Another podcast from some SNL late-night comedy guy, not quite.
Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and Friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier.
This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer, Streeter Seidel,
help an a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter.
Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and Friends on the I-Heart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all,
embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Listen to Superhuman on the I-Hard Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what I'm saying.
Yep, that's me.
Clifford Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits,
my basketball and college football journey,
or my career in sports media.
Well, now I'm bringing all of that excitement
to my brand new podcast, The Cliford Show.
This is a place for raw,
unfills of conversations with athletes,
creators, and voices that not only deserve
to be heard, but celebrated.
So let's get to it.
Listen to the Cliford Show

I'm Joey Dardano.
And on my new podcast,
Hope From a Hypocrite,
I'll be changing lives,
helping people in need
with thoughtful solutions.
Sike, I'm a comedian.
I'm not qualified to give good advice.
Join me and my comedian friends
as we riff rant
and recommend some of
the most legally dubious advice
known to me.
This is Help From a Hypocrite,
the worst advice from the dumbest people.
you know. Listen to Help from Hippocrite Wednesdays on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Will Ferrell's Big Money Players and IHart Podcasts presents Soccer moms. So I'm Leanne. Yeah. This is my best friend, Janet.
Hey. And we have been joined at the hips since high school. Absolutely. A redacted amount of years later,
we're still joined at the hip. Just a little bit bigger hips. This is a podcast. We're recording it as we
tailgate our youth soccer games in the back of my Honda Odyssey. With all the snacks and drinks. Why?
Did you get hard seltzer instead of beer?
They had a bogo.
Well, then you got it.
Listen to soccer moms on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,

Aaron Rogers has been in Pittsburgh for a couple of days,
but he hasn't met with the Steelers.
Aaron Rogers returned to Pittsburgh,
but has not returned to the Steelers.
Instead, they're talking with his agent.
He has a base salary of a little less than $14 million last year,
a very low rate relative to the market at the position.
The ultimate question, and you know this is, Ocho,
When they say it ain't about the money, it's about the money.
How much are the Steelers,
how much are the Steelers willing to offer
and how much does Aaron Rogers actually want?
Yeah, that's tough.
That's tough.
I but hope they get the resolve rather faster than later.
Aaron Rogers needs to be with that team right now.
He needs to be with that team right now,
billing chemistry with some of the new players in the locker room.
I think just having his presence in there,
would be very important right now.
Be very, very important.
I'm not sure if they,
I'm sure they have an off-season program going on right now.
I know Aaron Rogers probably doesn't want to be a part of that.
He probably didn't want to be there, but he needs to be there.
His presence is important.
If he's serious about changing the way they looked last year,
if he's serious about business, you know,
the money part going to take care of itself.
The market is what the market is.
Your Aaron Rogers, your resume, your accolades, speak for itself.
So you're going to be able to command and get what you want.
to because they ain't got no other goddamn options anyway.
You ain't got the options.
You don't get what you want.
Just, just, just, if you're in Pittsburgh right now,
just stay there.
Just stay there, go out, go, go out there work with the boys, man.
The kid, them kids, I love that.
Hey, Unk stricken on one tonight, um.
Yeah, he beat Shimae.
I'm surprised that Shimae, he was undefeated.
If I'm not mistaken, I think he was undefeated.
Yeah, he's nice.
Hey, is it me?
Hey, Joe, you watch UFC?
Not really.
Joe.
Not really.
Hey, Joe, I don't know what it is about watching UFC.
I was watching the prelims earlier today, right?
Uh-huh.
I don't know why when I watch UFC.
Hey, chat, y'all stay with me real quick.
When I watch UFC, like, it's one thing to watch it, but, like, I want to see what that
experience is like.
I want to know what it's like to go to a camp.
I want to know what it's like to go through the things that are fighters go through.
I want to know what it's like to do a way in.
I want to know it's like to have that ring walk, you know,
to get inside that octagon, you know, right before that bell sound.
And it just had the ref say, you ready?
You ready?
Let's fight.
Like, I want to experience that.
Oh, you want to fight somebody?
I'm talking with no gloves, none of that.
You just want to.
Not me, just the same structure that they have like that, you know?
The same structure.
I just want to know what it feel like just to be able to, like, like,
Like I have a deal right now where I'm working with UFC, right?
And I have like a four-fight deal where I go to the four fights, the lower division, right, Joe,
and highlight some of the young fighters trying to make it to the big, you know, to the higher level.
But I'm like, I talked today and then I talk to some of the people, Doug and Ryan, who got me this deal, right?
It's like, I don't really like the fact that I'm working with the UFC, right?
And I'm highlighting some of the young fighters up and coming, trying to make it to the big stage.
But you had me doing this.
and I don't have the accolades of the resume to be able to do it.
So how about you guys give me an opportunity to see what it's like?
They're getting there with somebody to have a camp,
whether it's, you know, whether it's a month, maybe two months.
So I feel better about myself being connected to the UFC because I've actually done it.
You give it what I'm saying.
You feel like that?
Joe, I'm crazy, Joe.
I'm willing to do anything, Joe.
You take a punch with red knuckles?
I mean, I ain't got no choice if we're going to find it out.
Hey, Joe, I got a nice little foundation to me.
I got a nice little foundation.
I ain't saying I'm goddamn McGregal.
The boxes that Ray Mercer and all the boxes, James Tonner,
all the guys that were world champion,
they got there after the UFC, they got this.
I know.
I ain't worried about that, Paul.
I ain't worried about it.
I just want the experience.
I ain't worried about the wins and the losses.
When you think about life, Joe, think about this in life, right?
When you go through life, everything you do,
it ain't going to be a win.
Yeah, Bob.
That's a part of life.
You got wins, you got losses.
And I'm one of the few people.
I don't walk around with my head high.
Like everything I've done in life is a win.
And I have no problem taking my ails publicly.
I have no problem.
I'm not shamed to that.
I just want to do it, Joe.
I just want to explain.
I want to stop for you.
Ain't nothing stopping you.
Oh, Joe.
Yeah.
Oh, oh, hold, Joe.
Hold up.
Ain't nothing stopping you.
I know.
You can go to the camp.
Just like you go to those training camps and boxing.
Yeah.
You can go to those training camps.
I'm gonna do it.
I'm gonna do it.
I'm gonna do it.
I'm gonna make y'all proud.
I'm gonna make y'all proud.
I think you're a high brother, Ocho.
But I don't wanna see you get choked out and go limp.
I don't wanna see that.
I don't want to see that.
I don't want to.
Hey, I ain't gonna go limp.
I got roast bark.
Oh.
He would be more than roast barked.
Hey, Joe, just this one time.
The same is that defeat.
You're not a wrestler.
