Tonight's going to be an interesting episode, but before we get to that,
a couple quick announcements and a couple of cool things I wanted to show you. One,
our friend of the show Kiki, who we saw previously made the awesome Fenthris bow replica for
War over there, recently decided to go ahead and also create Cabal's ruin.
Sure, why not?
Oh my god, yeah, no, I'm getting it.
It is on your body.
I'm attuned to this shit, boy.
Go sit in the corner with it for.
30 minutes.
Just the tune.
Not on screen.
Get it going to go.
Oh, God.
Put it on.
Put it on.
Put it on.
Let's see what it looks like.
Oh my God.
Let's see if it fits, honey.
Faiton level eight.
Look at that.
No one can see you over there.
Why are you getting totally naked?
Oh.
It looks just like Tom creases.
Stand over here.
Go over there.
Stand over there.
Oh my God.
In front of the table.
In front of the table, you dick lord.
Yes.
Someone get a camera on this guy.
God, Christ.
What is that?
You are right.
Put your back against this table.
Put your butt.
Kneel down, Talison.
Talasin, you work in film and TV.
You know how this works.
Keep behind where we are.
No, he wants to be right there.
No, no, this is.
Oh my goodness.
Off to a flying.
Off to a flying.
Our plan's gonna go so well.
There you go.
And the dragons miss us as much as the camera.
And she also made a fantastic replica of whisper,
the blade that was just recently attuned
by our dear road.
Look at the jewels on.
You can just stay there and.
And will you hold up that mini?
Look at you.
Oh yeah.
Because you took two vestiges.
This amazing mini was done by Eric Blumke
I'm sure I'm messing up the name from Sweden.
It's an incredible Grog Mini that's so detailed and amazing.
I had to have it, so I promised our first corn child.
It is fantastic.
Oh, good time.
Yeah.
That might make an appearance tonight as a proxy bog.
It's glorious.
Proxy bogger.
Well done.
Proxy Grog for battle.
I think I would break everything on my way back there.
Beautiful, thank you.
And also since it was recently, she has a birthday.
What?
Yeah.
Oh.
A present for me?
A present for me on stream.
Pineapple, you giant.
It's from me and Marisha.
Happy pineapple day.
Oh, this is so exciting.
What did I get?
It's a great gift.
Oh, no.
Shertception!
Yay!
Part four!
We must keep it going.
Oh, man, this is the best gift.
It's the gift that keeps giving.
The four of them stacked are pretty fucking incredible.
I think you've engaged through the process.
Yeah.
I'm going to take a picture of me.
Someone can put that on a shirt.
Oh man, this is amazing.
We are slowly folding into infinity.
Yeah.
Sam's shirts will be the end of all existence.
That's so great.
That's my favorite gift I've ever got.
That's what's inside the black spinning marble underneath the white sand.
Oh, man, thank you guys.
You're welcome.
Happy birthday, Sam.
So sweet.
It's really sweet.
All right, announcements for the evening.
First off, our fantastic sponsor, Lou Crate is back.
Lou Cray!
Sam, do you have any of any other one?
I prepared a history lesson tonight, guys.
It's a history of crates.
Ancient Greece.
Zeus presents a Lerick
presents a lovely crate to the first woman on earth,
a lovely gal named Pandora.
It contained death and evil, corrupted the world forevermore.
Egypt.
1957, the Ark of the Covenant.
Sort of a crate that carried the Ten Commandments
is opened by Colonel Dietrich and Dr. Renee Belloc.
Ghosts fly out and it melts the faces of several Nazis
while Indiana Jones hides his face.
Los Angeles, California, 1995.
Rookie Detective David Mills, laid by Brad Pitt,
receives a cardboard crate from murder suspect John
It contains the head of his girlfriend, Gwyneth Paltrow.
Your town, present day,
you receive a small, expertly constructed crate
that contains geek sheet gear and apparel
from the Walking Dead, Nightmare on Elm Street.
Friday the 13th, Texas Chainsaw Massacre in Halloween.
Now, which would you rather get?
The Ark of the Covenant.
Pandora's box,
a box with Gwyneth Paltrow's head in it,
or a loot crate, which you can use code critical role to get to
Code Critical Role to get 10% off your monthly crate.
Guys, I think there's only one choice.
I mean, it was all the-of-all-the-cray.
That might be my favorite one you've done.
That was good.
That was good.
To slow you down, a loot crate is going to poach you from house.
That would be fine.
I would much rather do these.
I would do these for money every day.
And coat?
Curses.
Thank you, Sam.
And thank you, Luke Crate.
A heads up, me and Taliesin will be flying out tomorrow to be attending a convention this weekend called another anime convention. Another anime con is in New Hampshire.
Florida. Boston.
No, it's it. I looked it up. You're not sure.
But we're out there doing panels and signings and all kinds of other fun stuff this weekend, so please come say hi, ask questions,
when things to get signed, come meet us, we would love to see you. It'd be a lot of fun.
Also, Marisha, you have a new Sigma Boost run coming up. You all talk about that?
Yes, yes, we're doing a Halloween special edition.
Two runs starting Tuesday, and we're bringing back all the hosts.
Talison and I are in the first episode.
And I know you guys love us.
So for everyone who's like, I'm not watching anymore because Talison's not the host anymore,
now you should watch again.
I'm back.
Yes.
What are you going to do?
Yes.
And you're good at the spooky stuff.
You basically built our list.
It was kind of amazing.
It's all good stuff.
Yeah, yeah.
Liam, you had a new project.
You want to talk about as well.
I am continuing to be Dr. Strange and various Marvel.
Yay!
And on Digital HD, they've got a new animated feature
called Marvel's Hulk, where monsters dwell,
and I am still the Sorcerer Supreme,
where I say things like I of Tomicachi and Svier of Esperanto
and other such spells, so check it out.
I'm in that.
Are you?
Can you say who you are?
Are you?
No.
hosts of Hogwarts. Wow.
My name was in a press release, but Laura will play some competent kick-ass someone or others.
Like you do.
M.
Whoa, that was double ones.
Okay.
Good, you got out of the way. Stop rolling, Laura. Save it for the battle.
I'm just...
Battle?
Wait, we're gonna battle?
Yeah, rap battle.
I guess it depends.
All right, so, now that our announcements are out of the way.
No.
No.
No, here's a work came out this week.
Let's go ahead and dive in to tonight's episode of Critical.
Journey to destroy the Chroma Conclave,
a gathering of chromatic dragons that have just torn through the Taldori countryside
and taken up residents and calling it their domain.
They've defeated Umbrasil.
They have their site set on the next series of dragons
in the process of setting up a timeline in which they had to bait the white dragon Voragal
in the ravine outside of the ruins of draconia,
hopefully to jump on and destroy the dragon.
They were approached in Whitestone by an individual
that apparently was not Seeker Assum,
an ally of theirs from long ago.
Instead, it was one of the dragons of the conclave,
Rishan, the green dragon,
who had come to parley and actually offer an alliance,
seemingly unhappy with the current set of rules
and lack of interest from Thorac
in making up his side of the bargain, which was struck.
Reishan has asked for your aid in destroying the swollen, dangerous red dragon.
You guys asked, as a showing of faith, to have Reishan come with you to the ruins of draconia,
gather the Ravanites, and destroy Boregol alongside.
As such, you gathered Lady Kima.
As an ally in this endeavor, you transported yourselves to the snow and ice-covered.
Robert Reveen, you spent the, or just now have taken up in Scanlan's magnificent mansion and are laying down for an evening's rest.
So, as you guys wake up the next morning, or before you do, what you do to do, no, we don't sleep. No. We don't sleep. No.
Oh, why are you waking me up? I'm sleeping. Because I'm thinking, maybe it's a bad idea.
to go jumping into this tomorrow.
Don't you think maybe we should wait a day?
Sure?
I mean, we could watch for a goal,
see what's going on, see what his behavior is,
and also, you know, prepare a little bit more with the Ravenites.
But that happening, you might have to inform them
that he's not actually going to have a...
An attack?
Tomorrow.
But we just literally just got back from telling them to be ready to move.
tomorrow more. I know.
Percy, how are you feeling?
You know, he would get an extra day to recover. No, he would have an extra day to recover.
Percy's not himself yet. I'm sleeping in the corner, I would assume. He does look a little weak.
I mean, even for his standards.
He's a little pale, you know? I just don't think it's the best idea to jump into this.
So, how do we, we have to go back and tell, and literally just got back.
They were pissed.
They were super pissed that we were there.
We could go back.
I mean, do you go back in the morning?
Well, I feel like time is of the essence, you probably not first to wait till morning.
Tuba is not going to be pleased.
Look, she already hates us.
That's true.
Yeah, can't get any worse.
Could.
What will not freeing them from a dragon?
We are bearers of good tidings.
Are we?
Yeah!
Now, do we totally trust two men the Raven Knights?
Like, do we want to give her all the details?
Or just that we're going to be, like,
checking it out for one day more
before we rang the dinner bell?
What are the details?
Well, I mean, like, if we have an extra day,
what does that get us?
We can maybe try and get Pike.
Ooh.
It gives us an extra day for Pike.
How do we do that?
I don't know.
Um, I can go get her theoretically if we have an extra day.
Right, which I think we do. But I think we need you here, right?
Do we, she does have the stone, right? She does have the stone?
Well, if you go...
I think she has the stone.
Yeah, she has a stone.
Okay.
We're gonna be setting a trap, right?
Yes.
So maybe we make that trap more, better.
What exactly did you tell Tuma was going to happen?
Be ready to be ready to be?
to attack tomorrow morning.
We were going to deliver a giant beast
for the dragon to hunt,
and that her people should be ready to strike.
That's it.
Did you tell her to tell Borogol anything in particular?
No, but we don't know if she has or not.
We don't know what they've got their necks on the line.
I know they're not to be trusted,
but they're in a precarious position as well.
Well, we don't want to necessarily have them jump in right away.
We want them to set yank,
set Voragal on Yank, correct?
So we'd need to...
Shouldn't she inform Voregal that a monster is coming?
Just glorified messengers at this point.
Who's Yank?
The big monster that we're setting free.
The Gristro.
What's that?
He's like a ram?
It's like a nightmareish...
A bunny.
Haven't you seen the picture?
Did you see the picture?
No, I'm the only one that really appreciates pictures
and I haven't seen it.
Oh, that's unfortunate.
I want to go, I'll go grab the book from Percy
as he's sleeping.
Just slip it.
Roll, roll.
Roll for it.
You don't get to say roll for it, roll for it.
I don't get to say roll for it.
I've said that and he's ignored me, so you don't get to say shit.
Dad, dad, make me to roll for it.
I'm just trying to get the big book of beasts away from Percy as he's sleeping.
He's not sleeping on it, is he?
It's in my possession.
Make a perception check with disadvantage.
All right, that'll do.
Take minus,
Don't say it's so confidently.
Subtrap some because you're still really tired from being dead.
That's disadventive.
working in your favor.
Yeah, exactly.
It minus two in both these rolls.
Oh, and minus two.
That's 14.
Yeah, she sleeps it up.
Okay.
See.
You see, this is what you see.
That's what we see, Grog.
Ooh.
Wait, is that like, is it like this?
Is it like me?
We don't know?
We haven't seen this thing.
It's clustered around a bunch of other art pieces of other
demonic-looking entities, and it is, by and large,
about twice to four times the size of anything else on the pig.
the page depicted.
That's really big.
Two grog?
Is it like two grog?
There's no picture of grog in the page.
You have no sense of .
That's like looking in the book of hells.
Draw picture of grog and then we'll know.
Oh, no.
For scale, I put my hand on the page.
Oh, he's tiny.
Yeah, I think he's like handheld.
Yeah, so.
Maybe we need a few yikes.
You know, everyone could do with a few yanks.
Thanks.
Grog.
Ah ha ha.
Geez.
We're all about to die tomorrow the day after.
And I bring it back and...
Wait, back in Scandalin.
When y'all were in, did you see Voragall in your travels?
No, we kept out of sight in the caverns and...
And Voragol, we don't think saw us, but we didn't also...
We just didn't see Vorogel.
Do you think you could replicate your path in the daylight?
Certainly.
I think you would see them in the day.
What if you just like became a fly or something and then it flew down?
and then it flew down.
Wouldn't see me?
Didn't see me?
I believe I don't want to speak for Vax,
but if we're going back tonight,
you no longer have the ability to fly.
Is that true?
But you do, Vexie.
I do.
And I can speak Trachonic.
Oh, well, yeah,
that would have been helpful last time, actually.
Sorry, I didn't think about that last time.
But yes, we could, if I were a fly.
I mean, I assume any of us can avoid his detection
if we just stay low and invisible.
Well, yes.
Right?
Right?
Can you make me invisible?
I can't.
I can make you invisible.
Are we going to go now?
We're going in luck the morning.
We'll pop down tonight just to talk to her one more time.
So you're just telling them.
Hold off a day.
Hold off a day.
And are you going to tell them the next morning?
Are we going to go back and see them again?
Okay, so we'll just say the next morning.
Then you go, say, hey,
we got an awesome thing for you.
Yeah, okay.
Yeah, if we're summoning a few good yanks,
like, do we have a spot that we wanna, like, say,
stay away from or like?
Well, they gave us the location of the stones.
Yeah, she told us to release yank.
Oh, on the summoning circle or something like that.
Okay.
That means.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
I gotta go, Pete.
Oh, well, all right.
Now, also, when we were there, we weren't allowed to bring any weapons in, so you're going to have to dump...
Nothing?
Nothing?
I'm leaving mine in the mansion.
Oh!
I mean, you bring something that you don't mind putting down, like a...
Yeah, don't bring your best, your Sunday best.
Yeah.
No, leave that at home.
I'll take it.
I'm not going to use it.
I don't know how.
Barely.
Yeah.
Woohoo!
Now you've got three vestiges.
Swing.
Um, should we just go, yeah.
Can you make me invisible when we go?
I can make you invisible.
You can fly us down through the cavern,
but you have to be super stealthy.
Okay. I'm gonna cast Pouselota Trace on us.
Okay. Don't know how that will work if we're flying,
but okay. Doesn't that just cover our tracks?
No, it makes it extra stealthy. Yeah.
Okay, good.
Um, wait, uh, Keyleth, will you hold on to
my myth carver sword for me?
Sure. I can trust you.
Of course.
It's a big smile.
You can trust me.
Don't kill anyone with it.
All right.
Gilles finally has a vestige.
I do.
I was the last one, you guys.
It feels, it doesn't really feel like anything.
Once you tune it to yourself.
Scanlon feels the same way, don't you Scanlon?
I feel nothing.
Sometimes I have to hold it with my left hand, so it feels different.
I switch hands.
No, nothing.
No, no.
Now when you call it the stranger?
Yeah.
Danger.
So as you cast past that a trace on yourself in Scanlan,
the shadows of the mansion cling to you a little darker, a little more crushed.
You wish to cast invisibility on Vex?
Yes, I will use yet another third-level invisibility spell to make us both invisible.
All right.
You both invisible?
on to the back of a broom. Okay. And just to double check here.
Wait, I said that. No, we said it really terribly. What do you mean? I didn't say anything.
You sure did. You're damn. I'll say technically you're carrying the brooms. The broom will also be invisible.
Okay. So as you are holding the broom, you both leap onto it. The two of you and the broom vanish. And you guys are free to exit the mansion at your disposal.
Yes, so we made a right here and left here and a right at the big wrong.
gonna keep track of us like you kept track of Vex?
Vax?
I just called my brother me.
I just did that.
Vex is the girl one.
Vax is the boy.
We're literally the same person.
Are you gonna at least be,
is somebody gonna be around in case something goes horribly wrong?
I mean, I'll go with you.
If Kiki wants to turn me into a crow or a fly or something,
I'll go.
No, no, no, don't.
And stay back and watch.
Stay up like Kiki did before.
I mean, I could just do what I did before and follow you as Minxie.
Sure.
Worked like last time.
I still have my one last shape as well.
Isn't Minxie big and spotable?
It's a mountain-based tiger.
She's white.
I'm a white snow tiger.
That's so hot.
It's actually very cold in the mountains.
That's why they have thick coats.
You don't think Vorogel's going to think that's like a midnight snack?
Who me?
Probably sleeping.
I think Borigo's sleeping.
A big white tides.
He's also very far away.
He didn't see me before.
Let me see something.
Hang on.
This will tell me if I can.
Because Polymorph, you might go out of my range.
Is the only problem.
Polymorph just lasts, doesn't it?
No.
No, it's a concentration.
So he has to stay within range.
But out of, oh, range is 60 feet.
Oh, okay.
No, that's just to cast it.
No, that's just to cast it.
I'm pretty sure he can go off its own
as long as to maintain concentration.
Can I?
He can go?
Do you want to go?
I do.
All right.
Where you would be?
Uh, something white.
Something very small, like a moth of white moth.
It's got to be something that can go as fast as we were going.
He can sit on my shoulder.
Okay, sure, yeah.
Yeah, but then if you guys get fucked, I'm dead as well.
I'll just smack you and then you'll become you again.
So it'll be just like every day, right?
Yeah.
Right?
If I smack him, it's not going to kill him, he just turned back.
Yeah, yeah.
You just give him a little.
or a black crow or something you could just fly back on its own.
A moth can't travel a mile.
White crow.
Make him a white crow.
Can you make me an albino crow?
This is getting so.
Sure.
I don't see why not.
With one yellow eye and one black eye.
Oh, get on with it.
I do that with one yellow eye and one black eye.
All right.
And as your form shifts to the first probably albino crow
to wander the lands.
landscape here in Wildmount. You are able to follow them should you so choose.
I give them to match Vex. I give them one like little blue feather just kind of
off the side, you know, like a little blue streak. Yeah. But a little bit this is in
Percy's, ah!
Oh please go. Oh, please go.
Come on.
All right. All right, let's go. You guys make your way outside into the heavy snowfall across the top of
of the ravine, you go ahead and make a survival check.
You could try and follow the tracks of Mingzi
to the outskirts of where you guys were last time.
They also handed Penthris to.
Do I get to give her any assistance?
Any assist?
Like, we went this way, go that way?
Yeah, you know what?
Giving you assist, go ahead and roll the advantage on that.
Oh, that's good.
Oops, that's lucky.
That's right there.
Nice jail already.
Yeah, yeah, definitely already.
17.
Okay.
Takes you a little bit of time,
but you managed to find your way back
through the heavy snowfall.
It's freezing cold.
You're starting to kind of,
you're starting to chatter a little bit,
but you manage to make your way.
To the out, the top of the ravine,
dipping down where you find the cavern entrance
at the bottom leading in towards where
Tuma and the rest of the Ravanites,
they seem to have the central portion of their society
within the mountain itself.
You guys come down, it's a little warmer
the further into the rock you travel.
The snow turns to slush.
than to just damp ground to dry rock and stone.
I get off the broom and put it behind me.
Okay.
Both still walking invisibly,
with you now kind of
walking behind them hopping as the white crow.
We should do the same thing we did last time.
I know you weren't here,
but we turned visible,
asked the guards to go,
it's going to be really shitty when we get in there
because she's going to hate us.
Right?
All right.
But so, ow!
Fuck you!
I will drop invisibility. Are the guards around? You guys are just on the outskirts of the entranceway.
Oh no, we'll stay invisible until we get to the guards, I guess.
To the center of the town or to the outside of Tuma's...
Wherever we...
I thought we were already in the cave.
You're inside the cave, but there's a path in there and then it opens up into the actual subterranean village,
and then in there across from this kind of fountain areas where Tuma's tent is.
Where did we meet the guards last time?
As soon as you enter the main village area.
That's where we were.
want to meet them again.
And so as you both drop your invisibility guys with your white crow friend kind of hopping
behind you, the same two guards are still patrolling, only one of them notices you, turns
around and gives an odd look.
His head cocked at the side as he grabs a spear and puts it towards you again.
Yep, same routine.
We'll leave our weapons here.
This is my friend Vex.
We'd like to see-
I didn't bring any weapons.
Tuma, again, I know it's very upsetting that we have to make these night calls like this,
It's very important.
I speak in Draconic, I say sorry.
My friend rambles.
My broom takes off behind.
Yeah, exactly.
It just vanishes forever.
Keeping the spear there, yells out,
Krah!
And the other soldiers wandering, turns around looks and sees,
steps over, puts his spear down,
and they both have a conversation briefly.
You can call, both speak Trachonic,
They're both talking.
They're both discussing why these stupid people keep coming back and bothering Tuma, as well as the coming tension of tomorrow's activities, how they can't keep coming in interrupting Tuma if she's going to be keeping her mind straight.
But one of them leaves, the other one kind of steps, circles around and begins nudging you both forward, selling Q and traconic.
Then go, make it quick.
We will. We will.
Because you guys, the outskirts of Tuma's tent.
The interior light has been sufficiently dimmed as it was before,
with a little bit of the embers that are still there in the fireplace,
or the fire pit in the center.
Now, barely, barely a hint of cracking ember.
Tuma is passed out and curled up inside her large,
kind of throne-like chair as one of the other dragon-born soldiers comes over and kind of nudges her gently.
Tumwa, they return.
She kind of like, rakes towards his face.
He just barely ducks out of the way.
A natural speed for a creature as old as she is per se,
but then the hand kind of like recoils back with a snapping sound,
and she wakes up, ah, come again.
Yes, yes, we offer profound apologies for waking you from your slumber yet again.
Snaps her arm suddenly back into place.
We apologize, Indrigan.
We apologize for waking you up.
Unfortunately, I sent my brother here before with our compatriot,
and he spoke out of turn.
We're actually planning the attack the day after.
When she heard her, says, tell the others, wait a day.
Okay, good.
And one of her servants kind of wanders off behind you guys and exits the tent.
Turns back to you.
Then what is to be done?
We'll be releasing a very large fiend.
At the spot where you told us...
At the stones, yes.
We hope that you will inform Voragol, Borogol,
that it's going to happen.
He'll head over, fight, fight, fight, fight.
It becomes much weaker.
We jump in, fight, fight, fight.
Question before we go.
Typically, when you've done this in the past,
you inform Voragal and he just heads on over right away?
Does he need to see evidence of a hunt?
How does it work?
Do you typically inform him?
I do not inform.
Skork does the informing.
Skork?
Yes, Skork. I remember him.
And is there some sort of hunt horn or anything that signals the beginning of this, or does it just happen?
Depending on where the prey is, whether it be nearby forests or presented.
in chains to the cinterstones of which I've sent you.
Sent it to Gorghal begins the chase.
You won't be in chains exactly.
Is that all right?
Just keep it there.
And if...
I don't want to mess this up.
If Oragal were to see anyone near this summoning circle,
would he be suspicious or would he be okay with it?
If it is not a Ravanite, would probably...
would probably make them part of the hunt.
Okay.
Good to know.
Good to know.
Good news.
Great.
Is that all?
Greetings, adventurers.
Spring has sprung here in Los Angeles,
and that means it's a brief period where it's only 75 degrees
instead of 95 degrees.
I'll take it.
And that means I've been outside a lot more.
Walking around, occasionally galloping after a toddler hopped up on juice boxes,
traveling a bit, you know the vibe.
And after doing some spring cleaning, my wardrobe, I gotta say, looking a little bit sad.
I want clothes that can keep up with me and my son, but updating my wardrobe every spring
sounds pretty expensive.
So that's why I wound up signing up for Fabletics as a VIP.
It let me overhaul my springtime outfits without obliterating my bank account.
New VIPs unlock major savings on that first purchase, so trying new fits feels way more doable.
When I signed up as a new VIP with Fablip,
I got 70 to 80% off everything.
It made it easy to grab a few new pieces without overthinking it.
And the quality really surprised me.
Everything feels premium and soft and breathable,
but you're not paying those premium prices.
What I like most though is how versatile everything is.
You've got stuff you can work out in but also wear out.
There's matching sets, lightweight hoodies, joggers, teas, you name it.
The kind of stuff you can throw in in the morning and not worry about later.
When I'm at home, my favorite thing to pull on is the oversized hoodie.
It's so comfy,
I could just live in it 24-7.
It's perfect for walking my dog on like a chilly night.
But what I'm out and about,
I've really been loving the ribbed Johnny Collar Polo.
It makes me look like I should be taking a high-powered meeting
by the pool at the White Lotus,
but hopefully with less murder involved.
I don't know.
It's insanely comfortable.
I highly recommend it.
So shop now at fabletics.com slash critical role

And now, onto the show.
Greetings, adventurers.
Lately, I've been getting a bit more intentional
about what I wear from day to day,
because instead of just falling out of whatever laundry baskets nearby,
I've been leaning into pieces that feel easy and comfortable,
but still put together,
because it just makes getting dressed simpler
when I have a plan. Quince has been my go-to to help with that, because the fabrics feel elevated,
the fits are clean, and everything just works without me needing to overthink it. And Quintz has
all the wardrobe staples you need for spring. Think 100% European linen shorts and shirts
from just $34. They're lightweight, they're breathable, they're comfortable, your legs, and torso
will thank you, and he will still look put together. And clean 100% Pima Cotton Tees with a softness.
Well, you've got to feel that to believe it, believe you me.
Their pants also hit that same balance.
They're relaxed, they're comfortable, but still polished enough to wear basically anywhere.
And everything's priced between 50 and 80% less than what you'd find at similar brands.
Quince works directly with ethical factories and cuts out the middlemen so you're getting premium materials without the markup.
