Crime Alert, I'm Nancy Grace. Breaking crime news now.
Chad Dorman asked his wife Laura and their young sons Clayton, Hunter, and Chase to join him for an afternoon nap.
They crawl in bed while Laura's older daughter, 12, watches TV in the living room.
The family's terrified when Chad Dorman hops out of bed,
grabs a rifle from the gun safe. While Laura and the boys scream for him not to kill himself,
he turns the gun on Hunter, just four, and shoots the boy multiple times. Laura runs outside with
the rest of the children. Chad Dorman chases them, wrestling Clayton and Chase from
their mother and sister. He shoots Chase three at close range, then shoots Clayton seven in the back
as the boy runs away. Nancy, cops find Dorman sitting on the front stoop of his home. In
handcuffs, Dorman admits to planning the killings. In an earlier phone call to his father, Dorman
said, Clayton will be the hardest, without any context. Before killing the boys, Dorman reads
the Bible to them, tells them he loves them, and that they are, quote, the best boys ever.
Laura Dorman's 12-year-old daughter was uninjured in the attack. Laura's hand was hit by a bullet
as she tried to shield her sons. Chad Dorman pleads guilty to avoid the death penalty,
now sentenced to three consecutive life sentences. Westminster Maryland firefighters put out a fire
at the back of a Domino's pizza shop. The fire appears to have been started with a paper bag
full of feces. As the fire marshal's investigating, a witness says he saw a man breaking into cars at
a nearby mechanic shop just before the fire started.
Police find George Cook still in the parking lot and Domino's employees recognize him.
Earlier that week, he kicked over a trash can inside the store when employees refused to give him a free pizza.
George Cook, 59, now charged with arson.
Co-defendant, a bag of feces.

50-year-old Stacey Lee Drake has now been charged with the murder of Philip Emerson,
who was fatally shot at his home in El Reno on June 14th. This latest charge comes after Drake was already charged with the June 18th shooting deaths
of Tara Huber Underwood and Taylor Sharp at a business in Gons, Oklahoma,
as confirmed by Sequoia County District Attorney Jack Thorpe. Drake now faces a range of additional
charges, including robbery, possession of a stolen vehicle, and committing a pattern of
criminal offenses. These charges have allowed Sequoia County prosecutors to include the El
Reno slaying, which occurred in Canadian County, with their case against Drake. The Alabama
native is also wanted in his home state on a murder warrant, though court records do not yet
show a formal charge. This according to Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Captain Jack Kennedy. According
to an affidavit related to the Oklahoma killings, Drake allegedly killed Emerson in El Reno, a
suburb of Oklahoma City, before stealing his truck. The vehicle was later discovered near
the Gons business where Underwood and Sharp were killed, about 100 miles east of Oklahoma City.
Following the murders in Gons, Underwood's vehicle was reported missing and was eventually
located on June 20th at a motel in Moralton, Arkansas, roughly 40 miles northwest of Little
Rock. Drake was apprehended later that day in a nearby wooded area. Thanks, John.
