Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an iHeart Podcast. Crime Stories with Nancy Grace. Tammy Stephan called 911 last Saturday and told a dispatcher someone just tried to kidnap her daughter. I do have a loaded 45 with me, so please let the officers know. You can hear Stephan passing along a description. Black gloves? What did he look like? Dozens of deputies searched for the man, and the neighborhood was on high alert. People purchased dogs. People didn't want family members potentially to come to their homes as a
Starting point is 00:00:43 fear of what might happen. They didn't maybe want to even leave their home. But today, detectives say the entire report was a fake. They say this video shows the mother of four buying a notebook and other things she planted as part of the kidnapping story. Stephan is a fitness competitor and personal trainer. And according to investigators, she was trying to frame a business partner who she blamed for swaying votes that kept her from winning an online fitness contest. She even went so far as to have her daughter urinate herself to make it be more believable to law enforcement. The sheriff's office says Stephan is a sick person who not only put fear into an entire community, but cost the sheriff's office thousands of dollars for the manhunt.
Starting point is 00:01:24 Detectives say even Stefan's husband was fooled because he also thought the kidnapping attempt was real. What? A fitness instructor faking her daughter's kidnapping, including forcing the daughter to urinate on herself? Maybe I didn't understand what's happening, but sadly, I think I do. You're hearing our friends at ABC Action News. That was reporter Eric Waxler. This is Crime Stories. I'm Nancy Grace. I don't quite understand it. Take a listen to our friend Lauren Rosella. Deputies say that this man tried grabbing a little girl
Starting point is 00:01:56 sometime around Saturday at 7 p.m. They've been looking for him ever since. Now, if you can stop and take a look at a map of this area where it happened, Mela Court in Holiday. Deputies say that this man tried grabbing this little girl by the arm, but she thankfully was able to get away. And here's that man's description. Deputies say he's about 5 foot 6 to 5 foot
Starting point is 00:02:17 9 with a muscular build and dark short hair. They also tell us he was wearing all black and even had on black gloves. Now back out here live, thankfully that little girl wasn't hurt as we mentioned. She managed to get away, but deputies still need your help trying to track the suspect down. So if you have any information, please contact the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Okay, if this is a hoax, it has gone to DEFCON 4. It is at a whole nother level because now there is an alert and a very detailed description of a kidnapper. If that's not true, I mean, what if they make, what if cops make an arrest for Pete's sake? Again, I'm Nancy Grace.
Starting point is 00:02:59 This is Crime Stories. crime stories did a fitness quote influencer create 369 fake instagram accounts to troll stalk rival bodybuilders and to top it all off force her little daughter to pretend she had been kidnapped even forcing her to urinate on herself. Is it possible? Joining me, an all-star panel, Ashley Wilcott, judge and trial lawyer, Court TV anchor at AshleyWilcott.com, James Shelnut, Atlanta Metro major case detective SWAT officer, retired, now lawyer, Karen Stark, renowned psychologist out of Manhattan at KarenStark.com. And crimeonline.com, investigative reporter. Crimeonline.com, where you can find this and all other breaking crime and justice news. Levi, first let's start with the kidnap.
Starting point is 00:03:54 What happened to the little girl? So she was feeding her dog, according to her mother, and she was kidnapped, but the kidnap attempt was foiled. The kidnapper ran into the woods, and apparently the little girl got a really good look at him. What made cops suddenly think that maybe there wasn't a kidnapping? So they were questioning her 12-year-old daughter, and the 12-year-old daughter kept saying, what's going to happen if I tell what really happened? And of course, she broke down and said that her mother told her to say all of this. And investigators had got their hands on footage from Walmart where they saw her purchasing a laptop and a laptop cover. And those were the same items that
Starting point is 00:04:39 were found in the woods where she said this mysterious kidnapper ran into after trying to abduct her daughter. Take a listen to our friends at WFLA. This is Jeff Patterson. I spoke to the assistant agent in charge here at the Tampa field office of the FBI. They uncovered hundreds of fake social media accounts and more than a dozen email accounts designed to harass a former business partner. 36-year-old Tammy Stephan first called the Pasco Sheriff's Office last July to report someone tried to kidnap her daughter. I have three kids with me. They're small kids and I'm upstairs in the closet and I do have a loaded.45 with me. I heard that your daughter's outside feeding the dogs and someone, a man, tried to grab her from the woods.
