Jerry Jones says he was so impressed by what he saw from Brian Schottenheimer tonight.
I'm proud of him.
He had us ready to play.
Said he felt sick for him that they didn't get the win for him.
I did.
I thought, I thought, uh, Shoddy, uh, shoddy, uh,
he had ever ready to play um i thought he called a really good game um look 24 34 but
dac had some drops that has some drop now i it's interesting ocho what did you what did you think
about um the unnecessary ruffice on ferguson i wish that it showed it again but it looked
like it was covered six because it looked like they had half and they played quarter it might
have been quarters but like that led him across he did a little bit a can ask you a question
to with the rules today what is he supposed to do what is he supposed to do i don't know he's
supposed to do i guess he's supposed to let him catch it first no that was a blanket i'm sorry i'm
sorry i'm sorry what is he supposed to do in that situation you have when you play football
you have to dislodge the ball they have to so you're handicapping the defense the
defense is already handicapped, where in a minute, they're going to be playing two-hand touch.
You've got to be able to make a play on the ball to dislodge the ball.
Like, I don't understand what the NFL is doing.
I understand you have to protect your players.
You do, but you also have to allow them and give them a chance to make a play on the ball
so it's not a touchdown.
Quarterback got to protect the player.
My job, and my job as a defensive player is not to protect an offensive player.
That's your job, quarterback.
back don't you hang him out to drive yeah you're right it is oh Joe he he's
bobbing the ball okay I'm gonna go low so I don't want to hit him in his head
but when he babbles the ball to fall if if his head is here and I'm going to try
to hit him in his body and he bobbed the ball and guess what he comes right
down to my area so what am I supposed to do I I don't I don't like it I don't
I don't like it I wish I wish there was a rule on a play like that that is a bang
It's a bang, it's a bang, bang play.
It's a bang, bang play.
What is he supposed to do?
Nothing.
Because like you said, it's bang, bang.
That's what that means.
I don't understand.
I don't understand.
And people don't understand.
It's like, bro, that's instantaneous.
I mean, you guys, you hesitate because we've seen guys like, oh, try to get an interception
and then the guy go out there and catch the ball.
Bro, don't want to.
worry about the interception.
Knock hell out of it.
Yeah, you got to.
You probably going to drop it anyway.
Speaking of interceptions and being more aggressive to the ball,
the beautiful one-hand catch, the hurricane.
The hurricane.
Now, I'm not talking about this game.
I'm just saying this.
Oh, oh, you know about a, yeah, yeah, that's safety.
Boy, the ball's supposed to be going another way.
As a, as a safety, be aggressive.
That ball's boat is going another way.
You're sitting there waiting for the falling in hands
and why you're waiting for the fall?
That's the difference in today's rules, huh?
You know what supposed to, no, you know what's supposed to happen?
Yo, your helmet's supposed to be rolling on the sideline.
Woo, woo, woo, woo, they're supposed to be backing up on the field.
My point, exactly.
And the doors are supposed to be swinging.
The door is supposed to be swinging open, and they come out.
That's what's supposed to be.
I'm sorry, Ocho.
That's what's supposed to.
That's the difference in today's game.
The dude catching the ball with one hand.
Hey, laid out backwards like he on the beach.
Perfect.
He's perfect.
That's how to stretch your habit, just like that.
That's how to, boy.
But see, that's the thing with the rules now.
When you got a targeting, you got defenses receivers, and you got all that,
that's what you allowed to happen.
You get guys catching ball with one hand.
pretty cross the middle your era my era or any era before oh who can't man please
not not not not that that area you know no no no no because that's really bang bang
boy they're going boy they're going to decapitate you not not me yeah we had we they had
big I'm talking about big go back and look when you go back and look at the nine
and you look at the hitters and you look at at water you look at uh oh you have
had Ronnie, you had Edward Ronnie, Dennis Milt,
you had David Fultcher, you had Mark Carrier,
you had Tim Hawke, you had Chuck Cecil.
Man, you what?
Okay.
My area, Donovan Darius, Don Lynch, Bob Sanders.
I'm talking about they coming to the party.
Ryan Russell, who knocked me out here at Bay Stadium.
I was out cold.
Man, please.
One hand, okay.
Man, please.
Well, you're about to have this one, I tell you, but the other one have been crossed your heart.
Lord, please let me survive, dear.
Please, I promise you, I ain't going to try to make no more pretty catches.
According to Adam Chepter, the Eagles were in a great bidding war for Michael Parsons.
However, the Cowboys refused to make a deal with their division rivals.
Ocho, I mean, for somebody that didn't think that much of Micah, he doesn't play to run.
Why would you train to the Eagles?
Listen, you know, Jerry ain't a fool.
You're in a fool.
You understand what you have.
You just didn't want to pay the product on what.
Hey, this is Matt Jones.
I'm Drew Franklin.
And this is NFL Cover Zero.
We think NFL coverage should be informative and entertaining.

We're just here to try to give you an NFL perspective a little bit different.
Did you see the Colts Pretzel?
That was my other big takeaway from that game.
What was that?
Looks like something that should not be sold.
Oh, my.
So that was my other big Colts take away.
They sold that?
Yes.
Might want to go back to the...
At the Colts Stadium.
Yeah, I might want to go back to the drawing board on that.
Yeah.
I thought the shape we had with pretzels was working pretty well.
It's smart for generations.
We're just here trying to enjoy it.
We hope you all will join us throughout the year.
And let's go.
I hope I'm as youthful as Pete Carroll is at his age.
He's a young 73.
He is a young 73.
He is Sprite.
I would say...
I would.

It's a touchdown.
Have you ever seen that one before?
Rookies making a name for themselves.
Run again.
We're getting as a bulldozer.
He is bouncing off defenders and dragged down.
And of course, the Eagles trying to win another Lombardi.
What a game.
What a season.
What a team.
Eagles fans savourage and rejoice.

The U.S. Open is here.
And on my podcast, Good Game with Sarah Spain, I'm breaking down the players from rising stars to legends chasing history.

Billy Jean King says pressure is a privilege, you know.
Plus, the stories and events off the court.
And of course, the honey deuses, the signature cocktail of the U.S. Open.

I mean, listen, the whole aim is to be accessible and inclusive for all tennis fans, whether you play tennis or not.
Tennis is full of compelling stories of late.
Have you heard about icon Venus Williams' recent wild card bids or the young Canadian, Victoria Mboko, making a name for herself?
How about Naomi Osaka getting back to form?

Listen to the NFL fantasy football podcast on the IHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever
you get your podcasts. His pride and ego. That got in the way. But having a deal with Micah twice
a year, you don't want the problem. You know you ain't want them problems. Come on now.
You asked me, Ocho, when we found out there it got traded, I said it was his e-eathe.
go come to find out they called jerry and told jerry whatever it takes we'll take the deal you
originally offered in march jerry told them no if he stays here in dallas he's going to play on
the fifth year option or he can leave you say as ego had done got in the way that's what's being
reported that that micha micha tried to call his representative said okay whatever it takes you
we'll play on that deal.
