Crime Alert, I'm Nancy Grace, breaking crime news now.
Orsalia Gale, a beautiful young mom, has her throat slit.
Why? Because she tells her killer, David Bonola, their affair is over.
Bonola leaves her body on the sidewalk, stuffed in her son's hockey duffel bag.
Bonola was previously hired by Gall as a handyman.
Their affair was on again, off again,
and had been off at the time of the killing.
Bonola stabbed Gall more than 55 times
before stuffing her body into the son's hockey bag
and dragged it to a park near their home.
And get this, Gall's 13-year-old son was at home at the time.
Well, guess what?
In the last days, a sweetheart deal goes down.
Bonolo pleads guilty to manslaughter.
The murder charge dropped.
He's sentenced to 25 years.
He'll probably be out in 12.
This is a travesty.
Crystal Wilson attacks the man in his camper, repeatedly stabbing him with scissors.
Then she sets the camper on fire. Bystanders dragged the victim out of the burning camper,
but he died of his wounds before the fire even began. A witness came forward and told Minnesota
police that Wilson may have been involved in the incident. The 42-year-old came by his home the night of the fire in clothes covered in blood
and told him she had, quote, burned a witch. Wilson also tells cops she may have been on meth at the
time. Wilson now charged with murder and first-degree arson. Dion Johnson uses the same brick in two
separate smashing grabs. First, he steals $6,000 of lottery tickets.
Next, he takes a handful of tools from a hardware store.
Johnson tried to dispose of narcotics when Chicago cops caught up with him,
which may explain the odd choice in targets.
Johnson was also using a vehicle with stolen plates during the robberies.
Johnson already has warrants out for burglary,
and now charged again with the
addition of theft and cocaine. Morrell Tyler tells his girlfriend he's running an errand, but instead
he enters an unlocked apartment with a gun. Three people in the home definitely not interested in
being robbed. Tyler's mugshot shows injuries left by the residents fighting Tyler off. They were able to disarm the teen,
but he pulled a second gun. One resident retrieved their own gun, and Indiana cops arrived to find
Tyler with his hands up and all three residents holding him at gunpoint. Tyler gets a beating at
the hands of his intended victims, but now he's charged with armed robbery.
More crime and justice news after this.