And since spring is here in Los Angeles, a brief period where it's 75 degrees instead of 95 degrees,
I spruced up my wardrobe with a pair of the comfort stretch traveler five pocket pants and the,
heritage-washed denim shirt. Not only do they feel great, but I unequivocally look good as hell
while wearing them. That's just science. So refresh your every day with luxury you'll actually use.

All as all be pleased, we will see you in a couple days.
There's like 50-50 chance that we'll come back again tonight.
No, it's not. We're not.
60-40.
Let's just go.
All right, we're out of here.
Leave me.
Sorry.
Again, I apologize.
Get a good sleep cycle in before.
For my brother.
She'll eat.
Doesn't even pay you guys any mind just curls over, kind of takes her heavy robes and like wraps them around her and curls up into the small little bundle of old dragon-born woman.
the rest of the soldiers kind of close in, cutting you off from her, and they all give you the very stern look that you have seen many times that tells you, get the fuck out.
Let's fly home. Oh.
You make us into the middle?
Oh yeah, invisibility, yet again. I'm out of third level spells.
How's that a tray still active on us?
Uh, I would say it's been...
It's up to an hour?
Yeah, it'd still be active.
As they're leaving, not wanting to get left out, I fly down from the air and land in my sister's hair and like a cat, like a cat, like...
into the top of her head, five or seven or twelve times.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, yeah, it's so tangled.
Instantaneous bedhead.
Yeah.
You can't even see it, but you can feel it, and it bothers you.
All right, you guys both invisible, the bird clutching to your side.
You take the broom back up into the snowy storm.
I need you both to make stealth checks with advantage.
I thought we were invisible.
Are we invisible?
Yes, I've made us invisible again.
Yeah, big bonus.
I might have squeezed one hour.
With advantage?
Yes.
Plus ten, right?
Plus ten to whatever you won't.
Ooh, snap.
22.
36.
24.
All right.
You guys make your way up out of the ravines,
up onto the top of the snowy banks,
the top of where the cliff sides are.
Eventually, over the next 20 or so minutes,
finding the shimmering out,
skirts of scamblans doorway, joining the rest of the party.
And, uh, part-
Get the fuck off my head.
Piece of shit.
Which, the entire journey, which Plimorph lasts,
for how long?
An hour.
As soon as you get to the top of the ravine,
the white, the white crow,
face down in the snow.
I think it's an hour.
Speaking of which, hold still, just a little bit of,
it's a little bit of bird shit, right?
Oh, I thought you were serious.
Sorry.
Thankfully, that doesn't transform either.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Oh.
Make your way back into Skynne's mansion.
While they were gone, I, with Fenthras and Whisper was playing make-believe Archer Vex, like a 12-year-old in the bedroom with a Nerfbow.
As you enter the front of the Skynodd's mansion, you see this kind of clustered keel up in the corner who's pulled Whisper back in Fenthrat.
And this thing goes, shpoo!
Into the wall in the side.
It worked! It worked!
How to go, guess?
Give me the bow right now.
Oh, busted.
That might be like a cool combo move with, you know?
I was just thinking about it.
Thank you.
Did you take it well?
She did.
She said she'd wait.
She's a night person.
She's okay.
Right.
You did catch in the way up, Vex,
that even through the dark, sleep-covered snow-blairing night,
there's the faint hint of light blue sunrise in the distance.
Okay.
We didn't sleep.
We need to sleep.
Well, Percy's been sleeping.
Should we see if we can get pipe first?
First?
Do we have any spells to do that?
Well, we might have to get her after we...
She's got the thing.
I mean, I can try and scry.
Normally, what if you take the stone,
pop over to her, then use tree stride in comfort?
That I can do.
You have another tree striding you?
Didn't we just get here today?
We did, but if I burn a higher level spell, then yeah.
All right.
But I mean, what's matter at this point?
Yeah, let's get old or ducks in a row.
All right, I'll be right back.
See you guys in a minute.
Bye.
A minute passes.
A minute passes.
This is like when you walk the same direction,
like you say bye and then you walk the same direction
to the car.
Waving my hand like six inches in front of the place.
You hear of Kima.
snoring with her back against the foyer wall.
Just, kind of,
but eventually the stone begins to glow and pulse,
like a dull, frozen heartbeat.
Vh-v-v-kiel with your eyes open,
and you see it flashing in your hands again,
and you look up real fast, and before you can say anything,
your mouth opens to say goodbye before she finishes
and a swirl, glitter, and blue light.
Oh shit.
Now Pike, come sit down.
Ha!
I like your jacket.
Okay, okay, okay.
Just flew in.
Just, here we go.
As the day has gone by and through the chaos of getting White Stone ready,
trying to assemble the followers of Sarah and Ray that you've gathered,
and protecting the remnants of this as Vox-Makki-Wan-off,
a moment hits you and you close your eyes and just pray to Sarah and Ray
and hope that all shall be well with your friends,
and you wish that you could be there to help them.
help them. And there's a sudden, just warmth in your proximity, and then a sudden flash of
blue light, and the nearby you see a somewhat cold, damn keeleth just appear in the space
next to you as you were preparing to lay yourself down for an evening's rest at being later
at night now, clutching the zone.
Pike!
Hey, I was just about to go to bed!
Were you sleeping?
I know!
This is so awkward!
I was...
I was saying my room.
Oh, you do that every day.
Oh, my gosh.
Just I do it as much as I am.
You know, I never...
I never thought about, you know,
having poor timing with these gatestones.
I'm so sorry.
No, I just, I...
There's just...
It's...
I'm glad you weren't, like, on the toilet.
I know.
I'm so glad I wasn't.
Yeah, me too.
I'm so glad you're not.
I missed you.
I missed you.
I missed you.
Oh, yeah.
We saw her literally today.
Yeah.
But it seems like I'm...
I went around the world and back.
I was thinking today, I was like,
oh man, I should have just gone with them.
Yeah, well, you know, we got all the way there,
and we were like, oh, we kind of forgot Pike.
I know.
Yeah.
You know what, we're here now.
Do you want to go?
Or I will be there now.
Yeah, let's go.
We can go now.
Let's do it.
All right.
OK.
That a new set of dice.
What was that?
I had to go buy some because I left all of my stuff in New York.
I know.
See how this goes.
Where did you, you stopped on the way here to buy dice?
No, I got those here.
I got those.
Okay.
We're okay.
We're here.
Okay.
Okay, so we trees right back.
Okay.
Puck, you gather your materials, your armor, your weapons, all things that you feel
will be necessary for this type of a conflict.
You rejoin with Kieleth, the two of you find your way back to the Sun Tree.
Right.
And...
So yeah, so the leader of their have a nice term name is like Tuma, and we went there and we're talking to her,
and I think we kind of have a plan, but not really a plan.
So we're gonna kind of figure it out.
So all right, let's go.
That's the plan.
You're caught up.
Great, great. Great.
Hey guys.
So as the spell finishes, the sun tree opens,
the step through the portal,
into the slow crawling sunrise.
The sun hasn't quite crested, but you can see through the snowfall,
which is lessening at the moment,
the distant kind of light blue is getting lighter and lighter.
You probably have another 30 minutes before the sun hits the actual horizon line.
But as you step out of the, one of the tree
that you created previous when you were journeying to the ruins of draconia, you do see about
150 feet off the shimmer of the outside of Scanlon's mansion's door.
Ah, it's been.
Oh, great. Pike's good at that, quiet.
We stealth there.
We're going to stealth there.
Crunch.
Both you guys roll self-checked.
Oh, Jesus.
Oh, Jesus.
This is so great.
Come on, come, come, come, come.
I'm going to stay put in the mansion.
Good disadvantage, Mike.
Oh, that's a natural one.
One.
Wait, what?
I don't think I can get worse than that.
Two natural one?
What?
No.
Oh, my God.
The dragon's gonna fucking kill us right now.
Oh, my God, Mike.
Oh, my God.
The plan hasn't even started.
Nice job.
Nice job.
We're all about to lie down for a three-hour nap.
What are you talking about?
Off to a great start.
As you guys begin stepping up.
Stepping through the snow, the...
Pike, you take a step and you hear this strange sound,
and you feel this kind of slight shift beneath your feet.
And you watch as some of the snow begins to trickle off the edge, the cliffside.
Pike?
I'm gonna not move.
I don't move either.
We run!
Do we not move or do we run?
We should run.
We should run because it's probably coming down.
Run!
Run!
Both push you off running, a portion of the clip actually shears off and gets to slide down the side.
Pike, if you can go ahead and roll a dexterity saving throw fast.
Oh my God, Matt! Why are you trying to kill her right what she gets here?
Yeah, Matt, why did you roll two natural ones?
What did you say it is?
Dexterity saving throw.
I can't burn a luck on her, can I?
I get...
Nothing. Okay.
A four.
A four.
You begin to see Pike slide down off the edge.
I cast grasping vine.
to grab onto her.
With that, some of the nearby frozen plants on the edge
that were largely covered with snow that were revealed
as the rest of the snow began to crumble off.
A large vine shoots out, wraps around you,
and pulls you back up onto the side of the cliff.
Fine.
The rest of the rock and snow and ice you hear clattering into the ravine below.
Go, go, go, go, go.
Run, run.
All right, you guys, run.
You can see the doorway shimmering before you.
You get close and closer and you hear in the distance.
this strangely familiar, distant echoing.
Oh, come on. What is that noise?
Fucking, shh, run, front, front, front, front, right,
just get to the doorway in time.
The snowfall still there, though, gentler than it was through the night.
You both dart inside, slamming the mansion door behind you
into a warmer, comfortable, quieter atmosphere.
Hey!
What does this happen?
Oh, man.
We're home.
Hey!
Oh, my buddy!
Why are you under breath?
Well, what happened?
You all right? We...
Oh, a little...
Have I had a full night sleep at this point?
No, no, yet.
Okay, not yet. God damn it.
Dragon might know we're here.
Why?
Right now?
Well, there might have been like a rock slide, and it might have been our fault.
I'm not sure.
You just walked through a tree.
Why is there a rock slide?
I don't know, Greg.
My door's kind of easy to see.
I don't know, the door's shimmery and shiny.
No, no, nobody can see through it.
Like, it's...
But can they see it?
only if you let them.
Only individuals that you choose can see the information.
Oh, that's great.
Oh my God.
Whatever that was just saw us disappear.
Oh, shit.
That's good to know.
Yeah, yeah.
Probably has no.
Oh, here, I open the front door and I take a big handful
of the dust of tracelessness and I just like, whack.
The door poops glitter.
Okay, make a strength check.
Those rings check.
There is a wild wind here you're fighting against with dust, so we'll see.
Fourteen.
14? Okay. You take a big old heaping handful and
another one. As you send it out there, all the snow just kind of
crusts over and any signs of footprints, both half elf or
nomish, turned into a gentle, untouched, solid surface of snow as you
begin to hear in the distance, another echoing.
What is that?
What is that? Close the door. What is that? Close the door. Close the door. Close the door. What's it
Close the door, Grove! Let the right one in!
Grog!
I'm just gonna see what it is!
I slam it shut with my, with my,
with my, gotlets.
Hey, Pussy!
Well, what do, we don't know what that was.
Maybe you do, I don't know.
What is it?
I'm assuming that was a dragon.
It's, it's, it's, it's,
it's, it's, it's a dragon.
The dragon, that's, okay.
It's a dragon.
It's a dragon.
Yeah, big,
it's one of the dragons.
White dragon.
Big, white, big, big, big,
big, dummy dragon.
Had you let it know, we're here.
Well, that was the,
an accident.
Oh.
I'm trying to surprise you guys.
And we almost died.
Oh, hey, we're not.
So we need to get some sleep, right?
Yes, everyone's sleep now.
We sleep now.
We sleep.
Okay.
You guys all go to rest?
Yes.
Yeah.
All right.
Full rest is taken for all of you.
Everyone's healed back to full.
Yay.
Spells are recovered.
Percy, you are now down to a minus two, I believe.
Penalty to your rolls.
your rolls. Wake up and it's two in the afternoon?
Technically yeah, it's mid-afternoon by the time you guys
finish your full rest, except for Percy.
Percy's up before everybody else and is kind of pacing about the mansion
to himself, probably. The mansion will last 24 hours so it'll
be dark again by the time it wears off. So we can stay in here
as long as we need to. All right. But do we have things that we
need to accomplish today? How about making a
quiet cavern not too far away from the summoning circle where we can hide.
You know, at the, um, at the pace in which that cliff just fell apart last night, I don't know about the structure of the topography here.
That's fair. I don't know how to study is.
But we're also up high and the ravine is down low. Exactly. That could make a difference.
Yeah, we could get piled on. Oh, I understand. It could send more cliff sides.
But with Percival's engineering skills, he could maybe find a good little spot of granite for you to dig into or something.
You're a geologist as well?
I can try and do a commune with nature and...
Would that make noise?
These islands float, right?
Oh, they once did.
All of the island draconia were disabled, the arcane essence that left them the stable.
They all crashed into the ravine.
Also, when shit goes down, we don't want to repeat the mistakes of the past.
A, we don't want to teleport inside the dragon's belly.
Good call.
I'm keeping all options on the table.
These stupid people do that.
Clearly.
B, we don't want to be all grouped together.
We don't know one of a...
I'm eating one of these magic candies.
Those chicken candies?
Yes.
Chicken...
We want to spread out so we're not all blasted at the same time.
Vex and I at a distance.
Separately though, so that you can hear
from different angles.
So like two caves?
No.
Actually.
Like four caves?
Mm-hmm.
I'll have to think on the caves.
They don't have to be, you know, giant caverns.
It's just like a little, a little nook, a little foxhole.
Cubby holes.
Up high for anyone who can take to the air, down low for anyone who can't.
Well, honestly, I'm not going to know a whole lot until we go and scout out the location.
Let's go scout out the location.
Okay.
How do we do that?
How do we do that without it seeing us?
I've got something I've never done before.
What is the healing?
It's called invisible reconnaissance.
Almost.
It's called animal shapes.
And it's basically like polymorph, but for all of us.
What?
What?
I can turn us all into whatever we want.
So we don't just look like cows.
We are cows.
For question.
In all of our time here, when we were scouting before,
and when you two jokers were going to go see Tuma.
Did we see a bunch of animals around?
I have not seen very many animals.
Within the ravine, there's been very, very few.
What animals you have seen have been like a few flying owls,
other carnivorous birds that are generally scavengers.
You've seen maybe a few small wolves
that are just kind of picking through the ruins,
eventually scattered off, like white snow wolves.
I mean, as long as being animals isn't going to make us like a midday snack
versus being like ravenoids.
I will say this.
We do all, we, I love the sound of this spell, but wouldn't, wouldn't traveling mist be really
undetectable?
Like, could we mist around?
You know, it's almost debatable.
Because the mist still, we look like an unnatural.
There's a snowstorm out there.
We're just gonna be one with the clouds.
Is there a snowstorm?
If you guys glance outside of the mansion look,
it is not a snow storm, but there are heavy winds.
You can hear the multitudes, like a cacophony
of off harmonies of winds, different portions
of the distant ravine that are all kind of howling together.
There is a faint snowfall, but the clouds are dark and heavy
and what looks to be more of a storm coming your way.
So.
So, like snow flurries, do snow get, like, thrown up?
Animals to the site, mist on the way.
A little further down in the ravine it does.
And as long as we're not like synchronized swimming
in mist form, you know, spread out, then it should be fine.
Behave like wind, you guys.
Can we do both animals and the mist?
My worry about animals.
No, they both require concentration.
My worry about animals is don't we also have
the intellect of the animals that we become?
No, we keep our...
Wind walk is not concentration.
In theory, you could do both.
Wait, I'm sorry?
Wind walk.
is not concentration.
We could be misty animals.
You could be misty animals.
Tronesis.
That's dumb.
Um.
That's a lot.
I will say, um...
So we keep our own intellect?
We always keep our intellect.
I just...
Animal shapes last for 24 hours.
Very cool.
And...
Can you go back and forth?
I'm gonna find that out right now.
That's a question.
Probably one time.
It's a flock of birds.
That's not...
A flock of hawks.
While they're debating.
Well, and the Wargall's not going to give a shit about birds.
A flock of hawks, they don't go together, but a flock of pigeons do, or a flock of geese.
I don't want to be food.
I want to be something to eat.
While they're debating, I pull whistler out, and I chuck it into a wall and teleport to it.
That's cool.
I pulled out of the blinkback belt.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I can use...
As you're talking, as Vax takes the blade, flings it across the room, it slams into the side of the foyer.
You look back to where he was, and he's not there anymore.
there anymore, there's a flash of dark kind of shadow energy where the blade is and Vax's
form appears right there holding the blade where it landed in the wall.
That is so cool!
It didn't go into my belt, it went on the wall, I'm holding it still.
I was a shadow for a half a second, and I traveled with the blade.
And it was cool?
I am fucking nightcaller.
Tell me this.
Holy shit.
Tell me this nice.
Start again across the other side.
This time I make an attack roll because you're excited, not concentrating.
Sure, that's 27.
Yeah.
It goes a little more elevated.
Lands about 10 feet up as it impacts.
You guys watch, as he releases the blade,
his form almost is pulled along,
almost like it's caught in a tether,
and then just turns in a dark smoke
and vanishes with the blade.
As the blade sticks into the wall,
he reappears at the side clutching the edge
and you drop a few feet and land onto your side.
Oh, suck it haters.
This is the coolest dagger I've ever had.
Tell me this, can you not do that?
Like, can you, if you throw it and don't want to travel where it is?
I throw it right next to his head.
Oh shit.
anywhere. The blade. Pull an attack roll. Yeah. Going right in my neck, right my neck. 24? 24.
Next to him. Does it go to my belt? Super returns to your belt.
Oh, you get to choose? That's awesome.
Right, Ted. Maybe don't ever do that again, please.
Who promises?
That you don't have the dagger. I know you wanted it.
I just want to be able to move faster, but it's all right.
We can't all be all things, Rag.
You are the strongest thing on the planet.
You are going to take Borogol all by yourself.
Yeah, if I can get next to him.
Which you probably can't.
You shut the fuck up, you troublemaker.
You bust my balls on a daily basis.
What is that about? What is that about?
What if I ever done but support you?
Day after day.
Listen, how are we getting down there?
Can we hurry this up, please?
All right, so...
Block of Sparrow's.
Travel with it.
All right.
You watch his form vanish again.
about I'd say 40 feet up.
Can I land on my sister?
On me?
Make a dexterity saving throw.
Make an acrobatic.
This is to be acrobatics.
You're right, acrobatics.
What about me?
We'll make a perception check.
I was looking straight at him.
I rolled 27.
Perception? 20.
All right, you make a dexterity saving throw.
You piece of shit.
Don't quit starting with me.
Dexterity.
28! 30!
30. She beat me.
She dodges right out of the way and you slam onto the ground.
You feel your ankles and knees kind of p p phew, that sharp pain kind of hits you in both joints.
You're like, oh.
Worth it, worth it, worth it.
So anyway, back to the plan.
So with animal shapes, I can actually decide what animals each of you can be.
So we can all be different animals.
Furthermore, on my action, I can use it to transform you guys into a different creature.
That's pretty cool.
I like how excited you are about this.
I'm so excited.
I'm wondering if the missed form would not be, though, better.
Yeah.
But the animals are really, really cool.
Can we go in and out of mistform?
That's the thing we can do.
It takes a while.
It takes a minute.
It takes a minute.
We're not in the middle of a fight, hopefully.
No.
I mean, the animals, Kiki, save it for a rainy day.
All right.
If we're not all dead, but to me.
It's really, yeah, we probably all will be dead tomorrow,
but it's a really cool idea.
Are you gonna be able to carve into the stone as well.
Thank you, for your validation.
So, but wait, are we,
two questions, are we all going?
And question two, when we get there and find a suitable location
for carving caves, are you going to do this right now,
or are we just scouting?
We're going to do this as well.
We're going to do this one.
I imagine it depends on how scouting goes.
If there's, if there's, if there.
Well, we can't communicate when we're in missed form.
That's true.
You just have to go do this.
if you feel it.
Maybe just scout and then go back.
I say we do it all in one shot.
Because Miss worm stays for eight hours.
So, at least that way we can communicate not next to more there.
If we scout and it's clear and then we come back and then go back, it might not be clear again.
If we scout and it's clear, then we do it.
Let's go do it.
You guys hear this faint gargling sound as Grog is currently gargling his own spit and staring at the ceiling.
Yeah, you know, who wants to come.
I didn't follow that either.
You're capable of...
All right, let's go.
We should do something.
Let's go scout. I cast windwalk on everybody.
Okay. All of you begin to fill your form,
kind of buzz a little bit with the instilled power of wind.
As you all each step out onto the snow on the outside of the mansion,
you can concentrate for a moment as your form then meshes into a mist-like billowing cloud.
Do we look natural? Do we look like?
Yeah, what do we look like?
Do we look pretty obvious?
Are we like a yellow cloud, a white cloud?
It's more of like a whitish cloud. I wouldn't say it's supremely obvious right now, but the wind is kind of pushing you abound a little bit. If you try and focus direction and move, you can get a better idea of how well you move in this. I'm trying to move in a very windy way.
And Kima is with you. Little curls.
Kima is with you as well, yeah.
I am the fart. I am the fart. I am the vape.
I am the vape.
As you guys are doing this, it gets cast, Kimma, so what am I? What am I?
Do you want to come scout? We're gonna scout, or you can just stay. You know, I'm gonna stay.
Uh, they got a big kitchen here. It's mainly filled with chicken. I love chicken.
There's also a training room, several levels down if you want to go smash some shit.
I'm gonna get some chicken, I'm gonna go smash some shit. And there's, there's the spa under that.
Uh, I don't think I've been to a spa.
Is that also have chicken?
It could if you wanted it to.
You could bring it down there.
This is the best place ever.
It is.
It really is.
15 and a gym?
Come back when you need me.
She goes and runs off to the kitchen area.
All right.
You guys stepping out, kind of keeping the focus on the spell,
you move half speed through this weather in mist form.
So your 300 feet per round speed, whatever it is,
is reduced to a mere.
150 feet.
It's okay.
It's more for appearance.
Correct.
So, what are you guys doing?
You're coasting through the ravine?
Are you heading directly or trying to go overhead?
I want to go to the summing stone.
I'm going towards there.
But we discussed before we left that we would mainly stick to the low lands and the ravines to get there.
Yes, yes, we did.
Hugging the walls looking like something normal.
Looking like, just...
I follow the crowd.
Low fog.
Okay, who's leading?
I am.
I'll lead the way.
This is the quietest you've ever, ever been.
Volunteers tribute.
I don't know.
I mean, shouldn't, Laura.
Yeah, I'll leave the way.
Okay, so Vex and Pike are leading the way.
No, I was kidding. I was kidding.
No, no, no.
No, too late, no take back.
We'll die together.
As you guys slowly drift down into the bottom of the bottom of the
into the bottom of the ravine on the outside of where the mansion doorway is.
You crest down to where a large portion of the rubble is currently buried by snow and ice.
The wind is whipping snow up into the air and you're finding little spirals and little
kind of snow devils that are making their way through as different clusters of wind tend to swell and subside.
You kind of make your way over to the opposite side of the ravine and start heading the northway,
crawling around.
I want to keep an eye out to make sure nobody seems like they're, especially towards Vorogles Platts
over to make sure he's not.
go ahead and make a perception check if you could.
And I need everybody to make a self check, please.
Do we get some sort of bonus?
Do we get advantage?
Yeah.
Perception is 30.
All right.
Oh, Jesus.
How can you be loud as, as miss?
Wait, are we-
Natural 20!
Stealth and what?
Best stealth for us.
Do we get to add jack of all?
You can't.
Okay.
As long as you're not training in it, you got two.
I'm not.
Okay.
16. 14.
20.
15.
We get nothing.
Eight.
All right.
Four.
Okay.
It's fine.
It's a group, so you know, success is outweigh the failure.
So you guys, as you guys are still moving your way, you keep an eye out.
You can see there are some Ravanites in clusters that are out currently pouring through the rubble.
There are crews that are basically excavating and trying to pull out what's worth anything from the remnants of draconia.
You make your way around this large curvature, the familiar curvature from before that leads
towards the center area of Voragal's now claimed layer at the bottom of the ravine. As you turn
the corner and you guys keep watch, you can see on the icy platform with the spikes
that jut out in various places throughout this larger central area here. On top, you can see perched
and curled up the massive form of the white dragon itself. Claws curled up under its
its chin, its chin slightly turned, skewed at the left, eyes closed, wings kind of wrapped
up around and gently flapping over the sides of the top of this icy platform.
It just sits there quietly, just breathing in, and you could hear the breath itself, deep
and guttural, just echoing.
The wind occasionally sneaks in and seems to almost carry the echo further than it should
be audible.
And you can see there are two packs of about five Ravanites that are armed and just kind of sitting
the base of the platform that are just kind of looking out.
Some of them are sitting, some of them are eating some small rations,
some are just keeping an eye out.
These appear to be essentially assigned guards
to Voragal here at his layer.
So, do you guys continue past?
Oh yeah, heading which direction?
Towards the summoning circle.
You recall which direction that was?
Is east.
All right, so you head a little northward
following the curvature of this part of the ravine
in an eastward direction.
Eventually, you all move past an uncomfortable proximity of about 200, 300 feet within Vorgal.
Seemingly not catching anyone's attention as you slowly move.
Following the pattern of winds, it takes a little longer to get through,
but you figure it's best to look as natural as possible with the moving terrain and weather.