Huh?
You can't, you can't snuff a take down.
Hey, I'm gonna try to.
I'm gonna try to stay on my feet the best way I can't.
You remember the fight that we went to?
Which one?
Did that guy stay on his feet?
Yeah.
Nah.
What do you do?
Take it down the whole night.
Oh yeah.
He made the fight boring, man.
Oh, what's the name?
The Brazilian?
Olivero.
Yeah, man, he made the fight boring, man.
But he knew it was the only way he could stand there,
he could stand there, uh, and go toe to toe with Max.
No.
So that's the thing.
You got to be able to wrestle.
You got to have, you got to have some, the wrestlers do the best
because you got to be able to stop,
you got to be able at some point in time take a guy down
or you got to be able to snuff it.
Well, hey, well, listen, we're going to have to get down and dirty.
You know, you know, the state championship wrestler in 84, uh, huh?
Well, you have to freshen up on those skills, yeah, yeah.
You know, I got a nice little ground game, nice little guillotine too.
Okay.
I think the thing back to Aaron Rogers,
The problem that the Steelers have is that he know they don't have anybody.
And they're,
and they're,
and they're,
and they're,
they stuck.
Yeah.
And that's what happens.
That's what happens.
That's what happens.
Green Bay let it happen for the longest time until they say,
you know what,
let's go get a quarter.
Yeah.
And they got a good one.
And they got a good one.
I think,
I don't know what round they drafted drew,
Drew Aller in,
but they didn't draft them high enough to put fear in him.
And so he's like,
nah,
he seemed to go and rate.
I see,
Miami just paid the guy
20 plus million dollars a year
and y'all want to give me less than 14
that ain't happening
listen whatever they pay him is going to be respectable
whatever they pay him is going to be respectable
but I want to make sure you're all in
he is a free agent though right
okay yes
no I think that well he said
he had a base seller left no I think he a free agent
no they put a tag
they tagged him that means
they can match any offer.
Right.
They go on bad, man.
Boy, the thing is that
as long as they know,
as long as he knows they don't have any options,
then what?
He's going to play games like you're playing that.
You can play hard to get,
if you know the chick that you're trying to see,
you know she don't got no option,
you give her your butt to kids.
If she, if she got options,
she give you her butt to kiss.
But when ain't nobody got no option to look here,
You ugly, I'm ugly, we might as well get our ugly ass together.
What are we doing here?
I mean, I had an all more teller chick that one time.
But look here, I'm ugly, you ugly, let's go make ugly sex.
Yeah.
I ain't ugly, you're a lot.
You're ugly the bull.
But that's okay, I'm ugly too.
Two ugly people should be together.
Yeah, you're right by that.
So when you got, when you got, it's when you have options in the job market,
you increase your value.
If this plays like, well, he ain't got no other options, we can give him this.
But the moment they know five or six companies bidding for you, you raise the price.
Football, basketball, if you ain't got no options, Joe, you got to take what they get you.
You're absolutely right.
Once I got three, four, five teams.
Interesting.
Highest middle.
So I don't know what he won't.
He's going to get more than this little 14 million that he made last year.
Absolutely.
But,
Steele,
you ain't got nobody to blame but you sell.

Hey, I'm Jared Adano. You might know me as that loud guy who yells out, help on the internet.
Help! Somebody! Please! But there's so much.
more to me than that. I'm an actor. I'm a comedian, and recently, I've become quite the helper myself.

What's up, fam? It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J. Toledano,
and our podcast Point Game is about defying the odds.
Like LeBron heading into the playoffs without Luca.
and Austin Reed.
And finding ways to win no matter what.
He's the smartest player to ever play the game.
His IQ is at a level that we've never seen before.
And he knows.
Without Luca and Austin Reeves, I got to manipulate the game.
We get a player's perspective on the challenges of the playoffs.
I think Joker's going to be exhausted this series
because when they don't have Rudy in the lineup,
he has to really guard guys like Nas Reid.
He has to guard Julius Randall.
And then he has to give us everything he gives us on the night-to-night basis on offense.
And when IT's friends stopped by, like Quentin Richardson,
we dive into some playoff history too.
Steve Nash will get that thing.
That man, hell get to fly.
He running up the court, licking his fingers,
why he got the ball.
Like, you go through a training camp with that, Isaiah.
You figure it out real quick.
Oh, yeah.
Get your ass up and down the court,
and you're going to get the ball.
So listen to Point Game on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts.
All right, it's time for final segment of the evening.
It's time for Q and A.
Before we get to our Super Chats, we got three video voicemails from our Discord.
Let's take a listen.
What's up? Ocho, Nightcap Family.
Hey, I got the story for Ocho.
I remember when I was a jet, I used to play basketball for this park.
And once in a while, Ocho and his brother, Truncey would be out there.
I remember Ocho being the defender, his brother, Chauncey being a bucket-gitter.
But one day, I caught Ocho in the park.
parking lot and I asked him how they feel to get hit by Ray Lewis. He said, little man,
you need to ask Ray Lewis how I feel to hit me. I thought to myself, dang, that's how it is.
Ray hit this man so hard, he thinks he hit Ray.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, boy, there's some good days, boy. It was a good day, but I got damn Ray, boy.
Hey, what, Joe?
We played the Ray.
You got to think.
I played against the Ravens twice a year
for a decade straight.
Every time I had a chance to hit Ray,
I tried to hit him.
Joe, I lost every last one.
And I didn't care.
I didn't care, Joe.
You see, like I said, I want to do the Octagon stuff?
Joe, I didn't care.
I was reckless.
I was fearless.
I talked trash.
You hit me, knock me down.
I'm getting up talking trash.
Like, I just...
Hey, the baddest dude in the room, you're going at his neck.
You're going to him first.
Hey, Joe, every time.
And matter of fact, before I got your neck,
I'm going to talk about it first and I'm going to still do it.
Joe, you ready to do a join Nightcap full time?
Because I'm going to need a partner.
Why?
Because when you go do this MMMA training?
Hey, um, let me tell you something, uh,
one thing about it is for one.
One, I ain't fin embarrass you two.
Two, I'm not embarrassing my last name.
So if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right.
And if I lose, I'm going to look good losing.
Hey, Joe, I ain't say I'm going to win.
But when I lose, I'm going to look goddamn good.
They be like, hey, boy, I ain't know you could throw like that.
I say, you know, I got a little foundation now, you know.
Hey, I ain't grow up doing this, but, you know, I got squabets.
Hey, I talk Unkin to come and show you some love and support, man.
come in.
Oh, I'll be there.
Y'all better be,
y'all better be ringside.
Joe, you could be McCuteman.
Yeah, yeah, hopefully, hopefully you can handle your own.