Starting point is 00:05:20 The attempted abduction and the phone call were fake. Pascoe deputies soon found out Stephan went to great lengths to fake her 11-year-old daughter's kidnapping. She even went so far as to have her daughter urinate herself to make it be more believable to law enforcement. Okay, this is what I don't get. Levi Page, let's just assume, let's pretend that she did fabricate the kidnap. How does that help her as a fitness influencer? First of all, what is a fitness influencer? Now, I get it if you're an instructor or if you own a workout studio. But what is a fitness influencer?
Starting point is 00:05:59 What is that? So you'll see them on social media. They're very prevalent on Instagram where they post videos and photos. Whoa, whoa, whoa, right there. Right, right, right there. Let me just stop you, Levi Page. I've got, as you on the panel well know, just have a sip of your tea while I tell this part. I got two guinea pigs, a cat, a dog, an 88-year-old mother, a husband, and twins.
Starting point is 00:06:23 I do not have time to go online and look at a quote fitness influencer it will only make me feel bad about myself fitness influencer okay now what what were you just saying about what is a fitness influencer so they post videos and photos of themselves working out you know showing off their muscle and their hard work in the gym. And they'll often endorse fitness products like workout supplements, and they get paid to post it on Instagram. So Ashley Wilcott, please help me. Ashley, how many children do you have? I think it's three. Yes, ma'am. Three and two dogs. And you have the dogs and you got the rabbits that I, I didn't know there were two cats and I heard through a very good and reliable source on the playground that your rabbits in the backyard,
Starting point is 00:07:12 eat McDonald's cheeseburgers. And that's wrong on so many different levels, but I'm not even going to go into that. Rabbits are not carnivores to my understanding, but maybe yours are, I'm not going to get in a fight with them but actually look at the last thing i want to do is go online and look at somebody some woman in a gym probably a really expensive workout outfit showing off her muscles isn't it
Starting point is 00:07:36 something what people will look at on the internet i mean people spend hours every day i don't have the time either and i laugh because I can barely navigate the internet much less. Look at that. But what's amazing, Nancy, is how many people out there do look at that every single day. It's a time suck. And they look at that stuff. I still don't get it, though. Karen, how could staging the kidnap of your 11-year-old daughter possibly help you as a fitness influencer? Well, I think that what she was, look, she's thinking to herself that she's going to call attention to herself and get somebody else in trouble. And you're trying to make sense out of someone, Nancy, who's got a problem. She's not your normal everyday instructor.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Okay. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Whoa, whoa, whoa. I just had a memory from college I remember this gorgeous woman beautiful red hair drew bruises on her face with eyeshadow it was very obvious that it was drawn on and said that she slipped in the shower and I did not understand why would you draw bruises onto your face and pretend you slipped in the shower that was the first time that I ever experienced someone staging that I knew had staged an incident. And I, at the time, did not get it. I get this even less, Karen Stark. So bringing attention to yourself and, quote,
Starting point is 00:09:01 getting someone else in trouble. And not caring about your daughter. What does she mean, Levi Page? So she apparently had competed in a fitness competition and the person that was helping her out, a business associate, she claims had set her up to fail the fitness competition, not to win it, had sabotaged her so the motive alleged motive here is that she tried to frame him for this hoax this kidnapping to get back at him oh what kind of spare time must these people have listen to our friend jeff patterson at wfla 8 news all of this to frame a former business partner because stephan believed the business partner had sabotaged her effort to win an online health and fitness contest.
Starting point is 00:09:50 The FBI got involved when they learned it also involved cyberstalking. Crime Stories with Nancy Grace. crime stories with nancy grace in addition to sending threatening messages online she spoofed calls she also used voice disguising software according to the fbi stephan set up hundreds of fake online accounts to harass her victims. The extent of her crime is astounding. She used over 369 Instagram accounts and 18 email accounts that the FBI identified in which the defendant used to threaten her victims. Talk about having time on your hands making hundreds of fake accounts, 369 Instagram accounts, 18 email accounts to threaten her victims. Okay, wait a minute. Victims, that's
Starting point is 00:10:57 plural, Levi Page. You only told me about one. Yes, according to the FBI, there was about three victims in multiple states. And some of the messages that she would send them would be, I plan to slice you up into little pieces. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Yes. I plan to slice you up in little pieces. And that's. Okay, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:11:17 I just had to let that soak. I had to let that marinate for about 10 seconds. Go ahead. That's tame compared to some of them. Wait, wait. I want to hear the ones you're talking about. What else? She says,
Starting point is 00:11:29 Your blood I shall taste. And then she sent photos of knives with the caption, I'm coming for you. And all hell is going to fire down on you and your world like never seen before. Okay. Karen Stark. Boy, do I need to shrink.
