The Texas beat the Patriots 41 21 Houston is not five and one, which is a half a game behind the idle chiefs for the best record in the AFC.
Starting point is 00:05:01 Today was the first time this season that the Texans won by more than a touchdown. They were playing with our top receiver, Nico Collins, who tweaked his hamstring. But welcome back Joe Mixon from an ankle injury. 132 total yards on 13 carries, two catches, scored a touchdown as a runner and a receiver. Taking advantage of four turnovers, three by Patriots quarterback rookie Drake May in his first career start. The Texans led throughout, took care of business against an out manned New England Patriots team. It was the first time in eight all-time visits to Foxborough that the Texans had beat the Patriots. We showed just how much has changed about these two franchises over the past few years. They scored 41 points on Sunday, matching the most ever scored in the road game. The only time they've ever started
Starting point is 00:05:47 the season five and one was 2012 when they set a franchise record with 12 wins. Hey, that goddamn CJ Straub special man. Yep. That boy special man. You know, and I don't mean to bring him up because we already talked about him. Jayden Daniels is running on that same trajectory of being able to turn a franchise around right away. That CJ CJ Stroud is nice, bro. They were horrible the year before he got drafted on. That's why it is horrible. That's why they had the second pick in the draft. Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:06:25 But just, I mean, just watching him, dog, man, act like he'd been here before. He's so poised in the pocket, a pocket present, really understanding, understanding everything going on, knowing when to let it go, the timing, running when you have to, dog, his footwork, mechanics, the arm angles, being able to make any and every throw, like everything, nothing was off. You're missing ego Collins, but obviously you do have some other good weapons. And then you got, you got, you got Dalton Schultz.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Yeah, you got some good weapons, but man, God damn, man. It's one thing. It's one thing to have all the weapons, but then had the person at the helm that's able to facilitate to those you have. Man, and then he smooth as hell with it too. Next time you watch him chat, next time you watch CJ Stroud chat,
Starting point is 00:07:18 watch that motherfucker drop back. And he dropped back cool in the motherfucker too. What they should do is say, lovey smith for the next 10 years, a million dollars a year. Because had he not won that game, they would have had the first pick in the draft. And who do you think they would have picked? It'd have been very interesting to see. Things would have been different on cars. Let's just say most people had What's the guy name the guy that went to Carolina they had him them Bryce Bryce young now now a
Starting point is 00:07:57 lot of people Wanted to take CJ Stroud in Carolina from what I've heard David Tepper wanted to take CJ Stroud in Carolina from what I've heard. David Tepper wanted to take Bryce Young. You know what? I hate, I hate, I hate to do hypotheticals, but hell, they do it on Twitter all the time, but I'm gonna do it here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:22 So hypothetically, chat, y'all stay with me real quick. Hypothetically speaking, let's say the things were different. Let's say Bryce went to the Texans and C. Dave Stroud was with the Panthers. Would things still be the same as far as their records? Or would the Panthers still be in bad, even if they had C. Dave Stroud? Yeah, good enough because he doesn't have
Starting point is 00:08:44 the offensive line. With the Texans. Because he doesn't have the offensive line with the Texans because he doesn't have the offensive line and the weapons. Remember, he had Nico Collins, he had Tankdale, he had Jordan Dalton Schultz. He had who the running back he had. He had Pierce last year and he had another running back. But boy, it's hard, Ocho, it's hard to win when you don't got no protection and you got no weapons.
Starting point is 00:09:10 Right, right. So it's like, I got no line of defense to protect me and then I ain't got nobody to throw it to when I do get protected. Yeah. As they're finding out right now. But CJ, man, look here, sometimes it's not how high you go, it's where you go. Yeah, it's always important. See, Bryce is always going to have, I was the number one pick in the draft.
Starting point is 00:09:41 But, but, huh? Singletary was there last year. What was the other guy? The one that I got? They had a guy named Pierce. Damian Pierce. Yeah. Yeah. Mm hmm. So but look, oh Joe. Yeah. Hey, Drake made look Drake made through for more touchdowns today than Jacobi was at hand in five games. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:09 Yeah. Hey, you know what I think about too? Do you think Jacobi was a little gun, a little gun shy, knowing that if he starts playing bad or if he does play bad, the first thing they're gonna do is throw Drake, Drake may in there. If I was him, I would have went out gunslinging. Oh, I'm doing everything. I would have I was a Kobe reset.
Starting point is 00:10:33 I'd be playing like goddamn like Joe Flacco, Yolo. I'm let rip. But two touchdowns in five games and Drake May comes in week one, even in a loss and those three you know how you know how everybody gonna look at that yeah even though they lost you know how everybody gonna look at that man I would I would boy you better than me oh Joe you've got a large sample size you know what your Kobe Brissette is that's not nice but I understand what you're going I understand where you're going I'm picking up what you're putting down but that's not nice. I understand. But it's kind of damn you're going. I understand when you're going.
Starting point is 00:11:09 I'm picking up what you're putting down, but that ain't nice. I know, but it's got to be truthful. And sometimes the truth hurts. Yeah, that hurt right there. You got, oh, Joe, you got seven years body of work. That's a large sample size. Yes, sir. To say what someone can and can't do He doesn't have any special traits
Starting point is 00:11:31 He's not overly fast. He's not overly athletic. He's not overly quick. He doesn't have the greatest touch He doesn't have the greatest arm. So there's nothing special about it There's nothing special about it. At some point in time, Ocho, in order to be, you have to have something. What did Brady, Brady didn't have over his great athleticism. He couldn't run and wasn't moved, but to be able to process information. Same thing with Peyton Manning. Now you look at a Rogers, he had supreme athleticism, great arm, footwork was terrible, but he could throw, he could, his arm slots and platforms
Starting point is 00:12:09 in which he can launch the ball made him superior. Patrick Mahomes, tremendous arm. Outworldly athleticism, not speed, but athleticism, to be able to throw the ball off so many different platforms. Jacoby doesn't do any of that. Right. And look at the guys that are really good. You're right.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Some point in time, Ocho, we just got to be truthful to our viewers and listeners. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right. You're right. I wouldn't, I wouldn Yeah, yeah. You're right. You're right. I wouldn't I wouldn't I wouldn't say it like that. I try to say a little bit more, a little more. A little more here than between you and I. We're two bosses. You're going to come in and say, well, you know,
Starting point is 00:12:59 we have some, you know, things, I mean, going well. And we're looking, you know, we we will have a couple, you know, we I've been going well and we're looking to, you know, we, we will have a couple, you know, we're cutting back a little bit. And so unfortunately, um, we're going to have to let you go. Right. That's me. That's me. That's me.