You know what I mean?
Joe, I got handling my own, Joe, I got hands now.
Yeah, because you know, Joe, when I was in LA,
you know, I used, they used to call me baby swabbles.
Yeah.
Yeah, I don't know.
Yeah, I don't know.
On dead homies.
You gotta keep them up off you, Ocho.
Huh?
You gotta keep them up off you.
Yeah, I'm gonna keep them up off of me.
Okay.
Yeah, they used to call me, yeah.
Hey, Joe, you know, I used to get out, Joe.
When I was in L.A., Joe, you know, I stayed in the jungles.
You know, when they put me on, I had to take on like eight dudes.
Yeah, me, Joe.
I had eight of them.
They were coming.
Hey, Joe, I don't know if you noticed, but that voice been the same for about two weeks, ain't it?
You notice that, Joe?
Huh?
Okay.
Oh, you know, I've been smoking heavy.
I'm good, though.
I'm good, though.
That old hunter, they said they got the whole new virus, the hunter virus.
That who?
Yeah, I know what he's talking about.
That's what the people got on their ship at him, man.
Oh, yeah, I heard about that boy.
Hey, we ain't got that down in Miami, boy.
Right.
What do you think they're up there from?
Not Miami.
Hey, hey, boy, I stay 44, 40, 45 minutes from the city, boy.
Hey, the ships ain't leaving from the city?
Where they leave from?
Nah, the port is.
Port of Miami is in the city, uh?
That's right there by the bitch.
I'm out here with the horses and the horses and cows.
Hold on.
Mice love horses and cows.
They can listen to our second video.
Uh-oh, all right, so what's heading in Suburic,
my question is for, um, so um,
when you choosing a guest for club,
say, say, how do you know that they're going to be the perfect fit?
Like, what's that process?
And how do you mentally and emotionally prepare yourself to have such deep conversations?
And my last question is, what advice would you give someone that wants to get into the interview space
and become such a great interviewer like yourself to make guests open up to you and feel more comfortable with you?
Love the show.
Peace out.
Appreciate that.
Some very good questions.
I think the biggest thing for me is that, uh,
I go in there, I don't go in there with a preconceived idea.
I have an idea of who the individual are, obviously, you know, some you know more about than others.
But I go in there, I'm not going to be judgmental.
I'm going to listen.
I'm going to let them tell there.
Nobody wants to hear my voice.
They want to hear them.
So I'm not going to overtalk them.
Now, if there's something I don't quite understand, I might ask and try to rephrase the way,
because maybe he or she didn't understand the question I was asking because I want, you know,
I'm never going to put, you know,
there are people calling and says,
look, there's something I said I want to take that out.
I remove it because I ain't trying to make nobody look bad.
We ain't trying to get no clip moments.
Right.
We won't even feel comfortable.
Whatever.
That's their story to tell.
Joe and Ochoo.
That's their story.
I don't want to add anything.
I don't want to take anything out.
We talked before.
Is there anything that you don't want to discuss?
No, I'm an open book.
Okay, fine.
For me, you do as deeper dive,
if you possibly can.
I would recommend that you don't do a whole lot of interviews.
You don't watch a whole lot of other interviews
because if you do that,
it's going to probably lead you to ask some similar questions
because maybe they said something that got clipped
and it got a lot of views that you're going to try to do that.
And so we don't do that.
I'm going in there.
We've done as deep a dive as we possibly can.
We're going back five years, 10 years, 15 years.
We're trying to, as he said,
we want the guests to open up.
but we want them to open up in a way that we're not judging them.
And some people like, man, the thing is that, like, people think,
like, everybody's supposed to do $15, $20 million.
I'm like, look, if you go back and look at Oprah or Phil Donahue
or anybody that had that was in this space,
you thought every guess was great?
No.
But you learned a lot about a lot of different people.
And that's what I try to do.
I try to give a lot of different people, you know,
people that I'm like, man,
and I would really like to hear their story.
I think they got a very interesting story to tell.
Yeah.
Hey, man, Ocho, I had Sukian on the thing.
Lord, have mercy.
Hey, she's funny.
She got a good personality, huh?
What?
Yeah, she's funny.
Oh, my good.
I was like, Sue, though.
And to stunts, people are like, well, oh, you at, bro,
you got to realize if me and Ocho,
like, what we talk about off, offset, off camera is one thing.
They're putting this on camera.
She's talking about, oh, you suck at the front of the bag.
I said, whoa, whoa, go on.
Come out.
So I'm as surprised when some, when they start talking about some things,
I'm as surprised as anybody.
Yeah, I look, I'm hell, damn this 60.
But it's the fact that they're saying it because you have a,
you have a perception that do people really talk like that?
What do they really talk like that?
and the cameras aren't rolling.
Okay, they know the cameras are rolling
and they still talk the same way.
I'm like, what they?
Oh, yeah, she was.
But if you want to get in the space,
do your research, do your homework,
understand this is a full-time job.
You got to invest a lot of time in it.
I don't know if you're going to have producers.
I don't know how you're going to go about doing it.
I don't know you're going to have one camera.
We shoot with three cameras.
We shoot with I have a camera.
The guests have a camera.
We have a slide.
You know, we got producers, we got editors, we got graphics, we got social media team.
It's a big undertaking.
And it all depends on how serious you want to take it.
There are a lot of people getting into the space, but it can be done.
It absolutely can be done.
But bro, you got to roll your sleeves up and you got to go all in.
And people are like, well, why are you interviewing this person or why are you interviewing that person or get this people?
Bro, we try to reach out to people.
Sometimes, you know, they say yes and they get back to us and say,
we can shoot this, this, and this time.
Some time they get back to us and we don't hear from them again.
Sometimes they never get back to us.
That's the way it works.
So we try to get as many interesting people.
They bring me a list.
They're like, I send them a list and we go down the list and like, okay,
who do we think we can get?
And that's kind of how it works.
But, you know, some people that, you know, they, they want to be, they want to sit down.
And then some people, they don't.
That's how interview goes.
You know, we try to go as thorough as we possibly can.
And if you notice, I interviews all of my hour, at least two hours or 1.45 to two and a half to sometimes three.
Because I'm not interrupting him.
I want them to get their full train of thought out.
And I don't want it to be, well, you led this.
All I do is ask a question.
I'll ask the question and then I sit back.
I let them talk.
I let them answer it.
How they,
because it's their life.
I don't know.
Ocho, I wasn't there.
Yeah.
So you let them explain.
Ocho can tell,
guess what?
Ocho can tell Ocho story better than anybody else.
Joe can tell Joe's story better than anybody else.
Oh, you know that ain't how it happened.
How do I know?
I wasn't there.
Neither would you.
Let them tell it.
