing come between them too. Not the kids not your family not her family. Bernie and Mary Porter was he not in front. If Bernie said no don't you take your ass to marry and ask if Mary Porter said no don't you take your ass to Barney's and that's it. Right. So the Bible speaks don't nothing come between them because if I guarantee you If you let somebody, if you let mama, you let daddy, you let kids come in there, it won't be long before you were here. Mm.
Starting point is 00:54:03 It won't be long. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Damn. Hey. But yeah, that's what it sounds like to me, fella. And like I say, hey, every woman that I've dated, when my mom would come,
Starting point is 00:54:21 my mama, hey, my mom in the back seat. She's already there. Yeah. So she's not going to give you. And they would say, uh, uh, uh, Ms. Mary, you know,
Starting point is 00:54:31 Ms. Mary, you want to sit up? No. I want to sit in front. I want to sit right back here. Right. Right.
Starting point is 00:54:39 That's just the people that I've dealt with. Everybody doesn't deal with it, but I'm just saying it just came off as nasty. It came off as mean spirited. That's what it came off to me. Because she could have said, well, you know,
Starting point is 00:54:50 baby, I want to sit in the front. She could have said it in such a way, but the tone lets me, know that, hey, and like I said, bro, if, if it's, if this is not the first time something like this has come to it, it came to, came to this joke. Yeah. Oh, Joe, we know this is not the first time. If it's going to continue, don't, don't put your, don't put the lady that you're seeing. If you're not married, don't put her and don't put your mom in that situation.
Starting point is 00:55:14 Don't put them in that situation. Just don't. Yeah, I don't know. My mama would have been gladly to sit back there with her grandchild, boy. She ain't, that's just how she was, bro. Absolutely. That one, look, like I said, Joe, hey, everybody, hey, Ocho say, hey, Paul, pooh, hurricane gonna be in the front. Hey, hey, Ocho. Hey, I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna make sure she in the front. Because anybody that ain't wearing no ring and all I'm doing to take you on dates and
Starting point is 00:55:44 fucking you anyway, you get your ass in the back. Or you probably gonna be here for the long haul anyway. Half of, half of the people we dating during this time of when we were outside like that, on, man, them people seasonal. But did you got your kid? You thought enough of her to have a give a kid. Hold on. Mama going to be here forever.
Starting point is 00:56:03 You thought enough of that woman. You said she was seasonal, so you gave a seasoner. Mama's going to be. Like I said, Mama going to be here forever. Kid or not. So if she don't ride in the front, that means mama's not here now. What did I just say? Mama going to be in the front no matter what.
Starting point is 00:56:18 I don't care who it is. And whoever it is, no better. Well, you, I, like I said, you know your mom. My mom is kind of, I guess, would be a joke kind of like this because my mom getting in the back. And she's just going to get in the back. That's just the way it is. See, my mama, you see how Shorty got in the front first
Starting point is 00:56:37 and the mama looked and was looking like, hold on, I know this ain't in the front. Like, my mama wouldn't have done that. Shorty would have got in the front. My mom would have got right in the back. You got right in the back, no question. Yeah. Hey, wife comes first.
Starting point is 00:56:54 They weren't married. the situation so we got to stick to the situation either just women that we're dating or girlfriend I didn't say my wife I said anybody that I've never made it I'm just saying I'm just saying in general someone that we dating has no authority to be sitting no goddamn front seat especially when your mama going somewhere with you either just when we date now now if it was my wife now that's a completely different
Starting point is 00:57:17 why's it different what your wife always come first what you're talking about but you said hold on you just that Paula is always going to come first. You just said that, even with wife. I said in the person that all of we're doing is dating, the title was nothing but a girlfriend. My wife in the Bible as a brother of the cloth, you know the wife comes first.
Starting point is 00:57:41 I don't make me thought to me. I would be honest. I don't believe you would. I don't believe, I'm like if your mom was alive and even if you married, you're going to put your wife in the back. If, for one, the woman I'm married, no, my mama coming in the front anyway.
Starting point is 00:57:55 We wouldn't be married. Let's start there. Thank you, Joe. So it doesn't out of the title, does it, Joe? You didn't listen to what I just said. The woman that I'm marrying and jumping a broom with is already going to know that my mom are going to front anyway. But you just said your wife would come first.
Starting point is 00:58:12 As a man of the cloth, your wife would, Joe, did he not just say that? Yeah. See, you're not understanding. The woman that I'm marrying is going to understand even though I put the ring on your finger. and even though we've made that vow before God, you understand in that situation that my mama is still going in the front.
Starting point is 00:58:33 You just said as a man of the cloth, the Bible teaches us. You're not listening to me. You hear you hearing me, but you're not listening. I'm listening to what you said. Joe, hold up. Listen to me. Joe, what did he say?
Starting point is 00:58:47 He's saying she's basically going to have to get in the back regardless. His mama going to come first. Thank you. But he said, that's not my. wife that's seasonal but if I had a wife it doesn't matter she would have an understanding to anyway let my mama go in the front anyway whether we married I thought you said Joe I thought you said nobody comes in front of your wife she would understand why does she have to understand why your mom can't understand the same way does she understand why I put a ring on the finger because she
Starting point is 00:59:20 understands certain things even though we're married now what do you talk about what the Bible teaches us The Bible, who's what you said? You're a man of the law. Hey, stay, stay with me real quick now. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that.
