Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, welcome to coffee combos. Hey, Lindsay. Hey, Kale. Did you like that intro? I did. I'm in a really good mood today. Can you tell? I thought it was just really good and I think you should come out with an album. Yeah, I have an EP coming soon. Coming soon. First of all, I want to know how everyone's doing. Everyone's doing great. Everyone is well. I'm unwell. Kills also unwell. And we have a lot of things to talk about and catch up on. The first thing being spring break. What are your plans? So right now, let me start by saying that I did book a cruise for spring break and then realize that me with three kids trying to fly into Florida the night before getting on a cruise ship would be like
Starting point is 00:00:52 so much. So if it was like getting on the cruise ship from like my house, like two hours from my house at the thing, it would have been fine. But so we canceled that and now we're going to San Antonio and we're going to take the kids to, I say we're the kids museums and like there's like a space and science museum and stuff like that. So we're going to do all that's the river walk and everything like that. I hope it's hot so that they get into the pool and stuff. Yeah, I heard it was heated though. So I'm hoping that it being heated will help. That'll be really fun. Actually, so many people ask me about like trip ideas and stuff. And I'm a super fan of all inclusive. I know a lot
Starting point is 00:01:33 of people have like mixed feelings about it. Some people really love it. Some people really don't write. I prefer it just because it takes all the thinking out of it. You know, it's like you pay for your flights, you pay for your stay, you go and you don't really have to worry about your wallet unless you're doing like excursions or whatever. But I typically like pre book those anyway. Yeah. So we're going to the moon palace in Cancun, which is where I got married, which is where I was supposed to go in January, which you canceled and killed just didn't show up for flight. But I love it. They have a new place they are called the grand and it has a like water park there for kids and we're going to do
Starting point is 00:02:14 dolphins because I think I talked about it before about how Jackson couldn't do the dolphins the last time we went and we had to lie and tell them that they were sick because we didn't want to feel like let down. But we are going to do the dolphins. And I always think about when Will and I did the dolphins for the first time when we got married, it was like we got married and it was like our honeymoon, like all in one. And that was the first time I'd ever swim with dolphins. And I totally felt like that Jessica Simpson moment from newly weds when she like is in the water and the dolphins come up behind her and like push her feet and she's like wobbling around. She's like, Oh, that was me. I never, you know
Starting point is 00:02:50 what, I did swim with dolphins before in the Bahamas, but I also saw them in the wild where I didn't touch them. No, like I got it on my GoPro and I put it on my Instagram. But like, I think, I think I was more excited to see them in the wild than I was like to interact with them. Yeah, see, I liked touching them and I was perfectly fine with them like beached up on like the little platform. But the thought of like having to like wait in the water and wait for them to come up behind me and I'm like, okay, this large animal is like coming up behind me and I don't know like what could possibly happen. Right. I definitely had the Jessica Simpson moment of that was me. So I will let you guys know how spring
Starting point is 00:03:35 break goes. I'm so excited to be able to travel and just kind of get away and disconnect. And I know that we all need that sometimes. So it's weird that our spring breaks are not the same. I know. Actually, it's really weird because they're kind of far apart. Jackson's is the first week of April and hers is the third, the third. So it's, oh wait, is it the last, the 21st or the 28th? I don't think that's the last. I think that's like the third week. Consider the third week. Yeah. But yeah, it's, it's crazy. So I know it'll be hot. I know it'll be fun. And I will let you guys know how it goes. So can you please tell me about your surprise party? Okay. So I had a surprise, somebody threw a surprise party
Starting point is 00:04:16 for me, Kristen threw me a surprise party. And I was like kind of annoyed because I thought that she had scheduled a photo shoot for pothead at 8pm on a Saturday. I know you were texting me. I'm going to cancel this. This is really frustrating because I knew I had to be up by like eight in the morning Sunday to catch a flight. So I was like, why would she do this? And then I was like, I have to stay at basically where the pothead photo shoot was was halfway between my house and the airport. So I was like, I'm just going to stay overnight. And it was just going to be like a hassle. And all my friends from Dallas came up to visit for my birthday, which I was like, at first I was like, wow, this
Starting point is 00:04:55 is awesome. But then also I'm like, there's no reason why they're coming to visit. There has to be like more to this. Like obviously there's a surprise dinner. But then like, I was going to go get my hair done for the photo shoot and they all left. So I was like, what the fuck is happening? So I get to the hotel and I'm walking in and I I know the photographer I've worked with him before. I see Kristen and I turn to the right of me and V's walking in. And I'm like, I literally said to her and it's weird because I had just commented on her picture, like she posted her outfit and I was like, put the eyes like she looked cute, like where the fuck are you going? Yeah. And in the nicest way possible,
Starting point is 00:05:31 of course. So I looked to my right and I'm like, what are you doing here? And she's like, and then she looks at Kristen and Kristen's like, oh, she's doing the pothead photo shoot with you. Like she's going to model for her hair. I was like, oh, let's go, like let's go. Kristen's like, ah, hold on one second. So I'm like, this is weird. I got to go to the bathroom. Let me run to the bathroom. We should be ready to go. Start walking to what I thought was the bathroom, but it was everybody. The kids are waiting with signs. And I was like, oh, it's a surprise party. Like this is crazy. So it was a lot of fun. Everyone had hotel rooms. It was so cute. I was like, okay, so this was actually being
Starting point is 00:06:08 planned the last time that we were in LA. And Kristen was like trying to come up with themes and stuff. And you know how we're like obsessed with an I&E news and she was like, that would be cute. And I was like, yeah, that would be really cute. And then it was like dates. And then I was like, oh my God, if it's going to be on this date, then I can't go because we're going to be traveling back to LA. And then it's going to be an issue because Kale's going to miss her flight. And then you did it up and I was like, oh my gosh, I just, I know her so well, it's just like going to happen. And then I was like, I'm going to miss it. But I guess so many people couldn't be there. Like you couldn't.
