Courtroom testimony in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy will pause Friday morning as a jury of 12 women and six men towards the home or the Massachusetts mother is accused of killing her three children in 20203. Defense attorney Kevin Redington states Clancy will not be present as prosecutors

defense attorneys, Judge William Sullivan, and court staff inspect the Duxbury property. The home's current owners objected to allowing jurors inside, but Judge Sullivan issued a formal order compelling access to the exterior, basement, in all rooms on the first and second floors. Massachusetts State Police and Duxbury Police will secure the property prior to the jury's arrival, and no one will be allowed to touch any items or open any closets or doors during the tour. Courtroom testimony will resume later Friday following the walkthrough. First responders offered jurors a firsthand account of what they found after Clancy killed her three children and attempted to end her life during what her lawyers argue was an episode of post-pregnancy psychosis.

Duxbury police officers Stephen Hall and Brian Josephine testified about arriving at the scene. Hall recalled finding Patrick Clancy screaming for help behind the house where Lindsay Clancy lay in the snow after jumping from a second-story window. Clancy remains paralyzed from the waist down. With responders tending to his wife, Patrick Clancy rushed into the basement, discovering three-year-old Dawson, five-year-old Cora, an eight-month-old Callan strangled with exercise bans. Officer Josephine testified that only infant Callan had a faint pulse. Fire supervisor, PJ Hussay, described the chaotic scene as emergency crews rushed to render aid. Clancy's lawyer argued she suffered from bipolar disorder and that prescribed antidepressants

worsened her condition, claiming she heard a voice ordering her to kill the children and herself. Prosecutors maintained Clancy acted intentionally and is criminally responsible, pointing to Patrick Clancy's testimony about a phone call where Lindsay focused on her own experience rather than their children. According to a statement from the Meigs County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, 19-year-old Samuel Hacht Stettler of Rutland pleaded guilty on July 24 to aggravated murder

in the 2025 death of 28-year-old Rosanna Kissinger. Hotch Stettler faced charges of murder, kidnapping, rape, and strangulation. Prosecutor James Stanley stated Kissinger died on March 12th. 2025 from positional asphyxiation while Hachtteller raped her in a greenhouse. Evidence showed Hotschdettler smothered her after she rejected his romantic advances. Kissinger's body was found in her trailer after friends became concerned when she missed work. Prosecutor Stanley noted Hutch Dettler told Kissinger's father that she had died and even offered to help prepare their barn for her funeral.

Hutchdettler was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison, required to register as a violent offender and Tier 3 sex offender and offered a brief apology in court after his prior confession was ruled inadmissible. In upstate New York, testimony is underway in the second-degree murder trial of 45-year-old Luciano Fratollin. The Montreal coffee entrepreneur is accused of killing his 9-year-old daughter, Molina Fratollin, during a July 2025 vacation in Ticonderoga. Melina's mother, Callig Galanis, testified she held sole custody after becoming estranged from Fratollin in 2019. Galanis stated the father and daughter planned to travel to his home country of Ethiopia, but Molina was uncomfortable with the plan due to troubling remarks he made, leading to an

alternative vacation in New York State instead. When Fratollin failed to return Melina to Montreal on July 19th, Galanus contacted him, but he claimed the child was sleeping. Hours later, police arrived at her door. Unbeknownst to Galanis, Fratollin had dialed 911 at 10 p.m., alleging his daughter was kidnapped near Lake George. On Saturday, July 19th, at 2025, at approximately 10 o'clock p.m., Warren County 911, received a call from a man reporting his nine-year-old daughter missing with a possible abduction in the area of Vague to 22 of I87 Northway in late George. The child was identified as Melinda Frettollin, age nine, and the caller as her father,

Luciano Frettollin, age 45. The New York State Police and Warren County Sheriff's Office immediately responded to the area of exit 22 of the Northway and initiated investigation and attempt to locate Molina. Tragically, the search ended on Sunday morning when Forest Rangers made a heartbreaking discovery in a local pond. On Sunday, July 20th, a search detail comprised of officers from multiple agencies conducted an organized search in the town of Taekondiroga, New York. During that search detail, at approximately 1050, members of the New York State Police Forest Rangers located Molina deceased in the shallow portion of a pond.
