Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an iHeart Podcast. I'm Michael Kassin, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures and your guide on Good Company, the podcast where I sit down with the boldest innovators shaping what's next. In this episode, I'm joined by Anjali Sood, CEO of 2B. We dive into the competitive world of streaming. Would others dismiss as niche we embrace as core? There are so many stories out there. Starting point is 00:00:40 podcasts. Hi, I'm Sarah Spain, host of Good Game with Sarah Spain and the co-author of the new book Runs in the Family, an incredible true story of football, fatherhood and belonging written with and about Las Vegas Raiders running backs coach Dylan McCullough. It's the story of a football coach and father of four who sees his life forever changed by the unsealing of his adoption records. And it's got a twist you won't believe. Based on the viral ESPN story I did a few years ago, this book will blow your mind and bring you to tears.
Starting point is 00:01:14 Buy Runs in the Family wherever books are sold. The Volume. The Sons are expected to offer Devin Booker two years' $150 million extension. According to NBA insider Mark Stein, Booker will become eligible for a two-year, $150 million contract extension on July 6, a deal he's widely expected to sign. The extension would make him the highest-paid player per year basis in NDA history, with an annual salary of $75 million per year.
Starting point is 00:01:56 Booker, who's 28, is entering the second year of a four-year, $220 million extension, which he had already had $180 million still remaining. If he signs the extension, it will keep him in Phoenix through the end of 2930. Mike. Damn. My yarn.
Starting point is 00:02:16 Get to that my yarn book. Hell yeah. Hey, hey, how would you like to be, hey, you would like, you're two months into a contract. Hey, you know what, man, you're doing such a you would you would like you you two months into a contract and you know What man you doing such a good job? We go give you a extension He going into the second year he's still got two years they added on two years hey what makes it even sweeter Yeah, they make the playoffs this year. They make the play in He make the play in.
Starting point is 00:02:45 And they got swept and they got swept last year. Are they doing that purposely? J.O. and Uncle Joe to kind of keep him happy, but understanding that KD is leaving. I don't think he wants to leave. I think he wants to be there and they want to build around him. He's the player. He's the player that was drafted there. They traded for Bill. They traded for KD.
Starting point is 00:03:06 So, you know, guys that we drafted, there's a certain level of loyalty, not 100%, it's not carte blanche, but you're like, you know what? He's that guy, plus he's 28. 28. Go ahead, Joe. Go ahead, J.O.
Starting point is 00:03:22 No, I think the trees actually hurt him a little bit. All right, it's good. Yeah, it did, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, a couple of times even making an all-star game, he should have been in there. But I think they're trying to get back to those years where he was kind of the ball dominant, you know, scored and the franchise player. And he's good, you know, obviously, you know, D-Book can get to it. So, you know, shout out to him and the money he getting, because these are new days, Ocho. You don't have to make it to the playoffs.
Starting point is 00:04:00 You don't have to have a good... But the problem is, J.O., is that they got rid of Chris Paul and they moved him To the point he's not a point guard Just because you can dribble and you can play it that don't mean what you would so it takes away from him Yeah, because not only because he just can't like you get to he could just go worried by getting his but when you to point You do have to think about I still got Katie over here. I still got Bradley Beale over here Yeah, so they when they So when they removed Chris Paul,
Starting point is 00:04:27 I believe Chris Paul was plenty good. I'm not saying Chris Paul is still at that elite level. But with Book and KD, he's more than enough. I agree because Chris Paul is cerebral, meaning, he knows how to get Book the ball in spots to where he can be effective. You know what I mean? He took the pressure off him as far as handling. Hey look, you just come out here and score the ball.
Starting point is 00:04:52 I'm gonna make sure we get it to you and you sweet spots and you go to work. I think they had great complimentary pieces around him before they made these trades and they put him at the point and try to use him a la like a James Harden to where he is. That's not what he is. And facilitate, and it just hadn't planned out for him. Yeah, I agree.
Starting point is 00:05:11 Oh. The Ringer updates their top 100 players ranking. Let's dissect, here's the top 16. It's on your screen, let me know what you think. You got Yoke at one, Shay Shay at two Yannis at three Luca at four Steph at five and man is six Tyrese Halliburton At seven Mitchell eight Brunson nine Tatum ten Vicky Wimby Yamma 11 LeBron 12 AD 13 KD 14 Kauai 15 KD 14, Kawhi 15, Cade Cunningham 16. So y'all, are we just basing this on the playoffs?
Starting point is 00:05:53 Cause ain't no way, ain't no way, look and Halliburton is unbelievable. Halliburton is not the seventh best player in the NBA guys. J.O., you played in Indiana, you know that. Joe, you played in the NBA for 16, 17 years. He's not the seventh best player, J.O. I'm sorry. He's not 16 17 years. He's not the seventh best player jail. I'm sorry He's not quite there yet I still think LeBron is the top. He's it and they got the bro at top 10. Yes, that's crazy
Starting point is 00:06:18 Yeah, I don't know be coming up with these lists man, uh, they be trying to rage bait, and it be working on me. Yeah, you know what? That's this. See, they do it for the conversation, because they know we going to. Yeah. Oh, you're the out on foot for sure. Yeah, yeah. So the top three, I can live with.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Because even though Shay wasn't the MVP, Yogi's that dude. Yeah. Wait. Yogi's is him. Yogi is him. You're gonna have to go a lot of years before you find somebody as skill, offensively as skilled as him.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Right. Yeah. Hold on, let me say Tyrese Hathaburn shouldn't be at seven, right? He's not the seventh best player in the NBA. Who's not the seventh best player in the NBA? Should he be off the list? I ain't saying he should be off the list,
Starting point is 00:07:03 but I, man, I'm not taking him, I'm not taking him over LeBron. I'm not taking him away D. I'm not taking them over KD Kawaii healthy. Mm-hmm, right So he down that towards the bottom or something. I mean top 20 maybe I'm taking them over choir You take it over, Kawhi. Yeah, right now. Yeah. Hey, you taking them over, D-Book. D-Book ain't even on the list.
Starting point is 00:07:30 That's, yeah, that's great. You can take them over. I'm serious. I think, you know, they being a prisoner of the moment because Book was 19. Book was 19. You say he better than AD? Uh, no.
Starting point is 00:07:50 J-O, you gotta take your heart out of it, J-O. Gotta take your heart out, J-O. We- we- hey, you gotta keep it one- one- Gotta take your heart out, J-O. Hey. Yo, I know. I know. I know. Cause you probably gon' see him, but we gotta take your heart out. Nah, come on, bro. You know, you know how I like.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I'll give a damn. I'll give a damn about all that shit. You know? Be honest. Hey, Jail, we're from the side. You call it we do. We gotta be honest. We can't lie now. So I'm... I guess it depends on how you look at this. If he comes out... Okay, let me show this question.