Starting point is 00:06:48 There was a lot of people back home that couldn't be there. Um, I mean, it's just like a weird, it was weird timing, like spring break, everyone's spring break is different. And I feel like especially for like my friends that have kids, like people are already scheduling out a month worth like either work stuff or kids stuff or whatever. And so like I can literally look at my planner and see stuff like all the way to June. Same. Yeah. So I get it. Like I wasn't Becky wasn't there. Like that's obviously someone that I would have wanted. I know I felt like so sketchy because I felt like I was like talking to Becky behind your back. And I was like, Oh God, like, you know, like, because you knew she couldn't go. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:07:25 she couldn't go. And so I was like, Oh my God, this is going to be an issue. Like, this is going to be a real issue. Um, I will say, um, from what I heard afterwards, like about 50 people RSVP. Yes. And they didn't go. And then it was, then that's when, when Kristen told me that she was like, I'm really sorry. And I'm like, no, like I'm happy that, you know, you guys even thought about doing this for me. So like I was so happy. Yeah. And I saw people that I hadn't seen in a really long time. And so I was so thankful. Um, then I started getting text message. Hey, like, I was supposed to be there, but, or like people that I had known that RSVP. Yes. That Kristen told me. And I didn't ever hear from them. You know what I mean? Like,
Starting point is 00:08:07 they never were like, Oh my God, sorry. I couldn't make it. Like it was just weird, but doesn't it make you feel kind of like really loved that everybody knew about it? And you didn't. Yeah, I was bawling. I was like, this is so crazy. And I loved the theme. Like the cake was perfect. The music was perfect. The DJ was someone I went to high school with and hadn't seen him in years. Oh my God. In freaking years. Well, when you were texting me about, um, I was like, are you ready for like your pod shoot or whatever? It was like hours before. And you told me that you were at Panera. Yeah. And I was like, I'm just eating Panera on a lovely Saturday. And you were so pissed because you were like, it's at eight o'clock and like, I don't know why somebody would book me
Starting point is 00:08:45 this photo shoot at eight PM. And I was like, Oh, it'll be fine. At least it'll be done and like, whatever. And I'm like, well, then I'm like, okay, maybe there'll be like a dinner or something. Like there has to be like something. Because where did all the girls go? Like all my Dallas friends, like where the fuck were y'all going? Wait, they posted video. So they posted YouTube videos or YouTubers. Um, Nick and Les, they posted literally within 24 hours had the video up and stuff of like what they were doing and how I didn't know. Oh my God. And then they posted the party. And then, um, Bree and Reagan Gardner, they have also a channel. Um, they put the video up too. So like they all went to the mall and like we're getting ready. And I was like, that's really sweet.
Starting point is 00:09:27 That is very sweet. So let's play a game called imagine if imagine if you were still using the same phone that people used in the 1940s. Would anyone want that? No. So why would you want to use the same air filter technology that was developed after World War two? No, thanks. That's why molecule has a better system. They've introduced a breakthrough science that is finally capable of destroying air pollutants at a molecular level. Molecule cleans the air in your home so that you can be healthier and it can really help asthma and allergy sufferers. I know a lot of adults and kids who suffer from allergies and asthma. And this is a game changer. So it can really help with sleep too by eliminating allergens, mold, bacteria, viruses and airborne chemicals.
Starting point is 00:10:09 One of their customers even said that she was able to breathe through her nose for the first time in 15 years. And with global air pollution and wildfires getting so bad, I'm not surprised. Molecules technology has been personally effective and verified by science. But most importantly, it's been tested by real people. Molecule has already helped allergy and asthma sufferers around the country better to cope with your conditions and significantly reduce their symptoms. So just switching gears a little bit, I wanted to tell you about a funny conversation that I
Starting point is 00:10:56 had with Jackson on the way home from school. Oh my gosh. So as I mentioned before, I kept Jackson in transitional kindergarten just because of his birthday and stuff and to give him an extra year. And I'm so happy with the decision that I made. But it was funny because the kids that he was in pre-K with last year, you know, went on to different schools. Right. So they're not in preschool anymore. And so he asked me, he said, did my friends from my old class grow up already and have a wife and kids? That is so funny because you didn't see them. Yeah. So he like naturally thinks that they like already grew up and they have a wife and kids. And I'm like, no, no, that works. Like they're exactly the same age as you. And they don't have a wife and kids. I don't like
Starting point is 00:11:42 what goes through our kids head when they like ask us. But that's like not a dumb question. Like you don't know where they went. So they probably grew up. Yeah. That's what he thought. I didn't know how I just like started laughing and I didn't want him to like feel like dumb. So I'm like, no, buddy. They just went to a different school and like, what did he say? He was like, oh, I just thought they grew up and how wife and kids, I didn't know where they went. Like, oh my God. And then during that same week, I felt like it was so emotional for me because I don't know if you feel like this with Lincoln, but he's such close age to Jackson. I feel like they've grown so much like in this last year, a short time. And they feel like so adult like,
Starting point is 00:12:23 yeah, you know, just the way that they like form sentences. Wait, they're going to go to kindergarten at the same time. They'll go to kindergarten at the same time. Yeah. I don't think Delaware offers transitional kindergarten because I'm wondering because Jackson's December, Lincoln's November, it wouldn't, I mean, I think it would benefit Lincoln to be in transitional kindergarten. Oh yeah. But he does go all day. He goes all day to preschool. Yeah. Yeah. Jackson only did half day preschool. Got it. Okay. So I felt like he definitely needed the half day transitional kindergarten before he starts full day. Okay. Because he had never been away from me. Right. So it's like more of like a separation thing a little bit. Definitely. Yeah. I don't think he
Starting point is 00:12:59 would have ever lasted a full day in kindergarten. I think I would have had like discipline problems. Oh, for sure. Because I think he would have been anxious. Maybe he would have been, I don't think he would have been bored. I think he would have just like wondered where it was. Yeah. Okay. That's fair. That's definitely fair. So it's been good because he did two day twos, three day threes, four day fours. Now he's five day fives, half day. So then he'll go to school next year, five days full day. Yeah. Two day twos, three day threes, four day fours. Ah, okay. I might do that with Lux. Yeah. It definitely was like perfect. It was like the perfect thing. Transition. Like slow transition. Okay. Yeah. Because it wasn't like just like cold turkey. Right. So I felt like
Starting point is 00:13:42 it was good. Right. That's awesome. And then I was just like emotional roller coaster that week that he was so funny because I just felt like his personality like for whatever reason came out that week. Yeah. And then I toured his new school and you cried. Oh yeah. I bawled like a baby. I remember when I took Isaac for kindergarten, like orientation, I couldn't go on the actual day that was like for everybody. Uh huh. So the kindergarten teacher like scheduled a time for me to go and I had Isaac and Lincoln walking with me and it was just so cute to just like see them like walking through this school, like these little humans walking through this big school that they're about to go to. But like, did you cry on his first day of kindergarten? Oh yeah. First day
Starting point is 00:14:23 kindergarten. So is that like pretty normal? Yeah. Oh yeah. For moms that are listening, um, if you have kids that are going into kindergarten or have had a child that is past kindergarten, um, please send us your experiences with your kids starting school because I feel like it's such a hard transition more so for mothers than it is probably for them. Yeah. And Jackson was so excited when he saw his school. He was like, you know, because I mean elementary school, they have like big gyms and you know, all the art on the walls. Yeah. That's what he noticed all of that and like they don't have that at the preschool. You know, it's like small, everything small. So when he went to the gym, he was like, Oh my gosh, mommy, look at how
Starting point is 00:15:00 big this gym is. I can play basketball in here and like I can do. And I was like, Oh my God, like it seemed so big to me because I'm so used to the preschool and he's been at his preschool since he was two, right? You know, so it's like such a like huge thing for me, but he seemed so excited. And when we left, he was like, I can't wait to go to my new school. It's going to be the best. Oh my gosh. I literally can't. I love that. Um, Isaac's not playing baseball anymore. No, so are they doing any sports right now? Um, basketball just ended not that long ago and tracks about to start for Lincoln. And then Isaac wants to do piano, but there's literally nobody in Delaware that is taking new, um, I don't want to say clients, but new like musicians. Right.