Eventually, you turn around and begin making your way eastward away,
following where two more portions of the ravine clumped together.
anywhere between
180 to 100 feet in width.
It expands a bit,
shrinks in a bit,
but it seems to be pushing
into a very, very slight grade upward.
Like this portion of the ravine
is making its way
over probably the next mile or so
to breach and hit surface.
So from Boragall.
From Boragall, heading eastward,
is slowly heading up.
You get a
I'd say about a quarter mile in before you begin to see the very, very thick ice being
broken by occasional snow-covered dead trees that are breaking through.
They're not, as you saw before, not a lot of trees in the central area of the ravine,
but they're becoming a little more common as you progress forward, though many of them
dead, thin, and broken in places.
Make another perception check, Laura.
Okay.
pushing forward in your mist form, you do see that certain portions of the upper ravine have an element of erosion to them that have kind of broken down,
and there are some large stones that have kind of dropped and are jutting out of the ice formation of the ground, the snowy platform floor.
You glance around and you can see that there are a loose circle of maybe five, six stones, kind of forming an oval shape in the center.
and even looking about, you can see this area
seems to have seen some scuffles.
It looks like portions of the walls have been scraped,
or sorry, scraped and clawed apart.
It looks like what appear to be some heavy impacts
have hit the side.
If there was a place for there to be a setting ground
for some sort of a conflict of previous hunts
before Voregal, this is probably what Tuma was referring to.
Look down towards, does it look like anything is around it?
Currently no, it looks pretty, uh, oh.
Ooh.
The battle.
Oh no!
Oh no, no, tree's down, tree's down.
It's all good, it's all good.
Oh no, the trees fell down.
It's okay.
Keeleth, your spells are too powerful.
I can save them, I can save them all.
Wow, Matt.
Oh my gosh.
It's so pretty.
It's so pretty.
Yeah, that's amazing.
This circle of stones here.
Here. Did you make the... It's Arindale. He's been carving it this week. So this
circle of stones are the clusters of rock that are broken down and are just kind of
sticking out. You don't know what the cultural significance of them are. They appear
to have been there for a long time. Like these were not a recent series of landmarks
that were presented here. These have been here for a while. But you do see a series of
claw marks and damaged bits throughout the space and area that is uncharacteristic of
the rest of the ravine floor that you've been traversing.
Uh, is, can Vorigal see this spot?
Or is it down and a-
Are we-
Curved away from him?
Uh, you make a reception in Chexskayland.
I'm great at those.
We just traveled about a half mile.
Six.
About a quorum.
Uh, you don't see Vorgaul from here, so probably not.
I would be looking for Voragel too, though.
Make a perception of Chexswain.
But I would.
I know, I know.
Natural torrent.
Yay!
From this perspective you cannot see, and it's a little ways the curvature and the height and the way the ravine has crawled in this kind of northeastern direction from where the layer center was.
This area is not directly visible from Voragal. You cannot see for quite a bit that area.
Wind fingers for Voragal.
All right. Can I float down and get a closer look at the weird marks you were talking about?
Yeah.
I make an investigation trick.
While she's doing that, I'm going to just kind of fly through Pike a few times.
That's creepy.
Thirteen?
It tickles, but not in a good way.
It's not in a good way.
Glancing about, you can see there is some snowfall here and some ice that is kind of sealed off some of this area.
A lot of the snow that sits here has been blown away by the wind that's coming through,
so there hasn't been a lot of snow packed.
snowpack in this vicinity. A lot of these large claw marks are indicative of
dragon claws, especially those of an ancient size. You do see bones scattered about,
many that have been picked clean of varying sizes. There appears to be a half-eaten,
almost like a large insect-like carapace that's kind of shoved off to the side.
The number of creatures have fallen here
been mostly eaten, devoured, or left to be picked apart
by the other birds of prey that exist in this area.
We have cover from either side to the top, well, I'm going to,
just like, I'm going to, uh, I'm going to fly over to the top
of the far right of the ravine.
Like behind that, those rocks right there?
Like above them all the way up here.
Oh.
Oh.
And I'm going to take a look around to see if anything's around, anything living that looks
suspicious.
Ception check.
I think I'd be able to do this.
18.
Okay.
Glancing about, you can see every now and then,
a few birds fly overhead.
It appear to be hawks.
Kind of light gray in color.
They're just kind of looking around and circling
and vanishing in the distance.
You do see a few small bird critters.
Looks almost square-like, but it's too far way to make up the details,
and you're not very specifically
detailed, making a new check, actually.
Check for critics.
Oh, nine.
You have no idea.
I have no idea.
It's furred, it's small, it's probably creeps you out a little.
My friends.
Yeah, I'm going to survey, look to see if I would,
would I think it's safer above the ravine or within?
I'd say within here, it's probably safer within the ravine
at the top because being tossed, and this,
This is not indicative of the true height.
We'll say this is more of an example.
The ravine height here is probably closer to maybe 80 to 100 feet up.
Yeah, got it.
I just didn't want to build styrofoam that high.
Actually, that works out perfectly.
That's not bad, huh?
Then I'll jump down to behind that rock and I will turn,
and I will demist behind that rock.
Okay.
I'll see him doing that and join him.
Yeah, I'll watch as they do that.
I think a cave entrance right here to just somewhere where you can hide
after you do the summoning and just dive in and get about 25, 30 feet away.
Okay.
Question, Percy.
Yes.
There's this annoying wind.
Question person.
I shouldn't have that right.
I'm not responsible for what you wait for breakfast.
Here's a question.
Rather than scouting here, digging a hole going back to our mansion,
should we just have a new mansion here?
Yes, it's actually, well, Kima.
Kima.
Fuck, Kima.
That's all right.
Somebody can missed back.
and bring her.
I could technically drop that mansion
and she'd just be on her ass.
Is that what happens?
I think she's already so delighted with you.
She's so angry at you.
That might be a terrible.
Well, someone could go back and get her.
We don't have to do this right now,
but when we're done here,
maybe we want to camp here,
so we have a place to hide inside a mansion.
That's a very good idea, actually.
Well, all right, I'm going to miss down.
We don't even really need to make tunnels, do we?
We do. We don't.
We don't have places to hide.
Yeah, that's true. We want to spread out.
I'm going to miss down next to them.
Okay. We want to have a place to hide and a place to shoot from that has cover.
Hey guys, what are we talking about?
Oh, I'm not digging holes.
I'm moving the mansion here.
God, it's so windy today.
I know, it's so annoying.
It also means if something goes horribly, horribly wrong, you can run downstairs and hide.
All right, well, here's the problem.
I need to figure out what all of this is made out of.
I can't work with it if it's just ice.
has to be natural stone.
So cover for me?
I'm gonna drop down and start meditating.
I'm gonna scan the sky.
I'm gonna do a commune with nature spell.
Do we have any other questions before I do this
that we wanna ask the land?
11.
You're good.
Everything seems fine.
Huh?
Let me just your thing.
I suppose my questions would be.
I mean just in general, I guess.
How strong are the ravine walls
and can we, can we dig?
into them as well, not just the ground, but the walls themselves.
Small tunnels.
Just big enough for one person.
I mean, there's these rocks here.
We know there's some rocks.
We know that there's tons of ice.
Do I need to figure out how far exactly
Vulragal is from us?
That would be...
I mean, we saw him on the way over.
We know exactly where he is.
I have three good questions.
The weather forecast is not a bad idea.
No, it's not. The weather forecast?
Yeah, tomorrow.
What kind of sorts of things can you ask nature?
You know, nature.
You know, nature.
things. I can ask it like about... Where's the closest air one? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is there a Starbucks nearby?
Big questions. What you got? Oh, I was asked. Yeah. Do you... What? I mean... I can ask it like
about topography. I can ask about locations of people nearby, things like that. So I was just asking. Ask
about what the rock is so you can find where to dig. Okay. And where's the green dragon?
Oh, that's a good idea.
You're welcome.
Where the fuck is Rishan?
Yeah.
Okay.
She might be with us right now.
She might be.
Okay.
Now I do this.
Okay.
Okay, first and foremost, what is the geological makeup of this land?
Around me on this ravine, cliffside.
What is the geological makeup?
What is it made out of?
Yeah.
Stone.
And all this stuff on the edge is also stone?
All of this, all of this is stone.
with about a foot layer of ice on the outside of it.
Portions of it that have been broken or struck,
you can see some exposure to it.
This ravine is not normally covered in snow and ice.
Wargall's presence has brought a persistent blizzard
and icy atmosphere to it.
So all the ice and snow you see here
is technically not natural to the terrain.
And most of this ravine has a very strong foundation
of just solid stone, natural rock,
and other various geological layers beneath.
So it is fairly sturdy and not apparently gonna collapse
any moment.
It appears like at least what happened with you in Pike earlier was an anomaly.
That only happens when you roll two natural ones.
Sure.
Okay. Can I get a sense on what the weather is going to be like for the next 24 hours?
Reaching out to the vicinity and picking up what you can.
It's hard to get specifics, but it looks to be at least a coming sleet storm.
Not hail, nothing too heavy, but it looks like it's going to have at times of
limited visibility and very cold.
Bummer.
Okay, good to know.
And do I sense Rishan?
Within three miles.
You get the essence of the surrounding terrain
that there is another large
dragon presence nearby,
though you don't get a specific location.
Bummer.
Oh, that's good.
She's within three miles. She is here. And within the three mile radius. Or it's Thorak.
Well no, and he's had another, aside from Thorak. Aside from Boragal.
Sorry. No, you asked for Raichon. Reishon was confirmed to be within the vicinity.
Okay, so no, okay. Okay, that's it. Those are my three questions.
As that question fades, you do get a little better bit of location of Reishan's current presence.
Oh.
Ryshan is currently on the very, very, kind of near the south end of the ravine,
just in the outskirts of the three-mile radius of near where you are right now.
Close to where you guys first came to the ruins of draconia.
Were you first discovered by the Ravanites?
Okay.
That's all you know, though.
Just that location.
Close to the ruins of draconia.
Which were you guys first arrived when you first came here.
first arrived. Not near us right now. Correct. And not where the library and the ruins of Draconia were.
Yeah. Sounds about. I like the idea of someone going back to get Kima. I think one tunnel on this side, one tunnel on the other side, and one tunnel on the top of the ravine on either side if you can do that. And do we want them to connect so we can get through?
Like little little half loops, little semi-circles? Does this make noise?
Will it vibrate the ground?
I'm pushing out Earth, so I...
Yes.
Yeah, I mean, that's...
No, a ton of noise, though.
Vex and I mentioned that.
How loud will this be, do you think?
How loud will this be?
I mean, as loud as moving large pieces of stone and earth would.
Uh-huh.
Loud.
But...
Not stealthy work.
No, it does.
I mean, we saw a storm coming.
Has it hit yet?
No, no.
Do I know...
You got a few more hours before the storm comes.
We could wait till the storm comes.
It'll be super windy and loud.
Not nearly enough to move tunnels of earth and rock.
Can you do something to ice?
Like, melt it?
That's silent.
Can't melt the ice.
Yeah, but it's only a foot of ice.
Yeah, but we could carve out ice tunnels.
It's a foot of ice.
The ice is only like a foot thick.
Oh, I see, I see, I see.
What is normally a temperate region.
We got the house.
We got the mansion, that's it.
Ah, but it's one spot.
Yeah.
I mean.
Hide behind rocks.
Yeah, sure.
We can do a test.
We can.
Can you make new.
rocks that are hollow? I guess it'll still make noise. I can make walls of stone and can make
little, but also keep in mind anything that I do. He'll notice. He'll notice. And the whole point
to this is to not make our presence known at all. And ice dragons burrow. I remember that much.
So we could pop in our tunnels and they're
can be like, what's up?
How important are these tunnels?
Because if we want, while you're doing this,
I can go distract the dragon.
On the other end of the ravine?
No.
Sure, why not?
No.
No.
Why would you do that?
Just distract the dragon so you can dig.
Because we can use your mansion
and when the time is right, we can all scatter
in different directions quickly.
Many of us can fly.
I would rather have these cubby holes as well,
but it's too risky and it's too risky to let you
go running your little ass off around and get that dragon to eat you in one bite.
Yep. You're overruled. How do we go get chema?
Somebody that can turn invisible has to go get her. Well you're still Missed form.
That lasts for eight hours. She can't turn into mist. So you can go get her and turn her into mist.
What about the stones? What about the stones?
Someone can...
Oh, mist back with the stone. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. And then we can...
Then one mist back to us and give her the stone.
Yeah, and then...
Yeah.
The brain on bread.
I'll do it, I'll do it.
Yeah.
There we are.
Wait, wait, does the stone make any like sound or light?
No, she just goes poof.
Not really.
Really?
Dead sure.
It's a little bit of poop.
It's a little bit of life, but you can hide behind something when she does it.
She can poof from within the mansion before you make the mansion.
Can't actually, you can't, you can't poof within the mansion.
It has been in the same plane.
But it's daylight, so it should be fine.
It's considered a pocket plane.
Yeah.
the end of the universe. If Pike is going back as missed, no offense, Pike, can you find
the mansion? Why don't you go with that? Okay, gladly.
Yeah. Oh, okay. You'll know your, your mansion better than...
Send the two bitties. And we're gonna hide out, I'm still in my mist form. Oh,
did you guys demystify? Well, we've been talking, so I'm gonna say yes.
Hey, clever elves.
Can you scout around and make sure we're not being watched?
There are no elves here.
My mother was a human.
Do you want to go right now?
I've been scouts, I've been keeping an eye out, but yes, I will keep on.
We're not being watched.
You sure those hawks are hawks?
Is anything watching us?
My perception, sure.
28.
28.
Looking about, there are a number of birds that are in the distance.
There are some that have flown over ahead since you've been here.
Nothing that seems to be acting erratically out of an ordinary.
There's a couple that have come in a little close to watch
and then just kind of went off their own way.
Curious as to what's going down in the ravine.
Some birds.
Birds.
All right.
I think we should all be missed though while we wait
for him to get back just in case.
So I'm going to spend some time in this for him just studying
to see if there's anything odd about this circle at all,
studying the stones.
Okay.
Where is it?
Yeah.
All right, so Pike and Scanlan, you guys go missed form.
Make your way over, back towards where the mansion was placed.
Takes you a while.
You kind of coasts, supposed to going through, or are you going through the ravine, or are you going over the ravine?
Over, over.
Okay.
Wow.
Okay.
Yeah, ma'am.
You guys kind of coast up the side and over the top of the wall.
There is some heavy dead feet.
dead forested area here, but you kind of coast on the side of it, kind of keeping an eye down.
Um, both you guys make a perception check.
11.
Okay.
21.
Oh, god girl!
As you guys are pulling around and the, the weather's gotten a little better for the moment,
the storm hasn't quite hit yet.
Like you glance off and you can see
some stirring down in the bottom of the ravine.
You see two white wings kind of vh-v-v- and you watch as
as Vourgal takes off, like a battle of house
up out of the ravine, past both of you,
and you feel like the wind shake and the actual ravine
kind of quake slightly at the presence,
as Vorgal shoots up into the air,
kind of spirals up, then wings go out,
and then coasts off westward,
away from you guys.
Oh.
Away from us.
Away from you guys.
In a wester direction.
What did he doesn't come back?
He's going west.
where he still went with.
Okay.
Wait.
I try to make wide eyes.
Does this we can dig?
We don't know.
Did we see him go in the air from where we are?
Maybe we have some check actually.
Vex.
You should take it from.
Yeah.
20.
You do hear what sounds like heavy wings
kind of echoing through the ravine
towards your direction.
You see a faint movement in the sky,
and then it vanishes and you hear the sound being distant,
or more distant.
You gather Vorgal has at least left the layer.
You're not sure how long.
I come out of Miss Warren.
Vorogles, Borogol's not here right now.
If you're going to dig, do it.
I'll keep it on the sky.
What do you guys think? Should I do it?
No.
I think we should know.
Yes.
I think two crows nest for the shoot.
Do it quickly. If you're going to do something.
I draw out really quickly in the snow.
I draw out an intricate map, blueprints.
Meanwhile, scan them, like you guys make your way back to the mansion.
Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking.
There and there.
You find your way.
You find your way into the mansion.
The servants are rushing what looks to be two platters of kitchen
down to the stairs, the leading subterranean portion of the mansion.
Okay.
Kima, sorry to interrupt lunch.
You're coming downstairs and she just has her armor is off,
her malls at the side, she is on the ground, the process of doing one-handed push-ups and just like scarfing and chicken with the other hand.
She's like, she's getting ready for a fight today.
Disgusting.
That's amazing.
Stans up.
Damn right it is.
Stringy.
We came back for you.
Because we're going to build a mansion.
He's going to build a mansion somewhere else.
We need to move.
Okay.
She takes one of the pieces of chicken and kind of pockets it.
That will disappear when we'll be there.
Pulls it out.
Just like sucks her out the bone, throws up the ground,
it clatters, king, king, king, off the side.
All right, let me grab my stuff.
She goes and gets her armor and starts putting it on.
Do you want to help me?
To take, hold some stuff?
Put the armor on.
Oh, yes.
You know how to put platement, come on.
Do you need me to help as well?
No.
Okay.
Yep, get all armored up.
She gets the rest of her stuff.
She came relatively light other than the material she needs for combat.
She's ready to go in the next 15 minutes or so.
All right.
So, where's this going down?
I produced the rock that we brought, the one half of the stones that we brought,
and I say, wait, does she know how to do this?
I guess you just think, right?
You just think.
You have to think.
I know that's hard, but you can have to hold this rock
and want it to be reunited with its pair.
I'm sorry about that.
And then you'll be bamped back to where we're going, all right?
Here, take the stone.
All right, so we'll just step out of the mansion.
I won't drop it yet because I haven't, there's no need.
All right.
And we're going to miss back, but after she's banffed.
All right, so think happy thoughts.
Click your heels together.
Keeps out in the snow.
Crunching side of her boots.
Closes her eyes for a second.
Opens one back at you.
Just can't lose.
Focuses and constrates, the minute progresses.
She clutches it and touches the actual stone
to the outside of her holy symbol.
You see the small platinum outline of Bahamut's head
as it hits, it begins to glow.
The blue glow is also surrounded by
the bright white glow of Bahamit's light.
And as her outer form begins to shimmer,
it blinks out with a spiral of
almost like a glittery white light dust
and her form has vanished.
She's the coolest.
She's okay.
She was doing one-handed push-up and eating chicken in the other.
Can you do a one-handed push-up?
Yeah.
Can I see?
Yeah.
And with those gauntlets, she does easily.
Oh, yeah.
Only armor and all.
She's like,
blch-ch-ch-ch,
leaving this little kind of like pike-shaped in the snow right there.
Can I try a one-handed push-up?
Make a shanked check.
Seven.
Two-hand and push up.
On his knees.
I'm carrying a lot of stuff.
Without my gear, I could probably do it.
I understand. You're also carrying a mansion or something.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Magic weighs on me, babe.
It weighs a lot.
All right, let's just...
All right.
Shaw, man.
You guys miss form being cresting over to return.
Scanning the skies for any sight of a flapping white dragon.
While that's happening, what are you guys doing?
I'm making ice plates.
I'm keeping an eye out for vargaul or anything.
I guess I'm making tunnels.
I will explain.
Using move earth?
Yeah.
Move Earth is you can reshape any dirt, sand, or clay in the area.
Not stone.
Not stone?
Cannot manipulate natural stone or stone construction.
They're a budget rental center.
So you can make walls.
I can make walls.
Can you manipulate ice?
Can you manipulate ice?
Can you manipulate ice?
It will just look like a big icy bulge.
You can't, but you can't create ice.
But even if she did, I mean, it has to be something not noticeable.
I think that we could.
I can make some more plant life.
Did you show with rocks?
We have stone shape prepared.
Stone shape?
Yeah, rocks.
Yeah, stone shape would have been the spell
used in this circumstance.
Cool, cool.
If we pull some of the ice,
I can try and make sheets of ice.
But stone shape, how long does stone shape last?
I thought it was just like for a little bit.
Stone shape is instantaneous.
It just affects.
I know, but how much?
It's like, it's like a five foot.
Five foot cube, right?
Yeah, any dimension.
So I can't make a ton.
The war is over and both sides lost.
Kingdoms were reduced to cinders, an army scattered like bones in the dust.
Now the survivors claw to what's left of a broken.
broken world praying the darkness chooses someone else tonight.
But in the shadow dark, the darkness always wins.
This is old school adventuring at its most cruel.
Your torch ticks down in real time.
And when that flame dies, something else rises to finish the job.
This is a brutal rules-light nightmare with a story that emerges organically
based on the decisions that the characters make.
This is what it felt like to play RPGs in the 80s.
And man, it is so good to be back.

Not a heavy tunnel though.
Right, so no.
We can alter the topography just a bit by taking out some of the ice and then
opening it up to make hiding places.
I can make almost like a little trench, like a trench wall line for you guys up at the top
of the ravine for the shooters.
Yeah, half bubbles almost.
Yes, exactly.
Yeah.
Like something sued.
80 to 100 feet up, right?
That'll do.
Yeah, I can shoot you.
That'll do just fine.
Right along the ledge.
It has to be completely, actually after you do it, I want to, I can try to disguise it so it's not seeable from the air.
Okay.
Okay, so what are you doing?
You're making a small ledge?
So yeah, I'm going to take, I'm going to do wall of stone.
We don't need a ton of space because we're never going to move more than six.
Yeah, I basically just want, like, a little, like almost half wall.
almost half wall for cover here and here just kind of extending the stone work.
Just out this way? Upwards. Upward. So that they can...
Okay, okay, I see. Yeah. Give us cover. Okay, so we'll say...
Do the... Do the gears of work, you know?
Can I raise a point? Crouch, crouch, crouch.
Do you have anything to keep you from falling if he attacks you on that ravine?
Um, it would be hard to fall if you have you
attacks us? Like the best thing actually would be if he attacks us up there would be to jump.
So using it twice? But we're 100 feet up.
Yeah.
Then over here.
You know what? You know what? Let me give, let me flink it. Let me do one on that side and one over here.
Yeah? You think.
I know.
So that's a lot of damage.
Why a hundred feet up?
That's how tall.
I'll have a rope.
Can we just do 20 feet up?
It seems like a...
You have a broom. I have a rope.
Is this excessive?
Is this...
Yeah, why a hundred feet? Why not 20 feet?
Why not 30 feet?
I can't do that.
We can't do it in the middle of the stove.
of the stone. We have to do it at the top.
I guess I...
You're just moving up. I guess I could,
actually, because I can do flat one. Okay.
All right, you know what? I could make a little pod
bubbles for you guys on the half edge of cliffs.
You want that? Make some pod bubbles.
I'll do that. Aren't those going to be
obvious? I'm going to start pouring water
on this stuff and it's going to be ice again
so quickly. Yeah, if we try and camouflage it, spend the rest
of the day to camouflage it.
I'm... I've already... I've already started working
on ice camouflage for this. The DM is looking at us
like we're crazy. I'm trying to figure
this out guys all right here's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna make little little little little
pod little little little little little little little things so smooth yeah like little
balcony ledges that they can go on okay we'll say it's like I spent a really long time
carving this shit you guys how high up are you is there any point to having you sharp shoot
from behind that wall down below.
So like right there is what you're saying,
a little shelf.
You will be using that for the camera.
Yeah, like a little lens that they can,
yeah, like a balcony.
I wanna make a cliff balcony.
How far up?
I would take it to the far edge, like even further.
If we're fighting, I'm not bound by shit, man.
I can be anywhere.
What do you want this to go, bridge?
Yeah, but you're not, it's not just here.
One there and one, yeah.
And we need a place with those are the two.
And about 40 feet up, 50 feet up?
I'd say about 50 feet up.
About halfway of the mouth.
50 up.
Okay.
And make it look.
You know, I want to make it look rough.
I want to try and camouflage it.
And then I'm also going to help Percy and the rest of this Exca Vision
to use my gust and to start, like, blowing and, like,
little create water spells over top of it to start covering them with ice.
Okay.
Yeah, I'm creating a breakable ice shield for when it's time,
but I'm just giving it a nice cover so that I'm, like, laying it in.
Yeah, we're covering them with ice to make it look like the rest.
Okay.
Um, go ahead and just roll wisdom check.
Just roll D20, add your wisdom modifier.
You normally only ask me that when we're making a terrible plan.
I know.
I'm...
Check out the big brain.
Check out the big brains on Brad.
23.
Okay.
As an Arochari, you have a very firm understanding of airflow, temperature of air and how best it can quickly freeze water.
And over time, utilizing the spells at your disposal over the next 30 minutes or so, you do manage to
coat the visible recently created stone with a layer of ice that in some regard would help
hopefully camouflage it.
Oh, he let us do it. I thought he was going to tell us it was about it.
I'm going to just spend all my time off to trying to keep hiding it, keep reinforcing it.
Once the mansion's available, I'm going to take water and slowly add layers.
Okay.
Scanlan Pike, you guys do manage to return as you watch the party, preparing these small little ledges.
little ledges outside of the cavern interior,
or the ravine interior.
Hey guys, did you see the dragon leave?
I saw him fly away, yeah?
Should we be concerned at all?
No.
That what?
He's going to get help?
Maybe.
That he's going to...
Not come back?
...and fuck us.
He was heading west, right?
Which is not the director...
Roshon was south.
Are you sure?
sure as far south.
Yes, we do.
Can you do your detector?
I guess, yeah, I can.
Atima at this point, by the way,
has been kind of off the side keeping watch.
She goes, you guys expecting anyone?
