Starting point is 00:02:42 up to 140 from 135 lamont how you doing bro i'm doing good man what's up all time i'm doing good oh cho go ahead take it away what's up baby what they do what's up man i thought she's supposed to come down a camp and spa huh i ain't hear you what you said i thought just wasn't come down to camp and spa hey lamont boy i got like 350 jobs right now boy's football season man oh he's top in need no no no joe i want to have a job hey what's up bro hey talk to me baby how training camp been so far man training camp been good man uh it's always a lot better when i don't got to cut that much weight so i'm cool yeah so you feel like you feel a lot more comfortable being able to fight at 140 as opposed to having a cut?
Starting point is 00:03:29 Yeah, naturally. I think any fighter would, you know, more than likely feel a little bit more comfortable because it's, that shit drains you. I ain't going to lie. Right. What do you walk around at? I walk around at like 150.
Starting point is 00:03:45 Like, you know, give it 10 pounds. And I think that was the advantage that Floyd had. Florida is not a naturally big man. Floyd cutting three. pounds five pounds they're making 147 so everybody else walking around 165 trying to kill go down to 147 flooring like man i took two days and i'm good let's go no for sure what do you expect the biggest difference between tank and uh uh uh Isaac pit bull uh it it'd definitely be obviously the um just the style the pressure the pressure style that's about it
Starting point is 00:04:20 listen i i was just getting ready to ask you the same thing obviously going in the training camp I don't want to know your game plan because there's no reason to disclose that on the show but understanding that he is a pressure fighter what adjustments are you going to have to make to your game obviously knowing that styles make fights and you have the style regards to him being a pressure fighter or not
Starting point is 00:04:38 you're obviously going to have to build your bicycle a little bit and fight off your back foot do you feel so being able to do that tell him Lamar say who I got to do that for say hello you're going to stay your ground oh for sure I'm going to mix it up I mean I ain't done
Starting point is 00:04:53 Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay. You know, it ain't going to do as much moving as, yeah, I think I am. I'm going to tell you that. Okay, oh, talk to me. Talk to me, nice, boy, come on, talk to me. Well, he walked into something. Hey, you pressure. Hey, okay.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Yeah, for sure. He's going to be, I mean, he's going to be right there. So it's like, I'm going to be in shape. So I'm going to be able to punch all night. Okay. See, the one thing I wanted to ask, too, obviously with Pitbull, obviously he's a pressure fighter, but he also had a goddamn high-ass guard. And always throwing them goddamn looping ass hooks.
Starting point is 00:05:21 So you got to always be at home. That body brain, that guard. Yeah, for show. I'm so excited, boy. Hey, hold on, hold on. Hey, can I get a ticket to the fight? Yeah, you're going to come? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:33 What? What? Can I go to the fight? Oh, Joe. Did you just say, just tell Joe in football season? Oh, shit. Damn, man. Hey, man, you don't, boy, I'm, man, I've been waiting on this so long, bro.
Starting point is 00:05:48 I've been waiting on this so long. And obviously, I don't mean to count the eggs or the chicken before they hatched. I don't even know the goddamn sand, but no, I don't want to ask that because I shouldn't, I shouldn't say that because I want, I wanted to know what your plan was going to be once you win this fight. I'm going to talk shit for you. Obviously, you want to go. Yeah, you want to get professional. You don't, you don't have to say that. But when you win this fight, because I know what's going to happen, style wins fights, you have the, you are the better pure boxer. If you need to move, you can move. If you don't want to move, you can sit in the
Starting point is 00:06:19 pocket, you could exchange. You're very smart. We saw you how you were able to fight. against take so what are your plans after this fight I know you're not supposed to look ahead just just give me a tidbit what's next after not not overlooking pit bull but uh right we'll all do
Starting point is 00:06:37 respect to him well yeah we'll all do respect to him uh after we went up we're going to be the interned uh world champion at 140 so that's going to put us in line for the WBC world title um and death the guy who has that belt really he
Starting point is 00:06:53 just popped dirty for a drug test. Oh, no. He just popped dirty for a drug test, and he has a fight schedule. So who knows if he gets stripped or not? Either way, he's supposed to fight in January. Right. So that's cool, lines me up for somewhere, because I'm going to tell you right now, if, and if the Shakur fight is unavailable, right.
Starting point is 00:07:16 If it's unavailable for us to do after he fights Tio, we press on the issue on the WBC mandating that me and me and the champion fight for sure. Okay. Are you looking to circle back and fight tank? If that's something that's on your radar, are you looking, are you moving ahead? No, I've been moved past that. Who knows, who knows what he's
Starting point is 00:07:36 doing, with his career, where he got going on, you know, but my career's never going to be based on one fighter. Never. Right. I got bigger and better things to do. Yeah, most definitely. You know, there's a lot made about the UBanks being the rehydration
Starting point is 00:07:50 clause. Do you have a rehydration? clause in this in this contract hell no I ain't boxing is boxing people have been losing weight for forever what you need to rehydration clause for if you can make the weight you can make the weight oh hey hold on hold on
Starting point is 00:08:06 since you don't have no rehydration clause then so how about this after you beat Pitbull Cruz right how about I give your tuna fight before your next I like that I like that as long as you can put the butts in the
Starting point is 00:08:22 seats. We're going to be we're going to do it. I can feel a city. Hey, he's going to put the bus in the seat. Hey, I can feel a stadium quick what? Hey, he got 22 kids. He got 22 kids, Lamas, so we got 22 paid customers. Hey, hey, boy, these hands different, boy, you hear me? My shit
Starting point is 00:08:38 registered, what? Ocho. Ocho, I had I heard it all before. What? I don't even know that song. I don't heard it all before. Man, bro, I will hurt you, man. I definitely heard that too. Real talk. I'm telling you, bro.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Go ahead, Joe. Let me see. Hey, Roach, tell me something, bro. You got any fight night rituals that do's and don'ts that you don't mind sharing? Fight night rituals, doos and don'ts. Fighting night rituals. Superstitions, superstitions. Superstition, man.
Starting point is 00:09:13 Nah, not really. You know, they say y'all ain't supposed to have six during camp or before break or is. Is it something you eating? That's what I think we talked about. the last time we was on nightcap. Look, scientifically, my... Testosterone levels of higher.
Starting point is 00:09:29 Yeah, scientifically, my sports doctor told me beyond four weeks it's excessive. So four weeks, four weeks and under, you know,
Starting point is 00:09:40 you might, you should save it. Because after that four weeks, it's just going, it's going to build up, but it ain't, it ain't going higher or it ain't,
Starting point is 00:09:49 it's going to be at max. So you're going to be cool. I like that. I like that. So how long was this training camp for you, Lamont? So I do eight-week training camp, seven weeks, and then, you know, five week. So do you go off? You go to Big Bear, you go to, you know, Mammoth, you go to Colorado Springs. I'm in Tampa right now. So Tampa's like my new home, man. They made a home for me over there at the Pro Box Gym. Like I had my own office and everything. Like they showed me love. Shout out to Gary.
Starting point is 00:10:21 You right down the street. man, that's why I say you're supposed to come. Man, why you could have hit me. I'm right here in Miami. Yeah, for sure, for sure. He didn't try to do that, he didn't try to do nothing, man, Uncle, you to make me miss out on some, man, I can't make you miss out on nothing.
Starting point is 00:10:34 I'm way over here on the West Coast. I'll make you miss out. No, but you got me working like seven days a week. I could have went to camp. Damn. Oh, man. What made you decide to take up boxing? How long have you been boxing?