We'll do the five years.
Jerry says, no.
If he plays here, he's going to play on the fifth year option.
See, I'm probably that got in the way now.
And they're talking about, well, if he rubbed people the way he came to training camp,
he rubbed people that he was laying down on the table, the training table behind the bench.
If Charles Haley would hear, he would flip the table over.
See, that had to be somebody that said that Charles Haley would be there,
that had to be somebody not.
higher up that it was there when Hayley was there to know what Charles Hayley was like because
everybody on that team don't nobody know Charles. They hear stories but they don't know Charles
like if you played in the league or you've been around Charles you know Charles. Yeah,
you're right. You're right. So that sounds like somebody like a Stephen or somebody like that
that says something like that. But Jerry's pride once like Michael says, you know, hey, I want to be
a cowboy, hey, I'll take the five years, X, Y, M, Z, so forth and so, fine.
Nope.
If he plays here, he's going to play on the option.
Now, okay, okay, if I play on the option, you won't franchise me.
No, I ain't say that.
I ain't say nothing about that.
I said, if you play here this year, you'll be on the, you'll be on the fifth year option.
And I still have two franchise tags.
So that was the best thing.
I think it was the best thing for all parties involved.
bars was to go ahead and cut ties back to our originally scheduled programming no jerry was
never you know why you know why jerry wasn't going to trade because jerry don't believe anything
that he said about mika it's just his pride got in the way because let me know you let me tell you
how i know bill bellichick traded his starting quarterback to buffalo that's how so sure he was
that his quarterback was not that he traded him to end the division now who would trade a quarterback
If that quarterback, the chiefs would never trade Patrick Mahon to Denver, to the chiefs, to the Raiders, I mean, excuse me, to the Raiders, the charges ever.
That's how sure he was of Brady, huh?
Lamar Jackson is never going to get traded to the Steelers.
He's not getting traded to the Browns.
That ain't happening.
If you don't, if you believe that guy, he can't play to run, he stay hurt, trade him.
Yeah, man, he's like, hey, listen, he's of no value to you based on what you.
she was telling us that's what that's what you made that's what you made it look like they
he knew better that would now so you could play the run you know you couldn't play the
run but I don't remember at any point in time Jerry said anything about the run and y'all
was getting run on getting 300 yards 290 270 280 to blame on him basically putting
on this on him and nobody first of all ain't nobody getting no no no no no no no no no
linebacker to play the run all of them but the quarterback that's what you need
somebody you need somebody to chase down the guy that's playing 50 60 million
dollars and eventually you're about to get to 70 you need somebody to chase
him down matter of fact could you imagine that though I'm thinking about that
Jalen Carter and Michael Parsons you think they were destructive
hell no Jerry didn't want to think about that either you think they was
disruptive blast here no man
am i i'm so happy as football season man you don't understand right jolly uh the packers are in limbo
with michael parsons back injury matt lefleur offered no firm commitment regarding the plan
for parsons in the opener we'll see how it responds every day you know again we're hopeful
but no guarantees ocho if you're making the call do you hold michael micah out until his back
is fully healthy or do you want him to suit it?
Yeah, Mike is suiting up week one.
Michael's suiting up week one.
Listen, I understand he has some problems.
There are a lot of players.
That was one of the questions I asked today, uh, I'm not saying no names.
Boy, how are your body feeling?
How you feel going into the season?
Man, come on.
Now, you know we're coming out of training camp.
Everybody got something going on with it right now going in a week one.
Everybody, including this.
Michael back bothering right now.
Oh, he's going to be all right?
He's had enough time to rest.
He's had enough time.
If you got to take an epidural, he's going to,
take the epiduro but i tell you one thing week one who they play in the lions right no not
the lot of them they're playing lions i think yeah i guarantee you had two sacks against golf
i bet you that i wouldn't what i would my 47 million dollar man yeah you want it for one game
or do you want it for seven you want it for 15 he not he not he not he not hurt that bad um
he not heard well clearly with no firm commitment
me he's hurt that bad or the mere fact he's got to take an epidural how many guys take
epidurors oh i understand an epidur at some point time during the season or a playoff but
opening weekend yeah oh well yeah yeah that's tough i think you know exactly you ever had an upper
door yeah oh what uh well that was it when my my daughter got uh daughter was having a baby
what they got to do what you having them does i wanted to know what it felt like
So when she, you ain't got to feel, you don't feel nothing.
You ain't put you nothing out there.
That's why I got the epidural to make sure I can see what it felt like.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
You need to pull a, push your watermelon through a pee hole.
That's what you need to do.
That you know what it feels like.
I don't know, I don't know about that part.
Exactly.
So no.
I was trying, listen, sometimes you have to do situations like this when my,
when my oldest, yeah, my oldest, though,
my oldest daughter was being born.
I wanted to make the mother of my oldest,
So I wanted to make her feel comfortable.
So if she got epidural, hell, I got one too.
Say, look, look, Mama, I'm going to do it with you.
So don't be nervous.
But you ain't, but you're not pushing no baby out.
So it doesn't have no effect.
I know.
It's just the fact that let me show you, I can do it.
I'm going to do, I'm with you in this journey.
That's all.
That's all.
I know what you mean.
Oh, Joe.
All you did was get a shot.
You still ain't do nothing.
Well, you ever had epidural?
Yes, I've had several.
Yeah, what's wrong with you?
Absolutely.
a bag with sciatica yeah yeah it's not it's not the same thing for you as it was for her
but look i would i would i would hold i would hold micha out because it's more important for
me to have him 14 15 games lochho or to have to go through this every week is he going
play. Is he not going to play? Not going to
I know Micah. I know
Micah. Of course he wants to play.
Yeah, we've won. No matter what the damn doctor say, no matter what the
Packers say, he's playing week one, I guarantee
he's going to have two sacks. Oh, he's going to open
the season off right. I think the thing is sometimes you have to
protect us from us. You have to protect us from us
because that's how, you know, we understand we got a finite
period of time to play this game.
And there is no senior league.
So once it's over, it's over.
And you want to make sure you maximize every opportunity that you've got
to be the best you can possibly be.
But in this situation, Ocho, I'm going to err on the side of caution.
I would go another week.
But I know he wants to play.
He wants to show that, look, he got $120 million at the time assigning.
He's making $47.
I mean, he blew the market away.
they say that's okay you know he when he said reset the market he double reset it
double reset it yeah he yeah and that side that siding nerve ocho
yeah i don't know about that stuff i ain't never been hurt on so is it that bad
man sometimes oh cho he gets so bad man you you pee on yourself and won't even know
The nerd, hey, boy, you be, a leg beat, leg, leg drew, you have the dead leg.
You know, sometimes you'll be sleep on your, you try to stand up.
Now, Sadica, have it just like that.
Boy, you can't sit down, man.
Boy, that thing have you walking sideways.
God.
What, how does that even happen, though?
