Starting point is 00:02:23 to head with number one overall draft pick, Joe Burrow. He beat him. He went head to head. He went head to head with number one overall draft pick Joe Burrow. He beat him. He went head to head with number one overall draft pick Kyler Murray. He beat him. He lost to Lamar, but look, he ain't got nothing to hold his head down because he played well. He played well. Lamar is just Lamar. He's just Lamar. And so like, hey, maybe next time. But the Ravens with that offense, when they can run the football like they can run it and they can throw it, Lamar is dealing like he's dealing. They're gonna be awful difficult to be.
Starting point is 00:02:54 So basically what you saying is you tanking the whole season in Las Vegas and you starting over from scratch. Yep, with the possibility of getting Shadour Sanders and I'm gonna have the Lions draft pick. You know what, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. But, Ace, you cooking, huh? You cooking. Okay, you cooking. I like what you're putting down
Starting point is 00:03:14 and I'm finna pick it up. I like that. Ooh, that's a good one. So Crosby, Crosby, Crosby to the Lions. Raiders ain't going nowhere. And what, first round draft pick? Crosby worth the first, right? They probably, they probably for a second.
Starting point is 00:03:36 I would trade the first cause I know where I'm gonna be picking. It's gonna be way down. Can you imagine that Aiden Hutchinson going down and Max Crosby, Max Crosby coming in and picking up right where Aiden left off. Right man complete hell. He's disruptive. Hey, but what would happen next year when Aiden comes back though?
Starting point is 00:04:02 I put his ass on the other side. They can play, they can play on the other side. I worry about that next year. I wouldn't let me worry about that next year. Hey, you worried about, you worried about too much right now. That's a good one though. I like that. Just fire seal. But they, how you think that make the players that are on the Raiders field, man, about
Starting point is 00:04:21 you just saying, you know what? Okay, we give up. We, we, we, we, we call up. We call it this season, we done. We done, we don't have a chance to compete, we don't have a chance to win, so we gonna make some moves. They don't, and they should. Bears beat the Jags in London,
Starting point is 00:04:39 the Bears are four and two after beating one and three Titans, one and four Rams, one and four Panthers, one and five Jags. Are the Bears contenders, or they're just beating on, beating up on not particularly good teams? They're not beating up, they're beating up on bad teams, but I think it's good for them, it's good for the morale of the team, it's good for Caleb Williams to get himself in rhythm, you know, I think to help his confidence. As his confidence continues to grow,
Starting point is 00:05:07 it's not gonna matter who they playing. He's always gonna be consistent. The fact that if we can get a consistent Caleb Williams week in and week out, and not turn the ball over, and always give your team a chance to win, man, he's gonna be one of them boys. Because he has all the intangible,
Starting point is 00:05:23 he has all the tools to be just like a Jayaden Daniels, just like a CJ Stroud. He was drafted, number one, to change that franchise around. And he has the ability to do that despite the inconsistencies that we saw in the preseason and a little bit earlier in the season since it started, but he looked pretty good today. I have one question, and I have a question for the chat too for those that are watching With that how long are we gonna give Trevor Lawrence the pass? I? Mean god god damn damn I mean by me shit
Starting point is 00:05:57 man He'd been be been bad bad even real bad real bad. He making 55 a year. Dude, that's a lot, what? The point of making that kind of money is I'm saying, I know you have to touch the ball all the time and we feel you give us our best chance to win consistently every time we put the ball in your hands. And that is not what he's doing. And he got some weapons.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Some good ones. He got Christian Kirk, he got Gabe Davis, he got Evan Ingram. Some good ones. He got some weapons. They got ATN and Big Reel. ATN is hurt right now, but. Yeah, but there's no reason for him to be
Starting point is 00:06:47 playing as bad as he's playing. That's the problem. Um, yeah, at some point in time, we got to hold them accountable. We hold everybody accountable. We don't make excuses. Right. Either you're doing it or you're not. We gave you a pass the first year because Urban was there. I'm not so sure that Urban style works in the NFL, but hey, we gave you a pass for that one. And you get Doug Peterson
Starting point is 00:07:22 and the first year was kind of okay. But bro, bro bro right now. We look at kind of look like what? Stir-fry. He ain't looking good. Oh Joe. He ain't looking good. And you look at this since the Lyra alignment in 2002.