Starting point is 00:13:13 That's me. Hey, my man, check this out. Don't even worry about coming in and get your check. The same thing, go Joe. The same thing. Same thing. Hey, well, listen, one thing about it, well, don't play with nobody money, but you find somebody black. I'm talking about don't come pick up your check.
Starting point is 00:13:39 We're going to send it to you. We're going to send it to you because you know how people get by the check. They go come in the and act a fool. And I don't want nobody out. They act a plum fool. I need my check for all the hours I put in. And I ain't eat till I get it. And they gonna be start talking about Ocho,
Starting point is 00:13:56 what about all that overtime? You gonna do this to me? I came in with Jeff and Sally wouldn't even come in. I came in and y'all gonna, no, Don't worry about it. We will see your check. Everything that we owe you. We really appreciate your services, but yeah, they're no longer required. Hey, that's that's messed up, man. You know what? It's funny. I've gotten much better. I've gotten much better at being honest. I've got much better at analyzing and critiquing a little bit. I think for me, it's very difficult.
Starting point is 00:14:24 It's very difficult because I'm I'm removed from the game for a while, for a while now, but I'm not that far removed. So I still resonate with the players when things don't go well. I think for some reason, you know, like I know what, I know what it feels like to have a bad game. I know what it feels like to drop a ball. I know what it feels like to mess up or to or to be the reason a team loses, you know, of course they won't paint it that way. But it's like, I know all those bad
Starting point is 00:14:51 feelings. Uh, obviously during my tenure of playing, playing, playing in Cincinnati and things aren't going well. I know that, I know what it feels like to lose. I know the field like to lose all the time, you know? So it's like, it's like I can kind of, kind of empathize with the players that aren't doing well and try to find. Ways to. To smooth things over and sometimes make excuses for now, I've gotten much better. I'm not as bad as I was when we first started.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Now I say, I say, shit. So and so he need playing horrible. But for the most part, I do my best. I do my best because I just I talk about it really, it really be weighing on me and sitting on me when I got to talk about people. But I'm telling you, man, you know, when we had prime on the other day, you heard what he said right away and also ain't gonna talk about nobody. That that's just, that's just not him. It's not in me.
Starting point is 00:15:49 Yeah. I think I got better. Is that as long as me is not personal. Cause I don't know this man personal. I'm talking about his play on the field. That's all I'm judging. That's all I'm judging the man by. You, you, you see, you see how you said that you saying it's it's not personal.
Starting point is 00:16:08 You just could have a personal day on the field. But how do you think they take? But see, that's the point. Oh, they're taking it personal because they're taking it personal because they look at you different. They do. They look at you different. You ain't one of them on TV.
Starting point is 00:16:25 Yeah, you you at you different. You ain't one of them on TV. Yeah. You did. You played the game. So it's stinging to hurt more coming from you. Well, hey, we used to. Hey, boy, I wish people in the chat could go back and watch the clips. We used to kill me for some of the shit I would do. Yeah, well, you say, well, you used to. Well, you used to let me have it, but I was different. I enjoyed it.
Starting point is 00:16:47 I like it. I love going back to listen to what y'all had to say. And I tried to the stuff that y'all would say that you didn't like, or he should be fine or he's whatever it may be. I used to try to go back and do something even worse and piss you off again, even though you're not mad. You only talk about my plate. Right. I'm trying to really, I enjoyed being the villain. even worse and piss you off again. Even though you're not mad, you only talk about my play.
Starting point is 00:17:08 I'm trying to really, I enjoy being the villain. Like the players of the day, they can't take it. No, I love the criticism. I didn't mind, but today, oh no. A lot of the problems that I have with today's player, Ocho, nobody ever says, Oh, or Shannon Sharp doesn't know what he's talking about when I say they're great, right? Or they're doing something exemplary. But the moment I criticize him, he'll know what the hell he's talking about.
Starting point is 00:17:33 So did I when I said you were great and you were having a great season, you had a great game. Did I not know what I was talking about being right now? See, that's the problem. I get it. I'm like, I don't know you as a father. I don't know you as a son. I don't know you as a husband, as a boyfriend, significant other, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:17:52 I don't care about that. I'm critiquing your play on the field. That's it. That's where it stops. That's where it starts, Ocho. That's where it stops for me. When they start talking about all this other stuff now, if we have to have a topic where you got into trouble
Starting point is 00:18:08 and I have to address that, I'll address that. But what I'm critiquing, like when we're doing this tonight, all I'm talking about is play on the field. That's it. And I get it. The thing that in time helped me understand this, he's like, you gotta understand. You he's like, you got to understand you in the hall.
Starting point is 00:18:26 You got that gold jacket. You got the gold jacket. And so people can't say, well, what did he win? Three Super Bowls. Well, how well was he? He's an all decade player. He's a multiple time all pro. He's an eight time pro bowler and he got a gold jacket.
Starting point is 00:18:46 So the things that they could say about players that, that wasn't as accomplished as myself, they can't use that against me. Right. Well, no, they might not like what I say. And they try to say, well, he didn't watch the game with, but they know I know because I give you specific plays in which I'm talking about. because I give you specific plays in which I'm talking about. And you don't hear players saying that wasn't the coverage. That wasn't what I was supposed to do because they know I know.
Starting point is 00:19:14 And I get it. It's a hard part of my job, but it's in my job description is to give credit when due, but also criticize when due. And that's it. A lot of times guys will see me, Ocho, and they say, man, you tough on us, you tough. But you fair. That's one thing that you gonna call it like you see it.
Starting point is 00:19:40 We can appreciate that. And at the end of the day, that's all I care about. As long as they know it's not personal, because I don't know you personally. I don't know that one of these guys that's currently playing Ocho. I can tell you anything about them because I've never been in a situation where I saw them out doing anything. They've never seen me out. So I couldn't tell you now I retired.
Starting point is 00:20:01 Right after I retired, there were some guys that I hung out with and did some things with. I could tell you a little bit more about a person. But these guys today, man, I don't know nothing about these cats. And the majority of them younger than my damn kids. I got nothing. I'm just going to tell them about what you did on the field through the prism. Doesn't make me right. Doesn't make me wrong.
Starting point is 00:20:22 But I'm telling you what I saw right through the lens in which I've looked, having played the game, having analyzed the game, having studied the game, that's it. That's far as I go with it. Oh Joe. And I understand nobody really likes to be criticized, but if you use it in constructive manner, you can get better because you don't get better with just praise.