And then.
I don't form no opinion.
I ain't got no opinion one way or another.
I think everybody, like I said,
I think we're pretty close to 200 guests
in almost six years,
and everybody's had a great time for the most part.
So, but good luck, bro.
We got one more or just the last one?
I think this the last one.
Hey, Shannon. Hey, Ocho.
What up, Joe?
In a few hours on this day,
at about 1 o'clock,
I'll be graduating from the Serena State University.
where you can really get anywhere from here.
Don't believe me.
Look at Shannon.
Shout out to y'all.
Peace and love.
Congrats.
Appreciate that, man.
Yeah, that's right.
Anywhere, college by the seat.
Oh, yeah.
Congrats, congrats, congrats.
Hey, yes, yes.
Savannah State, baby, the blue and orange tigers.
The only tigers that matter.
If you're another tiger on the latter.
So, Battle of State, college by the seat.
And as he said, our alma mater,
anywhere from here.
I'm living proof.
Fam, you.
Thunder up, baby.
Let's close it out on Monday.
That damn show looked like it, too.
Damn.
Y'all give you.
They might get one.
Lee Roller says Spurs got something for OKC.
Okay, C got something for a lot of people.
Whatever.
Okay.
to play with, man.
I ain't on the whole y'all.
They're not anything to play with.
They had their number though.
Oh, if you're still going to the game on Monday,
I hope you bring a broom because it's over.
KFC, UFC, UFC, we can all see.
OK, C, F, Ocho,
pay, oh, Joe, I say, me, Ocho.
Joe already made it clear.
It's over here.
Don't worry about it.
I'm gonna get it up out of you.
It's something, a different kind of way, huh?
You feel?
Lakers don't deserve no Cancun.
They should take their sorry, you know what,
to dirty-ass galveston.
You don't do a thing like that, man.
They're putting up a little fight.
They're doing what they can.
Hell, yeah, I mean, what do you all expect?
Yeah, that's it.
That's what they got, Joe.
That's the best thing at the offer.
Ryan 35, say SGA, GTA, PGA,
K-G-G-A, O K-C-N-4.
Yeah, man.
What's up, I don't know, Joe?
So we know how good the Thunder is, but why doesn't coach Dagnot get enough credit for their success?
I don't know.
Isn't he running for coach of the year?
He got to be, you know.
But I think that a lot of times when you got some of the best players, you don't really get that.
But I think it's because, you know, their coach has, they got a great development system.
No.
Mm-hmm.
Seabre is it all?
Aiton, Reeves, Cleaver, Vando
will most likely be gone the moment for it is in.
Hold on, he said Aiden Reeves?
Nah. Yeah.
I think
if Reeves gone, then they mean they're getting
something big in return.
Underground kicks. It's time
for the next decision. Big three,
what you think?
What decision?
The next big decision.
Somebody's going to make the next big decision.
What you mean?
For a trade.
Who, hey, hold on.
Who's big enough?
something happening?
Who big enough to, hey, what happened to my camera?
Who big enough to make that decision?
That's the line here.
This is your camera.
How do we know?
Oh, no.
It's on the wrong thing.
Yonnis, wherever Yon is going.
That's going to be the next big one.
Alpha bodies, man, the Lakers are ass.
Reeves making it real easy for the Lakers not to offer him a max or any contract for that matter.
Nah, I think he's kind of unplayed himself into a max.
And if he doesn't get it, somebody else.
Yeah, I mean, he's playing against the best team right now.
You know, without Luca.
I mean, yeah, he's had a, you know, a rough couple games, but what else they going to do?
Yeah, tell me so we both know, Joe.
You got to bring you.
Big Bridges.
What's up, nightcap crew?
My wife and I never missed the show.
Can I get a birthday?
And a mother's day shout out for my wife, Tamara.
Tamara, okay.
Tamara, man, the kids love you.
It will ever be grateful.
Absolutely.
Tamara, happy birthday.
Happy Mother's Day.
Man, I forgot damn Mother's Day.
Boy, look here, they need to start with all these holidays, man.
They keep paying for them.
Hey, Mother's Day tomorrow, uh.
I know.
I knew that today.
Yeah, okay.
Wait, you got, you got your gifts?
I ain't got no gifts.
You got, you got gifts, Joe?
I got a couple in the morning and go do something.
What you got to do, huh?
What you got, Joe?
I ain't got a new gun.
Why not?
You just scream me and my ladies, but.
I want to know what?
Hey.
Hey.
Hey, Joe, I know what he got.
That's why you don't want to say none.
You want to got that plug, huh?
Come on.
Hey, what's going on?
Hey, why we got to deal with this, Ed?
Hey, Joe.
What about it?
A lot of conversation.
I always got to go left, Joe.
I'm just, we've been going right all night.
You already know he's thinking that's right, Joe.
Where that come from?
They come out of nowhere.
I know, I'm just making sure.
Could you say it between you and?
and your wife so it just made me think, okay, maybe, maybe you went to Spence.
Now, man, come on, brother.
Okay, my bad, my bad.
But Tamara, happy Mother's Day, happy birthday.
Hey, bro, hopefully you got something playing for a birthday and a mother day, two for one,
you killed two birds with one stone, but make it a really, really nice gift because she's
gave, giving you kids and she's giving you a great life.
So, bro, congratulations on the, uh, uh, tomorrow.
Congratulations on the Mother's Day and happy, happy birthday.
And many, many more to come.
Boy, that Ocho, Lord.
What happened?
The coach of needs Dr. Yaki or Bobby Price on club, Shaysha or Nightcareer.
Who that?
I promise you, you won't regret it.
Y'all will look different.
Y'all life will totally different.
Who?
I don't know who these people.
You know what these are people on Joe?
Ojo.

Just a little bit bigger hips, wider.

Yaki?
Chat, y'all know who this is?
Mm-hmm.
Hey, you got to do Dr. Umar, man.
We do.
Rob me, 0.04.
What's the greatest lesson a mother or a mother figure has ever taught you?
And do y'all think that JJ is the right coach for the Lakers job?
Yeah, I think JJ's doing a hell of a job with what he's got.
I think he's got a hell of a job what he got.
Say, what's the greatest advice?
Yep
A mother or a mother figure
Has given
taught you
And mine would be
You know my mom used to always
Tell me
You know always believe in yourself
Because hell if you don't
Who will
You know what I mean
She used to always tell me that
What you got on show?
What uh
Paulette told you
Miss Paula
Shoot, boy
That's a good one boy
I'm trying to think
I think I'm gonna go with my grandma
about saving money.
That's one of the reasons I'm, I am the way I am.
Grandma would tight with that money,
you know, and I just, it just bled right into me.