Starting point is 00:07:44 You got four teams all above 500 and with four wins, no team, I don't think any division has had that since 02, five in Minnesota, four in Detroit, four in two Green Bay, four in two Chicago. Damn, man. I'm a man. Yeah. And uh yeah. Trevor Laura, he has to play better. I mean, it's it's still early.
Starting point is 00:08:14 He has to play better. It's still early in the season. He's just not playing well right now. Now, if this continues, I'm sure he's he's either type of player based on what I've seen in the past. All examples. Huh? You remember he dropped off a cliff last year. Oh, yeah, he did. He did. He dropped off a cliff last year.
Starting point is 00:08:31 I think they lost their last what? Last four, last five games. They see, yeah, they was the number one seed in the whole AFC. And then dropped the last four. That confidence, that confidence. Oh, man, I'm not even going to mention that because you the starter, you know, he don't have nobody peeping over his shoulder, he's already gotten paid now so his leash is a... Well, Mac Jones is there. They ain't put no Mac Jones in there and they just paid Young Bull before the season started. Or was that last year he got paid? Now that was this off season.
Starting point is 00:09:02 Yeah he definitely, yeah he ain't got nothing to worry about right now. Too much money. Too much money to put on the bench. What chat? Anyway, like I was saying, I don't think that, you look at, you think about all the other teams that Unc just named and look at the weaponry that they have at their disposal. I think the Cowboys have some, they have some good players. They don't have that. You know, you got you got CD and you need something else that that really that commands that kind of, you know, that kind of attention that that kind of alleviates the pressure off of that, alleviate some of the pressure off off the CD.
Starting point is 00:09:37 It's hard to explain, but most of the teams do have that. Oh, shit, I don't know. I don't know how to say it. I'm trying to say it without being disrespectful to the players that are there. I mean, they're good, you know, it's okay, but there's levels and there's different tiers to this shit. And I think that's what the Cowboys might be missing a little bit, especially offensively. Because if your defense is bad, your identity has to be somewhere. Your identity got to be somewhere. Either your identity is on offense or your identity is on fucking defense. It can't be on both sides of the ball. If your defense is bad, that means your offense has to be somewhere. Your identity got to be somewhere. Either your identity is on offense or your identity is on fucking defense.
Starting point is 00:10:05 It can't be on both sides of the ball. If your defense is bad, that means your offense has to be just that much better and they just need more. They just need more. That's it. And we need Jerry to sit down and I'm talking about we because I feel bad for the Cowboys fans. Hell, I feel bad for the Cowboys players.
Starting point is 00:10:26 You know, now I understand what Sugar the Cowboys fans. Hell, I feel bad for the Cowboys players. You know? Now I understand what Sugar Knight was talking about. That same speech he gave at whatever the war show that was is pertaining to Jerry, same thing. Same thing. Let us play. Let the coaches coach. A great team, somebody say,
Starting point is 00:10:47 Ocho, a great team needs both sides. No it doesn't. A great team doesn't need both sides. And you'll never get that. You'll never get that. A team is always lopsided. Even a team that have won Super Bowls is always lopsided at some point, somewhere.
Starting point is 00:11:01 You can't have a great defense and a great offense. That's like impossible. You think about the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl. Defense lit up what they gave lit up 10 points in tired. Yeah, again, hey, somebody, somebody. I mean, you better you're better at explaining it to me or to them as opposed to someone say you need a great team on both sides of the ball to win.