Starting point is 00:20:42 You don't, you don't, you just don't. Because you don't get better with just praise. You don't. You don't. You just don't. Dang. But I mean, but it's just tough because, oh, you know, you don't want to listen. I mean, how did you because what are they going to say, oh, Joe? But what I'm trying to tell you, oh, Joe, you played.
Starting point is 00:21:04 You were no bomb. You were no scrub. Oh, no, I was that nigger now. Oh, but that's what I'm trying to tell you, say, oh, Joe, you played, you were no bum. You were no scrub. Oh, no, I was that nigga now. Oh, no. Oh, but that's what I'm trying to say. So when you say something about a receiver, you say something. They say, well, oh, you would like that. Yeah, I would. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You will. What? Sure. Ain't no. Ain't too many deal with. Ain't no. Many. Ain't too many deal with sugar.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Did that that match? You know, I talk and walk with the best of, man. Yes. Stop playing. Steelers beat the Raiders, Max Crosby was seen pushing Coach away from him. Crosby cleared the air shortly after the clip went viral. This is what he posted.
Starting point is 00:21:37 Mike Caldwell is my guy. One of the best people in the business. That's a love push. Stop reaching. Hashtag RN4L. Chat, y'all going crazy. the best people in the business. That's a love push. Stop reaching. Hashtag RN4L. Chat, y'all going crazy. Raider Nation for life. Not real N for life.
Starting point is 00:21:53 Raider Nation for life. Okay, let's just clear that up. Is an all time Raider to embrace the tank? Is it time for the Raiders to have a fire sale, Ocho Max Crosby to the Lions for draft pitch. Boy. That wouldn't be fair. Y'all alone. Oh, I absolutely would trade.
Starting point is 00:22:17 I absolutely if I was the Lions to Detroit. Because he went down. Yes. And so so basically what you're saying is you're taking the whole season in Las Vegas and you're starting over from scratch. Yeah. With the possibility of getting Shadour Sanders
Starting point is 00:22:33 and I'm gonna have the Lions draft pick. You know what? Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. But Ace, you cooking, huh? You cooking. Okay, you cooking. You can, I like, I like, I like what you're doing. Listen, I like on you cooking. OK, you cooking, you can I like I like I like. Listen, I like what you put down and I'm going to pick it up.
Starting point is 00:22:51 I like that. Oh, I mean, the right. Oh, that's a good one. Radar's going to be crappy crappy to the Lions. And what first round traffic? Crappy worth the first, right? They're probably for a second. I would trade the first
Starting point is 00:23:09 because I know where I'm going to be picking. It's going to be way down. Right. You're damn right. I'd give up the first to get it. Can you imagine that Aiden Hutchinson going down and Matt Crosby coming in and picking up right where Aiden left off?
Starting point is 00:23:22 Right. Because he's a hell raiser. He's disruptive. Man, complete hell raiser. Hey, but what would happen next year when Aiden comes back though? I put his ass on the other side. They can play, hey, other side. I worry about that next year.
Starting point is 00:23:39 I wouldn't sue, let me worry about that next year. You worried about too much right now. Hey, hey, that's, that's, hey, that's tough. That's, that's a good one though. I like that. Just fire sale, but they, how you think that makes the, the players that are on the Raiders field, man, about you just saying, you know what?
Starting point is 00:23:56 Okay, we give up. We, we, we, we, we call it this season. We, we, we done. We done. We don't have a chance to compete. We don't have a chance to win. We don't have a chance to win. So we gonna make some moves. They don't and they should.
Starting point is 00:24:13 Hey, Jack, what y'all think? You think that's a good idea? I mean, I like it. I like it, especially I see the direction and where the Lions are going. Shoot, Max Crosby, Max Crosby going to the Lions would be really dope. But I think there are other issues that need to be, need to be sorted out as well. My guy Devontae Adams, if the Raiders are wanting to do a fire sale and get pigs, I
Starting point is 00:24:36 would like to see my dude Devontae Adams happy somewhere else, somewhere else where he can be productive and still show that he can play the game of football with the best of them. I don't like him having to sit out like this. It's unfortunate. And other than that, shoot, chat what y'all doing? Chat y'all good? Y'all good? Shoot, I fucking love y'all.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Hey, hey, make sure y'all follow me on Twitter and stuff. Follow me on Twitter, okay? Cause I'm cool. Like I don't really tweet no crazy stuff, but just follow me and stuff. And follow me on Twitter and stuff. Follow me on Twitter, okay? Cause I'm cool. Like I don't really tweet no crazy stuff, but just follow me and stuff. And follow me on Instagrams. I'm pretty cool on there too. I don't really post no pictures.
Starting point is 00:25:12 I just post nightcap stuff. But follow me cause, cause I'm cool. And uh, that's it. I don't know what else to say. Hey y'all wanna hang out with me? Y'all wanna hang out this Friday? Somebody could pick me up from the airport? Huh?
Starting point is 00:25:28 No? Yeah. Okay, cool. Bet. Because, Ocho, I would do it. I would do the deal. If I have the lions, I'll reach out. That's the first thing I do. Right. Because knowing where my draft pick is going to be, it's going to be at the bottom of the first round. Mm- round. Is there anybody that you can draft in the bottom of the first round that's going to be better than Max Cross before you? No. No. Exactly. That's why I do the
Starting point is 00:25:56 deal. And he will command more than Devontae Adams. See, teams seemingly are reluctant to give up a second round pick for Devontae. The right team. I mean, I can see the Lions giving up a first round pick for him. I would do it. Yeah, I would do it. I would. I'm Julian Edelman. I'm Rob Granckowski. Guess what, folks? We're teammates again.
Starting point is 00:26:29 And we're going to welcome you guys all to Dudes on Dudes. I'm a dude, you're a dude, and Dudes on Dudes is our brand new show. We're going to highlight players, peers, guys that we played against, legends from the past, and we're just going to sit here and talk about them. And we'll get into the types of dudes. What kind of types of dudes are there, Gronk? We got studs, wizards, we got freaks. Or dudes dude.
Starting point is 00:26:51 We got dogs. Dogs! We'll break down their games, we'll share some insider stories, and determine what kind of dude each of these dudes are. Is Randy Moss a stud or a freak? Is Tom Brady a dog or a dudes dude? We're gonna find out Jules.
