The fire truck eventually found after Yassin Abdikadir's mile-long joyride. 25-year-old now charged with theft. A not-so-friendly neighborhood Spider-Man attacks in L.A. An unnamed woman asks for a picture, which he allows, and then strikes, stealing cash from the woman. Cops reveal him to be Laquan Payne, charged with robbery and resisting arrest.
