Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm on this journey with me. Each week when you join me, we are going to chase down our goals. Overcome adversity and set you up for better tomorrow. That's a no-see, you guys. I'm ready for my close-up. Hi, and welcome back. I'm so glad you're back here with me this week.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Okay, so do you ever notice how you might be getting the same messages from different people? And I swear when this happens, please take action. I recently did not. And just even sitting here talking about it with you is actually frustrating me a little bit because I know better than this. I'm so aware of this, here's what happened.
Starting point is 00:00:37 A couple of months ago, one of my girlfriends and I went out for dinner and I hadn't seen her in a while and she was telling me, oh gosh, I really want you to sign up for this thing. Mind Valley. I had heard the name before, but I wasn't really familiar. I mean, you know, there's so much out there in the world. The world is so noisy. There's so many programs.
Starting point is 00:00:57 There's so much on TikTok, on YouTube, on blah, blah, blah. I had heard the name, forgotten about it, whatever. She starts telling me that she had been doing a course, apparently, and I'm not all that familiar with mine, Valley, still, a couple of months later. This is why I want to talk to you about it. Apparently, it's a place where online you can go and get access to courses. You sign up for a subscription. By the way, I'm not a partner of theirs. I'm not working with them. I was just learning about it from my friend. She loved it. She found it on YouTube, like a free video or something. And so she ends up signing up for a monthly service with it. And now she's obsessed
Starting point is 00:01:34 and said that, listen, there's, you know, a couple of different courses that she had taken over and over again. And she felt it really impacted her life in a really big way. The stuff she was telling me about was all very much about the mind and the power of the mind. Now, I don't even know what else they have on there. Again, not a partner of theirs, I have no idea. But I only know because of course, someone I know like in trust tells me about it.
Starting point is 00:01:57 I know that that person wants the best for me. So I said, you know what, I'm gonna check it out. And she says, no, listen me, you have to check it out. I'm telling you, it's a game changer for whatever the investment was monthly investment. She's like, it's nothing compared to what you're gonna get out of it. So I said, oh yeah, I'll definitely do it.
Starting point is 00:02:13 Well, of course, by the time I get home, you know, I'm busy or I get another phone call or I'm distracted somehow, right? I have other priorities. Do you feel me on this? I mean, you have good intentions when you leave someone that, okay, I'll sign up for this thing and check it out. But the next thing you know, life takes you in a different direction. Happens all the time, right? But I do believe that we get multiple messages when
Starting point is 00:02:35 we're really supposed to do something. So, cut to, I kind of forget about it. She messages me like a week or two later and asks me, hey, have you signed up for this thing? Are you doing it? I'm still doing those two courses I told you about. I'm obsessed. I'm seeing big changes in my life as a result. I think my mind's much more powerful than I ever had thought it was because of these courses I'm taking. Have you done it yet?
Starting point is 00:03:00 And I said, oh my gosh, I haven't. But because she texted me and tried to follow up, I went to YouTube. So I was like, let me just see what the free thing was first before I go to spend yet again, another subscription, because I don't know about you, but I'm on Netflix, I'm on Apple TV, I'm on Amazon, I'm on Pandora's Spotify.
Starting point is 00:03:20 I have so many monthly subscriptions that I get frustrated sometimes when I see the 900 different fees for 999 coming a month, right? And I don't even know how much this thing is, right? Okay, so I go to YouTube. I do this video. It was called the silver method. I remember what she sent me.
Starting point is 00:03:39 It's this older man, Jose Silva is the actual originator of this. Well, first of all, nothing is original. Even in the world, we're going back to the Bible's only original piece of work. Everything else is just reimagining it in some different way. But the originator of this method is Jose Silva. I hope I have his name correct. Anyways, if you go to YouTube, you can get a free video from him.
Starting point is 00:03:59 And it's got millions and millions of views. You know, hundreds of thousands of comments. So I said, oh my gosh, this is what she wanted me to check out. So I do the video. It's like a Meditation if you look at the reviews of this thing you're gonna say, oh my gosh There's something to this guy's method, right? The silver method and again, I don't work with him I don't believe he's alive anymore. I don't really know about this other than my friends swears by it I see all the reviews so it did peak my curiosity even more, but then again, I got busy, distracted,
Starting point is 00:04:28 focused on my priorities and what I have going on, and believe me, there's so much going on right now. It's insane, so I kind of forgot about it again, until thankfully all these algorithms know where we've been, so it served me up a note saying, are you gonna go do this YouTube again to the Silvett method? And I thought, oh, that's a good idea. Thank you, YouTube, for reminding me.
