After the Dolphins released Tyreek Hill,
the former Miami-Day police officer
who hauled him out of the car
and handcuffed him during the traffic stop
at Harrodd Stadium, September 24th,
was reportedly thrilled.
Danny Torres allegedly celebrated Tyree's release
with a Facebook post on Tuesday writing,
hmm, I guess it took a bit, but karma got you.
Now that I'm retired and I can tell you how I feel
about you. You are an entitled
butthole and I'm
embarrassed to the team and the
city that kiss your you know
what. I wish
you the best and hope you
are able to afford all that
child's afford, especially now
that you're unemployed.
But I'm sure you'll pick up and you'll
cause havoc
their team in city.
That's just how you did in Miami.
Between next time, roll your
effing window down.
And the text message to the Miami News Times, Torres, who retired in July,
reportedly said he was pretty much crucified for doing my job.
He reportedly added that he's 100% stands by his Facebook post saying,
I was actually nice.
He destroyed me, my reputation when the incident happened.
And I had to stay quiet because I was still employed.
But I'm retired.
So now it's my turn to say the truth.
I mean.
Oh, Cho?
It's honest, honestly, get it off your chest.
It's unnecessary.
It's tasteless.
He's talking about karma.
But obviously this situation, depending on who you are, you got to be careful.
You got to be careful.
I understand you are retired right now.
So I'm not sure in any way or any shape, form or fashion where karma can come back and harm you in any way.
But listen, you could have just let that be.
You could have kept that to yourself.
I mean, but it is, it is.
it is obviously he didn't he didn't take a liking to the situation and the way
Tyreek handled it during that time he got a lot of a lot of flack for it especially
being a Dolphins player and I you know you know how that goes you know and obviously
the fans and the people of Miami will be on the side of the player side outside
of the cop trying to do his job but I mean it is it is what it is to me it's
tasteless I understand you upset I understand you're mad but but a rejoicing when
someone is unemployed or gets
cut. I mean, it's, come on.
I agree, Ocho. But you could, the mere fact of what he put in his post lets you know it's
personal. Yeah, absolutely. You mayn't talk about child support.
Absolutely. You see what I'm saying? Ocho? If you wanted to say, look,
you cause me, you know, pain because all you had to do was roll down your window.
I got crucified. I did my job. And had you just follow simple instructions like, hey, roll your
Wendell down, we would have been cool.
But the mere fact that he added
a lot of ancillary stuff to go along
with it, let you know,
Ocho. Let you know how
you, like I said, look, I just
hope, look, I wish Tyree
nothing but the best.
It's a very,
very unfortunate situation.
Yeah.
It's tough because, you know, there's a lot of
secure, there's a lot of police officers, Ocho,
we come into that stadium. Oh, yeah.
there's a lot because you got to realize you're going to have 70,000 people.
And all 70,000 ain't going to be on their best behavior, Ocho.
Some might be had a little something to drink before they even got to the stadium.
And you know once you get in the stadium.
So I just, look, I just hate the situation.
But like you said, the man's tied to his opinion.
He felt a certain type of way.
And I just wish Tyree the best.
Hopefully he get all this stuff.
he's able to come back and be the Tyreek
that we remember him as and all this stuff
that he has going on outside of the field
he can get that because it's kind of hard
to play when you have so much on your plate.
That's not football related.
You're only human.
You can only you can only
you can only ohcho compartmentalize so much.
Yes.
So no matter how, hey, there's a box.
You can only put so much in it.
This glass, I don't care.
I can only put.
so much liquid in this glass before it's going to come out.
Yeah.
So Tyreek, you know, we wish you the best, bro.
Get everything situated.
Get healthy.
Mm-hmm.
And then take care of what you need to get, what you need to take care of.

Brown's three-time Pro Bowl guard, Wyatt Taylor, announced that he will not be back with Cleveland in 26,
and that he'll be with a new team next season as he'll be a free agent in March.
The entire Brown's offensive line is set to become free agent.
That left tackle, he should have been free last year.
But then Joe Batonio, Ethan, Posick, Wyatt Taylor, and Jack Conklin.
But that left tackle?
He was bad.
Can you imagine if the Ravens, if that left tackle from Cleveland and the Ravens right guard was on the same offensive line?
No, I don't do that.
That wouldn't be fair.
If I was a quarterback, they'd have to pay me $100 million.
Because you're going to get sack.
a hundred times.
Yeah.
I don't know if I've ever heard, I mean, no,
Ocho, you know this, because you know how liven are.
They're very quiet.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, they don't talk much.
They don't really say nothing.
For him, for a lineman,
yeah.
To come out and say this.
Yeah.
Why?
Why do you come out and say it?
I mean, what's the point?
Look, it's hard for me to imagine that at the exit media,
at the ex meeting.
Yes, sir.
They hadn't had conversation.
Maybe his representative
had conversation.
And it's like, you know,
just go ahead and, you know,
look for a new locale,
whatever the case may be.
Right.
But he is a three-time provo guard.
Yeah.
No matter what you think of the Browns,
for you, first of all,
for you to get that kind of recognition
as a Browns player.
Yes, yes.
People don't realize how hard it is
to get recognition
when you're a bad team.
Mm-hmm.
When you're a player,
They're on a bad team.
Now, look, Miles Garrett is Miles Garrett.
Yeah.
But when you're an offensive line and you don't have a 15, 1600-yard rusher,
when you don't have a 3,000, 4,000-yard passer.
When you don't have wide receivers with gaudy numbers.
Because stats is what, even though none of them go to the offensive line, don't you?
You know, a guy last year was two years ago when Sequin ran for 2000.
Yeah.
We lauded that offensive line.
Look at that offensive line.
Oh, when Derek Henry did what he did.
But when you don't have a guy to have no kind of numbers
and you don't have a Lamar Jackson that passed for 41 touchdowns
and you don't have a 5,000,
how do Lyman get recognition other than holding number 78 offense?
Right.
Illegal hands to the face.
Number 64 offense.
Yeah.
That's the only time they get recognition.
Yeah.