Starting point is 00:15:47 So I'm not really sure what to do. Well, so what got him interested in wanting to do the piano? I don't know. The only time I've ever seen him try to play the piano was when we went to his dad's wedding and they had like a grand piano out in the lobby, right? And he's like, Mom, look, and he's just like trying to play it or whatever. And he loved it. And I was like, Okay, like if you want to do music, like say no more, we'll make it happen. So I started doing like the research for piano lessons. And for whatever reason, everyone is completely booked. So like I'm willing to do hire privately, but I posted on Facebook and everything and nobody maybe you could go to the school and talk to the band teacher and like see if they're, if they have a connection, you know,
Starting point is 00:16:26 like somebody from like a church that plays like the piano or something like that that he could get lessons from. Jackson is I talked about it a few days ago on the podcast about how he is loving baseball. And I was like wanting to ask you about Isaac since he is older than him and it's like been there done it and like over it. When did like embarrassment set in for Isaac? Because Jackson used to be at the I don't care level of anything. And it's like even if people are watching him, he didn't care. Just last year, it's like he would get up to the plate and he would swing three times because he knew if he swung three times, then he could go back in the dugout. He didn't care if he struck out or not, like he didn't care because he wouldn't even be waiting
Starting point is 00:17:13 for the ball. He just swung the bat, right? Like three swings, you're out. But it's a whole different experience this year. Like he is doing really, really well and he's invested in it. And he's only struck out one time and when he got up and struck out, he was literally came back to the dugout and his lip was quivering and tears were about to come out of his eyes. And I was like, what's wrong buddy? Because I was so used to him striking out last year because he didn't care. You know, I'm like, he's not going to care. And I said, are you embarrassed? And he said, he said, yeah, because I wanted to get on base. And I'm like, it is so sad. And there are a lot of kids that like strike out. But at what point, like what age did kids start getting embarrassed
Starting point is 00:17:56 for things? I don't know. I don't know that Isaac is quite there yet. Well, no, he definitely has been there in basketball. Because, but I think he's more embarrassed. He did his trial. I saw him. Yes. And the other, yes, you're right. Yep. And I think because he knew the cameras were there, but he did good shots. Like he, those shots were good. They just didn't make it in. Yeah. He still made the team. Like, um, also on Isaac's basketball team, there were people who were mean, like they would say, oh, you suck. Or, you know, you're the worst player on the team, not just to Isaac, but to other kids too. And like, when does that start? That started this year for us. That was the first time I had heard that that was bullying. And I went up to one of the moms and I said,
Starting point is 00:18:36 you can have, I went up to the kid and the mom was next to him. And I was like, you can come apologize to my son. And she was like, for what? And I was like, your son just said this to Isaac. And, um, she kind of looked at him was like, did you say this? Yeah. And he was like, yeah, but you know what? He, and like he had an excuse. So we talked it out. But yeah, I think that's when, that's when Isaac is more embarrassed when somebody says something to him and because the cameras were there. So had the cameras not been there, I don't know that he would have been as embarrassed. Yeah. See, that's the first time I've ever seen Jackson in like a sports situation be embarrassed. But at school, I noticed it started like this year for him that if he gets in trouble,
Starting point is 00:19:14 he's even embarrassed to like tell me what he did. He's just ashamed of like whatever he did. So, um, I was always embarrassed when I got in trouble at school. Like that's always, if I ever, even if like I thought the teacher was yelling at me for something, I would turn bright red and be so sad. Oh my God. Like they don't like me anymore. And now no cares. No fucks. I'm given. Oh my gosh. Okay, raise your hand if you're not getting enough water. But if you're anything like me, I bet a lot of our listeners are raising their hands. When you're on the go, it can be easy to forget simple self care like getting enough water. And that's why I love liquid IV liquid IV is an electrolyte drink mix that promotes healthy hydration. It comes in a little packet that you
Starting point is 00:19:58 just pour into your water bottle or glass and it hydrates you at two to three times as fast as regular water. If your kids are in sports, it's such a convenient way to get them hydrated after practices and games and it's healthier than a lot of the sugary alternatives. I love it because I can just mix it before Jackson's baseball games, take it and a really nice kid friendly drink is the mixed berry. Jackson loves that one and it's his favorite, but will also likes the lemon one as well. So it's great at the gym or if you're traveling to the liquid IV is the fastest growing hydration brand and you can find them everywhere, even Costco. So you can find them at Costco's nationwide. We love liquid IV and I know that you will too. Right now our listeners

So I wanted to tell you this because I don't know when kids start getting like moles and stuff like that. Oh my God, what your kids have like moles or anything like birthmarks like no like like moles, you know, like freckles freckles whatever they're called. Well, when do they start getting them? I think just any we could get them at any time. This is literally everything that I'm saying is like typical of a mom with one kid. Like literally I
Starting point is 00:21:30 have them everywhere. I get them all the time. Yeah. Well, so I always scratched Jackson's head because he loves to get his head scratched. And when I was scratching it like a few weeks ago, I came across a little spot and it felt like raised raised and I was like, what is that? No, it wasn't. So it's like what is that? And I immediately started freaking out because you know how I am. I forgot about everything. And I was like getting my flashlight out of my phone and like looking at it. And I'm like, Oh, that might be a zip because it like had like white on it. And I was like, that could be a zip. Maybe he's just like not scrubbing his scalp good we've talked about them bathing themselves now and stuff. So I'm like, you know, could be that.