That would like, my old age or just injury.
Nah, nah, nah.
Sometimes, you know, you have a pinch and then.
pinchment and it
start, you know,
start pressing on it.
Woo.
Ooh.
According to ESPN,
Bill Belichick has officially
banned Patriots from North Carolina
practices. Reportedly,
Lombardi informed the Patriots that
they would be banned from USC
the day before one of their scouts was scheduled to visit
in August.
Oh, Joe, this being paid.
Belichick, biggest selling point,
is that he can get college players ready for the NFL.
So why would he stop an NFL team, Ocho, from properly evaluate?
Ocho, that's petty.
What are you doing that?
Coach Belichick, damn.
You don't, you know, you don't side with him.
You don't understand why he's doing it?
No.
So, okay, if that's the case, why not, why not, why not, why not ban Buffalo,
Kansas City, Philly, the Cowboys?
Why?
Everybody you just named and do him wrong.
There ain't nobody did it wrong.
name didn't do it wrong obviously oh oh cho the man has spy gate oh cho the man has spy gate and he
let's hold hold on only can ask you something after spy gate did they go on did they go on to
still win another how many championships yeah but it was the fact that they did it and he did it
also they sent out a memo said anybody tape taping from field level stop it immediately and he did
Mr. Crafts stuck by my teacher told me in high school my teacher now if you're not cheating
you're not trying now I'm just hitting what you told me what you're trying oh Joe he said what's it
let me ask you question what's his biggest selling point what's his big and selling point what can
he sell that no other college coach can sell six championships thank you and I know I know player
that can play in the NFL.
Yeah, you're right.
Well, let these guys come see them.
Right, you're right.
But what, oh Joe, you got 20 years.
Oh, Joe, you got 20 years.
I mean, I'm not sure that.
Did Robert Kraft did say about it?
If they met in different lives.
Right.
I'm not so sure Mr. Kraft would high coach
Belichick.
It was a perfect situation.
It was a perfect situation.
When I say hired, I shouldn't say that because he did hire him.
He gave a first round draft pick to get him from the Jets.
I'm not so sure they would be best friends.
I'm not so sure they would even be friends.
But somehow Mr. Kraft swallowed his ego, swallowed his pride.
Oh, nobody talks.
I mean, oh, they're like, hold on, wait a minute.
I'm cutting all these checks.
I'm paying $200 million in salaries and all these everything.
And I can't say nothing about my team.
And what Mr. Kraft did?
Took a back seat.
Yes.
Yes.
Listen, they both.
Come on, Coach.
You also have to understand with Robert Crud, you know,
he's been taking shots at Bill.
So Bill, you know, he feels some type of way, uh,
he feels some type of way.
You got to understand what Bill has been through, you know.
I think Bill might have been, he, Bill was forced out to toe now.
He was replaced with, you know,
one of one of his players and it just didn't sit right with him so he now he's back in a position
of power you know what i ain't let none of you you know what in because me and mr crab beefing
you know you got you got rappers got beef right now you got no bill and robin have beefing everybody
beefing right now mr craft said this week that when coach bellichick retires from coaching the patrons
would give him a statue alongside tom brady well just put up honoring when the great 20 year era
ended. It was always my
intention to commission a statue
for both Tommy and Bill
when their respective careers were over
playing and coaching. When
Bill's career, coaching career
ends, we look forward to sitting
down with him and having a statue
made right next to Tommy.
I like that.
He's not petty. Now think about it.
How long did Jerry
Jones wait to put Jimmy in the ring
of honor? This
man said I'm building a statue.
Hold on.
Right next to Tommy's.
Hey, he said it.
You're taking an owner's word for?
The one of his talk?
Yes, yes, yes.
The moment Coach Belichick retires from coaching football,
he'll have a statute.
Absolutely.
It's the greatest run in NFL history.
I absolutely 1,000% believe it.
You might be right.
You might be right based on,
but most time, most time owners, you know,
they'll say things.
and it's just blowing hot air.
What only have you ever said?
What only have you ever heard say they would get a statue of a coach?
I heard Jerry Jones say he's the only person that can run the Cowboys organization.
So how is that working out?
You believe it?
Let me ask you question.
Is he doing it?
Is he doing it?
Did he pass that off to somebody else?
Or did he lie?
He lied.
No, he's doing it.
You said he's the only one that can run it.
He's not running it well, but he's still running it.
he's running it he might not be running it well but he's running it I don't believe
mr. I don't I don't believe Mr. Kraft lied I don't believe I'm not like I haven't heard
I haven't been privy to every conversation but I do believe that when coach Belichick
coaching careers over be it college or NFL Mr. Kraft will commission a statute
it's the greatest it's the greatest run and and
in football.
Well, hell.
I mean, I need to, well, I need to go see Mike Brown.
Y'all ain't win nothing, though, Joe?
I'm the greatest entertainer of all time.
Okay, well, you need to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
But you ain't going to no damn the Bengals.
We talk about this thing.
Y'all ain't win nothing.
Y'all won one to be when you were there.
What they got to do with me?
I'm talking about, I'm talking about me.
It ain't a statue of 53 people.
It's a statue of me, the greatest entertainer of all time.
I need a statue about front.
So what are you, what you, what you're
What's your stat you're going to say?
What your statue's going to say?
The greatest.
Because football is about winning.
We've got to win championships.
Okay.
So how many,
how many Oscars did you win?
Oscars.
I got two.
Tony's.
One.
Grammy.
Hey, I used to date of a girl named Tony.
Yeah, okay.
I get that.
But if, you know what?
We'll put you in the Rock and Roll.
Hey, hey, I was a rock style.
I was a rock style.
Yeah.
But you're talking about this man, this man, this auto, 20 years, six super, think about it.
Listen, it's only right, huh?
It's only right.
It's based on what Nick Saban did in Alabama, he got a statue.
Exactly.
His equivalent would be.
It is right next to Coach Brin.
Yeah, you're right, you're right.
Because both of them got six championships.
You're right.
But, my, look, Coach being panty, coach, let that go, coach.
Coach, you had a, see, coach, coach.
Some people only look at the negative and they never look at the good.
And if you just look at the negative, yeah, you'll be resentful.
It'll be resentful.
It'll be resentful.
I'm just the opposite.
I look at the great times that we had.
And even though sometimes, I mean, it's like, damn, hated it ended like that.
But come on, coach.
Come on.
I mean, spy gate, deflate gate, all this other stuff.
He stood when this man, this man got rid of Jimmy G.
The only time really Mr. Kraft put his foot down is that he went to him and told him to trade Jimmy Garoppolo.
And then at the end, coach, Mr. Kraft sided with Bill Belichick and got Tom L. Bonner.
And this man sided with you when Tom.
Tommy had years left.
I'm not saying that he would have won
another Super Bowl in New England
because the Cubbers was bare.
Edelman was on his last leg.
They had let Amandola go, Gronk.
They wanted to trade Gronk.
Gronk. He was like, I don't want to practice like this.
