Crime stories with Nancy Grace.
Tonight, D4VD,
a.k. A.k.A. David Anthony Burke.
Two-faced charges regarding the death of an unborn baby and an alleged coerced abortion.
An abortion conducted on a 13-year-old little.
little girl. This has allegations swirl that D4VD is writing letters to minors from behind bars.
And get this, raking in nearly $3 million since Celeste's death?
Good evening. I'm Nancy Grace. This is Crime Stories. I want to thank you for being with us.
14-year-old Celeste found decomposing in the trunk of D4VD. David Anthony Burke's Tesla.
Who in this office is and was leaking information about this 14-year-old child and her remains?
It's a violation of a court order.
The medical examiner's office was leaking information.
I go, what the fuck?
Okay, because obviously, that's a big thing to say.
And David used to be my homie.
So I'm like, oh, no, my close homie's with a minor.
Hell no, I don't with that shit.
So immediately, I go to David.
And I'm like, hey, uh, this girl saying that you're with a 13 year old, you need to explain yourself.
He was like, dude, that's not even true.
Like, she's like 19.
And I was like, no, she's not.
She said she's 13.
Like, show me proof.
And you know what?
He showed me proof.
And I was like, okay, I'm gonna back off.
I feel like I'm harassing my friend.
I can't get into every single detail for, like,
legal reasons but i didn't just go oh hey is your friend 13 and he went no and i was like
oh okay la la la la la la like i wasn't i wasn't being stupid i was like no show me proof okay like i need to see
actual evidence because i think you're the minor um and obviously when my friend
uh tells me he's like no i'm not shows me proof that he is not and i heard
harass him more and he's like, dude, like chill
out, like manipulated
me to be honest.
That was then. This
is now. Claims
that D4VD, aka
David Anthony Burke, contacting
minors from behind bars,
that is Asia Collins
on Twitch. Joining us
an all-star panel, but
tonight are charges
on the horizon. More charges
for David Anthony Burke, aka
D4VD.
Regarding coerced abortion?
Okay, abortion is legal.
Coerced abortion?
Not legal.
Straight out to Marissa Reyes, joining us.
She is the star of the True Light Crime podcast.
Marissa, thank you for being with us tonight.
A lot came out in court about an abortion.
An abortion of a young girl, 13 years old,
and it seemed as if in those texts which are damning that D4VD, David Anthony Burke, is the one orchestrating the whole thing?
What do you know?
Absolutely, Nancy.
We heard in court this whole issue of abortion that came up.
It came up multiple times.
But we're talking specifically about the actual act where Celeste did that we know of get an abortion.
This happened in January of 2024.
And when they were texting about this, David was texting to Celeste,
when are you going to get it done? She said two days. He continued talking about it. This is where he
went and talked about also. My mother always told me to ask this question if in this situation,
it is mine, right? And he went on to say that he didn't want to feel like a complete F-up for his mother.
Now, he continued texting specifics about this abortion appointment, asking what time it was,
saying that it should take 45 minutes, and then he kept checking when it was done. That evening,
He made a shocking text to all of us in the courtroom where he said, I feel like a N-word slur waiting for test results.
Like, I'm waiting to hear about the process.
I keep asking about it.
And he said, L-M-A-O.
Like, this was something funny to him.
So he was constantly messaging her to make sure that this was done.
And then to Eric Fattis, a criminal defense attorney, founder of the law offices of Eric Fattis.
Eric, then she expresses regret.
I would do anything to have my baby back.
This clearly was not her idea, Faddis.
That's coercion.
Did you do it?
Did you do it?
When you're going to do it?
It'll just take 45 minutes.
Go do it.
Setting up the appointment.
The works.
That's coercion, Eric.
The evidence seems to suggest that there was certainly some pressure from David,
who was the older man.
You know, you've got to look at that power dynamic too.
Celeste is a minor, she is a young girl at this time.
And so could that alleged coercion lead to some criminal charge?
I think it's at least reasonably plausible.
A prosecutor might get creative and take a look at that.
We also got to keep in mind that these are big decisions in the lives of two people who have created a child.
And oftentimes it's common to have mixed feelings about that.
And so does that rise to the level of pressuring someone to do something against their will?
You know, that's kind of a high bar.
Repeat.
Two people who created a child.
Why don't you just play having my baby in the background?