Starting point is 00:08:20 If he comes out and he looks the way he look when he had 30 point triple double the rest of the way, how would you feel? Yeah, but I haven't seen enough of that because what you just told us earlier He gave us a 30 point triple double then he come back and give us a give us a 15 pointer Well and not be and be passive Well, and I think that some of that is the same thing we see with Anthony Davis because we've seen Anthony Davis give us a 50-20 game, and then the next game he give us 12 and eight.
Starting point is 00:08:47 You're like, AD, really, dude? Well, I can say this, though. I remember my last year was with the Golden State Warriors. Yes. And with Steph Curry. Are you Steph Curry, for example, right? Steph was kind of in that in that development stage. He was kind of, you know, on the, on the doorstep of like start a superstar, right.
Starting point is 00:09:07 And he kind of had those, you know, I remember against the Clippers in the first time, he kind of had that up and down, maybe not to the point of what Tyrese is far as not taking shots, you know, until late in the fourth quarter. But that's what it reminds me of, right. If, you know, he, he is like at the door trying to understand what it looks like to be a superstar. Right. And so that's why I say it's hard to like say yes or no right now, because if he comes in and turn this thing up and have a great run in this thing, that could be a spearhead to him to take the next step to saying he's the
Starting point is 00:09:39 top. Yeah. So you're right. Okay. I'm gonna be better. You asked me that was as of today right now. So no, he's not a top 10 player, but I think he's close. okay. I'm gonna be better you guys that was it as a today right now So no, he's not a top template, but I think he's close. Yeah, I agree Hey look if I'm sitting at home and and and I'm Joel and bead or I'm John Moran. I'm looking at this list I'm pissed. I'm like a look the next one they come out. I guarantee I'm being top 15 on that Yeah, no, I know those guys have been bogged down with injuries, you know, but when they healthy, they're low, they're low.
Starting point is 00:10:15 Yeah. I mean, it's hard for me to see that, that Steph Curry, and I know Steph is great, but I don't think he's seven spots better than LeBron. Oh, he got to take your heart out too, though. I know Steph is great, but I don't think he's seven spots better than LeBron. Oh, he got to take your heart out too. I know. LeBron average more points, more rebounds, more assists. They won more games.
Starting point is 00:10:34 They shot. He shot better from the field. I mean, what we doing here, Jail? No, what was Steph this year? And, uh, what did he finish in the West? In the play-in. Oh, it was in the play-in? did he finish in the West? Was it in the play in the play? No, we are the Lakers with Steph. They were what was there?
Starting point is 00:10:53 They might have been. They hold on. They were seven. Yeah, they were in the play here. Yeah, for sure. No question that for 40 41, he's for sure top 10. That's that's crazy. 41, he's for sure top 10. That's crazy, I got myself. It's crazy to even say that.
Starting point is 00:11:08 Right. You know what I mean? Is he one? At Boogie One? What? Yeah. That is insane. Listen, we've all played a professional sport
Starting point is 00:11:19 and once you hit them 40s, even 38s, like it's different, man, to be able to take your body through that rigorous season, you know, year after year and still be a top tier guy, man, come on, man. They gotta put more respect on their man name. I think, I think Brian is like, it's like people fatigued, right?
Starting point is 00:11:42 Yeah, they do. They're giving them credit, they're fatigued. Absolutely. And I think to a point, they're getting fatigued with Right? Yeah. They're giving them credit. They're fatigued. And I think to a point, they're getting fatigued with Yolkage. Right? Yeah. Just could have easily won it, won a fourth and. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:51 Right. So, you know, I think people need something else new to talk about because if you keep saying the same thing about LeBron greatness, you know, people aren't going to retweet. I always think that everything come back to can you repost or retweet it? Right. But, you know, hell yeah. It's the first thing that everything come back to, can you repost or retweet it, right? Do you believe it? You just did it. But, you know, hell yeah,
Starting point is 00:12:07 Bron is one of the best ever to play the game. So he, and at 41, 40, 41, he for sure, he might be top eight. All right, Jermaine, we're gonna, J-O, we're gonna get you out here on this one. LeBron's response to the No Bag comments in Mind the Game podcast, and shuts up haters. He says, I see it all the time.
Starting point is 00:12:26 I be on social media and he be like, LeBron has no bag, LeBron has no bag. I'm sitting here with 50 billion points. That's it. That's like, it's safe. But what else you gonna say about that? I mean, All these people that got bags,
Starting point is 00:12:40 let me ask you a question. Of all the people that got bags, how many of them gonna have more points than LeBron? Nobody. Nobody. Nobody. So, I'm talking about, whoever got the bag, whoever we think has a bag, Kyrie, James Harden,
Starting point is 00:12:53 Steph Curry, who else we think got bags? Who gonna have that many points? Nobody. Hey listen, I don't think Michael Jordan had a bag like that. When you talking about Hamill, he was just effin'- Yeah, yeah, he don't think Michael Jordan had a bag like that. When you talking about handles, he was just efficient. Yeah, he wasn't as committed. Yeah, he wasn't the head of that thing
Starting point is 00:13:10 like Kyle Ri or Steph Curry. But he was efficient, getting to his spots. And when he raised up the shoe, it wasn't nothing you could do. You just had to hope he'd miss. Yep. But let me ask you, but isn't there nothing? And I am a Jordan fan, right? So, you know, I respect the greatness of LeBron
Starting point is 00:13:27 and the greatness of Kobe, right? Like, why is it in basketball, we gotta tear down one to love the other? Yeah, that's almost every sport. That's what debate television is doing, J.O. When you pick one, you gotta holla, I gotta accentuate my guy While all the wild addressing the flaws of your guy
Starting point is 00:13:48 And in the law and addressing the flaw it looks like I'm hating but I'm just pointing out weaknesses in his game While accentuating the highs of my guys game Ultra is it happening that way in football from a quarterback perspective? Yeah, yeah. Yes all the time because we like Brady my homes we had Paid manning. Yeah, you do you do that was debate because you got to pick a side The days of like straddling the fifth you used to be well, I like them both now You can't you can't be on TV. You can't be on radio You can't be on podcast because you can't be on radio,
Starting point is 00:14:25 you can't be on podcasts because people go, well hell, I coulda said that. Right, right. Yeah, but I'm not saying no damn rules of Peyton and Brady versus Brady or whoever else, the way that you see it on Braun. Like I see, it's like this, it's like well Jordan did this and this,
Starting point is 00:14:41 or LeBron didn't do this or vice versa, right? It's like they ain't no social media. I'm like, why is that such a devout? It didn't used to be like that until debate television came along, J.O., because there was never a situation where we were debating Bird and Magic like that. We didn't do it like it is.