Starting point is 00:11:27 No, bingo. You need you need to play complimentary football. Because I think the mark of any good team, Ocho, we can't get done what you need to get done when you absolutely have to. Go back and look at the chiefs. Look how they play bad all last year. But in the playoffs, when they needed to get a key third down, what do they do? They got it.
Starting point is 00:11:47 When they needed to get a stop, the defense was consistent all year. They get off the field. But when they needed to get off the field, they got off the field. When they needed to force a turnover, when Zay Flowers was about to get the ball, what does need do? Punch it out, they get on it. So you need to be able to play complimentary football. You need to be, you need to be really good in two or three phases.
Starting point is 00:12:06 But at the other phase, can you compliment that? Can you get timely turnovers? Can you get a timely third down? Can your partner pin him down? Can your kicker make a big kick? Dallas have a kicker that has a cannon for a leg. I mean, he's damn, they're automatic. But they're so bad on both sides,
Starting point is 00:12:29 on the other side, offensively and defensively. They can't look at that. They couldn't protect him. The best, I mean, the Hutchison, hopefully he comes back next year because he had a compound tibia fibula cap, yeah. And you see that, you see that injury a lot of times. Oh Joe, yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:49 When they kick and the guy checks him. Yeah. We saw Anderson silver break his leg like that. I think we saw rock rock. Well, I think that's the last thing. Break his leg like that. It might not have been the same thing, but his, his ankle snapped a half. He kicked. Remember he went back to step and it snapped a half. Yeah. And the guy checks it.
Starting point is 00:13:09 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We've seen that. We see Anderson Silver broke his leg. I think Anderson Silver did that. We've seen a loop with a rock hole. Right. One of those another guy. Who was it? Who was it?
Starting point is 00:13:32 And so we saw that but they couldn't block it Okay. Yeah, yeah, Chris Weidman Chris Weidman. That's what was Chris Weidman kick got checked in Snaps it in half. He's making a play. Ocho, his leg whips around. We saw RG three, his leg whipped like that, but he tore everything in his knee. It has later like a compound fracture, so hopefully he gives back next year because he was having an unbelievable season. They couldn't block him. They did a great job of studying. And. Yeah, the office of line, Ocho is not what it once was. couldn't block him. They did a great job of stunning. And yeah,
Starting point is 00:14:05 the offensive line though, it's not what it once was. We were saying when D hop was a free agent. That's when I thought the chiefs would go after him. But what the chiefs had on the table versus what Tennessee had on the table was two different. I get it. I get it. I'm saying had D hop if the numbers were comparable, 12 million versus 1516 with a chance to win and have Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid call in place, Patrick Mahomes throwing me the ball versus Tennessee and Will Levis of Malik Willis. Well, it seems like it's a no-brainer to me
Starting point is 00:14:40 considering D Hop is probably made north of a hundred million dollars. But hey, I don't count no man's pockets. He wants to take the money. I get it. But I don't know if Tennessee had a comparable offer on the table. But yeah, Joe Tony Brown Jr. says Daniel Jones is officially a part of a part of the ski mask. Oh, that's a good no Joe. He's stealing money ski mask. All stars. Oh, that's a good one. He's stealing money.
Starting point is 00:15:05 Ski mask all stars. I like that. I like that. I like that. Hey, the time it was impeccable. The time it was impeccable for him to get paid. Ski mask on.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Time it was impeccable. There was no quarterback. There was nowhere else for him to go. They had no choice. Their hands were behind their back. What else were they gonna do? Even but you know listen you gotta understand the value of the position. That's all it was. The value of the position. Oh absolutely. Absolutely. That was a good one. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Because at the end of the day, look at Christian McCaffrey. Yeah. Is he value? Oh, yeah. You come out better with Saquon and a lesser tier quarterback doesn't make the mistakes that Daniel Jones. You're not winning anything with Daniel Jones. You just not Ocho. You're not.