Oh shit.
Oh, shit.
And you see Hima kind of drops the mall to the ground
and kind of points up, and you see stepping down the ravine,
or stepping up from the ravine to be from this side, this way.
You see what looks to be a small, kind of stout-looking dwarf
character, walking up.
Kind of bulbous, red nose. You can see kind of a thick
winter coat over, cloth tied over the top of the head.
Kind of a crossbow to one side and just kind of walks up.
Hey, Larkin, the one you hired, the mercenary, to help you
with this exchange.
Oh, right. We hired somebody? Yes.
When was this?
Back in White Stone, we hired somebody to come help us
fight. We did?
Why on earth
would we do that? We're super strong.
I'd kind of kick
Scanlan a little bit. Oh shit. Sorry.
So,
bad we've all got together.
I see you've begun your plan.
So, tell me, what is
your plan? Larkin, was it?
Larkin, aye.
Larkin. Larkin, do you have
any spells you can use?
I've got a few tricks up my sleeve.
I see how it pans out.
I'm gonna talk to him in Dwarvish, and I'm gonna ask him where he's from.
Okay, yes, where from?
I don't feel comfortable as, you know, speak in our language and front of people to understand this.
It's impolite.
She's good.
It is quite impolite.
Watch his Larkin's expression gets very dire for a second and it's like, what are you doing?
I whispered up.
Are you ready to help us kill a dragon?
That's what you heard me for, isn't it?
Oh, don't you think dragons are just the biggest dick fucks ever?
To be honest, yes.
Oh.
Oh, Larkin.
Just fucking got it.
Yes, yes, I totally remember you Larkin.
I kick Scanlan again just for sheer joy this time.
We're setting up camp.
The attack begins tomorrow morning.
there's going to be a beast, there will be a fight.
Yeah, we kind of have a plan, but you know, fucking dragons, so...
We'll see how it goes.
Do what you can.
I'm going to try and tire him out.
All right.
I'll keep an eye.
Once he's tired out.
So I'll go on your signal then.
Will you be joining us here at the battle or providing support from afar?
I'll be providing support from a comfortable space.
What kind of support?
Long distance attacks or healing?
Yeah, man, what's your style?
Oh, I, uh, let's just say at the beginning, I'll go ahead and bring some pain from a distance
and only close that distance when things get real nasty or not.
And Larkin, the reason we hired you now that I remember was for your extreme knowledge of dragon,
dragons and their behaviors.
Tell me this. Should we be concerned when this one leaves his lair about hobbling its layer
or somehow preventing it from returning?
Do you know when it's returning? No.
Well, we know that it'll be coming here for a fight.
If you don't know when it's returning, don't step into its layer.
Is there a way to prevent it from getting back?
to its lair.
Killing it?
Real simple answer, I think.
Something like a vampire, you can't just put it.
Kima leans into you, Skimlin.
Who's this?
Uh,
mercenary.
Larkin.
We fired him.
Yeah, he's a real word, dead eye.
There's also gonna be a field of
lizard people.
Ravinites.
Local hire.
Potentially.
Local hire.
Yeah.
Told you it was complicated, yeah?
Kima kind of crossed arms for a second.
You also told me you had another ally coming.
We did?
I wasn't there.
Who did we?
We have a hard time keeping track of everyone that we hire and fire.
It's very...
It's going to be a great plan.
You know why?
We have Pike.
That's our other ally.
She's here now.
Here I am.
I'm so confused right now.
It's all right.
Listen, all you're going to do is smash dragon with us tomorrow.
Which dragon?
The white one.
The white one.
The white one.
here that will be here. The only one that's here. Let's
follow our lead. Please make the mansion right now.
Please make the mansion. Certainly. I'll see what... Yes, we'll... I'll make the
mansion behind a rock outcropping. Kima, I need your help to make sure that I'm not
spotted while I do this ritual. All right. So this is great. So tomorrow you pop in, you
summon, we all pop back into the mansion. We're hiding in the mansion while the
fights going on. Well, someone has to be on the outside watching to find out what
happening. Right, right, right. Do we should we have someone near where the dragon is so we can get eyes?
Someone who can be a hawk. Someone who can look like like one of the dragon. The Ravanites.
Scammon, what are you going to do? You're going to pop this thing out and then hop in the mansion?
Yes. Tomorrow we're talking about? Yes. Yes. Yes, absolutely. So Kielith could be a hawk over by
Voregal watching. Is there any way to let us know though? Not if we're in the mansion.
Yeah, because the the earrings don't work through the mansion, right? Then there's no point.
Inside to Out, no, they have been the same plane.
Well, someone would have to be next to the doorway,
pop their head in and say,
Oye, oh, it's on.
Or just crack the door.
But we also have these bubbles of watching around, don't we?
Which will be you and I.
I imagine you should be in there.
Or I can just drop the mansion.
Climb up and wait.
Well, the mansion could be good if things
go terribly wrong.
Yes, it's the last.
That's true.
If the mansion door is open and hidden,
say, behind that outcropping of rock there,
you leave the door open, but behind
behind it, Keeleth could take to the sky,
I could find somewhere low and be hidden,
and I can dart inside, I can be inside in a second.
And at the very least, Kima can be waiting inside the mansion,
as can our lesser stealthy friend Pike,
at least keep them in there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Sounds great.
All right.
It's a plan.
It's something.
It's a plan.
It's a start.
Keeping an eye on sky as all of his seven.
fall apart when anything shifts.
We're doing the best we can under very shitty circumstances.
Can I do the sense primeval awareness and search for dragons
to see if Borogel is even in the same in the area at all?
Sure. As you concentrate, you get a very strong nearby presence.
Uh-huh.
She came in the mansion with us?
No.
Well, there is no mansion yet.
I haven't done it.
Oh, no.
No. We haven't done it yet.
No, no.
You sense a closing dragon presence.
At which point you hear in the distance.
Mansion.
All right, I will cast the mansion.
Okay.
Behind a rock.
And run into it.
Yep.
We will see you in the morning.
To Larkin.
Right?
Truly.
You guys all leap into the mansion.
Seriously, get in the mansion right now.
Go, go, go.
You glance off the side, and you can see Larkin
kind of looking off the distance in the,
white dragon of Orgal. It's kind of like curling in the air, currently like wrestling with
something, and then shoots down back into the ravine to the layer. Can I get like a glimpse of it
before I run in on what it is? Uh, 27. 27. It's yank. Brief.
A brief view you have, it appears to be by its size comparison, small looking, but
glancing at that point, it looks to be some sort of a dire bearer.
Dyer Wolf, some sort of a large bird entity that is currently being torn apart midair and...
So when hunting.
Apparently.
A normal bear, only dire.
They've been hungry.
Smack.
You guys make your way into the mansion.
Be from a respite.
Keeliff kind of carries out the end of it.
Sips inside.
I don't trust that door.
Excellent.
Good.
That's why you're here.
That's why...
It's who you think it is.
It's why he's not in here.
You can't know that you know...
Good to know.
Pima, if it would have...
I can erase your memory of this whole thing,
and you wouldn't know.
You finish that sentence,
and I will destroy you where you stand,
Scanlidge or not.
I'll let it alone for now.
He's lecherous.
Before the sun, we wake up early,
before the sun rises, those of us who have to hide,
hide, once we see them bringing him
to the summoning circle, we call the beast and we wait.
We are going to be in the most.
danger because we're going to be right in the thick of it.
What if he sees you, Percy? I'm better at hiding myself.
We're both going to be hiding inside an ice-covered cubbyhole.
Honestly, if you take...
It's a lot of white.
So, it's not possible to get to those cubby holes without a difficult climb, is it?
I can always bring you up on the broom.
You dropped it off by broom.
We made the door on the bottom right.
Where is the mansion door again?
Behind the bigger rock where you've got Percy's stations right now?
Yeah, not little.
Yeah, we should wake up before sunlight.
This will say, as you guys all vanish from there,
the entrance is right there, to the mansion.
Who is gonna keep an eye on Larkin?
I think it's hilarious.
No, we can.
Larkin can take care of.
Also, herself.
We have no fucking idea where Ryshan is,
or what she's going to do, if anything.
We know that the one place she isn't is in here.
Hmm?
Mark and is Rajan.
Really?
Holy shit, I am.
You're the last one to realize that?
No, are you kidding?
Or on the internet.
Stop it, stop it.
It's me, I'm the last one.
I had no idea.
It took me like five minutes.
Oh, my God, we're going to die.
I think you should lose the best answer.
We're going to die.
I think you're going to do.
Ashley figured it out before.
for us.
Oh, no, you told me.
I can't take the...
As you rest to prepare for your next day's
discursion, we're going to go ahead and take a restroom right here.
It's half of us, Laura.
We'll see you guys back here in a few minutes.
Welcome back.
So, at the brief break, you guys have taken your time in the evening
to rest up, get your spells back, prepared for the coming confrontation.
You're now one day delayed confrontation with Voragal.
As your evening comes to a close, the next morning is now before you.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, we weren't done.
We were done.
We have to do at least-
We have to do things.
Yeah.
One last thing.
Then let's do things.
We have to eat.
We have to do the Heroes Feast.
We have to do the Heroes Feast.
Who's gonna do it?
I am.
Right, boom.
All right, Pike drops on Heroes Feats.
It's a thousand gold out of your queue.
Mm-hmm.
That's okay.
Worth it, man.
Worth it, man.
But all of you enjoy your first non-chicken-related meal within Scanlan's mansion.
Oh, it feels good.
The first and a while, at the very least.
So as part of the Heroes Feast guys, if you recall the details of that circumstance.
Immune to fear.
Immune to fear, definitely.
Saves on wisdom, throws.
Yeah, wisdom saving throws of advantage.
Also plus 2D10.
3 to your maximum hip points.
Oh, good, good, that's good.
And I think that's it.
And you're immune to diseases.
And immune to diseases.
Or immune to poison.
Oh, immune to poison.
We're immune to poison on this?
Yeah, that's right.
That's right.
Okay, right.
Oh, sick.
2D10.
Advantage on wisdom saves immune to poison.
Wow, we got two cents!
All right, so marking,
let me know what your maximum hip point totals increases are,
currently.
An increased 14 points.
14 points to Scanlan's maximum hip points.
17.
17 to Percy.
Oh, and an additional 11.
11 tequila.
11 tequila.
15.
15 to Vax.
I got two tens.
I got initial 20.
You got two tens?
You got two tens?
Uh-huh.
I got nine, so that brings me to 97.
Awesome.
I got 11.
11 to grog, and then for Kima, eight.
Right there.
And I'll be sure we don't want eyes on her.
I'm not concerned about
about her well-being, clearly, I'm concerned whatever her name.
She's saying she's right now.
Larking.
Is that she's clever enough that eyes on her
would not be helpful in the first place.
Yeah, she's probably invisible right now anyway.
It's just best to assume that even if we could see her,
that she would be tricking us with what she's doing.
Okay, and if she starts killing us, what do we do?
Hide in the mansion, regroup?
Hide in the mansion.
And worst case scenario, scream that she'd
betrayed us and that she promised that she would help kill the white dragon and see if they'll just fight it out.
Alright, so worst case scenario, we all pull back towards the mansion if she starts wailing on us.
Yes, and definitely inspire some conflict.
Okay. Okay. Now we can go to...
Let's go fight.
Let's sleep.
Oh, sleep.
So your evening meal complete, you all find yourself back to full rest, preparing yourselves for tomorrow's grand showdown.
I'm not negative one.
Oh my God.
You're now, negative one to all of your rolls, ability checks and saving the first.
Not to damage though.
No, no, just your D20 rolls, essentially.
I can get all 19s.
I'm going to sleep.
I want to inscribe.
This new gun is so mean.
Senet on 15.
Okay.
Oh, who was?
You don't know.
Okay.
All right.
So, evenings rest complete.
Spells, chosen.
Chosen for those who need to choose spells, prepare yourselves for this confrontation. The morning comes that
early tension of imminent chaos kind of fills the air. Conversation is short. What preparations do you wish to make this morning?
Vex is going to put me in that I believe in that pocket.
Can I cast pass without a trace on him from that far away?
We have the dust of tracelessness, we can...
Yeah, but that's only tracks.
But...
While we're over there, before I go over to my side,
I'm going to try to cover his area
with Natural Explorer and try to hide him.
We can fly over there as well, yeah, please.
And then also we're attaching a rope just in case.
Yes, yes.
Fetching a rope to the wall, just so I have something to climb down with if I need to.
It's not going to be hanging out, it's all in.
Okay, the stone is like a smooth wall that comes out and then upward for the protective
point. Are you...
I have climbing gear. You can use it as a grappling hook, maybe. Does that work at all?
You can fashion something. Make an intelligence check.
Mmm. It seems like it'll hold. All right. That'll do.
That'll do.
But you have a metal piece wedged into a part of the stone.
It seems to be pretty top of the rope attached.
All right, that'll do.
Can I ask a logistical question?
Sure.
How wide and alive are those trees?
They are about maybe a foot wide each, and currently it looks like a lot of them are dying or dead from the perpetual snowfall and coverage that they are unused to.
So tree stride probably wouldn't work on these guys.
Uh, I'm just wondering if I should waste my time.
Tree stride.
Let's be at least same size as you.
That was a ringtone.
Some of them maybe.
All right.
Am I making us all Ravinites or does that not even matter anymore?
I don't think that matters.
Okay.
Have we left?
Are we already out, are me and Percy outside already?
You guys have gone outside if you're gonna place them up
in this perch there and helpful.
Cover the area.
I mean, you have to do it, right?
I mean, you're the one releasing this thing.
I guess if I'm going to be out in the open, I probably should.
And if you're doing it, does it take any more mojo to do it to all of us or just yourself?
No.
It can't hurt to do it to all of us?
Sure.
Make us all white, rather nice.
You mean wearing white clothes?
Sorry, I just meant so we blend into the ice, not so that we're white.
That sounded so tight.
That sounded so terrible.
Yeah, really.
I just meant so that we are the same color
as the ice and we are camouflage.
It's a good idea.
Like chameleons.
Are there actually enough,
enough, like, albina ravenites
that we would stick out,
or is that a common color?
You haven't really encountered any.
Then I would recommend not,
I would recommend just white clothing.
Sorry.
You've seen they've had varying shades
of chromatic and metallic.
All right.
Just snow camouflage.
Snowy.
Okay. So, what are you doing? You're casting?
I guess I'll make us all white Ravinites. Just normal Ravanites with lighter colored clothing that can maybe blend in.
But also we can't dance very well and we clap on the two and the four.
So yes, I'll make us all Ravinites.
Okay. So does that include Kima?
I can do eight people. So that's everyone including Kima.
All right. So you are all currently, for the purposes.
this visually, rapidites of varying sizes and bulkiness. Okay? Is everyone currently out and about
right now, outside of the house? I'm going out. Who all's leaving? Oh wait, before I leave,
doesn't someone have to buff me up for this spell, Keel? I do. Yep, I do. I'm going to cast
enhanceability on your charisma. How long does that last? An hour?
Okay, then I...
So if we're ready to go.
Yeah, what time is it?
Is it dawn?
When we're ready to walk out the door.
I'll do it.
You're not entirely certain.
Make a survival check.
18.
Eight.
You have no idea, that's kind of.
Right.
Seems like it's...
It's about noon.
From where you gather where the sun would be,
would be around that time based on what bits of shadows
you can see.
However, the sleet storm is just starting to kick in.
And you can see now the sheets of really cold rain
with kind of a slush to them are beginning to hit and pound across the bottom of the ravine.
The wind is picking up a bit and the temperature is dropping significantly.
Bundle.
Okay.
How will we know when it's time for me to release?
We have to wait for Tuma to go report.
Who's going to go on scouting?
He's back.
I assume.
Do we see Larkin around?
No, you do not stalking around.
Good.
Do we want to go...
Max, do you want to go look?
For Larkin?
No, for the fuck Larkin.
To see if...
To see when Tuma's coming.
I don't want to release this thing before Tumas there reporting to Voregal.
Well, maybe if we cause enough of a ruckus as soon as we release him...
I mean, if we trust Tuma to hold up her part of the bargain, that dragon is coming here.
Yeah.
We just need to make a lot of noise and then release it.
Attract attention, release it, height.
But when?
We have to.
Never, we want to.
No, when is Vorgo coming?
I can't just sit out here all day waiting for...
Vorigo will come.
When we make a noise, he'll come over here.
I thought the Ravenites were telling him to...
Bravanites have to tell him to come here first.
But it's today.
No, she told him that he's coming.
I don't think she's telling him a specific time.
No, she's telling him now, today. We told her to wait.
As you guys are having this conversation, Vax and Kieleth,
you guys notice down off the southern edge of the ravine,
you see three humanoid.
figures walking up your direction, kind of like coasting along the side of the mountain range.
Do they appear to be ravenites?
You get the, after a short time kind of inspecting them, they appear to be ravenite in the structure.
Yeah. They're, they're dragon-born, they are heavily robed, and they're kind of coasting up
along the side.
Vex, do you want to talk to them?
Six-section.
Sure.
Okay, good.
They see if they talk, they might have told him.
They might have been the ones that just told them.
I walk over.
As you acknowledge me and approach, one of them kind of breaks from the two, and they kind of stay back as it approaches, you can see the tall and
a burly, uh, uh, dragon motor form this is squir.
He met when you first came to the ruins of draconia.
He approaches.
Tumor sends me.
Uh, when are we to?
Tell the dragon the hunter's on.
You're ready whenever you are on.
Give us 30 minutes and then do it.
30 minutes.
It'll be done.
He returns to the other two and they begin to make their way rather briskly back towards the direction of
Lorigal's layer.
All right.
Fucking shit.
When you see the dragon pop up into the sky
and head this direction, start summoning.
Percy?
Up?
Yes, please.
All right, I take Percy up top.
So you're bringing Percy up onto the top.
The rain's starting to come down kind of hard now
and you're distinctly getting the chills
and shivering a little bit.
You get up into your kind of little parapet area,
place them there, camouflage as best as you can.
Yeah, I try to move some snow around and try to block it.
Yeah, Percy, you need you to make a stealth check,
just in general.
Who? Me? No. No, Percy. That's 16. 16. Good, no. Okay. So you place them up there. What else are you guys doing?
You got 30 minutes. 25 now. I'm gonna go stake out the... I'm gonna hide behind the stone this all the way in the bottom end of the screen. I'm looking at so the far.
Here? Nope, opposite side. Nope, opposite wall. Sorry. This side? Yeah, behind it.
Here, here. Yeah. No, I'm good. He's got it.
I'm good.
First day.
Don't say that again.
That's...
And I think I already said it, but the Death Walker's Board is set to cold.
Yes.
Does anyone want to be invisible for an hour?
Are we not going to be in the house?
Yeah, make us...
Some of us will be.
Yeah, make everybody invisible, you can.
Yeah, I'll be in the house.
And Pike, too?
You're outside, aren't you?
Yeah, I'm going to stay in the house for a little bit.
Okay.
I'm going to cast it and probably go into the house.
Okay.
So Pike is staying up in the house.
I would not object to invisibility.
Yeah, can you make us invisible?
I can make two, a couple of you invisible.
Kulith, do you want to make anybody invisible?
I can't do that.
You keep forgetting that's you who can do that.
You can't do that?
No.
You know what, I can't do it anyway.
I think gate is a concentration spell.
Even if I'm reading it off a scroll?
It takes an action to cast.
It is a concentration spell.
It is, and as part of the casting of it,
would drop concentration or whatever.
Okay, then I can't make anyone in this.
Okay.
Okay.
Cool, cool.
Can I fly up and see if I can see Percy
before I head over to my side?
That's, you glide up into the air.
Make stealth check.
I don't want to go too high.
17.
Okay.
You coast up.
Make a perception check.
Uh, 32.
Against the white snow and the ice,
the paraphrast structure.
itself is slightly off color to the rest of the ice and you do see the gleaming of
Percy's cloak through the cover you've placed.
Shit. I dive back down and try to cover him a little bit more before I head over to my side.
Okay, that'll be the rest of this 30 minute preparation for you to do that.
All right. Who else is doing what now?
I think I could just peep a little.
You gotta buff me at some point.
I'm gonna cast past a trace on myself as soon as I get to the other side.
So I can stay stealthy on my side.
How many minutes?
Where are you staying then?
On the other ledge, yeah.
Okay.
All stealth check.
And Trinke is staying in your necklace?
Yes.
32.
32, good to know.
All right.
Pike, what are you doing?
You're staying inside the mansion right now?
Okay.
Any other spells cast preparation?
Consider what spells you had that are not concentration that help defend.
This is the time to do it.
I'm gonna go ahead.
I'm gonna go ahead and wait till the 15 minute mark.
No, I'm gonna wait till the 10 minute mark,
and I'm gonna enhance ability on Scanlan.
Okay, gotcha.
If you pour poison on a blade,
do you get poison damage if you hit them with it?
If there is a blade that you can,
if there's a blade that you can apply poison to,
then yes, you would probably do a little bit of poison damage.
You know what, I wanna pop trink it out.
I want him to be in the mansion with Pike and Grog.
Okay.
Go, go, go.
Okay.
Grog, you're in the mansion as well?
All right.
Kima is kind of like, uh...
Hide Kima?
Oh, she doesn't have an earring.
No.
She joins you guys in the mansion for now.
It's now.
And Vax, you're hiding over behind that rock.
Roll stealth, if you could?
Natural 20.
Okay.
You guys got in front of the rock and much like the elven cloaks, Lord of the Rings,
blend in with the stonework.
I'm going to go meditate on disguised
Goorbs, goodbye.
Um, grog, any preparation you're doing for this?
Alrighty.
So, as time means it can tick down, 15 minutes left.
10 minutes left.
I cast enhance ability on Scanlan.
Okay, you're enhancing his.
Charisma.
Alrighty.
And then I am going to move.
We don't have anyone over here yet, really correct.
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
We don't have anyone over here.
Over here?
No, you should have Percy up here, but no one down there.
Alright, I'm gonna kinda...
Fuck.
Going to...
Hide behind the tree and stealth as much as I can.
Okay, roll stealth check.
Kielit, shouldn't you hide in the mansion?
Can you be an animal?
Yeah, how... well...
Shouldn't you just hide right now?
Or be a bun hand until the right time?
Just be out of the way until...
I can be an animal if you feel like you want eyes out here as well, but it was...
I won't be able to go elemental.
No.
Ever?
No.
Until I rest.
We've got eyes on.
We're above.
Just go hide.
All right, I go in the mansion.
Kikilk makes me back to the mansion.
Great.
All right.
Five minutes, four minutes, three minutes, two minutes.
I will inspire myself.
Okay, that's part of your ability.
Yes, I will say to myself, all right, Scanlan.
I know that your palms are sweaty.
Your knees are weak, arms heavy.
There's cologne on your tunic, grog spaghetti.
But just remember, you're good enough,
you're smart enough, and doggone of people like you.
Emerging a eight mile.
Wow.
Yes.
Let's do it.
All right, so as you step forward,
where do you want to open the gate scroll?
I'm still gonna hang out by the rocks.
All righty.
And I can go at least 60 feet in front of me,
but I'll do like 50 feet in front of me.
Like in the center, basically.
Out there?
Yeah, sure.
Okay.
So.
So.
Load. Super direct with his name.
And his name is Yank.
Correct?
The girl, like here, here, here.
Let me give you the scripts.
As you pull the scroll out fumbling it,
your fingers slightly sweaty and nervous,
begin to.
I'm not gonna read it until I hear wings flapping.
Okay. It just takes six seconds to do, right?
Make perception check.
Oh my.
That's an eight.
You have advantage on charisma checks?
This is...
This is not charisma. This is his perception.
Do we see him in the sky at all?
You make perception check.
You don't hear any wings.
You're listening.
The winds kind of...
The sound of the rain getting the ground.
19.
You begin to hear the flapping of wings in the distance and you glance over.
Scanlan.
Do it?
What are you doing?
Cast it.
I'm casting.
Okay. So as you pull the scroll out and begin reading it, the sigils and the archaing glyphs
are ancient and convoluted and you're trying to trace them with your eyes and you begin speaking,
letting the ancient knowledge that you've gained through your existence of wandering Exandria
begin to just pour out on its own. You feel the magic take hold and rip titans as the
script begins to light up with a slight bluish purple tint as it begins to
dosh, light up around. I need you to go ahead and check to see if you succeed in reading
the scroll. So I roll with advantage? Roll with advantage, so I have two. Come on. Okay, and what
am I adding? My... Do a D12 to it. So roll a D12. Well, you have, you have, you have inspiration.
And a plus two. Jesus. You get an advantage. Did you roll it? Plus two? Plus two because it's
Jack of all trades. Plus my charisma?
Plus your charisma bonus, yeah, which is six.
20.
Okay, the DC was 19.
Oh my God, every little bit helps.
Every little bit helps.
Oh, we made the gumbo.
Oh, God.
That could have been really awful.
As some of the glyphs begin to shake and part of the scroll begins to like burn at the edges,
you maintain concentration staring at it.
The rain just hammering down on the scroll, it's growing sling.
and pouring off into the center of your sleeve,
you're soaked to the bone now,
and you're shivering as you're reading out
these various language bits that are just flowing through.
You're now an instrument for the spell
that is beyond your capability.
And as suddenly the spell finishes,
your fingers tighten the scroll,
burst into flame and just turns to dust around you.
And for a split second, you think you may have failed.
This giant, bluish doorway just erupts across the way.
Facing away from you.