Starting point is 00:15:00 But here's the thing. Prior to this, nobody had ever had what LeBron had. The points, the rebounds, the assists, the all-MBAs, the all-stars, the MVPs, the finals MVPs. So nobody was really even close to really have a comparison because nobody had been a four-time finals MVP. LeBron got that. Nobody had that many MVPs. So when you started and see Biggs, we completely removed Biggs from the equation. Kareem got six MVPs. Ain't nobody talking about Kareem. Russell got five.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Chamberlain got four. But nobody talk about the Biggs because man, somebody got to get them the ball. The other guys that we talk about, they can take the ball and do what they need to do themselves. So it is. That's where we are now. But it's only in sports where you can have a comparable comparison because you don't see it in baseball. Ain't nobody being compared to Barry Bonds.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Nobody being compared to Walter Johnson or Greg Maddox or all these great, it's just, for whatever reason, it's basketball and football. Oh, that damn boy LeBron James, damn boy LeBron James. He, LeBron James, he, he. How many, we gonna get to, how many more years did he play, J.O.? You gave him one year, two year, three years?
Starting point is 00:16:17 I think he done after this year. You think he done after the year, okay, 23. You know, Bryce, Bryce could be eligible to come to the NBA. If he do that, I'ma go with him. Right, if he can get, if he can get both his kids in there, that first of all, that'd be, that'd be amazing to be able to be honest. But, um, to just see that man play with his son and there that first of all that'd be amazing to be able to be honest but to just see that man play with his son to have that level of longevity that consistency
Starting point is 00:16:54 you know to keep yourself together and still play at the highest of levels it's not gonna see that again you ain't gonna never see that again that's historic historic you know when you think about you think about today's players today's game You know, when you think about today's players, today's game, the type of money they're making, like the grind that you gotta put into that, you know what I mean? To have that type of longevity, I can't see it happening again, guys. They record, whenever he's done, however many points he put up, man, ain't nobody catching that. I don't see it either because I don't know if anybody, because he's been the one guy that's been able to play and avoid the big injury.
Starting point is 00:17:31 Yeah. Everybody's had a knee. We see guys getting Achilles and things like that, J.O. LeBron James has been able to avoid that injury. Those type of injuries that sideline him for 50, 60 games or an entire season. Well, I say to y'all, y'all know this. Oh, hand.
Starting point is 00:17:50 We talk about the physical ability and what it takes to put that together. But we know when we on the other side of the hill, mentally and emotionally. Y'all bad. You see it coming. You know it. But talk to yourself. Are you hurting? Body aching?
Starting point is 00:18:04 Knees hurt? Ankle bad? Yeah. Yeah, you see it coming. You know, but talk yourself into you hurt body aching knees hurt Man you don't even want to go to the bathroom jail your body hurt the ankle the knees hurt so bad like I Think I could watch that the weight what time is it? Yeah, I got another two hours I ain't walk barefoot in almost 18 years, but I don't walk barefoot in almost 18 years, bro. I put out a walk barefoot in you. I hurt too bad. Yeah. I got a, I got a, I walk around with crocs or sandals
Starting point is 00:18:33 in my house. I can't put my bare feet in, baby. Hey, I ate. All right, J-O, man. Appreciate that, man. Appreciate you breaking down the game with the Jordan's again, man. Hey, come back again soon.
Starting point is 00:18:44 All right, bro, anytime, man. I appreciate y'all having me. All right, J- game with the joiners again, man. Hey, come back again soon. All right, bro, anytime, man. I appreciate y'all having me. All right, bro, I appreciate you. All right, bro, I appreciate you. It's sad. All right, here we go. Ocho, this is, now we in your realm. Lamar Jackson is now the only AFC starting quarterback
Starting point is 00:19:00 without a Super Bowl appearance. AFC North, yeah. Aaron Rodgers, he beat the Steelers in Super Bowl 35? Well, I don't know what to say, but he beat the Steelers, so he's been the one. Joe Burrows been the one. We know Flacco's been the one. Lamar Jackson has not. Is, will this be the season
Starting point is 00:19:21 that Lamar Jackson gets to a Super Bowl? You know what, I don't know if it's gonna be the season, butar Jackson gets to a Super Bowl? You know, I don't know if it's going to be the season, but he will get that before he's done playing. I know that much. That AFC North is so unpredictable, especially with the Bengals. I'm not sure how they will start off this season. You can kind of count the Ravens in being in every season. As long as Lamar Jackson is there there regardless of what pieces he has around him
Starting point is 00:19:45 Him alone can get them to the playoffs by himself and then support as is always always been phenomenal And but you always know the Mar Jackson is gonna give you this It's like me when you watch when you watch the honest play on like you said, yeah He's gonna get 30 and you watch SGA play you don't give that 30. That's the same way Lamar Jackson is That's why he gets paid the big bucks. As far as the Super Bowl is concerned, I'm not sure if it will be this year, but if it is this year, it will be because
Starting point is 00:20:12 they go to the playoff games each week and they have no effing turnovers. No turnovers, that's the only reason that kept them out. Yeah, cause they went like nine weeks into regular season and didn't have a turnover, Ocho. Yeah. Yeah, and you get to the biggest game where it matters most and you turn it over twice.
Starting point is 00:20:31 And then you still almost had the opportunity to come back and win. Yep. But that's what it comes down to. So I'm excited for him. Even as a bangle man, I'm excited for Lamar in general to take my bangle stardom, you know, I can put that aside and actually root for the young bull,
Starting point is 00:20:50 man, to want to see him do well. You mean fandom? Yeah, what you said. What I said. Stardom. Oh, my bad, I meant fandom, yeah, you know, as much as I- We know what you meant, that's Ocho,
Starting point is 00:21:02 that's Ocho talking, y'all. Leave him, give him a break. That's Ocho. Yeah, I just I just I would just want to see him do well, man. Joe, what you think? Just a year? I think so. You know, they they they went on a great run I thought this past NFL season and for me, I feel like they got everything in their toolbox as far as defense, offensively, their high-power offensive machine and I Can see it happening? I can see it happening
Starting point is 00:21:33 You just need to get the one oh Joe That's it get that monkey off your back He's too good, I mean look at he could easily be a three time league MVP, Ocho. Yeah. He's got to. They cheated him. Look, this, I think this was like the second or third time this ever happened. Right.
Starting point is 00:21:55 A guy that, cause normally the guy that the quarterback that goes to the, that, uh, uh, is the all pro, he normally wins the MVP. Yeah. 87 it happened with Joe Montana. Joe Montana was the first team all-pro quarterback. John Elwood won the MVP. Did it happen another year? I think it happened two or three times. This was the second or the third time that it's happened. I know it happened in 87. 87 was the strike year. That was my sophomore year in college. I remember that. So you saying he just need to get there?
Starting point is 00:22:27 If he get there and play well, you know what they ask. Ain't nothing else he can do. It's kind of like when Tom lost to, when he lost to the Eagles, he threw for 500 yards. Yeah. They were like, well, he didn't stop anybody. He just needs, he needs to get there.
