Well, believe it or not, it's almost July. Not entirely sure how that happened. Time flies when you read scary stories, I guess. I also can't believe it's been over a year since the last time I recorded a post teasing big things to come in October. That's right. As the summer flies by, that can mean only one thing. Halloween is coming.

And with Halloween comes creepy's 31 days of horror. 31 straight days of scary stories to get everyone ready for Halloween. No bad days here, folks. Just the best holiday of the year. That means we need stories. So I'll open up to you, the listeners. Is there a story you've been waiting to hear but haven't? Do you have your own story that you think would be good for the podcast?

Now is your time to send in those scripts and recommendations. Just a couple of requirements. If you are submitting your own story, please keep them under 3,000 words. More than that gets too difficult to read and produce when we're doing so many stories. Also, please, only send them if they're edited and ready to go. We get a lot of stories, and there are only a few of us, so it takes a long time to go through them all. Please, put your best foot forward. I can't wait to hear what kind of messed up stories you all ever rattling around in your dark little minds.

Also, please understand that we can't get back to everyone who submits their stories. so if you don't hear back from us within a few days, we've decided not to use your story. It's nothing personal. And if you have a particular narrator in mind for your story, please let us know that as well. You can send your scripts and recommendations to creepy submissions at gmail.com.