Facing away from you.
you. You see all of you that this somewhat darkened, shadowed ravine is now suddenly a glow
with bright, vibrant bluish light. The blue light turns to crimson to a deep burning red,
and you hear this horrible, deep sucking sound. And you watch as,
Yank the Goristro is thrown from it,
landing in the center of the ravine.
Fist of the ground.
Are you leaving the gate open?
Oh, uh, concentration's bell.
No, I close it instantly.
Okay.
The gate,
slam shut behind.
The reddish light then now being consumed
with a final blip of blue before it disappears.
And I'm just gonna tiptoe backwards
into the mansion if I can go.
The Gristro swoops the head over in your direction. I need you to make a stealth check.
Oh, Jesus.
Oh, God.
That's a seven.
Oh, my boy.
Oh, Sam.
Just run.
No problem.
Roll a little better.
I'll try.
Run for the door.
You watch as the large, hulking behemoth.
It's extremely muscular body covered in fur and bony protrusions and ridges like spikes that get out of its form.
this horrible hooked teeth in these giant curled horns that push forward with brass jewelry
emblazed across the bone, whips around its red eyes beating straight on you. And in a deep,
guttural voice,
Lastory, Treesolai, and begins to just lumber in your direction.
Oh, God!
Run!
Oh, God! Aren't you the master?
For right now, I need you just for right now. Scammon, roll initiative.
Oh my God.
Come on, buddy.
You are 21.
Yes!
Let's go!
All right.
You're going before it does.
What are you doing?
Come on.
BAMF to the door and go in?
It's right, focus.
Focus your cheek.
I sing at it.
What?
Oh my God!
No, he's got a movement and an action.
Okay.
I sing at it.
I will sing.
I will sing.
Yank, you will be our friend.
will be our friend, travel through the portal and back again.
Your heart is true, you're a fiend and a confidon.
Boom, boom, boom.
All right, so I will dominate monster.
Oh, shit.
With the hand cone.
Right, all right.
Puts you to a full DC of what?
21.
21.
No.
That is a 13.
What?
You guys watch, as those who are watching, Yank comes barreling and then comes to a stop and just stands there looking down at this tiny gnome about 40 feet away and just nods.
Holy shit, Stedlin!
I say you will stay here and you will kill a white dragon.
You see this stink kind of shoot out from the nose as the...
Now you notice the sound of the wings.
And I will...
Toe back into the best.
That was the coolest thing you've ever done!
Oh my.
Oh, I don't know.
At which point.
Oh, my God.
No, no, no.
Oh!
Huge!
Oh, fuck.
Oh, shit.
Make all the action figure sounds, Matt.
Wait, no.
All righty.
Wait a minute.
So.
Oh, God.
Oh, God.
That's a bigie.
At this point in time, Vorgal lands and unleashes just a torrent of frozen ice in this direction.
Oh, I've been waiting for this all week.
I hope we can take it and it actually does damage.
That is going to be...
She just dies instantly.
Oh, oh fuck.
Yeah.
All right, so that is going to be...
Apparently, white dragons are his weakness.
I know.
We're just like in a lobby, eating chicken.
30 minutes of this guys.
What do you think is going on up there?
As the blast hits, you can see coats of ice across the floor.
By the guys are aware, the ice and sleep and everything here is making the entire terrain, rough terrain.
So everyone's at half speed on foot in this entire battlefield.
Aw.
All right. You could see the actual air around Voragal itself is
is just crystallizing into this thick mist that kind of surrounds his form slightly.
Yank is blasted with all this frozen frost breath. You can see the icicles kind of crystallizing
in its front form. Goes running forward and just slams goering with its horns into
Orgole's chest.
Get it!
Get it!
Get it!
Watch me play with my toys, guys.
Play hard.
All right.
peek into our home life.
You watch as the horns slam into
Vorgal's chest, not really expecting
the veracity and the sheer force of this entity
it's unfamiliar with, the horns seem to spark
with flames strangely as soon as the impact.
It also tears this giant gash
in two points across Vorgal's chest.
You can see white scales kind of fly from the impact.
And also,
Okay, so it is not pushed.
Vorgal stands its ground as Yank pulls back.
You see this kind of dark purple blood kind of from the edge of the horns of the Gristro.
End of his turn.
All right, no, does not save against the Dominate Monster?
Oh.
Well, hopefully he'll just take sure.
That means he's still dominated.
Yeah.
He's not realized this is possibly a poor idea.
It did take damage to come on, chum, let's be a private.
Yeah, because it did take damage from the ice breath, so we tried to make it saved and
did not make it.
So, at the end of Yenks' turn, Vorgal is going to use two of its legendary actions to do a wing attack.
The three does not. Yank actually gets pushed back, or is knocked prone.
Oh, no.
No, Yanky, no.
We need you to point.
And suffers 15 points of bludgeoning damage.
points of bludgeoning damage.
Yes.
At which point, Voragal moving.
Can I flask your moves?
No.
Takes up into the air.
I didn't think about these.
Takes up into the air right above.
Now coming to Voragal's turn,
Voragal gets cold breath back.
And while Yank is on the ground looking upward and trying to get back up from the slick snow,
just releases another blast of cold breath down onto Yank once more.
Once more.
Yank.
Or, the Constitution save plus 14.
It does make it save again, so it's a hardy individuals.
The Constitution saves really high.
Oh boy.
Oh boy.
It causes this cluster of ice kind of gather around his form and Yank just breaks free.
Voragal is then also going to, using on its turn, its flight to move over this way and spin around.
round.
Natural 20 on my stove.
Yank is going to go ahead and now using his turn to stand up.
It looks confused around.
It does make it save, Breaking Dominate Monster, so that is gone.
Okay. Would I feel that? No, I'm on another plane of existence.
You're on this quiet space, just like fingers crossed hoping right now.
Yank just kind of looks frustrated at this point in time.
I don't know what I can do right now at the moment.
So it's going to go ahead and run and going to
run it's going to get a bad day.
Oh, man.
Attempt to leap to grab it.
Yeah.
Yank it.
You can do it.
Yank it.
Unfortunately, it does not make the full height.
Leaps up in the air level of its strength.
It's the thick muscular hoofed hind legs kind of crouched down and leapsed in the air.
in the air, this giant claws kind of reaching forth with Voragal just out of reach and kicks
it down with its claws and tail, knocking it back onto the ground. It lands. No effect.
Voragal's turn now, actually at the end of Yenks turn, no, it's not close enough. So yeah,
come back to Voragall's turn. Voragal does not get the ice breath back.
It's going to swoop down, eager to finish this hunt.
And it's going to unleash a series of it.
a series of attacks.
Who wants to look out?
Yeah, this isn't interesting dynamic right now
because it looks like Yank is resisting a lot
of the cold impact from this.
That's good.
Orgel's going to go ahead and do a full range of attacks
against it.
It's with the bite, hits with the claw, hits with the tail.
So that's going to be...
Orgo!
Lans and just bites into him with a bunch of ice shards
go shooting off from the impact of the teeth.
Both claws tear into the chest, but you can just see
The flesh itself is just hearty and resistant to the dragon's attacks.
It's damaging him, but Yank is definitely made of sturdier stuff.
All this is going to.
It comes to Yank's turn now, as you guys are having this conversation.
He's going to make two of its fist attacks and one with its hook.
Yes, Yank, yes.
It's a hit, a miss.
We didn't think anything for damage.
All of this, it's also...
He's just straight up dies.
No, well, it's also...
He's expending...
He's expending power.
Yeah, he's burned two legendary actions.
He's burned two of his legendary actions already.
Oh, that's true.
He's, yeah.
We're watching the dragon burn through his legendary actions.
That's the other thing.
Oh, that's great.
And he only gets to play.
Legendary actions, it gets every turn.
They reset every turn.
Legendary resistance is different.
He hasn't burned through any resistance,
he hasn't burned through any resistance?
So you watch as, after the cline goes through Yank's chest,
Yank reaches up and grabs the edge of Vorgal's scaly back of its head
and just uppercuts right into the jaw
and then brings up one of its hooves and just straight
straight up chest kicks with the sharpened hoof into the center of Vorgal's chest,
sending to Vorgal, stumbling back for a second. At the end of that turn is going to use
two of its legendary actions, two once again beat its wings. Yank not being a very dexterous
individual, fails and gets knocked prone once again, sending Vorgal once again up to there.
Back to Voragall's turn.
Should one of us peek our heads out?
Does not get the...
Yeah, someone peeked their heads out, someone with good stealth.
Does not get the ice breath, but it looks like Vorgal actually.
is moving further and further away, and it's just biting its time.
I'm gonna cast invisibility on myself and poke my head out the door.
Okay. That'll work, yeah, alright.
Yeah, you look out, make a reception check.
So now the sleet is coming down pretty hard,
and you're having to kind of gleam what you can move.
Fucking eight.
You can see what looks like some movement of dragon stuff in the air,
and you hear various pitches of growling, horrible, angry yelling
in the center of the battlefield.
So we know they're here.
You know they're there.
Battle's still going on.
I'll check again in.
12 seconds.
Yeah.
Yank his turn, very frustrated.
Can't seem to figure out what to do is going to go ahead and attempt to leap what's more.
Nope.
Inks just run leaps, tries to grab at the foot.
Borgole steps out of the way.
Yank finishes landing on the opposite side.
No effect turns around.
All right, at the Borgal is going to, all right, gets the cold breath back.
It's going to fly backward.
backward. And as it does, just spray an unholy mess of frozen breath energy down towards
Yank, who does not make the save, but still takes resistant damage thanks to cold resistance.
You can watch with each impact Yank's open wounds are getting frost shards jammed into them.
Right now, it looks like Yank doesn't have much of a recourse until Vorgal's on the ground.
And Vorgal seems to have noticed this and is starting to keep a distance.
Damn it.
And it's just waiting.
I can ground him.
And expose yourself?
I'm just throwing it out there.
I can ground him.
Back to that.
Back to Yenck's turn.
Oh, no, with the end of Vogel.
Turn Vorgle is actually going to go ahead and take up about 10 more feet.
Oh, fuck this guy.
To get completely out of his leaping range there.
God damn.
How high is he?
I can ground.
Now, 60 feet up.
Hmm.
Yank leaps and cannot quite get that height and just angrily begins to reach over and climb up the side of the mountain there just...
Can I attack him right now?
Oh, no.
What's up?
Surprise at you!
Can I attack him right now?
Sneak attack.
Which one?
Borigo.
Uh, yeah.
60 feet.
I'm a sharp shooter. He's 60 feet away from me.
60 feet is your range. He's a little higher than 60 feet.
Are you on the ground or you up?
He's on the ground.
You have to move on her knees to go up if you want to.
Or wings.
You could do that.
Fly within 40 feet of him.
Throw whisper at his ass.
Okay. That's what I'm doing.
Assassin.
You're gonna go up his ass into his stomach?
In the dragon again.
In the dragon.
All right, as you step over, the wings unleash and you fly up
right underneath Voregal right there, the dragon.
Do I need to roll for stealth though?
No, you were still stealth before you were holding that, yeah.
So you don't seem to be noticed.
notice, and right now, Borgal's attention in the head is faced over as it's floating, staring
at Yanko's now starting to climb up the side of the mountain.
So finally, finally, this is advantage and an automatic critical hit?
With the assassin trait?
Yes.
Well, let's see.
I'd say, given the circumstance that it is unaware that you are part of the battlefield,
even though there is a current threat in its circumstance.
The situation.
Busting out the other bar.
Let me double check well fast.
All right.
It's not even a Dungeons and Dragons book.
That's a cookbook.
They're all people.
No, no.
Let's see.
It's a cookbook.
I would say, given the fact that it's completely unaware that there was any other combatants in the vicinity aside from Yank,
I will allow this to be a surprise attack from you, though he is not considered surprise to anybody else.
There isn't a surprise round.
All right.
So I rolled a 28.
Oh.
That is.
Shit.
I'm going to, this is Whisper, I'm using Whisper,
I'm going to cast divine, I'm gonna use Divine Smite
on the attack as well.
All right, go ahead and roll,
roll damage on that.
Here we go.
Kill on, one turn.
Here we go.
Two.
Four!
Wow!
Hold on, hold on.
Wait, wait, wait.
No, no, no, no, so all the dice first.
Two plus the psychic damage, which is one,
the eight.
Mm-hmm.
It's nine.
plus the divine smite which is 1115 that's okay here comes the sneak attack damage
19 24 26 29 32 34 36 36 38 38 38 plus my modifier which is 46 before anything
No, we double the dice first.
So 38 times 2, right?
It's 66, plus 8 is 84.
84 points of damage against Voragal as the blade.
Are you going with the blade or are you letting it sit?
Oh, I went with the blade.
All right.
So you're on Voragol right now?
So as you throw the blade up, it strikes into one of the wounds
that Yan could already clawed right under its chest.
And the blade sinks up to the hilt and further in.
And as you appear, you're actually wrist
deep in the wound right now. Back in the dragon again.
But you are up,
right up with Voregal right now.
I'm hasted. That's action number one. Correct.
Action number two is to throw whisper down
towards the trees closest to you, DM.
Right there? And bamph there.
Okay. And use my bonus action to hide.
It'll hit the ground, right?
The blade
loses its lustre.
and stumbles into the snow.
It's the ground.
It's just at a range.
It doesn't hit anything solid.
You don't go with the blade.
I'm going to push off them then and use...
Wings.
You have wings.
Yeah, I know that.
What did I use?
I used 40 feet of movement?
Correct.
Okay, but okay.
God, I don't know how much I have left.
If I'm hasted, I would have 120 total, but that's halved.
So 20 feet just...
Because you said rough terrain.
but I'm in the air?
You're in the air, but there's a lot of sleet and rain hitting.
So 10 feet.
That's all right.
I'm just going to keep moving away.
I'm going to use all my movement to get away from him and go away from his butt.
So I should have a bonus action that I can use.
The rest of my movement plus dash.
Right. Before you get there,
he gets now the angry scream,
Vorgole's head swoops around underneath and directly into your eyes as you dart away with the blade.
He spins and purgues and purgues.
place and bites at you as you're trying to pull away.
Okay, I have advantage on dexterity saving throws.
Okay, this is just a bite attack, so it doesn't matter.
So that is a 26.
That hits.
All right.
So with Vork on there.
Where it is.
You take 22 points of piercing damage.
Okay, can I uncanny dodge this?
Is this melee?
Yeah, it's a melee attack, so you can do that.
Uncanny dodge.
plus 14 points of cold damage.
Which is halved because of my armor.
So 26 down to 13 and 7.20 total.
20 total, reduced by half because of uncanny dodge you say?
Okay, so I'm down to 95.
Okay, so 95.
Worth of 324. Yeah.
All right.
So you're buffed up one fifth.
So you pull away to about there.
The rest of your movement?
I wanted to use bonus action to dash.
I don't know if that gets me another 60 feet away flying.
Right, flying, supposed to be 30.
It's 100.
120 hasted, so 60 feet have.
Right, okay, so yeah, so you can get all the way to the ground if you want to.
Yes.
Okay, so you get down to the ground about there if you want.
Okay.
Now I need you to go ahead and roll initiative and put you on the initiative order.
Yes, sir.
So you have now engaged.
Okay, so it's an 11.
Oh.
11.
Have you said anything to in your piece yet?
Well, you guys saw it.
We saw it.
People inside can't hear me.
All right.
All right.
Comes back to the top of the round now.
Yank is currently climbing up the side.
Oh boy.
Oh boy.
Oh, no.
Gets about halfway up the side.
It's not entirely up, but is like clawing up
and you feel the impact.
Careful, Percy.
Where you're standing, Percy.
Fuck.
I'm holding.
Is going to use the rest of his action to climb up.
It gets all the way to the top of the ravine,
which is about in the same height that Voragal is,
based on your help, actually,
I need you to roll another stealth check
because you did help him for that last half hour.
Oh, God.
This is going to, you have advantage
because she was helping you?
Oh.
13.
14.
No, 13 is a negative 1.
Oh, 4.
13, that's worse than it was before.
Yeah, well.
Yank gets to the top.
and turns around and sees Vorgoe off the side, glances down, goes,
teher, and is going to make a giant bowling underhand fist punch right towards you,
Percy.
Was I was holding ready.
Can I try and beat his initiative and get a shot off first?
As a reaction right now, you can go ahead and take a shot if you'd like.
Okay.
It's time to go.
Has it been two rounds?
Jenga.
It's been more than two rounds since.
I mean, since I looked last.
It's almost two rounds.
Can I see all this happening?
You do watch this happening.
It's hard to see through the slate.
I'm going to take an arrow and shoot it.
Oh, I can't see the door, but it's not going to register
on the magical door, is it?
No.
All right.
We're about to pop out.
Hey, BT Dubs, I've just learned that Whisper can only bamf me once per round, right?
No, it just needed solid.
It just needs to solidly hit something.
Stick within 60 feet.
Correct.
Okay, got it.
All right.
You can't like throw it as hard as you can and it'll teleport your wherever it lands.
It has to impact the boot.
I'm gonna press a torso push with this, by the way.
Okay.
Oh, on Yank.
Yeah, I'm gonna press the torso push.
Okay.
Nothing else.
Better.
Wow.
Twenty, two, nine.
Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, 28, 20, 20,
33, 33.
I don't even know why I bother.
Okay. So he's automatically pushed 10 feet away from it.
me.
Okay.
He does still get the one hit on you.
Okay.
Which is 27.
Well, that hits.
So you take 23 points of bludgeoning damage from the fist.
It's fine.
And then the fist seems to sparkle with electrical energy as it goes to impact you.
That's magic.
Is that magic?
It is not a magic spell.
Okay, no mind.
You take six points of light.
damage. But Yank is on top?
Yank is on the top of the ravine.
Is it Percy halfway down?
Or it got up to where he would see him and then saw him as he was passing by and
stopped, basically just slam him. All right. All right. So 23 plus 6, that's fine. And the
lightning damage though is just, it, the cloak doesn't absorb that. No. Okay.
Then I'm going to do my damage on him.
which is new to me. So that's terrible.
Yeah.
That's 11 points of damage,
11 points of damage plus two points of psychic damage.
Okay. So 13 points of damage.
He's pushed back because he's still holding onto the edge.
He has to see if he can...
Yep.
No, he does not.
Yank then loses the grip from the blast of the gun after punching you,
stumbles back, claw hits the edge, and just falls down prone.
prone to the ground at the base of the ravine, taking 40 feet, so.
50 feet.
50 feet is an additional, okay.
Additional 16 points of bludgeon damage, which is halved.
Now do I join the initiative order?
You do. Go ahead and one initiative.
21. All right.
All right, the end is Yings turn.
Voragal.
It does not get the ice breath back. However, does.
Because see both of you in the vicinity and is going to use, does not see you, no, but
sees Vax and Percy.
See me? All right.
The blast of the gun and the impact and the whole encounter with Yank kind of exposed to you.
All right.
It's going to use action to use frightful presence.
So I need both Percy and Vax, and Vax actually, because you're still within the range, to
make a wisdom saving throw.
Have advantage. You guys are immune to frightening, so it doesn't actually affect you regardless, so don't worry about that.
So don't roll. Don't have to roll. You're immune to fear.
Yeah.
Fuck yeah.
And Yink makes his saving through, actually, so Yink is not afraid either.
Thanks, Pike.
Thanks, Pike.
Yes, Pike.
All right.
Should we pop out? Should we do this?
Oh, no, not yet.
After 12 seconds, I will look. I will stick my head out and look again.
I think again.
Vorgal is now kind of just watching the battlefield here and see the
people that have been revealed, that
Forgal's going to actually go up a little higher.
That dick.
He's a total not a good hunter.
I thought he enjoyed the hunt.
Doesn't enjoy being ambushed.
Or in a fight that it can't win.
So I've poked my head out to look.
Okay, you look out and you see,
Vorgole way high up in the air, you see yank on the ground,
and you see a couple of your companions
less stealth as they were before.
Does it look like Scanlan?
So I pop my head back in and I tell them,
shit's going down.
Chika, chika, chika, chika.
Should we go out or let this play out a bit?
Yank is not dead.
Chigua, chika, chika, chica.
They can't hear you.
They can't, I can't hear you.
The door's open.
Yank is not dead, so we will be fighting yank as well.
But he's with him.
Well, we can't just leave him out there alone.
I guess we go.
All right, so.
Right.
Oh.
Oh.
Are we just gonna leave him down there to die?
Oh, God.
I can try and ground him.
It's a strength saving throw, though.
It's gonna be tough.
Try and ground Vorigal?
Yeah.
Try it.
All right.
Excuse me, Scanlan.
Those who are entering the fray, roll an initiative roll, by the way.
Oh, Lord.
I'm gonna leave the mansion and start running.
Oh, son of a fuck!
I need you, Scanlan, roll one as well.
Ouch!
The worst initiative rolls always!
Fourteen.
Should we just-
What did you get, Keyleth?
Four.
Okay.
That's, oh yeah.
Top of the round.
Alrighty.
Anyone else, Grone?
15.
15, all right.
You get a bandage, right?
Yeah.
And Vex, do you wanna roll?
Are you, now you've gone.
I guess if everybody, as soon as I see everybody run out,
I would start attacking.
Probably, so roll it.
Pike you as well?
Five.
Five.
Yeah, this is great.
Wow.
Keepers. We're going to die.
Don't worry, we've got our secret weapon.
Our secret weapon, by the way, now is he wants to kill all of us.
Did he lose his safe against it?
Yeah, he does it. He wants to kill us.
Except that he also has a dragon to contend with him.
Sure, sure, sure.
So as long as we keep it.
Yeah, we're way bigger.
He might vindictively smash a couple of us, but I think he'll keep his concentration where it is.
She should still try and stay out of all this.
All right.
Everyone who's rolled initiative will be on the next initiative we're now.
About Vax, you're finishing up this round.
Oh, I am. I would like to throw Whisper to the rock that I was initially hiding behind and BAMP there.
Roll in Tack Roll?
Yeah.
Nunga, nunga, naga, naga.
Sure, that's 25.
Shti-T-Sv.
I would like to use my bonus action to hide behind that rock.
Okay. Go ahead and roll a south check.
Okay, that is a 25.
Yeah.
I've like, can I hold my last action?
I do, I can hold an action to do one thing with a trigger, sure.
Is this your, you can use your hasted action to do.
I'm gonna, no, you know what, I'm just gonna stay put.
Stay put?
Stay put?
Stay hidden. All right.
All right, that means this to the top of the round.
Percy, you're at the top.
Oh boy. Okay.
Try and ground that dragon.
I'm going to take a wing shot at that dragon, try and drop them.
Okay? Natural 20.
Yes!
All right.
There it is.
Does the 1D6 also double or is it all of dice or just the standard damage?
No, the dice as well.
Everything. All right.
Okay.
You're my favorite.
Oh, you say that now. Let's see how this goes.
Now, let's see how this goes.
On person.
So first the damage, which is, that's not bad.
That's not bad at all.
That's good, that's good.
Yeah, that's not bad.
You want to get a whang?
16 points of normal damage and 11 points of psychic damage, and he's prone.
Okay, so was the total of that one?
It was 16 and 11, that's 27.
All right.
Well, it has to make a saving strength saved.
No, not against the wing shot.
Oh, strength is.
saving throw, yes, you're right, sorry.
Against the DC of 19.
Okay.
That is a success.
It didn't make a success.
21.
Again.
Okay.
Again again.
Again, again.
That'll hit, 231 to hit.
31 will hit, yep.
Same thing.
No, 15 points of damage, 15 plus one psychic, so 16.
16, what was the DC again?
It was...
19?
19.
Just fails with an 18.
Oh, so being knocked prone, it drops 60 feet per round.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Awesome.
So it's dropping now?
We'll say for now, yeah, it drops 60 feet.
Oh, I got an actual 20.
I could have it.
Yes.
Thank God.
To go on, yank, kill that thing.
Ooh.
He died!
What should I make it have difficulty?
Not saving this but checks.
Not to check anything.
You never know.
There.
there.
I mean, my, so if I try and do Earth-Chi,
that's your second shot.
All right.
Hmm?
That's your second shot.
I'm just gonna, I'm gonna take a, I'm gonna do,
first I'm gonna, um, I'm gonna, um, I'm gonna,
I'm gonna, I'm gonna hex the dragon.
Okay.
I'm going to give him disadvantage against strength checks.
Okay.
And I'm going to shoot him with a sharp shooter shot
for my last shot.
Yeah, 29.
39 hits?
That's, uh, oh, this is gonna, this is good.
18, oh my god, okay, so, um, 10, 18, 28, uh, 28 plus 5 psychic, so that's 33 points of damage.
33 points of damage.
And as one shot.
Oh, no, plus the, plus another D6, I'm sorry.
Plus another five, Necro.
Nice, so 38.
Necro.
As you're aiming up as Wargol's getting further, further away, you aim up and fire, one side
just hits the side and wings it ever so slightly. The second shaw, you aim the other side,
actually hits the joint and causes the wing to flap.
The Wargall tumbles out of the air for a second and just manages to catch himself, and the final shot impacts right in the back of the skull spines.
Shatters part of the bone and ice off of it you can see leaving a nice, this fresh wound in the back of the head.
Okay, and now I'm going to take cover in my little cove.
Okay.
So I like to think of you driving, cutting someone off on the 101 and going, plus five,
necro, plus five, plus five, plus
micro, my five.
All right, he's checking the sheet.
Oh no.
Oh no, what is he checking at?
That means that there's a very angry dragon now that's looking at me.
