Okay, this week is going to be a little different.
Starting point is 00:02:00 I'm taking you behind the scenes to a live event that I was grateful to be a part of. I was actually on a live podcast panel with some incredible women who I think you will absolutely love. And I really want to thank Owl App, which it's OWLL, the OWL app. It's an incredible app that allows you to connect to thousands of people. all around the world. Get advice, get coached. I'm on there. You got to check it out.
Starting point is 00:02:32 So check out the Owl app. They actually sponsored and recorded the event. So shout out to my team at Owl. And also to the two incredible women that put this in person, that beautiful event in Boca Raton on Sandy Glant and Kelly Roach. I mean, they really turned it up a notch. And this was an amazing event with incredible women and really talented people showing up and supporting one another.
Starting point is 00:03:01 And I was so grateful to be a part of it and love being a part of events where women are actually supporting other women. So really, really excited for you to get to listen in on this incredible panel. It was so much fun. And shout out to Forbes Riley, who took charge, grabbed the mic, and hosted it as if it was her own show. So come on with me. You're going behind the scenes right now to hear what it's,
Starting point is 00:03:27 It's like when we are turning up at our live events. Here we go. I'm on this journey with me. Each week when you join me, we are going to chase down our goals. We'll overcome adversity and set you up for a better tomorrow. I'm ready for my close up. Hi, everyone. So excited to be here.
Starting point is 00:03:45 Kelly and Sandy, thank you so much for having us. Leading by example. I'm so excited to be here. So my background is I was a chief revenue officer in media for 20-something years. I got fired unexpectedly, wrote my first book, competence creator, became a bestseller, Trump Donald Trump for number one on the business biography list. And yes, I have the picture for that one, people.
Starting point is 00:04:08 I wrote another book, Overcom Your Villains, became an international keynote speaker. Hello, Dubai, hello Saudi Arabia. Your girl's been there. And today I'm with you. I love that. My name is Dr. Forbes Riley. I've generated over $2.5 billion in sales,
Starting point is 00:04:21 mostly on infomercials, live home shopping. And my newest book, Pitch Secrets A-to-Z, just hit the U.S. today bestseller. Thank you, everybody. Big shout out to Sandy and Kelly for supporting women. We need that more than ever. Now, talk about women, a rock star leader in the world not only of network marketing, but of life and one of my personal heroes, Ms. Stormy Wellington. Hey, what's up, everybody? I'm excited to be here with a superstar ladies. My name is Coach, Dr. Stormy Waterton, and I do a lot of things, but the number one thing that I do is I help people
Starting point is 00:04:51 to live a better life. I've been in the industry of network marketing and direct sales for 19. years. And I have transformed so many lives. I can't even count. But now my newest project is I want to cleanse and reset the world. My company just came out with my very own cleanse. That's going to help you to lose five pounds fast. And I'm excited. We just launched in Boswana. We just launched in Africa. And we're going global baby. So Kelly, Sandy, I am calls to leave. Yeah, that is my girl. And last but not least, tell us everybody. Hi, my name is Randa Karaba. I feel like I'm the new buck here.
Starting point is 00:05:28 And I'm from Texas. I've built three, seven-figure businesses, exited one, one still scales without me and the operations. I actually got kicked out lovingly by my team, my husband, and my therapist. It was when I was at my lowest and I felt like I was not called to lead anymore. What I realized is I was no longer the glue. I was the bottleneck. So now my third business is a business scaling company where I help women get out of their own way. Because if it's built all around one person, it can only grow to so big.
Starting point is 00:05:54 And so that was my living testimony. So I have proof of concept with a business that still scales without me in the operations while I help others do the same. I love that. So as a woman, as a beautiful woman, everybody up here is and everyone I'm looking at out here is, how do you find a balance in a man's world to be as successful as you are? Okay, so I will tell you, when I started out, I thought I'll be more like a man to win. And I'm, you feel me? You feel me?
Starting point is 00:06:20 Right. So you know what? It worked. and I was able to get promoted quickly and advance quickly, but somewhere along the way, actually, once I had my son, I just had this realization that I want to lead differently, and I want to lead like a mother and like a woman, and I don't want to wear a navy blue pants suit like Hillary Rodham Clinton every day.