You got to understand, especially when you're that young,
you don't know anything about, you know,
being financially savvy.
I got to learn about that stuff early at the early age, like high school.
I would lot than ever since.
What you got on?
I know you got something.
I think my grandmother, one of her things that she said all the time,
and even as she, you know, was on her last couple of years of living,
she said, so I always treat everybody nice because you'll never know who you'll ask to hang your last drink of water.
Ooh.
And I think about that and I really try to treat everybody nice because you never know, you know,
My grandfather used to always say, boy, he said,
the toes you step on the day might be on the foot,
connected to the leg that lead to the butt.
You got a kiss tomorrow.
He said, you be careful how you treat people.
Because you never know somebody in a little small, minor role,
might be an executive tomorrow.
And they won't forget.
They won't, they won't forget how you treated them.
When you were somewhat and they weren't,
I don't cast judgment on anybody.
Everybody got a story.
Everybody's not going to be as fortunate as everyone else.
Because I never judge a man by where he's standing because I don't know where he came from.
And I don't know how long it took him just to get here.
And I don't know what he had to overcome just to get right here.
And I don't know how long it took him to get right here where he's standing.
While we look and judge it, Coles Haggerily, Scruffy, you don't know.
what a man's been through.
Lord bless him.
Bless her.
That's the way I look at people.
I try to treat everybody nice.
I try to, whether I walk into a room, it's a CEO,
it's the secretary, it's the janitors.
Hey, how you doing?
Nice to meet you too.
Oh, love the show, To Ocho.
Oh, you and Joe and Ocho, y'all doing great job.
Thank you.
Man, we love club, Shesh.
Man, when you go get Cat Williams back on?
But I think that's the biggest thing, man.
I just, it irks me when I see people that are in an advantageous situation,
how they kind of look down on people that's not or they don't think that's on their level.
That bothers me.
It really does.
It really does.
Because it makes me think that if I wasn't who I was, you treat me that same way.
So in other words, that's how you would treat me.
That's how you would talk to me.
That bothers me.
That's always bothered me.
Just, that's just me.
Uh, what's up, nightcap?
Crew, hey, Ocho.
The bullhead clap putting you a mean one.
That bullhead clap putting a mean demonstration on you,
where's doing?
Where do you go?
I'm right here.
Oh, shoot.
Hey, I think, you think my camera overheating?
Bad don't strike me the line.
But they ain't never did this before.
It keeps switching to my left.
My laptop.
Oh.
Uh, Daryl, okay, C, 10 free throws, Lakers 25.
Stop with the foolishness about always dammit control.
Excuse me for LeBron.
Bro, ain't nobody.
People always talk about, okay, all you talking about LeBron.
We ain't nobody mentioned LeBron.
We don't go on two hours without talking about LeBron.
You brought LeBron up.
The OKC are a better team.
We're asking what can they do to win a game?
It ain't just LeBron.
But why is it when the Lakers, when the Lakers lose, it's all about LeBron?
When they win, it was all about Luca and Austin Reeves.
I'm just trying to figure that out.
Yeah, they're trying to work your nerves a little bit.
I'm like, damn.
LeBron is not playing well.
He's not.
I don't know if he's playing at his best.
It will still be enough.
He can't play five positions.
Look at the guy.
Look at the guy.
Look at, what, six guys in double feet.
figures.
Shot 57% from the floor.
Hot spot casino, man, Mitchell is a problem, 24 points and zero turnovers.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's nice.
And he probably, he probably your third or fourth best player.
And he gives you that kind of production.
I ain't going to even lie to you.
I ain't even know about him coming into the season.
I ain't going to.
He came out of nowhere.
He started the year off great.
Hell, it was at one point, Ocho.
He was averaging about 20, 22 points a game.
I'm like, damn.
And he ain't tape it off.
Not one beat.
He gets his opportunity.
He's been seizing the moment.
A guy playing.
Think about it.
And Shea's really not playing that good.
Yeah.
Shea's not playing that good.
And they beat him by 18, 18.
And what they beat them by the night?
20 something?
23.
Mm-hmm.
33?
I don't know.
Because they scores,
they gave up 57 in the first half.
They gave up 74 in the second half.
So I, but you let all the other guys, you let Kaysen Wallet get off.
You let Mitchell get off.
Even though you got Shia under control,
uh,
chat has been unbelievable.
But I mean,
if you think about it,
who hasn't got off?
The only two guys that's struggling,
scoring the basketball is,
is,
is Shag and Lou Dork.
And they don't even need them.
I understand the Luca trade.
With that said,
A.D. Max Christie and Marry
with the current roster would be a better contender than Luca in it.
I mean, probably, yeah, maybe.
Well, you kind of got to give a take.
I mean, hell, if you don't make the trade, do you even get market smart?
You don't even know if you get market smart for real.
Correct.
I mean, he's all right.
You're right.
But we do know AD is a better defender than Aiton or Jackson Hayes,
and he can score, which those guys, and he can shoot the mid-range,
range, he got the three ball, even though he struggled to three.
I think he was around 32, 33 percent his last year with the Lakers.
But he's a better big, even injured majority of the time than what Aiton and Jackson
Hayes.
Darrell Jones, Keanu Reeves, Christopher Reeves, Oster Reeves, OECC, and four.
The man's all killer.
We got to give OKGM Sam Preston some credit.
This is a very good basketball team.
No, he's one of the great
best GMs
ever. Him, R.C.
Buford, Jerry West,
Red Arbac,
Jerry Krause,
he's right there.
Bob Myers did an unbelievable job.
But Sam Presti, I mean, think about it.
Got Kevin and Rand's going to the Hall of Fame.
Russell Westbrook is going to the Hall of Fame.
James Harden is going to the Hall of Fame.
he made the trade for Shea.
She's going to the Hall of Fame.
You look at what he's,
this team got a,
they got a stretch
that they can put together
another three to five years, Joe.
Now the question is,
can they stay healthy?
Can they keep everybody happy?
Because you play it every year
into June.
That means, hey,
you're getting less and less rest time.
Eventually that catches up with you.
And you got to continue to try to add a little small,
add little pieces without,
without,
without,
overhaul.
So let's see with this draft bring them.
Yes.
When the cameras pointed on JJ,
he was talking about the sister code,
like, what do I do at this point?
Pray.
Hey, man.
You got.
Pray.
Ain't nothing you can do.
You got what you, Joe, you got what you got.
It's like, in our football terms, Joe,
and, Joe, you know this.
Hey.
What do what I do?
Bro, we're doing everything we possibly can.
We don't win zone.
We don't win man.
We went a fire zone.
We brought zero blitz.
We can't get to the quarterback.
And when we get to the quarterback,
we still can't get the receiver on the ground.