So for him to be a pro bowl player.
Three times.
And as bad as offensively as they've been.
Yeah.
I probably get you a pretty good indication.
he's a pretty good player.
Very.
Very.
Because they're,
if they're that bad,
and you get recognized by your peers,
not only on your team,
but every time you play,
that means you have to pop out on film.
You have to pop out on film,
even with no running back that's going crazy,
even with no 4,000 yards passing quarterback.
Exactly.
You got to pop out on film.
Yes.
Yes.
So the Raiders want at least two,
Two first round picks and a premium player for any potential Max Crosby trade per Adam Shepter.
Oh, yeah.
I like it.
Now, hold on, Ocho.
I like it.
We got creed.
Oh, they're trading him.
They're not doing.
All y'all do is keep stuff.
Man, you and Ocho messy.
Two first rounders.
Boy, if I'm the Cowboys, if I'm in Ravens.
Who will we train?
For Max Crosby?
Yeah, who we train?
say the name. What player we trading for the Cowboys to the Raiders?
Oh, Kenny Clark.
Come on, man. Go on about it. They said a premium player.
Oh, y'all won't. Oh, y'all. Oh, they're not giving up George Pickings in two first round,
if they're not getting that.
Now hell?
So you think you're going to be able to keep George Pickens and pay Matt Crosby, too?
Yeah. The cap going up, they're going to, they're going to, look, they're going to restructure
CD. They're going to restructure a DAC.
Just those two restructures alone is $60 million.
Excuse me. Those two restructures alone, 60.
Might throw Quinty in there. Restructing your deal.
Ain't nobody else making no damn money. What are they going to do with steel?
Are they going to cut steel or are they going to reduce his pay?
Yeah. You know what? I don't know what's going to happen.
I can tell you, I can tell you one thing.
This is for me, for me, as a fan of the game in general,
this is going to be one of the most exciting off-season for me
to see where certain individuals go.
When Tyreek is healthy, where is Tyreek going?
What are they going to do with Matt Crosby?
What are they going to do with George Pickens?
How long are they going to play the long game, you know,
as far as he concerned?
My Bengals, what are we going to do with all-season acquisitions?
What do you want to do with the draft?
My Dolphins.
Okay, give us T. Higgins and two first rounders.
No.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
What do you mean?
No.
What are my dolphins going to do at the quarterback position?
I'm talking about your bingo.
What about your bangles?
No, we're good.
We want T. Higgins and two first rounders and we'll give you, we'll trade you,
Max Crosby.
No, we good.
We good.
Chad.
We good.
But you want the Cowboys to give up George figures in two first rounders.
Wait, hold on, hold on.
The cowboy, listen.
Listen, T.E ain't going nowhere.
Now, I'm only saying that because I told you why I want George Piggins to go somewhere else outside of Dallas.
It was simply to maximize how much he can make.
That's all.
Now, Cowboys fans, they don't like that.
They don't appreciate that.
I understand that George Piggins' salary will have to,
be north of what C.D. Lamb makes.
Now, C.D. Lamb is a number of receiver and he was paid as such two years ago.
Now, having someone come in and be paid number of receiver kind of makes you the number
two where you're making less than him.
I just don't see how that would work in general, no matter what anybody says, you know.
But that's just me.
But, I mean, I mean, they, again, you, you ain't going to give up T and two.
for Max Crosby.
No.
No.
With all the respect, no.
Because I think the thing is they're looking at
the kind of what Green Bay gave up.
Yeah.
What Green Bay gave up.
Get Micah, yeah.
So they's like, okay,
we'll give you a similar type player.
Yeah.
Yeah, we're more than one piece away,
you know, defensive.
So I'd rather, instead of going,
making one huge big splash,
let's make a few a few nice splashes at different positions defensively
that can help our that can help our defense
I'm trying to think if you're if you're Chicago
are you willing to give up DJ Moore a first and a second
for Max Crosby
well more if would you really get a look to Rashide Bateman
in a first and a second
for Max Crosby.
It's going to be nice.
It's going to be nice.
You've got to give up your first round pick.
You're not getting it for anything
left in the first.
And it's going to be multiple picks.
But they said a premium player.
And I don't know the only
they're really, I mean,
you got a premium back.
You can't get Henry.
They're not giving you Zay Flyers
because he's their best receiver.
You're not getting Lamar.
So I'm just trying to figure out
you're not getting Hamlet
I need better context on what premium means.
When a team says you want a premium player,
what do we talk about?
You've got to be at least a starter and has pro bowl potential.
Kenny Clark was a pro.
I think if I'm not mistaken,
I think Kenny Clark has been to at least one pro bowl.
So that's kind of, I'm thinking when I say premium,
a starter or more than a one year starter.
And possibly, I would say possibly a pro bowl player.
Hmm.
Yeah.
That's tough.
That's tough.
See, I mean, right now I wouldn't want to be a gym.
I mean, I'm trying to put that hat on.
But I, I'm just-
Kenny Clark has been to three Pro Bowls.
Nice.
So T would fit right into that
because T-been to two.
Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo.
Relax.
This ain't Madden.
This ain't Madden.
This ain't Madden.
No, this ain't madden.
We good.
We're good.
I told you.
I told you we, we're going to make some small splashes.
We try to improve that defense.
We ain't trying to make no.
But if I'm Baltimore,
If I'm Baltimore, I'm Chicago, I got to make it.
I got to make a move.
I got to make a move.
I got to get somebody that can get home.
You forgot.
You didn't even mention Dallas.
But yeah, I'm saying, yeah.
Well, we've already talked about Dallas.
Dallas got to make a move.
Okay, okay, okay.
They got to make a move.
Yeah.
I mean, they got, well, they gave up one of those first rounders to get Quinnett.
You still have two.
Uh, I give, would you be giving up another way?
they're not going to want to give up Quinty.
So basically,
I'm trying to think on the Dallas defense, who you got.
Ain't nobody been to the Pro Bowl.
Kenny Clark's been to the Pro Bowl.
Quinny has been to the Pro Bowl.
But who else is the defensive player?