Starting point is 00:06:38 I want to rock my heels and be a boss in heels, a blonde hair. And I didn't care that people didn't like it and got upset about it. I just kept moving forward with it, and that's when I really took off. Stormy, one of the things that you do really well is you build teams. What is the secret to that? First of all, you've got to know who you are and you got to have a vision. My team has a lot to do with my energy, my personality.
Starting point is 00:06:59 I believe that your vibe attracts your tribe. And at the end of the day, I believe that you cannot get far by yourself. So I believe that everything you do, you should find a way to elevate other people. My whole process in life is never eat alone. Always find somebody to elevate and to eat with. When you've got somebody in your team who's not doing so well,
Starting point is 00:07:18 I look at a lot of women who want, They want to be better. They say they do, but they don't do the work. What do you suggest to them? Number one, you got to know yourself. People don't spend a lot of time getting to know themselves, and they don't realize that life and circumstance that can cause you to change.
Starting point is 00:07:32 We think that we're supposed to be how we are today forevermore. But one thing that's constant of life is change. So I teach people to adapt to change and be okay with overcoming, improvise, adapt, and overcome. If you could do that every single day, no matter what, you won't get stuck. A lot of women are stuck. Stuck in who they used to be.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Stuck in who they pretend to be and afraid to step out. So I believe now is the time for women to take up space. Oh, I love that. Or of us need to know we are called to leave. Yes, I love that. Take up space. Let the world know you're here. I'm also going to share with you guys.
Starting point is 00:08:07 Make sure that you don't let your past write your future. I'm so tired of hearing the stories of what happened, how you were bullied, my weight this, my ex-husband, that, my narcissistic this. How about if today is your blank slate and you're going to write you. it because you are called to lead. Rhonda, oh, ask, talk to me. How did it in a man's world, you managed to grow with three businesses.
Starting point is 00:08:25 How, what's the secret sauce? You know, I feel like when I was younger, I wanted to prove myself. I needed to prove myself. So I was like, I'm going to be superwoman. But then I was on a panel with a woman who was the mom of four and a bestselling author and all these things.
Starting point is 00:08:37 And she gave this advice to keep swimming underwater. And I was like, hell no, I don't want to do that. I don't want to like be swimming underwater, holding my breath, drowning. So now I'm like, I redesign my life to operate where I can be removed from it and everything keeps going. So I actually think somewhat I do think a little bit more like a man now. I used to be way too much emotionally connected.
Starting point is 00:08:56 Like, oh, I can't step back. Oh, this can't operate without me. People are going to think I don't care as much. I'm not caring about my people as much. And I'm like, when you are called to grow a business and a mission, that's what business is. It's mission work. And you're called to grow up bigger than you. The best thing you can do is design it around not you, but to operate without you.
Starting point is 00:09:15 And I think men, quite frankly, are better at doing that than women. because they're not as heart-led. And we think that we're being more heart-led staying in and we're, quite frankly, sometimes we've got to get the hell out of our own way. We meet a different guest each week. Growing up, money in my house was scarce, and the conversations around it were a little stressful, to say the least.
Starting point is 00:09:40 That shaped how I handled money for years. Monarch didn't just change that. It gave me the chance to rewrite that part of my story, and start a new story. Here's a thing about lifestyle creep. It's silent. You don't even notice it happening. My savings rate had quietly slipped 20%
Starting point is 00:09:59 and I never noticed until Monarch put it right in front of me. Now it's like having a financial advisor in my pocket. The AI Weekly Recap catches spending spikes and net worth ships before they become a real problem. And when I want a straight answer like, how much did I spend on travel last suburb? I just ask Monarch's AI assistant. Write your own money story with Monarch.
Starting point is 00:10:22 Use code confidence at monarch.com to get your first year of Monarch core half off at just $50. That's 50% off your first year at Monarch.com with code confidence. I still remember my first real move online. I didn't have a website. I had a LinkedIn profile and a lot of nerve. And for way too long, I told myself a website was something I'd get to eventually. It felt expensive.
Starting point is 00:10:47 It felt like something you needed a developer for. So I put it off. Here's what I wish someone had told me back then. That delay cost me opportunities and revenue. The moment I finally had a real professional website, one place where people could see my work, my books, my speaking, all of it. The conversations change. People stopped asking, what do you do?
Starting point is 00:11:07 And started asking, when are you available? That's when Hostinger asked me to try their AI website builder. I actually sat down and played with it. I typed in what I wanted, a clean professional portfolio that actually looked like me, and it built a working first version in minutes. No developer. No code. No three week back and forth with a designer, extra fees.
