Starting point is 00:00:00 I think it's a misunderstood industry in the sense that people think it's always bigger, it's more, it's better, it's plumber lips, it's bigger, but it's not that. It's fundamentally, if a woman looks great, she feels better. She's more confident. She can execute better. She's a better mom. She's a better friend. If you don't look great on the outside, that really affects all those things in your life. It's a big deal.
Starting point is 00:00:20 And if we're talking about whole body health and well-being, it means like looking and feeling your best. I'm on this journey with me. Each week, when you join me, we are going to change. base down our goals. We'll overcome adversity and set you up for a better tomorrow. I'm ready for my close-up. Welcome back. I'm so excited. Today is my first live in-person, real life, IRL. I'm here with my new friend Amy Peterson. She is a skin scientist, medical esthetician, and just an unbelievable person. Amy, thank you for being here with me today. Thank you so much. I'm so excited. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited. This is amazing.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Can you share with everybody a little bit about your extensive background in medicine? Yeah. So I got interested in aesthetics in college. I was actually in a really bad accident, and I had about 36 inches of scars all over my body. And this was around 2003. I started looking up different ways to fix my scars and things like that. And I was young. I was only like 19 at the time or something like that. And this whole new non-invasive industry and aesthetics was coming out. And it was fascinating to me that they started to have lasers. And there was all this promise of fixing and correcting things that you wanted to without surgery. So I quickly pivoted from being concerned about fixing my own and decided that this was like the path that I wanted to take in the career that I wanted to be in.
Starting point is 00:01:48 It was around the time when Botox was becoming, it wasn't a household name, but people were talking about it. They may not say that they were getting it done. but it was kind of the beginning. Laser hair removal, the first lasers were coming out. And I was really fortunate enough to land a position with an amazing plastic surgeon in Seattle. My husband was in his residency in Seattle. And that was just the start to greatness. He basically, you know, told me this is what I have for my non-invasive skin division, and why don't you build it?
Starting point is 00:02:17 And I did that over the course of nine years, and it was an incredible ride. During that time, it became a trainer for a lot of different companies. they could track my utilization of different consumables, and they would come to me and say, what are you doing that's so different? What's a consumable? So a consumable is a part of any procedure that actually costs the practice money. So if you're doing a laser, there may be a tip required. If you're doing cryo, maybe there's gel required.
Starting point is 00:02:42 So whatever is, like, Botox is the consumable in the Botox treatment. So during the nine years on the West Coast, I was really exposed to tons of different devices. and I think curiosity is probably one of the things that I love seeing in people and I love seeing myself because when you're curious about something you need to know and you need to know why and that ties back to, you know, education and being educated on all these devices. So it was a great start for me. Yeah, your background is so unique in that you worked with so many different brands and companies. It's really giving you a special perspective to see what the best of the best is out there.
Starting point is 00:03:21 So people come in all the time and they ask me how I built my office now and what was my inspiration and, you know, being a trainer and visiting hundreds of offices, you get to go inside like nobody else and see the whole dynamic and see what works really well and what doesn't. And I've taken all these little gold nuggets and I've like collected them like little rocks throughout the years. So I knew when I wanted to open my practice exactly what I definitely wanted to do and what I didn't want to do. And I feel like that was just such a gift. I didn't even know what was happening when it was happening, but I call it my PhD. It's so interesting because most people, myself included, I'm obsessed with skin, obviously very concerned with how I look at being female and in my 40s. So I always thought, oh, you want to just be with the best brand.
Starting point is 00:04:07 And that would be the whole line that you should look into. But what you're sharing is that no, actually in every brand, there's amazing products, but you might want to actually look at certain products from different brands. Yeah, I think even to go one step further, you know, brands are developed in labs, usually, and there's all different brands out there. If brands are able to, they go to some of the best labs, they source some of the best ingredients. And once you understand what ingredients are and the types of labs across the world, you kind of know what these founders put into their product. And then they launch. And you'll see a lot of products now launch with one, two, three products.
Starting point is 00:04:46 There's a product to just launch with one cleanser. And you're like, how do they do that? Well, they put so much of their R&D, their research and development, so maybe like 80% into this one product. So you know it's going to be a wow factor. I call them the hero product. So when I'm selecting and curating different products, I'm not only looking at the brand, the story where it's made, the ingredients, I'm also looking at what do they come out with first or what did they spend the last year working on. And then when you come into my practice, you might see, you know, a lot of products.