Do you, De Ron Blan?
Hey, but we, I mean, not, I'm thinking about it,
but we need a lot, boy.
Because I'm, because I don't know,
I don't know if the.
premium player, Ocho Dinoon, an offensive guy
or a defensive guy? See, that's
the thing. I would need better context
from the Raiders.
Help me help you. When you say
premium, what do you mean
by premium? I think he's
at least Pro Bowl. At least Pro Bowl.
That's a premium player.
I think we'll all agree that is a premium player.
Right. Y'all ain't got a whole
bunch of them.
On defense? And the ones y'all got,
you're not trying to give a burrow, you're not
giving a burrow you're not giving up chase for sure
and whoa whoa whoa whoa why we talk about the bangles
you you know y'all
you don't you had tea and what you call them come on there
and said we want max crosby
and you ask me why am i talking about the bingles you know goodwill
Mike brown is not making that kind of splash
and he never has
we're going to make little splashes we're not going to jump in the puddle
and get wet oh so you so you
so you ain't throwing no boulder in there you
throwing a pebble.
You got a little ripple.
Listen, listen, we need small, small, small wins.
We don't need a big win.
We need small wins in the all season,
the small wins in the draft.
So in other words, what he's doing, guys,
he got those Chinese,
y'all remember the Summer Olympics
of Chinese gymnasts?
And they, those high diving, those platform,
and they, like, I mean,
ain't no splash.
Yeah.
So he's looking at the, he's looking at out
one of them Chinese swimmers,
you know, going there with no splash.
He ain't tried to do no cannon.
Yeah, yeah, we don't want to do a candleball.
We don't want to, no, we don't need, no, we don't need to do no canadball, no.
I've just tried to help y'all get to the playoffs, Joe, because I don't, we're going to be
all right, we're going to be our right.
We're going to be our right.
We keep our quarterback upright.
We keep him healthy throughout the season.
He's going to be our right.

Okay, Ocho.
If LeBron James is willing to take a significant pay cut,
Brian Winhorse believe there's a 99% chance he signs with Cleveland this summer.
LeBron would then have the storybook in a retirement tour on a
a true title contending team where it all started.
Is he willing, though,
calves are his second apron team
and would only be allowed to give him the vent minimum,
according to Anthony Lima.
Talk to a few execs in the media world
about how much LeBron could get for the rights
to this farewell streaming bidding war
and was told somewhere between $40 and $75 million.
So he could play for the vent minimum next year
on a title contending team
and still get compensation for his value.
Add a final year of off-market branding
deals and it's a no-brainer.
Basically the entire season would be bought
to you by LeBron James and Friends.
Move over, Ronaldo.
LeBron James would be the highest earning athlete
in the world next season in Cleveland, Ohio.
Hey, I like that.
Not only do you get a farewell,
you do have to take vet minimum,
but you have so much going on off the court.
You got so much going on off the hardwood
where you're going to be okay
and it's not such a blow
as opposed to how it would be for other players, right?
And then on top of that,
you get a farewell tour documentary
that's paying your north of 50
that can reach up to $75 million?
Yeah.
Oh, man.
Hold on.
And I got Donovan Mitchell
and I got James Hardin.
Yeah.
Man, stop planning.
Jared Allen.
Man, stop playing.
Sam Merrill.
What are we talking about?
I could make the decision for LeBron.
This could be the decision 2.0.
I'm telling you,
LeBron is going to Cleveland,
and it's going to happen.
I like it.
It makes sense to me.
Yeah.
Because now you put the,
the final season patch on that jersey.
Ooh.
Hey, back home where it all started.
Not too far from Akron, Ohio.
Yeah.
Young kid.
Oh, that's, hey, that's,
you like that?
That's a, yes, that is a fairy tale type movie ending.
Finishing your career off right down the street where you grew up.
I like that.
So we'll see how it goes
I think everybody's waiting to see what LeBron James does
Duane Dwayne said he had
He had a feeling
LeBron was leaving Miami when Pat Riley took away his cookies
Let's take a little bit what Dway had to say
On the Underground Lounge
Okay
We're trying to get that loaded right quick chat
Bear with us
Hey that was a funny story boy
I can't believe Pat did
I know Pat run the tight shit but like
Come on now Pat
come on baby you know pat pat it pat it one of those one of those people on obviously he's old
school in regards to who you are no matter how good you are no matter what you've accomplished
i'm going to always have the upper hand and show you you're not bigger than the program
especially not my program no nope as a gift then occurs to as well though it is yeah uh we got that
are we ready yet as before man this is the moment that i
This was the first moment where I had an inkling that Brown may not be back.
One thing you don't do is fuck with LeBron cookies.
No, no, no, no, no.
He's serious.
Like, he loves chocolate chip cookies.
Like chocolate chip cookies and ice cream he loves, right?
And so when he gets on the plane, Brian walks on the plane with a bag of food.
One bag is all cookies and other bags are what his chef has prepared for him to eat.
Because he eats a certain way.
He don't eat what's on the plane.
Yeah.
But, you know, he has his cookies.
So we get on the, we get on the plane and we play cards at the front of the plane.
We play cars and then at some point Broncom be like, hey, bring me those cookies.
And there's one day, he was like, hey, what my cookies is at?
And they had to come up there and whisper his in and tell them they were no more cookies
on the plane.
Yeah.
That motherfucker set back away from the game.
He pushed that table, like cars back.
He sat there quiet doing his head like this.
I was looking, I'm like, he played.
He didn't play cards no more.
He sat there like this.
And, Sma, you gotta know, if this car gang gets shut down, shit's serious.
Oh, yeah.
I'm not.
It's serious.
If this car game gets shut down, it's serious.
It was too much micromanaging at that point.
Like, you're talking about a team who was four finals in a row.
You don't need to micromanage us.
And I felt that Rouse went a little too far with his micromanaging at points like that.
You would grow man.
You don't take the cookies away from us.
And this seems small.
But we get on and it change all the chips.
You got the shit.
that gets you through.
Yeah.