Starting point is 00:04:47 And I went down the rabbit hole and did it again. I did the meditation. Nothing, you know, crazy happened. Wouldn't you know I get connected to another girlfriend of mine who I hadn't spoken to in months. We get on the phone. We're talking about her and her business and what she's doing. And she mentions, oh gosh, you know who I should connect you to?
Starting point is 00:05:07 I'm really good friends with this person from Mind Valley who lives in Miami and is in charge of booking all the keynote speakers for their events. So I didn't even know they had events. So I said, what do you talk? They have events? She said, oh yeah, they have huge events how they're all around the world.
Starting point is 00:05:21 She's a huge community. I'm like, you're kidding me. I just really heard about this from another girlfriend about the Sylvan method. She had spoken at one of their events. She was a speaker. And she said, let me see if I can get a hold of this woman. I think you should meet up with her in person.
Starting point is 00:05:37 So again, now mine valley is on my mind. I'm like, that's so interesting. Cut to, I have dinner a few weeks after that with a bunch of my girlfriends. And one of my girlfriends was leaving for Dubai or somewhere outside the country to speak at a mind-value event. I'm like, this is crazy. This bizarre company has now come up to me in conversation randomly, multiple times in
Starting point is 00:06:01 the last month, completely unsolicited. I'm not bringing it up to anybody. And all these different people in my life have a affinity connection to my value. So I keep saying myself, oh my gosh, Heather, don't forget about it again. Like please, Heather, pay attention, put a reminder in your phone, something. And I do, but then when I get really busy, things that are priorities get prioritized, right? And that's typically my son, my health, my work, like things that are priorities get prioritized right and that's typically my son my health my work Like things that are really important to take care of
Starting point is 00:06:30 So I forgot about it again Wouldn't you know my son gets his license and so I'm in this weird situation where I didn't feel comfortable really going out because he had had a Couple of issues with parking the car he had hit a car and I was getting a little nervous on the weekend until he had a couple of issues with parking the car, he had hit a car, and I was getting a little nervous on the weekend until he had a couple of nights out that he felt more confident. I wanted to be available to him and at home, so that if he needed me, I could come get him wherever he was or meet him or help talk him through.
Starting point is 00:06:58 I didn't want to be out in a loud restaurant with friends or something like that. So I'd stayed home the weekend after we got his license. I had two Friday and Saturday night at home, like, what am I going to do? I thought, oh my gosh, I could check out this silver method thing on mine valley that keeps showing up in my life. All right. So I end up going on mine valley. I end up just signing up and I said, I'm just going to do it. This is coming up way too often. Well, I end up getting pulled down a different rabbit hole and I get into this one course,

You can go on there and shop and see what you want to watch. But it's all about your mind and advancing yourself in different ways. And not just mine. There's other things on there. But the area I was in was around the mind, because my friend had recommended it.
Starting point is 00:10:52 So I ended up going down this rabbit hole on manifestation. She's got this course, and it's 25 different elements to this course. Each one's like anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes long. So it's kind of good because you don't have to go do it for hours. You can check out one or you can check out two or three, whatever you have time for. So it was perfect. So as I'm at home just waiting for a phone call, hoping I don't get one from my son with
Starting point is 00:11:14 any problems, I'm going through the beginning part of our course. And it was really good. I thought it was super interesting. And I really liked it. So over the next week or two weeks, I end up finishing this course. Whenever at night or in the weekend, I would have 20 minutes for free.
Starting point is 00:11:31 I would go sit and watch a segment of her course. So I thought it was super interesting in the end. And then I remembered, oh my gosh, I was supposed to do this silver method. I need to go back and start doing that. So I go back and I start doing that this past weekend. And I only get through two and a half of the portions because I didn't have that much time. So I get through maybe like an
Starting point is 00:11:49 hour and 20 minutes worth of this course. And this is the same thing. Like there's a bunch of elements to the course, each one's anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. So you can just at your leisure, your schedule, you just log in and consume the videos. Okay, so this is about meditation, which I'm not creative meditation. Well, I've been better at it in the past. I haven't been great lately. So I log in, I do the meditation, right? I'm so proud of myself.
Starting point is 00:12:12 I'm like, all right, I wonder what is going to happen? When I tell you first of all, there's so much going on in my life right now in regards to work, in regards to my son and the changes he's going through with freedom and independence, there's going through with freedom and independence. There's some big negotiations going on with partnerships and career in my work and just a lot of different things.