Starting point is 00:11:47 Your blood, I'm looking at the direct quote right now, your blood shall I taste. Okay. When you start speaking like oldie English, your blood shall I taste. Okay. What is that? That's somebody who's really enjoying the act of getting revenge. I think there was an incident where she left a headless doll on the steps of one of her so-called enemies. So the child would find it. She was really enjoying every second of this, Nancy. She was diabolically plotting to do this in ways that she could make people be most frightened, intimidated, and get even. Hey, wait a minute, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:12:31 Karen Stark, I'm so happy. You're never wrong, but I got you going bass-ackwards. I'm so happy. In all the years I've known Karen Stark, she's never got a fact wrong. She, she, Tammy Stephan, the fitness influencer, called police and she alleges she finds a headless doll on her front porch with a note that said, new toy for the kids. Take a listen to our friends at WFLA Channel 8, Peter Bernard. This one's just in time for Halloween. Pasco
Starting point is 00:13:04 deputies say they arrested the mother of a young girl on Saturday for a macabre story. They say they now know she had a friend put a headless baby like this on her porch as a way to get back at a former business partner. Inside, a cryptic note saying, new toy for the kids. The strange behavior at this house in the Vista Lakes neighborhood in Holiday started a string of odd events that led to the arrest of 36-year-old Tammy Stephan. Arrest paperwork says Stephan plotted with a friend to place the headless doll back on July 9th. Then she filed a sheriff's office report. Absolutely ridiculous. Stephan didn't like how deputies responded to the headless doll, so five days later, cops busted Stefan in an elaborate plot to fake the attempted
Starting point is 00:13:46 abduction of her daughter. But cops found video of Stefan buying items they say she used to stage the kidnapping in mid July deputies told us. And not only is it sick because they fabricated it, but is sick because this mother of the 12 year old. Utilized her daughter.
Starting point is 00:14:04 To perpetuate this. this ridiculous report of crime i'm sure that weaves into her fake kidnapping somehow so she's happened five days before so she's apparently stalking herself james shelnut joining me atlanta metro major case detective swat retired now lawyer james help me out wow uh you know nancy i'm just thinking i'm glad that this is not an ex-girlfriend Joining me, Atlanta Metro Major Case Detective, SWAT, retired, now lawyer, James. Help me out. Wow. You know, Nancy, I'm just thinking I'm glad that this is not an ex-girlfriend of mine because this is the exact type of lady that would key your car and slash your tires.
Starting point is 00:14:34 This lady is scary. You're not. Whoa, wait, wait. Is there something wrong with that? Okay, go ahead. You know, this lady's scary. You know, stalking, you know, we don't. Way scary. You know, stalking, you know, we don't. Way scary.
Starting point is 00:14:45 Yeah, stalking is one of those types of things, Nancy, that law enforcement gets a lot of report of. You know, the statistics are one in six women are victims of stalking. One in 19 men are victims of stalking. And, you know, this is an offense, which essentially is what this lady did. She was cyber stalking these people that she was angry at. And so this is a type of crime that often leads to violence. It places people in fear of their safety, and it's serious. And in this case, if you look at, as an investigator stepping back from this, if you look at the situation of what does it look like if a person is sending cyber threats and sending other threats, what does it look like when that person is actually a person
Starting point is 00:15:25 who would follow through with it? And what it looks like is Tammy Stephan. And speaking of using your daughter, take a listen to our friend Mario Lopez. I heard that your daughter is outside feeding the dogs and someone, a man tried to grab her from the woods. This true crime story started with that 911 call. Authorities say Tammy Stephan, a fitness influencer, lost an online fitness competition and then wreaked havoc on colleagues and set off a wild chain of events. What I believe is a sick person fabricated this whole event.
Starting point is 00:15:58 Authorities said it all started with Tammy Stephan creating almost 400 Instagram accounts used to harass and threaten her ex-business partner and others, one of which she told she would slice up into little pieces. But Tammy was just getting started. Here's Tammy caught on camera. Cops claim she was buying supplies for a fake attempted kidnapping of her 12-year-old daughter from her backyard, which she tried to pin on a former business partner.
