Hey guys, welcome to another episode of Coffee Carbos podcast.
I was kind of hoping that you were going to sing today because my day is just not going
well.
Um, so that was going to be my pick me up, but, oh, I'm sorry, you know what?
I'm coming in hot next week.
Good.
You better remember and don't forget it.
Um, no, this morning I woke up and it was one of those days that I warned everyone in
the house.
And when I say everyone, I mean, will Jackson and also the dog, like I have a really busy
day tomorrow.
This is what I said, like at dinner, I have a really busy day tomorrow.
So no one mess up like everyone needs to be on their peas and queues, take care of their
own things.
Cause I have a million things to also take care of.
And then I woke up this morning, got in the shower and couldn't even get out of the shower
and was like puking my guts out.
I'm sorry.
What?
Yeah.
And I was just watching two different people's stories over the weekend on Instagram that
said that they had 24 hour viruses.
And I couldn't tell you like the last time that I had a 24 hour virus, but if that's what
this is, I never want to have it again.
Like this is first of all, that sounds awful.
And I know that Kristen just told me that like she went to work out last night and she
started like randomly throwing up after like during her workout.
Um, at first I thought it was just like the workout, but maybe there is a virus.
Do you remember when I had that virus in Chattanooga that was awful?
Like I would wish that on nobody.
I know.
But this like, okay, and it's so weird also, I feel like every time I get sick, Kristen
is also sick with the same thing.
So like what is the deal?
I mean, you guys must be in tuned.
Yeah, we're in sync.
Um, no, I'm not quite sure what you had in Chattanooga, but it was coming out both ends
and that was like next level virus.
That was horrible.
And, you know, I took one for the entire coffee combos team and sat beside you risking
the chance of possibly being in the same situation as you like shitting myself and throwing
up everywhere.
So, um, did you, did you ever get the stomach bug from me?
I didn't.
So that's why I'm like, okay, where did I get this, this virus from?
If this is a virus, I've literally self diagnosed myself.
Like I don't even know.
I mean, it has to be what that's, that's, I mean, unless you're feeling it tomorrow,
then maybe it's like a 48 hour bug.
Oh my God, please don't even say that.
Like that's the worst.
I'm sorry.
And I was like lightheaded in the shower and I could, have you ever felt like that
where you're like lightheaded in the shower and you can like hardly get out because.
Yes.
That was me.
And I was like crawling to the toilet and praying for the best.
So now here we are.
Oh yeah, and then I've got another funny thing that happened this morning too in the midst
of all of this happening.
I felt so bad that I could not even put on clothes.
So I am just like fetal position in my bed under the comforter cause it's already made
and Jackson has to be on zoom at like nine o'clock this morning.
And so will comes in the bedroom and he goes, do you remember that video?
I don't know if I said it to you, but it was like when, um, digital learning started and
it was like that little boy named Tavion and it's like these screens of it's like a zoom
screen and it's the teacher and she's saying, Tavion, who is that back there naked?
Like who's his mom in the back of the zoom and she's like butt naked.
Yeah.
And it was so funny.
So will came in and like my clothes are in the room where Jackson, my like workout and
just like daily clothes are in the room where Jackson has his zoom stuff set up.
And so will came in the room and I'm like fetal position, like crying.
And he's like, Jackson, come look, this is going to be a Tavion situation because I would
have had to go in there to get my clothes.
And I was like, you guys seriously need to get out and just leave me alone.
Like you're going to have to fail school today because I can't fail school for just
today though.
No other day today.
So anyhow, um, is your, is your day going better than mine?
Um, so first of all, I want to say that I hope you feel better because that's an awful
feeling.
Um, secondly, between yesterday and today, I have not gotten off of the phone with conference
calls, meetings over the phone.
Obviously, you know, we're still in the middle of the pandemic.
So, um, zoom calls I had before podcasting, it's literally 1212 right now.
And I've already talked to my new attorney, my mortgage lender, you, um, and I still have
to do book stuff after this.
And so yes, it's going better, but it's just literally been like back to back to back.
And I think just because of like the holidays and stuff, like everyone was like, Oh, I guess
January 4th, we're hitting the ground running and we're catching up on everything in two
days for the past two weeks and I'm like, Jesus.
Oh my gosh, I know.
So I feel like everyone pretty much checks out after Thanksgiving and it's just like
a dead world until the new year.
And then January 4th hits and it's like, Oh yeah, we all have jobs and we should all
probably do something.
Um, I can, you're not kidding.
I can definitely relate because I kind of feel like I did that as well, um, but then
it was weird too.
It was like almost, I don't know if you realize this, but it was like almost when New Year's
hit like January 1st hit, I was on it.
I was like, okay, we need to do this.
I need to send these emails.
I need to do this.
Just like an energizer bunny.
So I don't know what happens in the universe that causes us to be like that, but, um, I'm
sure there's a lot of people listening that are like feeling personally victimized by
me saying that everybody's slack asses from Thanksgiving to New Year's, but I'm also a
part of that club.
So anyhow, I also, I think, no, go ahead.
No, no, no, go ahead.
I was just going to say like, and I think to your point, like, yeah, most people check
out after like black Friday, I feel like is that's when everyone checks out.
Everyone's budgets are done.
Christmas, you know, Hanukkah, whatever you celebrate.
All those, the money that you spend in like holidays, gifts, et cetera.
And then on top of it, COVID and we're already kind of just like blah.
Like I just, I don't know, like I just feel like it was just a weird, I'm never after
today's podcast, I refuse to ever talk about 2020 ever again.
Oh my gosh, literally throw it all the way away, not just like partially away, like in
the archives, but I was talking to my banker about this yesterday.
I was like, if we, your banker, yeah, you know, like, you're like a personal, teller.
No, no, no, like, do you have a personal banker?
I have a financial advisor.
Yeah, like that.
So, um, oh, wait a minute, you just casually have conversations with your bank teller,
like, give me the T. No, I didn't.
It was like the person that deals with my finances, Kayle.
It was like, I had a meeting and I went and she went, she was talking about how bad her
day was and how bad 2020 was and how she just wished the holidays had been canceled and that
life just sucked.
And I was like, yes, I relate to all of the above and I also want to throw away last year.
But yeah, let's never talk about it again and just embrace the fact that we are in a
new year and if we all survived to the point of where two of us are talking about this
and then the rest of everyone is listening to this, um, then we're in a good spot.
And I just, for some reason, I am a bit optimistic about this year.