Starting point is 00:12:32 There's things going on with where I live and just there's a lot happening right now. So a lot of uncertainty, which obviously can be super exciting, can also be nerve-wracking depending on how you see it. I'm choosing to see it as when everything is uncertain, anything is possible, which means it's really exciting and I'm super excited for it. So cut to, I consume this content the other day, and then I'm going to bed. And it says, like, it wants you to think about what you had just learned, right at bedtime and right when you wake up in the morning because your brain is operating in a different state during that time.
Starting point is 00:13:08 And it says, in the course, ask yourself the question, like, whatever it is you're struggling with, like, if you need an answer and you don't know what the answer is, ask right before you go to bed, just say it out loud, what it is that you're seeking from God or from the universe or you're higher self or however you see it, and then go to bed. And so this is kind of wild and I do, I truly think that this was from the course and opening up your mind to it and asking the questions, which again it was structured that way. I asked the question and I went to bed and I had this weird,
Starting point is 00:13:41 I don't want to call it a nightmare, but it was kind of a nightmare. I can't even tell you the last time I had a nightmare. It was actually last night while I was sleeping. I end up having this dream that I'm in this plane, but the plane was like huge plane, like a, I don't even know, like a house plane, right? It's humongous. And I'm in one room and like having breakfast or whatever.
Starting point is 00:14:02 Like it was not, it's sort of like you're at home, but you're in a plane. And all of a sudden I look out the window and I see the plane next to us, which does look like a regular plane, splits in half, and the nose of the plane is going straight down into the ocean. I live in Miami on the water, right?
Starting point is 00:14:17 So it was literally like looking out my window and seeing that a plane is going down and crashing right in front of me. That's not good, right? So this is not like a beautiful dream. and seeing that a plane is going down and crashing right in front of me. That's not good, right? So this is not like a beautiful dream. And so the plane goes down. The other piece, the other half falls out of the sky.
Starting point is 00:14:33 It goes into the ocean, too, the separate area. Like it's a disaster, a complete, you know what, show. And I'm kind of just watching. And it's very bizarre, very surreal. And then all of a sudden, if this wasn't bad enough, and there's just stuff falling everywhere, a giant, like the biggest ever, jaws shark comes out of the ocean way bigger than the airplane
Starting point is 00:14:56 and eats up the whole entire airplane. It was so weird. Okay, of course that wakes me up out of sleep because, number one, I don't have big dreams like this, usually like I don't have nightmares, I don't, nothing so bizarre like that, right? So I jump right out of my bed like, what is going on?
Starting point is 00:15:16 Oh my gosh, I would look outside like, was that real? It felt so surreal, right? If you ever done that, it was just like, it's so bizarre. So I go running to the window like, oh my gosh, did that just happen in real life? Or is this just my crazy brain? Clearly, it was my crazy brain. Another note, I studied psychology in college.
Starting point is 00:15:33 And so I had taken a course on dreams and dream interpretation. And it's a very real thing, by the way, this is so bizarre. But in church today, they were talking about dream interpretation, and we had a guest pastor, and she started sharing with us the interpretation of her dream, and she went to someone who's a professor. It was so incredible how serendipitous all this is. So I wake up, this happens, I know to go to Google, immediately in Google, what does a plane crash, and a dream mean and represents in psychology. Cause I wanted to understand what my mind was processing.
Starting point is 00:16:08 And so there's a number of different ways to interpret it, but the theme is really around when you're unsure and you're aware of life, your subconscious is struggling with fear and having no control and sometimes feeling out of control and that's what a playing crash represent. Like there's no control and no one, and then for me having jaws come out of it,
Starting point is 00:16:33 I don't even think that there weren't any notes on that one. But I guess probably it means like anticipating worst case scenario or even worse than you could ever imagine. I don't know. But the bottom line is my brain, my subconscious, was feeling very uncertain, scared, and afraid of worst case outcome
Starting point is 00:16:52 because of the level of uncertainty. However, if you see me in the day to day right now, my conscious self, no, it's fine. I have a really good attitude on all this. I'm super excited about it. I'm like, yes, I love that it's uncertain because anything's possible. Great things are gonna happen.