Starting point is 00:22:45 Let him get there. And then I worry about whether he plays well or not. I just want him to get there. That's all I want. I just want to, I don't want, I want to see him on that big stage. Yeah. That's a hell of a division he in.
Starting point is 00:22:58 That's a gauntlet boy. You got a, yeah. And you, and you think about it, you still got, look, because you got, in A AFC you got Joe Burrow, and you got him in the same division. You still got Mahone Boy, and you got Josh Allen. You mean now you just added Aaron Rodgers. And you got Aaron Rodgers in there.
Starting point is 00:23:15 You don't know what Aaron Rodgers you gonna get. You ain't gonna get the Aaron Rodgers of old, but you're gonna get glimpses, and then hot flashes of what he used to do. And that is just enough to get him still as fans hope and the organization in general, which is why they waited on his ass. I'm Michael Kassin, founder and CEO of 3C Ventures and your guide on Good Company, the podcast where I sit down with the boldest innovators shaping what's next.
Starting point is 00:23:42 In this episode, I'm joined by Anjali Sood, CEO of Tubi, for a conversation that's anything but ordinary. We dive into the competitive world of streaming, how she's turning so-called niche into mainstream gold, connecting audiences with stories that truly make them feel seen. What others dismiss as niche, we embrace as core. It's this idea that there are so many stories out there, and if you can find a way to curate and help the right person discover the right content, the term that we always hear from our audience is that they feel seen. Get a front row seat to where media, marketing, technology, entertainment, and sports collide, and hear how leaders like Anjali are carving out space and shaking things up a bit in the
Starting point is 00:24:28 most crowded of markets. Listen to Good Company on the iHeart radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Not all Steeler fans are excited about Aaron Rodgers signing with their team, especially this one. Let's take a look at this video, Jo and Joe. Today, June 5th, 2025, I'll never be a Steelers fan again. OK. Oh, the grass, making Jersey.
Starting point is 00:25:10 I'm burning all my stellar stuff. I mean, they're in the. Is this side of the. Rogers. I can't do this anymore. You kill us. You keep killing us. You let go. George Pickens. You know, I mean, you let go. Justin Fields, he could have he had a potential to be something.
Starting point is 00:25:28 It just it's crazy. It's sad. So again, today is my last day being a Steelers fan. So thank you, Rooney's. Thank you, Tomlin. You really did it. Hmm. Bye bye. I would have kept my jersey. I come back, oh Joe, if I don't like somebody joining the team, okay, I put my fan on my side.
Starting point is 00:25:54 When he leaves, I come back. Yeah, hey, listen, he lying. Because listen, if he a true Steelers fan, he'd be burning some recent jersey. He'd be burning Minka, man, Minka ain't been there in that goddamn long. He's a Steelers, Minka's still there. Oh, I'm thinking about Minka went from the Dolphins. But nah, nah, nah, nah, he ain't no real fan. He ain't no real fan.
Starting point is 00:26:17 He ain't no real fan. Hell nah, he ain't no real fan. A real fan gonna stay there, they gonna stay down. Wait, hold on, hold on, how you a Steelers fan, right? How you a Steelers fan, do you understand what you have at the quarterback position, right? Knowing you don't have a chance to win. What you have to play quarterback for you right now,
Starting point is 00:26:32 you've already seen before. But you mad Aaron Rodgers, who's eons better, even as bad as he was last year, eons better than what you have right now. But oh, now you don't wanna be a fan no more. You burning the Mingleford F Facts jersey? Come on now. I think you at least got to give it a chance. I mean, season ain't even started yet. You know, you get a long way from season. Yeah, I mean, you what? Probably about a hundred
Starting point is 00:26:55 days? You still got all of July, August? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, you still probably about 97 days, don't you? This is what Cam Hayward said. thoughts first off. Why me because Jersey that's bonkers second Why burn there are plenty of people that needs clothes third? You're going to regret it. Hmm. I Don't know about the bread part. I want to know what it is. When did this start burning Jersey? Joe it's the bar.'s when LeBron. Yeah, when LeBron did that, going to Miami, the decision. The choice, the decision, yeah. Yeah, them people went.
Starting point is 00:27:32 That was, I could be wrong, but that was the first time I saw it, I think. I could have been wrong. It might have happened before, but I don't recall seeing it. Hey, wait a minute, they burning jerseys? Didn't y'all pay for them? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:27:46 That's the first thing I said, how you burning something you paid for? A burn, it's a signed jersey. Hey, it's emotional decision, man. You know, some people can't control it, fellas. They can't control their emotions. They have to lash out. It's just part of...
Starting point is 00:28:01 Uh-oh, we gotta go with Joe. Guys, Jordan Love can't wait to face Aaron Rodgers when the Packers play the Steelers. The Packers visit the Steelers on Sunday Night Football week eight, and Jordan Love already has it circled on his calendar. It's going to be fun. It's going to be awesome.
Starting point is 00:28:17 I'm excited for it. I can't wait to be on different sides meeting up, and you know, we'll talk pregame, things like that, and hopefully we can exchange jerseys afterwards. I appreciate definitely the way Aaron, that A-Rod handled being in that situation. I think a big part of it, which he told me was he knew how it was for him being in the same position and the things that went through the way the situation might've been handled differently.
Starting point is 00:28:39 I think his perspective was I'm trying to go about it just a little bit differently, which I think was awesome. In my time with A-R differently, which I think was awesome. In my time with A-Rod, we had a great relationship. It was awesome being in the same room with him, being able to learn. He was amazing with everything, and I definitely appreciate the way he handled everything on the outside with obviously him leaving and me taking over. He's been very supportive of me since.
Starting point is 00:29:02 It's definitely helped me with some of the negativity that might've come with that. But A-Rod handled it like a pro and did very right by me. Hey, I think, what is it? Eight weeks, that's about halfway through the season, right? Yep. So I think a lot of it's gonna be determined
Starting point is 00:29:21 on how A-Rod holds up. What it gonna look like. If Kenny stay healthy, will he have fresh legs, you know, throughout this season to be effective or, you know, to be able to be that quarterback that still is needed to get over the hump. Yeah, I definitely think A-Rod learned being in a very situation that Jordan Love was in, came in, there was a three-time league MVP quarterback, a guy that had already been to the Super Bowl, had won a Super Bowl, been to another one, that wasn't very receptive of him being there.
Starting point is 00:29:54 And A-Rod said, you know, probably looked at it like, man, if I'm ever in that situation, I don't know if I handle it like that. Yeah. Takes a lot, I don't know if I handle it like that. Yeah. Tastes a lot. It's easy. It's, it's, it ain't easy. The better the player, the bigger the ego, Ocho. And we know who has to be, we know who has the bigger, the biggest egos.
