is killed. Thomas now facing charges of vehicular homicide and drag racing. 30-year-old Chelsea
Leahy walks up to a Florida cop and asks to be arrested.
Leahy then produces two grams of meth.
She got her wish.
She's now charged with felony possession of drugs.