When a minor is involved, it's not two people creating a baby like some mystical union,
sprinkled with stardusts, with angels playing harps in the background.
It's statutory rape, okay?
not just statutory rate, but then allegations of coercing and abortion.
Hold everything.
Apply pressure.
That's what you just said.
Translation.
Coercion.
Coercion.
Back to you, Marissa Reyes, joining us out of L.A.
This jurisdiction, star of the light, true crime.
Marissa, you stated that he was worried about what his mother would think.
and here you've got a 13-year-old girl you're texting to get an abortion, and he's worried about mommy.
Did I? What?
Yeah, this is, you know, it's come up a couple times where he seems truly concerned about what his mother thinks about him and pleasing her.
And he did say, because his mother always told him in this situation to ask if it's his,
and he doesn't want to feel like a mess up for her.
And the interesting thing about this, too, was, is this what he?
he learned. So in this situation, make sure it's your kid. But did you ever learn about consent,
about maybe not getting with a minor? It brings up a lot of questions in that. Is that your lesson?
We do know he was homeschooled, but he seemed to miss out on a lot of knowledge about that type of
education. Oh, but, stop, stop. Slow down, Nelly. Did you just say he was homeschooled?
And that somehow explains why he doesn't know about statutory rape?
Well, I wouldn't know. I wouldn't explain that, but I'm saying he is so, in his messages,
refers to things that his mother taught him, right? His mother told him to ask this. I don't want to be
a mess up for my mother. So, you know, it's just, why is that what he falls on? It's just excuses.
Marissa, I'm not arguing pro or con abortion. That's not what I'm saying. But I can tell you this,
coercing an abortion on anyone, much less a minor is illegal.
Coerced or forced abortion is a form of reproductive coercion where a person uses threats,
intimidation, fraud, duress to compel a pregnant individual to terminate a pregnancy against
their explicit will.
You know, this goes far beyond coercion.
In the law, it addresses administering medication.
We've heard of people sneaking the girlfriend or the wife an abortion pill.
Violating a young girl's bodily autonomy is illegal in all 50 states.
Again, this is not about whether abortion itself is legal or illegal.
This is about violating Celeste's bodily autonomy for her to have control over her own body.
That's what we're talking about with the potential charges of a coerced abortion.
And you know, in many states, when a child in uterus dies, think about Scott Peterson when baby Connor died because he murdered Lacey.
Those are actual charges, right? Fetal homicide. An abortion is different because abortion is legal. Coerced abortion, not legal.
This has allegations swirled that D4VD, David Anthony Burke, is writing letters to minors from behind bars, asking for special privileges, face-to-face meetings with his lawyers.
There's some of those letters where he quotes the Bible.
hey, it's never too late to be saved.
You can be saved and be born again while you're behind bars.
You don't need to walk free for that.
And Celeste parents now demanding the death penalty and filing a civil suit against David Anthony Burke.
When you hear how much money this young man made, it's unbelievable.
And so based upon the amount of money he made, I personally found it deplorable when he transferred two homes out of his name.
And the witness, the last witness on the stand, he was the one that advised the family to transfer the assets out of David's name to protect it from a civil lawsuit.
Colleen Burke, David's mom has been looking for an entertainment attorney probably because she and David are working together on how he can continue to release music from prison.
No joke.
His mom is definitely looking at the dollar signs.
That's why she's had David's homes removed from his name and put into her name so that whenever he's officially in a felon in prison, that he doesn't have any of this stuff taken away from him or that Celeste's family doesn't try to sue him for money and take some of his fortune.
from our friend Harvey Levin at TMZ and TikTok at Sloan.
Marissa Reyes, joining us the star of the light true crime.
Tell me about the lawsuit.
I'm telling you that most of D4VD David Anthony Burke's assets have been siphoned out of his accounts.
You're going to need a forensic accountant if you're going to sue him to try to find the money.
He has now claimed that he's broke and is getting a public defender.
So that's going to be a hard task finding his money.
But what are the claims filed by Celeste Rivas family against D4VD?
Correct, Nancy.
A civil lawsuit was filed by Patrick Seinfeld a couple weeks ago.
And the thing is it expands looking at just David Burke in this, right?
We have David Burke on going to a criminal trial.