Starting point is 00:11:28 And it doesn't stop at launch. So when you're sitting there thinking, okay, it's live. Now what? You actually have help. If you've already got a site, they make switching over easy too. What I really love is that it's all in one place, your domain, your website, your email, your marketing, one account, one login. And plans start at just $3.
Starting point is 00:11:45 a month. Building your online presence doesn't have to cost you thousands of dollars up front. You can start small and build as you grow exactly like I did. When I was a C-suite executive, I led five major acquisitions and the hardest part was never the deal. It was getting everyone working together afterward, new teams, new systems, new way of doing things. That's exactly what AI is doing to business right now. AI isn't just opening new business opportunities. It's changing the way businesses get work done. The questions they ask, decisions they make, and the routine tasks that they can hand off. That's the idea behind NetSuite next.
Starting point is 00:12:27 The next generation of the business management suite trusted by over 44,000 companies, with AI woven into every tool you already rely on. It surfaces insights when you need them, puts agents to work on routine tasks and problems. And it lets you ask complex questions about your business, and natural language, just like talking to a colleague. But technology is only part of the story. AI is also changing how people and teams work together. That's why I want to tell you about a new expert-created business guide you should download today.
Starting point is 00:12:56 It's called Aligning for the Agenic Era, how AI is changing everyday work. And right now, it's absolutely free. In this guide, you'll see how AI could reshape work across your organization and how you can prosper from it. If I were still running those teams today, this is the guide I'd be handing to every leader on the team. If your revenues are at least in the seven figures, go to netsuite.com slash Monaghan. Starting point is 00:13:27 Confidence, please, you can try to find your passion. I love that. 42 years old, I decided to become a mom. I tried a little before that. But balancing children is not something men seem to worry about as much as we do. There's something about being mom. Who in my audience is a mom? Yeah. No, that means we are given life to the future. You know, kids are only 10% of our population now, but they are 100% of our future. We are leading that generation by raising them right. Give me some parenting tip as a busy working mom. Don't put your whole entire life dedicated to your child. You will regret it. My son just left for college, and I am so grateful. I found purpose and had friends. So many of my friends are hanging on to that identity, that story you were just talking about. They're hanging on to past identity. that's gone. And when you have purpose and you have friends and you have your own life, it's not easy to let go,
Starting point is 00:14:19 but it's a heck of a lot easier to embrace your future and let go. I love that. Stormy. I think your children are watching you. My daughter right now is 26. She's about to have my grandson, so I'm about to be a grandmother. I think that we have to be better example
Starting point is 00:14:35 for our children. Our children is watching us in every area of our lives. But I also know, like this queen just said, a lot of people, their dreams and goals is to be better for their kids. But what happened when the kids betray you or they turn on you because I've experienced that as well
Starting point is 00:14:51 with my children. And so now I think your wife should be bigger than just your kids as well. I think your wife should make you want to fly and you do everything because your kids is watching because one day they're going to be your legacy. My child and my children have three kids,
Starting point is 00:15:06 my three kids are my legacy. Anybody got children here today? Y'all do. Right. So my kids are my legacy and I'm the best example for my kids to see, and I'm about to be a grandmother. So now, everything for me right now is even more legacy,
Starting point is 00:15:18 because I'm too young to be a grandmother. I don't see them calling you grandma. What are you going to have them call you? I want him to call me grandmother. Because I want people to say, oh, my God, you have a grandson? Yes, I love that. I can pitch them on my business. Oh, I love that.
Starting point is 00:15:30 That would be my new pitch. That's a great relatability factor. You guys, I will tell you, your kids do watch everything you do. My daughter came to me at some point was very disappointed because she discovered one day that I wasn't perfect. And I was like, well, I'm not, and I'm going to share this with you. She today, my 23-year-old, runs my company. So grateful, be the example that you want them to see, to your point.
Starting point is 00:15:53 But though don't give up your whole life. I knew I couldn't stop working no matter what, because I'll tell you what, when you want to go back in your late 40s or 50s, there's nothing to go back to. Talk to me about, I see the picture of your beautiful son on your phone. Oh, my gosh. You got his name on your way. Check this out. Yeah, so this was actually my grandmother wrote his name.