I, you know what, I am too, like, I pretend like I'm not going to, you know, say anything
or have expectations, which I'm not going to have expectations, but I, I definitely
am more optimistic than I thought.
So like, I don't know if it's just like the energy around me or just like being hopeful.
But like, I, I definitely am optimistic for 2021.
Like I do know that obviously we're still in a pandemic and you know, there's going
to be some, some, a little bit of craziness with, you know, just political things.
Um, but I, I am, I am optimistic.
I'm with you.
And then I do feel like since we have survived through the pandemic, like since March, we
kind of all know the expectations that are set, like what we should pretty much be doing
and how to operate at this point.
So I definitely feel like we're in a good place because we've been there, done it, got
the t-shirt.
We're all still wearing it, so, um, I do feel a lot better about that.
You know what I do want to say though, that I'm just a little bit upset with myself sitting
here thinking about this.
How was post where my Lisa Frank shirt that you sent me today and then I forgot because
I was throwing up so that I just put on like the biggest, raddiest, like ugliest thing
that I could find.
So did you post the Frank stuff on, um, on the Instagram?
No, because I wanted to like do a whole like to do like, I wanted to take actual like cute
pictures and then like post it and surprise you, but since you ruined my idea, oh, I ruined
everything.
It's fine.
You know, now I had to tell you my idea, but I'm still going to do the idea.
Um, I just wanted to wear, I just wanted to wear the shirt for good juju.
You know, like, I was like, you know what, Lisa has this OPS.
Someone told me that is her real name and she's like 80 years old.
Lisa Frank is 80.
You know what I picture her as like, I, you ever see like the memes of like the really
old women and men with like sleeves of tattoos and like super bad ass and they're like, I
don't know, just that's what you picture her as a, yeah, if she's 80, that's exactly what
I'm picturing.
That's exactly what's coming to mind.
She probably has sleeves of her own art.
Like did she create this art or is she just the name behind the, is she an artist?
I don't know.
We need answers.
Like we need a lot of answers.
They just brought her name back.
Like they just brought the brand back.
So like who's going to carry it on?
Like I don't, I don't want her to get bought out.
Am I going to be in her will since I love her so much?
We should be because we, you know, I just bought you some merch, you know, and you know,
I just feel like we, we deserve to be at least cartoons in one of her art pieces.
Cartoons.
Yeah.
That's a good way to describe us for sure.
We are cartoons.
Characters.
Yeah.
We are for sure characters.
Hey, P.S.
I wonder if any of our listeners can turn us.
You know what?
I have an idea.
I know what I'm about to do.
My friend Bone is an artist.
Okay.
Well, I, you know what?
You're right.
I'm going to keep my mouth shut.
Remember.
Okay.
So Kayla and I also had this conversation a couple of weeks ago, it was before going
into the new year that we weren't going to talk about ideas until we were ready to
put them into play or to see if those ideas were actually realistic ideas or ideas that
would serve the majority of you guys.
So we have to stop talking about ideas and then just surprise people with ideas and we
have some really good ones.
So yeah.
Yeah.
You're right.
I'm getting, I'm getting really excited.
I just, I get so excited about things and then I just want to say them, you know?
Yeah.
I mean, it's hard when you, you know, it's exciting and you, you're excited.
You want other people to be excited with you.
I'm guilty of it too.
Um, totally get it.
It's definitely, but I think that especially with just like the times and like COVID is
slowing things down.
It does make things a little bit harder, um, to, to achieve what we want and all the ideas
that we have and executing and there's, you know, everything costs money.
So it's just, it's one of those things where we, we get so excited.
We want to do it.
We're passionate about it.
And then so many obstacles are presented and, and then, you know, it doesn't really come
to fruition like we thought it would.
Yep.
And then the PR team shuts us down, you know, we get shut down.
Um, so anyhow, moving on, um, Kale is like an ultimate TikToker.
You guys and literally, I don't think there's a day since TikTok probably came out that
Kale has not sent me a TikTok video of some kind.
And we were talking about how much knowledge that we have acquired over watching these
TikTok videos and how did this just happen?
Like it's like an overnight phenomenon.
It makes me feel like how did all of these people get so much smarter than me to know
how to do these TikToks and what to say on them?
These are all thoughts that I've had this, but then I mean, even like the stupidest,
but like so, um, practical, yes, knowledge is on there.
And it's like, it goes viral and then we see it and we're like, wait a minute, duh.
Or we're like, I just, and I don't even know.
Like, and I just think of all the things like truly made my breakfast this morning based
on a TikTok that I saw.
Like I was like, wow, this is a new way to make avocado toast.
Now I'm going to make this.
And let me just tell you how great this avocado toast was.
Like I'm phenomenal.
I'm going to post it on the coffee carvos Instagram at some point this week, maybe next
week.
So you're only going to have it like next week.
You're not going to have it again this week or you're saying you're not at this time to
do it.
You're not making time to put it on the Instagram this week.
Is that what you're saying?
Oh, no, I want to do a video.
My own TikTok making the avocado toast and post it because literally I'm obsessed with
it.
It's so good.
I saw it on TikTok this the other day and I like saved it because I was like, okay, that's
different, but I definitely want to try it.
Little shit like that.
I will literally send like these ones that are like about taxes to my assistant who does
who's my best friend who does my like accounting stuff.
And I'll be like, is this true?
Because if it is, we need to send it to Tammy.
Tammy's my, um, my actual accountant and I'm like, I learned this on TikTok.
Tell me if this is true.
You know what I mean?
Like this is like dumb shit that I should apply to my everyday life.
I was watching for anyone who's self-employed on here, um, I was watching a TikTok yesterday
and I was busting out laughing because it was so me.
It was this girl like unloading all of these items out of the back of her car and she had
like a laptop and a camera and like a new iPhone and like all of these things.
Her keys.
Yes.
I saw this one.
And do you know what I'm talking about?
And she was like talking about taxes.
Oh, no, no, no, I thought you were talking about the one where she's like women getting
out of the car and it's like us shoving everything we can possibly fit into one hand and then
getting out of the car.
Yes.
Also, that is totally me like I will, I don't want to get off my story, but I will put everything
in one hand to try to prevent having to make multiple trips back to the car.
So I wish I saw that video so that I could feel justified in my actions.
But this video was about taxes and, um, she was talking about how she was going to write
all of this off and the person was like, so how do you write all of that off?
And she was like, I don't know.
You just write it off and the write off people take care of it.
Like, does anyone else feel really like you have no idea about taxes?