Starting point is 00:22:15 So I go to try to pop it. Nothing. And so of course now at this point he's screaming because I've squeezed on it hurts. I make him take a shower. I put like alcohol on it thinking like if it's something it'll dry up. I show will wills like, it's a mold leave him alone. I'm like, okay. So then I just kind of like let it go. So then a few days later, I started noticing these other smaller ones like a little bit below his head because he had gone to get his haircut. And so when his hair got cut shorter, I noticed the smaller ones and I was like, okay, what is this? So as everybody knows that's listening to this podcast, if you talk to any medical professional, they tell you do not Google anything. Because if you Google, you will find the most God awful
Starting point is 00:23:00 things like you Google, didn't you? I Googled, because I always do. I Google everything same. So I'm like, what could these spots that look like moles or whatever on his head, not like a rash? Oh, no, no, no, no, it didn't look like a rash. It looked like raised like moles. But then as I started like doing research, I was like, okay, this doesn't look like a mole. It could look like a wart or a skin tag or something like that. And I'm like, why would that be inside? That's weird. So I'm like, you know what, something's just not right. And wills just like pestering me like you're a worry war. You need to stop like he's just a boy. It's fine. Like it'll go away. It's probably a mole, blah, blah, blah. So I'm like, no. So I go behind wills back. I make an appointment
Starting point is 00:23:45 for the dermatologist because I'm like, if I go to the pediatrician, they're probably going to refer me to a dermatologist anyway. Yeah. So I'm like, let me just save the step. So I go to the pediatrician. And I mean, I go to the dermatologist. Yeah, I go to the dermatologist and go back. And she kind of looks at me kind of weird, like, why is the mom of a six year old here, unless you were referred by a pediatrician. And I'm like, well, I wasn't referred because I didn't want to take the time to go to the pediatrician for them. You know, like, such a pain. And she said, well, are you here for just a routine skin check? And I said, yeah. And she said, well, normally, you know, we don't see kids this young unless, you know,
Starting point is 00:24:25 you were referred. Is there anything specific that like you're concerned about? Obviously. Yeah. And I'm like, yes. So I show her the this spot on the back of Jackson's head. And she, you know, puts her little flashlight up there. And I'm like, and then there's like two other ones below it. And I show her those spots and literally looks at it three seconds. And she goes, it's a moloss gum. What the fuck is that? Okay, the clippers were dirty at the barber shop. Am I right? I don't know. So she goes, um, she goes, it's something called a moloss gum. And I guess she could tell like I was super concerned, because just like on my face, you can tell anything on my face, like I show so much emotion in my face. And I had been up for
Starting point is 00:25:07 the past three nights, literally, worrying about it, worrying about it, like waiting on this appointment. It was like agonizing. And I could not imagine a parent that got like a diagnosis or something like that from the pediatrician and be waiting on test results or whatever. It made me like really like get in that moment and be like, Oh my God, like something could be wrong with my kid. Because what I was finding online was, um, melanoma, like all kinds of crazy things, all kinds of like, can't skin cancers, right? Oh God. So apparently, um, moloss gum is this virus that you get by skin to skin contact. And it's common in adolescents. Okay, but is it from like the baseball helmet? No, apparently it's, um, it's just something like viral that you literally, if they went to the
Starting point is 00:26:02 playground, they could touch another kid and get it and it can last in their body for up to 12 months. And they get these little like work looking things on their skin. And she was like, you know, they can go away on their own. It could take 12 months for it to go away. It can be dormant in their body for two months before they ever get one. Um, they can be all over their body, like whatever. And so she was like, we can do this treatment on it and it'll make it like basically blister up. And then it starts like drying up and all this stuff. And so I just felt the need to share about moloss gum because I had never heard of it. It's viral. It's something that a lot of kids get. Of course, I'm asking all the questions, you know, like, is this common? And she's like, well, I saw another
Starting point is 00:26:50 patient earlier today that had it and I saw three yesterday. So obviously it's pretty common. But we did the treatment and he got blisters and did they hurt? No, he said that they didn't hurt him at all. She said that the places do not hurt them. Okay. So if you ever like see something weird on your kid that looks like a wart, a skin tag, whatever, it could possibly be moloss gum and it's viral. So I just wanted to share. So then we'll just go away. Yeah, it'll just go away over time. I'm like, um, and then I was like questioning my faith too because I'm like, okay, if I'm worrying this much, then obviously I have an issue with my faith that I should just like be praying about it versus worrying about it. And then I was like going
Starting point is 00:27:41 through all these like crazy mental motions that were just unnecessary. Yeah. So I want to talk about something a lot of women have to deal with and that's birth control. Starting point is 00:29:05 Switching gears a little bit. I forgot to tell you that since we've been on this trip for podcasting, I did come a day early to go meet with a surgeon for the breast reduction, like a different surgeon. Yeah. And I'm going to go through with it. But he told me that I have scoliosis. What? Are you for sure? That's what he said. So are you going to get surgery for it? I don't know. But how bad is the scoliosis? Because isn't it on like a scale? Like you can have like really bad or like- So he told me to go back home and go to the doctor, but and he said it so nonchalantly. So what did he say? He was like talking about like, you know, the different stuff with the, with my breast reduction or whatever and stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:29:50 And he goes, we're talking about like back pain and because my back's always hurting, like just always. And he looks at me and he's like, and you have scoliosis. And I said, okay. So like, what do I do? Nothing. I don't think there's anything that I do for it. But did he say how it would affect your life or like- He just told me to go home and go to the doctor because he was like more for my breast reduction. Do you know what I mean? So wait, whenever you were in elementary school, didn't they check for that? Did they check for scoliosis? Because they always used to do it to us. I want to say it was like either in fifth or sixth grade. They would, I think it was sixth grade because that's when we had locker rooms. They would come in
Starting point is 00:30:30 to locker rooms, you know, to line up and then they would like make you take your shirt off. And then you would bend down and touch your toes and they would like pass you or fail you. Did y'all not ever do that? Maybe. Yeah. I'm pretty sure that that's what they do. I don't know. I mean, I definitely need to get a second opinion. He's like, that's why your shoulders are uneven. Oh, wow. And I was like, okay. Oh, wow. Well, let me know how that goes. Whenever you go to the doctor and find out if- But yeah, I mean, I'm going to get the breast reduction at some point, but also, yeah, so I'll let you know how that goes when I get home. Okay. So a few weeks ago, our episode aired with Taylor about Chimera and there was a girl that
