Tyler Booker and Smith and all these guys. You got all these guys. And they missed the playoffs. Didn't they miss the playoffs back to back years? They didn't it make the playoffs last year. So there is no downside. There has to be in order for things to potentially. change, there has to be a downside.

Right. And right now there's no downside to the Cowboys because they're still going maximize earning. And as long as you maximize and that's the only thing that Jerry cares about. Yeah. I mean, you see. Jerry cares about earnings. Yeah, that's it. Being number one. Yeah. And yeah, that's what the Packers.

Remember, three years ago, Ocho, the Packers came in there and dropped 48 on them. 47, 47, 10, something like that. 40, 48, 32. But the game, I mean, They had, the score was like 24 nothing, 27-0. Yeah, it was out of reach. Yeah. It was out of reach.

The Miami Dawson put in a strong offer for the number one overall pick in the 2020 draft. Per Adam Shefter, the Dolphins offered Cincinnati, four first-round picks for the top pick in 2020, which they used to draft Joe Burrow. According to the Shepter, Cincinnati declined even engaged in, declined to even engage in a discussion and shut down the train. inquiry before they could gain any traction the bingles went on to select joe burrow yeah i mean they you know good and well mike brown wasn't giving up that pickup you know who they had their eyes set on you know what's going to happen you know we we we had our franchise altering altering quarterback right there bull's eye that was the target ain't nobody there's nothing any team

could have done they got the bangles to get up off that number one spot no absolutely not because there's not a guy let's just say has there been a quarterback no because when you get him you're not going to be drafted that high anyway

so you're not going to be in a position to get a let's just say a Caleb Williams or a Jane Daniels or you know one of those guys or you're not going to be in a position to get one of those guys

So you're going to be middle of the pack or further down. So now I don't have a quarterback. I don't have a foundation piece that I can build around. Right. Yeah, if you're going to tell me like Chicago, Chicago gave that, gave up what they gave and said, you know what, hey, you could have Bryce Young. And lo and behold, what happened, Ocho?

Hey. The next year, they get, Carolina has the worst record. They're going to select first. Who does that pick belong to? The Bears. They get Caleb Williams. It's funny how that works, huh? The Bengals weren't going to be in that situation.

And so four first round picks. So basically you'd be like you'd be having two first round picks every year for the next four years. Woo! You got to make them count. If you make them count. You got to make them count. A lot of Cowboys did when they got Hirsch and Walker trade. Yes.

You get an Emmett Smith, you get a Russell, Maryland, you get Darren Wood. Listen, you draft those fast-ass linebackers. Yeah. And that's what happens. But, yeah, I'm not surprised the Bengals did not engage. They looked at Joe Burrow as a generational talent. Absolutely.

And we don't, when you surveyed the landscape, we don't see anybody that's coming along that's comparable to that. So now, as a matter of fact, lose my number. Matter of fact, and if you call me, you call me again, I'm going to block you. I'm a block you, yes. Actually, I'm going to put a call in.

Yeah, absolutely. According to the Shepter, the Dolphins moved on from Tua this week and are prepared to move on for him this offseason. The only question is how. The dolphins are getting ready to embark on a search for new general manager who is expected to have its own ideas and how to handle Miami's mess at quarterback. Miami already owes to a 54 million dollar guaranteed in 26 and another $3 million in 27 becomes guaranteed on March 15th, meaning the Dolphid would like to decide

the most effective way to separate from the quarterback before that date. Cutting to it would leave $99 million in dead cap money, Ocho, the largest in NFL history. Designating tour as a post-June first cut would spread that money out and make it count 64 point excuse me 67.4 million in 26 and 31.8 million in 2027. The Broncos provided a roadmap in 2024 when it 885 million. It did cap money in Russell Wilson contract including 32 million that they're still carrying this season. They have 11-game win streak and they're the number one seed currently in the L. Yeah.

You know you don't want to. Just go ahead and move on. Eat it. I think that's what they're going to do, I mean, when you bench a quarterback, knowing you don't have a chance to make the playoffs, you sit him down. I think they're just going to eat it.

I think they're just going to eat it, but I still don't know where they go from here because now you're right back at square one, not having a quarterback, not having a quarterback of the future. You look at where you might be drafting in this draft come April. I mean, is there someone else out there that you're going to get?

Is there a veteran present that you might want to bring in along with a rookie that you might get in the first round? I mean, I'm not sure. I mean, is there anything in the draft that can come in and it's going to be drastically that much better than what you have already right now? I mean, no. Huh? You see what happens when ownership gets involved?

Brian Flores wanted Justin Herbert. Oh, yeah. Stephen Ross wanted Tua. For real? You saw the signs. Tank for Tua. I bet damn if he didn't you didn't sink the ship okay okay yeah man you have to look at Ocho and I thought too would be better than this but when you go back and look at Ocho he had an injury history coming into the league yeah think about he had a tight rope surgery he had a hip dislocated his hip he had to get that certain had to get that repaired he had numerous ankle injuries they there were report I mean knee injuries there are reports there were reports that he had a couple of surgeries that not never got mentioned right he's a smallest guy that's not mobile i mean not the most athletic

i'm looking at a guy got dislocated his hip he had tightrope surgery there are reports that he had other surgeries on his knees right what can we expect to get out of him mocho uh man And he's six foot tall. Yeah. He's six foot tall. That sucks. Give it. We're being generous.

The move marks the first in-season coaching change that the Rams head coach Sean McVeigh has made in his nine seasons with the Rams. Though the Rams have lost only four games this season, three have involved special teams miscues.