Starting point is 00:27:08 New episodes drop every Thursday during the NFL season. Listen to Dudes on Dudes on the iHeart radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey there, it's Michael Lewis, author of Going Infinite, Moneyball, The Blind Side, and Liar's Poker. Starting point is 00:27:30 The referee, the coach, the expert. My next season's all about fans and what the rise of sports betting is doing to them, to the teams, and even to my family. I'm heading to Las Vegas and New Jersey and beyond to understand America's newest form of legalized gambling. Listen to Against the Rules on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts.

And you know we'll have fun doing it. Oh, and I'll have a special guest each month join me to mix it up a little bit. Who is it? None other than... Sike. You'll have to tune in to find out.
Starting point is 00:28:47 So tapping off the edge of camp Jordan's podcast the ultimate playbook for all things football and not football listen on the I heart radio out Apple podcast or every get your podcast. I'm Carrie champion in this is season 4 of naked sports where we live at the intersection of sports and culture. Up first, I explore the making of a rivalry, Kaitlyn Clark versus Angel Reese.
Starting point is 00:29:11 I know I'll go down to history. People are talking about women's basketball just because of one single game. Every great player needs a foil. I ain't really in here them boys. I just come here to play basketball every single day and that's what I focus on. From college to the pros,
Starting point is 00:29:22 Clark and Reese have changed the way we consume women's sports. Angel Reese is a joy to watch. She is braggadocious. She is unapologetically black. I love her. What exactly ignited this fire? Why has it been so good for the game? And can the fanfare surrounding these two supernovas
Starting point is 00:29:42 be sustained? This game is only going to get better because the talent is getting better. Listen to the making of a rivalry, Caitlin Clark versus Angel Reese on the iHeart radio app, Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcast. The 2024 presidential race is upon us and the stakes couldn't be higher. But the outcome of the election might not be clear till long after everyone has voted. If the race ends up being as close as it looks right now, we could be in for a repeat, or worse, for the year 2000, when election night
Starting point is 00:30:16 dragged on for 36 days. 36 days of uncertainty and lawsuits and hardcore political combat. To hear the whole story, check out the ASCO Bush v. Gore, a six-part podcast from the co-creators of Slow Burn, and find out how a statistical tie in Florida put the 2000 election in an unprecedented holding pattern, with the entire nation waiting with bated breath to find out whether Al Gore or George W. Bush would be the next president of the United States. It's a story about how history is made and what we should expect if it comes back for an encore. Listen on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
Starting point is 00:31:05 Bears beat the Jags in London. The Bears are four and two after beating one in three Titans, one in four Rams, one in four Panthers, one in five Jags. Are the Bears contenders or they're just beating on them, beating up on not particularly good teams, Ocho? Hey, listen, they're not beating up, they're beating up on bad teams. But I think it's good for them. It's good for the morale of the team. It's good for Caleb Williams to get himself in rhythm.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I think to help his confidence, as his confidence continues to grow, it's not gonna matter who they playing. He's always gonna be consistent. The fact that if we can get a consistent Caleb Williams week in and week out and not turn the ball over and always give your team a chance to win. Man, he's going to be one of them boys because he has all the intangible, he has all the tools to be just like a Jayden Daniels, just like a CJ Shroud. He was drafted number one to change that franchise around and he has the ability to do that despite the inconsistencies that we saw in the preseason and
Starting point is 00:32:06 A little bit earlier in the season since it started but he looked pretty look pretty good today I have one question with that question for the chat too for those that are watching How long are we gonna give Trevor Lawrence the pass? You know damn pair they'll be defined. He had 55 million. I mean, god damn. I mean, shit. Man. He been bad. He been bad, bad. He been real bad.
Starting point is 00:32:33 He making 55 a year. Mm-hmm. Dude, that's a lot, boy. Yeah, hell of a lot. The point of making that kind of money is I'm saying, I know you have to touch the ball all the time and we feel you give us our best chance to win consistently every time we put the ball in your hands. And that is not what he's doing. And he got some weapons. He got, he got Christian Kirk, some good Dave Davis. He got every Ingram. He got he got some weapons. They got 18 and big Lee in the backfield.
Starting point is 00:33:07 Yeah. 18, 18 is hurt right now, but yeah, but he, he, there's no reason for him to be playing as bad as he's playing. Yeah. That's the problem. Um, yeah, at some point in time, we got to hold them accountable. We hold everybody accountable. We don't, we don't make excuses.
Starting point is 00:33:31 Either you're doing it or you're not. We gave you a pass the first year because urban was there. I'm not so sure that urban style works in the NFL. But hey, we gave you a pass for that one. And you get Doug Peterson in the first year was kind of OK. But oh, bro, right now, you look like some stir fry. We look like what stir fry? He ain't looking good, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:34:03 He ain't looking good. Andcho. He ain't looking good. And you look at this, since the Lyria alignment in 2002, you got four teams all above 500 and with four wins, no team, I don't think any division has had that since 02. Five in old Minnesota, four in Detroit, four in two Green Bay, four and two Chicago. Damn, man. Yeah. And yeah, Trevor Lawrence, he has to play better, Joe. He has to play better. I mean, it's still early. It's still early in the season.
Starting point is 00:34:44 He's just not playing well right now. Now if this continues, I'm sure he's either type of player based on what I've seen in the past. You remember he dropped off a cliff last year, Ocho? Huh? You remember that you dropped off a cliff last year? Oh yeah, he did. He did. I think they lost their last what? Last four, last five games? They was like, they was the number one seed in the whole AFC. AFC, yeah. And then dropped the last four. That confidence, that confidence, oh man I'm not even gonna mention that. Because you the starter, he don't have nobody peeping over his shoulder, he's already gotten paid now so. Well, Matt Jones is there. His leash is up. Listen, they ain't put no Matt Jones
Starting point is 00:35:24 in there and they just paid Young Bull before the season started. Or was that last year he got paid? Now that was this off season. Yeah, this off season. Yeah, he definitely, yeah, he ain't got nothing to worry about right now. Too much money, too much money to put on the bench.
Starting point is 00:35:37 Maybe that's the problem. The Colts beat the Titans, Ocho. Joe Flacco. Hey, that boy. Calvin Ridley, after being held without a catch, I need some in the beginning of a game to ish getting crazy for me. Calvin Ridley had eight targets on 21 rounds. He told them one hundred and forty five targeted air yards per next year. Stats he had zero catches for zero yards.
Starting point is 00:36:03 per next-gen stats. He has zero catches for zero yards. Bro, Calvin, those are the things that you factor in when you go to a new team. You understood that Will Levis was going to be your quarterback. You wanted the money. You got your money. You understood Will Levis or Malik Willis was going to be your quarterback. Oh Joe, you got to, when you go into a new team, what are you going to get the money, the likelihood of a team with a really good quarterback being able to pay Kevin really that kind of money was what percentage you think, Ocho? Not very good.