He was beating down.
So I'm not saying that Tom would have won
another Super Bowl in New England
because the coverage were bare.
And he was right by going
because he proved once and for all
who was the reason behind
this dynasty you have to give one to the majority of the credit even if you give him 51 to 49
he gets more credit because we saw him leave and go somewhere else and with another one and we
saw what happened once he left it's really that simple you're right you're right it's hard
to argue with that it's hard to argue with that but i still deserve a statue but go ahead
I don't know what, Ocho, y'all might have got one if y'all could have won one.
There's nothing.
I can't control that.
The cars I was dealt, the timing when I came here, we were bad, we was bad.
Yeah, y'all was good and terrible.
Ryan Clark says that Tom Brady was not a generational talent at quarterback.
He says, I think John Elway was a generational talent.
I think Patrick Mahomes is a generational talent.
I don't think Tom Brady.
I don't think Drew Breed.
I don't even think Peyton Manning is a generational talent.
I think Andrew Luck ended up being a generational talent.
I think there are tons of them out there.
I think, right, what he's trying to say is that he's looking at it from a purely thing where I can see.
I can see the big arm.
I can see the size.
I can see the mobility.
When you look at Tom, he doesn't have a big arm.
It's because, see, the generational talent that Tom has, that Breeze has, that Manning has, you can't see it.
It's right here.
Okay.
I look at John L.
Elway's arm. I look at John Elway's scrambling ability. That's generational. I look at
physical tools, Cam Newton. We had never seen a guy cams size that could throw the ball and
could run the ball. So Ryan is really looking at it from just a physical standpoint of the
generation, the talent that he can see. He'll sit as well. Yes. Okay. All right. Arm strength,
size, speed, that. So when you when you put it like that and you give better content,
on what Ryan means and you put it
in that perspective, then
I see what he's saying.
And you can agree because
if you look at a Tom Brady,
if you look at a Peyton Manning, they're not the fastest.
At the best arm talent,
you know, too. Generational
Aaron Rogers would be in that conversation as well.
We're talking about John Brady
said it his goddamn self.
Because you can see
because when you watch him spin the ball
and you see the talent,
the arm talent, and he had,
had legs, he could throw on the move.
Brady didn't really throw on the move.
Go back, Maddie didn't really throw in the move.
Breeze didn't really throw in the move.
Rogers was pinpoint.
It didn't matter.
You can flush, flush him left.
If you flush him right, you get him away from his dominant hands,
he could still roll left, open his hips,
and throw the ball on target.
You flush him out of the pocket to his dominant arm,
he can throw the ball on time on point.
You keep him in the pocket.
He could change arms.
slots. He can go over the top. He can go side. He can go three quarters. It didn't matter.
So I think, and like I said, this is Ryan's saying. I believe those because I believe Ryan is speaking purely from a standpoint of physical things that I can see. I can't see. I mean, arms, arm, they don't need. Neither one of those three, neither. Those three didn't have no strong arm. They weren't the most mobile.
They couldn't run fast.
They look at Josh Allen as generational.
He's six foot five.
He could run.
He's got an arm.
He can throw it through a hurricane.
They look at him as generational because he has physical traits that you can see.
What breath,
what breeds and Brady and Manning possessed,
you can't see it, don't you?
So that's,
I think that's the thing.
And people are like,
hold on.
He said they're not generational.
You're talking about maybe two are going to be a ain't getting out of the top five.
Two of those two of those guys that you mentioned, not getting out of the top five.
Brady's going to be one and man is going to be somewhere between two and five.
It all depends.
You got him in front of Montana.
You got them behind Montana.
You got them in front of my home.
You got them behind my home.
But that's it.
So I think for me, like I said, I mean, we heard the conversation.
Chad would be interesting to see what you guys think.
But it's interesting that he's like, they're not generational.
Actually, Brady and Manning would be what you call transcendence.
It's like when you're.
look at like people look at yokech they're like what he can't jump he ain't got no muscle tall
you look at lebron he's generational you see a guy six foot nine can jump out the gym could do all
this stuff physically that i can see ocho shack generational seven one can run dominate pull the backboard
down muscular so i i think and i'm i don't want to speak for him but i say i think ryan is
from a physically what I can see.
I don't see great arm.
I don't see outstanding arm talent like Mahomes,
like Josh Allen,
like John Elway.
I don't see legs like Lamar Jackson,
Jailer Hertz,
or Randall Cunningham,
or one of those guys that were mobile.
I don't see that.
I don't see a guy that can try to change arms slots.
I don't see a guy that's just as effective
in the pocket as he is out of the pocket
like I see Aaron Rogers.
So that's my two cents.
That was his take on it.
I think those guys are, I think, like I said, for me, Brady and Manning was transcendent.
They're not generation, because the generation is 25 years.
These guys are transcendent.
So that's what I think about that.
Andrew Luck.
Wait, Andrew Luck, no, no.
Because they heard the thing.
Let me ask you a question.
When you, when people looked at Tom Brady at Michigan, nobody said he was transcended.
Nobody said he was, he was generational.
People thought Tom, uh, taught Peyton Manning's going to be generational.
They talked about him since he was, he got enrolled in school.
They talked about him being the number one pick.
The same thing with Andrew Luck.
The same thing with Trevor Lawrence.
Think about when Trevor Lawrence set foot on Clemson, they say when he comes out,
he's going to be the number one overall.
draft pick.
I've been damn.
The same thing they said about look, the same
thing they said about Elway.
To this day, I think Mel
Kiper still say John Elway is the highest rated
quarterback that he's ever graded. He's received the
highest grade.
But John
had things you could see.
You saw the arm.
You saw the legs.
Things that you can see.
Right.
You can't cut their head open and look at
their brain.
you just know they're picking your ass apart.
Yeah.
Yeah, I totally understand what Ryan was saying,
especially when you put it in the better context like that,
you know, with the comparison of Aaron Rogers
and the other players that he views as generational talents.
Right.
Tom Brady and Peyton Manning,
they stand alone in the class for their own.
For sure.
There's some other quarterbacks up there with him,
but generational and i right because when you look at joe montanaugh look at joe he had he
had he had no cam body he had no mahomes arm he didn't have Lamar legs that that joke was
mentally babe with that on three steps the ball's go five steps the ball's gone hey this mad
jones i'm drew franklin and this is nfl cover zero we think NFL coverage
should be informative and entertaining.
And twice a week, that is exactly what you're going to get.
We're just here to try to give you an NFL perspective a little bit different.
Did you see the Colts pretzel?
That was my other big takeaway from that game.
What was that?
It looks like something that should not be sold.
Oh, my.
So that was my other big Colts take away.
They sold that?
Yes.
He is Sprott.
I wouldn't fight him.
I would.