Starting point is 00:31:15 sent us a message on Instagram and said, I had to jump on here and say thank you for your guest. I had no idea about Chimera disease and I'm sick all the time. My tongue is two different colors, so much so that a dentist took a pic that he had never seen it before. No doctor could tell me or my mom what was wrong and I think this could be it. I'm so excited and maybe have an answer. I would have never known about this. This has put the puzzle together for me. I'm forever grateful and I love you guys. What? Is that nice? Her tongue? Her tongue is two different colors. So that makes me want to- Is that a picture? Is that a picture? Kind of like, no, she didn't send a picture. Kind of makes me want to ask Taylor like,
Starting point is 00:31:53 if that's possible, because she said it's like her torso. Surely it's possible. So I don't know. And then we got- We've been getting so many messages. I feel like some weeks we don't get a lot of messages. Some weeks we get so many messages that we can't even scroll down far enough to read them all. Right. But one was, hi Lindsay and Kale. I want to thank you ladies so much for spreading awareness about body shaming. I am a 23 year old young woman and I'm constantly struggling with my body image. I definitely have struggled with my weight, confidence, and I yo-yo with a diet. You guys have definitely helped me accept me for who I am and not have to explain myself to anyone else. Kale, thank you for being so honest about your
Starting point is 00:32:38 body image struggles and helping me feel sexy in my own skin. Please keep posting your beautiful pictures, which led me to a picture that you posted the other day and my nude one. Well, your nude one, but did you get a lot of like bad comments on that or no? Yeah. You did? I also posted a picture yesterday of me in a bodysuit where I guess people think that I have a wiener. So how does that make you feel? I mean, it hurts sometimes because I'm like, I can't help it if my area down there is chunky. You know, like it sucks. It sucks because I get shamed. I get fat shamed. I get shamed for getting surgery. I get shamed for, you know what I mean? Like I can't, there's no winning. There's none. It's like you fix what people want me to fix,
Starting point is 00:33:31 but then I'm shamed for getting surgery. So then I don't get surgery and you know what I mean? Yep. So it's hard. There really is no winning. Yeah. I know. I see the messages on your Instagram so often and I mean, I get bad ones too. You know, it's not like you're the only person getting bad ones, but I just feel like because you are so open and honest and you let so many people in to like your real life and you're posting everything in real time, you know, it's not like you're like editing this stuff or you know, whatever, you're just posting it and living your real authentic self that people just decided to be key workout boys and they get on there and they're like, you know what, I'm going to say whatever I want to say to her and I don't
Starting point is 00:34:14 know if it makes them feel better or if it's just something that has become so normalized that you can say whatever you want to say to people and think that like they don't have feelings or whatever it is. But it made me think of this thing that I had seen online and it says a woman in an elevator just complimented me on my hair and then I complimented her on her shoes. When I got out on our floor, my five-year-old whispers, are you friends? Why are you saying nice things to each other? And then straight out of a scene from a movie, the woman reopens the elevator door and says, because we're women and honestly honey, it's our job to hold each other up. Oh, wow. I got the chills.
Starting point is 00:34:53 And that just made me think like, think about our kids because that was a five-year-old in today's society that they're not used to like people complimenting them. Like words of affirmation. Yeah. That's just not something that I feel like we do often enough. No, I think that kids now are used to like being picked on. Like that's like the new norm. And I mean, I'm guilty of it in my marriage, you know, because I feel like I talked about it on the relationship episode that we did that, you know, sometimes Will just wants to be told like I look good or like, you know, you're good enough or, you know, you had a long day today,
Starting point is 00:35:36 like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I feel like we're all kind of guilty of it in a sense. But what does it really take you to say something nice to somebody? Nothing. It takes none of your time. That's so wild. Like I have got it like that. You're like, damn.
Starting point is 00:35:53 Yeah, I have gotten so used to just being aware that people don't do that that like if I see a mom like struggling in the grocery store or whatever, I'll make it a point to be like I've been there, you know, or make it a point to be like you're doing a great job. Yeah. You know, because so many people do struggle and you don't know what they're going through on a daily basis, you know, You know what? And you're right. I think sometimes it's easier to like pick apart, you know, what's going right.
Starting point is 00:36:23 What's going wrong in the day or like the people around you, but it really doesn't take any effort to just say one nice thing. And I think even ultimately would make you feel better when you say more positive things about the people around you. Like if you pick apart people around you, you're like, oh, you know what I mean? Like you feel like shit. Yeah. Like honestly, you got dressed in the outfit that you got shamed for in front of me
Starting point is 00:36:47 and multiple other people that told you that it looked great. Which is yeah, Yeah. Which is really annoying because like it did look good. But then it's like you question the people around you because you're like, did it not look good? And you guys all told me it looked fine. No, I wouldn't tell you.
Starting point is 00:37:01 No, I know you wouldn't. I know that. I know that. I would be like, you should probably not wear that. As we're talking about being nice to each other, but like I wouldn't tell you to wear something that I know you're going to get beat up about. You know, That would be so rude.
Starting point is 00:37:16 Yeah, that would be so offensive. I know a lot of people always send us messages about Will for whatever reason. I don't know why, but there's this man that sent us a message and said that they think the show would benefit from having Will on occasionally because it's nice to hear the male perspective. And curious to know why he still has Krusty underwear. And I'm like, don't all men have Krusty underwear? Like I'm not sure. And you're like, no.
Starting point is 00:37:45 And I don't want Will's head to get big. Will is really funny. I don't mind having him on the podcast at all. I don't want his head to get big, you know? That's so funny. Like I feel like- Because then he knows that he's wanted. But then again, that goes back to affirmation.
Starting point is 00:37:58 Like that's all he wants is to feel wanted and maybe Coffee Combo's podcast will fulfill that for him. Yeah, you know, the other day he was like trying to make a video for your birthday. He was? Yeah, and it wouldn't, I'll just send it to you because I have it on my phone, but it wouldn't upload to the Instagram story because I guess it was from DamnAndroid. We don't fuck with people with Android, damn it. And he was like, thanks so much for having me on the podcast. It's like my favorite thing.
