Starting point is 00:00:00 I Am recording welcome to coffee combos podcast. I feel like this is a dateline episode Because of the tone right now. I had a small All fit in a little tiny adult tantrum. Okay, let's hear it Start from the fucking beginning Please do welcome to coffee. Come on. Yeah, I'll cast you guys. It's late night Late night Monday night. We never first of all we never record on a Monday night and that is probably You know what? I'm okay with it. So all right
Starting point is 00:00:45 You guys know the whole suburban kale gets a new truck to buckle and that was probably a cool two months ago well, here we are present day, it's Monday April 20 something or other and I Took my truck into the Chevy dealership this morning at 9 30. I made this appointment and I emphasize appointment Because I made the appointment. So I called and I was like, hey, the sales guy just ordered, you know, the roof rack for my kayaks and my new Black wheels and I would like to have them installed the sales man at Chevy ordered them Okay, let this stuff sink in because I know
Starting point is 00:01:31 The past of Teen Mom 2 it is you can question, you know My credibility and the way things are edited and blah blah blah. Well, this is not one of those situations so I Made this appointment two weeks ago. I bring in my truck on time this morning. I'm very proud of myself for getting there on time I call V. I'm like V. Hey, I you know, my truck's probably not gonna get done till five Do you mind coming to pick me up and taking me to the office so I can get some shit done? She's like, all right. I'm on my way. I had asked them before I left What time do you think my car will be did my truck will be done and they said around five cool?
Starting point is 00:02:04 I'm a little annoyed because when they when I made the appointment, they didn't tell me that but it's also fine Like I'll figure it out well, I Had to get a ride to pick up Lux from school So I call Natalie and I'm like, hey, do you mind Taking me to get Lux from school and then dropping me off at the car dealership and I will just wait for my truck So that's around like for we get Lux by time I get to the car dealership is like 430 And I walk in and I'm like, I'm just gonna wait for my truck
Starting point is 00:02:32 Like I was ready to pay for the labor because I had already paid for these items that were being installed I already paid for them. Let that sink in. I already paid for them cool, do you know at 437 p.m The guy tells me. Oh, you know, don't don't panic But we didn't get to your car today. We didn't get to it. I said, what do you mean? You didn't get to like the rims or something and he's like well We had to order something and whatever whatever, but don't don't panic. I said, what what so I
Starting point is 00:03:07 Started to get a little mad I'm envisioning by the way, like I'm closing my eyes and taking it all in Take it all in because I was pissed And and let me just preface this by saying I have bought my last three vehicles from this same dealership my last three, okay, so It's very upsetting and the last time I had to get something serviced I also did I had a problem because they had told me one price and it ended up being another price and I it was like $1,300 more
Starting point is 00:03:42 So I already didn't really like them But I was like, you know what like I'll chalk it up to a miscommunication like it is what it is If if parts are what they're costing then I can't really do anything about it like whatever So again, go back to I know the car salesman and my friend's friend, whatever He's like we didn't get to it. So I'm thinking, okay, maybe they got to the rims and not the roof rack or vice versa He's like they pull the car up There's no roof rack and there's no rims. So I'm pissed So I'm pissed off Lindsay. I was like you mean to tell me that y'all had my car from 9 30 this morning until 4 30 and you never called me or
Starting point is 00:04:25 texted me or emailed me to tell me that you guys needed more parts or that you guys couldn't get to it today and here's the thing I would have rented a car had it had I known that it was gonna be there for several days Like if it was gonna take several days, I would have rented a car So I'm pissed off because nobody was gonna even call me if I didn't show up there at 4 37 p.m Nobody was gonna call me And it's just like a total inconvenience like I feel like we all can relate to the fact that When you don't have your car and you're relying on someone else like this has happened to me before It happened more recently with Will back like maybe October November ish
Starting point is 00:05:06 When he got his windows tinted and I had to like take him there and be his drive his personal driver It's just like an inconvenience for the person that needs the ride and also the person who's giving the ride and Obviously when you make appointments, there's a reason that you are making an appointment because You're assuming that the parts and everything are there To be installed at the appointment Right and that's the thing like I understand first world problems I'm just bitching and complaining but here's the thing like I am a single mom of four kids So just keep that in mind and I know a lot of our listeners can relate so before you go saying like I'm complaining about first world
Starting point is 00:05:49 Problems and this that in the third like I I've ordered my last I've gotten my last three vehicles from this place. I have ordered. I mean this is like $3,000 which is a lot of money For my roof rack my my wheels and stuff like that that I'm spending on top of the vehicle that I already purchased there On top of that. I made the appointment on top of that Why am I making the appointment for 9 30 in the morning when you guys are not going to get to my car until 3 o'clock? And then why is I ordered the parts through Chevy? It's not like I ordered them somewhere else from like a third party dealer or something correct. Yeah, correct
Starting point is 00:06:27 I ordered them from Chevy. So how did Chevy not have? The parts and whatever else if you guys had to order extra shit, you know, nobody told me So you guys are supposed to be the experts I'm ordering it through you guys and then on top of it when it like for example with my house I ordered my appliances because they're on back order and I needed I just wanted to order them myself versus like my builder ordering them So my the designer that I'm working with she was like when they come make sure that your builder Inspects them and looks them over So you would think that it would be the same thing for the car dealership
Starting point is 00:07:01 Like they would order the stuff that I'm having put on my vehicle and then checking them over when they ordered when they came in So now we're not just looking at oh you took my car all day and say anything It's like I made an appointment at 9 30. You don't get to it. You wait until the end of the day to tell me You don't tell me to like get there Whoo, I was pissed. I left them a bad review. I felt like And I told the guy that um So my friend he um What I've been screaming for like an hour. Just like holler and listen in to you and
Starting point is 00:07:35 I got out of breath. Okay. I'm very upset. I was supposed to go kayaking on fucking Saturday Lindsay I bought the kayaks last week. I was supposed to go kayaking on Saturday I've got a couple questions, but I just need to say this part before I ask the question Um Honestly, I was a little heartbroken whenever you sent me the audio message and you were like crying. I was like, okay Obviously Kale's really having a mental Breakdown we need to re-evaluate this situation and Give her a minute and then he was like I'm going back to the office so that we can podcast and I'm like, okay