He's throwing the ball so you can catch it and run. So I think that's what he's, like I said,
I don't want to speak for Ryan. He said what he said. I didn't see it. I just saw the thing
and everybody, it was trending. So I was like, okay, well, what RC say today? And then I, and then
I heard what he said that those guys weren't transcendent. And so I was like, okay, is he
at it from a clearly
physical standpoint things that he can see. That's the only way to look at it. Even
come up with that, but, with, um, what's saying that? It has to be
what you can see. It has to be that it's factor that makes something
generational. It's based on the visual. That's it. That's the only way to
gauge it. Right. So, but I think
to say that now, after all,
that they've accomplished they're at bare minimum generational.
At bare minimum after you see what they're accomplished.
Now, if you wanted to, Ocho, if you had not knowing what you know now,
if you just see those guys in college, I might could agree with you.
I'm not looking at you reads as generational.
Bro, he's not even, he's barely six foot tall.
He ain't got no big time arm.
He's not that mobile.
So I'm not looking at him and thinking that.
I look at Cam Newton.
Six foot five, 250, running four or five, can throw the ball 70 yards,
can run like a fullback.
He's a defensive lineman tied in and a quarterback's body.
I'm looking at Josh Allen.
I'm looking at the physical traits.
And he's like physically, he's generational.
We didn't see anything like this.
Who hadn't we ever seen like Cam?
Who have we seen like Josh Allen that size with those types of arms?
Yeah.
They don't come around often.
I know that.
And sometimes, like, when we look at generation, we're looking at for things that we haven't seen before.
You see what I'm saying?
We're looking for things that we haven't seen.
Have we ever seen anything like Cam?
And we might not ever see it again.
I thought, unless you're taking Josh Allen.
I thought we'd see it with our young boy down there in Indiana.
I thought we'd see it again.
Oh, oh, Josh Richardson.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
so that's it i mean uh hey amari cooper has informed the los vegas raiders
just days before the team opened the 2025 season at new england raiders o c chip kelly
called say cooper called coach p carroll in the morning to say he was done playing it's
unfortunate because he's a heck of a football player he knows in his heart what he wants to do
So I wish him the best.
Hey, what happened, man?
I think that always, Ocho, to be honest, you ask this question.
I think that always rubbed a lot of people the wrong way.
They sell the physical talent, but they didn't see the burning passion.
That's what you heard about.
You heard about that in Las Vegas the first time.
That's why they traded him.
You heard about that at the Cowboys.
That's why they did what they did.
Admitsly, rock runner extraordinaire.
Great run after the catch, but a burning desire.
I don't think that was it, though.
I think he was coming in to be where I was he was number one.
And things weren't how they probably made it seem they would be once he got there.
And he realized, okay, this is not.
They're the Raiders.
You're not going to the Eagles.
You're not going to Kansas City.
Who called him?
Look at the team that called you.
Shouldn't that tell you something?
Yeah, something ain't right.
Then you got, you got, Gene.
I'm, I know I'm right.
I know I'm, I'm asking.
I'm going to ask him.
I'm asking.
You know, you know, I'm already from the career, right?
You're from Miami.
Yeah, I'm going to ask him.
I mean, just, it's a great situation.
Gino Smith, Ascenti.
I'm assuming you would be why I'm receiving.
Rock Bowers.
I mean, that's a great situation to be in.
That's, I mean, to me, Los Vegas.
I mean, shh, man.
I think also, look, if your heart ain't in it,
it's hard to fake this game, won't you?
It is.
It's hard to roll your ass up out of bed
because, hey, these legs hurt.
And you got to, you got a, it's got to be a desire.
You got to jump out of bed.
Because that's why people have success
when they enjoy doing what they're doing.
When you jump up out of bed, when you look forward to it,
there was never a day that I didn't look forward to getting my ass up
going to go into practice or going to the game.
I have a question, huh?
Yes.
Did he even have a chance to practice with him?
Did he have a chance to practice?
Yeah, he practiced, yeah.
I get, you know what?
He's not, he's not, he could see this is not going to be what I thought it was.
For one, Jacobi Myers is still there, right?
Yes.
Number 10, number 10, I think he's, I think,
Deontay Thornton, I don't know if I'm saying his name the right way.
where a young bull can go.
And I think he might be the one
they're viewing as why I receive number one
so Amari didn't like the situation
they were putting him in.
You knew that for you with there.
I'm just saying, I guarantee you that's why he said,
you know what, no, this ain't it.
Ocho.
Tell me, let me ask you a question.
When the free agent window open up, who called him?
When teams started OTAs, who called him?
When training camp started, who called it?
That don't tell you nothing.
I got you.
I'm just telling you why he said that.
Nah, this ain't it.
I'm going to hang it up.
This ain't it.
Hey, but I know one thing.
He just got them.
They got a nice little, nice little setup over there.
Yeah.
If you're hardened in it, you should.
That's what you should do, Ocho.
Hang it up.
Don't go out there, waste them people time, waste your time,
take money from them, take a position from something.
somebody else, let somebody that desire have a burning desire that wants to be out there.
Let them go back that.
Amari Cooper's made tons of money.
He good.
But if your heart ain't in it, go ahead and step aside.
Go ahead and step aside.
That's why we do what we do at nightcap.
I get excited to do night cap.
I don't like, oh man, damn, we got to do night night.
damn call out
damn I gotta go
I got to go on the road
to tape another club
I don't
I don't say that
because I enjoy what I do
now
if it when they're coming time
it's gonna be the
Ocho and somebody else show
Ocho and somebody
that cap Ocho
I told you no
no no no no no no
Unk, you can't leave because we haven't even start,
we haven't even, we haven't even, um,
going into our second half of our show.
Ocho, you do, really, I'm 57 to Ocho.
That's what's going to make it so fun.
How long you want me to do this?
No, not, not Uncun Ocho.
I'm talking about our other show.
The adventures, the adventures of Uncle Ocho,
outdoor activities.
We ain't even got, we.
How long you want me to do this, I'm 57, still.
You ever see the movie
Two Grumpy Old Men?
That's going to be us.
That's going to be us.
Two grumpy old things.
Oh, Jack Limber to Rothamap.
Yeah, man, I'm telling you.
Listen, we're going to do this thing
to the wheels fall off.
Again, we don't have anything,
everything that's being filmed,
content-wise.
It's all the young kids.
Like, we have to have something for our age group,
for the old folks.
Doing stuff the old folks like to do.
You know, jumping out of play.
planes, you know, um, going fishing, uh, barbecuing, listen to Frankie Beverly
and Maze.
First of all, you don't know how to skew.
Huh?
You don't know how to barbecue.
Oh, no, I'm not going to be, you, but you're going to cook.
Man, I definitely don't know.
I, I'm going to be the DJ.
I'm going to be the DJ.
I'm going to invite the old folks.
I, I hire somebody to barbecue.
Okay, that'll work, that'd work, that'd work, that'd work.
We got some.
up coming. We got something playing, no, Joe. We got some plan. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Anthony Richardson agent,
I guess it's Derek Jackson, met in person last week with Jim Chris Ballard to clear the error.
