What's going on, buddy? I think I'm just mostly having a, like, panic attack. The whole left arm is numb. A former star of a short-lived reality TV show finds himself in the back of a police cruiser, accused of using animals in sex acts. Oh, babies! There is, they said there's two cats and a little dog that are loose in there, but the big dogs are in kennels. I go through the case involving a man and his girlfriend.

My parents and daughters are still. Yeah, we're all going to park over here. And I'll tell you where the case stands right now. Welcome to Crime Fix. I'm Annionette Levy. Being a swinger, it's not against the law. But using an animal in a sex act, that is definitely a crime in the state of Ohio. And so is creating and publishing material involving children in sex acts.

Tony McAllister is in jail in Ohio. He faces two charges, felony pandering obscene material involving children and a misdemeanor, sexual conduct, with animals. McCallister is accused of knowingly uploading material involving children to his Google account and also engaging in sexual conduct with two dogs. Now, this isn't McCollister's first turn in the spotlight. In 2015, he appeared on the A&E reality show, Neighbors with Benefits. The show was about swingers in the suburbs. It was far from a hit and canceled after just two episodes. This case involving Tony McCallister is one that really makes me wonder, has this guy ever been in trouble before? On December 23rd, 2025, an investigation led sheriff's deputies and detectives to the home of Tony McCollister's girlfriend in Warren County, Ohio, a suburb north of Cincinnati. It's just after 6 a.m. That was Tony McAllister being walked to a cruiser in his jammies. Detectives, deputies, and even the SWAT team are on scene. What is his preference? Little kids, boys and names. While detectives and deputies discuss how they're going to handle this situation involving allegations of sex with animals and child sex abuse material, deputies take Tony McAllister into custody. All right. And then she can sit here.

Your car. Yep. Okay. Let me see. I'll let this up here a little bit. Perfect. All right. We're going to walk back here a little bit.

bit. You got anything on you at all? No. Okay. Okay. Okay. Well, like I really do not want to accidentally pee in when you guys the car. Hey man, it is what it is. I know. It's all good. But yeah, we're not going to be able to let you pee for a little bit. Lean your head up on this car real quick. Do you care if I pat you down and go inside your pockets? Spread your legs real wide for me. Yeah, that's going to happen. I'm like, I get one of the law. I'm not going to be talking with you, but I am going to go ahead and read this for you because you're being detained, okay?

Yeah. This is going to be your Miranda warning. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to the lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. You cannot afford to hire a lawyer. One will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements.

Like I said, you're not going to be able to go to the bathroom, but I can slide this under you. Yeah, I don't want everybody mad at me. That's all good.

I mean, it is. what it is, I'm not gonna be the one cleaning it out anyways. Good? As good as it's gonna get? Yeah, yeah. Okay. What did you have shoulder surgery? Like what shoulder surgery?

Right shoulder, rotator cuff. Rotator cuff. Is it bothering you right now? Yeah. All right, step out real quick. Would a second pair of cuffs help you? Holy. All right. Turn him face that way.

Can I get a unit over here so I can double cuff this nail? this male, he's got shoulder problems. Alright, thanks boss. Now, I got a second set. I just need somebody over. I got him. Yeah, 800's coming over here. If I can get a light real quick.

I'm gonna let this one go, put it right up on this car. Don't move it at all. Just put it straight up on the car. Pop that one up. All right, go ahead and bring that one back down. Palm facing this way. There you get. And like I said, if you pee, you pee.

but we're not going to let we're not going to be able to let you guys back. Unless someone higher up than me decides you're going to be peeing in the car if you got to pee. And pop a squat. Is that any better? Yes. Okay. Cool. All right.

You need me to grab anybody else? At this point, the cops are talking about the investigation, so the audio on the body camera, it cuts off. After several minutes, the deputy goes back to check on Tony McAllister. You're okay for right now? Okay. Just check down in like five minutes. Yep, I'll check on you in five minutes. I'll be standing right out here. But I will check on you in a couple minutes, but you don't need a squad for right now. I have to check my blood pressure. You want a squad? Just have to check my blood pressure. All right. 890 dispatch, you're still copying. Can you go ahead and have a squad start my way for a male with blood pressure issues?

He's wanting to get checked out. I just have an intersection. No. This intersection should be good. I believe it's Garden View Circle and Lavender Way. I'll be right here. All right, we got a squat on the way to check you out, boss. Sir?