Starting point is 00:10:50 You've been a boxing your whole? I mean, did you play? any other sports, basketball, football, baseball. I played basketball, football, baseball, and I box, but, you know, I probably, my first love was football. So, you know, every little young and thought they was going to go to the NFL. I was one of. I was one of.
Starting point is 00:11:10 So I got to high school and I seen how big they was getting. And I was losing away for a fight. I'm like, shit. What position? What position was playing running back, fullback, and linebacker. So, you know, I was. Linebacker? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:21 Oh, yeah. I was out there, you know, these, these turned into something after I was out there striking. I was out there striking. Little league, you know, phenom. Yeah. Yeah. So you go on 140. So would you, after you like, let's just say for the sake of Army, you get named the WBC interim 140.
Starting point is 00:11:45 Are you going to stay at 140 or are you going to go to 147? Or are you going to come back down to 135? I'm going to come back down to 135. I'm going to see what's out there in 40, but I definitely want to go back to 35 because I feel like, you know, I was robbed of a championship, so I want to be a champion at 1.35.
Starting point is 00:12:00 Well, you might have to fight the guy that you felt that robbed you were the championship. You might have to fight him again. Well, they say he retired. I don't know what's going on, bro. I don't know if he made that guy Floyd Mayweather money. He can just go call it a career. Maybe if he'd have got that Jake Paul fight,
Starting point is 00:12:15 maybe he could have done that. Hey. Maybe if he would have took the rematch, he would have got that too. But hey. Yeah. You know what? I'm not sure when it comes to boxing, if it's an unwritten rule to say names on potential, you know, people you would like to fight. And again, I'm not trying to put the cart before the horse. Obviously, you know, you have a fight coming up.
Starting point is 00:12:37 But is there someone that you would like the fight next? I'm not saying you calling them out. I'm just saying a fight that you like to know that you know it can continue and help your legacy and get your career going in the direction you want to based on the kind of. kind of people that you do fight and get in the ring with? Yeah, I definitely have a preference. I want to fight whoever the WBC champion will be at 140. Then
Starting point is 00:13:03 Shaquo, because I think it's the best fight in boxing. I think that would be the best fight in our weight class to make. And I think that there'll be a super fan-friendly fight. And everybody wants to see that fight because they've been calling for it ever since I fought my last fight. And then
Starting point is 00:13:21 third I'd like to fight Gary Antoine Russell I don't know if y'all know that is oh yeah absolutely yeah he's a he's a WBA champion at 140 so are you trying to unify the 140 or 135 whichever
Starting point is 00:13:36 whichever comes first okay I like that when you when you go to camp and you're looking for sparring partners are you trying to find partners that will resemble the fighter that you're going to actually fight
Starting point is 00:13:49 what are you looking for a sparring partner you know my dad handles all that and um he definitely looks for guys that resemble um guys that are going to be yeah they resembles and and uh guys who are actually like you know going to be challenging as well too like uh my spawn partners for this camp a few of my spawn partners lay but they was tough they was tough they was big they could take a shot you know they was a rugged gritty you know and they just so happen to be Mexican anytime you want to press a fighter you always got to get somebody Mexican they're coming forward no matter what
Starting point is 00:14:28 Hey Rose did your dad the one got you in the boxing bro uh basically yeah he took me to the gym he took my cousin to the gym and um it was for him but he just asked me if it's like one you want to get in there it was a rap yeah a rap since then hmm that's dope and you were hooked every since oh for sure I ain't miss a date Who are some of the fighters
Starting point is 00:14:52 that you're like, damn, obviously Floyd, but there are any fighters outside of that that you looked up like, well, damn, I kind of like it style, I kind of like what they've done. Some of the fighters that's impressed you. A lot of, I'm a boxing fan, so a lot of fighters
Starting point is 00:15:08 impress me. Old fighters, new fighters. I want to say the fighters today that really impressed me in a way, bam, Barbiguez. Oh, damn, nice, boy. And in a way putting people to sleep. Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:15:24 Yes. Yes. Who else? I like, I like Stephen Fordham, too. That's my, that's my homie, though. Like, yeah, that's my homie. I like him. A lot of people, he's punching, he's on his way to punching his ticket to the Hall of Fame.
Starting point is 00:15:42 If people don't really know, it's going for his third, third world title in another weight class, so, wow. He's doing that. did you watch did you did you watch boxing as a kid like because the fights i'm way older to you lamont but i remember fights used to come on like regular tv you know i could i could watch sweet p whittaker i could watch chavez i can watch all these fighters because they came on they came on on on saturday you could watch them so i a lot of these fighters that that became great you actually could see them fight before pay-per-view i mean only the really really big fights but when they were
Starting point is 00:16:15 coming up you could see them on on regular television yeah i think that's the difference nowadays in today's sport like in boxing today like there's not a lot of exposure now like it was back then and that's why I think that's why it's not as hype or as you know anticipated as the fights back then and that's why the fights aren't so big because they they those fights been getting built up ever since like you say as soon as they turn pro you know they got eyes on them they got eyes on everybody can watch them they know who they see them coming up and next you know all right these two guys are fighting or he's the champion he is he a champion all day about to fight so um yeah i used to watch fights
Starting point is 00:16:55 when i was young you know um my favorite fighters uh when i was younger were roy jones prince i made and um man prince be showing out of the ring man yeah hey and joe he just named one of my favorite fighters obviously you know from i love boxing but obviously those that have the entertaining aspect and bring that to the to the ring for me the drunken master Amanda Augustus and hey Lamont I wish if I was a boxer
Starting point is 00:17:26 I would have looked exactly like that I'm just being honest I mean it's no different than the way I played the game of football I've got to entertain at the same time respect my craft and have fun but man Emmanuel Augustine and Prince and I seem Ben Whitaker does it
Starting point is 00:17:42 a little bit he does a little bit oh yeah oh man Ben Whitaker be doing he be doing hey he be doing it all Keep me doing it, yeah. Yeah, but I don't know. I don't know. I just, I just,
Starting point is 00:17:54 God damn, I love, I love the sweet science, man. Well, Lamont, man, good luck. Hey, good luck on Saturday. Do what you do, do what you normally do, what you know how to do. Everybody at nightcap wishing you all the best. Hey, once you win that title, come back here and show us the belt. No, for sure. I got you.
Starting point is 00:18:11 You got to do me one favor. What's up? When they talk to you in the ring, right? And you give your speech after winning. and they say who you want to fight next make sure you call me out say no more say no more
Starting point is 00:18:24 beat it so you can jump in the ring after you know make it theatrical and shit okay okay we can do it we can do a face off and then I'm a moose you
Starting point is 00:18:32 okay I'm a moose you okay no no no I don't like that one like that I don't like that one right there hey hit it with a ball catch it with one of the bolo Lamont no I got you man
Starting point is 00:18:42 hey man congratulations all the success continue success we'll see you down the road bro I appreciate y'all, man. Y'all take care. Hey there, Dr. Jesse Mills here. I'm the director of the men's clinic at UCLA Health.
Starting point is 00:18:55 And I want to tell you about my new podcast called The Mailroom. And I'm Jordan, the show's producer. And like a lot of guys, I haven't been to the doctor in many years. I'll be asking the questions we probably should be asking, but aren't. Because guys usually don't go to the doctor unless a piece of their face is hanging off or they've broken a bone. Depends which bone. Well, that's true. Every week, we're breaking down the unique world.
Starting point is 00:19:17 of men's health, from testosterone and fitness to diets and fertility, and things that happen in the bedroom. You mean sleep? Yeah, something like that, Jordan. We'll talk science without the jargon and get you real answers to the stuff you actually wonder about. It's going to be fun, whether you're 27, 97, or somewhere in between. Men's health is about more than six packs and supplements.
