Oh my gosh, I actually got a tweet when I got home I was just like browsing on Twitter, which I never hardly do anymore

So if anyone sees me liking tweets like 14 days later, this is why But it was like why does Lindsay never ask Kale if she's well anymore? And I'm like, you know what? That could have been where the disconnect started happening You know what? It upsets me a little bit is that call her daddy has unwell merch And I promise you on everything that I fucking love that we were saying that before her. We absolutely were we're upset about it We're upset about it Kale's feeling unwell. I'm feeling slightly unwell Actually recorded for the southern tea before this and I was talking about you wasn't shit but I was just saying that

we had a lot of fun on our Dallas trip and Those trips literally are so exhausting that it takes me almost an entire week to recover from it, honestly No, literally today. I was going to cancel everything so that I could fully recover. I know that sounds crazy I know it sounds crazy because they're like, oh, what are you like listeners might think? We just go take a bunch of pictures and go out and have fun But like it's literally like Kristen jam packs our schedule. And so like I'm completely thankful that this is my job But I'm also exhausted. I think everyone who works is tired at some point. And so today Like the dads actually took the kids to school for me

And I was gonna just like cancel every cancel my whole day to like recover and then go get them from school But then bone walked into my room and was like, let's go we're working out and I got on my peloton And I was like, all right, let me get this day going which I did. Oh my god Speaking of bone every time I think of her. I just think of like bad shits and It's it's unwell. I've thought about the turds that I saw on target when we were in Dallas on the floor so many times since I got back home and And I'm pretty sure somebody sent me a message and was like Lindsay. I'm pretty sure those are Milk duds and I'm like

pardon like Somebody I could see what they a trail of shits It was a trail. I thought you were I thought you were talking about them the milk-dud turds at Target on our trip No, I don't think they were milk-dud turds. And then I just I think they were milk duds. I I keep watching the video back of the lady that was like in front of us She had no idea what the fuck was going on and I feel so horrible for her and I'm like, okay Wow, should we have actually posted this lady on there? She was so confused about the turds on the floor Here we are and we're doing just really fantastic

Um, I had said when we go on trips. I feel like it's just like a family Affair kind of like we're sisters. We're in an Airbnb. We're in rooms that are like bumped up to each other We get finished with work. We immediately need private time then we end up talking until 12 and then have to be up and it's just terrible. I don't know why we do that Why do we do that? I don't know. I like we got to have dinner with Sterling while we were in Dallas and I'm so thankful because I haven't seen her since last year and I was so tired like I first of all was so depressed on the trip so much happened and

I just forget about how many people I know in Dallas and how many people I could have told that I was there But because it was work and I didn't know what time we would be done And then by time we were done and I would just want to get back into the hotel Not the hotel the Airbnb bed. I just wanted to go to sleep and then we would end up talking until one in the morning wait, um, I have to say I was scrolling through coffee combos group chat and This week. I really want to post This bathroom pick up like what you did in this public bathroom. No, I did not

Oh, okay, y'all need to listen to me right now. Okay, Lindsay's really really really reaching. Okay, so I Went to the bathroom to go change and I had to go to the bathroom And I walked into this public restroom and I'm telling you first of all again This is the women's bathroom. So I just don't understand like why women are so disgusting But I walk in and this toilet is literally filled to the brim with toilet paper and shit And I had to take a picture and send it to the group chat and I know how disgusting and foul that is But I wasn't gonna allow someone to go to the bathroom after me and think that I did that because that wasn't me I feel like it's just a cover-up

It was not a cover-up if I shit it if I shit in there I would have said listen, I shouldn't there don't go in there. It's a do-do cover-up. I Wanted to throw up. I'm so appalled by women. I can't you guys really disgust me I have to say I don't know what men's bathrooms look like but they could not possibly be worse than women's bathrooms and This is like across the board for me No matter where I go typically the women's bathroom is absolutely foul and I I need to know what happens Like what are you eating and what possessed you to do that in that bathroom? Why I I don't understand women at all like I'm I'm honestly shocked