But civilly, we're looking at who else was possibly responsible and had knowledge of what was going on for Celeste,
that is to blame in this. You've got David. You have his multiple companies that are listed,
his own mother. They have his team in their management listed. They also have, which is very
interesting to see his live in box. Look at your screen. Yes. Look at your screen. I wonder if the jury's
ever going to see this. I like boobs getting oil rubbed on his body by a female assistant.
Oh, H-E-L-L-N-O. He's going to be all.
PQ, perfectly groomed, in a suit.
No, probably looking like a Harvard 1L,
the way the Menendez brothers were dressed up, you know, khakis, button down, that whole thing.
They ain't going to see, I love boobs T-shirts.
No, that's not happening.
I just had to make sure that you saw that, Marissa.
Okay, pick it up, Marissa Reyes.
Yes.
Yes, no, he's going to look completely different in court.
The way that was even requested in a motion before is not clothing that he typically wears.
We're going to see a different David presented to a jury.
But picking back up his bodyguard, the living bodyguard that was with him, that was part of Operation Awesome, which was essentially kidnapping Celeste and bringing him to his home in Hollywood is also in this civil lawsuit.
Did you say Operation Awesome?
What?
Operation Awesome.
That is what David and Celeste referred to.
When he was, I like to use the word kidnapping, took.
Celeste from her home, because she's not of age to consent. She's a child, a minor, from her home in Lake
Alessonore, where she packed bags, put things even in a trash bag, to go with him to his home in West
Hollywood. And his bodyguard was a part of that. His bodyguard drove. So he's listed in the civil
lawsuit as well. And that's something that I think a lot of us want more information on. He didn't
live with David the entire time, but he was a part of this. He was aware of Celeste. He drove back and forth from
West Hollywood to Lake Elsinore. That is not a short drive. You've got to take at least an hour
and a half to two hours away. It is far. And he went with David to pick up a minor, remove her from
her home, and bring him back to West Hollywood. Oh, yeah. You know, Steve Fisher joining us
tonight, missing person's private investigator, search rescue specialist, owner of search
investigations. Fisher is the one. He beat the LA cops to it, who took it upon himself to go
into the neighborhood after Celeste's decomposing body was found in the trunk of D4BD's Tesla.
He, Fisher, went and collected ringed door cams, and he, Fisher, pieced together how the
Tesla was moved. That's from Steve right there, from spot to spot to spot. So,
no one in the community would complain that a filthy and stinky car, hey, let's see that
demonstration please that you were just about a show, was parked in front of their home.
The car was moved and moved and moved.
And here you see our friend Scott Eicher reenacting putting body bags full of, well, in the
real case, body parts in the trunk of a Tesla and how it would fit.
He even did a demo about how a young girl, Celeste, age and size,
there you go, would easily fit in the trunk.
That's the Tesla reenact from Scott.
But back to Fisher, he's been on this case from the very beginning.
Did you know about Operation Awesome?
And what is a 13-year-old girl supposed to think?
I think they met when she was around 11 or 12.
She was still wearing hello kitty clothes.
That said, what's that young girl supposed to think?
She gets picked up, brought to a mansion where all of these hangars on are sucking up to her boyfriend.
Of course she's going to have sex.
No question.
And everybody in the whole house knew what was happening.
They did nothing.
And I'm wondering if that manager has gotten immunity.
Because for me, I would put them all in the same pot, let them stew and turn the temp on high.
But that's just me.
So what do you think about what you're hearing about Operation Awesome?
So I didn't know about Operation Awesome itself until the prelim,
but we learned, I learned from another minor that he abused at the house
that she was getting transportation to and from the house through that security guard.
But we weren't able to actually cooperate that because she didn't have the name of the guy
until it came out in court to that indeed there was a security guard living there.
You know, we believed her, but we didn't have anything pinning it down.
But, you know, your other point about did anybody get immunity?
I think this civil suit is so important because they're not going to be able to escape, you know, those depositions and whatnot.
And I do think, even though those don't become public, motions to dismiss and whatnot will become public, those are inevitable.
They're going to have to kind of tell the story in those motions.
And I think we're going to hear about who may have been there, who may have known what,
who may have witnessed things, and, you know, who ultimately got a beautiful.

I want to stress allegations of D4VD having sex with other minors are just allegations.
They have not been proven.
He's not been charged in that.
even a P-O-I in that person of interest.