Jackson called the meeting a very constructive opportunity to let feelings be known,
according to ESPN. The report says that trade was not requested, but was broached in the meeting,
and that ballot reiterated, the coach don't plan to trade Richardson.
No.
Hold on.
I'm trying to let it was constructive,
but let feelings be known.
You got,
Ocho,
if Richardson had taken care of his business,
would we even be here?
Absolutely not.
So we're going to put,
we're going to shift all the blame
and all the owners on the coats.
So what is the culpability of the player?
We can't say,
Ocho, they didn't give him no weapons.
Huh?
Well, he got three good ones over there.
now he got a he got a he got a he got a pro bowl all pro running back he got a solid
offensive line three no actually four good receivers I'm trying to figure out so
so they're talking about uh to let feelings be known your feeling should be hurt
you should be disappointed that he allowed himself to be in this situation
coach you knew he was a project you said that and you said it's going to take time yet you threw his ass out there you didn't have a vet to compete with him and you threw him out there opening week so you're just as responsible he is yeah he can only do what he can do he only can do what he knows you said he was a project when you took him well if he's a project you let him develop you don't feed him to the you don't feed him to the you don't
Don't feed him to the wolves.
But he's got no patience, huh?
Not these days.
Well, you can't make him a project then.
You got to take a proven commodity.
Or as close to a proven commodity as you can get, also.
So many of them.
It's only so many of them.
You got to understand.
Unk, finding a good quarterback, not a great one,
finding a good quarterback that you can beat around.
It ain't like picking apples off the goddamn tree in the summer.
It ain't that easy, which is why it's so difficult for teams to find someone
they can build a franchise around for a decade.
It's hard to find your next Lamar Jackson and your Josh Shalden.
Hell, you joke, the bans have been pretty good when it comes to quarterback and receivers.
Everybody can't be Green Bay.
We've only had three quarterbacks in the goddamn past 30 years.
It's difficult.
Here's the problem.
Normally, people take projects like they did Lamar.
They said Lamar was going to be a project.
They took them with a 30 second pick.
You don't take them with the third pick like they did in San Francisco like they did in
Indy.
You take a project with the third pick in the draft, with the fourth pick in the draft.
I have a question.
Every scout, every GM, every owner that looked at Lamar Jackson at Louisville and said,
this is a project, had no position, has no business being in whatever position they in.
There's no way you saw Lamar Jackson play at Louisville
and thought him coming to the NFL.
He's a project at the quarterback position.
Well, I can see why they saw that because even though he threw the ball,
he's like, could he eventually throw the ball from the pocket?
And he's shown.
I was a guy with like, look, I was like, look, he could have got to play quarterback.
If he can't hack it at quarterback, then move.
But I'm not, I'm going to play that role first.
And if I don't succeed at that, Ocho,
whatever y'all want me to play.
Y'all want to play wide receiver.
Y'all want to play D.B.
Y'all want to play running back.
I'll do that.
But I'm going to get a crack at this quarterback first.
Because y'all let Tebow play quarterback.
So I'm damn sure going to play quarterback.
I think I could throw the ball better than him.
With that being said,
who does San Francisco trade all those picks for?
Trey Lans.
And say, well, he'll probably.
Ocho, you move heaven and earth.
for a project?
Oh, hell no.
You moved that for a Joe Burrow.
You moved that for a Trevor Lawrence.
You moved that for no, a guy that started 16 games.
And then side out the next, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
And so that's my problem, my problem with the Colts
is that you knew what you was drafted.
And then you was like, okay, go.
this guy is like the heir apparent of a company he's going to be CEO one day or do get on the job you make him CEO tomorrow no and then you wonder why he didn't succeed bro you said you're going to let him grow into the road you say you're going to let him transition into the road you didn't put you don't put him in the role to meet role immediately you have to understand when you take players as high as they took anthony richardson people jobs on the line people jobs on the line so they have no choice but the
put them out there and see what you can get am i going to get a return on my investment because
i got to put my investment out there right now i don't have the patience i need i want to win right now
look what green bay did did they put er ron rogers out there right away no they didn't have to
look what they did they did they did they put lawrence uh uh uh uh uh love that's also my point is is that
you do is that now you get him out there now you find out that like straight
last really he's not a friend he's not going to be a franchise quarterback how do you get
that taste out your mouth is a toss up is it now you've seen two years of work for
richardser i know they're saying publicly but do you actually think they think he just got
going to be a franchise quarterback coach no
Damn.
Damn.
Think about it.
Patrick Mahomes.
They broke back.
They changed Patrick Mahomes.
A lot of his mechanics.
Now look at it.
Didn't start.
Then the next year he goes,
rents a MVP.
He wasn't crazy, boy.
That's not an accident on, Joe.
an accident, Ocho.
It's not.
Wow.
Tim Tebow and Anthony Richardson
have identical starts
to their careers.
Anthony Richardson is 8 and 7.
Tim Tebow, 8 and 6.
Tim Tebow has
23 passing in Russian touchdowns.
Richardson has 21.
Tebow has 15
turnovers.
Richardson has 17.
Rush and past yards, Tim Tebow has 3,123.
Anthony Richardson have 3,026.
Completion percentage, 47.4 for Tebow, 50.6 for Richardson.
Hey, I have a question.
Yes.
Are those numbers good?
No, they're awful.
they are you have to say it like that i just like you're supposed to ease your way into answering that
no but they're not they're not good and nobody thought tibo was going to be a franchise quarterback
you whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa you didn't think tibbo would be a franchise quarterback coming
out of florida after that season he had his senior year okay okay okay okay okay
even after even after that game he had against
Cincinnati where he threw for 400 yards
no
you got to be able to throw the football
consistently and accurately
to beat that in NFL
and if you can't
you're not going to run your way to a championship
those days are over
that is true
yeah I mean
Tebow did win a playoff game
yeah I remember DeMere's
Tomlin Tim Tebow wanted to
he wanted the division
that it was that defense though huh that defense is really good the defense was really good
so damn richardson need to get with uh find him a george whitfield or tom house
work with some mechanics and and and and and and and and and and and and and and and and
put time in the film room i don't i don't you know but he has to want study film watch film try
to get better on it though he has to want it he has to want it we say this all the time
you can't want something for someone more than they wanted for themselves well maybe this might
be a wake-up call i don't i don't think he understands the seriousness of it's your third
year like this season is you make it a break of year what it was supposed to be obviously not
starting and then they're not trading anthony richston why they're not trading them because
they don't really fully trust Daniel Jones they trust well they're not trade him
Ocho because even if you do trade him you'll never get the value that you that you
took a fourth round pick a first up the fourth pick of the draft you think somebody
would give you a first round no question what type of draft pick you think somebody
give you for Anthony Richardson right now no third or fourth and the highest you know what
they would hang up the phone you hang up the phone but they would they would give
you for him but still they're not going to let him go for the symbol of
In fact, there's no answer if Daniel Jones starts playing bad.
There's nothing to go to.
So we have to have someone to fall back on if things don't go right.
Ocho, you know Powerball 1.7 billion.