Starting point is 00:38:23 And I'm like, really, like how can this like possibly be your favorite thing? Like honey, if this is your favorite thing, then- No, my favorite, one of my favorite times with Will, actually my only time with Will in person, was in Chattanooga when we had the Christmas party. And then afterwards we went to the hotel lobby and we ordered pizza and just sat there in the lobby and ate the pizza. That was amazing. That was so much fun. That was amazing.

Starting point is 00:40:04 That's thirdlove.com slash coffee, 15% off today. I know that we always talk about articles and I found some interesting ones for this week. And the headline of this one really just caught my eye. Let's hear it. A woman arrested after cutting off tender dates, testicles, and using them for fishing bait. You're a lot fishing bait. Yeah. According to reports, the woman had matched with a victim earlier in the week after complimenting him on a picture of him during a fishing trip holding a large bass.
Starting point is 00:40:43 The woman allegedly told him that she was a keen angler and wanted to join him for a fishing trip. No. The man agreed and the pair went out on a fishing trip and the woman allegedly knocked the man unconscious with a fire extinguisher before taking a bait knife to his groin. It is alleged that the woman severed the man's testicles before attaching them to her hook and casting off into the lake. No way. No. The testicles, did he survive? The testicles proved popular bait when the woman soon was catching large fish.
Starting point is 00:41:18 You're lying. That's a joke. It's not a joke. It's really not a joke. Where was this in Florida? No, this was... It always is in Florida. No, it was in Indiana. Jesus.
Starting point is 00:41:34 Do you want me to show you a picture of the lady? Let me see it. But are you ready for it? Because I don't know if you are. Let me see. Tell me the percentage that you're ready to see it. I'm ready to see this. That's a lie.
Starting point is 00:41:54 I mean, she kind of looks like she might have been on something, right? She's definitely on meth. Yeah. Or bath salts, either one. We can't be sure. You always say bath salts. That's not an excuse anymore. It's not an excuse, but it's a real thing.
Starting point is 00:42:09 People are on this. People don't do bath salts anymore. They do. I think that's like... In Florida, especially. I think that's a lie. Also, I saw another thing, because we always talk about Florida news.
Starting point is 00:42:26 I saw another article, which I mean, I'm not going to say that I would not be annoyed by the snoring as well, but I don't think I would take it to the extreme of shooting somebody for snoring. I saw her, so... Says Florida woman shoots boyfriend for snoring too loudly. Did he survive?
Starting point is 00:42:51 Why is your question? Did they all survive? I just want to make sure. I don't know. I didn't follow up with all of this. Well, we don't... We need to know. We need answers.
Starting point is 00:43:01 It says that this woman was charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery. The reports of a man being shot, and when they arrived, the shooting had said to be accidental. No. They investigated and found that the shooting had been sparked by an argument between the woman and the victim, which was her boyfriend.
Starting point is 00:43:24 She shot him because he had been snoring too loudly. The couple had been drinking and gotten into an argument before the shooting, and yeah, he was in the hospital where he was recovering from his injury, but is in stable condition, so that gives you your answer. He is stable, but I don't think he's snoring. I don't think he's going to stay with that girl.
Starting point is 00:43:46 I would hope that he was not staying with her. He's not staying with that girl. That's not a thing. Do you want to see what he looks like? Yeah, I need to. This is the guy that's snoring, or this is the woman that shot him? No, this is the guy that's snoring.
Starting point is 00:44:04 This is him. Oh, dear God. Why do all these people look like they are on something? Do you ever feel like... They're all on drugs because you're not acting that irrationally when you're not. I mean, I could imagine somebody ticking me off from snoring
Starting point is 00:44:32 because Will has a really big problem grinding his teeth at night. It sounds like a chainsaw. So just get him a mouth guard. Oh, he got one, and it ends up in the bed at random places. It might be underneath my pillow when I wake up. I don't know that I could sleep with one.
Starting point is 00:44:49 I have sleep apnea, and I'm supposed to use a machine, but I never could fall asleep with that. You're supposed to use a machine. To go to sleep, so I don't... What's... What is that? It's a pass away. Kale.
Starting point is 00:45:08 I could never imagine going through the extreme to go and get a gun, load it, and shoot him for a snoring incident. Never. You're sleeping on the couch before I shoot you. Yeah. That's never... No, that's not a thing.
Starting point is 00:45:27 But Will's so annoying, I will say, whenever he's grinding his teeth at night, it's just like you're trying to sleep, and you're getting really good sleep, and then all of a sudden you feel like you're here, chainsaw, and you're like, what is that? And then you look over.
Starting point is 00:45:41 And you're like... Yeah. I wish everybody gets... I'm rolling my eyes. Yeah, I was like, let's say, I'm rolling my eyes and making a stink face. Yeah, because, I mean, that's just not really super normal to sound like,
Starting point is 00:45:53 you know, you're sawing down a tree. Right. Right, right. Like, what would you do if we slept in a room together and I was snoring all night? And like, we're in a hotel situation. Like, what would you... I would call the front desk and ask them
Starting point is 00:46:09 if they could get another room. And then I would be like, Kale, you gotta move to it. Me? I would wake you up, because if you woke me up, I feel like that would be rude. So I feel like, you know,
Starting point is 00:46:24 it goes back to that tit for tat thing that I am. And I would just have to be rude back. You know what I mean? Yes. But if you were snoring, I would just suck it up and deal with it. You would? Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:46:35 I don't snore. Is it common for women to snore? Do you feel like... Yeah, because I snore. You do? Mm-hmm. Kim snores. Does she?
Starting point is 00:46:44 Yeah. Our makeup person snores. You snore. Does Mark snore? Mark, yeah, he snores. Everybody that works with us snores except me. I think you probably snore and don't know it. I don't.
Starting point is 00:46:57 And I sleep in the same spot and I wake up in the same spot. What? You don't toss and turn. Tell the people about my sheets. Okay. Okay. You guys, Kale, now since we co-live together every six weeks for a week,
Starting point is 00:47:19 it's almost like a roommate-type situation. And I went into her room, first of all, her room smells like mildew. First of all, no. Because she put her jeans in the washing machine and then forgot that they were there. That is true. And then they rotted.
Starting point is 00:47:35 And her whole room like reeks of a decaying odor. And her bed just has a flat sheet on it. And the top sheet looks like she wrestled all night. And it's just like there. I don't understand. My bed, when I woke up, has the sheet the same way that it was when I went to bed. So you don't roll around in your sleep at night?