Yeah. Did you hear me? Yes. Okay. Okay. I just wanted to make sure you weren't unconscious or nothing. We got a squad on the way. While all of this is going on at the cruiser with McAllister, his girlfriend is also being detained.

She's considered the lesser of the two offenders in this. I'll talk about Sergeant Smith's car. She's going to be. Is your dog? The five-year-old? Yeah, I think she is. Okay. I thought when you guys said you have a hat.

Okay. All right and stop out for me. I'll have a salt. His name is Biju. He's terrified of other people. Beju. It's my... Yes, he will.

It's my parents' dog. They're just in town visiting. Hold on. Sit here here. I asked her too, okay? There's two cats that are loose to that will run out. You're in a bra? It's a, yeah.

Well, no, it's a built-in period. Okay. He's up there. I think you know what's going on. I don't. Okay, well, when the detectives get to speak to you, they'll let you know what's going on, okay? Not at liberty to say.

They've been around Miranda and everything. Miranda's. Are you asking? I said, how they've been Miranda's. Oh, I don't know. They'll do it up there. Erica Grove is placed in cuffs in the back of the cruiser for a short time. But then the deputies decide that they can uncons.

cover. Oh, no. Sounds good. Hey, Benz. I'm gonna take those flux, those black cuffs off, be okay. So if you want to step out, I'll cut them off, be okay. Okay. So just turn around and base of the car.

Can you get something to get those on? Knife. I don't know if that's even gonna work. Here, take off the cuffs first. I don't think Eric is gonna be any issues. I don't know. We're just trying to make you a little more comfortable, Eric. I was still.

I think that your father over there, I'm speaking with it, so. Well, you just kind of hang out with that gentleman there. We're waiting on someone to escort them and use the bathroom. Is your nice sharp enough to cut this? You don't have a Gerber, do you? It's my daughter. I've got a... Yes.

Door? Alright. See if that works better. No, I think I need scissors. When the medics get here, I can use their trauma shears. Okay. Yeah, we don't want to cut you, really? No, yeah.

Unless I can push the one way. See, I can push the tab. I'll pull when you release. Oh, Erica, look at that. Okay. Now, let's do the other hand, Erica. Yep. Can you slide your hands out now?

Yes. All right, if you would just have a seat back in there, Erica? I won't put you back in cuffs. I'll be nice. Oh, thank you. Yep. Yeah. Since Grove and McAllister have been detained,

the deputies and detectives want to clear the house. Hey Stan. Can, are we all good in here? Huh? Can we close the door? They said they've got animals that are loose that'll run out. It's just a small dog. Okay. They said they've got like cats and whatever we'll run out.

Hey guys, you got a truck rolling up that's got Averland written all over it, so there's probably somebody in the end. If you would have a direct to CPS to park over here by me and that overflow parking area. There is, they said there's two cats and a little dog that are loose in there, but the big dogs are in kennels. Yeah, they said there's a little cats. That's what they said. There's a little dog that's running off somewhere. No, no, no, it's back in the house. No, like running in the house. Yeah, yeah, it's like a little like Bichon something.

Like it's like a little, like a toy dog. His name is Bijou. Hey, CIS personnel if you can get your vehicles off the roadway there, park over here by where I'm at. So that command bus and CSU van could get in here. Was that 800 I heard on the radio? Yes, he rolled out there. Of course he did.

I love it so much. Cool? So since we have the grandparents, just part of recording that Smith, hang out with everyone? Yeah. Yeah. That way they can all be together.

And then, grandparents' little dog, friendly, running around in the basement, the target dogs are in the garage and crates. Or the door to the garage. First, we're going to have animals to talk about you at them first. The little dog's name is Bijou. We're not taking that out.

I know. He's... I know. Poor thing. And I feel bad for the big dogs, too, because you know they're terrified. They're going to be terrified. So the big dogs are in kennels in the garage. There's a little, like, toy, fluffy something running around in there named Bijou. He belongs to the elderly people that are visiting. And then apparently there's two cats running around, but they're all like runoff risks. But the big dogs are created. Okay. Are we planning on taking everything? Just the big dogs. Just the big dogs. The little dogs, the little dog and the cats, I don't. think are involved. We'll get double double confirmed, but I think they have somebody's parents in visiting for the holiday. Things then move into the house where the

grandparents visiting for the holidays are gathering their belongings. My dogs wouldn't handle this. I mean, the house is secured. Yeah. Hi, sweet baby. That's bejew. I don't want to see. I don't know. So we need to find blanket.