Starting point is 00:16:21 And Tammy not only allegedly asked her daughter to lie about the attempt of kidnapping, but then after being arrested for a false report, according to Pasco County Sheriff's, Tammy called her daughter from jail and asked her to say it was her idea. Her statement to us was, if I tell the truth, what's going to happen to my mom? Does nobody remember jailhouse phone calls are recorded? Isn't that true, James? Y'all know? It's absolutely true. It's been the downfall of many a criminal too. And I love it. Ashley Wilcott, I will never forget playing over and over and over
Starting point is 00:16:51 Tot Mom, Casey Anthony, in her visits with her parents. They're not only recorded, but audio face contorted in hate and revenge at her parents who were just there trying to help her. It never once showed interest about where Kelly may be or what happened to Kelly.
Starting point is 00:17:16 You know, Ashley Wolcott, it's SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, to record phone calls in and out of the jail. Yeah, it is. Thank goodness. Because here's what really disturbs me about this case. A 12-year-old, anyone would do this to their child, bad enough if the child's an adult, but much less when this child is still a child and these mothers take these actions, do these things, and do not care at all about the children. They're not capable of providing care for them. So thankfully, yes, it is standard operating procedure. And we do have recordings, which every prisoner should know, by the way. So I think they're incapable of behaving appropriately. Take a listen to our friend Fox 13 Dan Maddox. Investigators say that Steffens was mad at her former business partner and tried to frame him as payback. In her mind, she believed that somehow he prevented her from winning a health or fitness
Starting point is 00:18:07 contest online. As part of the plot, investigators say she trained her daughter to lie. But she even went so far as to have her daughter urinate herself to make it be more believable. Steffens is seen on surveillance video, according to detectives, purchasing fake evidence, which they say she planted in a bush. They say her daughter eventually in tears told them the real story. Her neighbor also has young children all week. They've been living in fear, thinking a kidnapper was on the loose. I told my daughters, you don't go out without any at all. A waste of taxpayer money and a terrified community over what deputies call a selfish act that also scared her little girl. Her statement to us was, if I tell the truth, what's going to happen to my mom? Crime stories with Nancy Grace. I told my daughter's you don't go out without any dolls, a waste of taxpayer money and a terrified community over what deputies call a selfish act that also scared her little girl. Her statement to us was, if I tell the truth, what's going to happen to my mommy? You know, I'm just trying to figure out what was going on in this woman's mind. gave such a detailed description of the, quote, kidnapper, describing him, his height, his weight, says he's a Hispanic man who tried to snatch the little girl, the 11-year-old, and drag her into
Starting point is 00:20:32 the woods. And then the little girl saying, what's going to happen if they find out the truth? And I lied to the police. And the little girl questioned what would happen to her mom if she told the truth. You know, I'm looking at some of her postings online, and you can tell she works out all the time. To Levi Page, CrimeOnline.com investigative reporter, what kind of a fitness competition did she lose? I mean, how can you have an online fitness competition? What is that? I guess it's where they compare, you know, photographs that you post of your progress, of gaining muscle and losing fat from working out. Wait, and who votes for you? I would say that it would be people in the fitness community, people on social media. In another instance,
Starting point is 00:21:21 the FBI says this woman, 37-year-old Tammy Stephan, calls a business owned by a Collier County, Florida woman so many times the company couldn't get calls from customers. So she changed the business voicemail to sounds of a sex nature, including people moaning in the background. Okay. How'd you like that going on your outgoing message? Now, what's odd, Ashley Wilcott, is this woman had no criminal record before. What does that mean? You know, I got to be honest, Nancy, this day and age, I see so many crimes and so many cases come before the court that it used to be, well, if they didn't have criminal history, it would be unusual. They would resort to something that is this egregious. I don't believe that anymore. I'm not the psychologist. I don't know the mental health or why they resort to this. But but it doesn't to me, it doesn't mean they didn't do it just because they don't have prior criminal history. I say that all the time, James Shelnut.
Starting point is 00:22:28 I always use Scott Peterson as a great example. He didn't even have a traffic violation before he murdered his wife and his unborn baby. Yeah, absolutely. And I agree with you. You know, a lot of times you look back and there's not always an accurate scale or it's not always accurate to say that, hey, you know, the level or number of criminal convictions that a person has is consistent with what their mindset is. You know, there's a lot of people who are very seriously mentally ill and going through a lot of things. And that may not always be reflected on a criminal history. But wait a minute. I don't see this woman as being mentally ill, Karen Stark. I mean, she may be angry. She may
Starting point is 00:23:07 want revenge, deceitful, evil, but mentally ill? Uh-uh. Well, Nancy, according to the court and the way that you're looking at it, no, she isn't because she's able to know right from wrong. She's planning all of this. But in terms of her ability to do it and the fact that she took such pleasure in it that's not a person who is your normal healthy individual she definitely is well you know i didn't say she was normal i didn't say she was normal for pete's sake listen to this message it's mental illness. It is not mental illness. I mean, who do you think you are, a psychologist?