Starting point is 00:16:16 And I think a lot of people believe no that if David Cudcliffe was not Daniel Jones head coach, offensive coordinator, he ain't going where he's going. But he coached Eli. He coached Peyton. He's probably telling him this guy's more athletic than Peyton and Eli combined. Have a take more than that though. Oh man.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Cam Jordan believed that the greatest quarterback of all time is Drew Brees. Not Tom Brady. Jordan shared his hot take on Armand St. Brown's podcast saying Drew Brees is the best quarterback of all time. There's no there's nobody who has the completion percentage that Drew has. There's nobody that has the five most 5,000 yard season that Drew has. It took Tom Brady an extra two years to break Bree's record. If you're talking about accomplishments, yes, Tom Brady. But if you want to look at stats, pat your stats. Okay, put your stats because Drew got those when he left. There were so many records,
Starting point is 00:17:17 so many that he owned. Now after Tom retired, Tom Brady played another two years and broke most of them, I believe. I like the argument. I like the argument. And- You taking Drew over Payton? Hell no. I mean, listen, I love the argument. This is Cam Jordan. He's going to take a fourth quarterback. I like the argument.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Then we talk about Drew B's still one of the best. Yeah. One of the best all time, no matter what. But now we're comparing him to the greatest of all time. So now you got a little bit too much dip on your chip. Cam, I love you. I love you. I love you. I love how you can find ways to try to put your quarterback
Starting point is 00:18:04 in and shed a light to where you feel he's better than Tom Brady But that's just not the case no matter how you try to splice it no matter what numbers you use for no matter What percentages you may use? Ladies the best ever play There's not I don't know if they're ever gonna be a situation where right voters people I don't know if there's ever gonna be a situation where voters, people put Drew over Tom Orpheus. Hold on, if you put voters, people, who else would? Now, I'm just saying, I don't see a scenario where you know, you're like...
Starting point is 00:18:40 And it's not a bad thing. Now, we talk about Drew., Drew still one of the best of all time. No. But then you're comparing them to the greatest of all time. So then there's a little bit of disconnect. Your wifi, it ain't got all the goddamn bars. Right. Right. I agree. But I think had,
Starting point is 00:19:04 and you look at Drew's completion percentage, you look at those 5,000 yard season, had he had more Super Bowl appearances, now we can have an argument, he has to, he has an MVP. Now we can have an argument, but with one Super Bowl appearance, one Super Bowl MVP. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know how we get there, Ocho. Super Bowl appearance once a Super Bowl MVP. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know how we get there, Ocho. And he had, like I said, the completion percentage,
Starting point is 00:19:30 I think when he complete 70% of his passes, he had four or five, 5,000 yard seasons. And you know, yeah, he did have what, passing yardage. I think he might've had the touchdown record, but you needed a few more. I mean, let's just say he has three, or he has two or three. Let's just say he has two Super Bowls, three MVPs.
Starting point is 00:19:54 That would be like, okay. I don't think he quite get us, Ocho, but I can see what people will say. It's kinda like Tom has seven Super Bowls, five MVPs. Yes, five. Yeah, five. And three regular season MVPs. Payton has five regular season MVPs, two Super football appearances with two different teams and a football MVP. But he has four appearances. So he went two with the coach, two with the Broncos. So you're like, okay, I think Drew would need something like that in order. would need something like that in order
Starting point is 00:20:50 would be something like that but i get look yeah always that's your teammate i gotta rock my teammate because they asked me well who you want to be your quarterback john man why you say it because i got soup bowls with john and i got a gold jacket with john right i mean what y'all want me to say the patriot rookie dra rookie Drake May and his girlfriend, Anna Michael Hudson started dating when they were 12 years old. 10 years later, they're still dating. Ocho, do you remember your girlfriend from when you were 12 years old?