Starting point is 00:17:05 I have total faith. However, my subconscious had not gotten the memo on that. It was just interesting because gosh knows I've been doing so much internal work over the last, whatever, since I got fired, you know, five, so years, that you'd think you'd found your way around all these holdbacks, but what I learned, and I believe it was triggered probably by that work I was doing in the silver method
Starting point is 00:17:30 that I was opening my mind to these things. I was asking for questions. I was asking for insights and it revealed that my subconscious is still struggling with fear with fear of unknown with fear of lack of control. All these things I thought I had moved beyond. So it was just sort of an interesting question, something that I wanted you to think about. And again, if you do the silver method or not, go for it. I think it's really cool. My friend is obsessed with it.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Again, she's further down the road than I am. But obviously, millions of people have done this. There's something to it about opening your mind and really unlocking your subconscious and trying to understand where your holdbacks are. For me, it just reminded me that while my conscious might be really healed and be doing great, my subconscious is still operating with different limitations, and that was crystal clear in the street. In a startling description, the UN Food Chief warned the world with the words knocking on Famine's door.
Starting point is 00:18:22 He called what we're facing a perfect storm of a perfect storm. And he's not alone. Barons published that a food shortage could be coming, even in the US. Farmers see it too. John Boy Jr., a fourth-generation farmer, told Fox News that we're gonna see empty food shelves in the coming months.
Starting point is 00:18:38 That's why getting survival food is more important than ever. Now, create your own stockpile of the best-selling four-patriot survival food kits. It's not ordinary food. Okay, so check it out at Mind Valley again, I'm not their partner, I don't work with them. However, we hope that they'll hire me for one of their keynotes and we'll hope that I actually get through the whole silver method training and that I don't have yet again another subscription that I don't use. Oh my gosh, that is the worst thing ever. But I found it very interesting. Okay, then I go to church, the guest pastor is talking all about her dreams and she had a black widow in her dream. And anyway, she brought somebody in to help
Starting point is 00:20:19 her analyze and interpret her dreams and she ends up finding out that her subconscious was telling her that she's afraid of going to the next level as a pastor. She's afraid of putting herself out there and this fear is crippling her. And so anyway, she had to work on that push herself through it and she brought up the point that fear is really based in this concept of lack of trust. And when you have Jesus, when you have God in your life, you can always trust. So there really is no room or need for fear.
Starting point is 00:20:50 And casting away fear is just as simple as turning to the piece of Jesus. I related to it. Gosh, so much. I felt like that message was so for me today because of the situation that I had just gone through the night before. So if you see things coming up again and again in your life, please pay attention to it. Now I had wished that I had just gone through the night before. So if you see things coming up again and again in your life,
Starting point is 00:21:07 please pay attention to it. Now I had wished that I had gone down the silver rabbit hole a couple months ago. My friend first brought it to me instead of kind of kicking it to the curb and saying there were other things more important. It took all these other times of different people bringing it up to me to actually do something about it. And then serendipitously, when I do, I go to church
Starting point is 00:21:25 and the woman's talking about the exact same things that I'm struggling with. So I thought it was super, super interesting. No matter how self-aware we are, no matter how involved we think we are, we still have more work to do. And that's just the beauty of life. We're always in this growth phase. We're always changing and evolving.
Starting point is 00:21:41 And if you're not, oh my gosh, we need to get you there. We gotta challenge you. Okay, so my gosh, we need to get you there. We got to challenge you. Okay, so I'm definitely staying on this Mind Valley initiative. I'm definitely going to keep doing these videos whenever I get free time. And I'm definitely going to complete this silver course, not only because of the feedback my girlfriend gave me, but now because what happened last night
Starting point is 00:22:02 and then with church. Okay, so I went through this manifestation course that they had, which I thought was so cool. And I really, I didn't know much about manifestation for my whole life. Well, wouldn't you know I've been getting better at this idea that for most of my life, I have a really positive attitude.
Starting point is 00:22:19 I just, I believe things are possible. I believe if you work hard, you put yourself out there, you just don't take no for an answer. You're gonna find a way to make things happen. That's how I've lived my life and done pretty well, right? It's worked out pretty well. However, one of the things that I've learned that is super interesting to me is if you're working hard and you're super focused on things and you have this knowing that it's going
Starting point is 00:22:38 to happen and that's great, but that's only part of it. The other part is matching these things and this vision that you have in this knowing that you have coupled with the feelings that you're having with it. And here's what I mean by that. Let's say you're in a bad relationship. Let's use the example of my old toxic work environment I was in. So every day I go to work, I'd be feeling upset, stressed out,
Starting point is 00:22:59 anxiety, pissed off, frustrated, held back, deflated. Those feelings coupled with my vision for my future, my knowing that I'm going to get to the next level, my knowing I'm meant for more, they're counterproductive, they fight one another, so you can't really move forward to realize the level of success you're meant to have. This is why it's so important to overcome your villains.