Starting point is 00:05:15 It's not overwhelming, but I've curated the best to the best of what I believe is out there. And some of them are up-and-coming brands. Some of them are well-known brands. Some of them are only medical brands. So, you know, you really have to customize what you have available for your clients. It's the same way I believe in lasers. People come in and like, oh, my God, or just devices in general. You have so much.
Starting point is 00:05:37 And nothing sits here. But if you only have one device, then you're only offering all your different patients, one solution. when that's not the case. I combine treatments. I do everything. So you need to have available options to treat properly, I believe. Well, I just want to attest to work because we actually are here right now at your spot and it's gorgeous. And I'm sure you must feel so proud of what you have built here just over the last year. Yeah. I mean, I am very proud and I don't really rest of my lord. Like, I'm always looking at new ways of innovating. I think that's something that's different about me. I have to remind myself to be proud, remind myself to savor the moment.
Starting point is 00:06:20 I kind of always am looking at the next opportunity. I think I was reading something the other day and I was so interesting and it was about people and it was like you can teach people a lot of things but you can't teach passion, you know? And I thought that was so interesting, even being someone now who employs people. Like that is something that's so instilled in me. So yes, is there things about my job that are difficult? Yes.
Starting point is 00:06:42 And managing people is that difficult? but like the passion and like what I love to do, it doesn't feel like work. It's exciting. It's so fun to me to find the next like thing that's out there, the next advice, the next big change. So I think that's kind of what comes through. And that's like the big motivation and behind it. Like I love what I do. Well, it's so clear. And your passion for innovation is so clear. And just looking at I've been here a couple of times now and seeing the amount of services that you offer. And like you said, the different products that you have here. I mean, It is unbelievable. So thank you for creating. Give us a story. How did this business come to be and during a pandemic? So my husband told me that we were moving to Miami. He finally got a job in Miami.
Starting point is 00:07:25 We did two years long distance. I loved where I worked and I didn't want to leave. And I'm very loyal. And then I got pregnant. And then I did have to leave because I wanted my son to have a father. So when we moved here, you know, at first I was super overwhelmed. I was like, how am I going to recreate something that I created on the West Coast here? And at that time, social media wasn't huge.
Starting point is 00:07:45 It's not like people now can create identities and have them follow them, like, you know, in a specific field. So when I came down here, I had my brand new baby. I was learning the lay-at-the-land. I asked some of the people on the West Coast to give my name to some people on the East Coast and different companies and if they needed trainers to kind of get my feet wet again. And then before you know it, I was like booked out like crazy doing like 35 trainings a month, which was insane. Some of them just follow up, some of them full trainings.
Starting point is 00:08:11 And I got to start seeing all the offices. And I was like, I'm going to, you know, I didn't want to work for anyone again. I felt very, I wanted to do this on my own. I felt like I could take the patient through the whole experience. And that's what I wanted. I really wanted to create an entire experience, not just have them come in and get a procedure. So I just started doing what I do best. And I started networking and reaching out.
Starting point is 00:08:35 And I started in a little office out of my home. And my claim to fame was I was the trainer who was going to train all these offices. so why would you go to them if you could go to me? And that just happened on its own. I didn't even cultivate that. But every patient, I have to say I put a hundred and ten percent into, and then they would prefer another patient. My business has been solely based on referral. I don't do any marketing. Any advertisement has been, is an article that has been written about me that's not paid. And I believe if you invest in people and like you give your all, like they're going to tell people. And that's kind of what happened organically. Then I wasn't quite ready. I couldn't find this.
Starting point is 00:09:12 space. I knew what I wanted, but I couldn't find it in Miami. I didn't really know the location I wanted to be in. And then I started renting space from another doctor's office. And then within two years, I walked in here right before the pandemic in like January. And I was like, I was just taken back. I almost cried because I could feel the energy. And most people come in my office, they feel the energy in it. And I just saw it. Like, I just knew what I could do. And I didn't look anything like this. And I just, I was like, okay, this is it. So I purchased this. I spent the whole pandemic, the labor of love, me and my contractor, who happens to be very close with, we kind of quarantined together. And we built this.
Starting point is 00:09:53 I designed it. I love interior design. I kind of visualize things. I often say I didn't even use a ruler. I just was like there, there, there. And how fortunate I was, I was very scared because, I mean, we're not touching people's faces and we're wearing masks. Like, how could a business like this survive? So why didn't you stop? What got you to push through that time?