When I get on this plane, I expect, I want this because this is what gets me through
because now I'm out of the flight of this city.
I ain't getting in the three in the morning.
The food on the plane I really don't want to eat.
I can't eat when I get in.
I got to get up in the morning.
We got to do this again in D.C.
Like, I got to have my comforts alone away or I can't, I ain't going to be me.
Rouse take all them comforts away when he, when he's hot.
Riles hot and no comfort.
Who is Ralph?
Rouse, Pat Riley.
Oh, let's be called him.
Oh, okay, okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, Pat, Pat, Pat, that's too much.
That's too much.
Obviously, micromanaging.
I think that happens a lot, especially when you already have a winning organization.
That's too much.
That's too much.
I know there's certain things that players need, as, like, like D.A. said, it's their comfort thing.
You know, whatever it may be, might be food, might be a favorite blanket.
there might be a certain shoes or something that you travel with.
It just everybody has their thing.
But they had that taken away, especially someone like LeBron.
Man, shh, man.
That's crazy.
Pat Riley is one of these coaches.
He would rather lose his way than win someone else's.
Damn.
Same thing happened.
Look at it.
Jimmy Butler, gone.
Remember that irration.
Randy Wade off for a year and a half.
When he went to Chicago.
Bra and Jay's like, no, you're not in the back for me.
You're going to take him something. Come on now.
Because you're upset.
Okay, I don't know what you got going on in your life.
I wish you the best. I wish you worked through it.
You take hours?
Yeah.
You know, athletes like things a certain way.
Yeah, very meticulous.
There's a reason why this man has survived as long.
He's done the same thing every single day.
Do you know how boring this man's life?
is imagine you do the same thing every day for 23 years.
The same thing.
Most people can't eat the same thing two days.
Man, I don't want to eat no more.
I don't want to eat anymore.
I'm tired of this.
Man, how are you going to the same?
How you were, he did the same thing every day basically for 23 years.
He tells you he's what he does.
Savannah runs the house.
She makes sure he's not disturbed.
He gets his nap.
He said, I don't like to be bothered when I'm napping.
I don't like to be.
Savannah has everything quiet.
Them kid, hey, boy, you're dead to sleep.
Get on your ass.
I'm saying.
Yeah.
That's how she runs that.
They lock stock.
They lock stock.
They end up like that.
I mean, he takes a nap at the same time.
He does the exact same thing.
Bo boom, baboon, boom, boom, boom.
Now, because you got a hair up your ass,
oh, hey, damn, don't give no cookies.
Damn, them cookies.
Okay.
Now, you got Jimmy Butler, but when you think about it,
there's a whole lot of big time free agents been down to Miami.
Now, think about it, that's Miami,
and you got no state income tax.
Yeah.
They did a lot of this moving around, do I,
to try to get Kevin Durant.
Mm-hmm.
Kevin Durant ain't looked at Miami.
No.
A lot of the best players.
like, nah, we're good.
They've heard the story.
Pat Riley got to realize, bro, this ain't the 80s.
This is a different time now.
These young kids, they're not impressed with your rings.
They're not.
He's not going to change, though.
You know, certain people are stuck in their ways,
and that's the way he's going to be.
He ain't winning no more championships.
I mean, obviously that,
because you've got to be able to get the players in to compete for one.
Exactly.
But he don't care about that.
He's going to continue to do it his way.
Yeah, I mean, hey, it is what it is.
I'm sorry, Elcho, y'all, I don't win no titles.
We got, we got three.
No, we got four.
We good.
That three.
All right, three.
We got S three more than your team.
What, the Lakers?
No, you're a, you're a Lakers.
Man, you're a Hawks fan.
You're the Heat.
I know, you're from Atlanta.
What did they got to do with anything?
You are a Hawks fan.
How many, how many titles y'all got?
No, the St. Louis Hawks got one.
Okay, how many, how many titles you all got, not St. Louis in Atlanta?
The Lakers have multiple.
You didn't play for, you don't, you weren't born in L.A.
Okay, I was born in Chicago.
Now what?
Okay, okay, I see what you did.
And they got six.
Kyrie Irving will well remiss the remainder of the Maverick season as it continued to recover from knee surgery last March.
Kyrie said in the statement.
This decision wasn't easy, but it's the right one.
I'm grateful for the Mavericks organization,
my teammates, our fans, for their continued support throughout the process.
I'm looking forward to coming back stronger next season.
The belief in the drive I have inside only grows.
And I wanted to send a huge shout out to all of my brothers and sisters out there
who were torn ACL or gotten injured during what they love doing to do every day.
Thank you for your inspiration, no fear.
Ocho, we're seeing athletes return faster than ever from ACL surgeries these days.
Do you believe Kyrene's injury was more severe or he's just being extra cautious?
I think he's being extra cautious.
I don't think it was more severe.
ACL's ACL no matter how you splice it, no matter how you talk about it, we know when it does happen.
But right now where Dallas is after the midway point, after All-Star game, do they have a chance to go into the playoffs?
Hell no.
Exactly.
I mean, so that for that very reason, I think if things were different with him as far as being in contention, I think maybe he does come back.
Maybe he does take a chance, but I like him missing the rest of the season.
So we get a fully healthy Kyrie Irvin that we're used to seeing.
The man that has the basketball on a goddamn string coming in next year.
So I like it.
I'm excited.
I'm happy for him.
I think I saw a video of him that he put up not too long ago.
Oh, we're working out with Phil Handy.
Yeah, you're working out with field with field.
I'm like, you know, you know, working on, you know, obviously, I mean, he,
Kyrie is very, very, very technical.
He's sensational with the effort ball in his hands.
He looked good.
He looked good there and doing the minimal drills he was doing.
So I'm sure, I'm sure he's going to be fine.
And with his extra time off, not having to rush and take your time coming back,
we're going to get the Kyrie of all, I'm sure.
Matter of fact, he might be even better.
He might be even better coming back.
because you got to work double time
to get yourself back to where you once were.
Ocho.
Jake Bell attempted to lunge the marathon.
Marathon is 26.2 miles.