Starting point is 00:48:02 No. Like what are you rolling from? My nightmares. Which are what? Your baby dads? Yes, I was about to say probably the men in my life. Perfectly, to be perfectly honest. Hold on, guys.

Starting point is 00:49:24 If I had to guess, I probably wake up 10 times in the night. Doing what? Just rolling over, check my phone. I hear noise. Can't sleep. Can't get comfortable. My fingers fall asleep. I'm pretty sure I have diabetes.
Starting point is 00:49:38 I don't know. Kale, that's called anxiety. Why do I have that? Because of your baby dads. We will place the blame on everyone but myself. You have created lots of enemies. I'm getting along with everybody right now. Let me not say that.
Starting point is 00:49:55 I'm getting along with two out of three and not speaking to the other. So things are getting along. I'm well. If you're not speaking to it, it's basically getting along. To it? Am I not speaking to it? Because I don't want to say its name. They're all men, so you could say his.
Starting point is 00:50:09 Yeah, his. Just a fun little thing that is going around social media. I want everybody to do this because we did it last night and it was really funny. Google Florida Man followed by your birthday. So it would be like Florida Man, September 17th or Florida Man, March 14th. And tell us what you get. What's mine? Read me mine.
Starting point is 00:50:38 I don't know. Google it. Google. What am I Googling? Florida Man. Okay, hold on. Florida Woman. Florida Man.
Starting point is 00:50:48 Okay. Florida Man. March 14th. Yeah. March 14. Oh, wow. It already comes up. March 14.
Starting point is 00:50:59 What else? That's it. Just Google it and then see what it already comes up. So something definitely happened. Florida Man Challenge. Oh. Florida Man hits pregnant girlfriend with a bag of tortilla chips over baby's paternity. Wow.
Starting point is 00:51:15 If that doesn't fit my life, I don't know what does. Oh, my God. Mine is Florida Man pleads guilty to posting internet bomb instructions. That also fits my life. But it looks like the Joker. Oh, wow. That one's terrifying. That is terrifying.
Starting point is 00:51:34 But that would be something on your birthday. That would definitely be. So everybody should do this. And then when we post for this episode, make sure you write in the comments what happened on your birthday with Florida Man because you will find something because something happens every day with a Florida Man. Yeah. And on my birthday, it was hitting somebody with tortilla chips.
Starting point is 00:52:00 So. So since we're following up on stuff, I wanted to talk about the girl that hit the people at that concert that Jackson and I were at. Remember me telling you about that? No. She hit the three people, the pedestrians. Yes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:52:18 Yes. Okay. So finally, this is a crazy thing, but her trial was just not too long ago and my friend had texted me that was at the concert with us, with her kids. And there was two other girls with us that were my friends' friends. Okay. And they saw it like actually happen. And they were the ones that said that they literally thought it was a trash can because
Starting point is 00:52:40 of the way that this sounds like when it hit the car. That's what they said. It sounded like a trash truck, like hit a trash can. Right. And so actually they were subpoenaed to. As witnesses. Yes. But it ended up not having to go because she pled guilty, but she actually got off with
Starting point is 00:53:07 probation. How? I have no idea because they proved that she was on her phone. But apparently because of the city, they didn't have properly lit crosswalks or official crosswalks so that people were jaywalking across the road. They didn't claim that she never saw them. But my question is. That should be, that should almost be canceled out by the fact that she was on her phone.
Starting point is 00:53:34 Because had she not been on her phone, she might have seen them and it wouldn't have mattered if they were jaywalking. Do you know what I'm saying? Yeah. So apparently two minutes before the accident, she had texted her dad about dinner. And supposedly she was stopped in traffic while she was on her phone. And that was their defense. So they say like investigators said that she failed to exercise, do care and operating
Starting point is 00:54:06 a motor vehicle and engaged in the action of putting away her phone, which was what distracted her. So I mean, not that I would want her life to basically be over, but I mean, in a sense, even though she's not going to jail, she still has that on her. She has to live with that. Right. She's got to live with that. So I will say though, where the people were hit, the amphitheater had just been built and
Starting point is 00:54:34 that area at that time was such an up and coming area. And so many new things were being built around there that I think the city really didn't equip for as much traffic as it would cause. And the crazy thing is, is that the city until the family sued the city, they weren't going to do anything. But then once the family sued the city, then the city like wanted to go after her because she was the one who hit them. But I guess she had a really good attorney.
Starting point is 00:55:11 They didn't survive. Right? No. Wow. No. The baby died like, I think immediately, immediately on the way to the hospital. And then I want to say a few days later, the other two passed away. But I do feel like in that case, it's a lose, lose because she's got to live with that on
Starting point is 00:55:35 her conscience for the rest of her life. That area, Jackson and I crossed the street exactly where those people got hit. Like we parked literally in the parking right where they were going to. That's so crazy. So it had just turned, you know, it's like not dark, but not light outside, like what is it called like dusk. And I mean, it just makes me feel like though even it does, if you had on your lights that you would have seen them coming, them coming.
Starting point is 00:56:07 So I'm wondering if she was on her phone at the time she had to have been and because you're not putting your, if you have your phone out while you're driving, you're not putting your phone away. You're keeping it in your hand. Right. There's no way. Maybe you set it down in the console, but you're not putting it away. Right.
Starting point is 00:56:25 That's what I'm thinking because if you would just text somebody, wouldn't you be waiting on the response? Right. You're not putting your phone away. Yeah. I was like, no. Yeah. So it also makes me think that at the time, two minutes isn't a lot of time.
Starting point is 00:56:39 You know what I mean? So even the investigation, if the police didn't show up until five minutes after it happened, there's some great area for them to determine the exact time that it happened. Right. Because witnesses can't determine that exact time. Right. And they could be two minutes off. Right.