Steve Fisher, it is your testimony, your claim,
that you have spoken to other minor girls
that claimed that they had relations with D4VD.
Yeah, I have, from one of them,
I have photographic proof, many pictures,
that have been forwarded to DA's office and to LAPD.
They don't seem to be taking any action on it.
which is, you know, disappointing to the, obviously to the other miners.
But there's proof there, and it's in my client's house.
There is absolutely no doubt.
And one of them is on the actually the movement day, on Valentine's Day.
Edward and Celeste was being kidnapped and taken to the other house.
He is taking pictures with another minor, and I have those pictures, and I know she's a minor.
Put up Fisher.
Put up Fisher.
Fisher.
Fisher, wait a minute. I want to make sure I understand what you just said. Back it up like three sentences.
So on Valentine's Day, he is in, that's the day they take possession of my client's rental house, the one's being called the mansion. He takes possession of that. He's with another minor in that house. And I have photographs that are timestamped on that day. And it's clearly my client's house. They're together. They're in a bed. And that's the day that, you know, Celeste is also.
being transported to the other house, which was like the streaming studio, where they did the famous
delete everything stream.
Okay, you state that you have seen photographic proof of a minor with D4VD, another minor,
not Celeste, in bed.
Were they clothed?
They were clothed, but they were making out, and there were very suggestive photos.
They were clearly inappropriate.
So making out, that is a crime to make out with a minor.
If they were not clothed, either of them, that would be a crime.
But laying on a bed, fully clothed, not a crime.
But if you saw photographic evidence of them making out with a little girl,
crime.
I've got all kind of sirens just blaring in my head right now.
But again, to believe that, you'd have to believe Steve Fisher.
D4VD has not been charged with that.
He's not a person of interest in that or named one.
He's not a suspect in sex relations with other minors.
Why are we talking about it?
Because Dave Mack, crime stories investigative reporter,
tonight reports he is contacting minors from behind bars.
If that is true, this is rhetorical, of course.
Of course, Karen Stark is going to shudder.
What is wrong with him?
What do you know, Dave Mack?
Is he writing or contacting other minors from behind bars for Pete's sake?
Nancy, here's what we know.
There is physical evidence.
There is a letter written in hand.
Of course, the guy, Burke's in prison or in jail.
And the letter has gone viral online from somebody claiming to be 14.
and it is a letter that appears to be written by David,
and it is where he just says,
I received your letter today,
and he puts the date of June 11th.
I'm not sure when this will get to you.
And he goes on.
There's not a lot there other than he goes kind of religious on it.
The deal here is that TMZ has compared the letter writing to this minor
with another letter written to a trustee in the jail that they know came from David to this jail trustee
who David became friends with.
And comparing the two letters, looking at how they're written, looking at the terminology,
it appears that both letters written by the same individual, David Anthony Burke.
You know, Dave Mack, I was about to exoriate you for comparing.
the handwriting and say something like, are you a handwriting comparison expert? No, you're not.
But the truth is Dave Mack, when you, a layperson, can look at two handwriting samples and
determine if they're written by the same person, sometimes there are close calls, but there are
obvious similarities here. And yes, I wouldn't put you on the stand as an expert in that field,
but it's very plain. You're right that the same person wrote that. That says,
to Karen Stark joining us.
She is a renowned psychologist,
TV radio trauma expert,
consultant.
Thank you for making time for us tonight,
Karen Stark.
And you can find her at Karen Stark.com,
Karen with a see.
Karen, when I asked the rhetorical question,
what is wrong with him?
Well, there's so many things.
But is it a compulsion
that you just have to seek out minor girls?
Because we think Celeste was,
correct me if I'm wrong, Marissa and Dave,
11 or 12 when she was targeted by David Anthony Burke.
Then you've got Steve Fisher talking tonight about he has interviewed and seen photos of
young girls that have been with Burke.
What can you get is there some?
Well, obviously there's something wrong with him, but is it a compulsion like a child
molester?
Yes, that's exactly what you're talking about.
If it's true, you're talking about someone who's a pedopherson.
file. And the truth is, they can't have sex any other way. This is what will attract them.
It's almost impossible to do any kind of rehab on that kind of person because the attraction comes
from being with someone who's underage, who's a child. And that seems to be happening here because
it's not just her. If it's true, then there are other girls involved. And that's what's wrong with
He has that need, that compulsion.