Like I would never trust myself to do my own.
Like I always would have someone do them.
I will, and that brings up a good point too, cause I see the Tik Tok where it's like, um,
what's, you know, something that Americans are programmed to, that's like not normal,
but Americans are programmed to believe is normal.
And one of them was like taxes.
Why the IRS knows exactly how much we owe them, but they don't ever just send us a bill
to pay them.
We have to turn around and file for our taxes.
And if we make a mistake, we go to jail and we're wrong, um, and I wouldn't never touch
my own taxes.
Like absolutely the fuck not because that I would be, I would be in jail.
I don't know what I'm doing.
I can't even do math.
Oh my God.
Kale, you said I cannot even do math.
Oh my God.
I'm dead.
Um, well enough about that, um, another Tik Tok that I saw that I was seriously peeing
myself was these Tik Toks of people having funerals for their houseplants.
And I was like, Oh wow, like was this dedicated to me because I am a big piece of shit for
not having funerals for things that I killed.
Like, Oh my God.
Thinking of that, my fiddle fig is still on my back porch, still dying.
So yeah, I moved my fiddle.
My fiddle leaf fig to Isaac's room cause he's got double windows in the front of the house
where I would believe is the most sunlight.
So I'm going to hopefully it thrives there to life.
Yeah.
I'm hoping I just, I think that the way that my house is just like, excuse me, um, not,
it's actually just like not plant friendly, the plants that need a ton of light.
Um, like some of my plants, like I have like a mother-in-law's tongue, um, that one just
thrives wherever she is.
And then I have like two other or three others that like they don't, they, whatever light
they're getting is fine, but my fiddle needs a ton of light and he's just, she's just not
getting it.
So, um, I'm working on it, but I can't promise anything.
Well, for my fellow black thumb friends, um, I have been taking some time doing some research
on what type of like houseplants that you can get that are really low maintenance and
also putting together a list of, um, house put like faux house plants, like some good
ones that look really nice.
So I'm going to be posting that hopefully within like the next week I'm trying to make
it look really super nice for you guys.
So, um,
I'm going to also, I want to post on my Instagram, not on my Instagram, on the coffee combos Instagram,
the plants that have been thriving in my house.
I don't even know.
I, I know what one is the bamboo, but I have in my aloe is actually doing really well,
but I have two other ones.
I don't know what they are and they're thriving, so I'm going to post those and maybe someone
can tell me what they are because they're definitely low maintenance for the plant connoisseurs
that are listening to us.
Oh my gosh.
I got the funniest picture in my DMs.
It was like this man sitting on a toilet and not like a real man sitting on toilet.
That wouldn't be funny.
I'm very pissed off, um, but it's like this character of this person sitting on a toilet.
It's like one of those ones that like doesn't have a face, you know what I'm talking about?
And in like this little thought bubble, it says, what if a snake bites my ass right now
and literally never related more?
Yeah.
No, for sure.
We don't want any, um, snakes coming through the toilet though.
You guys.
There's a little tip talk of a snake coming out of one of those jacuzzi tub things.
Yes.
Were you trying to make me pass away because when I saw it, I was like, Hey, this is exactly
makes me feel validated in my feelings of what happens in life.
Like that's why I will never have a jacuzzi tub.
I will never also get a jacuzzi tub ever again because I had one, um, and they're just like
bacteria growers, like I'm just like not into the jets or just like, yeah, it's not fun.
But like if I ever saw, I think I would be, I mean, I'm still traumatized from the bat.
Like as much as I believe in like what it represented in my life and the close of 2020
and just like all the things that are happening.
I'm still traumatized by the way it went down.
If I saw a snake come out of my fucking tub, Lindsay, I would pass away.
Yes.
You would both pass.
I would, if you sent me a video of a snake coming out of your tub, I would also pass
away.
Like I don't know, like I'm, I'm having nightmares just sitting here.
It's not okay.
It's not fine.
So I just want everyone to know that people are wanting to know if you had ever gone
to the doctor, if you ever got resolution to your problem, if you're going to tell us
about it, how is your toe doing?
And also, is there any follow up on Creed's tongue tie?
Okay.
So lots of updates.
All right.
So, wow, that was a lot.
Wasn't it?
I was asking a lot of you.
That was a lot.
For sure.
Yeah.
I mean, this is going to be a long winded answer, but probably also not because I did go to
the doctor for my toe.
He clipped it.
It was fine.
I told you a little bit of pus came out was super disgusting.
It's growing back.
I would, I got antibiotics.
I didn't end up needing them.
So that was good.
I didn't have to take them.
And it's just healing up really well.
It's not sore.
It's not in pain.
And I went against my better judgment and went to pedicure this morning.
So all good.
I have a follow up.
I know I shouldn't have done that, but should probably start taking the antibiotics now actually.
It's me.
So yeah, facts.
I should.
I have a follow up appointment next Tuesday at 2pm for just for him to check on it.
But like I said, it almost, it almost looks like he didn't even clip the corner off.
So I feel pretty good about that.
My bleeding problem is getting exponentially worse.
I did actually have my period again.
Yeah.
And I just like didn't go to the doctor because I'm actually just like absolutely terrified.
So I don't know.
Like I know it's something I seriously, seriously need to look into, but I'm just so scared.
Like I'm so, so scared.
But what's worse?
And then on top of that, well, so listen, like on top of that, I had, I used to go tanning
a lot like in a tanning bed.
And I'm sure we talked about that whenever I was, whenever I was doing it like two years
ago.
No, we never talked about you going to the tanning bed.
Oh, not one time.
So I did that.
And it was just like not good cause I noticed that I wasn't getting moles, but like more
like freckles kind of like we're appearing.
And I had this one that just like wasn't, it wasn't like a mole.
Like it wasn't raised.
It wasn't, you know, it was just darker.
It looked like a, like a darker freckle that was asymmetrical, whatever, whatever.
I go to the dermatologist, they remove it.
It came back within weeks.
So now it's back.
They just removed it.
It's like right in my under boob area and they removed it right after Creed was born.
And he was like, yeah, like this.
And so I got the call saying it was like pre-cancerous.
It wasn't malignant, but it was like pre-cancerous.
So I have like a little scar there.
Well, a couple of weeks go by.
I want to say maybe like three or four weeks and the whole, it's back.
Again.
So I actually have to go.
Yes.
I have to go next week also after my toe appointment to actually have like they're
going to fully, like they didn't need to do stitches the first time.
It was just like, they like,
Yes.