Yeah.
attempted to lunge it.
Check out the video, Ocho.
Lunge it.
Oh, the whole thing?
Yes.
How your leg not burning after 100 yards?
Ocho, he attempted to.
He started the challenge doing walking lungers
one rep at a time.
but had to stop around mile two.
Ocho, even getting that far.
That's commendable.
That is commendable.
I mean, I had a trainer, lunged the track.
All the way around?
Yeah, lunge all the way around.
One time, yes.
Well, your quads will be burning like...
You ain't got to tell me nothing.
Hey, just the thought of that.
Just the thought of it.
And not only are you lunging is free weight.
You free weight lunging?
like that that's commendable
two miles
yes even at your own pace
at some point something going to get out
how fast and slow you go back
yeah that that's commendable
honestly I think even in my best
of shape that I'm in shape right now I think even when I was younger
in 2018 I ain't look
two miles
no it's not happening
I think most of I probably done was probably
150 75 each leg
hey I've done I've done
the football field, 100 yards.
100 yards. That was part of my
off-season training. I go down
and I go back and I stop going
through it. I'm not going all the way
through it. That's 200, but we get you.
Yeah, that's what I said.
You say you were 100. No, I'm saying I go
down 100 and I come back.
That's 200.
Right. I wasn't mentioning how much it
equaled. I was just saying I went down the first
100. You said you looked.
Yeah, but a, a
matter of fact
and that-
my man,
oh,
boy.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey,
Hey,
Joe ain't
tell the how much money
he don't
gave him
where he probably
gave him
and way
$10 for $5
dollars.
No,
no,
no,
no,
no.
You know,
I don't play
about that money
now.
That's one thing
I'm good at.
The budget is
man.
Hey,
they hell,
boy.
And as a matter of
you know,
you know who
that was part of
our workout
with me and A.
B.
The end,
the in our route
running session
was we did
core work
and we did leg work.
Sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up,
five minutes straight.
Then we do the lunges.
Go down, sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up, sit up,
come all the way back and lunge.
Sit up.
Oh, man, we had a killer workout in the all season, boy.
Yeah, I mean, doing Amrap, as many rounds possible,
so you sit at the timer, 10, 12, 14 minutes.
Right.
And you do you do three, four different exercise,
so you might do 20 calories on the bike.
You might be doing 10, you know, 20 pushups.
You might be doing 20 squat depressed
You might be doing sit-ups
Whatever the case may be
And you sit the thing
And you try to get as many rounds
You possible can
Or you do an E-mom
Which is every minute on the minute
Man, I remember Ocho
I used to be
Yeah, sometimes I just sit back
Like, Lord, you just wait,
You just wait young
You can use those young people
I'd be trying, Ocho
I'd be trying so hard
I remember
I just can't.
My mind is, my mind is, yeah, you could do it.
Oh, you could do it.
Hey, Shay, you could do it.
Yeah.
The old legs and lungs say, nah.
Can't do it.
You can't do it.
You can't do it.
I mean, I still, I'll say, oh, Joe, I'll be on that bike.
I got a concept two bike.
And I'll be, I'll be on it.
I give me, I go three days on, one day off.
Yeah.
Two days on, one day off.
So I'll do the last, like the last, like the last,
week or so, I've been doing 75 minutes.
75 minutes?
75 minutes. Yeah.
What kind of bike?
It's a concept two bike. You know like,
you know like they got the road machine, they got a row machine.
Yeah. They got the ski erg and they got a bike.
Oh, they have a screen in front of you?
Like, no, they got no screen. Okay, okay.
You know what I'm talking about, right? We're pretend like it's like you really ride somewhere.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It got a screen. But for me, like when you work out, you have them,
music? Yeah. I don't have no music. No. All I want to do is hear, all I want to hear is my
breathing and I want to hear weight clanging. That's okay. I know it to me. Okay, I know what you
mean. I need, I need music. So I get I get a rhythm. My rhythm is like my breath. Okay, you're
going to take 20 breaths here. Look at the clock. Right. But so I do I do 75 minutes. I do
75 minutes Monday, Wednesday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I'll take Thursday off, do another,
75 minutes
Friday, Saturday, and take off.
And then sometimes, you know, I'll just like,
okay, let me see if I can do,
man, I don't know, I don't know what.
I'll try, I just cannot get 15,000 meters in four,
in, and, in, and, man, I just can't get it in no,
in 30 minutes, man.
Right.
And I'll be humping.
I just can't.
Oh, hard, well, because I,
I, man, I used to burn 2,000 calories in an hour.
Quick.
I mean, quick.
Even in my 40s, I could burn, you know, in my 40s,
10 years ago, so I was 48.
I was burning 1,100, 1,200 calories in an hour.
Hmm.
Man, it's so hard.
Don't be wanting to pump like you want to, man.
Come on, nah.
Don't lie out with you, man.
Because I used to burn the calories, man.
That's what I'm saying.
I used to be able to drop the weight.
Right.
Hey, give me, give me, like, give me three weeks.
Yeah.
20 pounds gone like that.
You can't, you can't, you can't, you can't get it off
or you like it used to, huh?
Hell no.
And when, when I'm going to get to that point?
You're not a big person.
You're not going to be, you're not going to be, but so big anyway.
Damn.
Because I've been trying to put on size for a minute, bro.
It ain't going to happen.
It ain't going to happen.
But that's all right.
I'm, I'm, I'm going to get that.
I'm going to get 15,000.
I'm going to get $15,000.
I got what I did.
I just did.
I broke my record.
I got $35,653,000,
in 75 minutes.
So I'm going to get it.
No, no.
You put that resistance all you want to
just spending your wheel.
You better put some traction on there.
Oh, I tried that.
No, I made a four tension.
It's, it gives me a number.
I can spend at about somewhere between 84 and 87 RPMs anymore.
I mean, 82s.
No, I can't do that.
No.
Oh, Cho, during UCLA's 82.59 lost to Michigan State.
Michigan State student section was chanting Xavier Booker,
who spent his first two college seasons playing for the Spartans
before transferring to UCLA last April.