Starting point is 00:10:14 I really like history. And I remember reading about the Great Depression. And there was two things that made it through. And one of them was liquor, alcohol sales, because everyone's depressed. It's great depression. And the other one, they talk about the lipstick effect of the 1920s. And women, even though they were depressed, they still wanted to look good. They couldn't do anything. But they could buy 99 cent lipstick. And lipstick sales rose tremendously during that time. And I just thought, you know, people want to look. feel good. And if anything this year has taught us what's really important and self-care. And I just, I just knew, I knew it would come back. I didn't know to what extent or how it would, but I, I knew women were going to want to look and feel their best eventually, women and men. And, you know, sometimes I just put blinders on, like a race force, and I just go forward. And that's, I don't look at anything around me. And I just, I kind of focus on my primary purpose, which was this. Thank gosh that you did that because now this business, even just, even just, you know, to get an appointment sometimes can be challenging.
Starting point is 00:11:13 It's amazing to see what you've built in one year's time. Yeah, it's amazing. I think, you know, shortly after that, six months after we opened and I purchased the second unit next to me and built three more rooms, which I think was scarier than the first because I was like, oh, my God, now I'm, you know, adding more technology and taking more risk. But today I really trust myself, you know, and I think that takes a lot of personal growth and self-work, you know, self-awareness.
Starting point is 00:11:41 And I've had a lot of experiences in my life that have landed me to a spot where I really trust myself. And am I going to make mistakes, sure? Am I always going to pick the best advice? Probably not, even though I have a pretty good run at it. But at the end of the day, like, you know, it all goes back to your poor mission statement. And if you make people not only look amazing, but feel amazing, and they trust you and you take care of them, that is something that is missing.
Starting point is 00:12:07 And all my clients know that they get taken care of here. They get checked on. We want to know. We don't want you to come in to have one appointment and never see you again. We're not a revolving door, you know? And that's part of even the vibe of like cozy but cheap but medical but kind of want to hang out. So if you invest in people, I think you get it back tenfold. That's so powerful.
Starting point is 00:12:27 And I love that you said you trust yourself. And what you've built really is unique. There is, I've never been somewhere like this before. I mean, do you see yourself as having, direct competitors or do you see yourself as having created a white space? I think that there's lots of talented people out there. I think there's lots of faces that could, you know, that want to improve women that want to improve things. I don't look at people as competition. I really don't. I never have. I don't. Like that whole racehorse thing, you know, that analogy has really kind of
Starting point is 00:12:57 kept me where I'm at because, you know, if I'm focused on what someone else is doing, I'm not focused on what I'm doing. And over the course of the last, you know, two years, last year specifically, I just said, just keep going forward. And, you know, if the people will come if they want to come. If you're producing a quality product, they will. But yeah, I also feel like, you know, I'm really proud of other women doing what I'm doing. So, like, I don't want to, you know, put them down. You know, I got a nice message from another person who owns an aesthetics business in the area. And it was, like, a really nice message on Instagram. Like, I'm really so proud of you. You're doing amazing things. I look up to you. Like these are the types of, you know, relationships I want to build,
Starting point is 00:13:34 not like these competition, like you're better, who's better, you know. You stay in your lane, you do your thing and you wish well for other people. Oh my gosh. Why are there not more women like you, Amy? What in the world? Let me tell you, in corporate America, people do not share that attitude, but I love it. And you're so right. And I'm so glad to hear that woman saying that message. That's really impressive. Yeah. Okay. So with innovation, and to me, especially with skin, with health, innovation is everything. What are you most excited about right now? So I'm really excited about, I would say, like the different body treatments that are coming out. Think women have, we focus on the face for so long. And I'm not just talking about, you know, celluline. I'm talking
Starting point is 00:14:14 about chest. I'm talking about hands. I'm talking about when a woman walks in and you can clearly see she has a facelift, but the rest of her body is age. Ooh, that's not a good look. No. It's like, sister, you're not kidding anybody. I think body and then I think honestly, as a core theme, preemptive approach, people are like not waiting until they have a heart attack to go see the doctor and change their diet. People are not waiting until they're totally wrinkly and a surgical option is the only option. I've been seeing like a lot of women in their early 30s being like, I, not that they're
Starting point is 00:14:45 old and people are like, if they don't know what they're talking about, no, they do. Because fundamentally they look different than they did when they were 20. and they're like, I want to do something, you know, a little bit here and there to kind of preserve my age, to stimulate my collagen, to build skin health, to not be in the sun. It's an awareness. And, you know, there's no denying. I think it's a misunderstood industry in the sense that people think it's always bigger. It's more. It's better. It's plumber lips. It's bigger. But it's not that. It's fundamentally, if a woman looks great, she feels better. She's more confident. She can execute better. She's a better mom. She's a better friend. If you don't look great on the outside, that really affects all those things in your life. It's a big deal. And if we're talking about whole body health and well-being, it means like looking and feeling your best. It's so true. And I actually just recently ran into a woman I hadn't seen in years. The last time I saw her, she looked fantastic. And now seeing her after the pandemic. And again, no judgment because I gained weight during the pandemic, which I know so many people did. It was
Starting point is 00:15:44 definitely a trying time. However, I could see she let herself go. And not only could you see it visibly, it showed up in her personality. She wasn't having that energy, that sparkling attitude she used to have. And I actually said something to her. He said, you look different, but you seem different to me too. So I really resonate with what you're saying with, that exterior can impact so much more than just that image that you're projecting to the world. It's multifaceted, but I'm the first person to think that, you know, the inside counts so much more. And I know that, but I know that the outside makes the inside better. So it really does. Like I said, when I I know for me, when I've gained weight, I just don't feel as proud of myself, as confident of myself going into situations.
