Tallahassee Police found Earleen Tucker naked outside of her mom's home in March 2024 and a grisly scene inside with a human organ on the floor. The organ was the heart of 84-year-old Lucille Tucker who Earleen had stabbed to death. Earleen rambled incoherently for hours, sang songs and talked about free will. You know, there are some cases that are truly unbelievable, and this is one of them. It involves a woman, her mother, and serious mental illness. It was March 6, 2024 when Tallahassee, Florida police got a call from a delivery driver who reportedly saw a woman standing outside of a home naked, and that woman was actually trying to get into the driver's car.

The Tallahassee police officers meet Erlene Tucker. Some of the video that I am going to show you is blurry. Part of the reason for that, because Tucker is naked, and other parts of the video are redacted since it's inside the home. What the officers find is startling to say the very least, and they haven't even found the body yet. I'm not. Okay.

Stand for I'm gonna. You're fine. Be careful. Watch your foot. Probable cause affidavit states, once in the residence,

Erlene stood over an apparent human organ, which was on the ground approximately six to eight feet in the residence past the front door. Erlene began breathing heavily and grunting as the officers asked her what that was. One officer stood with Erlene while the other looked for the clothing for Erlene. The officer looking for clothing asked Erlene if anyone lived with her. Erlene did not respond, but kept breathing heavily and grunting. The officer searching for clothes knocked on a door and asked if anyone was in the room. The officer did not receive a response and opened the door.

This officer located an adult female, apparently deceased, with trauma to her chest. The victim was later identified as Lucille Tucker, Erlene's elderly mother. Now, this is a gruesome, gruesome scene. The organ will turn out to be part of a human heart. The affidavit continued. Erlene sat on the couch and raised her hands. Erlene put a blanket around her before appearing to, nervously laugh. An officer attempted to have Erlene put on clothing, which she stated

belonged to her mother. Erlene then said, it cannot end, it will not end. The saga will continue people, until I am in a jail cell. I have to be in prison for my actions. As officers continued attempting to find clothes for Erlene, she picked up a wooden backscratcher and held it in front of her face. One officer asked her to relinquish the backscratcher. Erlene then stated, I need to end it. The officer again asked for the backscratcher, and Erlene said she would give the backscratcher to the other officer. As Erlene handed over the backscratcher, she told the officer to end it right. Erlene eventually agreed to put on a nearby nightgown before she was led to a police car to sit in. Officers secured the crime scene and began to contact additional officers. Again, this video is blurry because it's inside the house, but it gives you a good idea of the effort officers had to make to get Erlene to put on some clothes. Let's put this on. Please put this on. What's her? her her it's it's been years but um it was um what was her diagnosis yes i'm on the phone with my aunt yeah and the only reason so that we can communicate with your mom because she's going back and forth and we're trying to communicate with her to make sure she trying to get her some clothes on was it we can hold it until i advise further we believe so we're not we're not exactly sure okay

you've been taking any medications or anything like that that she's not the last of the last episode that she's had was in 2009. What was she, what were her ailments? Um, uh, she's, um, she's diabetic. She has hypertension. She, um, I can't remember if she also has some like, you know, kidney issues related, um, but it's more so, you know, she's, she's getting older. She hasn't been able to do much stuff on her own. There's no, like dementia, no Alzheimer's or anything like that. She doesn't have, like, heart problems other than the hypertension? I think there is some form of, some form of dementia. Okay.

I think there's some form of dementia. We thought it was Alzheimer's, but I think it's something. She just wasn't diagnosed with it. I don't know. I'd have to get my aunt back on the call. Okay. But she does not remember a lot of events. She does not remember who she's speaking with.

Understood. Now, as the female officer talks with Erlene's daughter to try to figure out what could have happened, other officers arrive, and they're told what has been found. Yeah, that's what Billy described to me, and where is she? This bedroom right here. Okay. You can't see him. You can't see her. That's right under the chair.

Have you gone in cleared or did Melissa and John do it? Listen, John cleared. I went in with fire to verify the Signal 7. She's cold to the touch, stiff. Rigger, levity, all that's already setting in it. So we have a detainee in the car that is the naked person who people originally called about. Correct. So they detained her, and then after that, they do a protective sweep.

They detained. Well, they had her when we're trying to get it. They figured out that she lived here. They got her. Oh, no, I haven't been out of it. Yeah, hey, have, what do you say that? Add you and 739 to it. So they originally here for a naked lady in the street.

They figured out she lived here in that. They brought her home. They were trying to, saw that on the ground. It was like, what the hell found deceased in bedroom, Rios and handed her in, take and sleep the house. But they hadn't had her in handcuffs yet? She's not even in handcuffs now.

Okay. She's in the, it's, it's, okay. I'm off. I'm off. Eventually, they're able to get Erlene Tucker to put on that house coat and head outside with them. We're going to hang out right there for just a minute. The mom is definitely going to be in the light, not in the darkness? Yes, ma'am. We're about to help you step out into the light for a second, okay? Just hang out right there for me?

No, I'm not really like. You call for medical? They're sending, trying to send medical and ask them why. I'd ask them, I'd have medical. I'd have a medical like, but you have to have you had to have a right. Man, we can go right through here. We're going to step into the back of that car right there, okay? Okay. We're just going to walk over here, okay? You've been, this is going to a step over here. There you go. Here, I got you.