Starting point is 00:08:17 You should maybe stop get a coffee get a coke a new life like something Would be better than what this is like this arrangement isn't working out But I'm glad that you sound like you're in a way better place than the audio message So I'm very happy to hear that but I also Am a little concerned at the fact that you're so invested in these kayaks like I need answers to this Okay, I would never buy a roof rack to strap a kayak on the top Like it's kind of like the Griswolds and I just hope that you Take pictures and document like what you look like driving your suburban with the kayaks on top
Starting point is 00:09:01 you know what I took up kayaking when I was pregnant during quarantine and And it was just so like peaceful and my kids loved it Isaac and Lux especially So I thought Why not get some kayaks right like last year? I was big pregnant and I was like, you know Maybe we'll just wait till next year to get the kayaks Sorry, I did get a coke and now I'm burping up coke because I haven't had soda in several weeks because of my medicine and PCOS And then I was like, well, you know, I don't drink alcohol. So then I'll just drink a coke and So I'm just burping now
Starting point is 00:09:39 This has been an eventful day. I just I love the kayaking experience and so I I Bought us. I actually bought five kayaks Because I have four kids and then like we might have like a friend over or like, I don't know We might just need all the kayaks. So my Where was I going with this? What was your question? You need a whole garage for the amount of kayaks that you've purchased and I just want to know why You want to go kayaking? No
Starting point is 00:10:09 It's a good time. It's a good time. It sounds like work. We've talked about this like if you go on like a lake or a pond It's very peaceful. You can get some nature shots kill I couldn't imagine you being in kayaks with your four children and that being a peaceful existence It's like I I really I went I I went during quarantine with all my kids I was nine months pregnant and let me tell you a story about that If I didn't tell you guys already you didn't Okay, so two weeks before I gave birth to Creed I went out on the water But here's the thing. I couldn't get out of the kayak
Starting point is 00:10:47 So I was like alright like I came up to like the launch like dock thing And it's like a ramp sort of like it starts in the water and like goes up and I was like alright So my friend Natalie's son Caden. He's big. He's like six foot three. He's very tall and I was like alright I can't like get out like I'm gonna I need your help So I went to go pull his hand, but I'm pulling him in instead of him pulling me out So I was like alright alright fuck it and I go I'm gonna roll out So I need you you know just keep the kids up there on the on the dock or whatever and I go one Two and I roll out
Starting point is 00:11:24 It was great Actually, I gotta find some I gotta find those pictures and I'll post them I would love to see those pictures, but even more than I would love to see those pictures I would love a current picture of you in the suburban smiling with your four children with the kayak strap to the top. I I can guarantee you one of those pictures by next week. I will feel so blessed if you can do that figure out how to use the ratchet straps that I got for tightening I can't at this point. I'm also getting a camper. I'm saving right now for a cake
Starting point is 00:12:06 This is gone too far. It's a you really feel like the country in me is coming out and I'm ready I'm gonna road trip to Georgia We're gonna go camping and it's gonna be a great time and you know what I feel like I Should wear a cowboy hat I feel like if you show up to Georgia in that camper With a cowboy hat, I'm going to keep driving No, no, no, yeah If I see you like that, I will literally call Department of Transportation and ask them why they allowed you on our roads No, I think we would have a phenomenal time. We would have a blast, but also you aren't driving the camper like we need a personal driver
Starting point is 00:12:52 I mean, are you talking about like a fifth wheel like where you strap it to a truck or like what? Yeah, I type of so my suburban can handle up to like 8,000 pounds So the camper I'm looking at is like 6,000 pounds and I got a hitch and stuff to tow it This isn't real. You're making all this. Oh, no, this is real. This is very real and I This is amazing and I feel like I should just strap a GoPro to my forehead So you guys can watch me try to hook up a camper to my suburban and then load up my kayaks on the top of my car I I honestly want to watch that GoPro too and I feel like I'm gonna be involved in this debacle
Starting point is 00:13:33 But like I want to watch it I'm gonna FaceTime you like Lindsay. Can you please look up the directions? Hi? I cannot But will you please come to Georgia actually because I kind of would just like to see you pulling the camper. I would love that Yes, I will 100% do that. That would be so amazing All right, you guys Kiwi Co. I've talked about it before I've posted about it on my Instagram and actually we did a project Either last night or the night before I can't remember Isaac got to do a hydraulic Crate, I believe it was called the tanker crate and then Lux got the little doctor Koala crate and I'm not even kidding you the cutest frickin thing is him playing with the doctor stuff
Starting point is 00:14:18 I absolutely love it. I feel like it teaches them like empathy and just like all of these things because you can act like the cute little project had Like a smiley face like a not-so-good feeling one and then a sad one for pain it comes with like a little Play pretend band-aids and a stethoscope. I just watching Lux play with them is so stinking cute So with these crates your kids will discover science behind hydraulics build a walking robot and see how high they can make a rocket fly We actually did the hydraulics one. We've done the rock walking robot one Everything is shipped right to your door and there's no commitment so you can pause or cancel at any time I will promise you that this is not just because they are podcast sponsor
Starting point is 00:15:00 Like I genuinely love these things and my kids absolutely love them They will absolutely love it. So Kiwi Co actually does the legwork for you So you can spend more time like tackling the actual project and there's something for kids of all ages So I have four kids as you guys know I have eleven seven three and a baby and there are there's a crate for all of them And the best part is just like watching their imaginations grow like Isaac was so freaking impressed by He used the water for his hydraulics and he couldn't believe that like the water and the pressure was Moving these things that he was creating. So it was really cool to watch
Starting point is 00:15:36 There's no telling what a Kiwi Co kid can do kickstart curiosity creation and innovation in kids today and discover a brighter tomorrow Get 30% off your first month plus free shipping on any crate line with code coffee at KiwiCode.com That's 30% off your first month at KiwiCo.com use promo code coffee Can I tell you what I did this week that you would be proud of Okay, let's hear it Honestly, I kind of had like an emotional meltdown when I was doing it But it feels really good now that I did it