Starting point is 00:30:15 They just do the best job of hiding it. I've told people that since I was on television 20 plus years ago, I say the guys with the biggest egos are the quarterbacks. They just do the best job of hiding it because they've been quarterbacks their whole life. Normally their dads or someone have been coaching and tell them how to do it. So, but you know, why receive the quarter? We just can't, we just couldn't help ourselves.
Starting point is 00:30:37 Oh, Joe. Right. Hey, look, if it came up, it's coming out. Yeah. Tell me something. Okay. Oh, Joe, he had just came off what? Two MVPs, right?
Starting point is 00:30:46 Back to back. Back to back MVPs. So, I don't know, maybe A-Rod's seen it right on the wall as far as him trying to move on, like y'all said. You know, he'd been in that position before. He's seen this movie before. It's a rerun to him.
Starting point is 00:31:00 So he probably didn't wanna be a part of that. Well, the thing was, they got tired of him holding the organization hostage. Well, I thing was that they got tired of him holding the organization hostage. Well, I mean, ain't nothing changed, right? So they're like, okay, they took the moment they drafted the quarterback, they took the power back and he knew it. Yeah, that's why they did it. That's why he was upset. And now and listen, listen, now I
Starting point is 00:31:21 got piggybacked based on you heard what you just said. Now you see why Tomlin Wasn't allowed to get a quarterback while Ben was still there based on a relationship that Ben had Where everybody upstairs because they understood it would piss him off and the relationship with them upstairs was much much much better than that of Been in a been in the head coach true. Yeah, I'm just throwing it at back. I'm throwing it back out there Been in the head coach true. Yeah, I'm just throwing it back. I'm throwing it back out there Jamar chase gave his Mount Rushmore NFL receivers. He got Antonio Brown Cooper Cup
Starting point is 00:31:53 Calvin Johnson Jerry Rice Ocho you like his list? I fuck yeah, a B Calvin Johnson, or you got him over malson to I Mean, no, that's his list. That's why That's why is his list, you got him over Mawson Teoh? I mean, no, that's his list. That's why. That's why it's his list, you know. I ain't going that far now. But listen, it is.
Starting point is 00:32:19 There's about 10 players on when you ask somebody's top five Joe, when it comes to receivers, it is based on preference at that point. It's based on the regards to what the numbers may be. When you say certain names like you can't go wrong. You just can't go wrong. It just comes down to preference on the type of player you like and what they did when they played. But there's so many that, that, that, that belong in that conversation. If you just take numbers away, I know it's always about numbers. Everything's always about numbers.
Starting point is 00:32:40 But when you talk about Jerry Rice and, and, and Randy Moss and Tio and AB and Megatron and Larry Fitzgerald Like it's all interchangeable except Rice. Rice is in the classic zone I also want to Justin Jefferson cheetah and I just you have to see Jared numbers after he turned 30 That's what I did Receiving yards at 40. Hey, I break down somebody broke it. Somebody broke it down on Twitter and broke it down. And I was like, what the hell? It was crazy. It was crazy.
Starting point is 00:33:12 He had like 10,000, he had over like 12,000 yards at the 30. 30, that's, that's. And a lot of that, it was a running league. But AB was phenomenal. I wish AB could have just like kept it together for a couple of more years. Oh, yeah. He had a stretch. So, Hey, he had about a six, seven, what six, seven year, eight year stretch.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Tell him I was, nobody could do nothing with him. No, Nathaniel, nothing. No man. That joke was quick as a cat on a hot tin roof. Hey, hey, hey. Oh, he was nice, boy. He was nice. Cooper Cup, the thing is, but if you think about it,
Starting point is 00:33:56 Ochoa, Cooper Cup really had that one season. That Triple Crown year? Yeah. Yeah. I don't think, I don't think, he might've had two seasons in which he had a thousand yards Yard before that actually it is you said it just right. He had two seasons previously before that. No, I think he had two seasons total Which and one of them was that triple crown season go pull up Cooper cook
Starting point is 00:34:18 Yeah, I think I could have scored I'm not gonna remember he tore his ACL remember not mistaken. Remember he tore his ACL. Remember that Super Bowl year, he tore his ACL. Wait. No, I thought- They played the Patriots in Atlanta? He had a thousand dollars even before that, I know. Cooper Cup, how many thousand yards he had? I think he had two. I guarantee he had two before that Triple Crown year. Watch.
Starting point is 00:34:42 He had two total. I told you. That's what I said. No, I said two, including the triple crown year. Not two before, two total, including the triple crown. That's it? That's it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:35:02 That's it. Okay. Okay. I am. That's it. Okay, okay. I am. Look, listen, listen, being able to cheat that triple crown man in his selfish. That's hard. That's difficult. That's difficult. That's difficult. Being consistent all year long, not getting hurt.
Starting point is 00:35:22 What do you want to say? Four time Pro Bowl running back Nick Chubb is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Houston Texans. The signing is contingent on Chubb passing a physical. The former Cleveland Brown running back would join the Texas running rushing attack led by Pro Bowl Russia Joe Mixon, Damian Pierce, Dara Agumbunwale, and fourth round pick Woody Marks out of USC. Oh Joe, you like this? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:54 I mean, yeah, I do. I like it. I like it. I mean, I'm not, does it take away some of the carries away from Joe? I'm not sure how that's gonna work. I'm sure they'll find a way to make it work. I don't think with Joe being a number one runner back
Starting point is 00:36:13 and bringing in another one, number, another number one. You just spell him, so I mean, look, you still got Damian Pierce there, you got a Goomba Wally. There's a lot of them. Yeah. Fourth round pick in Woody Marks. There's a lot of them. Yeah. Fourth round pick in Woody Marks. There ain't no guarantee he gonna make the team, Ocho.
Starting point is 00:36:29 Woo. Uh, uh, uh, Mick, uh, um, Chubb. Man, what is that? Stop playing, man. Come on, man, don't do that. To me, ain't no guarantee. Hey, I just seen Chubb score out in 750 pounds last week. Talk about he ain't gonna make no- It ain't a that. To me, ain't no guarantee. Hey, I just seen Chubb squatting 750 pounds last week. Tell you what, he ain't gonna make no.
Starting point is 00:36:47 It ain't a power lifting me. Hey, listen, he's a power runner and he always has been. Ain't nothing pretty about him. Hey, when you look at Nick Chubb, when you're walking dressed, you know, in the locker room? Right. Where they had the little mannequin on the wall. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:00 With all them fans. That's Nick Chubb. That's how you run the ball. Well, listen, he's a down-hit runner, man. He's really good. He relies on his offensive line to get him going. And I don't know. I just, I don't really like that move
Starting point is 00:37:19 of having two number ones or two really, really good running backs on the team like that. I mean, it's similar, but there is two of the same type of backs. I can see if you had something like a Jemarie Gibbs and the David Montgomery, but you got two, two of the same things in the backfield really, or maybe I could be wrong. Yeah. Maybe I could, I could be wrong.