Starting point is 00:36:49 No. Hey, hey, I'm thinking about this, right? Tennessee, we got we got the heart. We got Calvin Ridley. And they shouldn't be playing this band. When you have two receivers like that. They got your boy Tyler Boyd also. And they got Tyler Elwood.
Starting point is 00:37:11 They got Tyler. I forgot about my dog Tyler Boyd. They got Tyler Boyd. You got three different receivers that all get the job done in three different ways. And I think offensively, whoever the offensive coordinator is in Tennessee, understands the strengths of those three individuals. To me, I'm just saying to me, I'm not, I'm just, I'm talking about real life.
Starting point is 00:37:34 The job at the quarterback position should be easy. It should be easy because of what you have at your disposal to throw the ball to. I don't know why he's playing so bad. I don't understand. He's not good. Yeah, but this is the NFL now. Yeah, this is this is this is the NFL. Oh Joe, anyone that good at Kentucky.
Starting point is 00:37:59 What are you missing? See what happens is is that you take a guy with his kind of arm talent and they say, well, if you gave him some weapons, OK, he has what you said. He has weapons. Exhibit eight. He got and maybe maybe a turn around, maybe a turn around. Oh, no, it's bad right now. Oh, Joe, he made mistakes.
Starting point is 00:38:36 He makes too many mistakes. You can't overcome that when he constantly putting the ball in harm's way and his bone he had plays. But Calvin, you took the money. You could think about it, which he played great with Trevor Lawrence. Oh, yeah. He took a little. He took a couple of extra dollars. I think Tennessee is a no state income tax. Florida, no state income tax. Tennessee is a no state income tax Florida, no state income tax.
Starting point is 00:39:11 So my thing is you could have stayed in Jacksonville for. 1516 or you go to Tennessee for 19 and then you have, you're going to have a lot of games like this. Damn. I know the 10 yo-yo, but those are the things you- I know they hot though. I know they hot. I ain't even hot from D-Hop yet, so I know he 30 hot. I know D-Hop 5, boy. I get D-Hop because that was the only team that really offered him some money.
Starting point is 00:39:49 Well, look. But I guarantee you, if the Kansas City had to offer D Hopps, 12. 13, right, he would rather go there than Tennessee for 16. Yeah. Guess what? You'll get the ball and you're going to win.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Yeah. At this point of his career, D-Hob's career, winning should be the only thing that matters. He's already been the highest paid for a number of years. He's got money. He secured his family. Now, let me win and get me a title. Let me get a chip. Especially if the money's comfortable. I'm not saying go play for five million as opposed to 16. But if Kansas City knocks on the door for 12 and you go to Tennessee
Starting point is 00:40:39 for 15, 16 at this point in my career, I'm trying to win. Boy, you get old. Losing sucks. Mm hmm. It's cold. May you look at. I mean, we want to two games. Yeah, no. Oh, Joe, you know, it's time for Q and eight. OK, hold on. I got to hit with that church with that church thing.
Starting point is 00:41:11 Well, bro. Ain't nobody say it looks you to buy how many more weapons does my home need? Oh, you think those guys are weapons that he got? Oh, wow. OK guys are weapons that he got? Oh, wow. Okay. I get it. No, we were saying when D Hop was a free agent, that's when I thought the Chiefs would go after him. But what the Chiefs had on the table versus what Tennessee had on the table was two different.
Starting point is 00:41:39 I get it. I get it. I'm saying had D Hop, if the numbers were comparable, 12 million versus 1516 with a chance to win and have Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid call in place, Patrick Mahomes throwing me the ball versus Tennessee and Will Levitz of Malik Willis. Well, it seems like it's a no brainer to me considering D Hop is probably made north of a hundred million dollars but hey I don't count no man's pockets he wants to take the money I get it but I don't know if Tennessee had a comparable offer on the table but
Starting point is 00:42:16 Ocho Tony Brown Jr. says Daniel Jones is a part of a part of the ski mask all-stars uncle Ocho he's stealing money hey that's a good one he the ski mask all-stars. Uncle Ocho, he stealing money. Hey, that's a good one. He is. Ski mask all-stars, I like that, I like that. Yeah. I like that. Ocho, he ain't got no ski mask on.
Starting point is 00:42:37 The timing was impeccable for him to get paid though. The timing was impeccable. There was no quarterback, there was nowhere else for him to go. They had no choice. Their hands were behind their back. What else were they gonna do? Easy.
Starting point is 00:42:51 The same thing they did with Saquon. But you know, listen, now you gotta understand the value of the position. That's all it was. The value of the position. Is Derek Henry providing value? Oh, absolutely. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:43:13 That was a good one. Cause at the end of the day, look at Christian McCaffrey. Is he value? Yeah. Oh yeah. You come out better with Saquon and a lesser tier quarterback that doesn't make the mistakes that Daniel Jones, you're not winning anything with Daniel Jones. You're just not Ocho. You're not.
Starting point is 00:43:37 And I think a lot of people believe, no, that if David Cudcliffe was not Daniel Jones, head coach, officer coordinator, He ain't going where he's going. But he coached Eli. He coached Peyton. He's probably telling this guy's more athletic than Peyton and Eli combined. Has a better arm than both of them. Oh man.
Starting point is 00:44:00 But it take more than that though. You know, I know. Brandon Holerman, that was awful. I couldn't tell if he was playing for the lives of the Cowboys. Let's just call a spade a spade. The Cowboys are bad team. The office is bad in the battle defense this year. I said that.
Starting point is 00:44:22 But everybody want to give back a pass. When the Lions score, is that not allowed to get the ball to score to Lucho? Yeah, most likely, like a score game, is that not allowed to get the ball to score? Yeah. I know. Every time that is allowed to score. This is a basketball where you play, make it, take it. You make the basket, you get to take it.
Starting point is 00:44:49 Unlike basketball, you know, in a in a in a football and basketball game. Guess what? When they score, you get the ball, you get a chance to go score too. Mm hmm. But y'all want to give them a pass. Y'all want to talk about how bad the defense is. Your defense is atrocious. Even with the defense being bad, the offense still got a score. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:09 Thank you. Thank you. And they're not doing their job. On neither side of the ball. You know what's funny? You know what's gonna happen? What then? The Cowboys played bad.
Starting point is 00:45:23 Dac, D that played bad. Why's they come out the bad weekend just and win 10 straight or some shit like that? It's like something crazy. Oh Joe, ain't that crazy. They're not. You don't think so? No.