Starting point is 00:16:19 I got rid of baby stuff. Oh I know but it was like it was good. It was like therapeutic You know, it was like something that I knew that had been looming over my head to do And I will say it's kind of like a hoarder's mentality that I had I had confetti for my baby shower Just so that we set the tone here Wow, yeah, so it was time to let go of some of those things and I went to open up one of the bags and literally confetti like blew up all over my Storage in my basement and I was like wow like it's kind of like a celebration of
Starting point is 00:16:57 Me getting rid of the things but will came and took all of the things that I was willing to part with to Goodwill and I have started to organize things in a proper manner and I have not started going through the paper so that you will be disappointed with but I'm making progress So, okay, just real real positive and I've been doing a bunch of spring cleaning around here I want to know how many other listeners have been Doing their spring cleaning. I feel like the pollen has been absolutely atrocious this year
Starting point is 00:17:34 I don't know what's going on, but I saw this one thing. It was like this one meme Did I talk about the meme about how? people survived like a year without getting COVID but the pollen was gonna like the flowers were gonna take them out Yes, literally. I woke up and there was pollen all over my porch all over my car Oh, it's it's so horrible and I'm so ready for it to be over But I've been doing a bunch of spring cleaning and it feels good like doesn't it just feel good like when you get stuff done And you're just like wow, I feel accomplished Yeah, okay, so that's kind of like how I'm feeling but then on another note
Starting point is 00:18:12 I want to know if other people feel this same way Does anyone else feel like when you hit this time of the year that you just feel ugly? Yeah, I mean I definitely feel like that right now and I'm like I have to get in a fucking bathing suit like what? I think it's because your skin like looks milky or something like you don't have a tan But like you're starting to have to kind of like wear shorts because it's getting too hot to wear pants Oh, it's still 40 degrees up here. Well, it's not it's like 60s maybe here, maybe it gets the 40s pretty soon You're gonna be it's like wear a sweater in the morning, but by the middle of the day you're sweating your ass off
Starting point is 00:18:51 Yeah, it's like that time of the year and I'm just like oh Okay, I looked like I dipped my body in milk and I need a tan and Like I just need a refresh. Do you never feel like that? We're just like I just need to like fix everything like everything needs to get a refresh Yeah, totally need that. I feel like that too and then let me tell you something else I did I was starting to clean in my office because if you follow me on Instagram You know that I regularly say that it looks like FedEx blew up in my office Because I get so many packages and then I just freaking leave them there until it literally looks like a packaging facility And then I start cleaning them out
Starting point is 00:19:30 Well, I went to put some bank statements and stuff together today and when I did I went looking for my stapler And I just wonder like who else's kids just steal their office supplies and shit and then like don't put it back And like what does my eight-year-old child need a stapler for like what kind of legal documents as he Drafting that he needs a fucking stapler Like why I can't have anything I can't have anything at this house like I will be in my office and go to like get like a fine tip sharpie and the shit will be gone and then I go to get a stapler and
Starting point is 00:20:14 The fucking stapler is gone or I go to get freaking menel envelopes and they're gone like where he's he's um Creating Contracts for his clients for him. I don't know who his clients are But I can tell you those clients you to put on hold because I'm so sick of chasing down my damn staplers and sharpies That I can't even see straight Literally so sick of it and you have you have an office space to go to I don't mine is in my home and Obviously Jackson regularly frequents that and I'm gonna have to start putting a lock on my fucking sharpies
Starting point is 00:21:00 Okay, that's a good idea. I think just keep them away from from the eight-year-old Yeah, no, but you ask him where the stuff is and it's like, oh, well, I just borrowed it and it's in my pencil holder or it's just in This place or I'll go upstairs in his quarantine office and like the staplers up there And it's like what kind of legal contracts were you drafting that you needed a stapler like where you've you know signing your Life away to a mortgage like what what was important for you to need that stapler like I'm just so confused and then Made me think when I was thinking of a stapler Actually, I used to hide the stapler from him because when I was a little kid. I stapled my lips together
Starting point is 00:21:45 What? Yes, when I was I must have been maybe some time around his age, but like I wasn't my mom's parents house and I don't know what I was doing, but I staple. Yeah, I stapled my lips together And I've been scarred from that. I am assuming I definitely did And I'm not quite sure how the staple got out I'll have to ask and report back on this story but I specifically remember stapling my lips together and being scarred from it not like
Starting point is 00:22:17 visibly scarred but like emotionally scarred from it and Actually didn't have a stapler in my office for a long period of time Because I was afraid Jackson would staple his lips together. So I don't think I've ever done that in my life Well, I hope not. I mean, I hope that was just I wonder what gave you that idea I don't know. I get I hope this was an isolated incident like other people didn't do this as well Do you feel like it's a thing that other people did? I Mean, I know cutting hair is a thing because I definitely cut my hair when I was like six like my bangs
Starting point is 00:22:54 But stapling your lips shut. I also shoved a marble up my nose when I was like seven Yeah, what what's the thing with that with with kids like? putting marbles in their noses and like those little round batteries and pennies and dimes and like those types of things like What goes through a child's mind that is like this looks like it should go in my nostril Or the stapler looks like it would be good to close my lips Um, I don't know because my kids have never done it that I know of
Starting point is 00:23:31 They haven't No, I'm surprised out of four children and and they haven't done it. We should probably knock on wood Honestly, because there's some of them that aren't old enough to do it yet. So, right Speaking of your children, how are they? How is how is Lux and my soccer star? Oh? He's good. He loves soccer. He's Although I will say at Saturday's practice So as you know Kids their attention span is is really short, right? So Lux is three and his practice is only for 45 minutes
Starting point is 00:24:10 And in that 45 minutes this past weekend, it was like I have to go to the bathroom Mom, I need a drink mom. I want to come kiss you mom. I have to tell you something and it was just like you have 45 45 minutes like please go please go kick the ball. I remember this all too well and Seems like it was just yesterday actually it probably was yesterday, but Why do they do that? It's like We're not it. We shouldn't be important at the practice like we're just here to make sure that nothing happens to you But like right your focus should not be Over here. It's almost like they want to have a conversation