Starting point is 00:19:39 It's about energy, confidence, and connection. We don't just want you to live longer. We want you to live better. So check out the mailroom on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your favorite shows. The Big Take podcast from Bloomberg News dives deep into one big global business story every weekday. A shutdown means we don't get the data, but it also means for President Trump that there's no chance of bad news on the labor market. What does a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich reveal about the economy? Our breakfast foods are consistent consumer staples, and so they sort of become outside.
Starting point is 00:20:16 size indicators of inflation. What's behind Elon Musk's trillion-dollar payout? There's a sort of concerted effort to message that Musk is coming back. He's putting politics aside. He's left the White House. And what can the PCE tell you that the CPI can't? CPI tries to measure out-of-pocket costs that consumers are paying for things, whereas the PCE index that the Fed targets is a little bit broader of a measure.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Listen to the big take from Bloomberg News every weekday afternoon on the IHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Tune in to hear how she broke into the boys' club, what it takes to be pro, and why just being grateful you're here shouldn't be the price of entry. Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago because that's when they maybe started paying attention.
Starting point is 00:22:07 It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and still having to prove your worth while the industry catches up. You break down the door, sick, now, like, hold the door for everyone. We created good luck with that because we want to share our experience of existing in the industry that wasn't always built for everyone. Starting point is 00:22:49 It is as good at timing, rhythm, offense as there is in the league right now. Vinret Lewis joins us for our rookie draft and coordinator of the week, where we highlight the rising stars and the masterminds calling the shots. DJ talked me into a Ronde Gadsden Jr. He had a monster game. A monster game. And you hear from the voices who actually build the game. GMs, coaches, and players who give you insight you won't get anywhere.
Starting point is 00:23:13 High standards and high care. That's the right combination. So whether you're studying tape or just love great football talk, subscribe to Move the Sticks on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Yes, sir. Oh, Cho, Joe, new reports have come out
Starting point is 00:23:32 saying Chip Kelly was messing up his own play calls and calling plays not installed. According to Tom Pelliserro, there all kinds of different stories that just came to the function of the Raiders' offense. There were times I was told that Chip Kelly was repeating, botching the play he's called. So Gino Smith was going to the line of script and saying,
Starting point is 00:23:48 this doesn't look right and they're not having a run play. Reports also indicate it was Tom Brady's ideal to hire Chip Kelly's OC and possibly potential successor to head coach Pete Carroll. Oh, well, we know normally great players. They don't make the best head coaches and talent evaluators. Now, yeah, yeah. I don't know if this is true That's what's being reported
Starting point is 00:24:14 So we just take this what a grain of salt But Ocho, if this is true Yeah And that's bad, boy Also, that is reported that Brady didn't want you to do her We don't like I said, those are reports That's not Ocho and I and Joe
Starting point is 00:24:29 And that's not us Chat, you guys have read the reports also But to hire a first year coordinator And him be terminated before the season that is a terrible look yes sir
Starting point is 00:24:46 yeah yeah and I think the thing is for the Raiders and this is probably a lot that has to do why the Raiders have so much dysfunction because they don't have
Starting point is 00:24:57 and they haven't had stability in a very long time right they don't have a coach longer than a couple of years they don't have a gym longer than a couple years they can't find a quarterback
Starting point is 00:25:08 they keep thinking that they're going to find that everybody is is not meant to be Mahomes or Lamar or Josh Allen or Joe Burroughs. Sometimes you're gonna have to win with say a lesser, maybe not a tier one quarterback, but maybe he might need to be in that tier two
Starting point is 00:25:24 and then you get better pieces around him, Mocho. But this notion that everybody from the beginning of time have always had a number one quarterback is just not true. No, but this is the thing, Unk, if you don't have a quarterback that's not like Brady or not like Mahomes or your Joe Burroughs or your Lamar's, then your dream.
Starting point is 00:25:41 drafting prowess has to be that much better and being able to build around them. So you have to hit on your draft picks and the supporting cast, you know, around your quarterback in order to have success. If you don't catch one of the big fish, like a damn my home or Josh Allen. Yes. That comes down to. That's on the organization as well. But it's very difficult.
Starting point is 00:26:05 It's very difficult to, to hit not only on draft picks, but to make sure they're going to stick. you know for for 10 years or more unless you unless you get a quarterback but uncle is is up in the air it's just hard for me to see ocho a guy is great as Tom Brady being able to pick another Tom Brady that's that's tough there it is now I'm not saying that if a free agent becomes available like John did with Peyton but to draft one it's hard for great most of the great evaluators they weren't look at the guys that's picking those NBA players
Starting point is 00:26:47 look at R.C Buford. Look at the guy that's in O KC. Presti. Yeah, Sam Presti. They didn't play a liquor ball. The only basket they had with Easter basket. They ain't had nothing
Starting point is 00:27:03 about no basketball, no basketball. So it's just hard. And look, I get it. A guy that's well accomplishes Brady, but it's going to be hard for him to hit on players because he was so great. Yeah, but you don't think and he's thinking, because what came
Starting point is 00:27:19 easy to him, Ocho, is hard to everybody else. And he's like, man, I could do that to my sleep. Yeah, Utah and Brady. That's right, yes. Don't you think he might have success simply because he knows what it's supposed to look like and hit the eye test? Everyone has to have it.
Starting point is 00:27:35 No? I don't. I think it's even harder. Yeah. Because I had a conversation with magic and magic said it's hard he said because it was easy for me and I'm like why can't you do that and people say well because he's not Magic Johnson think about when you great you basically think everybody else should be great because and I'm not saying it's easy because there are some things that came easy but you worked at it right so now things that came like second nature to you he's like damn son how many
Starting point is 00:28:11 We got to go over this. That's why you ain't got no patience to coach. I think the only thing that can help, they can help Tom, he sued up for one year to show him how it's done. Nah, no, because you got to have weapons too, you got to have some weapons. You just can't have no good quarterback
Starting point is 00:28:32 and you ain't got no weapons out there. Well, they traded the best receiver. I mean, the best player on the opposite side of football is Brock Bowers. But they trade. traded the best receiver, which was Jacobi Myers. Well, if you trade your best receiver, what are you telling the team, Boucho?
Starting point is 00:28:47 Woof. Hey, that's basically a reset button. That's basically a reset button. Hey, let's say, how about this, Joe? And I'm hypothetically speaking. You know, but F it. Brady say, you know what, I'm leaving the booth. I'm coming back to play quarterback for the Raiders.
Starting point is 00:29:07 In the off season, Mark Davis goes and get number three from the Cowboys, brings them on over there to Las Vegas. Oh, Joe. I'm just throwing that out there. Let me ask your question. Talk to you. You tell me where a guy can make, let's see, September, October, November, December, January, and when they have the Super Bowl, work six months out of the year and make $37.5 million.
Starting point is 00:29:30 Now, when you leaving your job, where you make $37.5 million to work five months in two weeks. I'm asking you I'm asking Ocho would you do that you know what I am Is there a job That you make you that you would leave your job You make you work five months in two weeks When you have the Super Bowl 37 and a half million dollars
Starting point is 00:29:57 Would you do that? No Hey I don't I don't I don't Hey Joe Hey I know a job you can make 37 million in a week though I mean I don't think you want to do it because the chance Yeah, and I know a place they'll send you
Starting point is 00:30:11 to turn big rocks into little rocks. Hey, Ocho, and why are you always trying to give pick away to somebody, man? Why are we just can't keep him in Dallas? Why are you trying to give him away? I won what's best for picking his man, Joe. I'm saying, listen, what's best is he looks so good. I know what he looked like, Joe.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Why are you all to send him out there to Oakland somewhere and the man getting double and triple team? Now he ain't getting okay. You know, you're acting like that guy. Go on the man to get his money, Joe. And I know how you own a play, Joe. I know how you own a play, Joe. No disrespect to the Cowboys, you know.