Starting point is 00:16:11 and then she was passing away when he was six months old, so it means so much to me to have that around my neck. But here's where I'm at. So my husband and I own 10 businesses together, and we have created a life where our children and our children's children will not have to work, but I be damn they not work. Yes.
Starting point is 00:16:24 I be damn. I am leaving them more than money, and I'm showing them by example that I didn't work this hard for you to not work and the next generation to not work because that money will run out. So it comes with the responsibility to who much is given, much is expected,
Starting point is 00:16:37 and you have to stand up and us lead as the moms, and as the women of the family, saying this is a movement that you will step into and you will take on this responsibility to give back and to steward and to create more wealth for everyone around you. I love that. Well, something that you do when you're not working
Starting point is 00:16:54 that we should know. When I'm not working, I want to be running. I live on the water in Miami, and I love to run. And I only run when there's a sail at Birmingham's. Well, that's a good reason to run. There are a lot of those lately, by the way. Okay, that's good.
Starting point is 00:17:09 But a nasty boyfriend said to me once, what are you running from? And then a guy just started dating said to me, no, it's all about what you're running to. And I loved it. Good perspective shift. Oh, I love that. I mean, Stormy.
Starting point is 00:17:20 What are you doing? What am I doing in terms of what? When you're not working? So I'd hang out your beautiful name. I love to make money. Making money is my hobby. So I'm always working. I'm working when I'm home watching TV.
Starting point is 00:17:32 I don't really watch TV. But if I'm on a couch and the TV's watching me. I'm working. I'm working when I'm taking a bath. I take a bubble bath just so I could work. I love to change. lives. And I think that the world right now needs more change agents. There's a lot of people following, but not a lot of people leading. So I'm still young and I'm still energetic and I don't
Starting point is 00:17:50 have 100 million yet. So I can't chill yet. So I'm working to get my 100 million. And then I will chill when I get my 100 million. My big takeaway, I don't have 100 mil so I don't have time to chill. I don't have 100 mil yet. I can't chill yet. So I don't chill. I work, works, works. I mean, I'm 46. When I'm 50 years old, I want to chill then. So, I got a $100 million goal, and I'm working until I get that. So I really have 20 years on you. I am 66, ladies and gentlemen. You look amazing.
Starting point is 00:18:17 Trust me, I'm happy to share that. I wish I had known about you when I was in my 40s. I wish I had role models. I don't know about you guys, but I did not have female role models. Nobody led the way like we are choosing to do for the next generation. When you're not working, what are you doing? I'm a professional bodybuilder, so I'm learning how to pose. You got a show coming up.
Starting point is 00:18:35 I have a show coming up. Yes, ma'am, in Mexico. What kind of dedication does it take to do that? Oh my gosh, the stage does not lie. Like, it does not lie. That's why my first, my second business is fitness. It's the one that scales without me. And there were so many like hardships going on in my family with health.
Starting point is 00:18:51 And then it's like, I'm having to pour myself to everybody. And I said, no, I am still putting my time around my workout. I'm not going to lose myself for everyone else losing their health. I love you, but I'm taking an hour a day because when I go on stage, it shows if I miss a day. You don't miss a day. So that is what bodybuilding is to me. It is something that it is not my identity as a mother. It's not my identity as a business owner.
Starting point is 00:19:12 It's not even my identity as a wife. It is my identity as me. So two years ago, I was in a really bad car accident. I don't know if you guys know that. I almost didn't make it. Right after that, my husband, who's a professional bodybuilder says, there's a bellybuilding competition in our hometown. I am 35 pounds overweight.
Starting point is 00:19:26 I'm kind of fluffy, and I'm happy because I'm in my 60s. What do you expect? And something whispered in my ear said, go for it. I decided to do a bodybuilding competition in 99 days. I lost 35 pounds, 15% body fat. Yes. Last month, I was on the cover of Women's World magazine in the grocery store, and at 64 years old,
Starting point is 00:19:43 I've got a medal from the Arnold. It's never too late. Never. And certainly not what I anticipated doing. Wait, tell them about the shoes that you wore. And then I wore my sneaks on stage because I wanted to get Sarah Blakely's attention in a bikini. Oh, gosh.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Is she one of the judges? Sexy. You know what? Not only sexy, but it was a real business mind. I really thought this is a good promotion. each week. Growing up, money in my house was scarce, and the conversations around it were a little stressful to say the least.