Starting point is 00:24:54 It's like I call I have a conversation with you all the time like you never shut up. Yeah, I told Jackson that yesterday I'm like you never there is never a moment waking moment that I am awake that you are awake that We are in each other's presence that you ever shut up ever ever ever ever and Lux is my Like I thought Lincoln was my crazy one and I love my kids to death So I say crazy and the most loving way possible. Yep, but by far Lux has taken the cake Really? Oh, yeah, I would have thought it would have been Lincoln No, Lux never stops talking. He never stops talking and he's so
Starting point is 00:25:37 Animated and it's I love it and sometimes I'm like, okay I really really need you to just be quiet because I'm gonna lose my mind I really just need you to go to bed which makes Sweet think of someone who wrote in on one of the confessions that said that over the summertime They roll the clocks back in their house an hour and her and her husband just know that it's like an hour ahead of time But the kids are an hour behind but the kids think it's an hour ahead so that they go to bed. Okay, we got a message Some lady says hi girls, I just listened to your podcast on Scott Peterson. Let me say you rock I'm a friend of Lacey's and I love how you unapologetically call it like you saw it Thanks for covering her case and that was actually something that I thought of whenever I posted on my Instagram about Scott Peterson I
Starting point is 00:31:03 Typed and then like erased and typed again because back to like the glorification of these criminals It's like hard when people recognize all of this stuff like Scott Peterson Scott Peterson you see it over and over again, but really it's the victim that should be recognized not the criminal Right or murder right? Yeah, you know, whatever that's why I'm pretty sure it was the girls from morbid when we podcasted with them that said that they won't even cover the Chris Watts case because they
Starting point is 00:31:44 don't want to give him any type of Like more publicity essentially for sure and I totally 100% like Agree with that, but also it's kind of hard not to cover certain cases that you know That like you were so invested in and took up so much of your time which speaking of For the people who are interested in our true crime stuff. I started watching the Menendez brothers and I've only made it through two episodes of I think it's on Hulu is the one I'm watching right now, but I'm so I have so many mixed feelings about it. So I honestly can't wait to do an hour-long episode and just Talk about the different avenues of like where my brain has gone, but I've only watched two episodes and I have so many thoughts
Starting point is 00:32:36 Oh, yeah, do you feel like that in that case? Yes. Yes, and I feel like I really maybe I just haven't gotten to the point far enough to like have an opinion on If I feel like they were fairly convicted or not I haven't got that far yet, but I don't even know if I get through it all if I will even have a definitive Opinion like feeling. Yeah, our opinion. Yeah, yeah, which is just like I don't know normally. I'm very Like this is who did it and this is why I think so There was another lady who wrote in and said that she had a crazy pregnancy story
Starting point is 00:33:16 Not as crazy as the pregnancy story that I shared on the last episode But she said that she had a friend that ended up pregnant with twins But they didn't realize that she was pregnant with twins until she was 16 weeks and somehow the babies were laying perfectly on top of each other And their heartbeats had sank so much that they didn't even know that there was two in there for 16 weeks And like can you imagine? No absolutely the fuck not like 16 weeks, especially if you have other kids and you go to the doctor, you know
Starting point is 00:33:49 And you go to like appointment after appointment and you think like for example, if you're having twins the first time I've said this a million times. You don't know any different. So like Leah from teen mom, for example She has twins the first time so she doesn't know any different. She knows two of everything to you know when you wake one up you wake up the other one to eat or whatever that looks like and I Couldn't imagine like me with four kids and then I go for like which I know is common for like IVF and then I'm like Oh, you know, I'm I say I get pregnant and I'm I'm having one and then at 16 weeks I mean you're for four months pregnant and they're like just kidding. You're having twins. I would be like literal I need wipes because I just shit myself
Starting point is 00:34:34 Like I would not know what to fucking do I can't and have I talked about on here before About having dreams about me having twins Yes, yeah, and I feel like you would yeah, because I feel like it's almost manifested at this point like I I Always it's a regular occurrence that I have dreams that I have twin girls and like How cute would that be though if that happened to me Honestly, I say if that happened it would be a blessing, but like I Would be so scared. Yeah, of course it would be but like just still a shock. Yeah, like I mean I know what to do with a single do they call him a singleton just like one I
Starting point is 00:35:23 Can do that, but like two seems like a lot but people who actually wrote in to my personal Instagram talking about how they had twins and how you just kind of like Adapt and kind of forget what it was like just to have one. So I just wonder if that's Like common like that people just feel like that they have to and it's just like something that your body and mind adapts to over nine months I feel like it would take me nine months to Mentally prepare for that
Starting point is 00:35:58 It definitely yeah for sure My cousin's a twin and she had twins herself Wait, what and she when they had twins? Yeah, like I know some people their families talk about how twins like skip a generation or or in some cases They don't know where the twins come from But one of my my cousins is a twin and she had twins herself and it was her second Like she had one daughter and then I think it was like two or three years later She and she came to one eyes. I think it was like Isaac's second birthday and she was like because they're gonna be eight this year
Starting point is 00:36:36 She was like, hey, I just wanted to let you know that I am having twins and I'm still in shock. So I'm just like not ready to talk about it. Oh I Understand I feel you actually that reminded me of an article that I read this weekend of Of two identical two identical twin sisters married Identical twin brothers and both got pregnant and That supposedly I don't know the science behind this or like how this works siblings. Yes
Starting point is 00:37:15 Yep, genetically speaking. They could be they are genetically speaking. They're they are Siblings not cousins because they have the same so much of the same DNA or exactly if they're identical and identical they have Yes, yeah That's insane. I saw that on there's Tiktok there is brothers that are like that they're I Forget their names, but they're on tiktok and they're on Instagram and they have a huge following and they talk about it Because that's their adults now or they might be like 18. I wonder if that's where I saw it. Oh Maybe or they boys or were they girls?