Look at your screen.
That's what excites it.
Look at your screen.
A little girl.
A little girl.
Marissa Reyes, joining us, the star of the light true crime.
How old, oh, my stars, look at her.
How old was Celeste when she was targeted by David Anthony Burke?
Celeste was only 11 years old when they first made contact on Fortnite.
11.
Karen Stark, 11.
And Marissa
has listened to every word
in court. She's seen all
the documents. Eleven
years old.
What were you saying about
they can't have sex unless it's a child?
What? Yes, they can't
because this is what excites
them. This is what gets them
off, Nancy. And so
it has to be somebody who's underage.
And as soon as she would
get older, he would be turned off. If that's who he is, and it seems right now like that's who he is,
this is what attracts him. People who are like that, they don't have a choice. You can't do any
kind of reform with them. You can't try and change them because it's fixed. Their sexual attraction
is fixed on children as horrific as that is. I can think of one way it could be fixed, but
castration, physical castration, sadly, is not allowed in our children.
our country. We do have chemical or drug castration, where the guy essentially cannot get an erection,
but once they quit taking the pills, erection on. To Joe Scott Morgan joining us, Professor Forensics,
Jacksonville State University. He is the star of a YouTube hit body bags with Joe Scott Morgan.
He is a death investigator with over 10,000 death investigations under his belt. Joe Scott, at age 11,
She doesn't even have breasts.
She probably hasn't even started a period.
She's a baby.
Yes, she is.
And yet here he is, attracted to her allegedly and engaging in this so-called relationship.
I wouldn't call that.
I love the term coercion that you were using earlier.
But let me tell you how also, if we are to believe reports of what we're hearing, Nancy,
Let me give you another kind of insight from a forensic standpoint that translates, I think, into Karen's area.
Nancy, when he bore witness to those images at that hearing back in July, and I'm talking about images that images that involved a hand missing a finger where a tattoo had been, you're looking at severely decomposed human remains that are in.
multiple elements or pieces. Nancy, they're saying that he had little or no reaction to it,
almost reptile-like, I would say, very cold-blooded. It didn't impact him,
according to what the reporters were saying from within the court. And to me, that's quite
striking, because Nancy, as you well know, you can look at my hair and tell, I've been at this
for a long, long time. And there are things still to this day that I can see either in the
more autopsy photographs, crime scene photographs, that still chill me to the bone where,
you know, I will react to it. And if this is the case, this puts this guy on a completely
different level of what he may or may not have been capable of.
Joe Scott, you're right, according to eyewitness accounts in court when the photos of
Celeste
rendered,
disarticulated remains
were introduced in
court. He was
Stoic actually looked relaxed.
To Steve Fisher, Steve Fisher has been
actually investigating the case since the get-go
and gave a lot of information
to the LAPD when we were all wondering
why aren't there charges.
Relaxed, getting a back-rub
in court
by a female lawyer, while
they're showing Celeste disarticulated body?
Yeah, you know, before I got thrown out, I'm the third hearing.
I was there for the first two hearings.
And so I saw that interaction between the lawyers and him.
He was very relaxed, seemed very confident in his lawyers.
I don't know exactly what happened there because I truly don't think he's out of money.
But it's a weird dynamic, how he is not just absolutely panicking right now
and demanding the hearings for bail and what.
It almost just seems like he's comfortable in this setting, which is, it's all just so bizarre to me.
I think this is going to go down as one of the, is a, is a crime that's studied entry crime for forever.
I mean, this is, this is as bad as it gets.
And listen, we know a lot, but there's stuff that I know that hasn't come out yet, that if it goes to trial, will, it gets worse.

Crime Stories with Nancy Grace.
We're back in court again this time because Celeste's parents are suing D4VD civilly.
That means for money.
Now, earlier you heard Eric Fattis, veteran trial lawyer,
talking about the legalities of a civil lawsuit and how very often you cannot claim the Fifth Amendment
when you're being sued civilly.
But there is a caveat, and that caveat is that when you are sued civilly,
and you have a criminal case such as murder pending,
you can take the Fifth Amendment,
even in a civil deposition,
unless you've gotten immunity,
or unless your case is completely over,
including the appeals.