Starting point is 00:30:46 I just know how he played, you know. And his agent, you know, brother Mugoletta, he ain't going for that, man. We ain't playing them games like he played with Michael, man. Come on, man. Come on, Joe. He didn't did it. He didn't do it with everybody, Joe. All of a sudden, all of a sudden, now cut the pickings.
Starting point is 00:31:02 Everything is supposed to be so much more different. So anybody got time for that, Joe. You never know. we got to see how thing play out, Ocho. We didn't see him play out with everybody else. We're supposed to make him any different. It played out with, it damn, it played out with Dack.
Starting point is 00:31:19 What the hell you think gonna make it different with PIC? That's about to get, you gotta fight, you gotta fight, you gotta fight tooth and nail for your money, Joe, every time. Yeah, I'm saying, I'm saying he's gonna fight, but you gotta be patient, have some patience, bro. You know, they say patience is a virtue, but sometimes patience,
Starting point is 00:31:38 to how you're looking like a fool. How are you looking like a fool? Because I remember back of elementary, uh, and Joe, I was patient. It's a little girl, a little girl named Tammy, you know? Yeah. My Pee coach told me, just be patient with him. I was patient.
Starting point is 00:31:53 Yeah. Joe, the whole summer went along, Joe, and she ain't picked me. Yeah, she picked some little ugly dude man named Corey. And he wore loafers of school with the penny in the front. Mm-hmm. Yeah, they call a penny loafer. Come on, man. He got on loafers with a penny in the front.
Starting point is 00:32:13 Like, now you don't see the potential in who I was going to be. Look how it turned out. Easy. Because you came to school barefooty. Yeah, now I wonder what she had now. Ah, Tammy. And now, look at the law, don't hate on Tammy.
Starting point is 00:32:25 Tapby with an hour or what a white. Huh? Don't hate on Tammy. Yeah. She's probably mad, Corey. And they probably, they probably happy ever after. I guarantee. Well, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:32:37 Fine, because I'm happy not too. Right. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And Corp probably ain't got to do all the stuff that you do. Nah. Shoot.
Starting point is 00:32:48 Mm-hmm. That's fine. My baby. Nasty rascal. I ain't nasty. I'm just doing with God. God put me on earth. God ain't do that.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Don't put that on God. Don't do that, don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. God put me here to be a blessing. And I'm blessing in all ways I can. Oh, Cho. Oh.
Starting point is 00:33:07 All I'm saying, Ocho, is that you can't eat off everybody plate. Well, I don't eat it. It's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Every house you go to, you don't eat at everybody's house, right, Joe? I don't, I don't, I don't go to everybody's house. You eat off everybody's place. I don't even, I don't even leave my house. I don't even go nowhere.
Starting point is 00:33:26 That's a, you know that's a figure of speech, right? I know it was a figure of speech, but I'm giving you a figure of my speech, too. But, Ocho, see, them, them, them things, what you be getting? Oh, I already know, you got to do. all that. Nah. Not really. Not really.
Starting point is 00:33:41 Yeah. Hey, listen. Hey, you got to remember, this is me. I ain't really got to do nothing, honestly. Yeah, you do. No, no. Yeah, you do. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:33:51 Let's not be fooled. This is me. Okay, go here. I ain't got to do nothing. Now, I might choose to bless you in that manner if I feel like it, but I ain't got to do nothing. Ocho, there was once upon a time. Let me tell you why. Talk to me.
Starting point is 00:34:07 Because they got people out there, they got just as much money as Ocho, that got named just as big as Ocho, because what Ocho won another will. Hey, hold on, but it's something ain't nobody. And you don't build your, you don't build your house on that. Hold on, but it's,
Starting point is 00:34:23 all that you just said is fine and dandy, right? Yeah, the word out. It's something that nobody else got but me. They say, Ocho got the best, got the best jaws in town. That's what the word is on the screen. Hey, you know, hey, You know, hey. Come on.
Starting point is 00:34:39 That's what they say. That's what I'm sure. That's what's out there. Hey. Hey, I got something nobody else got. Nobody. It's only me. Joe, Joe, everybody knows there's just one that was in college.
Starting point is 00:34:53 Everybody, the word done got out. Nah. Not, not. The word done got out. Yeah. Hey, hey. Ocho. Say, in college.
Starting point is 00:35:01 You mean, uh, uh, uh, uh, oh, oh. Oh, there's an Ocho. That was. Salis brimble, the gold jacket on you. Girl? Yeah. Your toes curled. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:14 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's what they say. That's what they say. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:22 My, my. Say Colin John. Hey, Joe. Yeah. Hey, Joe. Hey, Joe. Come here, have you in the pillow. Yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:35:36 Yeah! They don't put the word I don't it. Hey. Hey, but y'all are funny tonight, boy. Hey, y'all, hey, y'all funny the night. Hey, hey, but you know what crazy about all that, oh, Joe? Man, you do all less sober, because you don't even-
Starting point is 00:35:55 That what I'm talking about. Hey, y'all, y'all rookies, man. That what they call them, they call him, jaw, baby. Y'all, y'all, y'all rookies. Y'all, y'all, I can't believe you, Ochoa, as a matter of fact, we can't, we, we can't eat, we can't even. Hey, no way, hey, Joe, I told Ocho, I would come down there, I would come down there on the vacation. Yeah. I'm bringing my own cups, my own plates, my own food, hold on.
Starting point is 00:36:25 You ain't got to do that. I ain't got no goddamn, I ain't got no cups in place in here anyway. But ain't nothing in here. Okay. Hey, nothing. When my kids come? They come here and I send them to the grocery store. Get all the snacks you need.
Starting point is 00:36:39 Get your cups and your paper plates. Make sure you get, you know, rare solo cups. That's it. Don't leave no dishes in this sink. Whatever you use, make sure you throw it away when you leave. Mm-hmm. I forget that you say you was a minimalist. I'm a minimalist, Joe.
Starting point is 00:36:53 A minimalist. Hey. Hey, Joe. I don't play that, hey, hey. On Twitter, you can fight it at Jaws. Who? That's a handle. My man, I ain't mean to put that out there, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:37:07 I didn't mean to put that out there, because he got a couple of them. Nah. Hey, my, no, I'm, I'm listening. I got, I, I don't want to, see, I'm, I'm taking that, so I can't, I can, I can, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't, you will always be taken. Bobby, Bobby, but you always will be taken. No, no, no. Because that one, that one that one that we talked about in college, did she not always have a boy friend Joe? always had one.
Starting point is 00:37:32 Nah. Why? I don't know. I don't know what you're talking about. Just a... Hey there, Dr. Jesse Mills here. I'm the director of the men's clinic at UCLA Health. And I want to tell you about my new podcast called The Mailroom.

Even though they are such a powerful player in finance, you wouldn't really know that you are interacting with them. And even harder to understand. Donald Trump's trade war, 2.0,

I'm Ashley Reifeld, and I'm the host of the women's skateboarding podcast. Good luck with that.
