Guminski is a content creator and admitted to creating the videos for cash, according to an incident report. That's Logan Gaminski being taken to jail after she was charged with posting a video on Instagram that showed her having sexual activity with her dog. I look at the disturbing case out of Florida. Welcome to Crime Fix. I'm Anjanette Levy. Logan Gaminski is in the Marion County Jail in Florida after detectives say they got a tip that she was making videos involving her dog and posting them on Instagram. Marion County is south of Gainesville and north of Orlando.

An incident report says that the detectives received a tip back on January 28th that Logan Gaminski posted a video on her Instagram account that showed her encouraging this dog to do things that I'm not really going to go into detail about. It's kind of gross. Actually, it's very gross. If you look at Gaminski's Instagram account, she posts videos and photos of herself, but this video was caused for concern since someone turned it over to the sheriff's office. Detectives said the video in question didn't show Gaminski's face, but the incident report stated, The video also shows a possible belly button piercing on the white female, which in several photographs on the defendant's Instagram page, you can see her with a navel piercing.

So detectives started looking at other videos on the page to see if this video was likely Logan Kaminsky. They said they found other videos that showed Kaminsky with her dogs and that some depict her with a small brown dog, possibly a chihuahua, that is identical to the one in the video. This dog is small and light brown with large brown ears, a white line going down the middle of his head, a white belly, and white fur that extends halfway up the dog's legs. I confirmed that the dog in the video has all these same characteristics. I also located a photograph posted on April 5th, 2024, that depicts the defendant with the same dog that is wearing the same dark colored collar that is depicted in the video. So it's probably not every day that detectives get

a video like this, or at least I really, really hope they don't get videos like this every day. So they got in touch with the tipster who submitted it to them. The detective wrote, I made phone contact with the person who submitted the tip, who requested to remain anonymous. They stated that on January 27th, 2025, they observed the aforementioned video posted on the defendant's public Instagram page, AlexGumX. They advised the post has already been deleted. However, they were able to save the video before it was deleted, and that is what they submitted to the anonymous tip. They advised they observed the defendant's Instagram page and observed

photographs of the defendant with the same nails and the same dog as in the video. They described observing a post on January 27th, 2025 of the defendant's ex-boyfriend screenshotting the aforementioned video on his Instagram, tagging the defendant in it and calling the defendant disgusting. This post has also been deleted. However, they were able to screenshot the post and included that in the tip. Now, for whatever reason, there's a gap from February to March 21st. Then last Friday, detectives went to talk with Logan Gaminski and they say she fessed up. On 3-21-2025, Detective A. LaRocque and I conducted an interview with the defendant, Logan Gaminski. The defendant admitted that she is a content creator, which she described as her utilizing the Fansly platform to sell photographs and videos of herself in the nude, depicting different sexual acts to users on the internet. The defendant admitted to taking the video of her engaging

in a sexual act with her dog, Princeton, which she described as a brown and white chihuahua. She advised that this was at the request of a Snapchat user named Sire, who requested she make the video and send it to him. The defendant in return for engaging in this sexual act and recording it was paid $500 by Sire. The defendant advised that she also made a second video containing sexual acts with a different dog, Rosie, which she described as a yellow lab. The defendant advised that the videos were still located on her cellular device, which she described as an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. The defendant advised the videos were transmitted over Snapchat,

and she added her Snapchat username was LoganNicole77. Gaminski, of course, was arrested and taken to jail. Kaminsky faces a third degree felony charge of sexual activities involving animals. So to talk about this really bizarre case with really bizarre and gross allegations, I would like to bring in Dr. Daniel Bober. He's a forensic psychiatrist and he actually is based in Florida. So Dr. Bober, this isn't in your area of Florida, but it's down in Florida and this could happen anywhere really. I feel like we're seeing more and more of this in the news recently, and maybe it's just in the news. I don't know, but this is not a new thing, but what is up with people wanting to see people doing things with animals? you know some people would call it bestiality i guess

um but i i just i don't get it what is this so it's interesting there's actually a lot to unpack here right so what i think of when i see this case uh prima facie is what's called a paraphilia which is an atypical sexual interest that you have. But the problem is that it's not necessarily a mental illness until it actually causes significant distress to the person. And that distress is not simply society's disapproval of the act itself. itself it's personal distress or it includes another person's psychological distress or a person's on or the person is unable to consent right so now we're not talking about a person we're talking about a canine so this particular case may not be in the strictest sense classified as a mental disorder if it's not causing distress to either the woman or the dog it may be something that she is strictly doing for money by exploiting the animal so that would

be more in the realm of someone who's anti-social in other words they don't have any moral qualms about harming an animal about exploiting an animal for money, or maybe she was under the influence of substances. But there's a variety of reasons that this occurs, and obviously, they're all disturbing. And, you know, in reading the documents, I don't know if this is something that this woman, you know, that the detectives believe that this woman does a lot, like that she does have this paraphilia, you know, that, that, but it sounds like she wanted money, 500 bucks that this guy, sire or whatever, this person sire was willing to pay her to do this. And so, yikes. I mean, $500 to do something like that. I don't know if this is something that she has alleged to have done a lot on this website