Oh, I can um, okay, let's hear it because it might trigger me and I might also be turned off Okay, so I very turned off by Men who who are not assertive like I like a man that has a plan and also is not afraid to Say what he's thinking and assertive in all situations I Do not like passive men. I do not like passive-aggressive men

It that it really bothers me if you can't tell yeah, I will say like the indecisive Indecisive men drive me nuts. Yes, like it's absolutely horrible another turnoff for me is bad hygiene and Bad manners like at the table Um, like can you elaborate? Yeah, um Like if you look like that you didn't take a shower, I'm probably not gonna be thrilled by that For me wait, if you look like you didn't take a shower like at the table, you mean no

No, just like period in life Like if I show up somewhere and I've taken the time to like take a shower But you look like you showed up and you just got out of bed and like you're not prepared for the occasion That's definitely gonna be a turnoff for me. And then another one Separate from that would be bad table manners like you got it raised in a barn So why are you acting like you were? I also don't like when men are So I don't mind like a working man. That's if this is turnoffs in men. I don't know if this is turnoffs in general That's a whole other ballpark

Um men like when they don't keep up with their hygiene like you said not showering But like if I can see earwax in your ears Who did you see earwax in their ears that goes just for people in general you know somebody No, if I turn my head and I get on to my kids about this so bad Like I make them clean their ears every single day that they're with me because I'm so turn that's how turned off I am by people with dirty ears like I'm not okay and You need to go clean your ears after every single shower every single day And I'm disgusted by long nails and earwax

Okay, long nails really bothered me too. I'm like, do you know what a fingernail clipper is like have you ever seen one? Use it because that is foul like that just makes me feel like You for a long time haven't taken care of yourself and maybe that's completely wrong thinking But I see long nails and I'm like, okay You haven't groomed yourself in like at least three weeks I actually have a really hard time with this with Isaac because I feel like he's at the age where he needs to start Like he shouldn't be waiting for me to clip his nails Like he knows that they're too long and need to clip his nails

You know what I mean and he knows how to use them So like I do get on to him a little bit when he's with his dad because I'm like, you know You need to cut your nails like you're why don't know why you're waiting for me to say something for me to do it For sure. I'm just like ooh. Oh wait, but then this is now triggered me um Kids with dirty noses. Oh, I hate that. I know Creed will always always always always cry Like when I wipe his nose and stuff, but I'm like you're not gonna be this naughty kid at school Like I'm just not gonna let it happen

No, I'm I'm thoroughly disgusted like it's I mean Yeah, it's like booger face like I don't want to see your booger faces. No, never. I never want to see it never I also am Very turned off by any person that smacks Smacks gum or like smacks food anything like anything that is in your mouth that you're smacking Shouldn't be happening and I know that I do it with gum like I know that I do it But it's when I see someone else doing it. Okay, if you're eating a bag of chips in a car and someone else is that doesn't bother me But like if I'm not eating the bag of chips and someone else is that bothers me Is that a thing no no wait, so if you're just like driving the car, okay, this is another one You're going down the road because my stepdad used to do this all the time would piss me off so bad Why are you bringing a banana in the car? It's the stankiest thing ever a banana Yeah, like when you peel it and you have to smell that trapped in a car Oh gosh, it is so bad and it's like why was that your snack of choice? Like couldn't you pick something that was semi-odorless like almonds like

That's not a thing I don't know why you're upset about this. That's not a thing nobody cares about the banana I've been upset about it for my whole life like at least since I was seven like I've been upset To the point and I'm like, okay that will but is it like biodegradable or whatever. It's like, okay You have now consumed the entire banana, right? Now I still have to smell that rind or whatever appeal that it is like Just toss it on the side of the road like it is going to disintegrate. It's gonna be fine like well, you know, it's crazy though because My ex got a ticket he got pulled over for throwing bread out the window and I didn't think that was littering because

It was food, but was it bread in a bag? No, it was just an axe like a baguette Wait, what was it baguette? What is that? Wait, who was this person that did this I can't tell you no No, okay. Wait a baguette is a long narrow loaf of French bread Why was he eating that going down the road? Like let me get my baguette like what I