Oh, no.
Okay, so Kima, who's now eager to go out there, goes,
okay, all right, let's do this.
She's going to go ahead and cast aura of vitality on herself.
herself as her action. And then she goes running through the center of the portal, leaps
out, turns the corner to there, and just kind of stops and goes, oh shit. But that's her
turn. That's her turn?
Yeah. And she's just entering the fray and she basically did a preparation spell as part
of that. And In Kima's turn, let's see here.
From out of seemingly nowhere in particular, you see a flash of electrical energy
arching from one of the nearby sections of the crevasse alcove. The bolt of energy arcs out and
slams into Voragall, who does not make the save, not seeing it there, which then suffers
All right. We got a game?
Five points of damage.
What are you good for?
That'll be 41 points of lightning damage.
Okay. Okay.
And within 30 feet.
Shon can do what?
She's...
Remember she learned from the druids of nature.
Yeah.
One of the arcs tries to reach for Yank and just manages to disperse before it can get too...
It's not quite within range.
But that finishes wherever.
that lightning source was, Yank angrily is going to stand up and turn, is going to attempt
to run and grab up at Boragall again.
Come on, yank.
You can't roll this check at all.
Runs, leaps and misses, pf,
Oh no.
Landing right next to the rock.
It's a natural 20 on perception check as it lands,
looks over right into your face.
Jesus.
Yank is now aware of you.
He's just noticing everybody.
At the end of Yank's turn, let's see.
It's not going to help him right now.
Actually, no, it's going to end that.
Borgal's turn.
Breath does return this time.
Vorgal from up here is going to go ahead and send ice breath coat just across the
entire ground sweeping up across both Yank and Vax.
I need you to make a Constitution saving throw.
Oh, no.
Could I use evasion for this?
Is this extero?
No, no, it's constitution.
Oh, balls.
All right, I'm gonna use luck.
First luck for the day.
All right.
13.
13, no.
You suffer 72 points of cold damage,
halved because of your resistance.
How much again?
72, half.
Halfed because of your cold resistance.
36 points of cold damage, do you?
What?
Yeah.
Four gall is then going to take higher up into the air.
Can you do that already even with
even recovering from the prone?
Yeah.
From the rock down?
Okay.
The idea with prone is if unless it was in it maintains
or it can't improve its movement,
past its next turn, it continues to fall.
I'll try. What I can do.
That's gonna finish Voragal's turn.
Grog, you're up.
I'm up?
Yep, still inside the mansion.
You should watch Kim and dart through.
Do not draw attention to yourself, friend.
Oh, fuck that, we're all going down.
I take the Titanstone knuckles and I smash them together and I use the enlarge.
Yeah, son.
And now I will burst out of the mansion in a rage.
He-h-he-he.
Big Grog.
Big Grog.
Big boom.
Oh, so fucking round.
I'm going to the right side of the rock.
Big ball.
So that's with, that's 30 feet of movement.
You have 20 more feet if you want to go.
No, remember it's halved.
Oh, right, no.
Backwood square.
There, 25.
Yeah.
So that's your movement.
The gauntless took you a bonus action hit.
So you can still use your action to dash if you want to move further.
Or you want to stay there and hold your action.
Wait, wait, wait.
I'm sorry.
Yank knew where I was.
The dragon where I was too?
It was too?
No.
It's funny.
It's attacking Yank.
Got it.
You hit Yank and the whole thing.
But also the dragon has an aerial view and you have a single rock that you just went behind to hide and just kind of saw you move behind a rock.
You have to break eye contact itself.
I'll use that dash to keep moving towards the ice wall.
Oh, this way?
Yeah. Yeah, towards you.
Maybe two or three squares.
That'll be my turn.
Let you get there.
Yeah.
It's just hulking, you know, axe gripped, giant grog, just leaping through the snow.
leaping through the snow.
Pfff, pf, pf.
You're like two-thirds the size of yink right now,
which is kind of crazy.
All right, then ends Grog's turn,
scaling, you're up.
Me?
Yeah.
I'm still invisible, I'm gonna leave the mansion.
And, uh...
You're not still invisible because you cast Dominate Monster.
No, I cast invisibility after I cast Dominate Monster.
Oh, afterward, you're right, you are correct.
So you come out of this...
So I'm gonna leave the mansion and, uh,
clockwise around the game board.
Um...
That's as far as you can get is right there with your reduced movement running through the ice.
If I inspire that kills my invisibility?
Uh, technically no.
It's not really an attack or an action, so I would say it wouldn't.
Okay.
So it may give away your location because it inspires somebody.
And I will just use my bonus action to keep moving to dash.
Is that what it's called?
dashes your action to do that, which you can do that. Your bonus action, that's only a rogue ability to dash.
I will dash and keep moving away and that way.
This way? Yes. Okay. So that's your action.
That's it?
Yeah. It's big, heavy, snow, and slick ice, man. You're having to be careful.
Okay. I mean, I don't want to draw attention to myself, so that will be that.
Alrighty.
All right, I'm not, I'm only within range of chema. I'm not going to give away my position
to inspire her.
All right, finishing your turn, Vax, you're up.
Holy shit.
Um, yeah, I'm gonna take to the air and I'm gonna fly, uh, holy shit.
I'm gonna fly within 60 feet of Oregal, like 55 feet away.
It'll put you about there.
Okay.
Yink has a reach of 10 because his arms are long, and you're within his combat
range, so as soon as you fly up, he swings out with his fist to attempt to impact you.
All right, on county dodge.
So as you, as you're, as you're, with your wings, dagger out, this fist comes swinging
like a battering ram from the side.
That is, uh, 22, 22 to hit.
Misses.
Misses.
You just barely dodged over the way.
You feel the force of it.
The wind just batter a bunch of errant falling sleet and snow right across your face, but you
rush past the hasted bonus saving you on that one.
Okay, so how far did I just go, ish?
That would have been 55 feet.
55 feet, which is I can go 120 in one one action.
So that's my movement.
That's halved, yeah.
Yeah, halved, but 120, so halve, so that's my movement.
Yes.
Total.
I'm gonna throw a whisper in his face.
I'm not gonna bamp there.
I'm just gonna throw the dagger.
Into Voragal?
Vorigal's face.
Yeah. That's Habsies, so I'm going to roll up again.
That's way better. That is a 20, 30, 302.
That hits. How many luck have you used, by the way?
Second? How many? One. One.
Four plus it is 12 plus the psychic damage.
I think you've used luck once before today.
I don't think so. No, not since waking up.
Let's wake up. The woman yesterday, you're right. Go ahead.
12 plus two.
Backball's 14, and I'm going to cast divine smite.
No, I'm not. No, just 14 of damage.
Okay.
Okay, so that's movement action.
My next action I'm going to use to fly under him
towards halfway between Percival and the gang.
Okay. And land on the wall.
And on the wall this way?
Yeah, now that wall is higher up than it looks,
so I'm really just flying straight, right?
Correct, yeah. Yeah.
So we'll say you're about there, technically, looking at heights.
Yes, and then for a bonus action,
I'm going to cast my last spell spell. I'm going to cast Shield of Faith on my fucking self.
Okay. For plus two to a C. There you go. All right, ending Vex's turn, Pike, you're up.
Yikes. Okay. So I, are we outside of the mansion? No, you're inside the mansion right now. You just watch Grog and Kima and Scanlan all dart out of it. Well, you didn't really see Scanlan leave. Scalynne vanished.
Scanlan vanished.
Right now it's you, Trinket, and Keylet.
Did I ever get on the initiative order?
I don't know how to get down there.
You should roll.
We are, okay, you see this guy?
We're not actually up there.
It's actually you technically be after-fax.
We're behind there.
We're behind that.
So when you pop out, we'd pop out that little circle.
We'll do your try after this, but you're after-fax.
I'm gonna pop out.
Or maybe I can stay in there and do this.
We want people through the door.
Try to cast divine intervention, intervention.
Divine intervention.
I'm not nervous, you are.
All right.
So you step out, you see this chaos happening.
The dragon in the air, the fiend over on the side,
just swinging and barely missing a flying Vax,
swoops past in the middle of the sleet storm.
You close your eyes and concentrate,
holding your holy symbol,
praying that Sarah and Ray has the ability
to reach beyond the divine gate and lend you her strength temporarily.
Need you to go ahead and roll a D10?
Man, how awesome would this be?
What this would this be?
It would be insane.
So cool.
What'd you roll?
10?
A zero?
Yeah.
Zero.
It's never work.
Shut the fuck up!
She has to roll under her level.
Which she did.
So this succeeded.
So.
Shut the fuck up!
Ashley!
So, as you clutch your holy symbol,
concentrating, hoping that she's there, feeling the division between the gods and their
followers since the divergence occurred. And you reached out to a number of times. You look up through the darkness of your closed eyes and you see a light, a beacon open, like the clouds part. And suddenly the sound of rain goes away. The sound of all the chaos goes away and it's just warmth and quiet. And you watch as Sarah and Ray's hand comes down and touches your forehead and with your closed eyes and says, I'll do what I can.
As she drips away and smiles, you watch as her hand
turns into a fist, and she looks up and disappears into the light.
As you open your eyes, you now see up in the sky cloud above Boragall
the clouds that are dark, there's a little sparkle of divine energy begins to swirl.
As it grows stronger and stronger, the clouds suddenly part,
and a giant column of divine energy slams down right on top of Oragall.
Orgal looks up just in time to try and move out of the way before it slams him in the back.
Does not make his deck save with a roll of five.
Large brass, motherfucker.
Um, Borogall suffers.
Rueh died, you've done this six times?
Vorgal suffers 50 points of divine damage.
50 points?
And is slammed onto the ground.
Get on!
Stay down.
Oh, yeah!
Off of Am.
I know.
Holy fuck.
Pike!
That was amazing.
That's going to be a bunch of...
Action figure is down.
Action figure is down.
Additional.
Percy does your head?
Go, go.
As the light column slams Vorgal to the ground,
you can see the ice and snow underneath,
melt immediately.
And what was once a column, you can see now looks like a giant
fist made of spiritual energy,
that then withdraws slowly off the back of Voregal
and then dissipates before the clouds close up once more.
Wow.
Yes.
Yes!
Yes!
So that's your movement and your action.
That's how you make an entrance.
Sarah Ray Ray.
For a bonus.
Sarah Ray, my babe.
I would like to place a spiritual weapon
at the back of his neck since he's on the ground.
Okay.
And I would like it to be a very large flaming sword.
Okay.
You watch as the hand of Sarah and Ray disappear
some of the energy that's residual there, just kind of lingers and then forms into a flaming
sword of pure golden white energy. It's now hovering over the currently slammed down
a broken looking body of Voragal.
Amazing.
He's the best one in the group.
All righty.
Okay.
So what level spell was that again? That was...
What level spell was that again?
What level spell was that again?
What level spell was what?
Here's Redmond. Second level, got it. Yep. Okay, got it. All right.
My heart.
So, to make a melee spell attack against Voragal, go and roll the D20 and add, I believe it's 11.
I'm so sorry, what was that? Roll D20 and add 11 to it.
Okay.
Harder is pounding a lot.
As the flitting blade attempts to strike down towards Vorigal.
25. 25 hits. Go ahead and roll 1D8 plus 5.
I'm shaking.
I'm shaking so hard. Okay, well, six.
Okay.
Okay.
So six points of divine energy damage as the blade strikes down.
There is 50 points of damage and I do six.
Through you did 50 points, so you're still .
All right, all right.
All right.
That ends Pike's turn.
Vax, we're taking your turn because you're taking the initial order above it.
That's okay.
I'm going to cast Hunter's Mark on Borgall.
Oh, way, away, away.
Because dragons are your chosen enemy?
I'm giving you the plus two damage.
Yay, thank you.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, now he's got little, like, too little.
Look at him.
Okay, so I'm hidden technically, so I get sneak attack on him, right?
Currently, you have not been noticed.
Okay, so I'm gonna hit him.
Alright, try to.
Okay, I think that hits.
That is, uh, thirty-four.
Yeah, that'll hit.
Okay.
I don't want to slap.
intervention, man.
Wow.
Finally worked.
You can't use it for a week, by the way, by just so you're aware.
Once it succeeds, you can't use it for a week.
That's fine.
I doubt it's going to work again.
She's going to go back to work on that temple again.
That I think has never worked.
Never worked.
No.
You've gotten close.
You've gotten really close.
Three years.
It's never worked.
Yeah.
It's been feeling it before.
It's fine.
No.
30 points of damage on the first hit, what?
Two of those are lightning.
Great.
Gartagnet.
Is it gargantuan?
A dragon.
Gargantuan?
Yeah, gargantuan.
Trust.
Travis on this one.
Why would you?
22 on the second, two of which are lightning.
Okay.
Nice.
All right.
That ends your turn.
And I use my bonus action.
Use your bonus action to Hunter's Mark.
I did.
Yes, you did.
So I'm just going to hang out there and duck down if I can behind my little outcropping case.
Okay.
Key lift, you're up.
Oh, okay. Oh god. Okay. I'm gonna pop out of the mansion. I was expecting to do an earthbine spell, but that's not necessary.
Well, that's okay. Um, I'm- Like, do you want to move at all or do you want to stay behind that rock?
I'm gonna stay behind- Okay. I'm gonna fuck this guy up while he's down. Um, I'm gonna peek around the corner going towards you a bit.
Don't cross a bridge, peek around the corner. And seeing, uh, everyone there and all, and all the
all this go down, I'm gonna firestorm the fuck out of those!
All right. Death from a bow.
So.
Fire rains from above.
How are you organizing the firestorm?
Who I have 10 of these? I'm shaking.
Okay. Firestorm, you create 10, you create a...
10 by 10 to...
10 foot cubes.
So you can...
You can maneuver it to hit both him and Yang.
if you want to.
Yeah, that's what I want.
I want it all of ten.
Make a dexterity saving throw.
Get that epic loop drop.
I want it.
All right.
That is a failure on Vortigal with a 10 and a 7 on Yank.
They both fail.
So go ahead and roll damage on that.
Okay.
7D10 fire damage.
You need some D10s.
7D10.
Um, yeah.
Hey, Matt.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, sure.
Yeah.

Thanks.
It's better if you roll them more.
It's five.
Five.
I always like rolling it all together.
I got it.
I got it.
Seven.
All right.
There's a difference.
I understand.
You would keep it.
No one.
Don't pull on the floor.
Oh no.
Here, is one.
It's one.
It doesn't count.
It doesn't count on the floor.
Here, all you are all the rolls
with one balance one.
It's eight.
Okay, okay.
Okay, hang on.
So that's seven, eight, okay.
Or like all of this.
10, 20, 30.
This was a, I picked it up 30.
38. 38.
38. 38.
38.
Fire damage to both of them.
All righty.
And, uh, okay.
So the firestorm tears through the ravine.
You can see the flames just burn over of Wargall's body.
By Borgoal is now like trying to get back up, is like,
is extremely angry. The flames curl over Yank, who kind of like bats away at them.
It burns him, but Yank seems to resist it fairly well.
I'm gonna use with the last bit of my movement to pop back behind the stone.
Okay.
Pop.
There you go.
Alrighty, then in your turn?
Yeah.
Percy you're up.
I'm gonna take aim and hold my full attack until he tries to get up.
Okay.
It brings us to Kima's turn.
Kima sees the opportunity.
Free because of the snow.
She can't quite get there yet with her full movement, unfortunately.
All righty.
Kima is going to use the rest, use her action to dash up and get her up next to Devoragal
and is going to use her bonus action to use vow of enmity against it.
She goes, you are going to see Bahamut in pieces.
Now she kind of brings the time across. The Holy Symbol glows for a second. You see a mark kind of like
emblaz emblazing and burn itself into the side of Vigal's body. That's going to end Kima's turn.
It's a sick tattoo, y'all.
Maybe it's like hex and hunter's mark.
We don't know what that does.
We did. I did.
I did.
Hicks.
You now watch as, I'm supposed to range on that actually.
The range on this would be, it's gonna be a rough call.
Okay.
You watch as emerging from the tree line here,
you see a little dwarf step forward,
unaffected by the ice,
and reach out a hand as a cluster of necrotic energy
kind of sparkles in the center, leaps forward towards
Voregal.
Larkin.
That is its success on the save, so it's half damage.
But, Kila, if you recognize, at a glance your eye, this necromanic leap, this is a blight spell.
Blight spell?
Yep.
Who's doing a blight spell?
Larkin.
He's secretly Rishon!
What?
Yeah.
Where did that dwarf come from?
14 points of necrotic damage.
Did you hire more mercenaries?
What are they showing up?
They showing up a hole.
It's been here all along.
It's been a movie, Bob.
All right.
I'll own it.
It's fine.
It's been a long way.
Then me both.
Yank turns around with a grin.
Yank.
Doing forward.
Do it.
Yes, Yank.
Finally.
I'm just going to go ahead and make three attacks against.
Yes.
And has advantage on these attacks because it's prone.
So it's five and a one, are you serious?
So misses the first strike with advantage.
hits for the second attack, hits the third, okay. So that's going to be 48 points of damage.
Yeah, yank.
How much? Forty-eight. Slams the fist once and just glides off the scales. Second one
goes and slams into the side of Orgal's neck and then picks up the hoof and just jams it in the side of the skull.
Cracking in the side of Orgal's head. You can see some teeth break thrown off and scatter into the ice and snow nearby.
At the end of Yank's turn, Borgal is going to go ahead and use two actions to wing attack once more, getting up.
Let's see, I need, Yanks can have to make a strength to say that fails.
And Kima fails as well. They are both knock prone and suffer.
Can you have to ride on them because I'm only two squares away, I think.
You are also within 15 feet grog, technically.
Oh.
So I need you to go ahead and make a strength saving throw.
Uh, 17.
17 does not cut it.
You take 15 points in bludgeoning damage, and you are not prone.
Dang it.
The trees are down.
It is.
It probably would not.
And...
They can knock grog down at the...
...orgal gets...
Oh, no, he's even starting to move.
I'm laying into him.
Go for it.
Spending a grip.
Spending a grip point and I'm knocking him in the foot back prone before he can even stand up.
Okay, how many grip points do you have, by the way, now?
This is my third of fourth because I did crit, so I got one back.
This is correct.
You see a smile?
22.
22 hits?
That's a 10 and a 6 and another 6.
12 points of damage plus one necrotic and two side kick, so 12, 30, 14, 15 points of damage.
All righty.
And he has a save against 19.
advanced 19. Okay, so natural 20 has disadvantaged because of your...
That is still a...
No, he doesn't have, I was about to say he doesn't have, because that's a save, not a, not a check.
Oh, right, yeah, so yeah, natural 20, so yeah, not unaffected.
So that unaffected?
Again!
That's your last grip point.
No one can't say we're not honest.
Oh man.
Yeah.
Well, I want it. It's worth it.
Gun jams.
Oh, no.
Jams.
Oh, you know what happens.
All that snow.
So as you go to fire, Animus, suddenly it charges up for a second and blasts back and you watch
as a bolt of necrotic energy shoots up, Percy's arm into his head and bursts at his temples.
You take 2D6 points of psychic damage.
I do.
Does the spiritual weapon get an attack of opportunity?
No, it doesn't get an attack opportunity.
It's not a creature.
The boy's gone.
Ow.
That's...
That's the end of my turn.
I'm just going to dive down and hide and hold.
That ends Yank's turn.
It's now Voragal's turn.
Gets the breath back.
Oh shit.
Fuck.
Turns around here at the giant cluster.
Shit here, that's going to get...
Remember, he does not see me.
Doesn't need to.
Shit.
It's a very big space there.
No, you guys. I need Pike, Scanlan, and Keyliff to all make Constitution saving throws.
Roll high, roll high.
A cloak doesn't have anything. It does not.
Can I use cutting words to reduce the attack?
It's not an attack, it's just an effect that happens, unfortunately.
Constitution saving throw?
With advantage?
Yes.
Natural 20!
Advantage?
What? Why do you get advantage?
I thought you said advantage?
No.
Oh.
Fucking fuck.
Well then, well then I guess I just re-roll.
I just re-roll? I don't know.
You rolled twice, right?
Roll two dice.
Yeah, roll two dice.
Oh man.
Should have just kept with the first one.
Oh, that's an 18, which is good.
So, uh, 23.
Okay, Scanlon.
She's got a lot of Constitution.
13, I don't get to, I have nothing to it, right?
Just you and me, man.
Is it Constitution saving?
Yeah.
Yeah, plus two.
Oh, no, yeah, two.
And 23, Pike, would you get?
Nine.
Okay, and Kima failed.
Okay, so that is 72 points of cold damage to Scanlan, Pike, and Kima.
Um, divided between us all, right?
Uh, yeah, sorry.
And halved to you.
So that's, what, 32.
36.
Just 72.
That's right, right.
Wait, does one of you have the cold snap armor on?
I do.
Oh yeah, so.
Alright, so yeah, so 36 cold damage to you,
Kila, 72 to the both of you, and Kima.
It's gonna be a heck of a post-mortem.
And Moragal is then going to go ahead and back a bit
and fly a little higher.
Damn it.
You move really far in one turn.
Well, the wing effect is a legendary action
on somebody else's turn.
Then on his turn, he has a speed of 80 feet flying.
Even how?
And the.
He's not affected by colds.
God damn, of course not.
Oh, right.
Sorry, white dragon.
Sorry, white dragon.
Okay, we're still going to need you then apparently.
So that's going to end.
Borgall's turn, Grog, you're up.
Oh, well, he's in the air.
It's just my preference all around.
Can I get up, please?
Now we're somewhere.
Can I move directly under him as far as I can go?
That's half movement, so that's about as far as you can get right now.
Can I haste or pick my nose to go any further?
Unfortunately, no.
That sounds good. Hold your turn.
Hold your turn until he's within range.
I will hold until he drops.
Oh, sad, Grog.
Okay.
Sorry, Grog.
I'm working.
Scanlan, you up.
I will continue my movement clockwise around the board.
This way you mean?
Yeah.
That's your movement.
And I mean, how far is he from me?
Uh.
A long way.
Quite a ways right now, yeah.
Like 150, 200 feet?
Not quite that much, no.
100 feet?
Maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 feet.
Surmise.
Has my invisibility dropped when I got blasted?
Actually make a concentration check.
Oh.
With advantage, because you have workout.
managed because you have Warcaster. Concentration was just plus anything? It's a
constitution saving throw. Oh, 14. 14? Yeah, no. You had to beat 36.
Jesus. Because the damage from the ice blasts. So, yeah, your invisibility drops. You are now fully visible.
Okay. I mean, if he's, is he within 120 feet of me?
Yeah, he's been 120 feet probably.
I mean, all right, I'll punch him in the face.
Bigby's hand?
Yeah, I will Bigby's hand him.
All right.
Bigby's hand flies up to me, Borigal.
Oh, it's so cute.
Yank his shit down?
Yeah.
He's way too big.
I can try to grab a wing.
Yeah, grab a wing.
Can you like grapple him?
Can you grapple a wing?
I mean, grappling DM, how does this work?
Grapling, I cannot grapple anything above a huge monster.
Can I grapple part of him?
of a gargantuan ones?
Yeah, unfortunately he's just too big for big big man.
Yeah, so I just punch him.
Simply a punch.
All right.
Go ahead and roll a D20 plus your spell attack bonus.
Oh, 17.
17.
The fist swings pass and Wargall just dodges out of the way,
batting his wings and getting out of the trajectory
of the fist that just streaks by harmlessly.
Great.
Great.
Dada la la.
And I will, I think I'm within range of Lady Kima.
I can inspire her maybe.
Yeah.
You know what, fuck her.
I'm gonna heal myself.
She crossed me one too many times.
Wow.
She crossed her.
You?
Yeah, fuck her.
Poor Kima.
Trying to get mine words so many times.
Snowy dick.
Oh.
I'll healing words myself.
He's addicted to her and now he's angry about.
Got it.
That's it.
Healing words.
Can I do level two?
I'm a fan of my re-education program.
That's 2D4 plus six now?
Yeah.
12 points, great.
Okay, thanks.
All righty.
That's your turn, Scanlan?
Yes.
Vax you're up.
Oh, geez, really?
Where am?
Okay, so I'm right there.
Am I within 60 feet?
Maybe.
I'm gonna fly 20 feet forward through the storm toward him.
Okay.
That'll put you right about there.
Yeah.
Dagger, Dagger.
Thank God you can fly.
Dagger.
Dagger.
Oh, you have three daggers?
Dagger.
They come back, man.
Oh, right.
You have a buspenny.
First is 26.
Second is a 17, but I'm going to use luck, my second luck.
So the second is a 21, and the third is a 19.
All right, the, it was a 17 to 19 miss.
Okay, so the first one was really high, the second two were mediocre.
Yeah, so the first one it hits, the other two just kind of streak off.
The whisper hits?
Yes.
That is nine plus...
Did you get sneak attack because I'm...
No.
I'm on the flank with my hand.
Do I because of Bigby?
No, I didn't think so.
Bigby isn't technically a creature.
That was terrible. That's just 10.
10 damage.
I'm using my movement to fly directly under him.
Okay, so you're not going with whisper.
Say again?
You're not going with whisper.
No.
Okay.
No.
Yes, I am.
Are you?
Okay.
So we'll say, could I have hit him in the tail?
If you want to, I'll say, I'll say sure.
Why not? So you're impacting you...
All right, so I've got a blade in his tail and I'm there.
Okay, you are right there with Vorgal.
Coming like a jingo minigame.