Carterized it.
Yeah.
Um, I guess like scooped it out and it was fine.
They put a little bit of, no, uh, lidocaine or whatever, like got it out or whatever.
This time they're actually going to go in, they're going to cut it out and they're going
to stitch it up.
Um, so they told me to take, you know, if I need my, if I need a X to take it before
that appointment.
Okay.
Thank you.
Um, so that's going on.
And then I just, because of that, like I, I truly think it's because of that, like just
knowing that it came back, they're wanting to cut it out instead of quarterize it again.
I'm nervous about going to my, my GYN, like I know I need to, but I'm just like so, so,
so nervous.
Oh my gosh.
So I have a, oh, and then, and then the tongue tie, but go ahead, go ahead.
And then we'll talk about the tongue tie after that.
Okay.
So I have a couple of points to this.
I am definitely a major advocate of going to the doctor.
If you think anything is wrong, cause better to know early than late, um, I've always felt
like that.
And also in a situation that it's affecting, it's to the point that it's affecting your
monthly life or daily life, however it's affecting you, then you definitely need answers and
it could be something small and a quick fix.
So I definitely want to be the advocate for you to take care of that situation and get
answers for yourself because also you are stressing about the unknown as well.
So if you're going to stress, you might as well stress about the known, then stressing
about the unknown, um, there's that.
And then the second thing that I have to say is about the dermatologist.
Um, so I had a place on my arm and had to get removed and the way they cut it, it had
like seven stitches on the outside and seven on the end.
So it was like 14 stitches.
Oh my God.
They told me it wasn't going to be big at all.
It was like a tiny little spot, but then they went in, she said that since she was like
cutting it already to get it out, that she was going to go in and go ahead and get clear
margins just in the event that it came back something.
So she went ahead and did it and this was like a couple of years ago, but my scar was
so bad for a long time and I had to get, um, all these different like treatments on it
to get rid.
I mean, the scars still, you can still see like a little bit there, but it was bad.
And I just want to tell people that if you think that like possibly you have like a skin
cancer or whatever, I am such an advocate for going to the dermatologist every single
year and just having them do a thorough check, look at you, make sure everything's fine because
it is normally like quick fixes like my arm or whatever, but then I've never had a situation
like yours Kale where it came back like multiple times.
Yeah.
So well, this is, it only came back twice, but and skin cancer, like my family doesn't
have, I'm not sure about my dad's side, but my mom's side is, is fairly healthy.
Like we don't, nobody in our family has had like, you know, crazy, you know, anything
like we don't have diabetes.
We don't have like any of like those major, you know, things, but skin cancer on my mom's
side, my mom had it and my grandfather had it.
So, um, yeah, skin cancer is like a big thing and I don't think I really care.
I mean, I don't think it was actually two years ago when I went to the, um, tinning
bed, but I was like consistently going every day.
I want to say like right before Lux was born, um, or maybe right after.
And then I just realized like once I saw all of these spots, like developing on my skin,
like pretty much immediately I stopped doing the tanning bed.
I started going to the dermatologist regularly and like now I go as soon as if I see something
new, I go immediately just because it's, I know it runs in my family and it's just scary.
Like, I mean, you don't hear very often about like people have melanoma or any other type
of skin, you know, that's scary stuff.
Like I don't, I just don't want to take that risk, but then forget that it's your largest
organ.
Right.
And, but then I also sound like a hypocrite because I'm willing to go to the dermatologist
to have skin removed immediately, but I'm scared to find out what's going on in my uterus.
So it's like, I don't know.
That's so scary.
So anyway, you're going to go to the gynecologist too, right?
Yes, I will.
I was supposed to call, I think the last week that we podcasted and I want to say you call.
I'm going to.
I really am.
And I, and my, my GYN is so great.
Like he's just such a good, like very like mellow.
I know he would take good care of me, whatever it is.
Um, but I just, I don't know.
But then, um, as far as the tongue tie stuff goes, um, the influx of just like everything
that I've gotten about him, I mean, he's tongue tied.
It's clear as day.
He has a heart shaped tongue.
Like he is tongue tied, but I feel like we're over the hurdle part of, I mean, he very much
has acid reflux.
Um, and then he's obviously getting through like with the sleep consultant, Brittany has
been helping tremendously with the sleep.
Um, so, you know, we're, we're getting through those hurdles and people survive tongue ties
all the time.
Like it's not like, you know what I mean?
Like at this point, I don't know that I would have it clipped unless we saw a specialist
that said, you know, we can do it right now.
And it's super quick and easy and painless than maybe, but like at this point, you know,
I'm, I'm finally sleeping.
He wakes up, you know, a couple of times in the night, but it's nothing like it was.
So, um, and speaking of sleep consultants, um, I really want to have Brittany on the
podcast.
Like I think that would be, I mean, I don't know when, but I definitely think it would
be amazing to have her on because I get a ton of messages about sleep about, you know,
a sleep consultant.
I told you before you had creed, like about sleep consultants and having a night nurse
and whatever.
And that just over the past like year or two, when, um, I knew people that got pregnant,
they were asking, um, for like a pool, you know, where you can like pull together to
do a big gift for someone.
They were asking for people to just like pull together money to have like a night nurse or
a sleep consultant or whatever.
And I think that is, would be like the greatest gift ever.
Yes.
Yes.
100.
I mean, 100%.
And I know there's different packages, um, and I had a night nurse had reached out to
me.
That was like one of the things, but, um, I think just like with 2020, again, I said I
wasn't going to talk about it, but, um, I, I just couldn't like, I took a pay cut just
like everybody else in 2020.
So like I just couldn't, um, justify, you know, that amount of money, but, um, for anyone
else, you know, if you're trying to get somebody, a gift for their baby who maybe has everything
or maybe this isn't their first baby, but you want to help, you want to do something,
a Christmas gift for next year, whatever that looks like.
I night nurse, even if it's just like a couple days or like one night where they get a full
night's sleep or sleep consultant, the package that I did with Brittany was, it was, it was,
it was affordable.
It was definitely something that I was doable for me.
Um, and again, if this is a gift that you're getting someone, maybe you get them, you know,
a package with Brittany or a different sleep consultant.
I definitely think that it's, it's that you're so right, Lindsay.
That was such a good idea.
Does she come to your house or like, how does that work?
No.
So, um, there are, there are sleep consultants that do, um, but Brittany is in, um, South
Carolina.
So she does like over the phone consultations, um, she sends you stuff online.
We go over it.