Starting point is 00:23:50 One of her quotes is, quote, all hell is going to rain fire down on your world like never seen before. You have picked the wrong person to mess with. You have no idea what you've done. I will be catching the next flight to Michigan out of here. And the person on the other end is probably thinking, what? What happened? I mean, help me out, Levi Page. Who is she writing? Because she had several victims. Yes, it was several victims, Nancy. And I don't think that their names have been published for privacy concerns. You know, to Ashley Wilcott, this raises the specter of more charges, more serious allegations such as terroristic threats when you threaten to kill someone.
Starting point is 00:24:36 But with terroristic threats, you have to have an overt act to go with it. It can't be just talk. If it's just talk, then that would be more of a stalking and harassment charges. But there's more than one victim, Ashley. Yeah, there is. And so there could be multiple charges as a result of the stalking. And that's one of the issues that we have with all of our social media, with all of our internet. No, you cannot threaten people online, right? And directly threaten people. But without the Overt Act, the charges may not be as severe, but you could have multiple counts. So here's the question. What type of a person are we dealing
Starting point is 00:25:11 with when we're talking about Tammy Stefan? What kind of person? What about it, Karen? You're talking about someone who's obsessive compulsive, but a personality disorder, Nancy, which means she can't stop herself. She has to get revenge, the revenge that she's considering in her mind. And she's narcissistic, which she will go to no ends to make sure that she punishes these people that won't let her have her fame. Her children mean nothing to her because no one is as important to her as she is. And what do you think about that reflecting her obsession with her body? There's the narcissism and she'll never be satisfied with her own body. She will never think that she's in good enough shape, that she can win enough people following
Starting point is 00:25:57 her, that she can have people on her side because she's looking for perfection, which doesn't exist. Well, why do you call her obsessive compulsive? Because she is able to be, she can't stop. When you're obsessive compulsive, you do minute things. You come up with old English. You track all these different people. You find different accounts. She keeps going.
Starting point is 00:26:21 All the details are fine for her. Do you think she would have ever carried out her threats? That's the part that we, actually, that's the part you didn't mention, and I think she might have. And that's the scary part, because she was getting worse as she kept going. Well, the fact that she went so far as to purchase the items and bring her daughter into it, those are overt acts, which shows she would act to some degree. And once the camel's nose is in the tent, Estelle will surely follow. I agree.
Starting point is 00:26:54 Definitely. Think about someone who neglects their children that way. That's narcissistic behavior. Nobody else is real to you. It's like a psychopath. So she was going to enlist her daughter to help her. To Ashley, what parental rights, if any, will she have while behind bars? Oh, that's an excellent question.