So we need to find blankets, coats, socks, and shoes, right? I think the grandparents were in the basement. Yeah. Here's a... Hi! Are we going to try to catch this little one and just secure it somewhere? They said it will run off if it gets out the front door balls? Yeah.

So here's a blanket. And who are we looking for socks and shoes for, the grandparents? Who I think was in the basement. Okay. I've got them right here. Keep his front door shut so that little dog doesn't escape. Here's Grandpa's shoes. The cats in the pantry up there just in...

Launded cats. How many blankets do we need? Just one? Just a couple. There's the little dog still here because the front door was just standing white. It was back there. We have another... Big enough.

I'm going to shut this door so the little dog stays in. Perfect. Is there a linen closet in here somewhere? It's probably a remote. Everybody, the little dog... Be over the bed? Maybe or in the bed. Backer, a little kid can compete.

Ah. There you go. This looks like a kid. Yeah, we can just, they can use this back there. Cool. All right, I'm gonna run a blanket and the shoes out. I'll be right back. Did you find the little girl's room?

She needs socks. The little girl, there's... Little dogs locked in there. Oh, that's definitely a little girl. Hi, buddies. Yep, here we go. Okay. Nah, stay.

Eventually the dogs that are, part of the investigation are removed from the home by animal welfare advocates. Poor puppies. Of the dogs? Yeah. Okay. What is it? We'll talk to the shelter.

For an exam. Yeah. Okay. Um. Yep. Perfect. There you go. You guys saw them for the dogs.

Yep. Oh, babies. So they're both males. I thought one was a female. Well, good boys. My dogs would eat somebody. Well, I was expecting this to get very different. Yeah.

We brought shields, bike gloves, poles, beds. All the things, yeah. No, unless they're just some sort of... Yeah, I'm sure they're just like pound puppies. There's some bull something in there. Have you seen the... I don't know if it's new, but like, people are starting to cross... bully whatever's with like mouths and stuff.

So they're getting like... Yes, they're calling them bull herders. They're trying to make, like, their own... Exactly. With, like, the drive of the mal, but the strength and the endurance of the bulldogs. Hi, boys, you guys are so good. They're like, hey, we're hungry. Oh, babies. Now, keep in mind, it's just after 6 a.m., cops executing a search warrant and knocking on the door was not what these visiting grandparents were expecting over the holidays.

Personally, this is my first time, but I'm also new. It's the 6 a.m. wake-up approach, kind of the standard. So a lot of times when we do these, this is where officers get hurt for other people. So we are arrested in the way that we handle it so that everybody's safe. But yes, early in the morning, because a lot of people work early morning. You never know if somebody's doing a daily schedule. So it's just usually a good time to make sure everybody's at home. we can get what we need.

Yeah. I'll tell you from our perspective it doesn't feel safe at all. I'm sure it doesn't. You're walking out and you can't see anything and you don't know who you're dealing with, it's not safe at all. We just happen to be in the wrong place for a wrong time, I think. There's a cat. Well, the cat's fine.

There are two cats. Well, that cat just peaked you on the basement floor. Just what? Cat is what? What? They're up. Uh-oh. Hyanna's here?

Okay, I need to go get my keys. Did you want to use the restroom? I do. Okay, yeah, we'll walk down. There's a restroom right here. We'll only clear this one. Is that your room? You want your road?

You have a beejuice. Yeah, you can take it all of them. You got some shoes? You got some shoes? I'm not going to grab that. Did you have Biju's leash? I guess. And food?

No, not food. I've Bijou. This is a little crazy. Here, I'll take him, honey. Okay. Or you might have to carry her as good. Unless she can walk there. Okay.

Can you ask with them back to this car? Yep. Okay. Come here, Biese you. Come on, puppy. Hi, puppy. She friendly? Yeah.

Huh? Yes. Yeah. Hi. Bread for companionship. Hi. She said, nope. Not, not now.

Playmate and a companion. There you go. He is. Oh, he, I'm sorry. Yeah, that's okay. Where do you guys live? Uh, Hudson Oath. Okay.

