After the purchase, the juveniles involved in a fatal hit and run. National police charged Russell with vehicular homicide and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. An Oregon man, 24-year-old Austin Blake Stewart, accused of pulling down his mask at a store and kissing a tot he didn't know on the lips.
