as well as several others in the area over the last few months.
Roel, a parolee at the time of the robbery,
has been convicted of eight prior felonies that combined
held a sentence of nearly 41 years in prison,
much longer than Roel actually served.
Roel tries to run, but he's blocked by
a cop perimeter and arrested
for ag robbery, burglary, menacing
and theft. Janice
Johnson visits Nicholas Rice in an
Alabama prison and brings several
protein drinks to the convicted

delivery that contained 24 grams of meth, 24 grams of marijuana, an unknown amount of suboxone,
and a battery. Nancy Johnson was taken into custody during a hearing for Rice and both

has been ordered to spend the next two months in jail as he awaits sentencing.
After hearing statements from some of the victims during the bail hearing,
U.S. District Judge Richard Berman tersely shot down defense attorneys
seeking to allow the doctor, Robert Haddon,
to remain free while awaiting an April sentencing hearing.
Haddon had worked at two prestigious Manhattan hospitals
until complaints about his attack shut down his career a decade ago.
The 64-year-old Haddon was convicted last week after less than a day of deliberations at a two-week trial, in which nine former

which is located on the Via Dolorosa,
the route believed to have been walked by Jesus to his crucifixion.
Police say they made the arrest with the assistance of a church security guard.

is being assessed. Brittany Reynolds, 35, breaks into a North Dakota church,