If I had 5,900, I buy $5900.
We're going to win that too.
I'm telling, I'm telling what's going to happen.
I can see the future.
I can see the future.
I'm going.
Well, I can't buy no tickets.
Why not?
You can't buy tickets in Vegas.
You can't play lottery with the kithos.
Okay, okay, I play for you.
I play for you.
All right.
I play for you.
And when I told you when I win, I got you.
I got you.
I'm going to win.
I'm going to win one point seven.
I tell you what, when I win, I'm going to pay off all your bills.
All who bills?
No, I'm taking.
Your house?
No, no, no, no, no.
I'm going to win.
I already know what I'm going to do.
I told you.
No, I'm going to move right next to you.
I'm about a house next to you.
There ain't no house next to me.
Play my music loud, let my dogs run to you y'all.
I have all my kids come knock on your dog.
Hey, I might even take me a poop in your yard.
Okay, I steal your dogs.
Hey, you remember that movie with Samuel and Jackson when he was that neighbor?
He was cutting out and trying to power.
Lakeview Terrace.
Lakeview Terrace.
Ta-da-da.
That's me.
Okay.
Okay.
Hey, hey, he was hell in that movie, boy.
He gave buddy hell.
Yeah.
You don't have the truth.
on the true story to you, Ocho.
All right, Ocho, it's time for our final segment of the evening.
Chad, thank you guys for staying with us.
We know it's almost 2 o'clock on the East Coast, man.
Well, it's after 2 o'clock on the East Coast,
and you guys are still with us, man.
We can't thank you guys enough.
So thank you very much.
It's time for Q&A.
Oh, yeah.
Hey, Q&A.
Hey, Q&A.
Titan guy said,
don't go into woods with Shay.
No, shoot. See, I want to think like that. So you think he might do something to me. Like I might come up missing. Okay, I like that. I like that. I like. But see, it came because it's being filmed. You know, it's being filmed. We're going to have our own YouTube and Twitter channel. So it's going to be live that adventures of. We can go. Cut. I'm just thinking about all the things we can do, man, hunting, grizzlies, deer, squirrels.
Oh, that's, ooh, boy, it's so much untapped potential that's out there that, like, nobody's
touched these spaces in these lanes that we can dominate in, but go ahead.
Okay.
Aaron Owen said Jalen Carter's wild for getting ejected at least make two, make a play
or two before you crash out.
Aaron, you're absolutely right.
I don't know if I've, I don't know if I've ever seen that happen, no, Joe.
Get ejected before the game?
No, during, yes.
Before, no.
Yeah.
Excuse me, Howard Bell said, not going to lie.
Like, if Jalen Carter teammate, I'm looking at them sideways, the Eagles held their own,
but it almost cost them the game.
Yes, it absolutely did.
Almost.
Two live underscore counter said,
Dak deserved a fine for instigating,
but Jaila low-key dump for retaliation.
I'm an Eagles fan, but I'm cool with the suspension.
I'm telling Dak, I'll see you real soon if I'm Jalen Carter.
Laminate, defend you, spit back.
I'm just going to go out there and get me, you know, free rush.
Yeah, exactly.
That's what I said, Ocho.
I'm going to get.
Don't even worry about it, that.
I get you.
I get you.
I'm going to get you.
Aaron Jones said, to say Dak baited him,
you admitted he was wrong.
Just stop, Shannon.
That's the whole objective, Aaron.
Yeah, it's the bait.
They get him to do something.
If I can get you thrown out of the game, yes.
Yes, yes, yes.
That's my job.
That's why we talk trash to get you out of your game.
Yeah.
Man crazy.
What if he spits at you and smirks,
which looks like Dak did disrespectfully?
Long as you spit on the ground.
Don't give them that way you spin.
Long as they,
long as they don't need you.
Y'all still.
Y'all still.
Ocho, they tried to wait to make Jay La Cautor right in this situation.
They are.
Okay, they both wrong.
You know who I spit on?
I'm going to spit on Debo.
Now I'm going to make him fight me.
I'm going to fight you all right.
You got to do that.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Because I want him extremely mad.
I want him angry.
I want him to exert so much energy trying to hurt me
where I use it against him.
because I'm going to be nice and calm and relaxed.
I don't know, not no MLMA.
You ain't going to be nice, calm, and relax.
Man, all right.
You don't believe in your co-host?
Yeah, I believe in you.
I bet the chat believe in me.
Chat, come February time, guarantee you, I beat Debo ass.
I guarantee you, tell you, man.
Man, he don't got no, he don't got no combat sports background like me.
Meep said
Dak just be spitting everywhere he goes
On the sidelines you see him spitting
The amateur said
Dak got the hawk to it
He should be happy
Galactic ghoul said
Go birds
Dak deserve it
John Maybain
I think that tackle by
Dak saved the touchdown
on a fumble is underrated
You're absolutely right
Really good play
48, getting ready to fill the 8, get ready to turn around.
Turn back, bro.
Ain't nobody in front of you to block.
Somebody going to come from the back.
Money made,
Parsons, Cowboys held Sequin to 60 yards rushing.
Stephen said, Stephen said,
Zach Bond is an all-pro, not some chunk.
He's not known for speed, though.
I ain't say it was a chunk.
I know he's a phenomenal player.
Quentin Mowgli, Mowgli.
Ocho, please make sure you change
Miles Sanders speed on Madden, like yesterday.
Not tomorrow, not Saturday, but yesterday.
Aesal, love the show.
Yeah, whatever his speed is, Ocho,
you got a docking by five or six.
No, five or six too much.
I was docking by three.
By three, three.
Three is.
What is the speed?
I don't know.
I'm not sure what it is.
I'm not sure what it.
Brother Seamus says, Ocho, breath be stanky.
Hey, Ocho, how you know?
I don't know.
He's just making up stuff.
You know, nobody, nobody came off.
Okay.
Jamar Thomas said Philly's secondary, sketchy.
Detroit will run them, uh, will run to them, oh, score on them.
I don't respect Philly or Jalen Carter.
He got about, you got about a 90, Ocho.
For real?
On speed.
That's, that's, that's kind of fast, too, now.
Exactly.
You got to drop him down to a 80.
91 on acceleration.
We got to drop him down to 88.
He ate my ass, 72.
I said me two.
Stur and I said, do you think Herbert can take a step he needs to become an elite quarterback?
If he wins a playoff game or two, does he slide into the big four?
Who?
Justin Herbert.
You know, you know, they're going to plug Justin Herbert into that big four based on intangibles alone.
They're going to keep, they go, they're going to keep putting them in there.
keep putting them in there and conversations hell dan oloffsky today you saw him talk about
his next five jesson herbert is in that next five along with c jroud and jane dames hell even
had kailner murray in there uh uh that andrew kind of set kuyler back and then
losing D-Haw?
I mean, he got
Harrison, he got Marvin Harrison, Jr. now.
So it'd be, it'd be interested to see
what he looks like this year.
Look, he was MVP.