Starting point is 00:40:28 Good luck with that is a skateboarding podcast that is part cultural record, part news brief, mostly group therapy, and a place to talk about the past, present, and future of women and gender expansive skateboarding. This week, me and my co-host, Nora Vasconcellos and Alex White, we have Fabiana del Fino on the show, a professional skateboarder from Florida, whose grit was forged in a family of athletes. Tune in to hear how she broke into the boys club, what it takes to be pro and why just being grateful you're here shouldn't be the price of entry. Maybe the industry thinks that we just started skating five years ago because that's when they maybe started paying attention. It's a no-fluff conversation about putting in the years, stacking clips and receipts, and still having to prove your worth while the industry catches up. Just if Phil spoke to reporters for the first time since being bitch for Tyrod Taylor. Fields admitted the decision to remove him from the starting role wasn't one he was anticipating. Fields made it clear he's expected to be starting quarterback in the NFL again in the future. The Jet signed Fields to a two-year $40 million contract with $30 million of the money coming guaranteed, leaving the door open for the two sides to part ways after the season.
Starting point is 00:42:49 he's been demoted to a backup role, it appears likely that Fields would not be the quarterback in 2026. Damn. Hello, Ocho. What do you mean you weren't anticipating this? Bro, you got four or five games
Starting point is 00:43:05 in which you throw for less than 100 yards. You've got a couple of games you've thrown for less than 60. What do you mean? Yeah. I mean, listen, obviously, when he says, what do you mean? Maybe he's surprised because What do I have to work with?
Starting point is 00:43:21 There's a reason why I haven't been successful as a quarterback. Hell, before I got here, there were no other quarterbacks that were successful, you know, before I got here. So maybe I'm not the problem. But they're going to say you weren't that successful in other places that you were either. Remember, it was you that allowed them to get the number one pick. Hey, I mean, listen, you're right. I'm with you when you're right, but they haven't found that quarterback yet.
Starting point is 00:43:49 I don't know what it is. I don't know if the Jets organization, I don't know if they did something bad. Oh, yeah, but sure. Yeah. They just had,
Starting point is 00:43:54 they're just having bad luck all the, all the way around. And I really thought, really honestly, honestly, Joe, I really thought this was Justin Fields time. I did too,
Starting point is 00:44:05 Joe. I can't lie. I agree. This is his team. He doesn't have to worry by anybody, no quarterbacks. You don't have to look over his shoulder. He can play with a free mind
Starting point is 00:44:14 and just go out there and do what he needs to do. I'm sure Aaron Glenn said, know you are a guy they gave them the keys and things just I don't know I don't know what was wrong Joe hey listen it's kind of like we was just talking about
Starting point is 00:44:29 I know they got Gary Wilson over there but man he can he need he need weapons okay Ocho like we put these quarterbacks in these positions thinking they're just supposed to come out here and light it up damn if you ain't got no elite receivers how are you supposed to do all that
Starting point is 00:44:43 that's what I would like all things being equal Joe Ocho Justin Fields, you're starting quarterback. You are a free agent? Are you going to the Jets? If I'm a Y receiver? No, you're not.
Starting point is 00:44:59 You're looking at the quarterback situation. Oh, right. You can go to, hold on, I can go to the Rams or I can go to the Jets. I can go to Kansas City. I can go, no, Ocho, you're not. I'm going to Chicago. I'm not going to no, I'm just not. No, and nobody, no receiver,
Starting point is 00:45:15 because we know the receivers want the ball, and that's how you're, you're not going. going there. If I got a choice now if I get traded there, I get drafted there, they've removed that from me. Right. But if I got a choice in free agency, there, no.
Starting point is 00:45:31 No. I'm not. Just not. So, Sam Donald, Gino Baker rebuilt their careers elsewhere. So, let's see. But
Starting point is 00:45:48 it haven't been in a few places in Chicago, Pittsburgh, not a jet But here's the thing is that all those guys are different because most of those guys are really drop back quarterbacks can throw the ball from the pocket
Starting point is 00:46:07 that's really not that's not field strength so he's going to have to go somewhere Ocho a great place for him but they don't look they got Purdy and they got Matt Jones now would be San Francisco. I mean, hold on. What would be the difference in Trey Lance and Justin Fields?
Starting point is 00:46:27 Because now you're putting the break back in the same situation. They've already had a quarterback already like that. The difference between Trey Lance, they had expectations. You're the third pick in the draft. You're on your third. You'll just be your 14. You don't have the same level of expectations. And guess what?
Starting point is 00:46:42 He's not going to be a starter. You're getting the same quarterback, though. It's still the same thing. You don't think Justin feels a better throw the football than Trey Lance? Because here's the thing with Trey Lance, Ocho. He basically played 17 games in his collegiate career. Right. Because remember, he had that great season and then COVID happened.
Starting point is 00:47:02 Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. So, but he's going to have to go somewhere. And if you go, if they're having an influx of talent at the, at the wire receiver in a tight-in position. Right. they're not looking with Justin Fields, Ocho?
Starting point is 00:47:19 Oh, man. I hate that for Young Bull, honestly, man. I hate that. That has to do something to your confidence. Things don't work out in Chicago. Hell, you go to goddamn Pittsburgh. You plan well. Then they bench you once Russell Wilson gets healthy.
Starting point is 00:47:34 You lead there. You come to New York. Things, you put all this working in the offseason. Finally, I got my turn. I got my team. I got my opportunity. And things don't work out. I just
Starting point is 00:47:45 I'm not even him and I feel bad you know so I can understand what it's probably doing for him mentally that has to be crushing man what about Baltimore
Starting point is 00:47:55 can he go back up Lamar yeah yeah I like that that's a good one that's a good one I like it because I don't think it's a bad idea
Starting point is 00:48:06 to kind of have to sit and watch sometimes you know what I mean and I'm sure it's an opportunity will come again but I wouldn't mind seeing them sitting behind Lamar and just kind of watching.
Starting point is 00:48:18 You never know what may happen. I don't know. Damn, man. That's, what is NFL crazy, boy? You go to a bad team. Hey, how you're losing all your confidence thinking there's something really wrong with you? When there's really nothing wrong with you
Starting point is 00:48:33 in just your surroundings. Now, as much as you want to adapt to your surroundings, when you're in a losing environment, there's not much you can do unless you're special. You got to be special. you to go to an environment like New York and change everything. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:50 And he's not that, he's not that. I mean, Aaron Rogers couldn't change it. And Aaron Rogers had Garrett Wilson and Devonte Adams, and he couldn't change it with Breeze Hall. Look at, look at Devonte and at the Rams. Cutting. Ballin. Garrett Wilson was offensive rookie of the year with,
Starting point is 00:49:13 Was it Sam Darnel or was it a, what's the guy named? Zach Wilson. Zach Wilson. Yeah. Maybe one of those guys. He has not looked the same since his rookie year. Yeah. And I know he can play because based on what I saw his rookie season
Starting point is 00:49:33 and they were supposed to be bringing in better quarterbacks than what he had as a rookie. Right. That is crazy. It's, I don't know, like I said, he might need to go somewhere, he might need to just go somewhere and sit for a year or so.
Starting point is 00:49:55 And wait for his opportunity to come back, Ocho. Because you can't keep Ocho, you can't keep going places, you get a starting job in five, six weeks into the season. They bench you? Yeah, you lose all your confidence. Yep.
Starting point is 00:50:11 Not only do you lose all confidence, confidence, then you're hesitant and you can't play freely. If you cannot play the game of football with a free mind and play fast, you're going to, oh man, it just that's not going to be a good thing. I agree.