So, if the 4VD is called to take a deposition,
he can still take the fifth.
His parents, not so much.
Listen to this.
Celeste's family is suing David's mom for a wrongful of death,
but we need to hold up here for a moment because they definitely knew more about this relationship.
We have text messages between David and Celeste where she's asking him if his mom is aware of them doing,
you know what. Then we see them together at the Fonda Theater later that month.
September of 2024, Celeste turned 14 years old and she asked her parents the day before David went to London if she could join him.
This would have been on September 23rd where both of her parents signed off on a travel consent form for her to go internationally with David when she should
be in school. That's from TikTok
at Sloan. So to Eric
Fattis, for the parents
to now sue
D4VD civilly,
many people are arguing
as you just heard Sloan suggesting,
hey, you signed the consent forms
for her to go out of the country. You knew
she was there. What did you think was
happening? They were playing
rummy?
No,
that's not what was happening.
And you should have known that, although
Fattis, there's a big
difference in suing over trips out of the country and alleged sex with a minor and the murder
of your child. Big difference. They are entirely within their rights to sue. Without question,
they can absolutely bring this lawsuit. But what some of those opinions are touching on is this
idea of comparative negligence. And it's not something, not an opinion I hold necessarily,
but I think the defendants in this civil case could allege that, hey, if the plaintiffs themselves bore some responsibility,
if they were also negligent in terms of bringing about these adverse outcomes detailed within that lawsuit,
then those plaintiffs could have to share some of that legal responsibility.
And so I think the defendants are going to say, hey, you know, if the security and the record company and things like that by, you know,
providing funding and making arrangements, if they're responsible, wouldn't Celeste parents also
potentially share some of the responsibility for giving these permissions for consenting to these
arrangements that also could have contributed to these acts taking place? It's a difficult
argument to make without question. I'm not making it, but I could see the defense attorneys in
the case making it. So Eric Fattis, I hear what you're saying, that the parents bear some
responsibility for handing their daughter over on a silver platter to D4VD, when anybody would know
he wanted her to be with him for sex reasons. But you've heard the theory, or studied in law school,
of intervening criminal act. We may trash them as parents. We may think we would have done it differently,
but they certainly did not sign a consent for her to be disarticulated and put in a trash bag.
Can't that same intervening event argument be made by the defendants in this case,
by the security guard, by the management, by David's own mother?
Couldn't they also argue in the same vein, Nancy, that, hey, we signed up to try to promote
this person as a musician.
We didn't sign off on any of these horrid events happening.
In fact, there was an intervening cause.
That intervening cause was this alleged monster, David, who engaged in, you know, misconduct sexually
with a minor.
and then allegedly offed her and tried and disarticulated her body.
It seems like that argument could play both ways in terms of the intervening cause
and in terms of the legal responsibility being placed on the primary actor in this alleged series of events.
To Marissa Reyes joining a star of the light true crime,
Marissa, what exactly are the claims in the parent civil lawsuit against David Anthony Berg?
They're mostly centered around wrongful death and that they also,
took away the possibility of having future memories with her and all of that and that people knew
about what was going on now i want to bring up something in the civil lawsuit that stood out to me because
a lot of it is primarily based off of what we heard in the preliminary hearing but there was something
that i had a stop because i was shocked we did not hear about this in the preliminary hearing and i
think it's important now i'm going to read the exact quote in the civil lawsuit they state on or about
23rd through 24th, 2025, immediately after the killing, transporting decedent's body and driving
to a remote area of Santa Barbara County off state route 154 to begin disposing of evidence.
Here they're alleging that David also seemed to have transported her body up to Santa Barbara.
We have never heard of that in the preliminary hearing.
That stood out.
So do the lawyers?
Does the family know anything more?
or are they just alleging this completely?
But this stood out.
That was also part of it, you know, the fact that he transported her body out of the area.
Wow.
What do you know about that, Steve Fisher, about the Santa Barbara connection?
Marissa's right, because we've known, and I think it's through his cell phone or GPS tracking,
that he went to Santa Barbara.
What do you think about that?
That's being alleged in the civil suit we're discussing tonight.
