Welcome to the fantastic
Cazes of the Tesoro of Coffee Break
Join us for a virtual tour across Europe
20206 edition, episode one.
Hello, I'm Mark.
And I'm sorry, Annabel.
What about, Annabelle?
I'm very well and very emotional
to be here.
Otra bit, for another
episode, another episode.
That's another Caza of Tesoro.
We're back with another treasure hunt
across Europe,
where we're going to be following clues
that the Coffee Brick team has left for us
as we travel from city to city
based on those clues
and I am delighted to be back here for another season
of this Annabella.
That's great.
So this year, the clues are very interesting
and we are going to learn lots of Spanish
and it's going to be full.
That's important
that the clues, the word for clues
pista, that the Pistas
are in Spanish.
Well, yeah,
we're going to?
We're going to.
Duermine, a gigante,
with a fire internal. Bela the bay and the
mar, tan serenno. With mass and tomato,
commenced the history. A
Savor Sensor
Thatal! Aglou
of a blue, with the number 10,
us mirro, one and other
once. Limoness Dorado,
coffee,
well-carried, and motos and coplas for
all the condado.
Very interesting.
Very interesting.
Yeah, they're like, you know, some clues.
Some clues in there, yeah. Okay.
So what we'll do now is go back through the clue
and work through the vocabulary.
We'll not reveal where this location is
because that's your job and I'll explain
more about that in just a moment. But we'll go through
the clues making sure we understand everything
and checking some interesting words.
Perfect. So to begin with,
Dweme a gigante with
with a fungo internal.
So, duerme an gigante.
This is kind of swapped around
guarder, isn't it?
So it's an gigante,
duerme.
A giant is sleeping.
With fungo internal.
So with an internal fire.
Bella, la bayia, and the
mar, tan sereno.
So Bella is the word
for watching over.
This giant is watching over
the bay, the bay.
And the mar
Tan Sereno and the most serene sea.
Okay, okay.
Now, with Massa and Tomate,
commencedo the history.
So, massa is dough and tomato.
Uh-huh.
Massa and tomato, dough and tomato.
Comeenceda the history,
so the story or the history began with dough and tomato.
Okay.
A dish that has that, maybe.
Yeah, okay.
Un savor
Sensor
That's a
Glocka.
So a
taste,
Sincillo,
simple,
so a simple taste
that
Alcanso
La Gloria.
So Alcanz
is when you
reach for
something.
Yeah,
so it reached
glory.
It became
famous,
kind of.
Right,
so this is
dough and
tomato
that became famous.
I think I know
what we're talking
about here.
Okay.
Let's continue.
Un idolo
of a blue.
So,
athole is blue.
An idolo,
some kind of idol.
The azul means
that that idol is
wearing blue.
Right, as opposed to
being blue
coloured, okay.
Con el numero
deif with the number
10.
So an idol
wearing blue
and we're in
number 10.
Yeah.
Nos
mir in the
muros
one and
other
So he's
watching us
or she is watching us, we don't know
No, Mida
They are watching us
In Los Munoz, in the walls
One and Otraeuf
Once again
So time and time again
They're watching us
So perhaps are there more than
One of these idols
Or is it just the one?
Or maybe, yeah, we don't know
I mean we do but
Okay
And then we have
Limones Dorados
Café bien Carregado
So these are golden lemons and cafe bien-cargados.
So that's well-loaded coffee.
Basically strong coffee, I would imagine.
And motos and coplas for all the condado.
So motors are like motorbikes or mopeds.
And coplas, is that like a song?
It is, yeah.
Yeah, a copla.
For todo el condado.
Is that like an older word for a town?
Yeah, it's a county.
A county?
Oh, okay, okay.
course. Right. So let's think a little about this. We've got a giant with fire inside who's
watching over a bay and a serene sea, a calm sea. We've got something about dough and tomato
with a simple taste, but that has become very famous. An idol, winning blue and something about
the number 10 and something about walls as well. Then we have golden lemons,
strong coffee, motorbikes and songs.
Yes.
I have some ideas.
I think there's one particularly big clue in here,
and I think that would be the dough and the tomato for me.
Oh.
Very interesting.
Very interesting.
Bueno.
If you can work out where this clue is pointing us to,
for our first destination in this year's treasure hunt,
then don't do anything yet.
And above all, do not post the answer in the course.
comments to this video or in the comments on the podcast, whatever you're watching. What you need
to do is store it away until we've gone through all four episodes because there are four
episodes in the 2026 podcast. We have episode one today. That's the 24th of August. Then episode
two coming with Clue 2 on the 26th, 28th for Clue 3, 30th for Clue 4. And then on the 1st
of September, the big reveal. The big reveal. We will reveal all four destinations. And at that
point, well, on Sunday when you get Clue 4, you're able to enter a competition. And it's
a concourse very interesting, no? Oh, and that's a ganar much things. First of all, everyone who
enters and gets the four correct cities, the correct destinations, will get one month free
of the Coffee Break TV platform. Oh, well, well, well, it's marvellous. Yeah. So that's as many
Spanish videos as you like. And of course, there's an Italian version, a French version, and a German version of
this too. And you can get a free month on coffee break TV of the language of your choice.
And so that's for everyone who takes part and gets the four destinations correct. But over and
above that, one lucky winner will win our entire collection of Spanish courses, everything we've
ever produced over the past 20 years.
Vaya, well, what premium, eh? Menudo premezzo.
Menudo premeo. Okay. So, but for that, you need to hold on. Make sure you take a note of this
destination and then add it to the other three that we'll be sharing over the next few days.
So, Mark, is there any way that our listeners can get an extra clue?
An extra clue, some extra help. Well, actually, what we're doing is putting together a little
summary of the vocabulary and the elements contained in the clue in an email. And we'll
also add another little clue in that email, which will help you with some directions and distances
to get all of that. Just head to the same page. Coffee Break Languages.com slash treasure.
hunt and you can sign up there. We'll send out the additional clue today and then the further
clues as the episodes continue. Well, well, it's marvellousso.
Yes. Perfect. So, if that is all, we'll continue.
After the next.