Starting point is 00:45:41 No. We gave you the schedule, wanna hear it again? Nah, nah, nah, you gave it to hear it again? No, no, no. You gave it to me because they they they that next five that next five. Okay. Uh, rap are raffy collects. Jared had an opportunity to get a lead running back and a wide receiver like T Higgins or Kareem or Kenan Allen in the off season. Jared, the problem.
Starting point is 00:46:02 Yeah, we know that. Hey Jerry need to act like the Yankees on offense man. Act like the Yankees. Matter of fact Jerry, Jerry should go get T Higgins next year. T Higgins is a CD. You already got, you you got first of all you got CD making 34 million right you gonna pay T T need to make 30 So I got a I got a 60 million dollar quarterback a wide receiver that makes 35 another wide receiver that makes 30 Okay, let me ask you this. How are you gonna pay Michael Parsons? Hey, we don't to we're going to pay Michael back.
Starting point is 00:46:49 Well, what's who made the most? T.J. What would T.J. make? Joy Bosa. I mean, Nick Bosa. What Nick make a year? About 32. Okay, we'll give we'll give Michael we'll give Michael 34. We let him set the market 34 What you gonna play him in Bitcoin under the table? Oh, we're gonna get it to him under the table
Starting point is 00:47:14 We gonna get into him under the table babe, I wouldn't advise that but I Mean and you got Trayvon digs making 19. Yeah TJ's base most 30 How much Nick make? How much does Nick make? I'm trippin'. I forgot about Miles Garrett. I don't know. Listen, I know the numbers.
Starting point is 00:47:41 The numbers be high, but I'm just a CD need another another dog on the other side. Oh, you hear me? Yeah, but that's what Michael's playing now. My mum and Michael in the defense of me. Hey chat, y'all can hear me chat I know y'all can hear me. Huh? CD need another dog on the other side of them Yeah, I'm telling you Listen to me. I'll laugh for you before I lie telling you, listen to me. I lied for you before I lied to you. Boy, you get a CD, got another dog on the other side of him. I'm talking about like that boy. I ain't talking about no, just no anybody.
Starting point is 00:48:12 I'm talking about that boy. Can you imagine T Higgins and God damn CD Lamb boy? No, I can't imagine that. You can't? Just like you can't imagine a CD, like you say Chase and T Higgins. Cause if you could imagine him paying him 34, you could imagine T Higgins dead in Cincinnati and what you call him getting 36, 37 and then them paying him 30.
Starting point is 00:48:35 I would just I would just throw into that. I'm just you know, I could wish I could. I'm trying to I'm trying to I'm trying to to breathe hope into the Cowboys. Hey, you know, I'm trying to give Jerry some idea because, I'm trying to breathe hope into the Cowboys fans. You know, I'm trying to give Jerry some ideas. Cause I know Jerry watch, Jerry watch our show. Little, little, you don't even know that Jerry watched the show. I talked to him.
Starting point is 00:48:54 Well, clearly he ain't listening. Raffy Kaleck says, Belichick is head coach Robert Soler to the cow, uh, as DC for the Cowboys. Jerry is not going to have somebody there there that's a bigger name than him. Oh, but listen, oh Bill don't play that shit. Bill wouldn't go there no way. Did he say Bill? Yep. Oh man, Bill don't play that, man. Bill don't play that. All that talking and all that, man, ain't ain't no way he hadn't held Bill going to that circus. Absolutely not. Because if Bill goes to that circus, then he becomes a clown. Yep.
Starting point is 00:49:28 Oh, no, absolutely not. And if Bill was to go to the Cowboys, then that mean I wouldn't be able to work with him on Wednesdays. That ain't happening. Mike Mike said, would you and Ocho ever buy the Cowboys? If y'all take over, if y'all take over and get Jerry out, they might start winning rings. With what? Me and Ocho KD play for the equipment let alone the whole damn team
Starting point is 00:49:57 We be broke buying Gatorade Man you got to have 300 million in cash just to operate a professional team. Oh, hell nah. Now listen, I know some people in Mexico, right? Yeah. Now if you want to do something, I speak a little Spanish. Now I can let them know we were thinking about making an investment. Now they can lend us the money to buy the Cowboys. Now I don't know how the hell we gonna pay the ass back, but I can get you the money.
Starting point is 00:50:31 Hey, I don't want to get no knock on the door. And I look out there and I see a whole bunch of vans out there and I see, I see some guys with, with, uh, badges around the neck. Nah, I'm good, Ocho. I will let you have that one. I will let you have that one. I don't want no part of that. Hey, I'm just telling you, there's always a way.
Starting point is 00:50:55 I know people now. No, that's a good one. You tried to have us like Ozark. Have us like Marty Byrd on the run. Oh no. Hey, you could like Marty Byrd on the road. Oh no. Hey, you could be Marty and I'll be Ruth. Or Ruth Langmore. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:13 Ruth Langmore and Darlene, man. Now if I had Darlene or Ruth Langmore on my side, I might think about it. Hey, you got ass should be Darlene. Brian N said, what's up, Huckin Ocho. We put belt to ask today praying for quick recovery from my boy Hutch. Who can we expect? Okay, who can we expect for us to trade for DN wise? I already told you you should trade for I'm called.
Starting point is 00:51:41 As a matter of fact, I was on the as soon as he went down, I was on the phone. Call it the Raiders right away, huh? It might be when it was a trade deadline, when the trade deadline like first week or two, I mean, November. Because they didn't push it back. Oh, we got a long way to go. November 5th, yeah, first week of November. They pushed it back. Yeah, we got time, we got time.
Starting point is 00:52:16 But if anything, if any moves need to be made, they need to be made now. Oh, we're thinking about it, oh yeah, for sure. But all I can do is that that that's what I would do. Because he's a difference maker. He will make your defense better. They played unbelievable on defense today. They got three pigs, got a fumble. So you see what you see in Brian Branch.
Starting point is 00:52:42 But listen, I posted a tweet about I posted a tweet yesterday. No, today when I was watching the game and I looked at the tweet and it's like I asked people how do I find old tweets about somebody because I was watching Buddy play last year and it was so good every week he was standing out on film. I had somebody did a little collage of all the tweets and it looks so goddamn creepy because I was tweeting about the man every goddamn month during the season. He nice boy.