Yeah, ooh.
That's it. That's where I am.
Alrighty. That ends Vex's turn. Vex, you're up.
Okay.
I'm gonna try to hit him a couple times.
Go for it.
My moves are really intricate.
25 on the first one.
And I'm using blazing bowstring on this.
Okay.
Okay.
Do-da-da-l-da-l-la-la-da-l-l-da-l-l-d-l-d-l-l-d-l-l-l-d-l.
Oh, that's, okay.
40 points of damage on the first hit.
Whoa, whoa, whoa!
Two of which are lightning, seven of which are fire damage.
Yeah, 40.
Wow.
Yeah, because I get sneak attack because Vax is on him.
On him.
Yep.
Yep.
Yay. Okay.
That's Fentress.
That's Fentress.
And then 25 on the second hit.
Yeah.
Points of damage?
No, no, no, that's just, no, that's just, no, choice.
So, that's the cheese, Louise.
Ding ding ding, ding, ding, ding.
23 on the second one, with four points of lightning damage.
Nice, all righty.
Two points of fire damage.
All right. Is that your turn?
And I'm going to use my bonus action.
What?
Okay. Go ahead and roll a subject.
Would pass without a trace still be cast on me?
because...
No, that's concentration, right.
Yep.
So that is 27.
Okay, good enough.
And if your turn, Vorgaul's going to use legendary action to make a tail attack against Vax.
Is that melee? Can I use uncanny dodge?
You can't if it hits you, yeah.
So that is a 26.
If that hits...
Yeah, uncanny dodge. I'm at 25.
God damn it.
So the tail attack, as you get up there and the arrow smacks into the side from both of Vex's attacks, you...
Wait, I want to use my last luck to make.
Kim roll again, which I can do. Okay, you can. That is 27. 13 plus 14. Man. Wow. All right.
Man. All right. So you...
I can dodge.
You take...
Hey, ancient white dragon. No, what are you going to do? Ancient white dragon.
It's hard to be lucky. Someone's gonna get knocked on.
23 points of bludgeoning damage. I'm not a luck. As the tail whacks slams you in the side.
Don't see that.
Almost breaking one of the wings off. You just managed to catch yourself in the air.
So 28, my using a key dollars have that to, yeah.
All right.
So that ends, next to turn, Pike, you're up.
All right.
Just do that divine intervention thing again.
That was really good.
A week, right?
A week is one round, right?
It's last you a week, yeah.
Okay, so what I'd like to do is,
is, so here's a question.
Yes.
Flame strike.
Yeah.
Since it comes from the sky, would it work since he's up in the sky?
Right, like the gaming down?
Flame strike.
It comes from higher up in the sky.
It comes from seven raised.
It's a 10 foot radius, 40 foot high cylinder.
So, yeah.
All right, that was just a little bit of a stretch.
Oh, I see.
But it comes down, so.
It comes down for the heavens.
Set around a point within range.
range, so like it's a 60 foot range. Oh, well. Can't be in the air? Then, well. It doesn't say it has to be on the ground per se, so.
All right, let's give it a try. Open it all. Do it towards the front of Oracle so that it doesn't hit.
Turn the key, push the button.
Shit, just do it towards the front. Just hit him in the face. Just hit him in the face.
Yeah, can I just go, you know.
Ten foot radius. Yeah, you can you can direct it away where it's not going to hit.
Thanks, Matt.
Okay.
All right, so what's your spell DC?
18.
18.
This is Dex, right?
So 21, so he succeeds.
So it's half damage, but go ahead and roll the damage on that.
So it's 8D6 damage.
Oh, do you even have to roll the attack on that?
It's just 8.6.
It just explodes in.
It's a saving throw to see if he managed to avoid some of the damage, which he did.
10 foot radius, 10 foot diameter?
10 foot radius.
It doesn't hit the ham, does it?
No, she's writing it in a way where it hits the front of him.
Okay, great.
So it just like bursts right through his head and the edge of his wings.
19.
And two more, right?
8d6.
Is it 8d6?
8d6, yeah.
Do I add anything else?
Not that misses, Poole or not.
Just those.
Just those.
29.
29, all right.
14 points of damage with the halved.
The blast hits, the flames kind of spin around.
See, Vorgaul's starting to look rough now, and it's just to look rough now, and it's just to have.
is like getting angry, wings are beating faster. You can see there's kind of a feral desperation
in Voragal's eyes right now, at all the things that are starting to come at them.
I'm going to stay put, and then for bonus action I'm going to cast Healing Word on myself.
Okay.
So, it's second level, it's a little rough.
All right. At the end of your turnpike, use another legendary action to make another tail attack at Vax,
trying to just beat you away from behind at this point.
That is a 25.
That hits.
It hits, okay.
And I'm out of uncanny dodge, right?
Well, you can only make one reaction per round, yeah.
That'll put you at 14 points of legendary damage.
Wack!
Right across side. This time, though you're able to dodge most of the first impact,
this one smacks you in the side, and you kind of spiral over the second,
catching yourself and still keep afloat right there.
All right, that brings this to Keelef.
Okay.
I am going to cast earthbind on him.
Earthbine? What's the range on Earthbine?
300 feet.
What the fuck?
Yeah, that'll do it.
Alright, what's the saving throw on that?
No, you can do that again.
What?
What?
Saving throw on that is a strength saving throw.
So this is where he is?
No, he doesn't have disenfranchine.
He doesn't.
He doesn't.
All right, that is a failure.
He's going to go ahead and use one of its legendary resistance.
Oh, good, good, good.
You burned it.
You burned it. You burned it.
You burned it.
All the curse words.
You burned it.
You had to burn it.
Good job.
You burned it.
Good job.
All right.
She's speaking parcel tongue.
I'm gonna do a bonus action to cast healing word on my seal.
Same kind of a deal.
Go for it.
Can I also take whatever?
Can I, same thing, I want to scoop back a little bit.
a little bit, kind of behind that tree maybe a bit, kind of try and...
Behind here?
Yeah, because I got whacked with that ice breath. I don't want that to happen again.
All right.
Is that any of your turn?
Yep.
Get into your turn, it's going to use his third and final legendary action to make another tail swipe at Vax.
Oh, come on!
That is a 27.
You just hit me right now?
Yeah, that hits.
Okay.
His third tail strike now is going to do 17 points of legendary damage.
Okay.
Just whack!
Wacking, being battered around the air by the white dragon tail, it's just swinging behind.
Focus less on you, as it's just kind of hitting you, whilst focusing on the whole battlefield down in front of it,
and the giant demon that's still lying on the ground.
Thanks, Heroes Feast.
I didn't no joke at all.
Oh, my God.
It brings us up to Percy.
It brings us to Percy.
I'm just going to, I'm going to heal as my bonus action.
That's not bad.
Jesus Percy.
So that's 19.08.
I'm a little better now.
Are you out now?
I'm at 108, I'm fine.
Oh, okay.
Now I'm going to take out bad news.
I'm, okay, I'm miss for now.
Take out bad news and take two shots at this.
Okay.
This bastard with sharpshooter.
What is Yank doing down there, just sleeping?
Nothing.
Yank got knocked prone.
Oh, for fuck's sake.
No.
Gun jam?
No.
Oh, shit.
What are you going to do?
This is fire again this time.
You see a burst of smoke come out and part of the metal slightly bends.
Oh.
All your guns?
No, I have one more gun.
Yeah.
But I don't have time to, that burns the whole action.
So.
That's it for you.
I mean you could use your action surge if you want to do that.
I'm using my action surge.
Okay.
Might as well.
I'm trying to unjam it?
No, I'm just taking out my last pistol and I'm just shooting.
I'm just gonna shoot.
Okay.
See if I can take two more shots.
Yeah.
Oh, technically, no, it's three shots.
Well, no, if you're just pulling your next gun out, if you're not trying to repair.
No, I'm not trying to repair.
Right.
You still have two more attacks.
Oh, okay.
So you have quick draw.
You pull out, you drop that into the other weapons.
You still have two more shots.
Then sharp shooter shot with retort.
Okay.
Does that mean you don't have two more?
Um, that's, uh, no, well, it's different because it's, uh, seven, 16. Nope. Uh, and last shot.
Just fires off into the distant, cloudy, rainy mess.
I have a gun. It's just hard to, no, I bet gun's toast. Its site is all shit.
Oh, that one hits on the other hand, I think. Uh, 15, uh, 22. That hits. That hits.
So that's not much, but I'll take it. Yeah, that's not much, but I'll take it.
Nine points of normal damage plus two necrotic, so it's 11 points of damage.
11 points of damage, I'm so sorry.
Right, with the 10.
One points of damage.
There you go, 21.
So first one misses, you set it up.
This is then take a shot.
It hits Vorgal from underneath a few feet off from where Vax is, and you can see the wound beginning to bleed now.
The more damage Vorgal gets, the more you can see the trickle of reddish-blue blood darkening against the white skin.
So Vorgo is looking fairly damaged.
I'm gonna burn my action surgeon just take three more shots.
Go for it.
Um, fuck it.
Let's see if I can lose the third gun.
It's that night, apparently.
No, I will not. That's 11.
That's 18?
Nope. Nope.
Shot.
No, fuck the sharpshooter. I'm just going for it.
So no sharpshooter shot.
Nope, sharpshooter. Thank God.
That's 20.
20 just hits.
Excellent.
Didn't know.
That's my bullshit shot.
Oh my god, that's bullshit.
Ten points, three necrotic.
It's ten points.
Ten points of damage.
Your final shot.
My final shot.
No, it didn't.
This one doesn't do that.
So that's nice, but I missed.
That's 16 that misses.
Yeah.
Thankfully, that doesn't burn that guy.
No, that comes better built.
Damn.
Yeah, I know.
I'm rolling it poorly.
It all evens out in the wash, I guess.
That ends your turn. That comes to Kima's turn. Kima's going to get up.
Come on, represent us melee. Three.
The three of you down on the ground. I tried, man.
This is a rough fight for the melee.
Making a mean face so far.
You're just mad dog at the dragon?
Yeah.
John Cena. It did maintain concentration. That's good.
Kima is going to go ahead and use your bonus action to heal you, Grog, for
for nine points of hip point, nine health, using her aura vitality.
Why wouldn't she heal me?
She's not close enough to you unfortunately.
And she hates me.
Yeah, you may have kind of pissed her out.
She will move up into range with young, but she can't actually tag.
There's too much ice and her legs are not the longest,
and she's having a hard time getting in the fray, but now she's locked into battle.
All right, now it is...
Larkin.
Yeah. Good old Larkin. Good old Warre.
Come on Larkin, bring him down.
Wake up, Yen.
All right.
All right.
Bannes.
Bring him down, Larkin.
Where is Yankan got nothing but us to hit right now?
Oh no, is it's a four-euvre.
No, it is.
Larkin's turn, technically.
You see him Larkin.
You watch as the tiny dwarf form kind of looks around at the chaos here and how things are going.
Don't you ditch out.
The form vanishes as a ring.
Oh, what?
Cards on the table.
What just happened now?
Uses the movement to fly up to about.
Oh shit.
Is she gonna go for him?
She's going.
She's going.
She's so teeny compared to him.
She is a diseased dragon.
And releases.
Oh.
But you're immune to poison.
A blast of poison breath in this direction.
Heroes beast, man.
A lady.
As the, as the billowing cloud of toxic fume fills you in the
instinctually freak out for a second before you realize that the magical protection in your lungs is preventing any of it from taking hold inside.
Orgal, it's a cocked.
That is...
Pike that chicken par.
It does make it save.
What kind of a save is it?
It's a constitution.
Does the hand need to make a save?
Actually...
The hand has no gloves.
Hand has an AC of 20 and my hit points.
I don't know if the point
Poison's gonna affect Big Me's hand as an arcane thing.
I don't think it's gonna affect it.
It's more, that's more of like physically hitting it.
Got it.
However, Borgal does end up taking
38 points of poison damage.
And then Vax goes, wait a second,
Larkin was a dragon?
Okay, at this point, that's gonna end Ryshan's turn.
Yank goes. Look, revolving there.
Yank gets up.
This is fucking crazy.
Looking around the battlefield,
it just sees this giant hulking Goliath.
Well, technically with seeming, a large dragon-born with axe and just lurches forward.
Kima does get an attack an opportunity against Yank.
That is a tremendous.
Would he still look like a little dragon board?
It does hit.
No, his physical form still shifted to a larger one.
He still looks a little smaller than his actual self, normally, I guess, comparatively.
We'll save for the fun narrative element that it looks like a bigger dragon boar.
Because I think Grog wants to look bigger than this one.
So it does actually, Kima does hit Yank.
It's going ahead and use divine smite, fourth level spell against him as part of that.
So, ooh, that's gonna be nice.
Remember to go into the stomach.
There if it goes.
We've got a relic in its stomach.
Oh yeah.
Don't like eviscerate them.
Although, no, eviscerate.
It's fine.
Plus.
It's not gonna go anywhere.
Right.
Magic gathering are very hot.
21.
Two birds.
Plus 4D8.
20 minutes to pick it up.
Yeah.
4D8.
You can't do anything with it.
It's a heavy.
Yes.
5D8 because it's a fiend.
She is a fiend.
It's like her.
I don't want to rob her if any sort of awesome damage here.
Yeah, yeah, come on.
For my vantage point.
Kima gets to shake the dust off.
I know, seriously.
Thickland.
It's you right next to him.
It does look like he's caught in a feel.
It's like it's just cutting.
It's just cutting.
Totally.
A little pinch.
Yeah, Tiffin, so it's an additional one D.
So it's a five D8 additional damage.
He's trumping.
He's trumping.
Oh, he's trumping right now.
Oh.
So much. That's a good rule.
This is our fantasy land, man.
I'm the owner of this dragon contest.
No. No. No. No.
Nixing it.
Nixing it.
This is my safe place.
That is 48 points of damage.
Forty-eight.
Strike from Kima against Yang.
Hey!
Just from the attack of opportunity.
Yeah.
She poured a level four divine spite spell into her.
As she seems behind and fiends are kind of the palis-nessings.
As the Yink goes running away towards you, Grog,
just, no, you don't!
So, oh!
Slams up over the mall and it strikes the side of yank, almost causing him to tumble.
Still keeping his trajectory though, he slams forward towards you.
That would move.
That's more than 15 feet, so yeah, he's going to go for a gore attack against Drog.
Yeah, man.
With the horns, like it did with Voragal, getting into battle.
It's going to take 15% of your hit points.
That is a 22.
That'll hit.
That'll hit.
Okay.
Can I cutting words that?
I don't think you're in range.
Am I 60 feet?
60 feet?
60, just out of range.
Oh, what is that a range?
So you suffer 55 points of piercing damage from the horns
plus
halved.
Yeah, halved.
Plus an additional 38 points of piercing damage
from the momentum from the gore.
Piercing damage?
And you said additional 30?
The additional 38.
Additional 38, so that's half is all.
So much math.
19.
So 19 on top of the half of the 5th.
Plus an additional seven points of cold damage.
What?
As the horns strike into you, the horns almost solidify into ice spikes as it hits you.
It's a ice breaking off the thing.
It's really cool.
It would have been great against a fucking dragon.
It did.
It did.
A lot of damage.
It's a lot of damage.
One attack.
One attack.
Okay, there you go.
That ends Yank's turn.
It is now Boragal's turn.
Borgal's pissed and hurt and angry and is going to move away.
Half Elvin Dingleberry.
You get an attack of opportunity.
Did you move away?
Yeah.
So you do get one, yeah.
Come on, come on, man.
No sneak attack because it's just me and Bigby, right?
Apparently, yes.
All right.
All right.
You don't get a sneak attack, yeah.
Right.
because there's nobody here with me.
27 hits, so that is...
Three plus eight is 11 plus my psychic damage is 12.
12.
Okay.
How do you want to do this?
That'd be great.
Cut them in the butt.
Ooh!
Six. Nice.
That's some good luck with the...
I've got three giant boosters.
Jesus, he's back for my shit.
He'll be.
It's back for me and you, Pike.
Heeleth, Pike and Stanlitz, all make Constitution.
Saving throws.
Oh boy.
Oh, boy.
Okay.
Oh boy.
18.
18.
15.
15.
All right.
All three of you guys take 72 points of cold damage.
Oh.
Okay.
So that's unconscious.
So Pike is unconscious.
Shit.
Scanlan?
I'm okay.
You're okay.
Nice.
I yield myself last time just the amount of hit points I have.
Gilles, where you got?
Selfishness.
I'm good.
I'm at 36.
All righty.
Luckily, I also healed myself up.
I'm a field medic.
I'm a field medic.
I can get you up.
Yeah.
All right, and for the rest of Borgal's turn.
Seven, eight.
Even if you're right on that.
Uh-oh.
This isn't good at all.
Are you unconscious to you?
I'm up.
But Pike isn't correct.
Mike is currently unconscious, yeah.
That ends Vorgal's turn.
Grog, you're up.
Wait, you're not unconscious, Marish?
I'm not.
No, it's only like Pike is.
There's an exit door.
There is an exit door.
We can literally toss Pike's ass in the door.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
How many are you down, Pike?
Can I go into a frenzy range and unload on-
It doesn't matter, negative-present.
Okay, these will be reckless attack, great weapon master.
Okay.
That's fuck it, why not, right?
Come on, Grog.
28 for the first one.
It hits.
Kill him!
Natural 20.
Yeah!
Yeah!
Hit him.
Get it.
And 27.
Yeah.
All three hit.
The middle one's a critical.
Okay.
So for your additional 1D4 damage with your axe.
Oh, right.
Because you're enlarged.
And those were all great weapon master?
Those were all great weapon master?
That's fucking awesome.
Okay, so the first one is
15 plus six points of necrotic damage for 20.
damage for 21. Including the 1d4? 25. 25. Plus, is that including the 10 for a great master?
Nope. So 35 points of damage on the first strike. Nice. Shit. Yeah. All right. Second attack, which is the critical. It is.
So all dice are doubled. Is that how it works? Well, he rolls, he rolls one, yeah, all dice are
double. So, so he roll the D12 plus D6 plus D4. That's an 11.
76 plus 74.
So six.
17.
That's one.
18 times two.
So 36 plus 10, 46
plus 2D12 because brutal critical.
Ooh, doctor.
One.
Oh, nelly.
Six.
Seven.
Seven.
So.
You're at 46.
You're at 46.
Plus, 46.
Oh, 47.
Is that with your axe damage?
53 points of damage with the second strike, all damage from the third one.
Holy crap.
Maniac, maniac, here it is.
Finally gets to attack.
It's been like six months since we've seen to actually attack anything.
I know, and he kills everything.
This is a rage, good.
He steps in and just demolishes.
This is a rage spanking right here.
28 on the third one.
28 on the third.
Nice. You did over 100 damage, one around to melee combat.
You still standing.
What?
Did you add your 10 to the final?
No.
It was 38 on the final.
30.
30.
Jesus.
So as you angrily get up, your large draconic form, you rush forward, stepping right
to where Yank was slamming into you.
After goring you in the chest, you just embrace the anger and whack.
Spoo, bring the axe down right into the side of the shoulder, and the final third attack,
you put your foot up and then drag it down across, cutting into it.
You see a bunch of black, the blood just scatter across the snow, darkening it.
The snow immediately melting with a,
hissing sound as it impacts with the ground around you.
Snowbones.
Yank looks visibly hurt now and it's like
You see a little spire poking through its belly?
You see a little spire poking through its belly?
Nothing coming out as pooper?
Nope.
But you do see the red kind of beady, coal-like flame eyes of
yank and are burning with a vibrant red and are focused entirely on you.
Yeah.
I got everything you want, big boy.
All right, then is Grog's turn, I believe?
Scanlan, you're up.
Me?
Yeah.
Oh shit.
Okay.
I will...
Actually, at the end of Grog's turn...
Oh, shit.
At the end of Grogal is going to use one of his legendary actions to attempt a tail attack, which is a reach of 20 feet.
You are within 20 feet of his back.
Oh, against me?
Yep.
That is cocked 18 plus 14.
It's 32.
Yeah.
So you take...
That's three plus...
You take 16 points of bludgeoning damage.
I'm going to use cutting words to reduce the damage.
Okay.
I'm going to, as I see the tale coming, I pick up my book of Shakespeare insults.
Yes, yes.
And I will say, with thy brawls, thou hast disturbed our sport.
I love thee not, therefore pursue me not.
As the tail swings towards you, go ahead and roll the 12.
Six.
And I live.
Wow.
Nice!
It was 14 points of damage?
It was 7 plus 8, so it'd been, no, 16.
It was 8 plus 8. 16.
So reduced to 10.
I'm okay.
I have four points left.
Oh, shit.
Okay.
My turn?
Now it's your turn.
I look at Pike and with my bonus action, I will heal her, healing words second level.
Okay.
I will sing to her.
You're trying to kill a white dragon just like the ones we used to kill.
May your days be merry and bright.
And I hope we all survive.
this fine.
Oh, no.
Okay, so 2D4, right?
Yep, 2D4 plus 6.
13 points.
So, Pike is up 13 points.
Uh, shit.
I gotta get out of here.
Are you okay, Pike?
I am just at 13.
I mean, are you gonna be okay?
Well, I'm gonna run away.
I'll be fine.
Don't forget, you can go in the mansion.
Yeah.
Like pop in the mansion to heal.
I don't want to be a coward.
You can be a coward, Scanlan.
It's okay.
You do something from a distance.
You're all for my, well, I'll move away from it.
Wait, am I within its, like, mainly?
Yes, you are within range.
Jesus, that far away?
It has, well, it has a 15 foot bite reach,
a 10 foot claw reach and a 20 foot tail reach.
Oh my god.
Oh my god.
Oh my god.
Oh, goodness.
Oh, goodness.
I hit it.
I don't want to go away.
All right.
I will...
Fuck.
I don't want to leave my pikey.
I'm not going to leave my pikey.
You never leave your wingman.
No.
Four, Scanlan.
You're at four.
Get somewhere safe.
That way you can keep helping her.
If he takes you down on multi-attacks you, he can kill you.
Yeah, yeah.
Don't want to be down.
I can get to her.
You'll be dead dead.
You healed her, right?
She's conscious now.
All right, I dimension door.
I dimension door away.
To where?
Like over in Yankville, but like not in Yank Rain.
Like over here?
Yeah, there you go.
In Yank adjacent?
The suburbs of Yankville.
There you go.
Mighty Yankee has struck out.
Yankston.
All right.
That brings us to Vax.
I know that from here to here I'm 100 feet, so from the angle am I 180 feet.
80 feet away?
You are, ish.
Ish.
It's a pipe.
Scaling, by the way, I need you to make two concentration saving throws.
Or make two concentration checks.
Constitution saves.
With advantage.
Well, it's one of them with advantage.
To roll twice.
I rolled twice.
One was a 17, one was a 10.
All right, so yeah.
Even with the bonuses, the big of these hands gone.
Okay.
All right, so I want to save.
It would have been 19.
It was still not high enough.
You took full down.
image from the blast. So that would have been 72, half that would have been 30. You had to roll 36.
Okay.
I want to save one action to grab Pike and Yanker. So that means I have an action and a bonus action and movement to fly a total of 360 feet halved, which is 180 feet to pike.
Like a rocket grabber and roll into the door of the mansion.
Okay. So as you dart past,
Dart past, grab her, right?
I can fly, I can arc.
So you're then taking your action to grab her?
And then, and then roll us into the door.
Okay.
You are leaving his combat range in doing so.
All right.
So he's going to get his attack opportunity on you.
Yes.
As part of his bite strike against you.
So that is 18 plus 14, so 32.
That hits.
Take.
Do I have momentum?
grabbing her.
If it drops you, you drop and you drop with her.
You can't go.
Well, I would imagine I did this.
Boom.
That's the intention.
Right.
Up and over.
I understand that.
The attack of a bite is going to change a trajectory
of a dragon slashing at you.
Whatever you want.
So that is eight plus...
Oh, I'm out, dude.
I've got five hit points.
Okay, well, it would be eight plus eight plus an additional
46 coal damage.
So yeah.
So you grab Pike as you begin to try and make
the way the bite snatches into you and lifts you up and just like throws you to the ground
next to Pike and you're both there on the ground. But he bit me, right? Yes, didn't bite
Pike. You're both right outside of the door right now.
Mike's alive. Pike's alive and she's super strong. So I'm just watching everybody like
barrel to my feet. Kind of yeah.
Doo do do do, do.
My boyfriend. Hey babe. That ends Vex's turn. Vex you're up.
Thanks for trying back.
Suck.
I'm gonna try to get his attention and say, you know.
Hey, stupid!
And then I'm gonna hit him a couple of minutes.
Okay, go for it.
I've got 20, 22.
22, does it?
Do I have sneak attack on him at all?
Rishia is next to him.
Well, no, he's within range from Mish.
Marisha is not threatening him at the moment.
Oh, okay. So no sneak attack.
Correct.
Although I was hidden.
at the end of the last turn?
You were.
He did not see you.
Okay.
I'm threatening him.
You look,
br-r-r-r, just growling at him from the ground.
That's four is 28 on the first.
That hits.
Oh, that's the damage.
Yeah.
Nice.
And then the second attack hits is a 31.
Okay.
These are sharpshooter shots?
24.
Huh?
No, I'm trying to remember.
So it's the 1d10 plus bonus plus...
1d8 plus 8 plus 2 for dragon plus Hunter's Mark.
Right, there we go.
Yeah.
Okay, so the second one is how much damage?
24.