When asked about it, Bruins head coach,
Mick Cronin went off on a reporter.
Take a listen to what he had to say.
What was your thought in the student section
chanting Booker's name?
I could give a rat's ass
about the other team's student section.
I would like to give you
a kudos for the worst question
I've ever been asked.
Did you like to
the preparation of the...
Do you really think I care about the other teams?
No, I don't make you care about the other...
Are you raising your voice?
No, I'm just talking.
Yeah, you are.
Yeah, you are.
Come on, dude.
No reason.
Come on.
Everybody, this is on camera.
They can hear you.
I answered the question.
I could give a rat's ass about the other team's student section.
I coach UCLA.
I don't care about Michigan State students.
Who cares?
The preparation.
Yeah, okay, coach.
I like that.
I like that coach.
Hey, coach got a little Bobby Knight in him, ma.
Hello.
What do you think?
What do you think?
That's another grown man you're talking to, right?
Yeah.
So, okay, I ask you, what do you think about a student section where I can really care less?
And leave it at that.
Right.
I'd like to give you kudos for the worst question that ever asked.
I think it was a bad question too.
Okay.
Oh, hold on.
Hold on.
Okay.
He said, you know what?
I'll take that.
Right.
You should.
Okay.
And then you're talking about you raised your voice.
You raise your voice.
That made, mofo.
Okay.
Okay.
you're talking to. Okay, I like that.
I like that. But as a reporter
knowing that he coaches...
Don't get this notepad
upside your motholde.
Okay.
Hey, don't think now. Okay.
Okay.
Come on, now.
Every week.
As a reporter, we have to do a better job.
We have to do a better job. He's the head coach
of the UCLA Bruins. Why in the
hell would you be asking him questions
after a game about the student
section for the team that he just played?
That's a dumb question to be.
Let me mention your question.
Have anybody, so you think anybody,
have anybody ever asked Coach K,
coach Smith, anything about the student section
when they're on the road?
Yes or no?
I doubt.
Of course they have.
You think so?
And I don't think any of them
is handling like this gentleman there.
I get it.
I get it.
You got your ass kick.
And they lost?
Yes.
Okay, now it makes more sense.
Thank you.
Okay, now I make more sense.
But also, remember.
hey, had they won, that's not what he would have said.
I mean, had they won, nobody would have asked that specific question.
But I think the thing, hold on, Booker who spent his first two college seasons
playing for the Spartans before.
So, okay, and plus the guy he played for Michigan State.
Now he's on UCLA.
So you can, it's not a dumb question you think.
Like, hey, they were trolling.
Okay, you get it.
It would be like, okay, you play your first year at Oregon State,
first year at Oregon State, and then you go to Oregon.
Y'all losing, yeah.
And they say it, Chad, Chad, they're going to be asked.
So what do you think about that?
Look, I get it.
Right.
When you're winning, you get to yell, whatever.
As long as it's not obscenities or racial epithets, we get it.
Yes.
But not, come on, man.
Now you're talking about, oh, are you raising your voice at?
me like that's a child.
That's a grown-ass damn man.
I like that.
And they go to my.
Yeah,
everybody heard you.
I like that.
I said,
I don't have a problem with it.
I like,
hey,
that was a good exchange.
That was a good exchange.
I enjoyed it.
You know,
keep coach on his toes,
keep the report on his toes,
you know.
Many people.
Hey, y'all do you,
look here.
Y'all not writing a policy.
Y'all not that important,
coaches. Y'all need to stuff.
This ain't the days of
of Coach Smith and all these guys.
Don't nobody hold y'all in high
steam like that. Yeah.
Where they feel like, man, I got to be really
conscious. Because the fan base
was so much behind.
Y'all don't got it like that no more.
Yeah.
You don't.
But for this man, they're talking about you raising
your voice as if he's a child
or his child. What the
hell, aren't you? Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
It would have been nice if it came down the fist of cuff, though.
That would have been a good one.
And then, man, see, I look here, there's a certain job, man.
You just can't talk to me any kind of way, Ocho.
Right.
You just can't, man.
Come on now.
I get it.
And then we're going to have a conversation with like, Coach, I didn't, you know, hey, coach, I didn't mean anything by it.
It was just a question.
It was the student section.
Did you think to get?
I thought the young man handled it well.
Yeah.
That's not why.
Ocho.
I thought the young man handled it well.
That's not why we lost the game.
We lost the game because they played better than I did.
And we understand when we go into a hostile environment,
that this is a very unique situation
because the gentleman that's on our team now played for them for a couple of years.
So I get it.
But when we go into a hostile environment
and we don't execute our offense and we don't play well on defense,
this is what's going to happen.
We're going to lose by 23 points.
Does that answer your question?
Yeah.
But they talk about, did you raise your voice?
Hey, that's the end of my end.
Hey, I mean, that's,
listen, that is the perfectly PC answer.
Coach wasn't feeling like that at that time.
And obviously, I don't think the goddamn crowd had any,
bearing on why they got their ass whoops.
So I prefer you asking me,
what the Michigan State do in this game
to where you guys weren't able to get a win today.
I like that much better.
Excuse me.
You ask a dumb question, you get a dumb answer.
Okay, coach, your coach.
You talk about the players, what they didn't do.
What about you?
Did you put them in position to win?
That's a good one.
I like that.
Oh, now.
That's a good one.
I like that.
I like that.
Like I said, I, I come from an old era that era where you always respectful.
Yeah.
You're saying, you know, but they grab your head.
They grab your face, man.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
They push you and do all that kind of stuff.
I come from that era.
That's what I came from.
Same.
But at today's time, it's not like that.
You can't do that.
No.
And, you know, it was, it was a thing, you know, you couldn't raise your voice.
Uh, uh, are you talking back, son?
No, sir.
Yeah, I'm talking about it.
Right under your breast or nobody can hear you.
But, man, come on, man.
I just, I just always been respectful.
That's how I am, Cho.
Yeah.
And I think the thing is for me, that's, I pride myself on that.