Yeah, you know, I've said before that I do not believe.
that Celeste was stored at the house for those 11 days or whatever it was, but I believe that
you know, she was taken to Santa Barbara and then at some point brought back. There was too many
people coming in and out of the house. His parents were in town at that time and there was somebody
living at the house, you know, Rob Morgan, so I don't believe she was stored there. There was no
freezer that we know of and so I do believe that they're right in the civil suit. She was
transported to Santa Barbara. And I'll tell you, besides the telemetry, they have a
the Tesla. I've been to that spot in Santa Barbara. There are her license plate readers on that
highway. So they have him. Plus he went to a charging station. Tonight, is D-4-50s David Anthony
Burke actually communicating with minor girls from behind bars? Does his compulsion no,
no end? Are there potential charges for coercing an abortion on a young girl?
Has he made $3 million since Celeste's murder?
All of these questions and allegations swirling.
I don't know if we'll ever have the answers,
but one thing I do know, to Joseph Scott Morgan,
what happened to this little girl, Celeste?
Well, as she sustained a sharp force injury, Nancy,
her chest or to her abdomen.
And it's my opinion throughout all of this.
This is just where the horror starts.
If we are to understand, you know,
the findings of the pathologists such as they were relative to,
relative to what they had left, what they had left,
and it has been described actually, forgive me as soup,
that her little body was in fact,
rendered down to the point where
there was not much to work with, Nancy.
And so the assessment that they were having to do
in the moor, also at the scene,
you know, when they began to open up that front of that car
and that smell came out, her body
articulated in various bags,
not to mention apparently in a body bag, Nancy.
I never thought I'd hear myself saying that
relative to a body bag being part of a criminal investigation. I've never seen the likes of this.
It was a slow death that she suffered. If that injury is accurate that they're talking about,
she would have bled out. It would not have been sudden. It would have taken some period of time.
And then after all of that, this individual is going to stand over her remains and use some kind of
instrumentality here to take her body apart piece by piece and then treat it with this level of
disrespect where the body is being moved about over and over again where the body is being
essentially entombed in a Tesla vehicle with no respect whatsoever until she gets to the point
where she is rendered down to where she is in a liquid state to a great great part Nancy
Even thinking, Joe Scott, of ordering a kiddie pool to affect the murder and disarticulation
so as not to destroy or must up his own garage.
Do you recall that?
Yeah, I do.
And again, that's one of the striking things, my friend,
is that you would go to these links to facilitate that where you're searching for all of these items.
And Nancy, I've got to tell you, you know, the searches that were done looking to purchase these items when you contextualize all of that, it's enough to send a chill up and down the spine of the most resolute of those among us because it's absolutely horrible.
And it goes to thought, doesn't it?
You know, that these are the instruments that may be required of me in order to facilitate what the police are alleging here.
this is this is a deep dark hole to go down my friend uh and then you know what we're left with at the
at the end of the day is a child's body a child's body that has been shown the utmost in disrespect
and there's really nothing there there's nothing there that scientifically uh you can really
you know set your feet strongly upon because it's so compromised that whoever did this to her
facilitated the rot that we see. Forgive me for saying that, but the rot that we see with the remains,
the degradation here of all that remained of this precious little child.
And Steve Fisher joining us, P.I. Owner of search investigation, Steve,
if you, you, single-handedly had not collected all of that ring cam, doorbell cam, the works,
which you've shared with us, thank you.
and handed it over to the LAPD,
this case may never have been solved.
You know, maybe not.
You know, it started, honestly,
with the burn cage and the chainsaw,
and we didn't understand why those weren't taken in the search warrant.
And, you know, a lot of people thought
we were sensationalizing the case
by saying the burn cage might have had anything to do with it,
that that was just a prop being used on a video,
but we knew by looking at the totality of evidence
that this was a potential plan
by him and I can see why people didn't believe it. It seems like movie props, chainsaws and in
burn cages and bodies and trunks of Tesla sitting in wealthy neighborhoods. It is absolutely,
you know, I remember one of the first times I talked about this in the press, I said that,
you know, there's going to be information that's coming out. This is sadistic. And that's before we
could release the information about the burn cage, the chainsaws, and what we were finding. And it is
all that. He is, if
he did this, like, he's charged,
this guy's a monster.
All defendants, all
suspects are innocent.
As we go to air tonight, he is
innocent. Regardless of what we may
think, or we may surmise
or deduce, he is
innocent under our law.
Unless and until
he is proven guilty beyond
a reasonable doubt.