Starting point is 00:37:54 The it was two identical twin girls married identical twin boys Okay, well, it was the the Sun's they were But they weren't twins like they I guess they I guess they were twin cousins is how they described it. That's just That's insane. I was like wait. Well, it's like really cool. I'm completely mind-blown. Hey PS I saw that you Responded back to a message on our Instagram page and just put a bunch of exclamation marks So I wanted to read it. It said listening to the podcast from yesterday and I was with a whole man for five years We only had sex when we were drunk because it wasn't good sober and there was no progressing with him
Starting point is 00:38:33 Because I'm into more things and his then his boring ash ass Missionary so it got to the point that we only had drunk sex And then we had a daughter and separated less than two months after having her because I decided I could not be with someone Whose dick game isn't what I wanted so Didn't see that last sentence No, but like I can under like that goes back to the conversation that we had last week. I just feel like How much
Starting point is 00:39:02 Can you invest in a relationship when those major factors are not really? Factors, you know what I mean? Yes? Someone can check off every single box and love you so so so much and you want it to work so bad But at the end of the day the sex is just not good Like I you can only work on that for so long before it's like, okay, I don't want to get dirty for This you know what I mean You know what I mean like it's just like not and like you've tried and you've gone through some stuff like you maybe you've gone You know, yeah, I just work it out
Starting point is 00:39:44 But like what is the time like what's the expiration date is where I'm trying to get out with this and then I can't stop From thinking about the five times that your friend told you about I feel like five times is very excessive like I feel a little repetitive saying that but I just need more people to confirm if that is For too many times to know if it's like not gonna work like how many times do you give the person chances? Until you just know like okay sexually we just aren't compatible aren't compatible Yeah, I mean sexual. I mean because it sounds good like oh sex isn't everything and it's not but it has to Like I want a healthy sex life, I want to do it like three or four times a fucking week, you know what I mean like I don't want
Starting point is 00:40:37 Yes, you know and and I know you know with marriage and time and things like that like Sometimes you go through periods of droughts and like I get it But also no like I'm not I'm I'm 29 years old. I'm too fucking old to be I'm too old to be having like not enough sex and too young to be what am I trying to say here? You're saying that you are too old to Have bad bad sex and too young To not have enough sex. Yes Yes
Starting point is 00:41:13 Yes, so too old to have bad sex too young. Yeah so I Just want to know also how many times a week is a healthy considered a healthy sex life I'd say four three or four times a week. I would probably have more than that if I could but I Think four is pretty good three is pretty good, but let's talk about like a Long-term relationship like you've been with a person for a really long time Does that change how many person to ask? Does that change how many times or
Starting point is 00:41:57 Does it not like does that not factor into anything like I Don't know I feel like four is the solid Number and I need to know if I'm wrong or if I'm right And Kale's not I definitely ask No, because I've been I've been in relationships where I've had sex Damn near every day of the week and I've been in relationships where I have hardly had sex at all so Yeah Okay, so
Starting point is 00:42:32 Wait speaking of sex, can I just say one thing? Yeah, go ahead a rumor a rumor rumor has been I said a rumor a rumor has been started that Kendall Jenner is pregnant by a Prior previous former cast member of Vanderpump rules What? It's yeah Kendall Jenner is allegedly pregnant with former Vanderpump rules cast member max boyans, baby According to fellow castmate Kara Patterson aka Vegas Sheena or Shayna
Starting point is 00:43:17 Cater Kara later went on on a later went on a bizarre rant about Justin Bieber so then Here comes an article fired Vanderpump stool stool Fired Vanderpump rules star got Kendall Jenner pregnant claims Vegas Sheena in bizarre rant So we don't know if this is true, but this was on heavy.com First of all, I haven't even seen this. So this is breaking news to me I would be very shocked by this because I thought that she was Dating someone else, but I mean I also act like I know Kendall Jenner personally and like
Starting point is 00:43:56 Something couldn't be going on. So There's that but yeah, we need to continue following this story and I need anyone who knows everything about the Kardashians to Slash Jenner's to let us know if this is real or if this is a scam Yeah, I need answers. I would be shocked. I definitely this has to be a scam. I'm out here spreading rumors. Don't believe me I mean Not to diss like even my own self
Starting point is 00:44:27 You or anybody else that's been on reality TV, but like a Kardashian getting pregnant by someone on Vanderpump Doesn't really I've never seen Vanderpump rules. Um, I've never seen it ever. So I don't know like What it's all about, but it's I don't know. It just seems sketch. There was a person on that show I'm not gonna name them, but they've been fired that actually got in my business back in like 2019 and talked about will or something from something that aired on Chris Lee knows best and

Well, what what questions do you have? Do you have anything specific?