Starting point is 00:59:35 So don't reach you the Bible. You're not a man McLaugh. You're not a man to Claudey. And I'm okay with that. Okay. Y'all see what I go through. Y'all see what I go through with this man here. But like I said, I mean,
Starting point is 00:59:52 in the relationship that I've had, my mom is never, my mom is always just getting the back. Because my mom is going to be, hey, my mom is always going to be ready. She already in the truck by the time I get downstairs and get in the vehicle, my mom, my mom is asking what we drive, what are we going in? We're going in the truck.
Starting point is 01:00:11 My mom already sitting in the back seat. Yeah. Yeah. That's mine. She doesn't got in, turned the car on, got the air conditioner running, she's in the back. Yeah. Even if, even if one of my guys,
Starting point is 01:00:25 girlfriend would try to get in the back. She's like, nah, get up there in the front. Yeah. Yeah, you're sitting back here for? Yeah. That's, hey, to each is on. I mean, look, they're going to be varying the opinions. It, uh, it sounds like Hurricane Paula ain't played no game this year, Joe.
Starting point is 01:00:43 I'll tell you one thing. It wouldn't have to be in my mama. I don't care who I'm with. Yeah, it's going in the back regardless. You, although you put your girl in the back in front of the kids, the kids going to the front? The kids. Who is?
Starting point is 01:00:54 Oh, no, the kids always go in the back They look badass They always touch in the AC They're touching the radio I'm gonna say that you You're showing out You're showing out Hey, I got one right here
Starting point is 01:01:09 Man look at this one Let me see something, hold on Where she at? You can see her She's on that couch? Yeah On the little bed when I be You get that bridge for?
Starting point is 01:01:22 And you'd be taking your little nap Right there Yeah, how you know? Yeah. So I lay down there on the couch. It's a little fold up, a little sofa bed on the pole. And I watch TV right above my head, right?
Starting point is 01:01:37 No. But like I said, I mean, it's just like, I don't know. I guess it's just like, like, I don't know, my grandmother, like my grandmother never learned how to drive. So it wasn't up for her. She's getting the back quick.
Starting point is 01:01:53 I'm like, I ain't no taxi ready to get in the front. I'm grandma, be moving. You know, the mold people go jump straight in the back, They don't want to ride the front seat. They get in the back seat. I'm like, granted, get in the front seat. Hey, my grandma, she's a lot of drive, boy. She can't, she couldn't wait to get out and about it.
Starting point is 01:02:08 She couldn't help. She never stayed in the house. I'm going to keep it real. She stayed on the go. My grandma said, and telling you how to drive, you put your blink on. Granny, you ain't. Right.
Starting point is 01:02:19 What you mean? Put my blink on. Hey, hey, slow this. You going. Yeah, right. Slow this thing down. Yeah. I was like, I'm about to put you out.
Starting point is 01:02:28 Hey, I ain't going. get out. I said, you up here trying to tell me how to drive. I said, great, you ain't never drove anything. Hey, it's, I got, I see people all in the chat, right? What did you talk about? A few people all in the chat. Talk about, oh, too, you're dead wrong.
Starting point is 01:02:44 And so for anybody that's already been in this situation, has had a situation like this where they felt the woman, whoever they're seeing at the time goes in the front, right? If the situation is happening before in general, everybody that's talking trash, I guarantee you, not with that woman no more. I bet you not. Is guys saying that or is women saying that?
Starting point is 01:03:03 I mean, I mean, ain't no telling you. Probably one, probably guy. Either way it goes, I bet they're not with the man no more. You know, hey, come on, man, please. To eat, look here, we differ. We got, I mean, look, it's okay. I mean, Joe and I see sometimes, Ocho and I see stuff one way, Joe see it another.
Starting point is 01:03:22 Sometimes Joe and I see things one way, Ocho sees another. Sometimes Ocho and Joe and Joe and, And Joe see something one way, and I see it enough. It is what it is. I mean, to get unanimity on an issue like this is probably not going to happen. I think the background, how we were raised and an environment that we were in, I think it kind of creates how we view things, the prism in which we view things now.
Starting point is 01:03:49 Yeah. It's okay. I tell you what, I tell you what, if anybody, if Cambodia wanted to sit in the front seat right now, she can, you know why? Yeah, we know why. Your mama's no. Because my mama, unless my mama come down, unless my mama come down from him
Starting point is 01:04:06 and say, baby, I'm from the ride with y'all. She's going to be in the front. Damn, boy. Well, if granted came down, you best believe everybody getting in the back. There ain't going to be nobody but hurry now. As a matter of fact, if granted came down here, I might not be in the trunk
Starting point is 01:04:21 because I'm going to be scared by damn, sell. So she might be in the truck by herself. I'm just Oh Hey, could you imagine that? No. Boy, just a thought of that. Boy, that's scary in here.
Starting point is 01:04:39 He couldn't imagine it. Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the enhanced games. Some call it grotesque.