Wish that I could tell you this was some like high-class like very bougie person I dated but it wasn't the baguette literally came from wall walk guaranteed Well, it came from an era like I am highly concerned and now I want to know who the person was It was eating the baguette and any person who was listening to this That has smelled a banana trapped in a car before you know exactly what I'm talking about And I've been bothered by this since I was seven years old And I was so excited once I got my license and knew I didn't have to ride in the car anymore and smell it With people who have bananas in the car eat bananas in the car

It's not called Frito chili pie It's called something like that and you put they do it in bags of like Fritos So it's like you open up a bag of Fritos individual Sizes and you put like the taco meat in there and then like toppings and then you eat it out of the bag Like walking tacos like yeah, but I've never done that with Fritos Fritos are disgusting and anyone who chooses to eat Fritos is Needs to be evaluated. Well, um, one of my baby fathers Actually, it was like literally like Courtney and Scott Disick I was spread wide open and needed help shaving because I was that big and so he Shaved me like even inside the crevices. He like he pulled your lips back. Yeah and was shaving for me What if he would have clipped your lips? Yeah, that would have been devastating But the good thing is that like he really didn't know how to use like the razors and the things and he didn't clip my lip but um, it was just

Because I don't know like I couldn't see and obviously it was so big that it's like I don't know if there was like it was towards the end of my pregnancy So I don't know if like the pressure and like my body holding the weight of the baby changed like my vagina And so I couldn't see what he saw and I didn't know if things were swollen because of blood flow or what But it was just like very I was very insecure. We were very not okay During that time. I remember vividly actually you telling me about this person shaving your cat. Mm-hmm. I remember it Yeah, most embarrassing thing that happened to me was I was diagnosed lactose intolerant when I was pregnant And mainly because every time I fucking ate I had to shit like I couldn't eat

Not every day That's me every day And it would be so bad. I would be like, oh like I I have to I have to make it to the bathroom somehow some way and I could not eat At all like I if I was out Don't try to give me food because I am going to Dairy a shit everywhere and then I had to go on a bland That's the worst I had to go on a bland diet and I kept telling will I was like

Will Like I'm gonna end up shitting this baby out because I am shitting So much like it was so much and I was just like, oh my god And then I would need to take a nap from the shits because I would be exhausting Shitting like that is so exhausting. I think so like how many seconds I think up to 15 Okay, it's like the rule. I don't know pick one, but don't pick one that you practiced a lot

Understanding that most of the things that I do for people they would not do for me And I need to basically have a backbone and stand up for myself and um the things that I do because a lot of times I will literally Cancel my well-being appointments to make sure someone else is good And so like if that's therapy or the gym or you know, I You know, I'm getting ready to go on a trip for my 30th birthday celebration And I want to be able to go like get a little base tan or a spray tan Um, like cancel those types of appointments to make sure that someone else has what they need Yeah, and I think that

Sometimes it might come off selfish when you set up all of these boundaries where it's like, okay No, this is what I need to do when I need to do this for myself And that's okay that you need to do those things for yourself and it should not be a negotiation like These are things that I need to do that. I know will be for my well-being and make me happy and so you need to do those things and Maybe you will get there because just like your pcos um

Um, I'm kind of battling right now with do I want to get in another relationship and immediately like rush a baby and miss out on like all the fun stuff and Doing things together and be able to like go around nilly willy like probably Probably not only because I did that the first time like we got married Both both lost our grandparents in the same year built a house

Um and got pregnant all within one year. So I feel like that's pretty stressful. So I don't want to put pressure on myself It's like if it happened and I had another baby then I would Be so happy, but if it didn't I also would be so happy. Yeah. No, I I completely understand that like Do you feel like the children that you have now Fulfill you in the way of like you don't feel like you need to have another baby to be fully fulfilled in motherhood

I am fully fulfilled in my motherhood life If I had a partner who wants to have children I would heavily consider that and I would be open to having a child with my partner I But I I'm not it's also one of those things where I I've done that three times now rushed into it had kids um And I am at a point where I feel like I want to be with someone who wants to be with me

Um Not because the child is there. I don't want to make something work because of the kids I want to want to be together without children. Do you get what I'm saying? Yes, and actually kael and I were talking about this whenever we were in Dallas of just feeling like As different as we are our lives are seemingly are Feel pretty aligned right now. Yeah, pretty aligned and I would never want to Ruin something that could potentially be good That has like such great potential by putting pressure on that situation to be like we need to procreate right now