Starting point is 00:20:21 That shaped how I handled money for years. Monarch didn't just change that. It gave me the chance to rewrite that part of my story and start a new story. Here's the thing about lifestyle creep. It's silent. You don't even notice it happening. I'm sorry. They were screaming my name and I didn't hear anybody. That's so good. Tell everybody about who you are and what you do. Well, I just am a serial entrepreneur, I guess, and I'm called to lead like the rest of you. and I'm here so inspired by the women who spoke and all of you here on this podcast. I've been crying my eyes out from these stories.
Starting point is 00:23:18 I'm so touched and I can't believe I'm in the presence of all of this greatness. Well, that's what I feel right here, but the entire event has been that beautiful from the moment you walk in. Heather, what's one thing that you didn't think you could overcome, but you did that everybody needs to know about? I'll tell you, my son goes back to my child. My son went through a really hard time during COVID, you know, lost sports like all of these kids did, but he did not do well in school.
Starting point is 00:23:42 And he was going to repeat the year or go away to an academic camp. He chose option B and went. And I thought, oh, my gosh, this is going to be the worst thing ever. He came back and said, Mom, we've got to get closer to God. I'm not okay. And we did. And it has been game changing for me and my life and for watching the transformation in him and the effect and impact God can have on you when you welcome into your heart. I just encourage everybody, and I love that this event today involves faith.
Starting point is 00:24:10 It's a beautiful thing, and profess your faith because you might be able to save somebody else. My son saved me. Oh, wow. Tasha, talk to us about something you overcame that surprised us that we can learn from. Well, I'm still overcoming, but you know what? The biggest leadership role that we have is as mothers. So I love this story. And I just want to know, how did he, how did he meet God?
Starting point is 00:24:34 And I love that God is leading in this room today. But I'm still overcoming a lot, like miscarriages. I've had many miscarriages. My favorite role is being a mother, more than a businesswoman and an entrepreneur. And it kills me that I have one son, and I'm so blessed to have one son. But I wanted more. I always wanted a big family. So I'm still overcoming that and trying to find a way to have, you know, a big family that I always dreamed of.
Starting point is 00:25:03 I will tell you what, you don't need to make that family. That family can come to you. My ex-husband is adopted of four and his family of six. And the way that happened was his dad's boss said, how much do you love your dog? He said, I love my dog like family. He said, well, then imagine a baby coming into your life, and he adopted four based on that.
Starting point is 00:25:24 I'm open to that. I see a child in your future. For me, the biggest other thing I overcame was a little bonus boy that I raised for 12 years of my life, a little darker than Stormy, who I adore very much from South Central, a beautiful little boy. Had him for 12 years of my life, taught him all those crazy things about black and white and inequality, and I told him he could be president one day.
Starting point is 00:25:44 And he said, no, Mom, he said a black guy can't be president of the United States. And he was right because he was murdered before Obama took office. He was walking on a street in the wrong color neighborhood, and I will tell you he was taken. So I understand what hardship is. How do you come back from that? You bring him with you everywhere you go and you talk about him every chance you get. Amen. Wow.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Well, the hardest thing that I had to overcome was just recently. Some of you all probably seeing me all over the blogs and all these things with the FTC. I'm having to overcome being called a scammer, a schemer, really devastated me because I am a manifester. I believe that life and death is in the power of the tongue. I believe that speak those things that are not as though they were. And for years, I spoke what I was going to do, and I did it. And my last company that I was involved with didn't like how I was succeeding.
Starting point is 00:26:31 when I left them, and they tried to shut me down. And they almost succeeded because I was so devastated. I was so broken. When you deal with an injustice, it makes it hard for you to overcome because you feel as if you have to try to prove yourself. And I don't prove myself to anybody. I just show up every day as who I am, and that's enough. So dealing with the scandal with the FTC and being called a scammer after I've served so
Starting point is 00:26:55 many people, I believe in economic elevation everywhere. and I've helped a lot of people, whether they are in my business or not. And so that experience really made me realize that when you're winning, you know, when you bleed, when you lead, you bleed. And you got to be very mindful of the things that people will try to say about you when you're on your way to the top. So that situation was the hardest. But I could say you this, I got closer to God in that situation as well
Starting point is 00:27:20 because I realized that only God can judge me. And I'm still standing. Yes, you are. Better than ever. Give her a big round of applause, you guys. I did not know. you're going through that. I'm sorry. Situation you overcame.