where apparently people can go on there to watch these things or connect with people or what have you. But she claims to be a digital creator and somebody was willing to pay her according to the complaint to to do this and she did it and allegedly posted her on instagram so and if you oh sorry go ahead the complaint i'm no i'm sorry i cut you off and if you read the complaint, I'm sorry, I cut you off. And if you read the complaint, there was actually a video with another dog that was mentioned in the complaint. So this might be something that she does on a regular basis. But think about the people out there who've created a market for this, who are looking for these types of videos and who are willing to pay big money for it. Who are these people and what's going on there? Because I don't understand it. I mean, where does this come from? Because most people I think like me, and I would like to think I'm in the majority. We love our dogs and think, you know, there are

our family pets. They're like a member of our family and we just love them we this is this is like the farthest thing from our minds listen i have two myself and i can't even imagine something like this but the people that desire this and want to see these videos probably have some sort of mental illness themselves right maybe they have some sort of early childhood trauma or they're sensitive to rejection, something that happened to them early on that created these very deviant sexual interests. There's a variety of reasons that this occurs. But the point is that there is markets out there for things that you and I probably couldn't even imagine. But it is out there and people are willing to pay for it. Let's go back to Logan Kaminsky, the woman who is accused of making this video and posting it on Instagram.

Makes me wonder if that was a mistake, like an accident, but I don't know. But she posts this on Instagram, according to the detectives. Somebody sees it. They capture it. They send it to the cops because they're like, this is disgusting. The cops start investigating. They go to her. She admits to doing it according to what's stated in the complaint. You're saying there may be some antisocial tendencies. If she's willing to actually do this with this dog. Because I found other videos where she's just hanging out with her dogs and, you know, oh, look, like here's my little new dog and I love my dog, you know, that type of thing. You're saying like if she's willing to do this for money that could say a lot about her so as you say you love dogs i love dogs if a car was going to hit my dog i probably would throw myself in front of the car to protect my dog

some people would say that's crazy that's irrational how could you risk your life for your dog but i love my dog the same way that I would love a child. But she, on the other hand, you know, sees her dog as a tool for monetary gain, right? She's willing to exploit the dog. Maybe she rationalizes it in her mind and says, well, the dog doesn't really know what's going on and I'm making some easy money here, so what's the big deal? But clearly, it's very exploitative to do that. And to me, it's something that's really on another level when you think about how demeaning it is to the dog, right? Someone or something that you love so much that you're willing to take her phone and do a download that could take some time. And she's already admitted to this one thing, this offense, according to what the complaint says. Yikes. It's almost like what else are they going to find on this phone when they likely do a download on it? You know what? what i mean it's

beyond our imagination right if she's willing to do this who knows what other videos are on that phone and there may be even additional charges yeah that's what i was wondering too like what else is on the phone what else has been going on what else has people what else have people been paying her to do on these sites and offering her money to do? Could be big trouble. Or maybe this is an isolated incident, these one or two videos. I mean, let's hope. What part does like the whole social media part of this play too? Because she says, I'm a digital creator.

But she's on Instagram. You know, she's posing, showing, creator, but she's on Instagram. You know, she's posing, showing, you know, she's on there with a bikini, kind of, you know, showing off her body, that type of thing. You know, a lot of people like the attention they get from social media. Some people use social media to make money. I guess she calls herself a digital creator. So that, I guess, means she's using it to make money. But is there like this the first thing we think of what's wrong with that person they must be crazy they must be mentally ill but it might be something so simple that she is wanting to make money and she's willing to do

it any way she has to do it and she knows there are people out on social media who are willing to pay for this and she's going to monetize it. But I do think social media in some way may disinhibit her. It may put her over the top to think, if I really want to do something, if I really want to make a lot of money, let me just put this out there because I know there's going to be a lot of eyes on it. And so I do think the social media is in a way the fuel that causes the fire to spread yeah and it wasn't just you know this one website fansly or whatever i mean they're talking about snapchat and other things so uh the cops i think have a lot to look into here um so it could take

some time uh and we'll keep an eye on the case. But, you know, Dr. Boomer, just again, like, I just don't get why we're seeing more of this in the news about people involving animals in sex acts. Maybe it's just, you know, a wave of things that have come out. And I know I don't, this is not new, obviously. We've heard about this, you know, going back years and years and years and years. But it just seems really disgusting. And, you know, I can't imagine again, just can't wrap my head around it. And what's really interesting about it is, you know, she essentially left a digital trail of breadcrumbs. Right. This is all easy to track. There was really very little attempt

to conceal it. She basically put it out there and the police were able to discover it very quickly. So it doesn't seem like there was a lot of thought there about trying to cover her tracks at all. I think she was just thinking, well, there's someone out there that wants to see this and they're willing to pay for it. So I'll put it out there. Gosh, so gross. Well, we'll keep an eye on it. she admitted to creating these videos and that they were still on her phone. She was actually arrested, taken into custody.