Yes, and that's what I feel like I've done in the past and I don't want to do that again any You know I don't want to just have a baby because we love each other and we just need to have a baby right the fuck now No, if we love each other in five years, maybe we'll have a baby in five years But I don't want to I don't want the pressure of having a baby and then staying together because that you're like I'm not saying the love is It goes away. I'm not saying that it changes in a negative way, but the love absolutely 1000 changes when you have a child

Oh 1000% and I was also going to say that When you have kids the whole focus of that relationship just naturally changes. I think it's a very Probably common place to I would say for the average person you fall in love with someone and Naturally unless you truly just don't want children. I would say most people would be like, okay the next step is I I fully desire to like have a baby with you because I love you so much And I want to do this with you not because right and I'm not saying that's everybody But I definitely feel like people have kids sometimes just because of the pressure of like what people should be doing

Yeah, and I will say in no way do I feel peer pressured to Have another baby even though I get asked all the time like will you have another baby? It's like I Do not know like I don't know the answer to that question And why did that become like so common practice for people to just be walking around and being like, okay Well, when are you gonna shit out your next one? It's like I don't know I got enough crotch goblins for a long time. I don't need to shit out no more babies Exactly, okay This one's a more kill question because I can't answer this

How do you juggle sports with multiple children any advice literally actually conversation we just had? Um when we were in dallas this past weekend I was panicking panicking a little bit because obviously we were away and it was the dad's weekend So all my kids were with their dads But I realized while we were there that this weekend coming up Lincoln has a two-day basketball tournament So it's saturday and sunday, but my other two kids isaac and lux also have things on sunday So I had bought my hotel room to go to the two-day tournament and I looked at Lindsay and I was like

I Actually don't think I should have done that Because I was like, I don't know what to do Like if I go to the tournament and spend the two days with Lincoln at the tournament I would have to ask for help from other people not just one person But probably two people to get there to get lux and isek and everybody to their situations And I just looked at Lindsay and I was like, what do I do and she was like Like go to the basketball game for Lincoln all day saturday because I'm sure he'll play more than one game on saturday

And then on sunday, I would come home instead of staying at the hotel in pennsylvania And then on sunday, I would get lux and isek to their stuff So that way I get to do all of the sports with all the kids But I would miss Lincoln's second day of basketball tournament It's so hard for people who have multiple kids I've seen it at the ballpark for years of like dad shows up with this one mom shows up with that one. Um, trying to Conquer and Divide and conquer. Yeah

um Today actually Lincoln has basketball practice at five and lux has baseball at five so Javi and I it's it's hard because Javi and I are not getting along right now and I know that normally we work together on stuff like this and he has my back, but when we're not getting along and I have to Basically tell him like he needs to step up for Lincoln on my day It's not comfortable. Like it's not a fun time. Oh god. I'm just like so Oh, isn't co-parenting so fun? No

So Javi's gonna take Lincoln to basketball practice today and I'll take lux to Baseball today and then tomorrow We have football love football. Love it. Okay. Is it a hard adjustment not seeing your kids every day after divorce? And the short answer? Yes I I will say for me It gets easier. So yes, it was extremely difficult in the beginning and I know that this coming summer The babies go with chris 50 50. So we do week on week off just in the summer Um, that's going to be very very very difficult for me

But it does get easier especially with sports and stuff because you're not limited Um, you're allowed to go. I mean most of the time I would be allowed to go if chris puts him in any type of sport in the summertime. I get to go So it does get a little bit easier. Um, it's just not it's not fun. It's not ideal it's one of those things that it's like you feel guilty for liking some freedom, but then also So you feel like you don't want the freedom because you want to be with your kids at all times like the natural way for me to answer this

would be Yes, like it is very hard and I'm not over the fact of not seeing Jackson every day like literally when I landed from Dallas it's not my week um, and I was blowing up Jackson's text and will's text probably like a crazy person being like I just need to come and give Jackson a hug. Give him a kiss. Let him know that I love him Um, that I am home not that that changes anything. That's a crazy thing