Like we started with like a plan, like what, what is happening in Creed's life right now?
Um, you know, what does his sleep look like?
What is his nap, you know, his naps, his regular feedings, like all of that.
And then she kind of puts a plan together based on what you, the information that is
given.
Um, and then you, you, you really have to commit to it.
It's one of those things where it's like, if you're not really going to do, you know,
what's in the plan, it's obviously not going to work.
Um, swaddling is huge, um, and it's more sleep guiding them to sleep.
We're not letting them cry it out.
We're not doing any of that.
So it's very gentle, um, which I love, um, and she's just super knowledgeable about all
of it.
So I think having her on, I mean, there are sleep consultants.
I know Hilary Duff.
I love Hilary Duff.
Like I fucking love her.
I know.
You've always loved her.
Posted.
I always, yeah.
Like Lizzie McGuire was my shit.
Um, she posted about her sleep consultant came to her house and like all the stuff and
like a week or a weekend.
Um, so I think that is an option.
I don't know that I could have, I don't have Hilary Duff money, but, um, I'm sure there
are more affordable options.
Maybe they have financing.
I don't, I don't know, um, but it's definitely worth exploring a hundred percent.
Well, yeah, I think that that's so great.
And to, to the point of being committed to like the schedule and everything, I think
whether you have a sleep consultant or you don't have a sleep consultant or you have
a night nurse or you don't have a night nurse, I'm such an advocate for putting that baby
on a schedule from the time they come home from the hospital because they will pick up
on patterns very quickly and easily if you're consistent.
But I think that's across the board with all children, like at whatever age, like consistency
to me is key.
Like with Jackson, I know when we've let him like slip or like get off his schedule a little
bit within a couple of days because his behavior is just, I won't, I won't say like bad, but
just totally different.
You can tell that there's been a change and I was such a stickler about his schedule and
like being at home and not wavering from his schedule and, you know, documenting the ounces
that he ate and, you know, the bathrooms and his patterns and all of that drove my parents
freaking crazy whenever I had Jackson because I literally would be like, Oh, we've got to
go because he's got to take a nap at like whatever time and it would literally just
drive them crazy, but I have just stayed consistent with his schedule.
He has, he still has a consistent bedtime schedule and I'm such an advocate for schedule,
schedule, schedule with kids.
Let me just on while we're on that topic really quickly.
It's funny that you say that because Lux is three, but when I tell you the transition
from going to school, he goes to preschool, it's like three year old preschool coming
off of that and just like winter break and not going back until yesterday.
I literally had like my own, just like I cried the other night because I was like, I'm just
so frustrated because he was just so tired because there was no structure.
Like we just like do whatever, you know, over winter break, we just did whatever for two
weeks almost.
He didn't go to school every day.
He probably, we probably ate lunches.
Like our lunches were not all at the same time, you know, stuff like that.
So it was just a roller coaster of emotions a little bit because he was just off his schedule
for almost two weeks and it was so heartbreaking to, I was frustrated.
He was frustrated.
They just thrive on schedules and so I'm happy that this week we're back into the routine
as much as I hate like rushing around in the morning, trying to get everyone to where they
need to be.
Like I'm thankful because we all just thrive better in schedules.
I know that it like aggravated so many people in my life with the schedule, but the way
I look at it is, okay, they're going to be scheduled and they're going to be knowing
what to expect.
I think that's a big part of it.
Like they know what to expect and when to expect it.
And if they're not scheduled, ultimately it's going to make your life hell because you're
going to deal with all the repercussions of them just kind of like doing whatever.
Like Jackson knows what time he eats lunch knows what time we're having dinner knows
what time we're going to bed.
Like all of those things to me are really important.
I don't think it matters.
Like if you have a newborn or if you have like a 12 year old, they all need to be on
a schedule.
So yeah, I think the older ones, you can like stretch them a little bit or if things, you
know, don't go exactly as planned, like it's a little bit better for the older ones.
But one like toddler hood, um, and just like in like creeds five months now and now like
I know his two hour, he has a two hour wake window.
So this is what works for him.
This is what Brittany, you know, and I came up with it's like, he can only be awake for
two hours and then he starts to get super fussy and his eyebrows are pink.
He's ready for a nap.
You know what I mean?
So it's like, just like knowing what to look out for and, and planning it accordingly.
So it might take some time, but finding something that works for everybody is like a blessing,
such a blessing.
So anyway, that's my take on schedules and sleeping and all of that.
I will, um, I am going to tag Brittany.
If you don't mind on the Instagram, just so people, I think she posts like tips and different
stuff on her Instagram.
So I'm going to tag her, um, and put a little like post on the story.
So if you guys want to follow along or like, I don't know, get tips and tricks if she posts
is post any of that, I'm going to do that, but yeah, also I wanted to tell you that this
morning my dog also had a vet appointment and it was like her, whatever they call it,
like their annual exam or whatever, and then she, she always does a deep tea.
I do like a deep teeth cleaning for her every year.
And so she was fit to be tied this morning that she was not getting any food.
And I'm just like, bless your heart.
Like I felt so bad because they make you because of COVID they're not doing at my vet.
They're not doing any like in office visits.
It's like you drop your pet off and then they do, you know, I'm talking about.
So then they call, I wait in the parking lot and they call me from inside.
Oh my gosh.
And it's so stressful cause I feel like she's just little, like she's only seven pounds
and she's probably like scared and she's in there.
I don't know if she's like being caged next to, you know, dogs that are the size of yours.
Like I couldn't even imagine what's going on in there, but isn't it so weird how just
like looking back at like a year ago, how different life was and just like what it's
like now with just like appointments and like how everything's ran.
It's so weird to me.
Certain things make a lot of sense.
Yes.
And certain things.
I'm just like, what the fuck are we doing?
You know, like some like, I, and, and again, running it back to Tik Tok, it's like, I saw
a Tik Tok that was like, you know, I can't believe I like touch so many things without
hand sanitizer.
I can't believe, you know, I let people touch me and hug me and do all these things and
like 100% like there's so many things that make sense to me.
Like I do not ever want to like not sanitize everything that like the shopping carts and
like all of the, and some people did those already, but like appointments for me so far
have run a lot smoother.
Um, I did not love like pregnancy during that time and like couldn't have anybody, but
like even though the vet is calling me from the parking, like I'm in the parking lot,
they're quicker.
They're more efficient.
Um, they're not overbooking like this is just my experience only.