Starting point is 00:47:28 No, you said you were gonna talk about Okay, oh, yeah, okay, so Actually had that written down. So this is a question that I have received a lot of times over the years Since Chris Lee knows best aired. I think back in 2014 we Basically a little background story of Chris Lee knows best we filmed a pilot. I think it was in August of 2012 maybe maybe
Starting point is 00:48:00 2013 can't remember and Didn't know that anything was gonna happen. It was kind of sold to me I was finishing up my last semester of college and was asked to do the Skype call With these men. I didn't even know they were producers and I did this Skype call went over to my parents house and did all this jazz and then they said they were gonna come for a couple of days and Really didn't think anything was gonna come of it and then they came out filmed this pilot and then next thing
Starting point is 00:48:32 I know there's like this TV offer and so on and so forth. So With that then the show got picked up they sent out Photographers and stuff to do a promo shoot for us, which Mind you someone and you can probably relate to this before being on TV You don't really know like what to expect You can't really understand or mentally grasp how many people are actually going to view or ever see this because It just kind of seems like not real. Does that make like surreal? Yeah, totally and so I didn't really have any say and well, not really. I didn't have any say and what I
Starting point is 00:49:19 looked like what I wore Any of that we were just basically they went into our closets picked stuff put it together and Actually, there was a hair and makeup artist that was hired that formerly did pageant hair and Makeup so At that time, that's who they were using and I don't know if it was like a behind-the-scenes thing that They were wanting us to have big hair to play into some kind of like stereotype of the South or
Starting point is 00:49:55 What was going on with that? But yeah, I didn't regularly wear my hair like that and I guess I could probably just pull some pictures from college so that I can just have like a Reference I'll do that over the next couple of days before this episode airs just to show like a reference of what my hair looked like for the promos verses like my real life and then I Will never forget. I think it was season three. We reshot new imagery and when we did that There was such a bad backlash because when we first started airing
Starting point is 00:50:33 I think we aired after Monday Night Raw. So like a totally different audience WWE and Obviously got a lot of those people talking shit about us on Twitter and so on and so forth and talking about our hair and How we looked and you know, just the name of the game and so season three. I Was a little bit more mindful of that So I had actually asked the person who did my hair, which was the same person who did it season one To kind of like tone it down and I will never forget. I'm not going to mention names of people but I walked upstairs and
Starting point is 00:51:09 Kind of felt good about the way I was looking and I was told that my hair wasn't big enough so I needed to go back downstairs and so Yeah, I really didn't have a ton of control over that wouldn't have been the way I picked it and Yeah, looking back on it kind of feel dumb, but nothing I can do about it now Images exist forever. The internet will always exist. So The only thing I can do is just say I feel sorry for myself To your point I Feel like a lot of people in reality TV
Starting point is 00:51:50 When we first get into it because I was the same Not specifically with my like hair makeup, but just like things that I filmed that I wouldn't normally Like I wasn't okay with but I kind of you almost feel backed into a corner Like you don't get to speak up or say no or at least that was for me Like I didn't know I could say no and if I don't talk about it. They can't film about it but they have this way of like Manipulating I guess or um, and I'm not I'm not saying all reality shows are like this, but I'm just saying To your point of feeling like you weren't kind of allowed to have your hair the way that you felt comfortable
Starting point is 00:52:30 So that's just my take on it. Yeah, and I think that just whenever you're new into something and don't really know like I Guess I was just ignorant to the fact of how many people were actually going to see it Mm-hmm, right And it just felt like not real. Yeah, it just kind of like didn't yeah I felt like I was kind of taking pictures and didn't even realize that it was actually going to be the real deal and actually I believe that I was told when we filmed the promo for the show that no one would ever see that but Networks that it was being pitched to and so that actually ended up all airing season one so So
Starting point is 00:53:13 Yeah, it's all just like a little quirky and like there's other things obviously that you know over time I will be become comfortable with Sharing other things, you know as you grow and develop. There's just certain things that I'm not willing to share right now, but The hair thing was just something that I was just ready to address because I was just like I don't know possible way could I Fix my hair like that and get it that big. It's just not a thing it was actual like a glue type product that was used in my hair and teased and teased and teased and blown into my hair to make it be that size so
Starting point is 00:53:57 Yeah, but on a lighter note I did a confessions thing again on my Instagram because I just think these things are so funny and Like so this other people right? I'm just like, oh my god. And then there's one girl that I guess We read her confession last week. She wrote in and like explained herself more about Sleeping with a married man and she was like first. I knew I was up for like pissed at me Well, the message started off first of all and I was like, okay I know like we're really in for it when the message starts like that
Starting point is 00:54:34 But she was explaining herself and talking about how she was like in a bad place whenever she did this and when she wasn't you know 19 years old when this happened and so on and so forth, but then To her point I can understand Being young and making decisions that you maybe wouldn't make as like a 30 year old woman So I right completely understand that part of it But I've also had many conversations with my therapist about people using their age to diminish the pain that they've caused you and using that as a crutch
Starting point is 00:55:11 to not have to Acknowledge the fact that they've caused you hurt and so I'm saying that they were young. Yeah, I've actually experienced that with will just to Be completely transparent like things that have happened in our relationship a lot of times the excuses have been well, I was only 19 then and So the decisions that I made then are different than what I would make now and
Starting point is 00:55:39 As much as I can understand like I said making decisions differently at a young age because you're you know still Learning or whatever. I think when it comes to playing with someone's heart You have enough sense at 19 years old I'll just be honest if you're old enough to have sex and Make decisions to play with someone's heart and emotions then you should be old enough to Make decisions that aren't going to be harmful to another person and so that's just How I feel about it and I don't think that age should be a