Starting point is 00:16:26 But if I try harder, work out more, take care, invest in myself, start showing up on the outside as that best version of me. It definitely picks up my attitude, how I feel, and how I see the world. So I'm so glad to see that so many people invest in themselves. And one of the things that I know everyone has struggled with, as I mentioned in the pandemic, has been weight gain. However, when I turn on social media, I see Kim Kardashian rocking the best body of her life, and I'm hoping that you'd be willing to share what are those secrets that people like Kim Kay are rocking to show up and look different, and it's not just gym time. You're right. It's not just gym time. It's a private chef. It's, you know, tailored fittings. It's a lot of pressure,
Starting point is 00:17:09 I'm sure for her. You know, I often think about some of these, you know, celebrities, and I think, oh, my God, just the pure pressure. I mean, God, sometimes you just want to be. to be able to gain three pounds and have it be okay. Starting point is 00:21:58 Quince.com slash confidence. You work with a lot of these celebrities. Yeah, but you know what? I will tell you. The best clients are maintenance clients. view this as something that they have to do. It's like working out. You would never expect a personal trainer to get you in the best shape of your body in one month and maintain it. It's just like anything. The reason we don't have the fountain of youth is because we age. Like nothing is promising
Starting point is 00:22:24 of forever. It's a constant maintenance. It's constantly interjecting on those areas. What people do is they, I think the mistake they make is they try to alter things. They try to go, you know, they're trying to change something on the outside that they can't change. on the inside. And the biggest thing I get is when people, women come in and they say, my husband doesn't want me to look like this, so I can't do anything. And insert any celebrity's name that maybe has too much filler, right? And I'm like, what you don't see, what your husband doesn't see and what you're not seeing is the millions of women walking around like me, who have done little things here and there, little filler, little tweaks. And they're like,
Starting point is 00:23:01 you? I'm like, yeah, because I've noticed changes. And there are these subtle changes. You know, It's not like go big or go home. More is actually just more. You know, that's all it is. So it's really being able to have an eye and guide someone and educate them. Like another thing is I can't tell you how many people walk in here and I say, I ask them about their history. What have you done? And they say, you know, I don't remember any.
Starting point is 00:23:24 I don't know. It was something with the light. It was something like my patients, whoever they see next, hopefully it won't be another person. But they went someplace else. They would say, Amy said this. It was for this. This is why I did it. And this time I maintained it.