Starting point is 00:21:17 Remember I told a story, I told a story. I thought she was my girl at the time. You know, I let her get my crayons out my 64 crayon box. I let her get the red shades and I went to P and she was playing with somebody else at P. So I thought she was my girl at the time. I think probably if no, she was loyal during those days, we would probably still be together today. No, I just, I think we would, because I mean, this night, I had loved her. I don't think you understand the importance
Starting point is 00:21:54 of having a 64 box of Crayola crayons back in them days. That was like having a Ferrari or a Lamborghini for us as kids. 64 box of Crayola crayons. And I gave you three of my red color shades, three different shades of red. I let you use them because you need to use them. And when you go to pee, you playing with Timothy. Well, Timothy said he needed a shade of red.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Hey boy, after that, when they came back to class, I took my goddamn crayons back I'm not going to't worry about him. Timothy couldn't do nothing with him because he had a he only had eight eight pack of crayons. Yeah, his his parents didn't get him to 64 box. So that's the same as you just talked about that message about 8020. She left. She left the 80 for the 20%. Yeah. But guess what? She
Starting point is 00:23:03 said, you know what Timothy said? I got eight pack and her you got sixty-four pack and nothing. I take a pack of her because she going to do it. Hey, listen to one thing about it. If you did it to me, she going to do it to you.
Starting point is 00:23:19 It was that's okay. Uh I'm trying to say twelve but I'm going to give me don't get me the line. Eight, seven. Seven to eight, don't give me the line. Probably seventh grade. Yeah. I ain't saying nothing. Cause I already told you, my casket gonna wear a lot. Cause I'm taking a lot of itch to my grades.
Starting point is 00:23:41 I just want y'all to know, I'm gonna need some strong brothers, I'm gonna need six of the strongest brothers I got y'all got because my casket gonna be extra heavy Ocho. I'm taking ish to my grade. Ocho, count former head coach, six times Super Bowl winning head coach of the head coach, Bill Belichick, among those who are confused with the just decision to fire coach Robert Sala after just five games. It is a little bit puzzling. It is what it is. And everybody has to move forward. It's an honest prerogative to make that decision. And clearly, that's what he decided to do. But there have been a lot of things that have been kind of confusing. It hasn't been a great situation for the jest this year. You can you can kind of feel that this thing kind of
Starting point is 00:24:30 No damn with that one. He's goddamn cold. Come on now the gesture two and three We all know listen They both had a book Robert Sala had a book and Aaron Rodgers had a book neither one the muffles on the same page We know that we can see the white language the Neither one of them was on the same page. We know that. We can see the body language, the mannerisms. They were on the same page. When they did the press conference, talking about the cadence, they were on the same page.
Starting point is 00:24:52 A quarterback and head coach are always on the same page at all times. They did not get along. Aaron Rodgers needs to take accountability, which he has done for his play. The Jets are two and three right now. The goddamn Jets was two and 3 right now. The goddamn Jets was 2 and 3 with Zach Wilson last year at the same time at the week 5 point. Yeah hold on stay stay with me now. I know you don't want to jump on me by that but
Starting point is 00:25:14 I'm just saying. So hey if based off that you might as well stuck with you might as well have stuck with Zach. Aaron Rodgers has to play better. The defense is playing well. They're playing okay. I'm not saying they're playing lights out like they were last year but it is early in season I'm sure they're gonna get better as the season goes on but we need a little bit more of the Aaron Rodgers of old that's it we need a little bit more the mistakes yeah the interceptions you can you can't you can't do it. You're killing your team You're killing your team When when has he you know along with any
Starting point is 00:25:53 funny when I think about time he got along with time I seen him outside of Green Bay and I'm not sure him and Matt LaFleur didn't get along. I Oh You really really when he when he went on there and told that when you let Matt LaFleur didn't get along. I didn't know. Oh, you really, really? When he went on there and told that, when you let Matt LaFleur kick the field goal on fourth down, and he said, oh, and the tie-break, when he had him on the sideline,