With two lightning damage.
The first one had four lightning damage.
Okay.
Is that in your turn?
I mean I want to help.
I just don't know what I can do.
Hit the dragon.
Hit the dragon.
That's all I can keep doing.
Yeah.
Okay, then I'm going to use my bonus action to hide.
Okay, go for it. Roll assault check.
Like an asshole.
We're bleeding them.
We're bleeding.
13.
Okay.
End of your turn.
The Vorgaul's going to use the second legendary action.
It's going to swing around with the tail over the top of the rock.
To slam down on the conscious pike.
So you are prone.
It has advantage of the attack.
and the attack will against you. That is 28 to hit. Yeah, that hits. Okay.
Damn it.
Damn it.
Got it.
22 points of bludgeoning damage.
So Pikes now unconscious, okay.
Orgal is now in this like ravenous primal rage and is just trying to finish things
off successively that have been a problem.
So now with that, both of them are unconscious in the ground. Scalon's out of the picture.
Keyleth is still standing right by the side of the tree.
Pike, you're up next, so I need you to go ahead and roll a death savings row.
So roll it at 20.
This is where being at the end of everything is great.
Yes!
20.
A 20, natural 20.
Does that do anything?
You were stabilized.
You're stabilized.
You're conscious.
Oh my gosh.
So I have one hit point.
Oh, shit.
Holy shit.
That teaches everything.
Nice.
I'll take that one.
You should be here every week.
Okay.
That's true.
Boof!
I don't even know what that means.
Yep, the game wins a point.
So you're conscious again, the tail slams you and you go out, and then as the tail pulls away,
you just catch yourself again.
So your turn's over, but you're back.
Pulling the tail back, that's the end of your turn.
Wait, but he, I didn't do anything.
Your turn was the death saving throw.
You take me at the end of your turn, so...
You woke up.
But you woke up at the end of it.
Okay, okay.
I'll take it.
At the end of your turn, Borgal uses the third and final.
legendary action for this round for the 20-foot range and is going to go ahead and swing
the tail around breaking through the tree towards Kiela. Oh my god. That is a
29 to hit. Yeah. Wait wait, wait, is this really, does this melee? Does this
come in to play with the cloak? Yes. So you're a disadvantage.
True, yeah. That is a 24.
Uh-huh. No. Ancient dragon, sorry. So that is seven, seven, seven,
14 plus 8, 22 points of bludgeoning damage.
And that's it?
22 points of bludgeoning damage.
I'm still alive.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
22? Okay, okay.
You have 14 hit points.
All right, now it's your turn, Kila.
Now it's my turn.
Yes.
I'm so torn, you guys.
Do I heal you guys or do I do damage and?
and go Orth Elemental. It's a big decision.
Scanlan.
It's all on you, babe.
Pike, you're at one.
No one. You're down.
He's down.
With advantage on death saves.
I'm doing real good.
You have advantage on death saves.
I'm cool.
What do I do guys? Do I try and kill him or do I heal?
You've got two nearly dead people right next to you who are feet away from a mansion.
Can you get them?
Oh, can you grasping vine them through the mansion door? It's open, right?
The vine wouldn't pull them through the door because you can only create it within a space where a natural...
It can throw them in a joy.
Throw them through the door?
No, I pulled them to the vine.
It doesn't work like that, unfortunately.
You can throw them as a beasty elemental.
That's true.
What are you gonna do, Keyleth?
Put yourself on a candy shell.
Okay, fuck, fuck.
Oh, by the way, when I left the mansion, I locked it.
I like, I locked it.
Did the key break off when you locked it?
No, no, no, it's a code lock.
Oh, good.
I forgot the code.
Okay.
I am, um...
69.69.
Yes, that would be a good.
I'm going to cast sunbeam.
Okay, that'll do.
So I'm gonna beam in his face.
On yank, of course.
It's okay. I got this beam in his face.
Okay, so you cast sunbeam.
60 foot line, five foot wide,
right past that way. Okay.
Actually, does that hit, does that hit both of them?
60 foot right through them.
Okay.
You,
Wham.
You might have to reposition to do so, but.
What, like scoge over one?
Probably to be able to have both.
Yeah, I'll scooch over one.
Take a little side step to kind of line up.
To be able to do it that way, to get around the tree and pass the rock.
Nice.
Yeah, you can hit both of them.
All right, so they have to make a Constitution save.
Oregon, that is 32.
Yank is a 27th.
So they both make it.
Well, they still take half damage.
Correct.
Unless.
68?
68 Radiant damage.
Normally, they take full damage and they're blinded.
Yeah.
So it would have been way cooler if it would have worked.
Really cool.
11, 9, 26 points of radiant damage, and then I'm going to then go...
26 then halved?
Then halved.
Alright.
And then I'm going to go...
Air Elemental form.
Racing the ageal tradition of the Earshari,
Silas vanishes into a warm swirling wind and torn,
picking up the various bits of sleet and snow around you.
You're almost like a slushy tornado.
That's cool.
Can I then take whatever movement I have left to try and drag?
You've already used your action to cast the spell, unfortunately.
I can't use my movement though to try and move someone.
You can use your movement to move to pull somebody with you.
That's part of your-
It's an action?
Yeah.
Then I am going to use my movement to go airborne.
Okay.
Up.
I think I can go like 60 feet.
Let me see my fly speed.
Which is have- 90 feet.
90 feet.
So we'll be 45 feet up if you want to.
Yeah.
Kick him on the way up and then you'll like follow.
Okay, I kind of give them a little air poof kick in the face, just for flavor.
Sure, why not?
Like getting slushied in the face.
Okay.
Rush up into the air.
Don't die, guys.
Orgel does not get a time opportunity because he already uses reaction against you.
Sue, without an issue.
I hope that was right.
All right, that ends your turn. Percy.
Okay, I'm going to take my three shots. I'm going to use my bonus action.
Right above you, you see Reishon, wings beating, and just looking over and assessing the battlefield.
You see Voragal down there, bloody, you see yank, bludied, both engaged and distracted.
You are currently not in either of their attentive sphere.
Oh yeah, so I'm going to, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to take, I'm going to use my bonus action to reload.
I'm going to take, which I can do now, I'm going to take my
three shots at the White Dragon with what I have left.
Can you go to the ground?
No. I can do nothing.
That's 30.
30 hits.
12.1 necrotic, 12 points with one necrotic.
Okay. Shot number one, two, three.
X shot, same thing, standard shot. That ran, but 22.
Oh no, I'm sorry, it's not 22.
It's so tired, 17 that misses.
17 misses, unfortunately. It hits the side, but the shot shatters across the dragon hide.
Can I do war god's blessing?
What's the ground? Elimaxil.
I'm good. Don't anything.
You know what?
Hold on, Percy, hold on.
You are conscious on the ground.
Barely paying attention, all of a sudden you hear the shot go off, and you see it about to blast against the hide.
As a war cleric, I see if he has to be within range or if it's one of the things that you can do.
with the attacks of age.
This would be...
Preacher is even 30 feet of use, so no.
You cannot do it.
He's way too far away.
24 for the next shot.
Okay, so the Thurban does hit.
And that's 12 points with two points of necrotic.
Okay.
And I'm going to grab my rope and I'm going to
wave at the green dragon and start dropping down.
Okay.
I have a rope.
I know you do.
And as you leap off the side, the Clint
Oh, goddammit.
And the stone, tink, comes loose and you just come on the hill.
I need you to go ahead and make an acrobatics check.
Yeah, I can do that.
You can do this.
You can't.
No, I can't.
No, that was a one.
Natural one.
So zero.
Roll the zero.
So you tumble, we're talking Homer Simpson style, like,
down to the icy, rocky side, landing prone and suffering.
and suffering 18 points of bludgeoning damage on the way landing prone on the ground.
Fine, fine, fine.
Kima's turn.
I'm down, I'm down.
Kima is going to go and flank yank against Grog, giving her advantage on her attack.
Her first attack, which brings, yeah, that's a 25 to hit, and her second attack is...
It was a cock. Yeah, both hit. So her first strike with her Holy Thunder Mall,
19 points of damage against Ligristo. And she is going to burn another third little spell
to do a Holy Smite at third level. Three additional radiant damage on top of that. And then her
second strike, she's going to burn her last third little spell.
Kima, kill it.
Kima, kill it.
11, 16, nice.
Yeah, she did a lot of damage in that round.
Slamming twice with the mall, backside of Yank.
The first one slams him in the shoulder, sending him to the ground with his fist.
He starts getting back up.
She spins using the inertia and slams the mall into the side of his knee, which pops out and sends him down onto one knee now.
Yank is basically half prostrate in front of you, Grog, preparing for your next round of combat.
And Akima's turn is now Ryshan's turn.
She made him bend the knee.
Rishan does not get the breath back.
However, it is going to fly.
Not used to the ice and can't quite get full speed there.
I can get close enough to attempt to blight spell at the very least.
Boragal fails?
Yes!
No, that's an 18.
Yeah, fails to save.
Yes.
Light smell.
A lot of damage.
Come on, come on.
Can you have a resistance?
And can you have used that?
You might have burned it.
All of them?
Yeah, I think.
On what?
So, yeah.
So it's a little bit of the save.
Still half.
It has one left.
Okay.
Okay, so it takes 18 points of necrotic damage.
That's the end of that turn.
It's now Yenks' turn.
Yank is going to go ahead and do a full on multitak against you again, Grog.
That is a 24 to hit.
That'll hit.
Actually, has advantage on you because you use reckless attacks.
I do.
That hits.
The second one is 26 to hit.
It's.
And natural 20.
All right.
I'm going to use my stone's endurance on the natural 20, and I'll do retaliation on one of those three hits.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
What's new?
All right.
So the first fist is 29 points of piercing damage.
So reduce that to 14.
Plus three points of fire damage, the fist suddenly burst into flame as it slams into you.
The secondary fist comes swinging around the other way, dealing 20 points piercing damage reduced to 10.
Plus, you take eight points of lightning damage, as suddenly an arc of energy, streaks with
the fist, slamming into the other side of your face, you're just taking it on each side.
And as you grin, it kind of leaps up in the air, this very, very strong, thick legs, getting almost up above you, and then kicks down with its hooves towards you.
Like a very, very angry goat. This is the critical.
This is the worst kind, you know?
What is Stone's endurance to you?
The angriest goat.
by Constitution Butterfly.
Reduced the damage, yeah.
I've been hit by a goat in the face before.
Ooh.
It is.
Yeah, no, really.
I got nailed by a goat.
What?
Ow.
At home?
We were making, we were filming this ridiculous
this ridiculous television series called Helltown
when I was like a dick, it was awful.
We're trying to call Satan?
Not well, no.
Not the show, I don't.
If you see the show, it kind of did.
46 points of bludgeoning damage.
46?
46.
It's 23.
Plus.
10 points of ice damage as the hooves slam into you, leaving this kind of frozen cracks where the blood should be emanating from, it seals the wound almost.
Like 6.14, so I reduced that by 14.
Correct. Reddrevement master, reckless.
Go for us and A.N.A. 26.
That hits.
2.2.
202.
32. 32. 32.
32.
32.
How do you want to do this?
Oh, yeah, Grog!
Oh, snap.
Pull it out of his chest.
Give me that stamp.
So when he jumped up and did the like, hoof kick down,
I'm gonna take it and then grab his hooves and then wishbone him.
Oh!
Yeah!
Oh!
As you grab him, he, you slam him, you try to begin to pull, and he just slams onto the ground.
And you see him grab his arms back to try and pull himself back up.
You just kick him straight down.
and as you laugh, you push your foot into his crotch area, as you pull yank in half.
You yank him in half.
Just like smearing you with black burning blood, and it does burn you.
You do suffer five points of fire damage, the blood that's spurring on you, it's like burning into the skin.
You tear him mostly in half. You can see the energy just kind of spilling into the snow and melting the snow within like a five-foot radius of you.
It's like still surviving as you pull him apart.
As you get closer, it reaches forward and grabs you and palms your head with this last bit of strength.
And he gets to squeeze.
So plucked up.
And the fingers just eventually go lax before the hand just into the ground.
I look at both the legs in my hand.
I look at him and go, which one's lucky?
She goes, you are.
All right. So that, uh...
Part one.
That ends Yankstown.
Yankstown.
Yankstown.
Hey, Matt.
Can I rewind?
Get about a baby?
No.
All right.
Yank is done and torn open
on the ground.
Okay.
Now I just have to deal with the two dragons.
One.
Hopefully.
Yeah.
We can, yeah, we can let one.
One now.
One's going to go ahead and
come up and
and then
Can I get an attack of opportunity?
opportunity?
No, Pike is not currently threatening him.
Yeah, with Ryshan blasting it now seeing the dragon,
Vorgal is going to turn this way, kind of behind this face underneath the
elemental.
Turning, you betray it!
And unleash a blast of frozen death down, hitting Ryshaun as well as Vax and
Pike.
Pike, you're unconscious.
You're unconscious. Vax, you fail a death saving throw automatically.
I thought Pike had one hip point.
Right. If you make you save, you're still taking 30-something cold damage.
So you're down.
And I'm on automatic negative.
Automatic one fail on a death saving throw.
Okay.
Rishon does not make the save. You're unconscious, yeah.
Roshan does not make the save and takes 72 points of ice damage.
Um.
One's down.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's gonna end, and Voragal's turn very angrily.
Um, all right.
That brings us to Grog.
Yeah.
Come on, Grog.
Can I make a quick look down?
Do I see any like spire of confug?
Make a quick investigation check.
In my rage?
In your rage.
Natural one.
I'm gonna take off running towards Vargaugh.
That's as far as you can get on a full movement, you could,
movement, you could dash.
I'll just and do whatever extra to get as far as I can, yeah.
Dash, sorry.
There you go, you can get about there.
Okay, cool.
All right, that ends Grog's turn, Scan, you're up.
I will...
Bonus action take my potion of greater, greater healing.
Okay.
Right? That's the medium one?
Yeah, it's 4D4 plus 4.
Okay.
All my D4s are gone.
Oh, there is.
Oh, terrible.
Okay.
Oh man, that's terrible.
What did you get?
11 total.
From which, from which potion?
A reader.
Oh.
Yeah.
Okay.
And, well, shit.
Okay, I'll move towards the dragon a bit.
Um...
Actually, person making concentration check if you could.
Just make a constitution save for that.
Oh, shit. Thank you.
For hex, yeah.
Yeah.
Yes.
Negative one?
No, not a negative one, at negative one.
That's at negative one?
Yeah, yeah.
That would be a nine, uh, 15.
15.
No, actually, I'd say if we didn't take half damage, yeah.
Okay.
So, Hex stays.
All right.
So, Skama.
Not to save our friends.
No, I'm way out of range.
Can you dimension door and then run with her?
I can't.
I can't.
That's an action.
I'm done.
I've moved.
I've acted.
I can just throw a ball.
You can put them in.
I'll throw a fireball at Big Whitey.
I, uh, uh, uh.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We centered way back, so it doesn't be in my friends.
Okay, go for it.
Three, uh, charges, I guess.
Um, what do I do?
I just do it.
Okay, it's a natural 20 on his save, so yeah, he does make the save.
Yeah, so what I was gonna say, I rewind.
rewind because he didn't let me. He has disadvantage on his save this time because
he didn't let me retroactively go back and do it. That's right. Natural one.
20, one. Are you kidding? Wow. Okay. Burn this motherfucker. Every time we have one of
big fights. It's just like there's no middle ground is there. There's just no middle ground at all.
Be fair. We do a lot of rolls in these big fights too. A straight 20 to one flip-flop.
Heads or tails.
Tens of tails.
Not good.
It's okay.
Better than having it.
29.
That's pretty good.
It's okay.
The explosion hits.
You see it sends ice shards shooting everywhere, leaving a big kind of crater in the ground where the snow once was, and part of the stonework is barely scratched.
The blast hits Vorgaul, and Vorgo all he sees like, f...
Oh, you guys.
Looks down at the two unconscious bodies in the ground, looks up at Ryshan.
End your turn?
Yes.
Okay.
End of your turn is going to go ahead and use two actions to go ahead and do a wing attack
beating its wings, hitting every creature within 15 feet.
So I need...
Oh shit.
You're out of range actually.
Marisha Grog, I need you to make a dexterity saving throw?
21.
21, that unfortunately fails.
Whoa!
Take 15 points of bludgeoning damage and you're knock prone.
Also Pike and Vax you both.
of Axe, you both failed a death-saving throw from the bludgeoning winds of the Ice Dragon's
wings beating downward.
So you guys are a two failed? He's a two failed. He's a two failed. He's a one.
Lorigal is going to go ahead and start. He's going to head upward. He can flying
in this direction to just tell tail and fled. Flea. He's fucking fleeing.
Do you get an attack because he's flying by you?
Yeah, do I get an attack of opportunity here?
You were right over him. You were right over him as he gives up. I'll give you one.
It's just like two, like,
We don't have any more things here, we'll say.
Ooh.
Yeah, whatever you got.
We have to go get him.
He's leaving.
How on leech.
Can I do a spell attack on him as a action?
It's just melee, right?
Yeah, that's specifically a warcaster feed ability.
Just one, like one slam attack is all?
One slam attack, yeah.
Nope.
Definitely not.
How fast?
Is he still within visual range?
Yeah.
Currently, yeah, he just moved 40 feet with that one reaction.
Okay.
So we can still hit them.
With the ranged?
Possibly, yeah.
So that ends Scanlan's turn.
Vax needs you to make a death saving throw.
You have advantage?
Vantage.
Okay.
It's good.
Seven.
Yeah.
Okay.
So you're okay for now.
Vex, you're up.
I'm gonna hit him twice.
Fucking burn this guy down.
Just keep him with everything we got.
Hit him with everything we got.
everything we got. He's almost 27.
27 hits.
25 on the first.
25 damage?
Alright, and the second hit?
The second is also 27.
How do you want to do this?
Oh my god!
We're gonna live!
Oh my god!
Oh my god!
See, just taking away and you have a shot as it's kind of arcing to the right of you, just
bleeding and kind of limping in the air, but managing to pick up speed. The sleet and the snow
is strong and firing around you.
I want to see a cut on his stomach where Yank left a hole and I want to go straight into
his heart.
As you decide, the first arrow, you aim for it, it streaks off and hits another wound and gets
jammed in.
Pull back the second arrow and right as you see the snow beginning to blind the image, this
one moment of clarity that hits you.
Released the arrow, piercing inside with the wound does where one of Yank's horns had gashed into
its front of his chest.
Borgal and just spins into a corkscrew,
plummets and crashes into the side of the ravine.
Tumbles backward, rocks come tumbling onto it.
Borgal hits the ground smacked open as it begins to get back up.
A bunch of rocks slammed down in one big shard of ice.
Slams into his chest.
Still, like, writhing in plates as he's bleeding out.
And a tree grows out of his guts.
Yeah!
He's still, like, currently holding on as he's kind of jammed at the ground.
You can see the bluish blood kind of leaking up the side of the mouth.
And just can't move, and you can see like the weak, the strength leaving
Vorgal's body.
Rishan swoops up next to Vorgal's corpse, leaning over.
Tell you a master on the...
And Rishan just sinks her teeth into his throat and tears it out.
You see the spray of blood across Rishan's mouth and this cross the front of the ravine as
Vorgal's body just falls limp, the ground, spits the chunk of...

White dragon flesh onto the bottom of the ravine. The green dragon spins around facing you all
and just kind of backs into a sitting position.
The wings kind of fall down and fold them to the side.
Take your spoils.
There will be a conversation.
I run as fast as I can over the pike and backs.
I run to the body of the, of, yeah, the big demonic thing and start going through it.
Okay, roll an investigation check.
Right.
I have two basic potions, spells.
I decork both of them and show them and they're gullies.
Okay.
While that's happening, in the time it takes you guys to rush over,
I need you both to make one more death saving throw.
Oh, shit.
Oh, fuck, come on, you guys.
10 and a three.
Oh, oh, oh, God.
I'm in, you're told that, Lord.
Oh, Jesus.
Not funny.
Oh, good.
11.
So yeah, Grog comes by, Greg scoops you both up,
and just force feeds you two basic healing potions.
You both come to consciousness, bruised, beaten,
but apparently the current struggle
it's done. Though you're now shivering, cold, soaked through, all of you, the elements
themselves, I've really sunken in once the adrenaline begins to wear off.
I fly down and cast care wounds on backs.
Okay.
To you, inside the mansion, now.
How much do you potions heal for them? It's 1d4 plus 4.
Yeah, it's the lowest.
I'm sorry, 2D4 plus 2.
Yes, we do.
Vex, we have a dragon to disassemble.
No, I'm good at that.
I'm the one that's good at that.
Take them in.
You go, I'm the one that's good at harvesting.
Did you find everything?
I don't know.
You deal eight Vax? And from Pike?
Eight.
I'm gonna come help you because he's, get inside.
Now.
Oh.
Seven.
So seven to Pike.
And I'm gonna fly over and try to help Percy now that they're safe.
Yeah, I got a 16.
I help Percy as well.
No, 16.
Oh, to investigate.
Fuck healing.
I'm looking for sure.
Yeah, as you start peering through, you can see there's
an intestinal track that's like covered in thorns.
It's just a very weird, fucked up alien creature based on any sort of, you know,
you know, anatomic understanding you have a face first.
But as you pull back, you can find there's one rigid portion of the inside of its
intestinal tracts that is swollen and looks to have this kind of weird black pulsing
mass that's surrounded, like it's just infected perpetually.
I pull out my cord and cut it out.
You begin to cut into it.
And the black mass, as you pull it back, you can see there are actual vines and ivy that
are begun to grow inside of its abdomen.
The dermoid.
You tear back and pull it, and as soon as you cut back the rest of the muscle that's currently
tensing it in, the muscle almost instinctually pulls back all the tension lost, and it almost
fires the staff like as it's the out, that kind of just shoots outward, and you have to kind
of dodge to the side immediately.
You see this, this, this, strangely pristine amongst all the crimson and gore, like
the blood of this creature just not even touch its surface, what looks to be a twisted series
of clumped together thorny vines that form this curvature at the top, a singular kind of yellowish
green gem in the center that seems to almost hover locked in place by no noticeable force.
And it's just there jutting out of the body of the creature.
I run to person.
I walk to you because we're walking to the dragon anyway, so, and I just hand it to you.
The majesty.
I land next to them. Let's get inside.
That's right.
That's right.
The harvest is a bitch.
Beautiful.
Borgoling shit.
You all rush into the inside of the mansion?
I don't immediately.
We're finishing up the harvesting,
and I go to talk to Rishon really quickly.
Yeah, we're about to have a conversation.
I'm sending you to work on the dragon.
I'm coming with you to have that conversation.
I'm just sending.
I'm coming with you to have that conversation.
I will come with you to have that conversation.
some as well.
I'm outside as well.
I'm out of sight as well.
I'm sure.
Kieleth doesn't kill anyone.
Yeah, me do.
Thank you.
You've earned a conversation.
We'll see you at home.
You should get there quickly so that there's no suspicion.
What's home?
We don't say it.
Very well.
I hope that perhaps this display of intent
has quelled some of your worries.
See you at home then.
The form shifts.
down into that of assume, closes the eyes for a second and the form just shifts as you see a sudden
glyph appear beneath and vanishes.
There was not a fight we were about to have.
I just silently go and start harvesting the white dragon.
I mean, did you see how weak she was compared to Borogel?
Let's just hope she stays that way. I start harvesting the dragon, the white dragon, as much
as I can.
Find Larkin.
Send up a signal here.
Larkin.
Larkin, where are you?
Larkin, where's going?
Where are you?
Um, an empty potion bottle out and get some of Yanks's blood.
Notice how Larkin and the green dragon were never in the same place?
And I'll put it in the old...
Never mind.
Okay.
As you're doing that too, like, you notice the Yank's body is like rapidly decomposing.
Like its form is dissolving from the...
I'll go over...
I try as fast as I can.
Oh, wait, too, from who?
To Yank.
Oh.
I'm going to run over and try and pull anything from...
from the camera.
I figure for the fact that it's near midnight,
we can go ahead and begin next game
with working out all the logistics
of what you've managed to harvest,
with the rolls and such, we'll pick up from here.
Next time, uh, that was intense guys, well done.
Oh my god.
Perfectly executed plan.
No, it really was.
It actually was.
It's exactly, terrible.
No, this is terrible.
How was this terrible?
That couldn't have gone any worse
in the beginning here we wanted.
We had each other maybe once,
and then it was all on.
Actually, they did some pretty decent damage.
I think Yank did close to 100 points of damage
before you guys even engaged,
we're gonna.
Boy.
Can I, can I have the, can I have them?
Can I see it?
She wants to see the card.
Can you see it?
I wanna wait a week.
It's not, yeah, sure, sure, sure.
I know you're gonna take some time to do it,
so yeah, you can go ahead and have a look at your aspire.
I get a first.
Cause you earned it.
Good work, girl.
I didn't think I was gonna get one, you guys.
That's cool.
Well, guys, well we did it.
You've now taken down three of the five Chroma Conclave Dragons, and with the death of Borogall,
pretty much are spearheading the final push to Thorac.
Thorac scurred yet.
We'll find out, huh?
Cool.
I'm going to throw up.
Well, guys.
Thank you so much.
A wonderful night. Thank you for those who stuck around for his latest this epic battle went.
I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Black Pike, we're here for the fire!
N. B.P!
Sarenrae!
Sarenrae!
Mine intervention.
Punged Wargall into the dirt, man.