Starting point is 00:56:18 Tool to be used against someone to say oh, well, I hurt you whenever I was 19 because I was 19 I Don't know I think Age can be a factor for some people. I'm not saying in every case But I do think like with age comes experience sometimes and without really having a lot of Experiences or Like I'm trying to I'm trying to think back to when I was Younger, I don't I'm thinking at any age of my life
Starting point is 00:57:04 And again, this is personal for me. So at any age of my life if I knew an action that I was doing had been addressed and I continued doing that action knowing that I was hurting someone but then continued to use my age to diminish the pain that it Calls someone else. You're just an asshole Diminish, okay, so using the age. Okay, instead of saying like Well, I don't know because I'm trying to think like, okay if I when I was I was married when I was 21, right? so What I know now and what I would do differently now versus when I was
Starting point is 00:57:44 19 20 21 years old is very different. So I think that's valid to say that but I'm saying in a situation that you were 21 years old and You had harmed the person in some way emotionally that you were with at that age And that person had addressed that with you at that age, but they stayed with you and continued that action That's yeah, you can't you don't get you know, I was 19. You're you're now choosing. Yes 19 20 21 22 you're still choosing to make that mistake and choosing to the hurt that person over and over. Okay, correct point made correct in the situation with Sleeping with a married man
Starting point is 00:58:27 At 19 I can't speak on that because I didn't do that at 19 or ever for that matter but in my mind that would never be An option for me to sleep with a married man because I know he's married So that would just be a no fly zone for me But to that point I have maybe made other fucked up decisions when I was younger and in a bad place Yes, so maybe not sleeping with a married man, but maybe
Starting point is 00:59:02 I don't know. Yeah, you get what I'm saying. Yes. You get what I mean Yes, other decisions that could have been harmful to another Individual correct right right some girl wrote and said thoughts on the tick-tock trend I personally don't know the trend, but here's my take on it. I could see the trend being like Seeing a dad being good with his kids because it's so attractive to me But that doesn't mean that I would want to be with that married man I would just want that man or my man to my man to be like that man because it makes my ovaries tingle The last part's kind of funny
Starting point is 00:59:36 That's not really how I took the trend That's not how I took the trend either. I took the trend again. I'm Yeah, like it's one thing to say. Oh like he's such a good dad to that like to his family to his kids He's such a good husband and like cool, but that doesn't mean like I'm I'm creaming my pants over. I'm like they're very different Stop Why what did I say? He said that doesn't mean I'm creaming my pants I'm not
Starting point is 01:00:05 I can't I can't with you. Okay. I've got to read this one confession before We run out of time Okay, are we out of time? I was having a good time. No, I don't think we're like necessarily out of time, but like I just want to read this. So Okay, this woman says that Okay, I'm not going to read it word for word, but basically the scenario was that Three years ago. She had been having an affair with a man. This was a same-sex couple
Starting point is 01:00:40 Okay One of the women was having an affair with a man and that affair was going on for over a year It has since ended But she was always worried that she would get pregnant and wouldn't know how to explain it to Her significant other because in a same-sex relationship that Doesn't happen But now she claims that she's back in the relationship and that's not going on anymore But she feels a ton of guilt about it and how to get over the guilt. So
Starting point is 01:01:11 There was like a couple of different Angles of the situation that I kind of wanted to address because Was this person having the Affair because they were unsure about the same-sex relationship and were wanting to explore other things or What's going on because I just don't know I
Starting point is 01:01:37 I'm never like I I'm never like gonna justify it or anything, but I've been in that situation kind of like where you're like With same-sex but like in some Way specifically with this one person like you're just not fulfilled. And so you end up going like I I don't want to I have to be careful with what I'm saying um Yeah, I don't um, so she's back with her girlfriend. Yeah, she's back with her girlfriend
Starting point is 01:02:12 But she said the whole time feels guilt about how she Previously was with this guy. Yeah Yeah, and that she's not she's not sleeping with him anymore No, and she said it was very like a heavy burden like she wanted to do it But she was always worried that like she would end up getting pregnant and like how would she explain herself out of that? Yeah, right um, maybe at the time like Maybe and I'm not justifying cheating. So please wouldn't you guys write reviews like don't say like kills like supporting cheating
Starting point is 01:02:44 I'm just saying maybe at the time she was lacking some fulfillment in in Some areas with the same sex relationship and then she went elsewhere to seek Whether it's some sort of validation or sexual chemistry or you know, something of that nature um I'm I wonder if she ever told the girl friend. I know I need more answers I want her to write and tell us like the entire scenario like did you end up telling her
Starting point is 01:03:14 Did you in the relationship? With him because you decided that you wanted to be back with her or like How did this all play out like I just want to know Okay, moving on to the next thing um And I've actually heard about the situation in real life from someone that I personally know But this girl writes in and says my mother-in-law says she won't respect my rules about kissing my son and so
Starting point is 01:03:42 I just want to know like how many people have problems with other people kissing your children Because I've actually known someone that like has an issue with this My kids don't kiss anyone else that I know of This person that I know Doesn't kiss their own child either. So I just want to know like is That odd because I kiss Jackson like every single day
Starting point is 01:04:12 Oh my god. I kiss my kids every single day. Yeah all the time But like my kids don't kiss anyone else Yeah, do they kiss their dads? I don't I don't think so. You're like, I don't know I I mean they probably did at some point, but they don't now well Jackson let me like I used to I like am perfectly fine with acknowledging this like I was a co-sleeping mom and