Starting point is 00:23:36 Like it's really important. My patients know that because how else are they going to like fundamentally have a game plan for for going against this aging thing, you know? And hope is not a strategy. Hope is not a strategy. I think also, you know, staying out of sun, I live in Miami. I, you know, sometimes clients will say, oh, but I live in Miami and I'm like, well, do you think I fly in here every day? I do too. I live in Miami. And, you know, there's ways of doing things where, you know, you just got to look at risk and reward. And like the reward, I mean, you see. see someone aging who's 60, who's been in the sun a lot, you see someone who's not. And they fundamentally look different. They look different at 37. It's a weathered look, you know? And I see all throughout your spa, you have sunscreen placed everywhere. Yeah. Yes. And I have one I'm like completely obsessed with and I'm like, you know, because I feel like in order to wear sunscreen, you have to love it. Like I feel like adults are still like children. Like they look at sunscreen like, oh, I'm going to put sunscreen on. Like I'm like, oh my God, I can't wait to put my sunscreen on because I love it. If you
Starting point is 00:24:36 love your regimen, if you love the things that you're doing, you will do them, you know, as far as at home. And I'm going to link everyone in the show notes to your Shopify store so people can actually see which sunscreen it is that they should purchase, which eye cream they should get. It's the best of the best of all your favorite brands. Yes. Thank you for doing that. And you also, for people who don't live in Miami, you offer virtual consultations. Yeah, so virtual consultations, especially for some of the products like Villalajik Bres-Shochet, you need to have a virtual consultation because we can't just sell directly online. It's really protecting that brand's education. So basically meaning you just don't want to buy anything and hope it works for your skin.
Starting point is 00:25:13 You don't want to Instagram shop, I call it. And then also just virtual consultations for, you know, your skin in general. If you have questions, like what treatment would suit me, what doesn't work, you know. All these machines can boil down to simple facts. One day, I think I'm going to do a YouTube on it. But like what they are and what and what they treat. And then it can get very confusing because they have. have different names, different companies, things like that. But it's really like, you know, the basics and the fundamentals of what you're treating and how you want to age. You know, you can kind of make an educated decision on what's best for your skin type, but you have to know
Starting point is 00:25:44 the facts. Well, I really want you to get into endospheres because I feel like not most people don't even know what that is or know it exists, but it's a secret that so many people are using right now that is working. Yeah. So endospheres, I mean, it changed my body. I will tell you I am the shoemaker without shoes right now. It's really sad. I have to like pull up the machines to this this little mirror and do myself, which is never, you know, quite as exciting as someone else. But endospheres is the one appointment that I make that I won't give away that someone else does me to any client for anything. Because I think more than anything, it changed my skin, but it also, I feel like this euphoric feeling that I get, this cleansing feeling of, you know, toxins. It's a maintenance treatment. It's produced in
Starting point is 00:26:28 Italy. It has these cylindric spheres on it that are, I always say they always say they're, like 100 little fingers rolling over your body. And it's a really in-depth tissue remodeling. And then you're getting the drainage as well. We typically have people come in for 10 sessions, six to 10 depending, and then maintenance after that. So once a month, once every two weeks. For me, it definitely replaced my massages if you have to do one or the other. Just because women, as we age, it's great for men, but women, more importantly, go through menopause and they retain water and they get that belly fat. And half the time they're just walking around with like five pounds of water looking bloated. So once you kind of help all that lymphatic move along, you'll find the toxins release and
Starting point is 00:27:11 your skin starts to smooth out as well. It's happy skin. It's not sad skin. And that's kind of when you look at the before and after pictures, I look at like sad, salad skin and like happy skin. Of course it's more taught. Of course things are more lifted. Once again, maintenance.
Starting point is 00:27:24 Because I guarantee you all these people are not perfect in their own life, nor do they live in a box, you know, protects them from everything else around them. So, well, I first hand, number one, I did the treatment. And like you said, it's similar to an aggressive massage is the way that it, not painful. Definitely reminded me a massage, but coming through a machine with your, I don't know if you call her, um, she's a rakey master, I believe the one. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that was a whole other level of energy work and stimulation. But, you know, I feel like I didn't know much about lymphatic drainage and the important of it. Why do people need to get lymphatic drainage? Your lymphatic system, just like anything,
Starting point is 00:28:04 can just get backed up. And it's kind of like, I always think of it as you're like the sludginess in your body. It's not as fluid as blood. It can harbor lots of toxins. And it travels all throughout your body. You know what I think about cancer and inflammation and everything else in the lymphatic system, it can move really quickly. So it just kind of gets backed up. And when the plumbing doesn't work, it doesn't matter how many times you flush. It's just not going to work. It's just backed up. So when you get it activated and moving, you know, it's kind of like a cleansing feeling. That's where that feeling of euphoria and everything else comes in to play. And then on top of that, we ask you to like drink water afterwards and go about and keep moving around. You know,
Starting point is 00:28:44 we're fast pace these days, but we're sedentary, right? Everyone's sitting. And now we've just been sitting for a year. So our bodies are like, wake up, get active move. And this has kind of helped stimulating that. So this one treatment, if you had to suggest to someone, they're heading into summer, people are hitting the beach, this is something, can be a game changer for someone in six weeks. Game changer. Absolutely game changer. And then you can even pair it with like M-Sculpt Neo or cryo, you know, because you know, everything is multifaceted. So endospheres alone is amazing. Now, endosphere is with a stronger muscle underneath of it and a better, I always say like a better backboard is even better. Endosphere is with, if you have a little bit of, you know, lumpy, like fat in
Starting point is 00:29:26 certain areas, like, you know, the bra or the, you know, the size of the stomach. With cryo, it's, it's amazing. So everything is kind of just an enhancement. You know, this is not a means of, like, a weight loss. It's like body contouring shaping. And you can really do that. I think as we age, we stop worrying so much about the number and it's more about how we look. Because I've looked a lot of different ways at my weight. And that's truth. Like your muscle mass changes, everything after baby changes. People, I think, need to stop to get away from the number and start to look fundamentally at how their body looks and what is healthy for them. And you're going to share some of the before and after pictures that blew me away so that I can
Starting point is 00:30:02 link those in my social media, correct? Yes. Oh my gosh. You've got to check these pictures out. It really is game changing. And one of my dearest friends has been coming for months and having this procedure. And she said, just like you, it's the one thing she will not give up. Even if she has to miss work, she will not miss that appointment.