Starting point is 00:53:12 Yeah. I'm Julian Edelman. I'm Rob Gronkowski. Guess what folks, we're teammates again. And we're going to welcome you guys all to Dudes on Dudes. I'm a dude, you're a dude. Starting point is 00:53:30 guys that we played against, legends from the past, and we're just gonna sit here and talk about them. And we'll get into the types of dudes. What kind of types of dudes are there, Gronk? We got studs, wizards, we got freaks. Or dudes dudes. We got dogs. Dogs!
Starting point is 00:53:43 We'll break down their games, we'll share some insider stories and determine what kind of dude each of these dudes are. Is Randy Moss a stud or a freak? Is Tom Brady a dog or dudes dude? We're going to find out Jules. New episodes drop every Thursday during the NFL season. Listen to dudes on dudes on the iHeart radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Listen to Rumble, Ali, Foreman, and the soul of 74 on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. that first one, which one? Oh, the first one. He was both. He had told her to man, but he was late getting over
Starting point is 00:58:07 and just sloughed off and picked back on the server out the CD. Right. Listen, there was no threat. The sideline right there. I might as well just. Play playback a little bit. It's no different than if you're in the open field and you and you and you got to man, you got the you got you got the number two running to the corner
Starting point is 00:58:25 and you got somebody in the flat. Two, I'd rather play the corner rather than play the goddamn flat. But here's the thing though, Ocho. And she can get an interception. Ocho, but he was coming down to take Tober on the man because he got him in man. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:39 And he was so late getting over. Right. And he just floated off. Dak it through the ball before CD was out late getting over. Right. And he just floated off. Dak had threw the ball before CD was out of his break. He like, well hey, oh, thank you Dak. It fell right off into the rock. That's tough. It is.
Starting point is 00:58:57 It absolutely is. Lanny Ray says, feel better Shannon, do you guys have a special routine of food and drink that always made you feel better when you were ill as a kid? I remember watching Price is Right, eating saltines and drinking ginger ale. No. I don't get sick often.
Starting point is 00:59:16 I don't get sick often, but we know what food I eat. We know what I eat. Nah, I ain't wanna get sick because I don't know how that did in the North, but in the South you're going to get some castor, you're going to get some aspergillus, you're going to get a whole bunch of stuff because they thought the key to getting anything out of your system is going to the bathroom. Or going to sleep.
Starting point is 00:59:40 You got a headache? Go lay your ass down. You'll be all right. I'm trying to figure out if I got a headache, why lay your ass down. You'll be alright. I'm trying to figure out if I got a headache, why do I need to go poop? What you got to do about it? I got a headache! You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:59:55 You got a cold? Boy, you need to take some action medicine. Surfer Black Draw. Cow Store. No. I just, my stomach just hurt. You know, just my stomach just hurt. You know, sometimes your stomach just hurt. You know, your head just hurt.
Starting point is 01:00:08 You got a cold or something. Man, I said no. But I tried not to drink tea because I don't want to be up all night. Because like I said, my bladder is like this big. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So because they already know when I get off the plane. Yeah, I go to the bathroom soon as I get up the plane.
Starting point is 01:00:28 You just like you. Yeah, I'm, I'm, I'm the complete opposite. I drink, I drink, I drink all day. Three days when I go to the bathroom. Ash, we took a flight, we took a flight 1213 hours. Asha get up one time. She doesn't drink about four or five Coca-Cola's, two bottles of water. Right. We get all we get all we get all the way through a passport.
Starting point is 01:00:51 We get all the way through what they call it. What they call it? Immigration. Yeah. She waits. She gets an hotel. 15 hours. Who go 15 hours I go to the bathroom, Mocho? And then a jug of Caza Coke and two liters of water. We got to be able to hold that thing, huh? My bad.
Starting point is 01:01:12 I ain't holding nothing. That's why I get an aisle seat, cause I'm going. Sir, you need to fasten your seatbelt. You want to clean up some pee? You can either let me go to the bathroom, or you can work at a nurse's home. You got one of two choices. I recommend you let me go to the bathroom.
Starting point is 01:01:30 That's my recommendation to you. Nice to see you. Hello, Shannon Ocho. Here's some good medicine. Get some whole bitterroot. Cut it in little pieces and chew it like gum. Wait, cut who? Bitterroot. It's called Bitter Root. I don't know what that is.
Starting point is 01:01:50 I didn't even know my voice was like this because I hadn't smoked to anybody today. So I didn't know my voice was like this until I had to do a read before I was like, oh man. Yeah, ain't bad, ain't good, ain't good. I know. Hey, listen, you know. You're not supposed to swallow, but go ahead. You go, man, go ahead over that fool. I got you. I guess I need to hit the road there.
Starting point is 01:02:20 Dr. Frank, you are better than said, if you had two options, you could either have a woman who makes just as much of you Just as much as you if not more money, but you could have a woman Who is up and up the same values as you but not quite there yet? Which would you take? I'm gonna go ahead and sit this one out, but go ahead and answer. I ain't even get me in trouble saying the wrong shit If I have no choice, a woman that makes just as much if not more. Whew.
Starting point is 01:02:53 Four. You gotta be careful too, Uncle. The way you answer that, at least be real short. You ain't got much room for error, boy, depending on who it is. Yeah. I don't know man, oh Joe Making just as much as me if not more boy. You got no room for error. Be careful
Starting point is 01:03:16 Or same values, I think I'm taking the values yeah, I take the values I'm gonna take the values. Yeah. I gotta take the values. Cause I don't, I mean, look, me, I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. You can make 30,000, 50,000. We good.
Starting point is 01:03:40 Yeah. We gonna be good. Just understand that hey, oh daddy, daddy got to work. Yeah. Daddy got to work. You know what I'm saying? Boss lady said, hi, Shan. I work and play hard.
Starting point is 01:04:06 A certain gent could ask a certain lady to ice cream, crumble cookie for a birthday in Atlanta. She says, yes, they buy it. He gets his gift from his B day as friends. We should. Oh, I'm like, if she asked me what the hell is crumble cookie? Hey, man, we have you holding that for them big coming in big boxes, man. A big old cookie.
Starting point is 01:04:37 Now, I don't listen. Try. I tasted it. I don't see what the whole the hype is about it. I like my normal cookies I get from Publix. You know, you roll the dough out, put them on the foil and put them in the oven. That's what I like. I like my oatmeal cookies. I like my my raisins, my oatmeal raisin cookies.
Starting point is 01:04:53 I like my chocolate chip cookies. That's it. All the extra crumble this and crumble that. And then it costs too much. You seen the price point of them cookies? Hey, hey, hey, lady. I like lady cookies. That's just me. That's just me, Ocho. I like them cookies. Yeah. Hey, hey, hey, hey, lady. I like lady cookies. You know, just me. That's just me.
