I'm so glad you're back here with me this week. Okay, I have a little bit of a cold. I'm not vibing that. I never get sick. What is going on, people? We are going to be doubling down on vitamin C today. I will tell you that much. Okay. There's so much going on.
Starting point is 00:00:49 So much good. I mean, there's some challenges people, not going to lie about that, but there's a lot of really good stuff going on. And I want to open your eyes to the possibility that is in front of you right now, even if you can't see it yet. I have a huge It's definitely top three biggest speaking Events and opportunities of my entire life coming up in the next week coming up in the next week I'm so fired up. I can't wait to tell you and I'm on lockdown. They won't let me announce it yet It's a surprise. Okay, so
Starting point is 00:01:22 Huge huge epic. Yeah, I can't hype this one enough. Okay. Huge epic announcement coming out this week. Can't wait to tell you, you're going to be so excited. I'm so excited. Of course you're going to be invited. Of course I'm going to get you a free ticket because you're here. You're my ride or die and you're with me. So standby, more to come on that. I cannot wait to tell you. I'm super excited, super proud and very grateful for this opportunity. Okay, but what's wild is this is that
Starting point is 00:01:50 sometimes I need other people to remind me of the things that I say because I lose track of it. I'm busy, like I'm going a million miles an hour, and I forget things. And I want to slow you down right now to remind you sometimes something I think that we don't put a lot of value on, which is the words we speak matter. The power of the tongue is massive. This goes back to the Bible, you guys. It's something that is so incredibly powerful. What you believe you shall receive.
Starting point is 00:02:21 What you speak will come to fruition. And you need to do it with conviction And you need to do it with conviction and you need to do it often. And I was reminded about this when I was watching the Celtics Mavs game last night and the Celtics were, Brown was like running around the court saying, whatever you do, do it with confidence, do it with confidence. You're going to own this. You've got this. But he was like speaking life into everyone, including himself. Right? And you see this with professional athletes all the time.
Starting point is 00:02:46 If you ever saw me getting ready for a speech, I do the exact same thing. You know, it was funny, I was just in DC last week with Cynthia who comes with me everywhere I go, and you know, she knows the routine, and every, I mean, I do the same ridiculous stuff every time we wake up in the morning, I'm like, oh my gosh, am I going to get it together today?
Starting point is 00:03:07 Oh my God. Still filled with self doubt, just like anyone, right? I'm always questioning like, oh my gosh, do I look good enough? Do I have my stuff together enough? Am I going to kill it today? Am I going to help the audience? Am I going to connect?
Starting point is 00:03:17 Am I going to deliver? Right, I always question things because I care, right? And that's important to me. Of course I always want to care and do an amazing job for people. But it's so great to have a team with you that knows you because then she's like, Oh my gosh, yes, remember this one, remember this one. She always balances me out when I start doubting anything and reminds me of other times in my career where I felt nervous, I felt scared.
Starting point is 00:03:38 And then we ended up crushing it and it went so well and helped so many people, right? So you need those people in your life. If you do not like the tribe you're running with, you've got to start running with people that are running ahead of you, right? Get in the room with people who are doing it at another level because that's going to push you to be better. So then by the time we're in the elevator, I'm speaking life into existence now. I'm like, okay. Then we got in the elevator and I saw a picture of Taylor Swift.
Starting point is 00:04:03 And if you haven't read my first book, there's a whole chapter about what Taylor Swift did for me. She's an incredible human person. I'm such a fan of hers. I love her. She's a great person and a great woman that stands up for other women. And she stood up for me. And so as soon as I saw her picture in the elevator, I was like air high-fiving her picture
Starting point is 00:04:21 because I was so hyped to see her. I'm like, oh my gosh, these are my people. Even though she really wasn't there, it just reminded me like this girl has my back. Like there's so many beautiful, magical things in my life. I'm so blessed, so lucky, I'm so grateful. And it just put me in this great head space. Like that girl's got my back.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Like what do I have to worry about? Nothing, thank you. And it just filled me with so much confidence. And I started speaking like the Celtics were like, okay, Kate, you got this. You're gonna go down there and crush it. If you impact one person, you did your job today. Make it about them.