And I don't, I think,
you know, sometimes people get in an authoritative position.
Yes.
And they feel they can talk to you any kind of way, Ocho.
No, man, you can't.
Because at that point in time, Ocho, I think the best thing is,
let's go ahead and just part.
You keep talking to me like I'm crazy.
You keep talking to me like I'm left man.
Hey, what did you say?
You're going to hit him upside of head with the what?
That note pad.
And these people, man.
Hey, you're going to tell me.
Did you raise your voice at me?
You did.
Everybody heard it.
It's right there.
And pop, I got the answer that I was looking for.
Yeah, no.
Yeah, like I said, I, uh, as if that, that's, that's always bothered me, Ocho.
I, I, look, because I, I'm always going to try to do the right thing.
I always try to make, make sure I don't make no mistake.
And I just, like I said, I remember when Dan Reeves yelled at me, man.
That thing just, it was just like, it was just like a, my,
grandmother, my grandfather, yelling.
Right, right.
I just remember, I was like, and he, I said, Coach, I wasn't looking in the stands.
I wasn't.
I said, coach, you just caught me.
We're breaking the huddle.
I'm down here like this and Ocho.
And if I bring my head up to go, are you pet?
I said, coach.
So what am I supposed to do, lead a huddle with my head down and run to the line?
I said, come on, coach.
You know, and he's like, you know, he's like, Shannon, I'm sorry.
He said, I just thought, you know, like, coach.
that was my rookie year.
Coach, you would have had me
because I didn't know the offense.
You moved me around.
I said, but this year, coach,
I had made no mistakes.
I hadn't missed any assignments.
You know, he apologized.
And I think that's why I love coach so much
because if he was right,
he wasn't the guy that, like, you know,
he did coach was old old school,
Ocho.
Yeah.
Coach Landry was his coach.
So, and Tom Landry,
they say he was a son of a good.
Oh, yeah.
He was a son of a good.
and Dan Reeves with a chip off the old block.
But man, I don't, I don't do that yelling and screaming and talking crazy.
Because you get me to talking crazy, you have to push me way, way, way beyond my name.
Yeah, yeah, you don't push me.
But for me to talk crazy to you, Ocho, you push me way further
than I should have allowed you because you're making me get out of character.
Right.
So you push me further, and I've allowed you to do that.
I should have corrected you,
but I thought you was going to self-correct yourself.
But that was on me
because I took it upon myself
that you would self-correct yourself.
But I think now I realize
that you're incapable of that.
And so now you got both of us out here
looking like a jack-a-old.
Crazy, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
But I don't like this, man.
To talk, to talk, oh, show,
despairingly, disperingly,
to another man,
to talk about,
You raise your voice.
I'm not a child.
Yeah.
You know, buddy, buddy upset too.
Coaches upset.
They come out of a loss,
which is why I always say,
and they always tell players,
whether it's football, basketball, baseball,
whatever you play,
calm down,
take a mental reset
before you get in front of them cameras.
Yeah.
You think you're upset?
What if I tear his ass up in that locker room?
You think he'd be more upset or less upset?
Hey, hey, hey,
A, reporters and coaches ever got into a fight, no?
I don't know.
I'm sure they have.
Hey, that would be, hey, that, a, a, chat.
Is there any footage of a reporter and, and coach get going at it or getting it?
I mean, I'm not about, I'm about actually, like, going at it.
I think Bobby Knight punched the coach.
For real?
Yeah.
Pust the reporter, you mean, or the coach?
I think he punched the opposing team's coach or something.
He done something.
That we know, yeah, we know he's done things to players, but I think he hits.
he head budded
one player
I remember he threw that chair
across that
the floor
I think that was that in Purdue
was that in a
that might have been
assembly that might have been their building
but Bobby Knight
was hell boy
he was
Ocho now it's time to play

Swedish
Curler,
Nicolas Eden,
less than 7.5 points.
So if you put it in the circle,
how much is that?
Hey, the circle is the green,
you got to get it in the green, right?
It's the yellow, I thought.
I thought the yellow would be green and red.
It can't be yellow.
It's yellow on the ice?
That wouldn't show good.
I bet you,
I bet you it's green.
Well, we're trying to find out.
Oh, so you like me.
What color did you say it was?
I mean, I thought when I watched
curling on ESPN some of the highlights
I thought in the center of the circle, I thought it was
either red or green.
It's red. Okay. I know I wasn't
tripping. Well, what's green?
Something else is green, though.
Go light. I'm going to say,
I'm going to say, I'm going to say
less there. We're going
less, Ocho. Okay.
US speed skater, Jordan Stoltz,
more than one point, 100.99
seconds finishing time. What is he,
what is he? What, where is this? He's
He won the, what, the thousand, right?
And you say he has speed-
He won two gold medals.
He won the thousand and the, uh, he won the-
He a speed skater?
Yes.
And I like, I like the speed skater.
I like when they, uh...
You like the short track.
When they go around, that's, that speed.
Normally when they have distance,
they're doing that when they have, uh, 10,000.
Or you like the short track when they race it and they put the hand of the ice
to hug the curve.
Yeah, I like that.
Oh, it's the 1500.
1500.
So that's what?
1,500.
That's almost a mile.
That's 100 yards less than a mile.
Yeah.
100 meters less than a mile.
Uh, but I'm book it.
Well, he got two goals.
I think he won the 500 and the 1,000, right?
Well, he's USA.
I'm going.
He's going to do it.
Yeah.

We're gonna win.
We winning this gold medal.
We better.
I'm gonna say she's gonna have more.
What's gonna have a better?
Okay.
I'm gonna say she'll have,
I don't care what a,
uh,
uh, uh, uh,
Cheba does,
but she ain't beating a Lisa Lou.
So I'm gonna say she have less
and I'm gonna say Alicia Lou have more.
That's what I'm going.
Because we got to win this.

She was doing it and wasn't allowed.

All right, Ocho, it's time for our final segment of the evening.
It's time for Q and A.
Nino Rogers 89, say, hey, Ocho, have you spoken to T-O lately?