They just got too much, bro.
I mean, they got enough.
They do.
It's the same.
It's like when you were playing Chicago in the 90s
or you're playing Shackner and Kobe them
in the early 2000, what do you do?
You double shack, he kicking it to Rick Fox, he kicking to Darren Fisher,
and you still got to deal with Kobe going one-on-one.
Some point in time, you just tip your hat and say, you know what?
They're the better team.
They're the better team.
And that's okay to say that.
I'll never say somebody.
Oh, well, you ain't got to say it.
We see it.
Whether you admit to it or not, we see.
Tether fool what?
Hey, um, I so.
I recently lost my daughter
Aria
Can I get a shout out to my baby
She was three when she passed
Huge fan
Love you man
Here at night cap man
We're so sorry to hear about that bro
My condoless is bright
I can just imagine
The thought of having a little child to rest
That's not what we envision
When we bring
When you know we become a parent
And bring a child
Bring a life into the world
We never anticipate that
We're going to have to lay
said child arrest.
It's supposed to be the other way around.
We look for our kids to bury us, not vice versa.
So I can just imagine what you're going through.
So our hearts are heavy for you.
I don't know how long, how long it's been since she's passed.
But just know here at Nightcap, we're praying for you and your family.
And hopefully God's give you peace and comfort and understanding in this most troubled time.
So I've thought and prayers go out to you, bro.
Rest and peace.
Lakers need to trade everybody.
Trade the Lakers, the dancers.
Hell, trade me.
Man, you're going to trade the dancers.
Damn.
There are certain people who play well
during the regular season,
but disappear during the playoffs.
Why does that happen?
Have you seen it personally?
Thank you, Uncle Ocho and ISO.
Still, why that happened, Joe?
Why did that happen in basketball that some guys
that in the regular season, they give you,
ooh, they're doing a thing, bang,
and then come playoff.
Because in the playoffs, you get to lock in
on really what it is
that you like to do.
And, you know, the dudes don't.
It's like, hey, Uncle, if you're a hell of a score,
then we know, all right, look,
every try he running, pick and roll,
I don't give a damn what happened.
We're going to trap his ass.
We're going to make him get off the ball.
They else can beat up.
In the regular season, teams don't play like that.
You know what I'm saying?
They may have a game plan for you,
but it's not concise to where it's like,
okay, we solely just want to stop this one guy.
You're hoping you play well.
You know, you play a great game.
But in the postseason, every play, every possession, every game is magnified at the highest.
So it's geared up to stop said player.
And if you don't have great guys around you, hell, you're going to struggle.
You got to have, you got to have guys because when they come to get the ball out of your hands,
and you got to be confident that guys can make plays around you.
It's really that simple.
If you, if you, if you look at the Patriots, Ocho.
Yeah.
And you look at the guys, that best receiver,
they didn't win the championship with.
They won the championship with Edelman,
with Dionne Branch,
with guys like that.
Because he's like, okay, you take that away.
I got so much confidence that I can throw it to him.
A guy that once played quarterback.
Oh, this guy was undrafted.
What's the other one name?
Amandola.
Amandola?
So you forgot about Wes.
Yes.
Well, Wes undrafted.
Amandola undrafted.
I think Edelman was a seventh round draft pick.
Well, he's the former quarterback.
From Kent State, yep.
And so Jordan, he had to have enough confidence
to pass the ball to Paxson
or to kick it to curb.
You just,
ain't nobody winning no championship by themselves.
It takes a team effort.
Now, if you are a tennis player or golfer, kudos, Tiger.
Kudos, uh, uh, Serena.
But when you got a team,
or you're going to need that team.
That's why it's a team.
T.S. Carwage Detail service, the Daniel Dubois fight was great.
Did y'all see it?
Yeah, that was a good one.
That was a good one.
He knocked no boy out, didn't he?
Yeah, yeah, but he got knocked down twice.
But he got knocked down.
I saw, I saw, I saw him got knocked down twice.
Yeah, that was a good fight.
And he got back up and flow board old boy.
You got him out of there.
Yeah.
D. Money, can y'all give my daughter, Anaya, a shout out.
She graduated high school today.
Anaya.
Congratulations.
High school.
Damn, they graduated.
Yeah.
It's made.
I thought, hold on.
We graduated.
Ocho, did you all graduate in May or June?
Shoot, but I graduated late.
Boy, ain't no telling.
Oh, Lord, have mercy.
Ocho, you had to go to summer school just to get to the high school?
Yeah.
Oh, Lord.
Yeah.
Hey, boy, it's a long road for me,
boy.
Why do you think I had to go to Langston?
Did you do any work in high school?
Yeah, yeah.
We're out working in the hallways.
Hey, Joe, this better see you do a cutout.
He do a cutout.
I was working in a hallways, but.
Lord, have mercy.
Ocho.
Damn.
I'd had you get your work.
Hey, we're going to cut up, but you're going to get your work today.
Got my master's earlier today from UT Chattanooga.
Huge shout out to the big three for keeping me entertained
and locked in on sports during those long days and nights.
You don't know how much you guys help.
Congratulations, man, Frank.
Ah, man, got a master from UT.
Hold on that's what T.O. went to do, right?
Did you tell Tio go to UT Chattanoos?
Chattanooga, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Congratulations, bro, Masters.
all right now you going back to get a doctor then by the time you had to pay something to
student loans back off club yeah hey yeah yeah my son to my hey I'll think about
getting the matter you're smart enough you smart enough oh hell no hey somebody
school gets out a month earlier than before damn y'all go later I don't know we didn't
start school till after Labor Day.
When y'all go back, when y'all was in school,
y'all remember when y'all went to school,
you all go back before labor, or after?
Yeah, I, how you remember that?
Man, because, man, I love the school.
Man, hey, the summer, you don't got you a new outfit.
You know, you don't got you a new outfit for the, like,
first three, four days till like.
And you wear, and you wear them all out the first week.
It's over the first week.
Done.
First week, it's over it.
It's over with.
But you know,
what I used to hate.
I used to hate when school started like on a Wednesday or Thursday.
You only had to go, nah, no, let me start on this Monday.
I need everybody to see me.
Hey, it didn't know like that first week, ain't it bad.
That first week on, oh, yeah.
Hey, man, what y'all do?
Yeah, man, how you do it?
Yeah.
Well, it was a good old day, man.
Sweet.
What's up, Uncle, I, so and still question for all.
How many times do y'all use a towel?
I use a different one every time I shower.
Is it just me?
Yeah, that's just, yeah.
I got two house,
I got two towers hanging up.
That's just,
no, no, no.
So I use, uh, uh,
and the cleaning people come every couple of days.
So, no, hell not.
Different.