Starting point is 00:27:17 So someone has to take care of that child. Ideally, in a perfect world, you have a relative who's capable and appropriate and can care for the child and can have temporary custody. She's married. So the father, unless the father failed to protect, I mean, you have to think about that in juvenile law in terms of who has custody. If there's clear and convincing evidence that that father failed to protect, that child can go with the relative or perhaps be in foster care. But if she's in jail, does she have any parental rights? Her rights are not terminated if she's in jail. No, I mean, but if she's in jail, does she have any parental rights? Her rights are not terminated if she's in jail. No, I mean, but if you're in jail, you can't see your child. You
Starting point is 00:27:51 can't force somebody to bring your child. Well, those rights still exist. There are a lot of people that get to visit with their children while they're in jail, unless there's a no contact provision. Levi was there one? There has not been anything reported regarding that, Nancy. Did the husband have any clue, Levi Page? Her husband has said that he had no idea that any of this was going on, that he had absolutely no clue. He even thought that the kidnapping was real. Crime Stories with Nancy Grace. A Florida mom and fitness coach and competitor plans an elaborate attempt, a fake attempt, a fake attempted abduction of her little girl pointing the finger at a business colleague
Starting point is 00:28:46 according to pasco county sheriffs um the girl the little girl was afraid to tell the sheriffs what really happened but it wasn't that she just staged it she actually pointed the finger at someone else a real person creating a scenario where her daughter would be snatched and dragged into a wooded area, and then she would escape, and the police would be called, and then her daughter would describe the assailant, and that assailant just so happened to be the business colleague. Is that right, Levi? Yes, it was her business partner that she was targeting. Deputies and detectives also find a notebook filled with notes written in different colors and a laptop cover. Now, the girl's description of the man who tried to kidnap her, she told police she had never seen him before, but based on the little girl's description, mommy says it was her business
Starting point is 00:29:47 partner, a former business partner. So it's not just some, you know, a random person. She's actually having the business partner described and they go and question the business partner. Don't they, Levi? You're correct, Nancy. They go and question him. And can you imagine, Nancy, being the target of something like this? I mean, it's absolutely mind-blowing. You know, long story short, they go find the business partner. Thank goodness for him he had an alibi, and cops checked it out. There was video of him in Tampa at the time of the faked kidnapping, and that was 45 minutes away from where the
Starting point is 00:30:27 fake kidnapping happened. All this because she thought she should have won a fitness photo contest online. I mean, amazing to me. And I'm curious, very curious, about the allegations and the false police report. You know, you can do jail time for that. We're learning that in the Jesse Smollett case. Levi Page, how much time and money were wasted on this investigation? I don't know the exact amount, Nancy, but I know that they had dogs, search dogs out there. They even deployed helicopters. They were using helicopters to search in the woods for this fake kidnapper, Nancy.
Starting point is 00:31:10 So this is a lot of money. This is not just something that, you know, they went out and looked in the woods for on feet. They were actually deploying helicopters to search for this assailant. You're right. Sheriff Noco said the full, quote, might. The Sheriff's Department went into service. Air support, canines, special unit, major crimes unit, patrol, many, many other sources to catch the alleged kidnapper. People in the neighborhood bought dogs.
Starting point is 00:31:41 People didn't want to leave their homes. To James Shelnut, former SWAT officer, now lawyer. James, how much money are we talking about that was wasted on this fake kidnap claim, making the daughter TT on herself? Oh, I'm guessing well into the six figures. I mean, you know, it's expensive to run a helicopter. The manpower hours, the overtime hours, the resources, the drain. You know, what makes it worse is, you know, we're living in a society where, you know,
Starting point is 00:32:07 there's a shortage of money often for public safety and city governments. And that makes it even that much worse. And it takes the police away as well from, you know, investigating real crimes and helping real victims. Now, this woman, Tammy Stephan, married the mother of four, had multiple Facebook pages for her Beyond Fit Gym personal training business. Now, it says on there or said before she deleted it all that she had a degree in business management and many, many fitness related certifications. But she says she is a coach, a fitness and sports nutrition specialist with 15 years of experience. Well, as it turns out, she couldn't trick police. The FBI got involved when they learned it also involved cyberstalking. In addition to sending threatening messages online, she spoofed calls.
Starting point is 00:33:03 She also used voice disguising software. According to the FBI, Stephan set up hundreds of fake online accounts to harass her victims. The extent of her crime is astounding. She used over 369 Instagram accounts and 18 email accounts that the FBI identified in which the defendant used to threaten her victims. Stephan has now pleaded guilty to two very serious counts in this case. She faces up to 10 years in federal prison. Based on what we are seeing online, it appears the competition may have been Ms. MS Health and Fitness. You know, it's amazing to me, Karen Stark, psychologist, how far this woman allegedly went over this Ms Health and Fitness competition just before the staged abduction.
Starting point is 00:33:57 She was in fourth place. It doesn't amaze me, Nancy, because she's demonstrating obsessive compulsive behavior. There is a lot of narcissism going on with her. And it's a personality disorder where she can't stop herself. Was she charged, Levi, with any abuse on her daughter that she forced to urinate on herself and to fake a kidnapping? Well, she has actually been charged with child neglect charges, cyberstalking, sending threatening communications. That's for the cyberstalking. And she pled guilty and was sentenced to five years in prison on those charges.
Starting point is 00:36:09 Guys, that means she has access to the jailhouse computer. Let's see where that goes. Five years. Is it enough, and what lasting effect will this have on her family, her four children, two boys, two girls? We wait. As justice unfolds, I predict early release. Nancy children, two boys, two girls. We wait. As justice unfolds, I predict early release. Nancy Grace, Crime Stories, signing off. Goodbye, friend.