Starting point is 01:04:41 I kissed him in his mouth until he was like three years old Um, yeah, I kissed lux on on the lips all the time. Yeah, like I don't think that's weird But some people like really think that it's weird and it's just something that they don't do which is also fine Like if it doesn't if it's not Something that you do and you're home with your children perfectly fine. It's just something that I definitely did do but as Jackson got a little bit older like He makes me kiss him like on the top of the head and it kind of makes me sad Yeah, look, I mean Lincoln and um Isaac would never like I don't kiss them on
Starting point is 01:05:17 Their lips anymore, but like I still kiss Lincoln's face all over the place because he's so cute and I just want to squeeze him but like They won't I don't I have to like I'm like Lincoln. Can you give me a kiss on the cheek? Like he won't yeah, acknowledge me He won't do it. Can you acknowledge me them alive? I I maybe it's just Lincoln, but like Lincoln is just not like affectionate the way my other kids are so um, but yeah I know I luck still kisses me on the lips and um, Isaac will kiss me on the forehead or I'll kiss him on the on the head or something, but um
Starting point is 01:05:53 I just want to know who sets the boundaries like because I'm sure there's people that are listening that have those boundaries set that like They're in-laws like can't kiss their kids or something like It's never a conversation that I've ever had But it is a conversation that I know someone that like has that boundary I really quickly while you're on boundaries and I know that we're out of time But I do want to mention this really quickly because it happened to me Um, not to me to one of my kids. Um, I don't want to say who um, this is a boundary thing for me
Starting point is 01:06:26 For parents who are listening to this podcast that struggle with co-parenting or learning to co-parent Have you guys ever had a parent who will text their child? on the other parent's time and say So-and-so is here um visiting and you're like We are they gonna be there when the child gets back because if you fucking texted my son and told him That so-and-so is visiting your house and he's not gonna see them when he gets there Now you've pissed me off because one you're interrupting my time texting them about some like Texting them basically making them want to go over there, but once they get over there the the guests are not going to be there
Starting point is 01:07:09 Um, and that's something that I wanted to touch on earlier Um, so I had texted one of my kids dad's I'm not naming names Um, I'll know who it is once you read the text Okay, um, it really really really irritated me because my son felt left out. He felt like Um, and he said to me that another family member does the same thing to him and we'll tell him how much fun they had Um, you know Mm-hmm. The family member had with so-and-so and I just I was just like In my head. I was like, are you fucking kidding me? So I texted the dad and I said
Starting point is 01:07:47 If my son isn't going to see the company you have when he gets back to your house Please do not text him while he's with me and tell him who's over there It makes him feel bad. It makes him feel like he's missing out and I don't think that's fair to him Um That I just wanted to say that because I forgot to touch on it earlier Um, but I feel like that's like a boundary thing like why are you trying to make the kid think so to you? Okay. Okay well just because um
Starting point is 01:08:15 Okay, I can just relate to this back when I would go and like see my mom Like my mom would pick us up and then we wouldn't be at my dad's obviously and Obviously the person that the parent that you spend more time with in your situation. It's 50 50 But like I always kind of like felt left out of what everybody else was doing wherever I wasn't And so I think you just eliminate all of that by just not communicating really what you're doing like the fun that you're having While the child is with the other parent so they don't have to think about All the things they're missing out on I'm I'm very very very concerned about
Starting point is 01:09:00 I just think that you're you're messing with the child. Yes. I don't think I don't think that's fair at all And I and in this particular sorry my phone just um Went off but I think in this one Um went off but I think in this particular instance it it was intentional It wasn't like because because my son told me it happens all the time. So to me it's intentional Okay on this note I want to know how many parents that are in co-parenting situations that monitor their children's text messages with the other parent Oh, I do
Starting point is 01:09:39 I check my kids phone just because they're young Yeah, and you want to just see like what the conversation is Yep, but I wonder on the other end When the child is with the other parent does that parent check the phone to see your communications? That's fine. I don't have anything to hide right But I just wonder like if is that like a common occurrence or is that Not like they Does the other parent respect the privacy of the communications between because I can tell you right now. I wouldn't
Starting point is 01:10:13 I wouldn't I I have a thing with um With isaac especially just because Lincoln Believe it or not is like more responsible with his phone. Um I just have a problem with isaac specifically, um like He's older so he can I don't know. He might stay up later. I mean, I don't really
Starting point is 01:10:37 Have like they're not like there's their bed times are not spaced out super Far apart and they usually go to bed at the same time But like isaac might get up and like call his grandma or something I I just have a problem with like People don't need to know what goes on in my household at all times So like I don't really like for like my kids isaac or Lincoln really Um to like call family members at like eight nine O'clock at night because I just feel like that's like our time. Um
Starting point is 01:11:06 I feel like in that situation like what you're talking about a lot of people have an issue with that with co-parenting like Not feeling I'm sure that you have felt like this before not feeling like you have privacy in your home because Yes, you share your kids Yeah, because I mean I got the phones for them so that they could communicate with their parents and their families on the other side on the other side of the family but That being said, I still want to maintain my privacy as far as that goes. So like please don't um Please don't like take that for granted or like call the other family member at like nine o'clock at night or something like that And so I'll I'll respect it and not do that while they're over there with you

I think it was Ranked number two like on netflix or something like that, but for those of you who haven't seen it It is um about a blue collar baker and he strikes up a relationship with this international superstar
Starting point is 01:12:18 um, and it's just It's really cute. It's just about this like Little baker and his family and then this girl that like has the world at her fingertips, but also has some like behind the scenes Problems and it was a little bit relatable to me in a lot of ways.