It's like it doesn't matter if I was at home less than five miles away or in Dallas. Um I'm still not going to see him, you know and like that right That's really hard and I don't know that I will ever get over Waking up and him not being here, but I think it's an adjustment that like internally you just adjust to your life circumstances Yeah, I agree with that I know the first thing I wanted to do when I got home from Dallas was to see the see the kids But by time I got off the plane got my waited for my luggage Which they put on the wrong carousel like they we waited out the wrong carousel and they never like updated it

So we waited there for like forever trying to get our bags and then got home I was locked out of my house because my builder changed all my locks for me while I was gone Like by time I did all of that There was just no way that I was going to get home and get the kids get settled But I FaceTimed Lincoln and I was just like I want to fucking squeeze you and hug you and kiss you and I miss you So much, but it wasn't my it was only one day more than What I you know what I mean like one day out of my week and I'm just it's it's hard But it feels like a lot. It does that one day feels so lot

This is what I'm supposed to be doing and like I love these people and I need To like have them be a part of my life and like I desperately want that but I want it to be healthy And I think that once You do get in therapy my answer to this looks very different that if I wasn't in therapy because I think that when you have children

perspective definitely changes and You adjust what You are comfortable with Based off the fact that you now have children. It's no longer about you anymore So there's certain things that I would accept and doesn't make it right But there are certain things that I would accept from people that I Without having a child that I wouldn't or will not accept now that I do right. I think that's fair

Um, someone wants to know if I ever ended up trying Puerto Rican food. I don't think I did did I kill you did not You did not you needed to but you did not Oh, this is a good one. What did you do with your wedding ring after the divorce? So I have my original wedding band and my original engagement ring. However Back a couple years ago when hobby and I were getting divorced. Sterling was at the house visiting and hobby came through the basement and Went through my entire home and he ended up taking my upgraded engagement ring back Without my knowledge and I later found out

That that's what he did. Okay. I actually still have the originals Mine is In the console of my car. I'm not quite sure why she's there um Haven't moved her in for some reason like I feel like she needs to like stay there I would never give it back because it was a gift to me and It holds a lot of memories from 12 years good or bad um

Outside of that. I don't feel bad for keeping it. Um, we'll probably give it to Jackson One day after he's like grown. Oh, that's cute. I love that Okay, did either of you suffer from postpartum anxiety or postpartum depression and I thought that was postpartum aggression That's what I thought ppa was postpartum aggression. Like what is it postpartum rage? What you've never heard of that. No What postpartum rage is so so so so under talked about like it is Oh my god, absolutely. It's real and it's it's actually really sad and scary if you don't get help And people don't know how to help people with postpartum rage because they don't understand it and don't think it's a thing

But postpartum rage is actually I will look up. That's what I thought it like I thought ppa was postpartum aggression, which I thought would be the same thing. So postpartum rage um postpartum rage is When you picture the postpartum period you think of diaper commercials with mom wrapped in a cozy blanket on the couch Cuddling with her calm happy newborn blah blah blah blah blah But 22 percent of women will experience a postpartum mood disorder More serious than the baby blues. Maybe you've heard about postpartum depression and anxiety

But what about when your symptoms reflect anger more than sadness? Some new moms Um feel mad more often than they feel sad lethargic or anxious and for these moms postpartum rage may be the cause of intense Anger outbursts and shame for the first year of the baby's life Fortunately, if this describes you, you're not alone um, the symptoms are They vary from person to person and but it's struggling to control your temper increased amount of screaming or swearing Physical expressions like punching or throwing things violent thoughts or urgent or urges perhaps directed at your spouse or other family members Dwelling on something that made you upset being unable to snap out of it on your own and feeling a flood of emotions immediately afterwards

Have I been so embarrassed? That I was about to shit myself When I was done. I asked my boyfriend to find a napkin or something in his truck. He didn't have anything Before I know it. He is running down to me barefooted. This man took off his damp socks. So I get wiped by I got back in the truck and we never mentioned what happened for the rest of the trip

That's a real one. I hope she married him I hope she also married him because that's a g right there like they had such a foul experience and He he took his socks off for her.