Starting point is 00:23:19 My gosh, if you have not read my second book yet, read it, overcome your villains, it's so good, the three-step process to overcome any adversity in business or life. So here's the thing, I had to remove that negative person for my life so that I would stop feeling so negative, so deflated, so down, so disappointed, so frustrated, and full of anxiety.
Starting point is 00:23:38 The more you can get yourself to a place of peace and ultimately joy, love, happiness, the faster and more rapidly all those other things that you've been focusing on wanting will start coming into your life. This is what I'm learning about manifestation. This is what I was actually learning through this course in my Valley a week or two ago. And so I'm becoming, again, this is I'm learning something new, right? So listen, I give myself a lot of grace. I am a rookie at it. I'm not a master at this. I know what I'm good at. I'm learning something new, right? So listen, I give myself a lot of grace. I am a rookie at it.
Starting point is 00:24:05 I'm not a master at this. I know what I'm good at. I'm good at being positive. I'm good at working hard. I'm good at focusing on what I want and being relentless in my pursuit for it. Now I need to marry that with having fun, being joyful, feeling full of love and feeling at ease
Starting point is 00:24:21 and peaceful knowing that this is gonna happen but feeling the feelings of it actually happening at the same time. Again, removing anything, negative, removing fear, removing doubt, removing this lack of trust, removing anxiety, removing negative people. It's coming full circle for me now. And I see it. I see how it makes sense.
Starting point is 00:24:40 I hope that you see how it makes sense too, that when all these things are aligned in your life, of course things will work out much more rapidly and more quickly and more effectively and efficiently. It makes sense. But if you have something negative blocking you, those things aren't going to come into your life. That is truth. And I just didn't see that when I was younger.
Starting point is 00:24:57 I don't know why. So I'm grateful for this clarity now. Well, I was in New York this week for a speech and a book signing and as I've mentioned, there's a lot going on right now. So there's so much going on. There's so much uncertainty. There's a lot of people that care about me. They message me all the time asking me what's happening, thinking they're trying to help.
Starting point is 00:25:15 It's not helpful, not helpful, right? I'm trying to stay focused, be positive, experience, joy, love, grace, happiness, right? And then people say, what's happened? Have you heard yet? Do you know this act about it? And it starts stressing me out a little bit. So I need to move away from stress and get myself back to an optimal mindset. Feeling great, feeling happy, feeling joyful, feeling grateful. So things are a little crazy. I'm rushing out to New York. I get in, and again, I'm grateful that I've been speaking for so long because that's something I'm not a rookie at, right?
Starting point is 00:25:50 Something I've been doing for a really long time. So, I feel super confident. When I'm speaking, I feel super confident doing book signings. I've done so many. So in my element at work, and I help people. So I know that I'm going to get great feedback and messages from people who want to be there with me. Like, it's the whole thing's positive.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Of course, travel isn't always positive. Of course, being in New York and 50 degree weather with it, raining sideways is not necessarily very positive. But being around people doing good is amazing. And I feel so grateful for that, especially because I didn't always do work like that, right? Before when I was in corporate America, I wasn't getting messages from people about how much I helped them, right, it was about driving stock praise, which
Starting point is 00:26:28 is different. And again, I'm not saying it's awful, it's just, it's a lot easier to feel joyful when you're living a purpose-driven life, which I do now, and I'm so grateful for that. Okay, so I'm out there, I'm going into my event. One of my dearest friends who lives in New York was coming to support me. I was super excited. Everything went great, not perfect, but great. The weather was horrible, so we had a lot of last-minute cancellations, which kind of stunk.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Other than that, it was amazing. It was supposed to be a one-hour event. That's what I'm paid to do is one hour. I ended up staying for almost three hours because we had so many books to sign, take pictures with people. People were cared so much. It was so cool. It was such a nice feeling to be with people
Starting point is 00:27:05 that care about what they're doing and are kind and supportive. If you are not in an environment like that, please pull the rip cord, make the change now. It's so worth it. You are worth more. So I had this great event. Went to dinner with my girlfriend.