I mean, he's an offensive rookie of the year.
He's been, he's been,
been to the Pro Bowl.
I mean, I think Calamers been to the Pro Bowl, hadn't he?
I think he's, he's, but he's not just going to beat you in the pocket, don't Joe.
His legs, he's, he's one of those quarterback like a Lamar and Josh Allen that his legs are dangerous.
Yeah, he's two-time Pro Bowl player.
So I would have thought he'd already been there by now, me personally.
MSQ, oh, Uncle Ocho, if you had a game with an all-time NFC versus an all-time
fc team who comes out on top oh my goodness man nfc got some deep they made it look you think they got
they got l t reggie and time with dick buckus so that's your defense so you go put montana jerry rice
Walter Payton, probably Barry.
Damn, I forgot that.
That is all the NFC.
Sure.
Yeah.
Tight end.
The F.C.
Got the tight ends.
Because all the tight ends.
Because most of the tight ends are in the Hall of Fame.
You got Big Kellyn, Ozzy, myself.
Oh, Tony.
Gates.
Gonzo.
You're going to have Gron.
You have Kelsey.
You got Casper, who's in the hall.
So most of the, uh, uh, I'm trying to think who's all in the heart foot.
You got Charlie Sanders and you got Jack, uh, uh, shell, I don't think you got in Dica because you got Mackie.
So most of the tight ends.
Ooh, woo, that's a good one.
AFC quarterback is going to be Brady.
Who the running backs?
And you got Mawks was in the NFC.
Yeah.
I think the other single did you think it would you think it on Joe to you got you got
you got think about it you got Aaron Donald you got Reggie White you got
Lawrence Taylor you got time you got Buckus you got Ronnie lot they got to be
something I'm trying to have time it's hard for me I'm trying to think about my
brain my brain's right now.
You got Deacon Jones, you got Merlin Olson.
That's all NFC, though.
I know.
That's what I'm saying.
Running back, you got Walter Payne.
You got Emmett Smith.
You got Eric Dickinson.
You got Barry Sanders.
Boy, loaded, boy.
I mean, AFC, AFC, you know the old school players a little better than I do.
AFC, I know we got some on that side too now.
Yeah, I'm trying to think running backs.
Yeah, see.
OJ Simpson will pro.
OJ Simpson.
Who else in the Hall of Fame?
Edrin James.
E.J.
Jerome Bettis.
Quarterbacks, you got Brady.
Tide ends.
We got the tight ends.
We're going to dog walk him and tight ends.
Who are you going to be your ride receivers?
Oh, yeah.
We got L.T.
Ladania.
Who are going to be, who are you going to be ride receivers for the LFC?
We got Mawks.
I'm going
Mawks in the NFC.
No, New England Mawks.
What about Minnesota Maw?
Nah, we're going to New England Mose.
The Mawks that scored 23
touchdowns.
Trying to think, who else?
We got AFC receivers.
A.B.
A. B.
Lance Allworth.
Where here?
Andre Reed?
Yeah.
Hey, where, Eric?
I'm in the AFC.
I'm going to L.
Where Eric Moles at, man?
I don't know.
Shizzo Flick says all I know is Burrow get passes for missing the playoffs with a bad defense,
but in 23 Hertz had the 31st ranked defense and still won 11 games.
He ain't lie.
Quentin May says, what do you think the best separate?
Who got the best separation tonight?
Oh, you're talking about why receiving didn't look like a whole lot of people?
Because on 20, you have, on 19 completion, you had 152 yards.
That's less than seven, that's less than eight yards of completion.
That ain't good.
So it don't seem like a whole lot of people got celebration.
No one thing.
E. Cambridge says CD just showed why Jerry Rice is the goat.
He puts that game away on ice and catches the pickings one-hander.
Yeah, I mean, look, Ced did you got to make those clutches.
It's really that simple.
Let's not belaborate.
Ocho and I, we hit on this early in the show.
C.D. got to make those catches.
He's good enough to make those catches.
He expects himself to make those catches.
Dak and Jerry Jones definitely expect him to make those catches.
And Cowboy Nation expect them to make those catches.
Dagnante Cobbins says, I don't care who spit first or second.
If you spit on me, it's going to be a balloon release right where you spit at.
A balloon release.
Last year you let Ocho know how sorry the Bengals were
and made Ocho cry.
Please go easy on Ocho this year.
No, we're good.
We good this year.
We good this year.
Who y'all played this year?
I mean, just in general.
We're going to be good.
The Bengals.
The Bengals, the y'all got, you got Cleveland, right?
Miles Garrett had about three sacks.
Oh, who?
I give Miles Garrett one sack.
Yeah, I give me one.
You ain't going to give nothing.
He's going to get that on his own, but he's going to get it up to it.
With all due respect to him and that defense, the Brown defense is good.
I ever hear people always making jokes in the chat.
Oh, the Browns suck.
When you think about the Browns, listen, the Browns front four are really good.
And they're, that is their award.
Man, I didn't talk enough about him, Mom.
He's special.
Northbound media said football is back.
Love nightcap.
need, uh, need me a Sterling jersey.
Good luck finding it.
I don't know if they still make 84 sharp jersey in Green Bay, but okay.
Bro, Morris said, Ok, no, Cho, what book, not the Bible, change your life?
And would you do a handout to others as a gift?
Okay, change your life and you, and I guess he said, would you or do you?
out others as gift.
Oh, man.
What happened?
Trying to think what book would I give someone
other than the Bible.
I'm trying to think what hell book
have I read. I hadn't read a book in so long.
Trying to think.
I did. I think I read rich, dead, poor dad, many, many years ago.
I'm trying to think, what did I read that I really enjoy that I would recommend somebody?
I ain't read that. I just, yeah.
Mm-mm. I, uh, I, uh, yeah. They probably left it in here.
We got to get back to that.
I don't know.
I'm trying to think what book I will actually give someone.
Dr. Frank El Bellaby said, oh, that's crazy.
How I just asked you about Michael Irving and then boom, he was on Club Shishay.
With that intuition, I brought a lottery ticket.
Can't wait to see y'all debate on Nike.
Y'all were funny, boy, boy, that's that thing.
They were funny.
When Irv say he put, I put that million dollar check on that.
Babe.
But look here.
I can honestly say, that man,
has not changed.
He's been that way since the day I met him at the Pro Bowl in 91.
Nah, what I mean, Mike?
92, 92.
He's just a great guy.
John Marshall said, love to show.

The Eagles opened the season
trying to defend their Super Bowl,
the last year's Super Bowl, with a win.
At home, 2420,
Jalen Hurth, rush for two touchdown,
CD-Had have four costly drops,
and Jalen Carter gets ejected from the game
without playing a snap
for spitting on Dak Prescott.

My worth is not wrapped up in how many things I've won, because what I came to realize is I valued winning so much that once it was over, I got the blues, and I was like, this is it.
For me, it's the pursuit of greatness. It's the journey. It's the people. It's the failures.
It's the heartache.