Starting point is 00:04:51 Don't make it about yourself. Make it about giving. Make it about making the world a better place. And I just start getting so fired up. Then I pop my AirPods in. I hit up my playlist of my life, which is as you all know, Thug Life forever, and rocking out to, you know, Kanye, Jay-Z, Tupac,
Starting point is 00:05:10 the whole team. And by the time that happens, my mind is being prepped and primed, and it's like a runaway freight train. I'm gonna go crush it, right? So that's kind of like at a high level, what my overview is like, like getting ready with me in the morning
Starting point is 00:05:23 before a big event. Americans spend an average of 90% of their time indoors and take about 20,000 breaths a day. According to the EPA, indoor air is two to five times more polluted than outdoor air, and in some cases up to 100 times more polluted. Data shows that air pollution is responsible for nearly seven million premature deaths globally. I mean, this is crazy how concerning it is to hear that your air in your home is polluted. Maybe you have allergies like me and my son. Maybe you live near a highway. Maybe you live in a city, right? Like, there's so many issues with toxicity everywhere. You need to make sure that your home is a clean and safe place.
Starting point is 00:06:11 And air doctors helping us with it. We have tremendous allergy issues and using air doctor is changing all that. So what's the solution? Introducing an air purifier that captured the attention of established media outlets like CNN, money, ABC and more. Air Doctor. Now I'm selling my group coaching on the regular and it is just so easy, all because I use Shopify. Shopify is the global commerce platform that helps you sell at every stage of your business.

Starting point is 00:08:13 Thanks to Shopify magic, your AI powered all-star. I didn't know what I was gonna do when I got fired. Launching my own business seems so intimidating. I didn't know how to set up a website and I really didn't need to. Shopify does it all for you and they make it so easy. It was that breakthrough moment for me that I realized I can do this. I can go to work for myself thanks to Shopify. What I love about Shopify is you don't need to have all this technology information ready to, you don't need to know how to plan and run things.
Starting point is 00:08:46 You just need to go to the platform, turn it on and know what you're selling and Shopify is going to help you figure out the rest. Starting point is 00:09:11 way because businesses that grow, grow with Shopify. Sign up for a $1 per month trial period at shopify.com slash Monahan, all lowercase. Go to shopify.com slash Monahan now all lowercase. Go to Shopify.com slash Monahan. Now to grow your business, no matter what stage you're in, Shopify.com slash Monahan. No matter what stage you're at, they're gonna make it easy. However, this was so crazy because I'm in DC. You're not going to believe this. Maybe you will believe this.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Actually, I don't know. To me, I just think it's like, wow, I'm still in awe of it. So I'm in DC. Of course, this company had hired me. They found me on LinkedIn. Of course, if you're not creating content on LinkedIn on the daily, where are you? Right? If six years ago when I started was the right time, now is the only time.
Starting point is 00:10:09 Get going, giddy up. And so give yourself opportunity, like hold the pen that is dictating and driving and narrating your brand because you're worth it and you deserve it. And you need to be advocating for yourself. So I'm heading out to take this stage. I'm talking to these guys in the green room before I'm going on. And they're talking to me about, you know, who's at the event and you know, about DC and what's happening politically right now in the country. And you know, just like super interesting stuff that I'm not always knee-deep
Starting point is 00:10:40 in the mix on because I live in Miami. Really interesting, got a chance to speak to a bunch of lobbyists while they were just so cool, like meeting so many new and different people and hearing about these different arenas and industries that I'm not privy to. Super important, by the way, get your head out of your bubble, get your head out of your industry,
Starting point is 00:10:58 like meet people in different industries, expose yourself to new and different information. It's just gonna make you better and see your value and see where else you can apply value in your world. So we're doing that. expose yourself to new and different information. I knew, I was like, oh my gosh, these are my people. Just crushed it, it was super good. Okay, I'm getting off the stage. I was on stage for an hour. I was like sweating bullets. That's how hard I go in.
Starting point is 00:11:31 It's a little insane, right? I think I'm Taylor Swift, clearly I am not. But okay, I do laugh at myself. So I'm getting off, I'm like sweating, I'm so fired up. And people were standing up and high-fiving me as I'm, I can see Cynthia is like approaching the back now to leave with me right because we need to get out of there and catch a flight and oftentimes at events like that people
Starting point is 00:11:53 will stop and ask you know if they can take a picture with you or can you sign a book or whatever which of course I always do I'm so so grateful for that hello there's no business if I'm not selling books and selling keynotes right I'm not here with you if I don't have that. So of course I do that. But this one woman stops me and says, Hey Heather, I'm Christine. I'm from the White House. And when I heard her say that, I was like, what? The White House? Like, what is going on? Totally unexpected. I did a double take and I look at her and I said, the White House, she said, yeah, from the White House, we'd love to have you. We'd love to have you speak. And it was one of those moments. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Like bucket list. I'm still hyped. And here we are, you know, days later, I'm still so excited about it. It was one of those bucket list moments. Okay. So then that transforms into, so I'm in the back with her and I said, listen, I'm giving you my cell phone number, which I never do. I usually just pass people off to my speaker manager, but I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no, this is so epic and important. Like we are bringing this one in. Let's go. So I give her my cell. I'm like, listen, you can work directly with me. Let's make this happen.