Starting point is 00:50:27 Kind of similar to basketball. Read and react. You know what I mean? Like, if you're out there thinking, if you're out there thinking, overthinking, thinking too much, the game going to be tough for you. You have to go out there and read and react and make play. You'd be one step behind. Steph Curry has reportedly parted ways with Under Armour
Starting point is 00:50:46 after they failed to sign Caitlin Clark. According to reports, one sore point for Curry was he attempted last year to recruit Caitlin Clark to join his brand. He and the company pursued the phenom, but Under Armour offered, excuse me, trailed the total value of Nike's pitch. Curry and his advisors became frustrated
Starting point is 00:51:05 by what they viewed was an underinvestment in the brand. Meanwhile, the division sales weren't meeting the company's or Curry's expectation. Joe? Yeah, that's kind of, well, that's what I thought when I first, when I first seen that he's getting away from Under Armour, I was thinking that the sales probably wasn't what he predicted, but it is, man.
Starting point is 00:51:35 It's funny seeing him in any other, any other shoes. I'm going to be honest with y'all. I've been seeing him in Nike, Joins. I'm like, it's. It just don't, it just don't look right. It's going to look right after a while because I'm going to be having them on. What you got? There we get.
Starting point is 00:51:49 Yeah, yeah, I know they're going to write him a big check. I know they're going to write him a big check. So I'm sure he's probably enjoying this moment, though. Okay, also being a free agent. Yeah, he gets some cool stuff. I saw him with some Tinker Hatfields. He's getting the old stuff. I mean, he gets some really, really, really cool stuff.
Starting point is 00:52:05 He had Travis Scott's on the night, the Mokas. Yeah. He's been, man, the man, been wearing under armor for, what, 13? Yeah, it's been that long? Oh, man, over a decade, Ocho, he couldn't be caught in nothing else. You know what I mean? So, yeah, he's definitely enjoying this moment. But, yeah, it is a little weird to see him in anything else.
Starting point is 00:52:23 But I'm curious to see who he's going to ultimately, you know, go with to kind of, you know, start to support the Curry brand. But, man, if he had got, Caitlin, what's this you got? Steph Curry. He got them, birthday edition. Yeah. Did he sign him? Yeah. Hey, uh, them thing
Starting point is 00:52:43 ain't gonna be worth something one day, boy. Boy, hey, I might put these on because I think they're my size. I might put these on and go drop 20. Oh, yeah. It's just, look, it's tough. It's tough to beat Nike, Adidas that have been at this for so long.
Starting point is 00:53:09 Yeah. See, I mean, had Jordan never went to Nike, you might have had a chance. Yeah. But there ain't no shoe company going to beat. Not when it comes to them, not when it come to athletic.
Starting point is 00:53:23 They just got too much, they got too much for our research and development. Right. I mean, you remember they came, they had the shocks, and they had the air maxes, and they just on the cutting edge, and their apparel,
Starting point is 00:53:34 it's just like, and I get it, but I just don't think, even with Curry, they were going to never be able to get a foothold because they had UCLA, they had to get out of that contract. They had a couple of others. They had to get out of those contracts.
Starting point is 00:53:51 They just, Curry, just go ahead and go to the highest bidder. Nike will give you some good solid money and ride it out for the next four or five years or however long you want to play. You're right. Because I wonder what underarmament trying to do. If they lose Steph Curry, I'm sure he was a big as big as draw.
Starting point is 00:54:13 Everetticoke, what are they? Look, he or had on Anescu's, they sold out. Yeah. What's Anescu? Sabrina Nescu, the point guard for the liberty. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, sold out. So he can. His influence.
Starting point is 00:54:30 Yeah. Yeah, his influence is going to be huge wherever he goes. So, I mean, this is a cool moment. I think you're going again by 15 million, go on forgive someone, 15, 20 million a year for a hundred million dollar deal for the next five years. Give a little, give a little three logo,
Starting point is 00:54:49 you know, give them a three logo, huh? That's kind of low, huh? Nike, Nike got some, they got some hitters over there, man. Oh, Joe. They got some hitters over there. You ain't got no job. Man, that's low ball.
Starting point is 00:55:03 Okay, you just keep giving us free advertising, okay. We talk about Steph Curry. Now you're talking about a hundred million. Okay. A goddamn gear, Gila was made $100 million back then when he, when he, when he were playing.
Starting point is 00:55:14 Oh, Joe. He don't have a shoe deal. So you're going to keep wearing people's stuff, giving them free promotion? Well, it ain't really free promotion because everything he's wearing, obviously, you know, it's selling out and he's not getting a dime from it.
Starting point is 00:55:30 What you think? I just, I just, I mean, I'm going to tell you what I think, Joe, go ahead. That's low balling. I think he's going to, by February, he's going to be found a brand that he's going to sign with. And probably, probably like, All-Star Weekend, he's probably going to debut to shoot. He's coming out. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Yeah. I like that. Yeah. I mean, it's like that. I mean, to. And at that point, you're not really trying, you're just trying to get market share. You know, you're trying to get 2% because you're never going to put a bigger. up then into, you know, Nike or Dittles
Starting point is 00:56:10 or something like that. And then really, he was really the only underarmor. At least, if you look at Puma, Puma got a bunch, you know, they got, what, they got Lamello Ball and I think they got a Halliburton. They got a scoop. They got a nice little rock. They got the little. But, uh, yeah, it ain't,
Starting point is 00:56:28 it ain't, it ain't the same, no. I guarantee you Nike can come up with something nice for the next four or five years. Their creative team could have a new shoe a new model that that would be really really dope that can rival some of the other players that are with Nike they can get creative with it they got the resources Nike I think I think I think I think Adidas can too Adidas adidas oh yeah he got some nice man I like I like I like I like James Harden yeah yeah maybe new bowels some guys over there no yeah no no no no no No, not New Balance basketball shoes.
Starting point is 00:57:10 Absolutely not. Adidas, yes. You don't like the Kowai Littles? Well, they got Kawahs. They got, what do you call them, too? They got Cooper Flagg. Nah. Hey, Joe, I've been working on my shop, Joe.
Starting point is 00:57:31 You've been working on his shop. Right here at home, Joe. Hey, I'm waiting. I'm waiting on that, uh, Oh, who was that, Teddy? Thanos, which one is that? Thanos. Hey, Thanos looked like a bear cub.
Starting point is 00:57:49 Hey, you got to cut his hair. I hung his hair getting big. Yeah, it's getting cold out here. Duane Wade provided a take on Michael Jordan, LeBron James Goat debate. DeWay said, I'm going to say Michael Jordan is the greatest player I've ever watched. He's the greatest player I've ever watched. LeBron James is the greatest player I've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:58:12 You feeling me? I never saw Michael George. I watch Michael George. I saw, I've seen LeBron James up close and in person. I played against. I played with. I personally have not seen a greater basketball player, but I've watched a great basketball player.
Starting point is 00:58:29 Joe, what's your take? I totally understand what he's saying. Oh, Cho, I grew up watching Michael Jordan that's my goat he he he made the game sexy he made it to where as a kid bro growing up in the 90s I want to be like Mike you know what I mean but what D Wade is saying he that's that's probably who Dway grew up watching as well yeah for sure he's similar to same thing as me yeah but he played with LeBron James who obviously right now every time he scores a bucket it goes down in history
Starting point is 00:59:04 You know what I mean? Like he is He's going to beat a goat When it comes to all these records, man So I understand what he's saying You know, getting a chance to play with LeBron I play with LeBron and 06 in the Olympics Hell of a player, bro.