We did her inside. You see this, because I put the chair around it. I was... I was to do it with her. Breed us went back there and said, oh my God. I was like, it may be... It's not too gruesome, luckily. some luckily do not step on that absolutely not you can put that chair back over it

it's a piece of something bloody yeah let's try to preserve the scene as much as possible guys I appreciate it yeah be careful of the chair yep I don't think the chair was originally over to put it there to keep anybody from stepping on it after Erlene is placed in the cruiser she can't stop talking to herself till I die. Yeah, I would have had to come in and get me. I wouldn't go, never leave her. I would never leave her lonely.

She didn't know how black and beautiful she was. My eyes of pity and didn't know how beautiful day was. I had to kill the whole entire universe.

Arlene is in the back of the cruiser for more than an hour and the officers take her to the police station. If you want to do one leg and maybe this one or both legs, it's up to you. Either you can do one leg into the floor bowl or you can be your choice. I found the grape tears. I know it's so hard to love me even to the end. They can remain loose. It's not something she can slip. We don't want to be uncomfortable or anything in here.

The detectives need to find out how and why. Her 84-year-old mother ended up dead in their home with her heart cut from her chest. Do you want some water or anything? I brought before the court, the judge, to admit to what I've done the egregious activities and everything that happened to the entire universe. I accept it, I own it, and I claim it, and I'm not the badest. Tucker is in the room for a while, more than an hour before detectives arrive. Hey, Ms. Tucker, how are you doing?

Hey, I'm Detective Brutis. And this is Detective Howard. The detectives settle in to question Erlene. I have to play out the scenario. After what I learned, what I investigate, I see that I'm white. And I got to give up my power and control to the black man. You think I'm fin to do that? Trust faith to do it.

to do it. I don't feel like I'm in control with you or anything. Um, look white. Now, I had it based on what I learned. It was all mine. Now you want me to release it to the black man, this the white man talking. Want me to release it to the black man?

He's still got to Paul in control because you still got me bones right here in shackle the... and I'm sent me for the black man and I'm still a shackle. So the black man still got me in the shackle. And I'm taking it from him to be in like that. I remember when Michael Jackson, I had that baby because you know I don't know.

I had a baby with Michael Jackson. I saw a song for him. I wrote his song, sang everything. He stole it. What's falling in wrote? In this from the one, as far as I can remember. I know my lips are white and I'm not doing sign level, so I don't care what you do. I'm just telling him his story.

I want everybody free. Even the witches. I want to talk to you about what happened today. It's clear that something is very off with Erlene Tucker. In Florida, when someone makes an admission, it's often redacted before a case is adjudicated. So some of Erlene's interview is redacted. there are silent spots. A probable cause affidavit states. Later in the interview, Detective Bridges told Erlene he wanted to talk to her about what happened. Erlene then

spontaneously uttered, I killed my mother. Erlene continued to ramble about killing her mother, saying she was a sacrificial lamb and that she was going to die in there with her. Erlene said she heard a knock at the door and came out butt naked for us. Erlene later stated again, I murdered my mom in that house. She was mean to me, but I didn't care. I love loved her black color, but she didn't love mine. Detective Bridges and Howard later ended their interview after attempting to advise her of her Miranda rights. Later after the attempts to interview Erlene were over, she made a statement referencing cutting out her mother's heart to inspect it. Erlene has continuously talked to herself almost non-stop for hours since being placed in the interview room. Throughout her time

in the interview room, by herself, Erlene has made several admissions to killing her mother. Lucille Tucker Had been stabbed to death, police officers found her body on her bed with her feet hanging off the edge. Her heart, as I mentioned, had been cut from her chest. Erlene Tucker is in the interview room for more than seven hours, and she rambles incoherently most of the time. Hi. Hi. My name is Kelly. Okay. Yeah. These are my associates.

Okay. I have had the fix operandi as what it is. No, no. We're just here to collect some swabs off of your arms and hands and stuff. Okay? Yes. All right. So it's going to be real.

fast. It's going to be real gentle, no problem at all, okay? Yeah. All righty. After some forensic samples are taken, it's time for Earlene Tucker to be taken to jail. After her police interview, Erlene Tucker, she doesn't like it being put in cuffs again. Who would? I'm trying not to ratchet it down. Yeah, it needs to give a little bit before it'll release, I think. Let me see if I can, can you slide it down on there. There's a little bit. Yeah. Hold on. Hold on more. But we're having a problem with the handcuff, okay? We're not trying, I know it probably hurts, we're not trying to hurt you.

We just slide it down and then... Down towards her hair. Right, just so there's a little bit more room to work. There we go. No, still not doing it? Are you kidding? I'm releasing. I mean, it's just turning.

I got you. So there's a little tumbler there. I don't think another set of keys is going to do it, is it? No, it's not the keys. The mech is not. So, hold on man, we're trying to get... Either what I'm gonna end up doing is just leave these cuffs on her and they cut them off at the jail. Okay.

Do we have any... I feel somebody just stuck me with a pen. No one. No one sticking you with the pin. I felt it. It's right there. That's worship release. I just didn't do anything.

Okay. Just gave me a last... See? That's a family. Okay. Okay. This, they're going to have to go out just a little. So that's fine.

The Tumblr in there is not allowing us to open up. Last November, Erlene Tucker was found not guilty by reason of insanity at a bench trial that's where a judge determines the verdict, not a jury. She will be committed to a mental health facility. Erlaine Tucker remains in the Leon County Jail in Tallahassee. A hearing on where she will eventually be placed will be held in April.