Starting point is 00:37:40 But mixing catches the ball a little more. He's a little more shifty. He's not the kind of, he's not really the same type. Joe Mixon is kind of more like a Damon Pierce. He more of a power runner. I don't really know what he marks. So I don't really know a whole lot about him. So I can't speak to that.
Starting point is 00:37:53 But Joe got a little bit more wiggle, little bit more twitch to him than the Chubbys. Chubbys all power. When you squat 600, 700 pounds, you're a power runner. Yeah, I mean, hell, I would do that in high school. I mean, so... Damn. All right, that's a nice little combo back there, though. Nice little combo. Big fella.
Starting point is 00:38:18 Ocho still ain't payin' me my money, Titus. What you talkin' about that? Man, when I get back to Atlanta, I'm gonna put my big boy on the screen They look exactly like that black man. Yeah like man with that with that tan coat exactly like Joey where Joe now you need I'm in Detroit Okay, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. We got, I'm out here with my big three team, Detroit Amps. We're doing a little mini training camp before we take off to Chicago this upcoming weekend
Starting point is 00:38:53 and playing our first game. So, hey look. Okay, okay, is it on TV? Oh yeah, it's gonna be on CBS, baby. You already know Prime Time, stop playing. Ooh, y'all got money, boy. I'm gonna be tuned in now. Come. Oh, y'all got money. Well for the beyond me too Come on now. Come on now. Yeah. Hey, I don't know if I'm gonna buy you dog food. Oh Joe. Oh Joe got your 5900 man
Starting point is 00:39:17 What you got your buddy hey City lamb speaks about the worst- ever contract holdout in 2024. He missed all training camp and mandatory mini camps in 2024 offseason. The Cowboys and Lamb found middle ground with less than two weeks left in the season opener. CD talked about missing offseason practice session and it might have been impacted last year's performance. Oh I know what somebody overnight camp crew said but anyway honestly it was honestly, it was the worst It was the worst ever. Do you hear me for those who know me?
Starting point is 00:39:48 They know how serious I take this football stuff like with everything in me I pride my body mind soul everything I got into winning and the result of it and obviously preparation goes into that You know and for me to miss out on right preparation with my team my quarterback my guys just building those bonds off the field Whatever the case may be you know what I'm saying like I missed out on that Hey, I agree fellas look rhythm and timing you can't make that up. You cannot make that up You got to be out there. You got to be in the thick of you got to be Tuned in and I thought that the entire season like man CD gonna come back He probably gonna have a week of preparation. It ain't gonna be tuned in. And I thought that the entire season, I'm like, man, CD gonna come back. He probably gonna have a week of preparation.
Starting point is 00:40:27 It ain't gonna be no good, yeah. You know what I mean? My thing was worried about him getting nicked. Ocho, you know how it is, man. When you come in there and they try to put all, they try to get, all the time that you miss, they try to put it back in a couple of practices. And now you got soft tissue, you got a calf,
Starting point is 00:40:43 you got a hamstring, you got a quad, you got an adductor or something like that. I'm like, damn, bro, I just got here. Let me build up. I ain't got to get all these practices back in two days. Hey, look, that's probably why they, they probably blowing up your phone, making sure you're working out, getting a little training on your own versus just kind of sitting around waiting, you know, to kind of see if things going to pan out. But yeah, I agree, man. I think having this off season with the crew, I think they're gonna, I think them boys are gonna be much better this year, Ocho. Yeah, they're gonna be all right. They're gonna be all right. Listen, I said they were gonna be
Starting point is 00:41:15 all right anyway. Even if they didn't have George Pickens, I think it would have been a better year for them. But that addition to him offensively, I don't know what they would look like defensively, but offensively, I know them boys finna shake some thangs, they finna shake some dykes now. And they didn't have no choice. Jerry didn't have a choice but to make a move like this with every other team in that NFC and proving around them. Yep. Look what the commander's doing. Look at the Eagles. We out of here, you already know what the Eagles doing. So in order to compete in that NFC by itself, just in your division alone,
Starting point is 00:41:47 forget getting to the playoffs, I need to be able to compete in my own division. You got to improve as much as you can and stop playing around and hurry up and play Micah. We'll be waiting for on that end. They do. He does the same thing with every player every year. Every year. I don't understand what Jerry. I don't trying. He tried to circumvent David Mugaleta. And I like Michael Michael, like I don't have to be, I don't have to be the highest paid. I'm saying that publicly behind the scenes. Go get that money. Dave. Thank you. Thank you. Go get that money. Dave. I'm saying that all the right things publicly.
Starting point is 00:42:24 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But proudly, hey, when that contract is announced, I'm the high paid non-quarterback. I lead Frog Chase. As it should be. Jalen Carter says, hamburger helper is his favorite food.
Starting point is 00:42:42 My mom cooks hamburger helper. I love it. I could eat it every day. She calls me to come eat. And when I get the plate, it's gonna be a minute. Yeah. That's my, hey, you're a real one. You're a real one.
Starting point is 00:42:56 Hamburger helper. I never forget them days, boy. What you talking about hamburger helper? I ain't never had no hamburger helper. Man, stop it. You never what? You ain't never what? I had no hamburger helper. Man, stop it. What? You ain't never what? I had no hamburger helper.
Starting point is 00:43:08 Man, come on man, see, you know what? That's another story, you know what? My grandma ain't had no money helper. So unless you got money helper, you can't get no hamburger helper. And hamburger helper, you know, it's very inexpensive, even still to this day now. I'm gonna have to have, get me some.
Starting point is 00:43:26 Oh man. Hey, fuck. Ain't nothing. Ain't nothing. You ever had cream of wheat? I've had cream of wheat. I, I'm a grits guy. Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:38 Joe, you grits the cream of wheat. Cream of wheat. Yeah. You f**king all this all about cream of wheat? Yeah. I mean, I ain't, I ain't no grits guy. My granddad used to use that evaporated milk with the cow in the can. You know what I'm talking about?
Starting point is 00:43:52 Boredens. Yeah. Well, like, okay. Okay, you know your stuff. Bro, we used to, I wasn't, you know what, Ocho? It wasn't until I got grown that I realized that you weren't supposed to drink that. You weren't supposed to eat that. You cooked with that milk.
Starting point is 00:44:05 I was wondering why my stomach was always toe up. I was like, every time I eat cereal. Joe, I was like, dang. I was like, why my stomach, every time I eat cereal, my stomach be messed up. It wasn't until I got grown, you're supposed to cook with evaporated milk. You don't supposed to just eat. Look at Joe. Yep.