Starting point is 00:27:31 I got kicked out of my own damn company. Oh my God. You know, like the ultimate kicked out. So you feel like a lack of a leader at that point. And then at the same time, one of my best friends, we would travel the world together with our husbands. We were a couple friends. She was in not necessarily business with me, but she was one of my affiliates, ambassadors, influencers. Her face was all over my stuff. She started promoting another fitness company without telling me.
Starting point is 00:27:55 Okay. It goes out online. and I'm like, I reached out twice, very nicely, kind, I see what's going on, can we plan an exit strategy? We had a podcast before, and when she told me she wanted to leave that, we told the viewers, told the listeners, everything. I had never heard a thing from her for two and a half years. So navigating that publicly, I'm being kicked out of my company, my apps having to be rebuilt, it didn't go to time, like people were leaving me, she was leaving me, there comes a moment where you start to think, am I the problem? And I do believe that God does all things for us
Starting point is 00:28:23 verses to us. And I always preach a wealth mindset, a victor mindset. We're always transforming for the better. And I think I got tested to it because it's so easy in that moment to shrivel up and say, this is happening to me. No, it was happening for me. Did you all hear what you said about life happening for you, not to you? Especially when you're down at the bottom of that roller coaster, that is when you are being tested. And if it's true that God never gives you anything you can't handle, guess what? And that's why we're sitting here as women sharing with everybody here, how you overcome this. Before we run out of time, Heather, one thing you want to share with everybody, the mic is yours.
Starting point is 00:28:57 Oh my gosh. If you guys haven't made a mind movie yet, please make them. It will change your life. Go to School of Hard Knocks. Look at the video with me and James. I explain how you can make it. It's literally life-changing and it's two minutes of your day. And I want everyone to have whatever it is that you want.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Go get it. Big shout out, though. School of Hard Knocks. Have you guys seen this or James? You and I both have one. I'm very proud to announce mine on TikTok has hit 21 million views. Yes. So cool.
Starting point is 00:29:23 More than Tom Cruise and Shaquille combined. Not that I'm counting. I'm counting. Now I know where I know you from. I need to do a mind movie with you. Please, when? Let's make a date. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:36 All right. No, come on. You got the microphone. Something you want everybody to know. You get the microphone and beautiful people listening to us. I just want everybody to know that it's so amazing to be here with women who are actually supporting one another because it's not always that way in the world of, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:53 females. You know, I've had many, like you said, like people try and kick you out of your business or kick you out of your, you know, spot. And I'm just so happy to be here with women who don't, you know, who have really good energy and believe in God. I love that. Hey, you guys, for me, the word pitch means everything. How you communicate and get what you want. If you master you the skill of pitching, I promise you get anything in everything that you want. It's not about you telling your story because in life you don't get what you deserve. I firmly believe you get what you pitch for. Yes.
Starting point is 00:30:28 I love it. So I believe that the only limits you have is in your mind. I truly believe that your mindset is your greatest asset. And a lot of us have to get out of our comfort zone. Stop being afraid to try something new. A year ago, I decided to leave my last company and go to another company after I earned over $60 million. I started over a brand new. and a brand new company
Starting point is 00:30:51 selling products that I didn't even know anything about. And one year later, we did over $22 million in sales. I've been able to restore my finances again, and a lot of people need to know that it's time for change. A lot of the thing that we used to do
Starting point is 00:31:05 is not working anymore. Stop trying to beat a dead horse. Challenge yourself to change and know that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. Now is the time to step out on faith as we all learn today and do something different
Starting point is 00:31:18 to have something different. And there's a lot of women in this room today. You know, my good friend Melissa, says you're one connection away from a whole new life. And I believe that for us in here today, find that one relationship in this room today that can change your life. Because guess what? Change is going to happen whether you accept it or not. Last one, go. Okay. Transformation is really it.
Starting point is 00:31:38 If you look at the story of Jesus, if you look at what you do with people's lives, it was always about transformation. We always need to be transforming and our heart posture, making it sure it's more like Jesus and like God. And what I see with the high caliber women that I work with is we all want more, right? Lord give me more, but it's probably going to come in building materials versus the package gift or the done thing, right? So it's being able to become the woman who can carry more, who can hold the more, because it isn't about how much I can go make. It's how much I can hold and compound over time while doing the work of the Lord. Oh, I love that. One more time.