Starting point is 00:59:18 Hell of a player, I mean, he has no weaknesses You was on the 014, Joe? Nah, I was on the 06 The Redeemed team We ain't get no gold neither I got with you. Oh, and the World Championship? Man, Mello, D, Wade, Brian,
Starting point is 00:59:34 they owe me. bro they owe me well we went down there uh argentina got y'all huh argentine they were good like that yeah because they've been played together since they were five yeah they did but they had this big dude in the middle oh joe i'm telling me we had the white Howard and everything and i'm talking about apex the white man we couldn't do but we can do nothing with this big boy they had down one thing the big could do in europe they're gonna be able to pass the ball and they got tremendous footwork. Hey, I'm talking, this is a big body, big body.
Starting point is 01:00:08 He wasn't shooting no threes and nothing. In the paint? He was a bruiser. Oh, man. Like Shaq? Yeah, but he was a lot shorter. Damn. But he were wide, he was wide body, man.
Starting point is 01:00:20 I'm talking about we can't stop them. Dang. Did you see LeBron last night that performance that Luca, AR, and Braun? Hey, they would come home. Easy, a easy 25, six. and six. No stress on the bottom.
Starting point is 01:00:36 Okay, Ocho, Lakers got two of the bad white boys. I didn't see him. Austin Reeves? No, I just kid. Austin Reeves and Luca Dushes. And I think the beauty about all this is that Brun just kind of plays the Swiss Army knife. He brings to the game what's needed. He don't, he don't go out there trying to score no 30, 40.
Starting point is 01:00:57 He's going to be cool, right it around, like, by 22 a game when it all comes down, 22, 7, 7. him, you know, he can do what he wants, Joe. You know what I mean? He can fill the game out and he can assess like, okay, boom, I ain't really got to do a lot of scoring right now. I could just facilitate these boys hot as fish grease out here. Man, the way Luca came, I said,
Starting point is 01:01:16 this boy was going to go for 60 tonight. Did you see him in the first quarter, Joe? Oh, my God. I definitely thought he was going to go for 60. He had 32 at the half. He cooled out a lot in the second half. He ended up only having 11 points, but he was going crazy. That first quarter, I was like, damn.
Starting point is 01:01:32 Yeah, I was too. Hey, probably the most beautiful thing about it is when he got going, you can see AR and Brun, like, you know, they kind of just let him roll. You know what I mean? Like, they weren't out to take my turn. They let that man go until he just kind of, you know, start to cool off a little bit. And that's what I appreciate the most because when you get a guy that's hot, man, you got to feed him and see how far can he maintain this.
Starting point is 01:01:58 And Luca was special in that first quarter, bro. Man. All right, it's time. Ojo. Go ahead, Joe. Go here. My bad. Ocho, that boy's shooting that thing.
Starting point is 01:02:07 Effil is three, four feet behind the three, man. He's nice. He had like three of the row, four of the row. Like, pop, pop, pop. Oh, man. You know, we can make this, I mean, for me, we can make it a better experience, right? This is one thing to talk about it. But, man, let's go sit courtside of the game, man.
Starting point is 01:02:25 And what game? Shoot, we can go to a Laker game. We got a Hawks game. We got a better chance at a house game than a Laker game, boy, you're going to pay an arm and a leg. You don't know nobody over there get his free tickets? For the Hark? For the Lakers.
Starting point is 01:02:41 No. Not no free one. Damn. If we get some free one for Atlanta? Yeah, yeah, we better get, we better. You better have your feet on the wood. Oh, Joe, hey, Joe, hey, Joe, I'm coming down there, boy. They'll bring you a glitz and everything.
Starting point is 01:02:59 You like, I need you a little of them. cope with no ice yeah oh yeah man they bring you glitz and everything you'd be good i can do that i don't know what y'all got against hot dogs man y'all y'all act like y'all i just don't eat them i know but i know but y'all be y'all be laughing i ate oh joe as a kid when we do the birthday parties out of hamburgers a hot dog yeah yeah yeah i used to get down but i ain't really you mean i ain't i ain't i know you you you know you live in a palace now. So I understand, you know, you, you, that's far fetched from you. Here we go. I'm just keeping, I'm just keeping the one hundred.
Starting point is 01:03:36 I got you. I got you. I feel you. I love me some hot dogs. Have at it. It's time to play on fade presented by prize picks. flex ahead of tomorrow's game. Jemir Giles more than 0.5 Russian or receiving touchdowns, Ocho. Will he have one touchdown tomorrow? Yes. Okay. And that boy,
Starting point is 01:04:13 he acted a plumb fool last week, last weekend, or Sunday. Okay. So you think he's going to, the thing is that you think he's going to do it again. That's my problem. It's like they'd be having him bring up a touchdown. You turn around and bet with him. Oh, he's going to go. All right. This for you, Joe.
Starting point is 01:04:29 Dak Prescott, more than 260. 53 passing yards. Who he played, Kansas City? Yeah, man, he's going to eat that. Boy can go for about three, son. All right. You ain't playing? Joe said he'll go for three son and I'm going to ride that.
Starting point is 01:04:44 Patrick Mahomes, more than 267.5. Trey Smith is out. The all pro, the all pro right guard. Woof. We can have a field. They were down, boy. We ain't playing. We ain't playing.
Starting point is 01:05:04 I'm just letting y'all know. So y'all can be. You're on the 268, Joe? Yeah, I think my home is going to be under 268. I think my home will be on the 268. I think it's a high scoring game. I think you're going to go over.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Let's go. We're going over. All right, Ocho, this is George Pick is more than a rush or receiving touchdown. He'll have at least one touchdown tomorrow. Absolutely. He might have two. Shit.
Starting point is 01:05:31 Kareem Hunt, a rushing or receiving touchdown. Will he have a rushing or receiving touchdown? He's the short yard. He's the gold line guy. Yeah. And Pacheco not back, right? He's had a touchdown in four straight games, guys. I'm going yes.
Starting point is 01:05:51 Yeah. Lamar Jackson, okay, Ocho, there it is. Lamar Jackson, at least 29 rush yards. Oh, absolutely. And I can say that respectfully, you know, 29 rush yards on any goddamn body. I know, I know it's my Bengals. He's going to have 29 rush yards, but we know who going to come out with the victory. That's all that does now.
Starting point is 01:06:10 Yeah, the Ravens. All right. $25 to win $300. Download the app today. Use coach Shannon to get $50 in lineups when you play your first $5 lineup. It's good to be right. All right. It's time for our final signal of the evening.
Starting point is 01:06:27 It's time for Q and A. LeVar Fawcce. Hey, Ocho, you're not alone. I suck Toads and eat groceries. Hey, hey, hey. Thanksgiving, fella and my fellow nightcapers, raven's flop. Hey, hey, them toe, that's where is that?
Starting point is 01:06:52 Boy, I'm telling you, especially, hey, man, get you some ice. Boy, I try this, man. Grind up some ice, man, get some ice cubes and use the ice. You know, With the toe, a great combination. Well, you hear me? Bank me later, boy.
Starting point is 01:07:04 Ooh. Desmond Newton said, What's up, Ogunocho? I'm at the hospital watching y'all waiting for my first child to be born. I appreciate y'all killing the time while my nerves are up. Shout out to Sophie Joy.
Starting point is 01:07:17 Daddy, excited to meet you. Yes, Dezman, thank you for watching. Thank you for your support. Congratulations, man. Mom and baby will be great. Come back and let us know. Obviously, you know it's going to be a girl. So because Sophia Joy, excited to meet you, too.
Starting point is 01:07:35 Yeah. Congrats. Congrats. Bro Maher said, I'm a Seahawk fan, but 12 is on deck. I'm proximate a Brown's fan. So guess what? He'd say he a Shador fan, basically. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:49 Jason, CJ, more popular you are, the more haters you attract. That is so absolutely true. And I don't know why. Because most of the time, you don't even know that person. Just what you see. El Prade 98, Ocho. You got an opportunity to meet Ronaldinho yet. Of course.