Starting point is 00:26:15 you thought he got along with Matt LaFleur? But I saw Salah try to hug him after throwing a touchdown and him and push him off and give him that look. And I'm like, you know what? Oh, he don't like him. he only he only don't like him oh he don't he definitely don't like him I knew I knew I knew there was a lack of respect for his coach but I thought if they got them they got their mini camp oh Joe why we making a big deal about that all I know is a big deal because that was not a big deal you got
Starting point is 00:26:43 yes we got cut what it got cut. Yes, what it got cut. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Fine. What happened to Marc Jackson? The problem is- Got damn mini-cap. Go ahead. Mandatory mini-cap.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Mandatory? Hold on now. Stay, stay, stay with me. All right. Oh yeah, oh yeah. I'm just listening. I'm just throwing it out there for a little bit of context. Just a. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I'm just listening. I'm just, I'm just throwing it out there for a little bit of
Starting point is 00:27:06 context. Just a little bit of context and understanding. I don't need no context. I've been said it. Oh, oh, Shannon, you hate that man. You hate that man. When I've been one of his staunchest defenders. I have his ability to throw the
Starting point is 00:27:21 football is unquestioned. I questioned some of the things that he does that are not conducive to winning and leadership. You cannot have that guy on a mandatory mini camp unless it is an absolute emergency. You go into Egypt, I mean, what are you a dignitary? You trying to bring peace to the Middle East?
Starting point is 00:27:42 We didn't say is he a what? That's the only reason I will excuse that. If he, a dignitary, yes. If he can bring peace to the Middle East, all means go. Take as much time as you need. But mandatory means that is required. Volunteer means you volunteer.
Starting point is 00:28:01 If you come if you want to, it's just like when you volunteer to do charity work, you volunteered. Now, if you do something, they will, the criminal justice system will demand you do community service. You see, you see how they do that? He's required to do 50 hours,
Starting point is 00:28:20 100 hours community service. Oh, Shannon volunteered at Goodwill. Shannon volunteered at Goodwill. Shannon volunteered at the homeless mission. You see the difference? But everybody made excuses. See what y'all fit this one out like fast. Y'all make excuses. When O'Shea said, I get it. I get it. Let me take that back coach. I'm sorry. It's the messenger. Y'all ain't got nobody. It's the messenger that's giving you the message because had coach Belichick, had anybody else said exactly what I've been saying, nobody would have had a problem with it. But it's because O'Shea said it.
Starting point is 00:28:51 And y'all don't like when Shea be right. And I don't wanna pat myself on the back. But Mary 41 told me, said, boy, you got two good hands. You don't need nobody to pat you on the damn back. Pat yourself on the back. I've been trying to tell y'all for the longest. Y'all see what y'all want to do. Y'all try to see what a lot of times what they're trying to do Ocho is that they'll try to
Starting point is 00:29:09 undercut you and try to make it about something else. Yeah. That's what they try to do. But y'all can't fool O'Shea because I've been in the locker room. I've been a leader in locker rooms. O'Shea you ain't in that locker room. And then when it comes out, oh, oh, oh, no, no. But when I said that, it was a problem. Now what's being said everywhere? And you know what? It's always a head coach always needs this quarterback, not just as a leader, but to actually lead by example.
Starting point is 00:29:46 He got to be the one to buy in. He got to buy in. Because if he don't, nobody else will. Then everything else is fragmented. Everything else is fragmented. That's why the quarterback position is so important. And him doing all the right things, because as he goes, everybody else goes.
Starting point is 00:30:02 Oh Joe, Russell Wilson is optimistic about potentially playing on Sunday for the first time during the 2024 season. I feel confident that I'd be ready to play and ready to play at a high level. I think we're being really smart too and trying to understand how it feels. It's my first week really back with the guys and I feel really confident about that.