However, that being said, I know that like specialists and other things like that are
even harder to get into because of COVID because more time is involved with the appointments,
between, you know, not being able to have a certain number of people in the waiting
rooms and stuff like that.
But, um, yeah, it's, it's just so weird to think about how like everything is going.
Wait, so on that note.
I also schedule all of my, somehow I don't know how this happened, but all of my appointments
like for my annual, my dentist, my, all of the things like happens at the first of the
year, but for everyone, cause Jackson's birthday is also the 29th.
So for his, you know, yearly checkup, it always falls at the first of the year.
So I feel like the entire month of January, we're like in and out of the doctor's office.
And then February rolls around and it's like, okay, like life, life has settled down.
So I haven't had, I haven't actually been to the doctor since COVID started because
I went prior to COVID.
So I haven't had the experience of like, I've been to the dentist, but I haven't been to
like have my annual or like what that even looks like.
Um, taking Jackson, we've only been to get flu shots.
So I don't even know what that looks like and we all got them.
So it's just so weird.
But P S speaking about the specialist, did you talk about that on the podcast about Luxe?
The specialist about Luxe.
His, um, Malusgum.
Oh, I don't think we talked about that at all.
So I'm sure if you guys, if you guys are like avid listeners or you are pretty caught up,
you guys know that Lindsay told me about Malusgum or whatever that's called.
And Jackson had it probably because of baseball.
Did you say it was because of baseball?
I think it was from baseball helmet is what I thought it came from.
So I had no idea what the hell it was.
Never heard of it.
Like Lindsay was, you know, bringing me the knowledge and I was like, Oh, like that, you
know, that's weird.
But like what the hell?
So Luxe had it and I like, it started off really, really small, like just like one or
two bumps, maybe three, you know, it's like, okay, like they'll just go away.
Like I never, didn't even think about it.
Never even put two and two together about it being the same thing that Jackson had.
Um, and, and Luxe's is on his ribs.
So, um, I'm thinking and it, and it started in the summertime.
So I'm thinking, Oh my God, like maybe it came from a pool or a hot tub or a bathtub.
Cause I guess it can be transferred a lot in like those types of situations.
And then like towels, if they're shared or anything, um, which is, it kind of, it kind
of grossed me out a little bit.
Cause I was like, I know that I have my pool cleaned.
Like I have a, I don't do it myself.
I have a professional company come out and do it.
So like, and they like scrub it, they, they shock it, they do whatever they need to do.
And so I, I just kind of felt like a little bit weird about that.
Um, cause I was like, if that means that my pool is dirty, I don't know what, like what
else can I do to clean it?
That kind of thing, I don't know.
Um, so I sent a picture to Lindsay and she was like, that's exactly what it is.
So I call the dermatologist, they, um, he actually goes next week.
So I guess they're going to, I took them to the pediatrician first, um, and she also confirmed
that's what it is.
She's like, you know, just take them to the dermatologist or whatever.
Um,
You sent me that picture and I was like, it's weak.
Definitely Maloscom.
Um,
Well, and so then I was doing research and I'm tear, I was terrified cause I'm like,
I don't want the other kids to get it.
Like I don't want to get it.
Um, but as contagious as it says it is, like online and what the doctor said, Isaac and
Lincoln have never had it.
I know it's so weird.
Creed hasn't had it, but if it's that, if it's as contagious as they say it is, why
is luck's the only one that's had it?
Well, and it's only typically spread between one and 10 year olds and Isaac's 10 Lincoln
just turned seven and then Creed is obviously five months old.
Um, but
It's most common.
Okay.
Well,
It's most common in children that are preschool age.
So
Preschool age
That's, that's most common and you know, a lot of schools have issues like preschools
have issues with Maloscom because they can get it upon contact of another child that
has it.
So, um, that would be very hard to regulate.
And also, I don't know if you felt like this, but I didn't really notice anything until
he already had it.
So if he would have touched someone else or whatever it, he probably was already contagious
or whatever.
And like you said, I'm super clean.
Like we've talked about, I literally Clorox shoes before they come into the house like
type clean.
So, um, I was very shocked by it, but also I'm sure a lot of people can relate of having
any type of issue and getting on Google is like the worst thing to possibly do because
when Jackson had it, um, I was in the basement and I kind of like was rubbing on his head
and felt when my hand went over it, like a bump and I was like, what is that?
So I initially thought it was like a zit or something and I didn't try to pop it or
anything, but if your kid does have Maloscom, do not pop it because it causes it to spread.
Um, I've heard like horror stories about that.
Um, so then I took my flashlight on my phone and like started looking at it and it looked
like a growth.
And I was like, what in the hell is this?
Like I started balling, crying, I was webmd-ing.
I was doing all of the things and got him into, um, a specialist to my dermatologist
and they were able to see him relatively quick.
I'm sure your situation because of COVID and all other things that it just normally getting
into a specialist is hard anyway, but then on top of coronavirus, then, you know, there's
that issue too.
But when they, um, when I took him there, I'm thinking, Oh my gosh, like, please don't
tell me like a skin cancer, you know, like something like that.
And then when she looked at it, literally three seconds, she put on that little thing,
like on top of her head that has like the light or whatever.
And she looked at it and she was like, yeah, it's Maloscom catatum or whatever.
And I said, okay, like, is this common?
Like, is this not?
She said it so casually.
So I was like, is this common, not common?
And she was like, well, um, I have seen four children today and three of the four had it.
So it's a very common, um, a lot of people choose not to treat it and let it take care
of itself.
I was not treating it.
I was like, nope, go ahead and do the treatment on it, please, ma'am, and make sure you get
all the spots.
And then, um, we actually had to go back a second time because some more spots appeared.
And so we went back a second time and had the same treatment just on those spots.
And then they also gave me, um, prescription, little sheet, whatever they call it, like
they wrote it out where I could take it to the pharmacy and the event that any more spots
came back since he'd had the treatment twice, then he could take an oral, um, medication
to kind of like, I guess, do it from the inside out.
Um, but he never ended up having to take it.
So it's just so crazy.
Like I had never heard of meluscombe before that.
I've been around tons of kids like never heard of it.
So it's just so weird to me.
Yeah.
I've never.
Same.
I've never heard of it until you said something.
So it's just so weird that.
And I did try to let it run its course for a minute because I didn't even put two and
two together.
Like I just didn't.
And I wasn't, I just like, wasn't concerned about it.
And then like it started spreading to his upper bicep and I was like, okay, wow, like
this is, this is progressing.
Um, yeah, I need to figure this out.