Starting point is 00:44:28 And then he comes to that shit with thick as hell, boy. Man. Running through me like water through a foreign tourist. You know what I'm saying? Hey, we used to get some serious eating jokers, boy. I'm talking about at least five, six bowls a day. Oh, no. Yeah, man. Yeah, yeah, Mike. Like, you know, hey, I tell you what, you better let,
Starting point is 00:44:48 hey, you better make that cereal last until granny get another paycheck. You eat four, five bowls if you want to, you gonna go a whole week or two without it. Hey, oh, that was the only one in the house. Mom be at work. Hey, I'll be, I'll have some cereal. I'm gonna go through some cereal.
Starting point is 00:45:02 But hey, it wasn't no, we eating corn flakes. Mm-hmm. Corn flakes. Hold on, hold on. The big corn flakes with that big old roost on there. But you ain't getting all that other stuff. No Cheerios, no Frosted Flakes, all that other stuff. Fruit loops and dig'em smacks and cinnamon toast.
Starting point is 00:45:19 You wasn't getting none of that. Mm-hmm. You know, we did have some of them king vitamins. And don't hit your mama talking about there's only a little bit of milk left. It ain't enough milk for the cereal. Boy if you don't add some water to that shit. If you don't add some water to that milk. Hey, Ojo put a little water in that thing and shake that thing up so you can, cause if you don't shake it up good, that water gonna be sitting right there on the top. Oh I remember them days.

Starting point is 00:47:10 Alright Ocho, we got something. The owner's box posted a picture asking, you're staring down the barrel of a 10 hour flight nonstop. The question is simple. Who are you sitting next to? Okay. Let me see. Oh, good. Yeah, how they get me next to Mike Tyson? Where I'm at? I'm on there?
Starting point is 00:47:34 Yeah, they should have had me and you on there. I don't see me. Where I'm at? Oh, there we go. You're not. That's what I'm saying. They should have had me and you. They put me with Mike Tyson. Hey, hey, hey, put me next to Anna AB, boy. I know they gonna cut up. Put me next to, I wanna be next to Chuck in a shack. Ha ha ha ha.

Yeah. Who number nine? Who them people? I don't know. I'm trying to think who I'm flying with. Nah, see I can't be in what you call them. I can't be in Buckhead, my knee bad.
Starting point is 00:48:49 You and Mike gonna be up there chilling, boy. You think you can't? Oh yeah, that Buckhead, boy. I'm the same way, I can't sit up there neither, man. I gotta stick this leg out in the aisle. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, they be putting the rolling cart over my toe. Hey, I'm sitting in the eight, boy. Yeah, yeah, hey, maybe a they were putting the rolling cart over my toe

See you got big summer Yeah, you got some else on Joe All right I'm damn who was that at 12 that breath up hey hey hey look I need that a god need to leave my head on the other day or that when I go to sleep you hear me yeah oh Joe and it got me in the middle. And I guess you could, you could sit in number 11, or you could sit in 12, that's all you got. I'm gonna sit next to Caitlin Clark and Angie Reese.
Starting point is 00:49:53 Okay. I'm gonna talk their head off. I'm gonna tell them, yeah, what y'all gonna do on this 10 hour flight? Y'all gonna teach me about goddamn basketball. That's what we gonna do. about goddamn basketball. That's what we gonna do. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:04 Hey. Hey, I'm the wrong person to sit next to on a flight, boy. I will talk your head off. You have 10 hours? Oh, man. Oh, check this out, Ocho. TSA is sick of people using their Costco cards as real IDs. TSA is reminding travelers that Costco membership is not
Starting point is 00:50:27 a valid form of ID for airport security. This is what TSA tweeted. We love hot dogs and rotisserie chicken as much as the next person, but please stop telling people that Costco card counts as real ID because it absolutely does not. Yeah. Man, people need to stop being up there being funny. That when they set your ass out of line, you know damn well ain't no Costco card, no real ID. Right. It need to be government issued. Right.
Starting point is 00:50:53 Hey, do you have Costco card? I don't anymore. I used to. You used to. So I'm assuming it looks exactly like your issue ID, huh? Well, they got, is your picture on Costco ID now? Probably so. Oh, got, is your picture, is your picture on Costco ID now? Probably so. Oh, so your picture.
Starting point is 00:51:06 Nah, it needs to be, you need to have a passport, driver's license, some type of valid ID. Costco ain't it. That's funny. Costco. All right, last segment of the evening, it's time for Q&A. Marco Polo TV said, SGA, PGA, the thrills equal J-Wheel chat at home with the grand keep NBA live, OKCN5.

I Think they're gonna show up and show out in Indiana Well, that's um put it on the light, I think they gonna show up and show out in Indiana. Well, that's something, put it on the floor. Make it light on yourself, partner. Something to make him nervous. Something to make him nervous, Joe. Hey, cause he down, you down now. Cause y'all remember that 100 you said again?
Starting point is 00:52:37 Come on, don't start acting crazy with me tonight, man. Come on now. I'm down, it's even. Oh, okay. Now, you still down, you still down from the Knicks series. Remember we betted the Knicks series, they lost that series, did you forget? Think about it, take your time.
Starting point is 00:52:55 Okay, yeah. Well, I owe you 100 now. Cause we in this series, we even, we going game by game. I thought we weren't game by game in the, we didn't go game by game in the nixon I don't don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. It was a hundred dollars. It was a hundred dollars for the series Don't do that. That's crazy how that was a hundred dollars for that series And I said we changed it up because this is the finals. So we're doing it game by game. Okay
Starting point is 00:53:18 Okay, say less you down a hundred I'm like, oh how long I gotta wait man? I gotta wait till the series over before I get more cause I ain't gonna never get it, it's 5900. It ain't, he's drawing at least 800 of interest on that. Yeah, you got Apple Play, you got Zil, I can send it to you right now. Yeah, I got all that, I'm gonna send it to you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:37 All right. I sure wish you put mine on a little debit card and shoot me my money. I been asking you to download the app. Go put it on a debit card and send me the debit card. Why I gotta do all that? See now, you want me to do all that but you don't want to do nothing. Do all what?
Starting point is 00:53:57 All you have to do is pick up your phone, go to the app store, download, put the information and I'll send you the money. It's pretty simple. Hey Ocho, can you go get a debit card, put 5900 on it and send it to me? And Dan Smith said, Halle hasn't played well so far. Look at his field goal percentage. Our test tells me OKC is the superior team.
Starting point is 00:54:19 OKC should be kicking themselves because if they finished for 48 minutes, they should be up 2-0. OKC in five. Yeah, something wrong with your ass. Something wrong with your ass. Because your ass is not going to tell you the whole story. The eyes are going to tell you what you see right now. The eyes are going to tell you what you're going to see in the future.
Starting point is 00:54:36 Your eyes are always fool you. The naked eye is something you never believe. It leads you wrong. Every time. Dr. Frank L. Bellamy, what's up doc? Hey fam, let's play clash of the courts. If you need one of them to take over in crunch time, who got better handles to win the game? Iverson or Kyrie? Joe?