Starting point is 00:13:00 While I'm having this conversation with her, this other guy, same world, same political world approaches next to her and is like, oh, you're going to have Heather to the White House? I was actually thinking we should have her for the CIA to stop it. Where does this stuff come from? Right? So, but my whole point is this, if you don't get into the arena, you don't get the opportunities, right? Like if I didn't constantly step into the fear, if I didn't take the flights to DC, if I didn't start building my speaking business, whatever it is, seven years ago now, right?
Starting point is 00:13:32 If I wasn't showing up on the regular on LinkedIn, six or seven years ago, none of this would have happened. So you have to take the small steps. You have to step into the fear on the regular. You have to take the stages that you're like, oh my gosh, is this stage even worth it? I didn't know six years ago that some of the stages I was gonna be taking were gonna be opening doors to this.
Starting point is 00:13:51 I didn't know be walking off a stage in DC and having someone from the White House standing there waiting for me and someone from the CIA. We're like, what? I didn't know any of this stuff. But the key is to take the baby steps, to show up, to start casting that future vision of what could be, right? Because you just literally never know what is possible, and that's the beauty of life.
Starting point is 00:14:11 That's why you need to get excited every morning when you get up. One small thing can change everything. One random encounter, one person, right? Like, just anything can change everything, and that's so's so so so exciting to me. So anyhow all this is going on I am so so excited Then I find out confirmation on this other huge speaking event, which is happening this week that I can't announce yet But you will see out and announce all announced it everywhere. I'm gonna be announcing this on my socials here on the podcast I'll be announcing this you're not gonna be able to escape this one, right? So, so much good going on.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Here's what I find so interesting though. This weekend, I was back home. I had a bunch of friends in town. I had a lot going on. Amazing weekend, such a great weekend, right? This was just like all fun though. No, this wasn't work. Oh, I have this woman that does my hair.
Starting point is 00:15:09 And so she had done my hair the other day when I was heading to DC. She was doing my hair cause I was going out this weekend and this was so cute. I'm telling her, Oh my gosh, listen to my week. This is so epic. I'm so hyped. I'm freaking out. And she starts laughing and she said, you don't remember? I'm like, what? I don't remember what? Now, PS, I will say this, my memory is selective, we'll put it that way. Oftentimes, I just, I forget about small things, right?
Starting point is 00:15:35 And that's not a great thing, but it is a thing. So this is why it's important to have great people in your life that remind you of the things you could be forgetting about, like I was. She said, wait, you don't remember a couple of days ago when I was here when you were leaving for DC? I'm like, yeah, I remember you were doing my hair, but we had a flight to catch. She said, you don't remember what you said? I said, well, gosh, no, I have no idea. I mean, as you know, I talk a lot. I'm like, I have no idea what I said. What did I say? Tell me. She said, Heather, you sat right here while I
Starting point is 00:16:03 was doing your hair, and you said, well, I mean right here while I was doing your hair and you said, well, I mean, I'm going to DC. I might as well just be speaking for the White House because like, what's that next level now that you're taking stages in DC? I mean, you might as well go big or go home. I might as well speak for the White House while I'm out there.
Starting point is 00:16:18 So I had spoken that into existence the morning before I took the stage in DC when that woman from the White House grabbed me when I got off stage. So she said this to me, she's like, I just want to tell you this, I am not surprised at all that you landed the White House. She said, because you spoke that into existence right in front of me before you left to go board your plane. What?
Starting point is 00:16:42 Mic drop moment and it just took me back to the Celtics game yet again last night. Whatever you're going to do, do it with confidence. Speak the life you want to exist in your life into life. The power of the tongue is so incredibly powerful. Never underestimate and be so careful of the words that you say. I hear a lot of people, some people I was with this weekend, speaking some negativity into existence. And I'm like, whoa, we gotta flip the script on that team because here's the thing,
Starting point is 00:17:12 if we can set ourselves up for success, why wouldn't we, right? I wanna speak life into, oh my gosh, I'm gonna kill it at this event. Oh my gosh, I can't imagine what amazing opportunities are gonna come out of it. I'm so hyped to do that next great thing to help that next great person. I can't wait to see who walks into my life tomorrow. It's going to
Starting point is 00:17:28 be magic. It's going to be incredible. And the more you embrace and approach life that way, I promise you, the more that will be your life. I am sitting here right now living this. Like, I am looking at it. Last week was DC. Wait until you see what this week is. It's so looking at it. Last week was DC. Wait and see what this week is. It's so flipping crazy. It's so incredible. And no, I'm not shocked because just like the Celtics, I'm owning it with confidence. I have no idea exactly what that looks like. I'm stepping into fear on the regular and I choose to see uncertainty as all possibility. When everything is uncertain, anything is possible. And why wouldn't something great happen for you today? Why wouldn't something great happen for me today? It definitely will, right?