How far of a drive is that? I'm sorry? How long a drive is that? three and a half hours. Oh, wow. Okay, Diana is apparently here so I can get the keys. Oh, good. We're not dressed to go anywhere to have breakfast or anything. That's the unfortunate thing. You fit right in at Waffle House. Well, you should see some of the people that. Meanwhile, Erica Grove, she's in the back of the cruiser and one of the deputies decides to make a little small talk. I was going to ask Erica something. Hey, I had a question for you, just out of curiosity. Yeah. Okay. Purely,

I'm related, all this stuff. So I'm just kind of, I fill the time with conversation until they can do their work, right? So what is your profession? I'm a nurse anesthetist. So that means you put people under, right? Mm-hmm. Okay. So, they say that that's the closest you get to, like, nothingness, right?

Yeah, basically. You usually don't have any memory of it. I've been put under one time, and it was when I was 17, just before I turned 18, and you get my tons of itself. Only surgery ever had in my life. Yeah. Right. I mean, I've had a lot of broken fingers and stuff like that. Why is it that some people come out of that stuff? Like, my wife, she's had major spine surgery to where they did a spinal thing on the back,

worked on her, and then they had to roll her over, vice versa. Took all over organs out. Yeah. And she comes out of it, and she's up walking, you know, like, no problem. Were you 17 and came out crazy? Oh, let me tell you something. They had to hold me down. Oh, yeah.

It's a pediatric thing. it processes differently. Okay. Yeah, they're like, oh my gosh, what is this, you know, what's this kid doing? You know, like people hold me down on everything. Young males, like 16 to 24, always wake up crazy. Really? Okay.

There's a new medication that can be used that sometimes helps with that. But for whatever reason, it's just the way the brain is, it's always male, so it's all y'all. Okay. All right. So it's not uncommon. No, it's not uncommon. Yeah. When you get them done younger, they're usually wake up fine, but it's like that.

Oh, my gosh. I went back to school early. I hate missing school. I mean, since I've been here. I've been working for the county since 97. I've never called off sick. As this is happening, man, it helps if you lean your, swing your legs out. Let me just the king of my left leg out first. There you go. Now slide your butt towards the middle. Yep, keep sliding. There you go. Now, if you want to sit like that. Tony McAllister, the main target of the investigation is in the back of the cruiser, and he doesn't like it. Not one bit. He can't get comfortable and he's afraid.

What's going on? Oh, he's complaining of blood pressure and some numbness. What's going on, buddy? I think I'm just mostly having a panic attack. The whole left arm is numb and I feel like my left side of my face a little numb. I have blood pressure issues. And I just recently stopped a medication. that I was reading today that it causes rebound,

which I guess makes my blood pressure somehow worse. I'll get my medic to check your blood pressure for you in Seattle still, okay? I think my thing is strong fine. Get a deep enough to check the blood pressure. Okay. Any other medical history? Relevant to that. I don't think so.

I am prone to panic attacks, so I'm sure that's... Probably what it is. Bill. Oh, good Lord. Oh, look for the net. Pain and numbness radiating. Yeah, he'll drive back to the station. You got a new driver?

She's brand new. Brand new. And she's like 18. I gotcha. Makes sense. So what's going on, buddy? The EMTs check out McCallister, and they can't find anything wrong with him on scene, but... Do you want to get to the hospital?

I would be numb in my face, so that's not, that's the non-goin apart. the not normal part. The face doesn't feel right now. That's what's not normal. It could just do the way your, how long is that going on for? It's pretty nice. How long you've been back to the scrutiny?

It's good to speak from the way you're sitting, putting for a front something. Okay. So, that's what I think it is, buddy. Okay. All right. You have a few? No, I'd rather go to hospital.

Oh, do you want to go now? I don't want to have, I don't want to, I have issues if I, I don't want to die in the back of this car just because I'm trying to toss. Okay. You guys want to take them? I mean, it don't matter to me. Do you want me to just take him down there? There's no. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I'll take him and then I'll just bring him right back up here for his interview, so I'm sure it probably won't take but 35 minutes. It's an hour. What's your first name? Tony T.R N-Y. Jail L-L-S-T-E-R.

Tony McAllister is taken to the hospital. All right, sir, go ahead and step out. We'll walk over those double doors. I'm going to walk this way. McCallister was booked into the Warren County Jail later that morning on those two counts that I mentioned earlier. A grand jury will hear his case and decide whether to indict him. Erica Grove has pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor sexual conduct with an animal charge that she faces.
