traffic violations. First time, he's driving on a suspended license. Next, he has cracked cocaine
and heroin. And third time's a charm, he's charged with driving while impaired. Parents in line at
a Pittsburgh McDonald's stunned when a man tackles their 12-year-old boy and stabs him in the neck.
Charles Edward Turner, 51, charged with attempted homicide and ag assault.
