The 20-year-old now charged with obscenity, unlawful sex contact, and more. Utah police pull over Jeff Kelly. His passenger, Mario Hernandez, gets out of the car and walks toward a hotel, ignoring cops' orders to stop. He puts something in a barbecue grill and walks back to a car. Kelly arrested for drugs found in the car. Hernandez arrested for drugs and the barbecue.