Starting point is 00:55:00 Oh man. Oh, that's a good one. Pure handles is Kyrie. Yeah. Oh, man. Oh, that's a good one. Pure handles is Kyrie. Yeah. I was the head to crossover. I was ahead.
Starting point is 00:55:12 You unpack that thing like Kyrie though. Now, but they got the string. But they both were great finishes though for this. Oh, yeah. You know what I mean? Like I got them long arms. You know what I mean? AI got them long arms you know what I mean like they they they were amazing finishers for their sizes so
Starting point is 00:55:31 I'm probably gonna go I'm probably gonna go AI I bet I'm gonna take Kai yeah yeah what we talking now what you what we talking again who got better handles to win the game? Both of them gonna be able to get whatever shot they want to get wherever they want to get to on the court because they Can't handle the ball Hey, I was mainly a crossover type of a guy. Huh? Yeah Kyrie could crossover he could talk talk talk talk talk talk Yeah, and he he go he shoot it with the left and the right carry and it right Ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta from their injury. But man, that's a tough one, man. Hey, look, I played against, obviously I played against both of them, but man, let me tell
Starting point is 00:56:31 y'all something. AI, he came to Atlanta, we played the Sixers one night, and our security guy, he came to shoot around the next day, he's like, oh yeah, we got Philly tonight. AI was out until five o'clock this morning, morning he can get back to the hotel about six in the morning I said oh yeah we good man that man draw 55 on us I'm not like listen listen uh Ocho we couldn't do nothing he was so victory like you know even when you play good defense it's like he'll squeeze through the cracks, and his leg-up game was impeccable, bro.
Starting point is 00:57:07 That man and his mid-range game was nice, too. Like, he... Come on, Joe, y'all let the bad drop, 55? 55, that man in Magic City all night, man. That man, 55, drunk, hungover and everything. Hey, dude, he a bad boy, man. When you can play the game, you can play the game. Yeah. I needed my wrist, I couldn't do that. I ain't gonna tell nobody, I couldn't do that.
Starting point is 00:57:31 I'm talking about dead out there. If I stay out there late, doing all that, dead. I ain't got nothing for y'all. Man, that man come in, I'm talking about 55 off rip. Hey, guess what? That ain't even the bad part. The man got kicked out the game. It's going 55? And guess what? They ain't even the bad part. The man got kicked out the game. They gave him two. It's going 55? That man scored 55. We still in the win. The game, he got kicked out with like four minutes left.
Starting point is 00:57:52 They was only down by like six points. I was happy he got up out of there. Yeah, that man got kicked out. He got ejected out of the game, 55 points. That boy wasn't, I don't know what it was. You know, we had, at the time, Tyronnue, he was a point guard. That's, that's my, that's my guy. So I don't know if he got a thing for T-Lue or what, but boy, he was at us. You hear me? And you know, you know, I'm, I'm, I don't know why when we talk about players with handlers,
Starting point is 00:58:24 right? How come we never add Jamal Crawford to that? Is it because he came off the bench? No, no, Crawford got handles. Hey, he got a package to that. Yeah, Rod Strickland. Rod Strickland get pat the rock. Isaiah get pat the rock. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I'm talking about like Kyrie and Jamal. Rod Strickland get pat the ball, yes.
Starting point is 00:58:43 And his finish, Rod Strickland finishing game was just as impeccable. That's Kyrie and Jamal. Rod Strickland was your pet the ball. Yes. And his finish. I didn't know that. Rod Strickland finishing game was just as impeccable. That's Kyrie Godfather. Yeah. Okay. I didn't know that. I didn't know that. Yeah. I know that. That boy Cole. Okay. Oh, Rod Strickland was like that. Yeah. He was. Okay. Uh, uh, Jason Williams, a white chocolate. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:00 Half. Yeah. Oh. Hey, not with, hey, the epitome of entertainment with the ball in his hands, man. Yeah. And he about to, he's passing that bitch off the shoulder and all, man. Stop playing with him, fam. I know, he's cold, bro. He took the lead by storm when he came into the league.
Starting point is 00:59:15 Like, man, who is this white chocolate dude? Yeah, he's a winner again. And he had all type of tricks in the lane. Man, stop playing. Hey, dude on Instagram, Instagrams, you played basketball, named J. Lou. You ever seen that, his Instagram? I played in a park run with J. Lou a couple of months ago.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Me and him was on the same team playing 303. J. Lou got it. You know the craziest thing about J. Lou? Had probably three ACL surgeries, but the man grew up doing ballet, Ocho. Oh, I did ballet too, for my ballets, for my ballets, when I was playing in the off season. All right, now he really did ballet, Ocho, I'm serious.
Starting point is 00:59:56 All my kids, I'm not swear to God. Yeah, I ain't playing, I ain't playing this time. I did ballet. Yeah, J. Lou, he told me he used to do ballet as a kid growing up. That's how, like, he's so slithery, like... His footwork. Wait, that's where my footwork come from. Okay, that... Hey, three ACLs and he's still moving like that?
Starting point is 01:00:14 Yeah, hey, man, say that, like, two, three ACL surges, but, you know, the ballet is what's got his step like that. What's got him moving like that, yeah. He's saucy with it. He's CG real real. He's serious. He's serious. Six Foot Aquarius said,
Starting point is 01:00:30 what team was the most unlikely team to win it all who actually did in recent memory? What team was the unlikely team to win it all? Hold up. Most of the team that have won it all, right, is for the championship. You did probably the Raptors. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:51 2019. Yeah. What, the Kawhi shot? Yeah, that was to beat Philly. But they beat Golden State, because you know, they beat Golden State. And he was hurt. He came back, tried to thug it out with that with that uh with that
Starting point is 01:01:07 And he ended up tearing his Achilles. Yeah. Yep. He had a calf injury. Yep. Yep Yeah, Cal Simpson uncle no Cho is a given barn injury D Henry rushing with 2k Thanks to Adam Sandler how many are L Jack rushing for this season at least a thousand Do you hope 600? And let L. Jack do all that? Yeah, I say 1500, easy. For Lamar? No, for D Henry.
Starting point is 01:01:36 Oh, he asked about Lamar. No, he said, well yeah, he's asking how many rush yards. D Henry, if he rushing for 2000, Adam Sandler's gonna cast him in a movie. Oh, yeah. He's asking, so rush yards. Dee Henry, if he rushing for 2,000, Adam Sandler's gonna cast him in a movie. Oh, yeah. He's asking, so he say it's a given, since Adam Sandler put that out there, that he's gonna run.
Starting point is 01:01:52 1,500 is a given. Now the extra 500, now if you get that on the back end, that ain't nothing but that's icing on the cake. Jay Andy said 85, did you catch the goal when you were waiting for the nation's lead? Yeah, absolutely. I saw I saw he had a nice goal He was you had a nice goal tying the game up when it was down to one I saw him get a sad scene go out with that injury though, but I'm glad they pulled it off from PK's
