He picks up his handgun and sits in his recliner for three hours waiting for 52-year-old Kenneth Barnes. Missouri police charge Shaw with murder one. Lindsey Holtane and her boyfriend get into an argument. Shots are fired. Holtane tells South Carolina cops she fired the shotgun at the sidewalk and the bullet ricocheted. The 35-year-old now charged with attempted murder.