Starting point is 00:57:00 So I don't know, it's just crazy. And for so long after that happened, Jackson, I literally carried him across crosswalks and everything because I was terrified and you don't really realize how quickly something can happen. I noticed that there's this intersection, I guess you could call it, over by my house where it's an intersection, but then not where a road, this is the intersection, but then there's train tracks after where the intersects, right? So I don't know if accidents had been happening there and I didn't know about it or whatever,
Starting point is 00:57:38 but one time I was driving and I just happened to see this sign that's like, look again. So I'm thinking that people weren't paying attention because I look right, I look left and then I look right again. I just always have, that's what I was taught, but I think people weren't paying attention and things were happening there and I noticed that the sign was there. So now I just do it even when I'm like walking, I'm like looking and then look again because you just don't know and people come out of nowhere and people are distracted. I'm not even like, if I'm crossing somewhere and I don't have my phone, I don't even know
Starting point is 00:58:09 if the person driving might be on their phone. You know what I mean? Exactly. So it's crazy that we have to think about it that way. Well, I hate technology and phones and like being in the car and everything like, I hate it, but at the same time I just experienced not having a phone for a day and feeling how disconnected I felt from the world just out of necessity because I'm out driving with Jackson.
Starting point is 00:58:31 Like if something happened to my car, like I got a flat tire or whatever, I literally would have no way of communicating with anyone, but I think there's a time and a place to use it. And I think that as aware as people are, even though like on freeways and whatever state signs that are like the blinking signs that say like texting and driving is against the law or you know, like whatever, I think that it's the same thing as like seatbelts. People might choose to wear them or might choose not to, you know, might choose to text and drive might not to, you know.
Starting point is 00:59:05 So I feel like because people are so in the moment on their phones and stuff, checking social media, communicating with people wanting to be in the know, like right then and there, that it is so dangerous and it makes me wonder, you know, about crash ratings and stuff. If when our kids start driving, right, like what's that's going to be like, because that's terrifying to me. The iPhones have a feature that you can put when you're driving. They do. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Where it'll give an automatic response. That's like, um, I'm currently driving. I'll respond to your message as soon as I'm done. Oh, wow. Yeah. It's on the iPhone. So do you get the message whenever you turn it off? I think once your vehicle is not moving anymore, you get the message.
Starting point is 00:59:47 Oh, that's nice. I think everybody should use. I'm going to put it on that feature. I'll put it on when we're done. I think everybody should use that feature because it is super important and you don't really think about, you know, like, I mean, I just think about like a few years ago when it was, it, I think just got passed in Georgia that you have to be hands free. I know that's been the same for Delaware and California for a long time.
Starting point is 01:00:08 Um, but it just got passed in Georgia, I believe this past year and you don't think about how many times you've been in the car, having a phone conversation, like on the way home from taking the kids to school or, you know, whatever, you'll just be chatting it up. Yep. And it's like, you can't do that anymore. Yeah. You can't do it anymore. And I see so many people like getting pulled over for it.
Starting point is 01:00:30 I've been pulled over for talking on the phone. You have? Yeah. I got lost and I called. This was years ago. This was probably right after Isaac was born. I had started a new job. I got off at 2am.
Starting point is 01:00:44 I got lost. I called my boyfriend at the time and I got pulled over immediately. I was literally, I pulled out of the parking spot and I called and I was like, I don't know where I'm at, like where I'm at. This was before like, I didn't have like a little navigation system in my car or anything. So, and my smartphone didn't have GPS and they pulled me over. That's like when garments were around. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:04 That's like when I didn't have one yet, but I wanted one. Yeah. Um, but yeah, I, and I got pulled over. Yep. Um, this is changing the subject completely, but it was something funny that I saw. Um, that somebody sent me on my Instagram, they asked me what I would do if Jackson ever found a vibrator and then I asked you if that had ever happened and you didn't answer. So now I'm putting it on the spot because I felt like that it probably did happen and
Starting point is 01:01:31 you don't want to tell me. So what happened? Well, um, I'm going to get mom shamed for this, but I'm going to tell it anyway. Um, well actually I have two stories. Go. I'm going to tell the kids story first. Okay. Um, I keep my toys in a basket under my sink in my bathroom because typically my kids
Starting point is 01:01:52 don't go in my bathroom unless I'm there with them and I'm doing their hair or something. Okay. Lux got curious when I was in the shower or I don't really know what I was maybe laundry. I don't know. And the next thing I know, he's got a green vibrator in his hand. What did you do? I was just like, no, no, no, no, no, baby, you can't touch that. And I like took it and he screamed and it's like, have you ever seen that Twitter that's
Starting point is 01:02:14 like my, my, my child is crying because yeah, it's like much others crying because I wouldn't let him play with a vibrator like I'm going to get mom shamed. It's fine. Um, and then there was another thing that happened to me. I might have told it on the podcast before we've never talked about vibrators. Okay. So I cleaned mine with, um, like dial antibacterial soap afterwards and I left it on the counter to dry and my house cleaners came the next morning.
Starting point is 01:02:43 That was a Wednesday night. So my house cleaners come on Thursdays. When I got back, it was moved into a different place. So they moved it. Yes. So they touched it. I mean, it was clean, but I was, I was the humiliation of knowing that somebody saw it. Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:02:59 I was just sitting like, I literally just stood there in the bathroom for a minute and I was like, I'm a piece of shit. Like they had to move my dildee to clean the bathroom. I cannot. Like how many of these do you have? Um, I have an eclectic variety. You do? Yes.
Starting point is 01:03:18 Like how many? 12 maybe. 12. Do you test drive them all? Yeah. What did that girl say the other day? You got to test drive your own equipment. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:28 See, I'm just, I've also been single for quite some time now. Well, 12. That's interesting. Yeah. I mean, they're different shapes and sizes and they do different things. And I think that, you know, kind of like men can spice it up. I'm not adding bodies to my count. So might as well just use the toys.
Starting point is 01:03:45 Wow. Well, for, for now, I'm just going to use will. So that's great. That's maybe you can incorporate the toys with will. Yeah. Since I'm going to be, you know, doing new things, right? Coming out of my comfort zone right now, exactly spontaneous and just, you know, getting in there.
Starting point is 01:04:02 Yeah. Have you heard of Benoit balls? No. They're like little weighted balls that you can put in now. You do this. I mean, I have. They're like kegels kind of like you just keep them in like you hold them in. I have actually heard of this.
Starting point is 01:04:16 Yeah. Actually, they're not anal beads. Do not confuse these with anal beads. Okay. Cause I don't do use those at all. Actually somebody that used to be on Chris Lee knows best production used to like have one of those and would wear it to work. Oh, the Benoit walls.
Starting point is 01:04:30 Yeah. Yeah. Of course. There's different shapes and weights. But like sizes and work. Yeah. It's like kegels all day. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:38 They're like the walls tight on that note. I think we are out of time for the day. Yeah. I think for a long time. Yeah.