Starting point is 01:05:07 I like it. Hey, all the all this new stuff, man, all this new stuff, man, costs too damn much. I'm good. She said I work hard. I play hard. A certain jet could ask a certain lady to ice cream. I'm gonna have to take my lack. I would have to take my lactate pills with me for her birthday in Atlanta. She says, yes, they buy it.
Starting point is 01:05:36 Yeah, he gets his gift from his birthday. That's free. Damn. Okay. All right. What do you think, what you thinking? So I'm kind of confused on what they trying to say on. You know, they don't say to break it down, break it down to me in, in, in, in layman terms.
Starting point is 01:06:11 You know, in other words, long story short, she tried to go 12 rounds with the champ. Oh, oh, oh, oh, she asked you on a date. She tried to go 12 rounds with the champ. Hey, get a number real quick. Tell her, tell hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey,
Starting point is 01:06:31 hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, thing. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. And she in Atlanta too. So that means, you know, that that's, I think, I think, you know, you gotta, um, y'all make that happen. I want to know what happened. Hurry up. Hurry up. Hurry up. Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, you know, in all prize fights, we schedule them for 12. Right. Right. Knockout normally happens about two to three. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey,
Starting point is 01:07:10 hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, Hey, that's what she wants. That's what she asked him for. I'd be on the rubies. Yeah. Hey, yeah. You know, I hit that clock. I put that star clock on them.
Starting point is 01:07:31 Right. But what's that? What's that? What that was? That's the clock that I hit. Oh, you got a real clock. OK, I've been here 15 minutes. OK, it's time to wrap it up.
Starting point is 01:07:44 It's time to tie. It's time to put a ball on this one It's time to put a ball on it. Hey, I gotta I gotta try that I gotta try that. Oh, yeah Have a whole clock so you know how long you've been okay. Oh nice. I like that whole clock so you know how long you've been okay. Yeah. That was nice, I like that. Patrick Rock the uncle no Joe don't come to Sioux Falls. Someone just stole my car man. So much for me trying to put a small city on.
Starting point is 01:08:14 God is good though, love always. Damn Pat. Maybe it was a Buffalo. What happened? Sioux Falls in South Dakota isn't it? Sioux Falls in South Dakota, isn't it? It's no man's call. Hey, Alan Fletcher, oh, do NFL play players under the table until y'all say something?
Starting point is 01:08:44 I didn't even think about it Not did I brought look here Man by the time by the time Roger Goodell labor that fine and take so many draft picks from you Oh, you won't even have a team you won't be able to have one for a long time You have to cut so many players cuz you go take what are you gonna do is take that cap? Yeah Take that cap space. Yeah. Take that cap space. Kevin Norwood Jr., my question is, is it a disappointment if Aaron Rodgers does not get
Starting point is 01:09:15 another championship before he dies, retires? I think it's disappointing that he didn't have one, he doesn't have more than one. Considering how talented he is and was, now he's not the same player that he once was, but if you look at it, the man got four MVPs and he's never been back to a Super Bowl. And you look at the weapons that he had. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:41 And the last couple of years, he's had a defense to compliment it. Yeah, it's, it's, I'm not saying look and what the expectations are this year, Ocho, because what did they say? This team is a quarterback away. Wait, serious playoff contenders, contenders. Yeah, he hasn't played well now. Well, we're going to see.
Starting point is 01:10:09 They play tomorrow night. Hmm. Wait, they play tomorrow night. Football. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The bills, just bills. Woo. OK, that's going to be a nice home. Yes, yes. Woof. Okay. That's gonna be a nice one. Jess Bills or home.
Starting point is 01:10:25 Yes. Yes. Get a nice one. So. Big boy toys. I'm a Steeler fan. My mom is a Raider fan in Oakland Raider. Excuse me.
Starting point is 01:10:38 A fan to be specific. I was talking trash after the win. Now my mom is kicking me out of the house. She don't love me no more. What do I do? I ain't going after the wind. Now my mom is kicking me out the house. She don't love me no more. What do I do? I ain't going nowhere, mama. Period. She love you.
Starting point is 01:10:54 Hey, I was squat. You know, squatters got rights in California. Yep. So do. I'm gonna try that. Going to big old houses. 56 and it just squatting that thing. Sometimes you pick the wrong day to play.
Starting point is 01:11:16 OK, you catch somebody on the day. The right day in the wrong way. I heard you play too much. Y'all know damn well that it's all house y'all going in and when people do something bad to you Oh, you didn't have to do that. You could have called the authorities Well, I called authorities and they wouldn't get their ass up out of there Mm-hmm, man. Don't be going to people house talking about you own this house and I purchased the deed and all kind People be playing entirely too much these days. Oh Joe.
Starting point is 01:11:47 Yeah. I'm just trying to figure out how those squatters even have rights to be in something that they don't own. Man, man. Look here. We don't, we, we got a lot of crazy ass laws out here that do more protecting of people that shouldn't have rights. Right.
Starting point is 01:12:04 Opposed to the people that are supposed to have rights. But that's a story for another day. We'll discuss it, Ocho. Yes, sir. But come in my house if you want to, talk about you own something up here. You gonna get exactly what you're looking for. Jay Anderson, hey, Ocho.
Starting point is 01:12:19 Hey, Ocho owes you money. Say, OBJ was gonna get a thousand yards this year. Break bread, don't you? The season ain't over yet. How many get up? So they play five days. You know, we only in week six, right? Yeah. We got a long week.
Starting point is 01:12:38 We still got 11 games to go. The most yards OBJ has had in a season is probably what? Fourteen hundred. What's the most yards OBJ has had in a season is probably what? 1400? What's the most yards OBJ has had in a season? Because what we could do is extrapolate what he would need to do in order to. It's possible. 1450. That's the most yards he's had in the season. So, his second year in the league, fresh. What you trying to say? He has not had a thousand yards in a season since 2019. What year we in right now?
Starting point is 01:13:17 2024. Come on, break bread. Now, I will let you buy out for not below asking price. If you play this out to the season, I'm gonna have to ask for full price. I got hope. Okay. I got these. Okay.
Starting point is 01:13:38 That what you got? Yeah. Oh, okay. All right. Let's say 500 yards. Okay, I tell you what, pay off that original bet and then we can place a new bet for 500 yards. Nah, I'm gonna stay with my thousand. Thank you guys for joining us for another episode of Nightcap. I am your favorite.