And if so, how's he doing?
Yeah, I talk to T, man.
I talk to T once a week.
I mean, I'm talking to T once a week since retirement, man.
He's doing good, doing his thing.
I'm not sure if he's in L.A., Houston or Atlanta right now.
But he's all right, man.
He's doing real good.
No, I haven't talked to him.
I think I saw it briefly.
I think, was he at the Super Bowl, Ochoo, and radio row?
I'm not sure.
I didn't get a chance to see him.
I didn't get a chance to see him.
I think I saw him, but we either heard.
We was running late.
That first day we was behind,
we was running late.
So I ain't get a chance to talk to him.
Kemprenorwood Jr.
Ocho, I love what I saw from you bowling.
Nah, I know I can beat you at it.
Who?
What?
No, you can't beat me at bowling then.
No?
No.
Join me,
Hise, F.

Try. See, two, Prince,
other than no choice, my birthday,
hopefully I can get a shout out from the Golden Up,
Golden Nell. Yes, Prince,
happy birthday, bro.
Happy birthday.
What did you do today?
You go out, get something nice to eat,
you eat brunch, you get dinner,
what do you get steak, lobster,
I don't know, what did you get?
But hopefully you had a great birthday.
I don't know how many of the other trips around the sun,
but be thankful for every last one.
Applebody's 925.
What's good, fellas, watch Nightcap outside.
I also put BTA to Uck,
bowl, like chop in the tree,
Ocho blabber,
take no place.
Take down the place on why he came bold.
Y'all too funny.
Love all y'all.
I appreciate that, man.
Man, Joe, hey, Joe, we got some for you, man.
Don't worry about it.
Joe, you're talking, boy, you're talking real reckless, Joe.
That ain't like the Joe.
I know now, I'm just saying.
Hey, I kept it nice and quiet.
You know, I was very respectful.
But I see he can't be nice no more.
Miss Nicky Favs, Shannon.
I know how your stories are losing your grandmothers are similar,
but you got a thug weeping over here.
Definitely didn't expect all those memories that come flooding back.
Yeah, Nick, it's tough.
It's tough when you spend that kind of time, you know, 40.
Like I said, I had it for 43 years.
I'm very, very fortunate to have my grandmother in my life for that length of time.
But you just cope with it better,
but you know, you still miss her,
you still hear a voice playing back in your head
and miss all that.
I think, and plus, oh, Joe, you know, last night,
when they asked what's the furthest distance
that you travel to, you know, to see somebody,
you know, to be intimate with the person.
Right.
And I said, I flew from Atlanta to Rome.
Yeah.
Well, actually, I went from Atlanta to JFK,
JLK to Rome, and then took the train from Rome to Florence.
God damn
I left
I left on the Sunday
I got there that Monday morning
she met me in Rome
we took the train to Florence
yeah
came back that
Friday
stayed Friday night
Saturday night
left Sunday
went back home
God damn huh
boy she had
what she a boy
oh Joe
would I say you
When I say, yo, your boy was hell when it was well.
Yeah.
That's why I keep telling you, Ocho, I don't need to be outside, no.
I don't been outside.
Yeah.
Yeah, but that's a good story, but that's a lot of traveling, ma'am.
Hey.
Hey, hold on, hold on.
I ain't even asked a question not to being your personal business.
Was it even worth it?
That's all I got to say.
That's all I got to say, Ocho.
I don't know what that mean, but that's all I got to say.
That's all I got to say.
Hell no.
Hey, what thing, 583.
Ocho looking like Frozone.
Southern, Snow Cone.
Gerard McQueen, Ocho, you should try to hit Diamond Gym.
Man, Ocho, ain't ready for that.
Wait, Diamond Gym in Chicago?
I don't know where Diamond Gym in,
but they'd be having you doing 100 reps and stuff.
If you don't train like that, that ain't for you, man.
Yeah, I mean, obviously, that's lifting in volume.
I've lifted with actual bodybuilders.
I forgot the name of the gym in Chicago, all bodybuilders.
I can't remember the name of it.
Barbell, bar something.
But, yeah, I don't really live in huge,
I don't live in volume.
I mean, I do do sets, you know, 12, 10 or 15, 12, 10.
I mean, that's pretty much it.
That's me, 12 to 15.
That's all I got for Yocho.
Yeah.
100 race ski.
I learned my lesson with D. Rose.
As much as I want to see Tatham,
Karen Dane play as a fan,
I now pray they take the time they need to recover.
I don't want to get robbed another player.
I like to watch again.
I agree.
And I think these guys are going to be very cautious.
I hope JT.
I know he wants to get out there.
But hey, air on the side of caution, bro.
Air on the side of caution.
The Sean underscore show.
Oh, I know you heard about KD.
Burner account leaking by now.
He talked bad about everybody.
What do you think?
Like I said, I don't, I don't believe.
Me personally, I don't believe it.
I think I heard him talking a little bit
like everybody know they see him locked in.
I don't know.
I just don't believe it.
And so that's why I am with that.
Recue 24.
Could Lamar Jackson play in the early 2000?
Yeah, he could play,
but it'll be a lot more difficult
because you could punish the quarterback.
Yep.
Yep.
Kill him.
Kill him.
I mean, Michael Vic played in the 2000s.
So clearly he could play.
Yeah.
But you see how they hit it?
Hey, when they were able to catch him.
Yeah, yeah.
But you got to understand now,
you didn't have the protection like you got in the pocket now, though.
It's a whole, that's what I'm saying.
People are like, yes, yes, these guys can play.
But all that, that's, man, it was a different ball game.
80s, 90s football.
Yeah.
Early, early 2000.
like after about 2000,
what's they changed?
About 2005,
it was a different type of ball game.
But early, yeah.
But yeah, Lamar can play.
Absolutely he could play.
But they would do.
What they try to do is that when I get a chance
to put a lick on him.
Got to hit him.
You hit him as hard as you possibly can.
Within the scope, within the fairness of the game,
you don't cheat shot him, you don't late hit him,
but you try to make him feel it.
That concludes this episode of night.