So, um, he actually goes to the dermatologist on Monday.
Well, thank goodness.
Um, yeah.
Yeah.
It's just, I mean, I have other kids.
Like if it, you know, if it was just him and it wasn't a huge concern, I don't know that
I would treat it.
But just because I have other kids and I don't know if it will spread even though they haven't
gotten it yet.
I just don't.
And if it's, no, I just don't, I don't need it to spread.
So anyway, um, I meant to ask you earlier and I haven't even asked you this personally,
but, um, is team mom still filming?
Like what is going on?
No.
So we've been off unexpectedly for several weeks now and as far as I know, we're not
going to start actively filming again for about two more weeks.
I think, um, today's what the fifth, um, so I think we'll be up and back within the next
10 days.
As far as I know, um, I, I don't know.
I don't know if it was because of a surge in cases.
I don't know if it was just like a holiday thing.
Like it was just like unexpected.
I got the call that we weren't going to be filming for a couple of weeks.
So I was like, okay.
Um, I mean, as far as I know.
We'll be back up and running in the next, you know, within the next two weeks, but
I, I don't know.
And we're supposed to be wrapped by March for the season.
So I don't know.
Yeah.
And I don't know if it'll, who knows.
We don't know if it'll continue or not.
I feel like with COVID and cases and everything else, I don't, I don't know what the MTV's
plan is.
Like I don't know.
So is this for a new season or is this for like the second half of the season?
Like how you guys do 10 a and 10 B like 10 B.
Yeah.
So it'll be what we're, what we're about to, I guess, wrap up or like this finished shooting
for 10 B. So the reunion is airing, um, tonight, well, by the time you guys hear this, it'll
be the reunion had aired by, you know, on Tuesday, part one, um, and then, and then
I guess we're going to do like a second part, but it's still, still technically like a second
half of season 10, but really it's like a whole new season.
Um,
Wow.
It's going to be so different and so weird.
I feel like didn't, did Chelsea leave the show yet?
What's aired?
Yeah.
So, um, you know, the season finale aired tonight is the reunion.
She announces like this is her last reunion.
Um, and then like, it's just, that's like a weird dynamic because, you know, Chelsea,
Leah and myself were like original girls for the past 10 years, not, not knocking the
new girls at all.
Like don't, this is no disrespect to them.
It just, it's a weird dynamic, you know, like that's, that's one of the OGs with us
and you know, she's been on this journey and she's been such a, she's like the fucking
face of the franchise.
You know what I mean?
Like her, she has the biggest following out of anyone.
And so people love Chelsea.
People love and resonate with her story and you know, they want, they also want the happily
ever after.
They love watching for that and so it's weird that she's not going to be a part of it.
And we still don't know.
There was rumors that there was a new like a replacement and I don't want to say that's
not even a good word.
Um, someone to take her spot in the series.
Um, and I guess there was like rumors that Ashley from young and pregnant was going to
take her spot.
I asked her, she said she couldn't confirm or deny.
And so are they going to replace her is Ashley, you know, the, the next person to, to fill
that spot or are they not going to film it, uh, fill it?
Because I do wonder like, what does that look like in terms of, you know, if the show is
going to continue, why would they add another girl for only 10 episodes?
Yeah.
You know, right?
So I don't know.
Like, and because she technically left the show halfway through, I guess, what would
be full all of 10, 10 season 10 again, I don't know, like, I don't know what they're
going to do.
I don't know if the show will continue.
I don't know if they're going to fill her spot for the next 10 episodes and then be
done.
If they'll fill her spot and then they'll continue.
Like I don't know.
We're all in the dark.
You know, it's so weird too is that, um, it's just like you said, the dynamic with the girls
who started it together is just inevitably different because you guys have been on this
journey for so long with each other.
And so, yeah, even though you have similarities with other girls and like other girls as well,
it's just different.
And just like, well, right, cause I mean, it's like an unspoken like sisterhood.
Um, I don't know, um, I, I would be curious.
I would be okay if Ashley filled, you know, that storyline spot.
I would be completely fine with that.
But I would also, I was thinking maybe they were going to fill that spot with someone
from the new season of 16 and pregnant or, um, but then someone from 16 and pregnant
would be so the dynamic of their story would be so far different than ours because our
kids are, that's what I was going to say that would be hard because like it would just be
weird.
Like our lives are just in a completely different place.
It's like their journey starting and you've been doing this for however long.
So like, does that mesh, not that, not all of y'all's stories are so different with,
you know, like similar aspects to your story, but so different that it probably wouldn't
matter as much as what we're saying, but also to the point of chances are the people who
are watching and like your loyal followers are going to be more within your age range.
I would think right then someone who's just starting the journey.
And actually we had gotten a message on the Instagram that this girl was saying that watching
it growing up, that she was also a teen mom as well.
And her mom basically like forced her to watch the show and, um, she was going through the
journey at the same time and she was just saying that at the time of, of watching it,
certain things didn't resonate with her for whatever reason, but now watching it back
on Netflix, that so many more things make sense watching it like so many years later
and then knowing what she has access to know now and like how the stories have progressed
that things just make more sense to her.
So I thought that was an interesting take.
To your point on that, I've received an overwhelming amount of messages similar to that just saying
because I mean, not for nothing, I am one of the more controversial ones.
I know that I'm aware of that.
I'm, you know, it is what it is at this point, um, but I wasn't always very well liked like,
I think people wanted to watch my story, but didn't necessarily agree with anything that
I was doing, they couldn't understand what I was doing, but now that seasons one and
two are on Netflix and they're rewatching it, they're like, Oh wow, like, okay, well,
of course she's making shitty decisions when she's never had anyone around her make positive
decisions and really guide her.
And so they're, they're kind of now 10 years, 11, 12 years later seeing, you know, how far
I've actually come and like what I went through, like rewatching it 10, 10 years older, um,
she's a lot different than watching it when we were 16, 17, 18 years old, you know, we
have, you know, different opinions, you have more understanding, more experience, a lot
of that.
And that goes for all of us, not just me, um, you know, I just thinking, but I haven't
been able to watch seasons one and two, um, but, but even just thinking about how far
a lot of these girls have come since then is just, it's crazy and there's so much growth
there.
There's, there's a lot to be said and, um, there was a comment yesterday on somebody's
Instagram, um, and it was like, these girls are almost 30, like get them off TV or whatever.
And I actually commented back as I said, you know, teen mom, team motherhood, not team
motherhood, teen motherhood, doesn't just stop when you turn 20, right?