Starting point is 00:30:19 It's like the healthiest addiction there is. We have one woman who comes once a week. And she's just like, I need this. and I need it for my spirit and I need it for everything else. Like she feels euphoric when she leaves. So you comfort the change in your body. You stay for the way it makes you feel. And then the change in your body just an added bonus, which is such a cool device to have. Well, Amy, for people who aren't in Miami, what is one product that they can purchase that can help their body look better? So I actually, once again, going back to, you know, I love companies that really promote education. And
Starting point is 00:30:52 Augustina Spader is a great company that really promotes the education behind their products and understanding. And they have this body cream. And they have a body lotion and a body cream that we actually recommend post-endospheres to start using. It's also amazing on stretch marks. If you know any of the history of his product, he initially came out with a product for a wound cream, which was like amazing, a wound lotion. And he was trying to get VCs to invest in this. And they said, no one's going to invest in this. Can you come out with a wrinkle cream? And then we can get the money to, for your wound stuff. And he said, okay, and he does it, long story short.
Starting point is 00:31:26 And he's expanded that line. His is very much about repairing and moisturizing. And if you see some of his before and afters, which I'll share with you as well, and ours with people with stretch marks and just imperfections on their body, it's amazing. Now, once again, like anything, you have to use it. You know, the hardest thing with at-home care is I actually can't go home with you. Because I really would have no time then. But, you know, people always say, like, you're talking me out of buying products.
Starting point is 00:31:52 I want to buy products. I'm like, but you're not going to be successful. Like, you've never done anything and now you want to buy seven products. Like, that's crazy. Let's get you on two things. Be amazing at them. Then we'll build you up. Some people want to go right from nothing to something.
Starting point is 00:32:06 So I think it's really like, if you're the type of person that you'd really like a body cream, it's so worth it. But you do have to use it in order to see results. And with any products, I tell people, please at least try it for four weeks. Four weeks consistently. Because half the time people use things for three or four days. It's not working. You haven't even shed a skin cycle.
Starting point is 00:32:24 Like, it's not working. I mean, if you gave up on your personal trainer that quick, he would fire you. He would be like, what are you talking about? You're still sore from the first day, you know? That's kind of how you have to treat your skin. The devices nowadays are amazing and they're much faster, right? You can get results much faster, but, you know, nothing is overnight. And if something promises you something overnight, it's probably too good to be true.
Starting point is 00:32:49 Oh, that's so thank you for saying that because so many. people want that that magic promise and then fall flat on their face and are really disappointed. How does everybody find you, get a hold of you and find this product? So you can follow me at skincare by UMP on Instagram and go to the website. I have a Shopify there and you can, you know, purchase products on there or and for appointments you can call our office or through Instagram. I'm always refreshing content. We have a big content push for our next year where we want to do, We also are going to do a YouTube channel and start sharing some of the education and secrets behind, like, what we do. So we have a lot.
Starting point is 00:33:27 It's been a lot this year. And once again, going back to, you know, a state of gratitude, I'm so grateful for it. But I'm very excited for what we can do in the future and what's to come. Oh, I'm excited for you too. Amy, thank you so much for continuing to teach and share your knowledge with everyone. Thank you. Until next week, we're creating our confidence. See you then.