Starting point is 00:27:19 It was so fun. Went to bed, and it's time the next morning for me to go back to Miami and to catch a flight back to Miami. Well New York is a strange city because if there's one issue with traffic, I mean, you can be gridlock forever. And I know that I've been going to New York my entire life for work. So I should probably leave.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Well, wouldn't you know, it's raining sideways, the traffic is horrible. And I told the Uber, listen, guy, I need your help. Like, we, I can't miss my flight. And so wouldn't you know, I decided to use this new way of thinking this manifestation. Of course that I took it, and it's all about instead of sitting there and saying, oh my gosh, I'm gonna miss my flight. Oh my gosh, I'm freaking out. Oh my gosh, what am I gonna do? Oh my gosh, what if I can't get back in time? Oh my gosh, what if, what if, oh my gosh, I'm gonna miss my flight. Oh my gosh, I'm freaking out. Oh my gosh, what am I gonna do? Oh my gosh, what if I can't get back in time? Oh my gosh, what if, what if, negative, negative, negative,
Starting point is 00:28:10 instead of thinking like that, fine piece, fine a place of gratitude, fine a place of love and joy, envision what you want to happen, which is that you're gonna get home safely and everything's gonna work out, the way that God has planned for you and your best interest, whatever that may be. And if that means you missed a fight, then there'll be another flight,
Starting point is 00:28:27 another opportunity for you to get home or there'll be something incredible that will happen that you had to be in New York for. There's going to be something so beautiful it's going to come out of this. It's going to be amazing. Whatever it is, and not to start panicking, acting fearful, getting angry, frustrated, and disconnecting from all the good that you're working towards. Again, I'm not saying it's easy, but I was practicing in the back of that Uber, because I'm like, what do I have to lose?
Starting point is 00:28:51 I'm literally, at this point I knew I was gonna miss my flight. So now it says boarding, you know, because I have the digital wallet, and it says that we're boarding. I'm sitting in gridlock and traffic. There's, it's like, okay, well, doesn't look good for me to make the flight on time. At this point, that's okay.
Starting point is 00:29:09 God's plans bigger than mine. God, I surrender and turn it over to you. Whatever's in the best interest for all. I'm so grateful for. I'm so excited to find out whatever is gonna be amazing. And literally five minutes later, you're not gonna believe this. I get a ping on my phone and it says,
Starting point is 00:29:26 your flight has just been delayed 30 minutes. That's it. I'm like, what, this is crazy. What is going on? A 30-minute delay, that never happens. So I get to the airport, I go running in, there's not one person in line in LaGuardia. I mean, this is fall, like it made your travel season. There's not one person in line and LaGuardia. I mean, this is fall, like a major travel season.
Starting point is 00:29:46 There's not one person there. So I say to the lady, it's security, I'm like, is this normal? She's like, no, it's not normal. This place was crazy literally 20 minutes ago. I'm thinking, this is incredible. I breeze through security, walk all the way to my gate, stop and get a coffee, and we're boarding,
Starting point is 00:30:04 and we took off and it was a 30-minute delay, which was exactly what I needed to get in there. And so I just felt so grateful that whole flight home thinking about there's got to be something to this. Like, this is incredible. Again, I don't have it figured out. Haven't done the whole civil course. But I truly do believe, at least when I look back
Starting point is 00:30:22 in my own life, I've been very good about being clear on my goals, clear on my vision for my future, visualizing how great things are going to be working relentlessly and tirelessly towards these goals to make it happen, taking major risks, asking for what I want, you know, making it happen. But most of this time that I would be working like that, it was coupled with negative feelings of fear, of frustration, anxiety, doubt. And this was one very isolated experience. It's not the only one in my life, but it's one that I can look to right now. It's very tangible that when I approached it correctly, the outcome was very, very different
Starting point is 00:31:01 than I could have imagined. So I give that to you to say, I don't have all the answers, but maybe you could start asking yourself some of these same questions. Are you clear on your vision? Are you positive that you're going to achieve it? But then are you getting pulled down and feared out and lack of trust? And what could you do to change that? So I hope that you can approach this new month,
Starting point is 00:31:25 the month of October, beginning of fourth quarter, as a new opportunity for you to approach things from a place of gratitude, a focus on things that you love, on joy, appreciation, instead of fear, lack, and doubt. And I wanna hear the stories from you.
Starting point is 00:31:42 I wanna hear if this is something that you're already doing, if you can start doing it, give yourself a 30 day challenge. Every time you catch yourselves thinking in a negative or fearful way, that instead, maybe for you, it's saying, you know what, I don't need to think of lack of trust. I have trust in God.
Starting point is 00:31:58 I have trust in the universe. I have trust in my faith. I have trust in so much more, something so much bigger than these small things. The peace of God is with me and the best is yet to come. And I know that it is for me and I know that it is for you. So I want to hear from you, shoot me a DM, leave me a review of the show.