Starting point is 00:18:07 Let's speak it into existence. Let's own it, feel it. And I promise you that stuff's gonna start happening for you too. Meet a different guest each week. Put it on a detainer. Confidence cleared. Confidence cleared. I asked you to try to find your passion. She's having it. Okay, so there's some big things happening this week.
Starting point is 00:18:30 To my good friends, Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, don't forget, these guys gave me one of their courses. They're huge in the personal development space, as you know, but also developing businesses virtually. They taught me how to do it in 2020. That kicked off my group coaching program, which landed me my board seat, which landed me in the mastermind business,
Starting point is 00:18:52 which I just opened and actually I'm closing. If you haven't applied for my mastermind yet and you wanna work with me, it's the only way to work with me. That's it, other than my keynotes when you hire me. That's it. So if you wanna work with me, join the mastermind, apply for it.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Someone on my team will get back to you right away, jump on a call, see if you're the right fit. We'd love to have you. We just ended my last mastermind. It was incredible. I saw people leave marriages, leave jobs, get healthy, take massive stages. One of my attendees came to Saudi Arabia with me
Starting point is 00:19:19 like to the largest tech event in the world with 280,000 people. And she was like, my ride or die right there. We were guests of the kingdom of the princess and the prince and can't make this stuff up. It's so wild. So cool. If you're not living a life that lives up to the potential within you, I will help you
Starting point is 00:19:36 get there. I mean, that is what we do. And it's so much easier when you're part of a team of people pushing you to that next level, holding you accountable. No one succeeds alone. You're not expected to either. So join the team, check out the mastermind. The link is in the show notes below.
Starting point is 00:19:51 And my friends Dean and Tony are putting on an amazing three-day event this week, starting on the 13th. I am so excited for it. This is the event they put on that changed my business and my life in 2020. And so that's why I'm here to hype them, to advocate for them, because if you're not happy in the job you're in, if you ever wondered about getting a side hustle, if you ever wondered about leaving your corporate job to do something more, this is it. It's free.
Starting point is 00:20:19 I'm giving you a free ticket to this three-day event. This thing changed my life in 2020. And if 2020 was the right time that you should have been doing it, right now, today is the only other time. Take this free ticket, show up, and you're gonna say, well, I have work, Heather, it's a three-day event, part of it's during the week. Great, bounce in and out when you can,
Starting point is 00:20:36 catch what you can. I guarantee, attending this event will change your life for the better. You will learn so much. You will be so hyped up to go for more, to live your purpose, to make more money so that you can start giving back and helping others. That's the way I see it, right?
Starting point is 00:20:51 Like, so go in, invest in you, and I'm giving you a free ticket, so really just your time. It completely changed my business, completely changed my life, and forged a friendship and partnership with these guys that I'm so incredibly grateful for. Now I have a course up live on their mastermind.
Starting point is 00:21:07 They'll probably show it. I don't know, I'll be there too. Right, like we're all gonna be there. These guys are the best at what they do. If you've ever thought about a side hustle, you've ever thought about if you were meant for more, this is the three day virtual event. I'm giving you a free ticket.
Starting point is 00:21:21 This thing changed my life and it will change yours too. Okay, so the link is DeanAntoniLive.com. I'm putting the link in the show notes below. Grab your free ticket now. You're not going to want to miss it. And PS, there is a major surprise announcement coming. Major. Can you tell how hyped I am right now? I'm freaking out. And don't forget the Celtics. Bleed Green. Come on team, like let's go heat her out so we're all in with Boston right now. We're sweeping so far, two nothing Mavs,
Starting point is 00:21:51 heading to Dallas, I need my people with me. Put some good energy out there. And just like the Celtics, start speaking existence and belief and life and confidence into your life and watch what starts to unfold. Until next week, oh my gosh, I can't wait for you to hear what's happening. Something big is gonna happen for you too.
Starting point is 00:22:07 Start speaking it into existence now. Until next week, keep creating your confidence. You know I will be.