Like there's an aftermath.
There's, you know, so much more of a story that goes on after teen, you know, after you're,
you become a teen parent.
Yes, no, it doesn't define you, um, but, but there's so much more that goes into it after
the fact, right?
Like, um, you know, things are harder later on, you know, the statistics are against you
still even beyond those teen years.
There's so much more.
Um, and I said that, I said, you know, to the girl, I said, unfortunately, you know,
for you, you don't like us, but, um, you know, there's a lot more to be said.
There's still so much story to be told.
Well, and to that point, being a teen mom, the, like you were saying, the aftermath and
the decisions that you were forced to basically make so early on in your journey still affect
your life today and decisions that you're making today.
So correct.
That's, and that's exactly what I meant.
You know, for people to say, Oh, we'll get these girls off the air, they're no longer
teen moms.
And I know that you struggled, you know, with the name of it being teen mom, because you're
not a teen anymore for a period of time because you've evolved, but also you started as a
teen parent.
And I think that that is the most important thing to understand that even though you're
not a teen anymore, your decisions all started in parenthood as a teenager.
And so, right, to your, you know, exactly to your point, it's not really anyone else's
decision to say, I mean, their decision isn't going to cause MTV to take you off air.
Um, but that was nice of them to put their opinion out there yesterday, um, or whenever
it was.
Yeah.
I mean, I mean, I, I have gotten annoyed in the past about like the show being called
teen mom, um, but, but to your point, I, you're right, like the, the aftermath and the decisions
that we make now, they all stem from having to have been, you know, we, we were teen parents.
And so a lot of the things that we go through now, no, it doesn't define us, but it is their
decisions that we still have to make because we were teen parents.
And so I think in that way, the, the title still, the name of the show still makes sense.
Um, and look at you, that other people see it.
Look at you.
Look at Chelsea.
Um, I'm thinking of the moms that have had like second sets of kids or, you know, like
continue to have children.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Um, you will have basically, by the time you get done parenting, you will pretty much
have parented for your whole life because you started so young.
And then when it was time, you know, what I would say, probably the average person having
children, um, when you had children in that age range, the, the gap between your first,
because you were so young and your youngest is a pretty significant gap.
So the way you're maybe parenting, I can definitely say just from experience, watching you the
way you parented when you were 17 or 18 years old, however old you were when you had Isaac
and today is a totally different scenario.
Yes.
Yeah.
I mean, and if you look at Chelsea's story, I mean, Aubrey is I think 11.
Um, and then she didn't have her, her second baby until Aubrey was what?
Eight, seven or eight, maybe.
So, and she's pregnant, you know, and that's something that I, I talk about too with like
my mom friends now is like the age difference.
If I was older and I was able to have my kids, um, you know, closer together, I probably
would have because now there's a huge gap between Isaac and, and Creed.
And, um, I don't know, there's just a lot to be said about all of it.
And so I just, you know, in some ways I do want, I do wish to carry on with the show.
And then in some ways I'm like, okay, you know, maybe, maybe, maybe it would be okay
to like do something else, but I'm, I'm rolling with the punches.
I told, um, one of my children's father the other day, I said, I'm going to ride the
wave, um, until, until, you know, they, they tell me that they're not, they're not going
to do the show anymore.
Um, mainly because for that reason is like, there's still so much story to be told.
And I, I want to be able to show people that you can come out on top even though you are
a teen parent or a young parent.
Um, so we'll see what happens, but I'm, I'm curious to see what they do with, with
Chelsea's, um, spot on the show.
Me too.
Um, well, I guess we'll all just be updated whenever we're updated.
I'll be interested to see if they announced the new girl at the reunion or later.
What did you say?
Is it you?
I said, is it you?
Are you filling her spot?
No.
I'm just curious.
You're saying no, you're saying, um, you're like, I can't confirm or deny.
You're crazy.
Oh my God.
I'm starting rumors.
The tale is starting rumors that I am joining teen mom to and Chelsea's place, please, um,
all the magazines calling three, two, right.
Um, anyhow, okay.
So looks like I'm going to one, go and pick my dog up.
Um, hopefully she's not nauseous from being asleep from her teeth cleaning because if
she's not nauseous and I have to clean up her throw up and then also possibly throw
up as well, that's going to be horrible.
I still have to go and vote, um, and a million other things and probably text kill a million
times more before I go to bed tonight.
Um, so anyway, did we want to address people being able to subscribe to us and the, um,
Amazon, whatever?
Yes.
Okay.
Um, it was brought to our attention that there is another podcast that is super, super, super
similar to coffee convo's podcast with Lindsay and Kale.
Um, and so it was causing a conflict when our listeners were trying to get our podcast
to play the other podcast would start playing.
Um, so just to avoid this, um, our suggestion would be actually to download and subscribe
to our podcast and our episodes for the simple fact that that way you're Siri, you're Alexa,
um, whatever you use knows that you're talking about our podcast.
I think that would be like the default podcast it goes to rather than trying to find to,
you know, decipher which coffee convo's podcast to play.
If you guys don't already subscribe to it, if that makes sense, this is not a bribe.
This is not a gimmick.
This is not anything that's like, you know, we're not trying to get you to do this.
We're just trying to help you guys cause we did get some messages about, you know, they
took them five, six times to get, you know, Alexa, um, to play the right, to play the
right podcast.
Um, so again, yeah, because obviously like we put our heart and soul into this for the
past three and a half years.
And so, um, you know, when we're, you know, our listeners want to listen to our podcast,
we don't want it, not that we don't want the other podcast to be successful.
We just, we want to make sure that you guys are listening to it, you know, us if the,
if, if we're what you're looking for.
Um, so, so anyway, just whatever podcast app that you are using, if there is a support
subscribe button on there, um, I know I just listen, um, through the Apple podcast.
So it's a purple podcast app on your iPhone or tablet, whatever.
If you just type in coffee combos, you click the subscribe button.
It will send you messages every time that we have a new episode and we can say because
it's already booked coming into the new year, we will be doing some bonus episodes that
will be off of the regular schedule.
So we will have our regular episodes and then some bonus episodes.
So if you make sure that you're subscribed, you'll get all the notifications, um, for
anything that drops on our feed.
And um, for whatever reason, also itunes is not recognizing reviews right now.
So I have no idea what's going on, but we're going to get to the bottom of it because we
are investigators.
So we will find out, um, if you guys have not subscribed, just make sure you do.
That and we will talk to you guys next week.
See ya.