Starting point is 00:30:23 Mike Tomlin said earlier in the week that there are multiple variables. He's weighed the decision throughout the week of practice, but the door is a jar, which means a jar, Ocho, which means slightly open. Wilson to be active on Sunday. You know, you always want me to lose it. Use the word in the sentence. Russ, I played a lot of, I played a lot of football games and there've been a lot of moments. I don't fear them getting ready to go back. I like Russ getting the opportunity to play. I know Jessup Fields has played somewhat good this year. They started three and they lost the last two.
Starting point is 00:30:55 But offensively, it's not like they've been this awesome juggernaut of an offense that's top three in the NFL putting up outstanding crazy numbers where a change in the quarterback position putting up outstanding, crazy numbers where a change in the quarterback position would really affect the Steelers. I like Russell Wilson, my personal preference, even though I'm not a Steeler fan, for that offense based on his resume, his last year in Denver was not that bad. Chad, if you look at the stats, you look at his numbers, his last year in Denver, it wasn't that bad. It was good. It was decent. Maybe not the
Starting point is 00:31:27 Russ that led the goddamn Seahawks to the Super Bowl, but if we can get a Russ of old, anywhere near the Russ of old where you don't turn the ball over and you just do what we ask of you and not put the ball in the hands of the other team, they will be just fine. They will be just fine. And get George Pickens, the goddamn ball is going to be interesting to see what. OK, well, since you were, since you go there, speaking for the first time since Sunday night loss to the Cowboys, George Pickens just missed question about his explicit message on his eye black in the postgame incident with Jordan Lewis. Pickens wore black that read effing always for the game. And after the game ended fail hook and
Starting point is 00:32:14 lateral attempt picking jank down Lewis by his face mask as Lewis ran by him in a period to say something. Pickens said he was unaware of the policy never seen seen it before, he said. Have you seen it before? Yes. When it was pointed out that Cameron Hayward had been fined in 2015 for writing on his late father's name on his iBlack, Pickens was dismissive. Years ago, he said, when I wasn't in the league, so nah. And ask what happened with Lewis after the game, Pickens said, nothing. Hey, it wasn't nothing. A little big deal.
Starting point is 00:32:45 You know, Lewis went by him, you know, talking to the trash. Oh, he snatched him out real quick by the face mask. You know, sometimes people, you know, they like to step on your toe because they know you really can't do nothing. So he ain't do nothing, you know, too bad to him. Just, man, stop playing with me, man. But you know what?
Starting point is 00:33:01 I didn't know that either. You heard that the I black thing? Is it that I would do but the Never knew that is must cursing be going on out there. But when we play I know that You right yeah, you can curse I didn't get a chance to see it He spilled all the way out. Or was it, I didn't get a chance to see it. Sometimes, Lord have mercy.
Starting point is 00:33:32 Sometimes I wanted the kids, I'm like, bro, y'all graduated high school and went to college. Yeah, yeah. Bro, you know the NFL ain't letting you write nothing. No, I Black didn't let you write no thing or nothing. How did I blacked it. Don't let you write no thing or nothing. Don't you? Not that I think about it. How the hell if I did something or I was dressed,
Starting point is 00:33:50 my dress code was inappropriate. You know, the NFL officer would call down and tell me even in game, they would come to me on the sideline and tell me to change it. Remember the long streamer towels y'all used to wear in college? I would wear a streamer towel, not the NFL issue towel.
Starting point is 00:34:06 I had a long towel. I cut, I cut the towel in the bath. Yeah, man. Yeah. I had to be regular. You got to be in the field towel by that load. You can't have that. But when I used to put on the black or the orange chinstrap, man, they call
Starting point is 00:34:21 on that and yeah, man, tell Ocho man. It had to be white. So I'm surprised that you didn't even let him play the whole game with them eye black. Yeah. Oh, well, yeah, I think you're right. You're right. I think the thing is Ocho is that when you look at it, is that you would think a person would be smart enough
Starting point is 00:34:41 not to use an explicit on that. I mean, come on, bro. The volume. Hey there, it's Michael Lewis, author of Going Infinite, Moneyball, The Blind Side, and Liars Poker.