Starting point is 01:08:07 I mean, if you do me a favor, go back. I've met Ronaldino at Barcelona when he was there with Eto and Messi. It's many pitches with me and Ronald Dio. I play with Ronald Dio here on the pitch. If you YouTube it, I had an assist from Ronald Dino. I mean, damn, I didn't know in about 15 years. now a bunch of pictures of us online jkk dddlk nightcap is the best show on ocho once a patriot always a patriot go patrice go patrick yeah ohcho once a patriot always a patriot yeah uh yeah go pets
Starting point is 01:08:46 caleb in nine nine nine ninety nine just learned today ocho gave tom brady his longest past in that super bowl they never say that about my guy That was me, that was me, that was me. I ain't got no, I ain't got no ring though. I'm gonna go ahead and order my funeral suit for you because you keep thinking it's funny, not paying Uncle his money. You right.
Starting point is 01:09:15 What's the funeral suit for? Ben knows we got to do something bad to him, ain't? Hey, man, nah, nah, nah, I told you Christmas, hey, watch it Christmas morning, check your account. Boy, you're gonna be happy, you can be like, what that boy, they're paying my money. Wow. That's great.
Starting point is 01:09:31 Oh, Joe, I got Uncle Ravens over your Bengals tomorrow night and yes, back on here tomorrow night to celebrate. Yeah, Kepa, we got that. That's easy. That's in the bag. Yeah, everybody's talking
Starting point is 01:09:41 with a whole lot of confidence tonight. A whole lot of confidence. Joe, who you got winning, Joe? I got the Ravens, Ocho. But, but, but, but, but hold up. I think I want to see Joe Burrow get out there and look good, look confident, bro.
Starting point is 01:09:58 I ain't just totally against y'all, but at 3 and 9, the Ravens, they've been playing playoff football already. You heard what Joe said, Ocho? What? Y'all actually 3 and 8, but he said 3 and 9, so he already knows subcontrally what's going to happen.
Starting point is 01:10:12 Don't worry about it. Keep that same energy. Jabal the gunslinger, oh, oh, oh, I need your help. I'm trying to get a Connie Corso, but my wife is iffy about it. Help me convince her that getting one is a good idea. Who wear the pants?
Starting point is 01:10:27 Huh? Sometimes you got to put your foot down. If it's something that you won't, this is one of those situations but you've got to put your foot down. I know they say happy wife, happy life. I understand that. But what about your happiness?
Starting point is 01:10:40 What about how you feel? What about doing something you want to do for a change? Don't do that. No? How much time do you get? Yeah, I mean, that's a funny course of responsibility. They eat a lot, they poop a lot. Why are you trying to, the man say you want a kind of course?
Starting point is 01:10:56 Are you supposed to support him? But I'm trying to explain to him. He's clearly he's never had a dog like that. I've had big dogs like that. Hold on. All dog got to eat, small, big, little. A lot.
Starting point is 01:11:09 Them dog need exercise. Yeah. Hey, man, get your dog, man. Don't listen to them too. Get your dog. Does she like dogs in the beginning? You might need to start out small
Starting point is 01:11:19 and then work your way up. Get you a medium-sized dog. Get you a lab or get you a lab or do it. He don't want that. Man, don't want that. The man say he won a cane, you want a cane corso. Yeah. Man, been on line looking at videos and everything.
Starting point is 01:11:36 He wants to make yourself happy, man. Sometimes you got to do what's right for you and what you see fit. If it make you happy, you get it. I'm just saying. Black or crew, White Acre, Ocho, you that guy, and Shannon knows it. So don't listen to him. We love you. Yeah, yeah, toes and all, yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:00 All that, all y'all done that Jaws Club, huh? Okay. They run around with these big answers, dog. They run around with these answers, big, dog. They don't even make sense, Wade. Oh, Joe, the Bengals play defense like James Hardin, the defensive coordinator. Oh, man, come on.
Starting point is 01:12:26 Hey, that was a good one. That was a good one. That was a good one. Real whooped facts. Hey, Ocho, what's the chance? When day, when they're going to beat them bingles? Tomorrow. Okay, okay.
Starting point is 01:12:40 Keep that, hey, listen, all y'all keep that same energy, man, I'm telling you. You're going to see me on the field. I'm going to be on the field. I'm on the field all game long. You're going to see? I saw you on the field with Ray knock your helmet off. You were on the field, sprawled out. And you saw me get up, get ready to whoop Ray ass, too.
Starting point is 01:12:56 Hey, Joe. Hey, Jor, put to put hands on me, Joe, you hit me? I see you go back to the sideline, holl about you the guy here. He's talking about a different. I'm talking about when he knocked my helmet off at. You missed that one. When he knocked his helmet slap off his head. Hey, Joe, hey, Joe, he hit me so hard, Joe, my helmet went flying by 10 yards, right?
Starting point is 01:13:17 Before I even hit the ground, I were trying to get up, boy, boy, well, you got to see. So he's trying to get, he wouldn't got the helmet first, though, Joe. Right. You know, that's cardo rule number one. Anytime you get ready to fight, you got to put your helmet on. You got to put your helmet on. Don't get a cold slip without that helmet. Sheldon Pope,
Starting point is 01:13:33 nightcap, your opinion on Kenyon Martin and Draymond going back and forth. And, Ocho, did Kmartin ever seen your cigars for that playoff bet? Nah, I'm going to beat Kenyon Martin ass. He don't need to be worried about no Draymond Green. He needs to worry about me. It's just, hey, he just, he just, he just, hey, whoever just said that just reminded me, Kenyon Martin owe me some cigars.
Starting point is 01:13:53 Hey, Kenyon, well, you see this? Boy, you got 24 hours. boy. Well, you got 24 hours, boy. You know he's hands. From the time he see it. Huh? From the time he see it. Yeah. Hey. Hey. I need them sticks. I forgot. I forgot what, uh, I forgot what cigars. We bet. Uh, the Martins. The Gold. Daniel Marshalls? Yeah. Daniel Marshall. Oh, I need them boy. I need them. I need them. I need them. K. Mark. You know, I love you. I love you like a brother. I don't want to have to do nothing to you now.
Starting point is 01:14:23 Look Draymond is done what he's done Kenyon did what he did what we're talking about Draymond didn't play against Kenya yeah Kenyon played against the basketball is positionless now
Starting point is 01:14:41 but it's yeah we're debating things we're going to never be able to prove what I don't get why nobody questions the fact that Dylan and Stefansky have the same agent both under CAA.
Starting point is 01:14:55 Guess who else? Dan Oloski, someone who's backs him on live first take, Chad, how would you feel if the guy you're competing has the same agent as your coach? I wouldn't care.
Starting point is 01:15:07 I wouldn't care. As long as you get me my money. Hey, the money thing is a cool thing, but I'm talking about what it's all about what you're doing that field. It's all about what you're doing that field. I don't care who, who coach is who and who's who's agent,
Starting point is 01:15:20 but when we get in between them lines, you're not better to me. You're not better to me. At some point, I mean, either they're going to expose themselves by letting the person play in front of me knowing I'm better,
Starting point is 01:15:32 but when I get my opportunity, I got to show up and show out. That's it. It's really that simple. 828 style back in the day, you used to say, I don't eat nothing that'll walk away when I'm finished with it.
Starting point is 01:15:44 Things have changed now. You absolutely right. You absolutely right. Hey, y'all nervous. Don't worry about it. Y'all get there. Y'all get there. Connor with AK, Ocho, if you don't want to give that money,