No, I use a, I, I, uh, no, I don't have no one towel.
So let's just say the sake of argument.
I use.
On Monday, I take two showers.
I used one.
I used the other one.
Then guess what?
Tuesday?
I used the one I used for.
virtual old budget, use it.
I don't know.
How'd not do it?
Hell, no, I ain't used no.
I don't know.
I use it.
Yeah, bro.
You know, I've been to-
the table.
Yeah, but here, you got to wash machine.
You got to wash them.
Y'all?
So you mean, tell me,
jow, wash your face in your ass,
and then hang it up,
and then come back and use that same rag again
and wash it.
Uh, yeah, duh.
Yeah.
What the hell?
My face is my ass.
The heck.
Joe, you use a separate,
you use a separate washcloth for everything?
Yeah, I'm saying.
When I take a shower, I use a different washcloth every time.
God damn.
Now, see?
Now, you thought I was bad, Joe.
I mean, Ocho?
Yeah, boy, Joe, you tripping, boy.
Now, I wash my face.
I watch my face.
I don't put no towel on my face, my watch.
But I watch, you know, with the facial stuff, I put that in my hands.
And then I just take the water, you know, splash the water in my face to get it off.
But I wash my body.
Yeah, I wash my body with the same.
Yeah.
So, yeah.
I use a different tile, fellas.
I'm sorry.
Yeah, it's all.
You do it too much, Joe.
Here you all go.
Yeah, you do it way too much.
Y'all wash it.
Wash your face.
Watch your ass.
Sit it up at the end,
then come back and wash your face and ass again.
Come on.
Yeah, it's so.
Yeah, Joe, it's soap.
It's ladded up and soap, Joe.
I'm, I used it.
So let me ask you a question.
What the wash machine doing, Joe?
So how do, how the tile?
Yeah, I know.
that, but come on, man, I'm saying, y'all, come on,
you put the soap on, you, you, you're all over your body,
all in, you crack.
Yeah.
Yeah, Joe, yeah.
Well, damn, Joe, where you're nuts being?
I mean, that turned to the house,
you want a whole new towel every time, a new rag?
Yeah, I used a new rag, bro.
I didn't use a new rag here at time.
That's how I'm going.
But you're using bars, but you're using bars.
I use some time, you know, I don't know.
See, look at it.
Look at there.
Look at that, oh, Joe, he used a barso.
But he wanted to talk about, hey, I mean, I can't talk because I use that dialed cranberry bar soap.
Yeah, I use that.
I just use the white one.
I don't use the cranberry.
I use that white one.
Yeah.
Okay.
Man, I ain't used bar soap in so long.
Yeah, man, something's not okay.
I got, I got that, I got that peppermint thing in my, um, the peppermint soap in there.
My cleaning lady bought it.
But it, but it, how you feeling?
It had you feeling funny, well, I don't.
It'd be tingling, huh?
Yeah, man.
I went back to my dial, man.
No, no, at, uh,
I got tired of that bar so.
I'm trying to think last time I used bar soap,
I had to be probably 30 plus years ago.
Because back in the,
we'll see Joe, this before,
when I was in college,
hey, you have soap.
Hey, man, we used that soap.
Dude, take your bar so, put it all between it.
Put it in his booty and hand it back to you.
I said, oh, no, no, no.
I'm looking at, hey, I'm looking at my soap.
Ain't got stupid hair on there.
No, sir.
I don't even let nobody eat my soap, boy.
So I say, you know what I'm going to do?
I'm going to give me some, hey, bro, no.
Hey, Sharp, you got some soap?
I don't.
I'm lathering up my, man, I thought you had no soap.
I ain't got no soap.
You.
I got a bar and soap for me.
I ain't got nothing for you.
Oh, hell, no.
Damn.
So.
But, hey, but I, Joe,
and hype and people, they kill me in the game.
But we used to drink behind one another.
So you had a water bottle.
Oh, Joe, let me get that bottle.
Oh, Joe, turn it up.
I turn it up.
I turn it around.
But you don't put your mouth on it, though.
No.
Yeah.
You might creep up a little, ah, like that.
No.
No, Joe.
Hey, until I found out what all them guys were doing
that we had a bunch of guys like,
Ocho on the team.
Stop me cold turkey.
I ain't even wanting to water.
I'd be going Friday without no way.
Hey, you got the cups?
We run out of cups.
I'm like, I'm good.
Or I just picked the,
oh, I picked the clag.
We used to have a water cooler joke
that you had to press the budget.
Yeah.
I picked the whole cooler.
I ain't fooling with y'all no.
I ain't fooling though.
Now, I ain't have no, I ain't have no doubt.
We had,
the soap we had, we had, we had,
We had ivory.
Irish.
I remember ivory.
Or zest.
Zest.
That's really clean.
Those were the two.
But mainly, mainly,
ivory,
because ivory was cheap.
Ivory, you get like six,
six bars for like a dollar.
You could,
and they'd be together.
So you get like six bars,
like they be together.
What do you think has a more difficult
workout?
King Henry or King,
James one has a rougher challenge running at 32 or playing at 41 man they're
running up and down that damn court yeah that's horrible because the difference
is is that he has to blow both ways yeah so playing both ways he got to play offense
and defense now I'm not saying you know running back boy boy
to take that pound because King Henry is is a,
is a, he, he, he, he's a bell cow back.
There's a difference between a guy coming in on third down,
or two, catch a, you know, Joe, catch a little swing,
glass, getting a little draw play as opposed to taking that 30,
having the ball 28, 30, 32 times.
And considering how many times he carried the ball in high school,
how many times he carried in a short time that he was in college,
and how many times he's carried since he's been in the NFL?
Well, yeah.
The mere fact that this is,
This man is still walking and still running like he's running it is amazing.
Got some mileage on there.
Amazing.
I mean, that man had like 2,000 carers in high school.
Joe?
Yes.
He was toting that peel, boy.
Dr. Dr. Drescott, I take it back on Doc again.
I think the Spurs got this one.
Wimba ain't playing around.
He used his infinite infinity stones that he collected this season.
playing his ass off. He got his work cut out for him now.
Hey, he got his work cut out for him now. Hey, yeah.
Yeah.
Uh, what's up, Nightcap? Which NBA MVP season is your favorite? Me personally, I would
take Westbrook year. He was a dog that year plus the beef he ended with KD with
cinema. Much love, y'all.
Ooh. I'm gonna take it back. I think the year, what year was it? Was it 2000 when
Iverson won MVP
2001
yeah he was a bad boy they
I know they they couldn't mess with the Lakers
they won't and stole their game one
thought they had
yeah
he was special
because Iverson ended up having
48 Shaq had a 4420 game
with like five or six
blocks
for the MVP
Ooh, I think I'm going to have to go with Dr. Jay.
