Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down,
gently close your eyes,
and allow yourself to immerse in this healing experience.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose
and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Feel the air entering your body,
filling you with calmness and peace.
Visualize a safe and peaceful place.
It could be a beautiful garden, a quiet beach,
or any place where you feel protected and at ease.
Notice every detail of this place,
the colors, the sounds, the sense,
in this safe place imagine your inner child that part of you that holds the memories and emotions of your childhood
look at your inner child with love and compassion surrounding them with a warm loving light
now speak to your inner child these words of love and healing dear inner child i love and accept you just as you are
i am here for you to take care of you and protect you you can trust me together we will heal any pain or hurt you may carry
Feel your inner child receiving these words with love and gratitude.
Allow any emotions that arise to be welcomed.
Allowing yourself to feel and release any pain or sadness you may carry inside.
Now visualize a golden, radiant light enveloping your inner child,
healing any wounds or traumas.
Feel this light filling you with love and healing,
releasing you from any burden you may have carried for so long.
Take a deep breath and feel this golden light expanding throughout your being,
filling you with love, peace, and healing.
Feel yourself becoming lighter and freer,
leaving behind any pain or suffering from the past.
When you are ready, slowly return to the present moment,
