On a three-hour flight, Desmond Bostic gropes the woman sitting next to him, and throughout the flight from San Diego to Seattle, he caresses her thigh and grabs her behind when she gets up to let the window passenger get by. She asked flight attendants for help once they land, saying she was too afraid to say anything during the flight.
Starting point is 00:00:32 Nancy, after landing, Bostick reportedly left very quickly before anyone could speak with him. Flight attendants verified Bostick's identity, the victim confirming Bostick was the man responsible from a Facebook photo. Elvis Singleton sits at the dining room table while his roommate, Joseph Tresselt, makes pizza. Singleton, 62, has a coughing fit that annoys Tresselt, so he starts pelting Singleton with pizza dough,

Following three fatal shootings at an apartment complex in central Indiana last week, authorities say an Indianapolis man has now been officially charged with murder. Starting point is 00:01:52 Marion County, Indiana prosecutors say that 24-year-old Malik Shah was charged with three counts of murder for his alleged involvement in the killings in Lawrence, a city northeast of Indianapolis that is contained within the city's boundaries. Shah is currently being jailed without bond following his arrest. In recent days, he appeared in court for a preliminary hearing. Officers responding to gunfire reports at the Lawrence apartment complex on April 12th discovered two women and one man shot dead. Authorities say that Shaw was apprehended just days later. The names of the victims have now been released as 19-year-old Aaliyah Wartman of Marion, 19-year-old London Coleman of Warsaw, and 27-year-old Spencer Lawson Jr. of Indianapolis.
Starting point is 00:02:34 Prosecutors allege that Shaw's cell phone was discovered close to the scene of the shooting. A probable cause affidavit has revealed that a maintenance worker at an apartment building reported to police that he heard gunshots before observing someone chasing and shooting at a man. After grabbing his pistol and running around the building, the employee claimed to have seen two suspects wearing masks. He fired at one of the suspects, believing that person had been struck at least once. Police have made no further announcements about any additional arrests related to the killings. Starting point is 00:03:11 man has now been charged in connection with a shooting that left five people injured. Once again, Crime Online's Sydney Sumner. Demond Hunter is charged with five counts of assault with intent to murder, five counts of assault with the intent to cause serious bodily injury, one act of possessing a handgun while a felon, and 11 counts of using a firearm while committing a felony. Hunter has now been arraigned after being arrested at Detroit Metropolitan Airport on April 10th with his bond set at $5 million. According to investigators, an altercation began outside the Westside Detroit bar on March 29th at around 2.45 a.m. The argument turned physical when one of the men involved took a gun from a car and opened fire into the crowd. There were five men, ages 33 to 48, hit by gunfire.
Starting point is 00:03:57 The gunman then took off in his car. In the parking area, police found seven or eight shell casings. Detectives say it appears the fight involved just one of the shooting victims, the others merely bystanders. In a release issued in recent days, Wayne County Prosecutor Kim Worthy stated, quote, I have seen countless arguments escalate into serious shooting incidents over the most trivial things. When a weapon is introduced, it never ends well, most times tragically. Arnold Weiner, Hunter's defense lawyer, agreed with Worthy, saying that, quote, when you introduce a weapon into an argument,
Starting point is 00:04:30 things can go wrong. Furthermore, regarding the accusations made against his client, Weiner stated, in this case, it was a classic case of self-defense, and that, quote, he was protecting others, his cousins, from being shot. A preliminary examination in the case is planned for Monday, April 29th. All five victims in the shooting are expected to recover. Thanks, John.