I think Dr. Jay wanted an 81.
I think the first year of Brian won it, won it.
What was that?
2009.
That was before he went to Miami.
Yeah, because I think he won 9, 10.
Derek Rose won at 11.
LeBron won at 12, 13, KD won at 14.
And then Steph run at 16.
7, when it, won at 15, 16.
Well, that's that information, Lord.
Fellas, if you're, if your dating life
had a warning label, what would it say?
If they had a warning label?
Oh, yeah, Ocho.
What happened?
If your dating life
had a warning label, what
would it say?
You will be back.
You wear a dog.
That's it.
You will be back, but the dog
gonna be closed? No.
A warning label.
That's a good warning label.
That means dangerous.
It's going to crossbones.
Oh, please do not consume more than two or two.
Oh,
Joe.
Joe, what's your warding?
No.
Okay, okay.
I see, Joe.
I ain't got it.
Atlanta Dream beat the champs tonight.
Reese with those rebounds.
She did.
She has double-n-n-dove?
Hey, is she going to rebound the ball now?
She gets a, hey, she gets a little jump shot,
a little float game?
going, boys, you're going to be hell.
All right, so how you feel about
Messiah, your jury with the man?
Oh, man, I like him over there. I mean, hell,
he's done a hell of a job in Toronto.
I mean, obviously winning a title,
you know, and putting pieces together and
making them a competitive team,
NBA team. I think he's going to do the same
with the Maveridge, bro. Bringing the right
pieces.
You got a great
foundation. He's doing with Cooper.
He's got a beautiful.
Yeah. All right, so, if all
teams in the NBA could start next season with their all-time roster.
Who do you think would win, win it all?
Can't pick the Lakers or the Celtics.
Well, because that's who's winning it all.
What don't take, well, you got to take the Bulls out too then?
All right.
Probably Orlando.
Yeah.
Orlando.
Who?
Any team back, you're going to have Shaq, Dwight.
Yeah.
What about the Spurs with Wemby, Duncan?
Ain't nobody beat them.
I don't know. Ice man.
Tony Parker, Manu,
oh, Kauai.
So if I take Duncan,
Wimby,
Kauai,
who you want your guard, Tony Parker?
Uh.
And then you want Manu or you want Iceman.
I want Iceman.
Okay.
What?
Boy, that's a mean team right there.
What was the better feeling for you guys?
Making the league or being considered a star in the league?
Being considered a star.
I think it really comes from your contemporaries,
guys who you play against.
Yes.
I think that's the biggest compliment you can get
if you're a professional athlete
when guys ran and rave about you
and how good you were.
So, yeah, being a starting league.
I mean, making it was great.
Don't get me wrong.
But once you get here, you're like,
shh, I might well go and show out.
A lot of guys make it.
A lot of guys ain't going to be in all-N-B-A,
be an all-star, be an all-pro, be an all-pro-bow.
Oh, one more thing.
We forgot David Robinson.
So David Robinson, Wimby and Dunkin.
You can play Wendy any damn well.
Ocho, making the league or being a star in the league?
Probably being a star.
Yeah.
Being a star, the discipline is.
took year in a year out.
Bulls,
Bulls D. Role,
built Bulls with Jordan D. Rose,
Scotty Pippin,
Dennis Rodman.
They still have hell with San Antonio.
They have hell here with San Antonio and
Orlando.
What's up, Iso,
Strappo.
Strapo, Iso is right.
You will hustle and defend.
Hustle to get a great town
in the field.
Uh, uh, trist with, uh, thrust with some water, I guess twist with some water.
I don't know what, I don't know what Joe on.
Joe told me he gets a new towel every time.
So you take it, you take one shower day?
Nah, because I do yoga, so I had to, you know, I take about, give a take, it could be three.
God damn, Joe.
See, I, but Ocho told me I take too, way too much water.
I try to tell Ocho.
And very much, I got to get too easy.
I know y'all water be a sky.
Oh, Joe, I might be at the studio.
I might take Pilates, then I might take a yoga class.
Then I'm going to come home and take me.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
Yeah, boy, you doing too much, boy.
You might want to get you some baby wipe,
just wipe yourself down.
Hey, I keep me some baby wipes now.
I keep me some baby wives with me now.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, you know.
Hey.
Uh, Shadda, you didn't look at Ray Mercer.
He was a boxing, went to UFC and knocked out the champ.
He did.
He left just in time.
Who did Ray Mercer beat?
I think James Tony went to UFC too.
Oh, he beat Tim Silver.
Ray Mercer did not have an official UFC record,
but he had a one and old record
in his professional MMA record.
He famously knocked down UFC heavyweight champion Tim Silver
just nine seconds at the 2009
Adrenalant MMA event,
which was technically a gentleman's agreement,
fight with boxing room.
So, so Silver, basically it was an MMA fight, Ocho and Joe, but he had the box.
When was this?
2009.
I don't even remember that.
What's good, Trio OKC fan here.
What are your chances looking to getting back to back?
I think it's going to be us and the Knits.
And to be honest, big win for Strickland.
Who's your favorite guy, UFC fighter?
Thunder up, baby.
Happy Mother's Day.
He's worried about the nigs right now.
I'm a John Jones.
If UFC any John Jones.
Yeah, okay, see, you got a great chance.
Hell, they got a great chance to go back to back.
As long as they don't lose Shay,
they got a great chance.
I don't think they can beat Shay.
I don't think they can beat San Antonio
or win a championship without Shay,
but anybody else they can beat.
Yeah, they're going to need Chet, too.
And they're serious against the Spurs.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Chet playing his ass off, man.
He is, ooh.
Yeah.
I just, like, I cringe every time he hit the floor.
Like, Lord, this man.
But he hit it hard, too, he had the floor.
Yeah.
And he ain't nothing but, Joe, he ain't up.
I mean, he, he laid by the size of my arms.
Facts.
Facts.
What is the most gruesome NFL injury, NFL, NBA history?
Or is it injury you'll never forget that made you feel sick?
Man, I don't know if y'all ever seen Sean Livingston.
Sean Libby's out of the same thing.
Oh, my God.
I remember that.
That's the one where it was out the bone, right?
I mean, out the skin.
I saw he, he tore Patella and his knee like bent back.
It was nasty.
I saw Napoleon McCallum and I saw Robert Edwards when he did it on the beach.
You know, playing that play.
Because he used to have a flag football game, won't you?
Yeah, I remember.
I remember.
You're playing with the
You're playing with the dolphins.
Yeah.
And he mess himself up on the beach,
what happened?
On the flag football game.
Yeah, I remember that.
They almost had the amputated leg
because they like tore an artery.
I remember that.
